This is complete bullshit. You can go to Google Street View and see that the address is in the commercial downtown district in Sonoma, California. It's across the street from Sonoma Valley Museum of Art and is exactly 463 feet away from Sonoma Plaza, the literal town square. Not to mention that Suite A is part of the address, which generally isn't a feature of single-family homes.
