We are still talking about impeachment.
They are not letting it go.
The coup d'etat against President Trump is in full effect.
And now they're trying to say this whistleblower with this coup is okay.
So the quick pro quo, You ever notice that?
The quick pro quo.
Is a Latin phrase used in English to mean exchange of goods or services in which to transfer contingent upon the other, a favor for a favor.
Phrase similar meaning including give and take, tit for tat.
You ever say that?
I've said it before.
Many of us have.
I guarantee just about half, if not most of the population has.
You scratch my back, I'll scratch your back.
You've heard that?
We've all heard that.
One hand washes the other.
If you go Google that, pro quo, that's what it means.
Countries working with other countries, that's what they do.
You can't sit there and tell me.
I guarantee that all these socialist media outlets that talk to one another, hey, if you do this for me, I'll do that for you.
They're trying to say that President Trump doing this quick pro quo to knock out Vice President Joe Biden in the election is the reason why President Trump did it, which is all completely false.
President Trump doesn't need Ukraine's help.
President Trump didn't need Russia's help, however you look at it.
But see, the liberals, they don't have anybody.
They've never had anything, so they don't know what else to do.
The Democrats said that the whistleblower is 100% correct when he had second-hand information.
What many people don't realize is that Congress passed a law that a whistleblower can come forward with second-hand information in 2017.
Here's the act.
This is a public law, 115-73, to provide greater whistleblower protection for federal employees, increase awareness of federal whistleblowers protections, And increase accountability and required discipline for federal supervisors who retaliate against whistleblowers and for other purposes.
See, they knew they were getting ready to do this against President Trump in 2017.
Seriously, President Trump had already been president for a year.
Everything else was failing.
The left has been planning this coup against President Trump ever since he walked down the escalator.
They've been at President Trump.
President Trump and this whistleblower, they had nothing.
There's nothing that whistleblower has been proven to be lying.

They said, you have no authority.
You're not the president.
The president said, I said, call him.
I said, I'm telling you, you're not getting a billion dollars.

I'm going to be leaving here.
I think it was, what, six hours.
I look, I said, I'm leaving in six hours.
If the prosecutor is not fired, you're not getting the money.
Oh, son of a bitch.
Got fired.
And they put in place someone who was solid.
You don't think this is dangerous to actually out the whistleblower?
I mean the president has said that he's a treasonous and a traitor.
I think that the Sixth Amendment of the Constitution is very clear and I think that what we should have is that you should have the right to confront your accuser.
You should have every right To confront the person that is accusing you of doing something that you possibly did or didn't do.

I mean, you have, this is almost like one of those times when you think something is a great idea, you spend 20 minutes talking yourself into doing this idea, and before you know it, you need to call the cops and have them come bail you out because of your incredibly stupid idea.
That's where the Democrats are at now.
This impeachment process is going nowhere quickly, and the majority of Americans, I would assume, are not in favor of it.
Of course, we're seeing Fake news, polls from CNN, MSNBC, even Fox News saying that the majority of Americans want President Trump impeached.
But I have to ask, you know, what are these pollsters asking?
Because there is no good case for it.
There is no quid pro quo.
Every day it seems another person comes out and says that the President did absolutely nothing wrong.
This is blowing up in their faces.
Nancy Pelosi knew this was going to happen.
She's been saying that it was going to happen.
Since 2017, that impeachment would fail unless there was an impeachable offense.
She's let the squad take over her party in the House, and now she's probably going to lose the House.
I couldn't be happier about that, Will.
Yeah, absolutely.
You know what's really amazing to me is that you have the liberal media.
They don't want to release the name of the whistleblower only because releasing the name of the whistleblower will blow a hole in this whole thing that they've been trying to push with this whole Ukraine against President Trump.
And they know it.
And they're trying to say, well, it's against the law to put the name of the whistleblower out there.
Well, Rand Paul Yeah, he comes out.
Rand Paul comes out and says that it's not against the law.
And he explains it clearly.
So the media, it is their duty to report the facts.
But see, they no longer do that, Tom.
They want to push this whole narrative.
They want to push this whole agenda against the American people.
It is maddening.
It is sickening.

