DeenTheGreat FAFO? Canadian Conservatitive MP Thrown UNDER THE BUS! Epstein Fallout Continues & MORE

DeenTheGreat’s episode dives into Jamil Giovanni’s criticism of Pierre Poilievre’s party for ignoring Trump’s influence on Canada’s election loss, while Giovanni warns about China’s espionage and human rights abuses—backed by government travel advisories. It contrasts Canada’s leniency toward violent criminals like Alice Michael Atwood with harsh treatment of protesters and political figures, labeling the approach "anarcho-tyranny." Viva Barneslaw debates Tiki Gosen’s viral elbow strike, questioning its legality amid trash talk, then pivots to Epstein fallout, accusing Todd Blanche of misleading statements and Pam Bondi of privacy violations. Barneslaw ties Trump’s survival to WWI parallels, warning it could have sparked global chaos, while dismissing financial distractions like the Dow’s 50,000+ peak. The discussion underscores how political missteps and legal oversights risk eroding public trust and national security. [Automatically generated summary]

Conservative MPs Under Fire 00:12:00
Ladies and gentlemen of the interwebs, if you want to understand why Canada is as doomed as it is, and if you don't understand that already, we shall explain yet another reason in today's show.
Conservative MP Jamil Giovanni is now getting thrown heavily under the bus for stating the absolute obvious that already cost the Conservatives the election.
Behold.
The answer is no.
Canadians are legitimately upset by the unjustifiable tariffs and comments that the president has made.
And, you know, as the prime minister has said, nobody can control Donald Trump.
As Mr. Harper said, we have to focus not on how the president's words and deeds make us feel, but on what we can do to adapt.
And what can we do?
We've got to unlock our resources, build up our strategic defense minerals, bring home the capital that's fled the country, and use that leverage to fight for tariff-free access to the United States and other markets.
Pause.
Listen to the buzzwords.
Unlock, leverage, natural resources.
Just buzzwords.
Why is Canada in the situation that it's in?
Who knows?
Is Canada in a situation that makes it virtually impossible to do what Pierre is talking about right now?
And we'll get to the context of this, which is that a conservative MP by the name of Jamil Giovanni had the audacity of going to America, to Washington, to meet with Donald John Trump, the president of these United States of America.
And Pierre Poilievre, that's who you're looking at right now, the so-called conservative leader of the so-called opposition party, the so-called leader, is a little bit pissed off about this because someone's taking a little bit of an initiative to try to make amends with America as opposed to continuing to drive a wedge in relations with America.
Have you spoken to Mr. Giovanni about his comments?
Yes, I have.
And what you do, what was your message to him?
Well, my message is that Canadians are understandably upset about the tariffs and the why do you have the tariffs?
Have you answered that question yet?
No.
Comments that President Trump has made and that we need to focus on what we can do here at home, what we can control in our own realm in order to be capable of having the leverage to negotiate tariff-free access to the U.S.
The things that they can do that they have in their power, apparently not to control the production of fentanyl in their own country and that which crosses the border, apparently not to control people on terror watch lists being allowed into the country under these visas that are being given out like cotton candy.
They can't control that.
So they're going to cozy up with China.
They're going to continue to exacerbate relations with Trump.
Whether you like what he's doing or not, it's the wrong way that they've dealt with it.
And it actually, I dare say, cost the conservatives the election.
Let's go on.
Maybe that potentially this is like muddling the message here, the fact that you're the leader and he seems to be talking out of turn on this issue.
Well, he speaks for himself and I speak for the party.
That might be the problem, Pierre, and not the solution.
Now, for those of you who don't know, so Jamil Giovanni, this guy, you might never have heard about him if you're not Canadian.
In fact, we'll bring it up first.
Jamil Giovanni is a young conservative MP, member of parliament.
He, pretty decent guy, joined the party and had the audacity of going to Washington to meet with Donald Trump.
He gave an interview and the sound clip is going viral where he said, you know, Canadians are losing because of the hissy fit, the anti-American hissy fit that they're throwing in terms of, you know, what the things that Donald Trump has said and they're reacting against America because of that.
