The globalists. And the people Bill Gates controls need to know, in not a threatening way, they're assaulting us. They need to know that we're aware of what they're doing and that God is going to hold them accountable. We're going to pray for God to bring vengeance upon them. And that as they officially assault us, as they come after us, that we reserve the right to defend ourselves.