The whistleblower laws, though, they protect the whistleblower.
You know it's illegal to out a whistleblower.
Actually, you see, you got that wrong, too.
No, we don't.
Well, you should work on the facts.
Here's the thing is, the whistleblower statute protects the whistleblower from having his name revealed by the Inspector General.
Even the New York Times admits that no one else is under any legal obligation.
The other point, and you need to be very careful if you really are interested in the news, is that the whistleblower actually is a material witness Completely separate from being the whistleblower because he worked for Joe Biden.
He worked for Joe Biden at the same time Hunter Biden was receiving $50,000 a month.
So the investigation into the corruption of Hunter Biden involves this whistleblower because he was there at the time.
Did he bring up the conflict of interest?
Was there discussion of this?
What was his involvement with the relationship between Joe Biden and the prosecutor?
There's a lot of questions the whistleblower needs to answer.
Yeah, absolutely.
Absolutely.

I love the way that Rand Paul kind of condescendingly tells this little leftist reporter, if you really care about the news, here's what you're missing.
And that's maybe the right tone to take with these people, because they're either complete and utter imbeciles who don't understand the way the law works, they don't understand the way the news works, they don't understand the business in which they're in.
They're either complete morons or they're evil people.
And if we want to really make them understand that, instead of treating them like they're evil all the time, I think we should talk to them like they're children.
Because they are behaving like children.
And Rand Paul is completely right.
I mean, the fact that this guy is essentially a plant of the deep state.
He is a plant of Joe Biden, John Brennan, Barack Obama.

The fact that this guy is an agent, essentially, I mean, we know who he is.

The fact that they won't admit that this guy is essentially an asset of the deep state is really, really telling, especially when they have no legal reason not to.

You're currently on oversight.
There's talk that you might be moved temporarily to the Intelligence Committee, so that you can question Adam Schiff, potentially, or other witnesses.
Well, I don't know about Schiff.
We'll see.
That's a call for Leader McCarthy.
Why would they do that?
Because you're a bulldog?
Well, I mean, that's again, that's a Kevin, Leader McCarthy's call.
If Kevin and Ranking Member Nunes want that to happen, then that helps.
I just want to help our team.
I want to help the country see the truth here, that President Trump didn't do anything wrong, and what the Democrats are doing is partisan, it's unfair, and frankly, it's ridiculous.
Particularly the way they went about with these secret meetings in the bunker in the basement of the Capitol.
And yesterday, the Democrats released partial transcripts, and it's going to be drip, drip, drip through this week to try to establish a narrative that the President's a bad guy.
You know, this all got started, the Ukrainian thing, with this whistleblower.
Yeah.
Who told a story that was leaked that turned out not to be true.
And now, I know your side says we should hear from the whistleblower for transparency.
Heck yeah!
I mean, one of the ways you determine someone's credibility, determine if there's what their motivation is, what kind of biases they may have, is they need to be under oath, take stand of what they're writing, under oath, answering your questions.
And frankly, The position we have is the same position Adam Schiff had six weeks ago.
Remember, when this first happened, Adam Schiff said, we need to hear from the whistleblower.
And then, six weeks later, he says, no, no, no, we don't.
One thing happened in that six-week time frame.
Namely, we learned Adam Schiff's staff had met with the whistleblower.
Once that fact came out, oh, it suddenly changed their story.
But the idea that we're going to impeach a president.
Less than 12 months before the next election, based on an anonymous whistleblower with no first-hand knowledge, who has a bias against the President, who worked with Joe Biden, is ridiculous.
And the fact that we don't get to question them under oath and determine what kind of biases they may have, I think the American people want to see it.
Well, he's apparently willing to answer written questions.
Yeah, that's not going to fly.
That is just not going to fly.
None of it's going to fly.
You know what?
We're talking about the impeachment.
And the main reason why we're talking about the impeachment is because this is the main thing the left is going after.
They're trying to go after President Trump on this impeachment, this coup d'etat, the whistleblower.
All of it's fraudulent.
All of it's made up.
None of it is actually real.
But because they got caught in a lie with the whistleblower working with Joe Biden, because they got caught up with all of this fraudulent information, they have to keep pushing it out there.
Jim Jordan is absolutely correct.
Now, Tom, if I accuse you of something...
Shouldn't you be able to face me in court?
Shouldn't you be able to, like, question me?
Like, where did I get the information from?
Why did I say what I said?
At what point?
I mean, shouldn't you be able to do that?
I mean, because that's what the left is trying to prevent.
They're trying to prevent people from having questions, or prevent, in this case, President Trump, from questioning the person who accused him of doing something when it came out to be fake.
Well, that is the law, and that is how our legal system has evolved over a period of over a thousand years of people coming together and trying to figure out what is fair, what is equitable.
But the left has already decided that President Trump has his own legal standards.
I mean, we saw it with the Mueller report, where Mueller said, well, I couldn't find any evidence against him.
But I couldn't find any evidence suggesting he did nothing wrong either, so he's guilty until proven innocent.
And so now we've got another special circumstance that only extends to President Trump, where he is not allowed to face his accuser.
And what I think the real learning point here is Is that if they can do this to President Trump, it's not long before, yes, you can accuse me of doing anything, Will.
And so I am.
And maybe if you're a Democrat and I'm a Republican, then I won't be able to face you.
I think that this is a horrifying new stray away from thousands of years of legal precedence.
And President Trump is probably only the test case.
If they can get by with it with this man, they're going to extend this to everyone and turn our criminal justice system into a even bigger joke than it is today.
Okay.
No, 100%.
Now this next clip that we're getting ready to play, this is with Shucky Ducky or Chuck Schumer.
He's on here saying that we shouldn't reveal the whistleblower because it goes against everything that we stand for.
Basically, because if we, if we reveal the whistleblower, we're going to tell everyone, we're going to expose the corruption, this whole fake thing to everyone.
So we have to do everything we can.
And like I mentioned earlier, you have the communist socialist mainstream media, Fighting with the Democrats to keep the whistleblower's name under the wraps.
Have you ever known for a single reporter in the history of the world to have valuable information that would explode and they don't share it, Tom?
Have you ever seen such a thing?
Have you ever heard of such a thing?
I mean, look, I'm like, wow, here's the name.