As though Canadians have not always defined themselves by not being American.
I am Canadian.
lived there for 43 years before moving to Florida.
I lived in Quebec City when I studied law for four years.
Part of the Canadian identity is literally not being American.
It always has been that way.
Americans are boorish according to Canadians.
Americans are ignorant according to Canadians.
Americans are gun-toting overweight according to Canadians.
Set aside the fact that obesity in Quebec in particular, but in Canada in general, matches that in America.
Americans can't find any country on a map.
That's how Canada and Canadians have defined themselves for the last decades.
To pretend now that the anti-American sentiment in Canada is the result of Trump's statements is to live in a void where you learn nothing from history because you are largely unaware of it.
This is what Jamil Giovanni said the other day.
It's going viral now.
And my only observation is what he said is 100% accurate.
And it would have done a great deal of good for the conservatives to understand this during the election that they just lost to the liberals.
Now they lost another conservative MP to the liberals for anybody who's paying attention.
Listen to what he said.
It's terrible.
It's horrible.
We are shooting ourselves in the foot if we continue this anti-America, you know, hissy fit.
And this is the kind of reason I'm trying to talk into our government and some of the liberals who have just gone way off the reservation on this.
You know, the ball is in Prime Minister Mark Carney's court.
Like, I've offered to help him.
I think it'd be awesome if we went down there together.
I think we'd get a lot done working together.
But he's got to decide whether that's something he wants to do or not.
Now, by the way, you know what the Karens are freaking out about for this statement?
The off the reservation is part of what they're freaking out about.
They're accusing a man who, Jamil Giovanni, I believe he's part Jamaican, if not fully Jamaican.
They're accusing Jamil of using a racist idiom, which is off the reservation, which apparently, if you look at the etymology of the term off the reservation, it's what was done for Native Americans, Indians who were living on reservations, who would go off the reservation.
Apparently, it authorized their arrest and, according to some, their murder by the police.
If an Indian went off off reservation, a Native American, Native Canadian, if they went off reservation, it was a dog whistle for lawlessness and violence against them.
They're freaking out about his use of the word.
They've gone off the reservation because they've gone out in left field with their position against America.
They're also going, you know, crazy over the fact that someone's actually calling them out for throwing a hissy fit in their relations with America.
We are shooting ourselves in the foot if we continue this anti-America, you know, hissy fit.
No, you're not shooting yourselves in the foot because you're going to go and make friends with China.
We'll get to that in a second.
Go online and look at the faux outrage.
Virtue signaling buffoons.
You know, the same people who use the expression rule of thumb, which, according to some etymology, is an old English phrase where you could beat your wife with a stick so long as it was narrower than your thumb.
So they said the rule of thumb.
I'm actually not sure if that's the legitimate etymology of it.
I know that that was the explanation in the movie Boondock Saints as well.
Great movie.
Check it out.
But people are freaking out about some historical idiom that somehow makes it racist to use certain terms, rule of thumb, circling the wagons.
Oh, there's so many.
You got that guy there, the body fitness guy who judges other people at the gym, who had to go on an apology tour because he said colored person instead of person of color.
So that's what Jamil Giovanni said.
And he's 1000% right.
And when people can't really address the substance of what you're saying, then they just cry racism.
Some particularly self-righteous Karens, I write, are crying over his use of the idiom that in their anti-American sentiment, liberals have gone off the reservation.
The fact that Jamil said, the fact that what Jamil said is controversial in Canada is the problem in Canada.
And the fact that a bunch of self-righteous virtue signaling hypocrites want to feign outrage at an innocuous idiom is the problem in Canada.
Jamil is right.
And the response to his comments proves exactly why Canada is doomed.
Now, back to the article where we were asking, what do you think about Jamil Giovanni having gone and met with Donald John Trump?
Now, when I say I'm not biased, people say that you're biased vivo.
If a conservative does it, you'll give him a pass.
If a liberal does it, you won't.
If a Republican does it, you'll give him a pass.
If a Democrat does, you won't.
Bull crap.
I can understand what people might say when politicians, without the authority of the person who speaks on behalf of the party, remember, Pierre has to let you know that.
