Alex Jones believes some smaller conspiracy theories but exaggerates the severity of the situation for profit and engagement.

I think he believes a bit of it, but like I don't think he believes the severity of it. See, it almost makes me go the opposite direction, the way that he doesn't give a fuck. Almost and the way that he's actually engaging in literal stochastic terrorism is almost more like he genuinely believes that we are in a civil war and that there's only one way he's going to come out on top. No, I don't believe that. It's that kind of level of. I think he probably believes a lot of the smaller hate commies kind of stuff. Cultural Marxism and white people are the best. They are. I think he believes those things, but I don't think he believes the severity of the situation that he's presenting. I think he's keenly aware that a lot of that is just stuff he's hyping up for the explicit purpose of whether it's drawing in more people, making himself interesting, keeping people who are on board more scared, radicalizing the groups that he's already got on board. I think that those are the goals that he has. And I think he has to know that he's just full of shit about the scale. But that's just the sense that I get.