Headline, drop the whistleblower.

They don't want to do it because they know they're going to be caught in it.
I never heard of that before in my life up until today when we learned that that's exactly what ABC News did with this Jeffrey Epstein story.

One other point I'd make, which is about the whistleblower.
The calls to make public the whistleblower's identity are despicable.
The whole purpose of the whistleblower law was to protect people when they had the courage to come forward.
This whistleblower is obviously coming forward because he was so concerned about where President Trump was leading America.
And every single Republican senator, including the Republican leader, ought to denounce this.
This has nothing to do with answering questions about the status of impeachment or the status of the trial.
This has to do with what America is all about and a law that was passed in a bipartisan way.
It would apply.
It would apply.
Whistleblowers should be protected.
Period.
Period.
And no one knows who he is.
Or if you do, you should let me know.
He's lying.
He's straight up lying.
I mean, the whistleblower, they changed the law in 2017 so the whistleblower can have second-hand information and take it as valid.
So I could just basically make up a lie and say, you know, Tom, hey, hello world, you know, Tom, he robbed the bank yesterday.
So now they have to go investigate, even though there's been no reports that a bank has been robbed, to find out if Tom actually robbed the bank.
I mean, that's insane!
Well, the big joke of that clip is he goes on and on.
Nobody should say who the whistleblower is.
Nobody should report this.
He must be anonymous.

They put a filter on it, they changed the color a little bit, and they attempted to pass it off as a devastating attack by the Turks against the Kurds.
This is ABC.
That was able to fly on ABC, but this very important Epstein story, nope, that has to be crushed.
Same story with Kavanaugh.
Kavanaugh had a couple beers, breaking news, but then this story on Epstein, nope, not good enough, doesn't meet our standards, has to be squashed.
It's mainly because they're all in support of pedophilia, Tom.

The police sort of do this, offer an invitation to an interview, a sort of voluntary invitation.
But if you choose to decline the invitation, then it turns out to be not such a good idea because then they want to come and arrest you.
So I haven't quite figured that one out, the old invitation.
It's not quite an invitation.
It's actually an order, because if you don't do it, then they're going to come and arrest you.
So I don't know.

This is, this is crazy, because I'm literally facing jail time, not for swearing, not for threatening, not for doing anything untoward, but just for criticizing a Member of Parliament.
So, I mean, it would sort of be the equivalent of saying something to Nancy Pelosi or Shifty Schiff, you know, saying that they're a traitor, that that person could be arrested.

You have an event that's coming up, and what made you decide to do this for the Border Patrol?
Right.
So as many of you guys are familiar with the whole situation of the illegal migration that has been occurring, El Paso has been one of the areas that has been hit the hardest.
And unfortunately for our servicemen and women of CBP and Border Patrol, it has not been an easy year, especially when you have elected officials that have been very, very disgusting to them, not showing them really any kind of support.
So I feel that it's important to show these individuals that America stands with them and we appreciate them.
And therefore, we're going to be having a free Thanksgiving appreciation dinner for our Customs, Border Protection and Border Patrol, where we will be serving 600 plates to these guys.