Pierre speaks on behalf of the party.
And that's why Canada is turning into the hellhole that it is.
We're going to get into more stuff.
You know, violent transgender dads who stab their daughter in the throat get let out with virtually no bail.
We're going to get to that.
I didn't want to start the show off with that because it might require a bit of a warning.
The fact that Pierre Polyev is the so-called spokesperson for the so-called conservative, so-called opposition party is exactly why you have the slaughter of 400 some-odd ostriches.
It's the exact reason why Canada is in the state that it's in because you have no opposition.
And you have a man who didn't learn from his mistakes that cost him the election doubling down on those mistakes now.
Conservative leader Pierre Polyev says he doesn't agree with comments made by one of his MPs who categorized Canada's reaction to the ongoing trade war with the United States as an anti-American hissy fit.
Earlier this month, conservative MP and longtime friend of U.S. Vice President JD Vance, Jamil Giovanni, traveled to Washington, D.C. for a solo diplomatic mission to meet with senior U.S. officials, calling the conversations productive.
You want to know who's going to be the next leader of the Conservative Party?
It's going to be Jamil Giovanni.
And he's going to damn well deserve it because this is what should have been done during the election, Pierre.
Not after you lose it.
And now that you lost the election by doing exactly what you're complaining about right now, you want to double down on your stupidity by criticizing Jamil Giovanni, ostensibly.
I speak for the party.
He speaks for himself.
Well, you done a very bad job speaking for the party, Pierre.
Excuse me, I have a bit of a cough still.
As the visit continued and Giovanni took to social media to provide updates on the meetings he said he was having, including signaling he had spoken with U.S. President Donald Trump, questions were raised back in Ottawa about the impact this solo mission could have and the opposition MPs' intentions.
Here you have the tweet.
Then in an interview with the U.S.-based far-right news organization Breitbart, which aired earlier this week, Giovanni said we are shooting ourselves in the foot if we continue this anti-American hissy fit.
And this is the reason I'm trying to talk.
This is the reason I'm trying to talk into our government.
The man sounds like the smartest guy in the Conservative Party right now.
Canada and the United States have been in the throes of a trade war for more than a year after Trump imposed sweeping tariffs on Canadian imports.
While the Canadian-U.S.-Mexico agreement is already up for review this year, new reporting from Bloomberg indicated Trump is mulling, walking away from the deal entirely.
Prime Minister Mark Carney, meanwhile, ran in last year's election on the promise of being the best person to deal with Trump and has focused on his foreign policy on insulating Canada's economy from the United States.
How do you do that?
By sleeping with China.
Why We're Shooting Ourselves In The Foot 00:15:24
I mean, as if China isn't already fully embedded in Canada.
They're going to go and, you know, let's piss off Trump.
Let's say that he's worse than Xi Jinping and let's go sleep with Xi Jinping.
Canadians have also made a shift, for example, by avoiding travel to the U.S., which has seen a significant drop in the last year.
You know what they're doing?
This is unbelievable.
I'll get to that in a second.
When asked by a reporters on Parliament Hill Tuesday, whether he agrees with Giovanni's assessment, Pierre said no.
Well, yeah, it's great.
It worked wonders in the last election.
They're avoiding travel to America because it's so big, bad, and dangerous.
You know, don't go to Florida because Florida's anti-trans and anti-2S LGBTQIA.
Go to Miami, anybody who thinks that, you bloody morons.
But no, no, but you're right.
You're right.
Don't go to America.
Don't go to Florida.
Don't drink orange juice, people.
Go to China because right now, China is offering visa-free travel for up to 30 days.
And people are like, oh, that's always been like that.
Now it's just making it a little easier.
Yeah.
Mark J. Carney tweeted about this the other day.
Just over and appreciates, I tweet China is offering visa-free travel to Canadians.
Oh, yeah, sorry.
China offering visa-free travel to Canadians is not a gesture of good faith from your new commercial partners.
It's an invitation so they can spy on you, steal your data from your phone, and gain strategic advantage for future domination.
Enjoy Beijing.
