So he didn't prepare. No, of course not. But he's reviewed some documents.
So he didn't prepare. No, of course not. But he's reviewed some documents.
I'd say maybe six total days, but spread out.
For the purpose of filming you? Just documenting in case anything happened, yeah.
I don't know. Probably not.
I mean... Really not much.
I went over a few of the articles that are in question. Which articles are you going to? I did the... I reread the FBI's Sandy Hook. FBI says nobody died in Sandy Hook, and... Probably the first Halbig article that I wrote. The first what article? Probably? Sorry, Wolfgang Halbig article that I wrote. And that article was titled something to the effect of investigator threatened, Sandy Hook investigator threatened something to that effect? Yes, sir. That's it. You reviewed those two articles. Did you review anything else? I didn't go in depth. I kind of just glossed over them. That's pretty much it. Okay. So other than glossing all of those two articles, did you review any other materials in advance of your deposition today? No, sir.
You haven't communicated with Alex Jones that you're being deposed? No, sir. You haven't communicated that to Rob Dew? No, sir. You haven't communicated that to David Jones? No, sir.
Also, I find it very strange and probably difficult to believe that Adan didn't talk to Alex or Rob Dew about being deposed. They work together, this is in relation to a suit against Alex and the company, and as Adan says, he was supposed to be at work that day. It seems like he would have to come up with a reason he couldn't make it to work, so I guess he must have just lied to his employer? Right off the bat, that doesn't inspire confidence in him as a credible witness, highlighting his willingness to deceive.
As is painfully obvious from this exchange, Ms. Paz did not do that.
I have not done any independent research on her charity.
Yes, I didn't watch this video.
And Ms. Paws didn't watch the video they're talking about. And you can see how this makes her unable to answer questions about its content, let alone further questions about its sourcing.
I really think that her answer is essentially, Bill, you and I both know that if I asked Alex this question, he's going to say, I have no idea. You know that, I know that. Let's just skip over the part where I ask him questions and he pretends to know what he's talking about.
I'll put it this way. On a scale of 1 to 10, she's not very prepared, but a little more than Rob Dew.
What I'm asking you is since the date you were told you were given this deposition in November and you were preparing for this deposition, you haven't watched any of these videos, right? I have not.
Once we've established here that she hasn't watched these videos in preparation, it turns out also that by extension, that means she doesn't even know what they say.
You see, they're talking about an April 22nd, 2017 video called Sandy Hook Vampires Exposed? Yes. You understand that that is the video that Mr. Posner and Mrs. De La Rosa based their defamation claim on? Did you know that? Okay. Did you know that? When preparing for this depot, did you know that? Yes. Okay. Did you watch that video? I mean, unless you've watched it in the last couple hours, you haven't watched it, right? For this deposition? I'm familiar with the video. Did you watch it in preparing for this deposition, though? Yes, I believe so. Okay. When did you watch it? Earlier today. Earlier today, when? During the break. Oh, so during the break, when it became apparent that you hadn't watched these videos, you went and tried to watch this video. Yes. You didn't watch the whole thing, though, did you? No. Because it's a 45-minute video, right? It's a lengthy video. Yeah, so you didn't watch this video. Try to watch pieces of this video, correct? Correct.
So a lot of these clips are just titled, Rob is Not Prepared for This. So I don't know how to set this up. But Rob is not prepared for this. Rob is not prepared for this.