That is phenomenal.
So how did you, I mean, obviously living in El Paso, Texas, you're right there next to the border.
How would you describe how things have changed since President Trump, of course, got at least a portion of the wall up in your neck of the woods?
Well, the good thing about all of this that has been happening, the guys from We Build the Wall actually began the construction and are in the process of finalizing and finishing it off.
They went ahead and constructed a little over three-fourths of a mile and it has dramatically, in that particular area, there has not been one illegal crossing through that particular area.
It is on private property and the landowners are extremely happy with the results that the wall has been giving them.
These guys did not just build a physical barrier, but they implemented Technology into this wall that goes far above, beyond any kind of current wall that is already up and on the border.
Nice.
So I saw a report the other day where they said that some of the, uh, I guess the cartel, uh, found a way to get through some of the, uh, the border wall that has just been reconstructed.
Not, not the new border wall.
Um, so have, have you heard about that and, Do you think that we're going to see more of that?
Because they said it was like a $100 saw that they picked up at the hardware store that was able to cut through it.
Mind you, this was just reconstruction of the current wall that was there, not the new wall that President Trump is putting in place.
Right.
So they are, I mean, unfortunately, I'll tell you one thing, Will.
El Paso to me is the city of drone.
When you are out here on the border, you can literally, and you could go back to some of the reports that I've done in the past, a lot of, for basically every single night, we have drones monitoring our border patrol agents throughout the night.
And as they are monitoring our border patrol agents, they are pushing individuals, groups of people through one particular area, tying up our resources, and pushing the narcotics through the other side.
So, it doesn't surprise me that with a $100 saw, they're getting through.
And it's something that we're going to continue to see, unfortunately.
And unless we really buckle down with Congress and start making some real changes and really enforcing laws, We're going to continue to see this.
We need to stop incentivizing all of these freebies.

So just recently we saw, I mean, it's chaos in Mexico on the other side of that big, beautiful wall.
Of course, they have drug cartels breaking El Chapo's son out of prison.
Just today, a report surfaced of, I believe, 11 Mormons were brutally murdered.
They're calling it a case of mistaken identity.
Other people have said maybe that's not the case.
But at the same time, the government of Mexico is now doing whatever it can to keep people from crossing illegally.
So how, I mean, you're down there on the ground.
What should we be doing to incentivize Mexico to essentially stop being a narco state and continue to apprehend these people?
And you're absolutely correct.
They do have their military down here directly on the other side.
But I'll tell you one thing.
I've witnessed and I've been able to record being out there constantly.
We see the municipal police in Juarez working with the coyotes that are trying to get individuals across through these open areas.
And they work hand in hand.
So the corruption runs real deep out there because right in front of me, as I'm just maybe like 10 feet away on the other side of the wall where they're actually operating and flashing light to almost a quarter of a mile of a distance.
The corruption runs extremely, extremely deep.
However, the military presence that has been on the border has definitely diminished and brought down the illegal activity that has been going on here at the border.
Speaking with border patrol agents on the ground, they told me that since the military has been in Juarez, the illegal crossings on their behalf have diminished 70%.
And we have a lot to thank for President Trump for implementing everything that he's doing out there for us.

Let me ask you, what do you think is going to be the results of like, you know, cities like LA and now Las Vegas have ended the ICE program?
I'm pretty sure you're aware of that.
I mean, so do you think it's going to cause more problems within these cities because the law enforcement can no longer do their jobs?
Absolutely.
I mean, I'll tell you one thing.
El Paso is definitely an undeclared sanctuary city.
We have elected officials such as Veronica Escobar.
And as you guys are very well aware, a few weeks back, she was sending her staffers down there to try to get these individuals to come across again after being turned down and turned away.
So not having eyes in these major cities is just going to hike the crime rate.
Absolutely.
We see it down here on a day by day basis, and a lot of it goes unreported by the mainstream media.
They do a fantastic job in keeping my community down here in particular in the dark.
Anything negative that happens, That is done by illegals down here.
The mainstream media out here just kind of brushes it and throws it under the rug and it's never really heard about unless you have individuals booted on the ground that are actually out here reporting more like the freelancers and stuff like that.

So, in our last couple minutes of this segment, what is the overall sentiment of the people in El Paso?
Because, of course, we had the noted Irishman, Beto O'Rourke, he just dropped out, but he was saying that El Paso is with him and he wants to tear down all of the existing walls and no borders at all in this country.

Do they understand that things are getting better because of the administration, or are they on team illegal immigration?
It's a total divided city right now.
The thing that I do see, and being from personal experience, every time that I host an event, the crowd begins to get bigger and bigger and bigger.
Individuals are starting to come out.
The conservatives are starting to come out of their, I want to say closet.
The closet conservatives are starting to come out into the open.
They're more open about where they stand.