Make sure to keep your elbows up.
Well, but viva.
They've been doing that for travel to China's always been easy.
Where was the article?
We saw the post from Carney the other day.
But you know what's amazing?
They're cozying up with China.
Gonna establish trade relations with China.
Free visa.
Go to China.
This is on the government's own website, by the way.
This is travel.gc, Gouvernement de Canada.
Point sea.
Destination, China.
China travel advice.
Exercise a high degree of caution.
Last updated, February 16, that's two days ago.
While Mark Carney celebrates visa-free travel to China, the government of Canada tells you to exercise a high degree of caution.
Why?
No, just go through this.
I mean, it's a good government safety announcement.
Exercise a high degree of caution, safety, and security.
Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region.
Local authorities have put in place invasive security measures in the Xingshuang Uyghur Autonomous Region.
Chinese authorities are increasingly detaining ethnic and Muslim minorities in the region without due process.
There are reports of extrajudicial internment and forced labor camps.
Family members of Canadian citizens with Chinese citizenship have been detained.
You may be at risk of arbitrary detention if you have familial or ethnic ties to the Xingshuang Uyghur Autonomous Region.
The situation, yada, yada, yada.
Tibetan-Tibetan autonomous prefectures.
You must obtain a permit and be taking part in an organized tour to travel to Tibet.
Where else should we not go?
Crime.
Petty crimes such as pickpocketing, purse-natching, theft, yada-yada.
Nobody really cares about that.
Fraud.
Credit card and ATM fraud occurs.
Be cautious when using debit or credit cards.
How the hell do you be cautious when you use your credit card or debit card in China?
So, but scams.
Here you go.
Look at this.
This is a great country.
Telephone scams.
Spiked food and drinks.
Never leave food or drinks unattended or in the care of strangers.
Why?
Because you'll get spiked and you'll have your organs harvested.
Be wary of accepting snacks, beverages, gum, or cigarettes from new acquaintances.
These items may contain drugs that could put you at risk for sexual assault and robbery.
Organ robbery, internet censorship, and cybersecurity.
China blocks access to several websites, social media, search engines, and online service.
You should really, you should really tighten up relations with this country, Canada.
Carney, you're doing great.
Jeez, Louise, and wonder why Donald Trump would treat Canada as the national security threat that it has become, that it has made itself.
You shouldn't expect internet privacy.
Your communications may be monitored at any time, and authorities may review the content stored or consulted on your electronic devices.
Oh, you mean like exactly like what the liberal government of Canada, the so-called liberal government of Canada, wants to do to Canadians.
Have the ability to open your mail without any warrant, to look through your electronic devices without any warrant.
Well, go to China, get used to it first.
Elbows up, bitches.
Road safety, whatever.
I mean, it goes on.
You would have thought this would be a country that your government would tell you to avoid at all costs.
But no, despite all that, human rights abuses, stealing your organs, spying on your electronic devices, that's going to be your new trade partner.
And Jamil Giovanni is wrong for saying that your anti-American hissy fit is actually shooting yourselves in the foot.
It's not just shooting yourselves in the foot, it's shooting yourselves in both feet, in your face, in your butt, wherever it hurts the most.
And then you have the balls, the audacity to go after Jamil Giovanni for stating the option.
He said off the reservation.
Fuck all of you idiots out there who want to try to discredit the legitimate ideas because of your own bullshit, punctual feigning of faux outrage for expressions.
It's so easy.
When you do it, you no longer have to address the ideas.
Forget the hissy fit.
Forget the legitimacy of the he used an antiquated expression that I find to be racist.
I mean, sure, you don't give a sweet bugger all about your native population living on reserves.
How many boil water advisories are still in effect?
Drug addiction, alcoholism, murder, sexual abuse, violence on reservation.
Oh, no, but Jamil Giovanni said off the reservation, so he's the big baddie.
Holy hell.
So that's what's going on in Canada.
And while everyone's out there feigning outrage about what he said, I was like, I'm sitting there, I'm bowling.
My weekly bowling, by the way, I averaged 199.66.
I bowled a 599 over three games.
