This panel was a discussion about the breakthroughs in science and technology that had made it conceivably possible to create a vaccine that actually worked universally against all strains of influenza. Most of the discussion is about the frustrating reality that there's a lack of funding and thus a lack of motivation on the part of the industry to pursue this sort of thing, which makes sense and sucks.