And I wouldn't have had that third-person view on the cell phone if it weren't for her showing up out of nowhere.
It's crazy luck that she was there.
I'm so thankful she was.
But we showed them that video, and they still didn't arrest him.
But this is what police are doing in the country.
They're being controlled by Democrats and major Democratic cities, and they have their hands tied.
Do I believe that the cops actually didn't help me that day?
Honestly, no.
I don't think they actually wanted to, and that's just sad.
And I looked at them, I said, you just saw a man assault a woman, and you're not gonna do anything?
Nope, sorry, we can't.
You know, that infuriates me that the police department, they don't do what they're supposed to do when it comes to conservatives.
Now, when a leftist have an event, for example, when Hillary Rodham Clinton was here in Austin, I went there and I'm just there with my camera walking around recording people, you know, and every now and then I'll make a comment because I noticed how the crowd was nothing but white people And it was less than percent of the people that were, you know, color.
And I just brought that to their attention.
I said, wait a minute.
I thought white people were bad.
I mean, look, all of you are white here.
Well, anyways, as a result, the police officer came over to me and said that we're charging you with criminal trespassing.
I need your driver license.
And I'm like, for what?
I'm here.
I'm just here at a public event like everyone else.
He said, I don't want to hear it.
I'm charging you with criminal trespassing.
Give me your driver's license or I'm going to take your camera.
So, I mean, I don't fight with the police officers, but you know what, Caitlin?
For the police officers not to address the issue, especially when they actually see proof.

They don't even want to address the truth.

So, of course, if the shoe were on the other foot, we all know what would happen.
But is this going to hinder what you do?
Are you going to start taking security with you to these events?
How does this affect your livelihood?
So number one, this must stop me.
I mean, if nothing has stopped me so far, I hope the left has understood at this point, nothing's going to stop me.
I'd have to be dead to let them win for anything for me to be stopped.
I'm not going to do that.
That's why I held on so tightly to that microphone because I just do not like being told what to do and being controlled.

But what we are to do Is seriously invest in armed security.
We're gonna do some trial runs with some security officers.
Find the right one that's for me that fits my style of protection that I need and also who will fit my personality.
So I think that's an important fit when you're looking for security officers.

We're gonna hire them and we're gonna make sure we're safe.
As safe as we can be for now on because And you mentioned, you know, in Democratic run city, the officers have to stand down.

I'm not going to say what to protect myself if it came to that point.
But if I were to ever defend myself, even with pepper spray, I would be the one that ends up in jail.
I know the game in the news.
I see what they do to conservatives.
When a conservative is trying to defend yourself, you end up in jail for six years.
So I know the game.
I'm not going to play it.
I'm going to beat him at it.
And we're going to be smart about it.
I think that's the right way to go.
I mean, like you said, this is a game they attack first, then you respond, and then you get four years in prison.
We just saw it happen in New York with the Proud Boys.
So I think, Will, you look like you're rearing with a question.
Yeah, I was going to just make a statement, basically, is that you shouldn't have to go out and be fearful for supporting whoever it is you want to support, reporting on whatever it is you want to report.
I can give an example.
One time I was standing out on a corner holding the American flag, and because I'm holding the American flag, I had people tell me that I was inciting violence.
Mind you, I'm in the United States of America holding this flag.
I'm not in Mexico.
I'm not in Iran.
I'm not in Turkey.
I'm not in Russia.
I'm not even in Canada.
I'm in the United States of America and I've had people tell me that I'm inciting violence For just simply holding the American flag.
So I know, Caitlin, you going out, you're talking to people, you're getting the story, and because you're getting to the truth of the matter, they don't like it, so they feel that it's their duty to be violent towards you.
And you know what?
You shouldn't have to be.
I mean, seriously.
I'm not saying you're not a threat, because I'm pretty sure that if you wanted to be a threat to people, you can be.
But I don't perceive you as to be a threat to anybody.
Well, even especially in that pink wig.
I mean, who's intimidated by that?

Yeah, that's definitely been in the talks.
My fiance and I were talking about what we could do to maybe keep him away.
But at the end of the day, that's only a piece of paper.
It's already against the law to try to rob me and steal my stuff.
So even if we did get that, he would hide his face and come after me again anyway.
So I just have to take precautions to make sure that I'm safe, I'm armed in whatever way, pepper spray.
anything that can help me in a situation where he might find me even isolated from these things.
Who knows if he's going to try to find me again.
You know, he's mad.
He's mad at me.

What advice would you give to folks who are looking at getting involved, standing up, recording videos, going out and confronting these people?