So I think that still counts as three weeks in a row, 200 or more, because I'm rounding up.
And I'm sitting there like, do I want to jump into this?
Do I want people calling me racist, bigoted, whatever, anti-Canadian for acknowledging, understanding, and supporting the only conservative MP out there who's actually looking out for Canada's best interest?
No, no, no.
You guys should cozy up to China.
You should, you know, go take your free visa just to, you know, cover your kidneys, peeps.
Elbows up to maybe one elbows down.
Cover your kidneys, cover your liver.
And Jamil Giovanni, so far the only guy talking sense in Canada.
It is a testament that he's friends with JD Vance because it goes to show you that, you know, reasonable people tend to like each other.
But that's what's going on in Canada, at least as relates to this latest hissy fit from Canadians who seem to think that Donald Trump is the enemy, when in reality, you might not like it.
Donald Trump is the bon père de famille, as we say.
You might find this highly offensive.
And if you do, go suck a lemon.
Bon père de famill is the good father of the family.
Not to say he's perfect.
We're going to get into some of the other issues of the administration where they keep bungling.
But you might want to understand that A, when it comes to national hemispheric security, Trump is right.
B, you might already be too far into bed with Indian terrorist elements and Chinese communist elements to actually extricate yourself from that.
And Trump might actually know that.
And whether you like it or not, he is, in fact, the bon père de family that you don't know that you need, but that in fact you do need.
Because you're not getting it from Pierre Polyev, and you sure as shit are not getting it from three passport-carrying globalist whore Mark J. Carney, who sleeps with Chinese communists, metaphorically and politically speaking.
I do not yet know, literally speaking, the way Americans, freedom-loving Americans, respect the Constitution.
That is not the type of leader that you need, want, or deserve.
But yet, it's the one you have.
I guess you do deserve it because people voted for it.
That's that.
Now, because we're not yet done with the insanity in Canada, I'm reading this here.
I want to see some of the, I want to see who I've pissed off.
I don't think I've pissed off anybody.
I think it's reasonable.
I just wish I said I wouldn't swear.
I deleted a tweet where I used the F-word unnecessarily.
Dominant One says, Jacob Castro gets pleasure when Anton's will get.
Thank you very much, Domino.
And then there was a tip question over in our vivabarnslaw.locals.com.
So for those of you who don't know me, if you're new to the channel, welcome.
Where have you been?
Viva Fry, former Montreal litigator, turned current Florida Rumble.
Is this from today?
This looks like it's today.
Yeah, that's.
I want to start calling Mark J. Carney pig vomit because he looks like a pig and he makes me want to vomit.
Viva cursing like a sailor.
Fine.
We got a tip question here from outlook.com.
What sense is Shrek talking when there's no deal coming?
We were killing Canada deliberately.
It's over.
I don't understand the comment, but thank you for the support.
We're not yet done with Canada.
Mark J. Carney is not only a three-passport carrying globalist who are, he is also an individual who is soft on crime as part of the liberal policy.
Let me back that back.
They're soft on crime when it comes to actual violent criminals, and they're hard on crime when it comes to political prisoners like Tamara Leach, Chris Barber, Pat King, the Coots, six, because there were actually more than four.
When it comes to locking up your political rivals, they're very, very law and order.
When it comes to locking up transgender dads who stab their children in the neck, not so much.
When it comes to protesters at the Ottawa trucker protest, very much law and order.
When it comes to people who ram their cars into protesters, not so much.
A story went viral and it's insane.
It was a video of an individual in their vehicle talking about trans issues.
It comes from Mario Nafal.
I'm not trying to poop on Mario.
Just be careful with some of the information that he puts out there because it's not always entirely accurate.
And I was going to start the show with this, but it does require not a trigger.
It's the violence is, there's no violence that you're going to see.
It's grotesque.
It's insanity.
And it's Canada.
Mario Nafal tweets this out.
Canada, a trans-identified man stabbed his seven and eight-year-old kids.
Daughter needed surgery for a severed esophagus.
Admits he's dangerous on video, out on bail, living in a van that says every child matters.
Canada, Canadian justice, everybody.
I'll play this for you because you won't believe it when you see it.
Good morning.
It's your favorite hobo you love to hate.
Sorry, hold on.
I'm just safe.
I just wanted to do a check-in, let people know that I am being safe.
I'm being secure.
I have taken care of my needs and I am just chilling until I actually go for my sentencing.
And yeah, I did kind of realize that we do have a highly unique opportunity here.
Whereas I'm someone who did something heinous and I'm on social media.
Whereas a lot, pretty much all the other people who do something heinous get locked in a box and blocked out from society and they don't get to talk to them.
So like, does it put me at risk?
I'm already at risk.
So whatever, I guess.
Yeah, sure, it does.
We don't need to play more of this.
So this man, we're going to get to the story, slashed his children's throat.
One of them needed to have surgery and is out on bail and posting this for the world to see.
I know that I'm going to do everything in my part to not hurt anyone else in society for sure.
Like, nope, I'm good.
That was a horrible, horrible, horrible error and a bad decision that I made.
Can you imagine describing it this way?
Like, this is, can you imagine describing it?
It was an error, bad decision.
And I shouldn't have ever done it.
I never will do it again.
And if I could rewrite history and make it so I didn't do it, I would.
Okay, that's very nice.
So this video goes viral.
It goes viral in the wake of the other shooting that just occurred in Canada by a trans, put in quotes, a boy kills his mother, stepbrother at Tumblr Ridge in British Columbia, and then seven students at a school unrelated.
And this video starts going viral to show what the hell is going on in Canada.
And now, if you think it's too crazy to be true, you might be thinking of Canada.
Right Angle News Network puts out this tweet.
And I look at this.
This is the van, as you can see, that says every child matters.
This is the individual living out of their van.
And the caption of the tweet is breaking a group of Canadians are going viral after confronting Alice Michael Atwood, the man who severed his daughter's throat, but was then released on bail by Canada's catch and release system.
And the monster tries to get them to pay $60 to tell them why he did it.
Listen to this.
What happened, bro?
Explain yourself.
What happened?
What happened?
Huh?
Look, I want to talk about it.
I don't want to.
Let's talk, man.
I want to be on video.
The only way I'll do it on video is if you guys pay me $60 for you.
Shut the fuck up.
I'm not being shit.
I'll stop the fucking.
I'll do it for no money.
fuck up you're acting like that's just you think that's just cool bro No.
What the fuck you talking about?
Yeah, bro.
Fucking goofy ass nigga.
Goofy ass nigga.
Car's not even started.
Look at the TC.
The car says every child man is on.
All right.
So this goes viral.
And this highlights it.
The man's actually out on bail.
Grand Prairie Trans Man's Controversy 00:03:46
Despite what he's alleged to have done, this is from Western Standard.
Grand Prairie trans man posts online while awaiting sentence for, quote, heinous act against his children.
Christopher Oldcorn, published February 13.
Alice Michael Atwood is using social media while waiting to be sentenced for aggravated assault and assault with a weapon in a Grand Prairie case involving his two children drawing attention for talking openly about what he called a heinous act.
We saw the video.
We don't need to watch it again.
He said most people who commit serious crimes are locked in a box and blocked out from society, but he remains visible online.
He acknowledged he must answer for it, claimed he will not hurt anyone else, and asked followers what should be done with what he called unique opportunity.
We're going to get into law and order in the other segment in a bit.
In what realm of the universe could this man be released on bail?
If you think he's mentally ill, which he clearly is, you institutionalize this man because he is quite literally a proven risk to himself or others.
This is insanity.
There's no other way to describe it.
This is anarcho-tyranny.
I had that definition.
I was going to bring it up a while back.
He said most people who commit seriously, but he remains visible online.
Yada, yada, yada.
Publication ban has been issued on the exact nature of his crimes.
Well, that cat's out of the bag.
Social media users have posted Atwood in a now, is now in Calgary.
Facebook and Twitter posts are being used to warn residents.
A date for a sentencing hasn't been said.
Let's actually just check one thing here.
We'll go to Venice.ai, not the sponsor for today's show.
If you want to sponsor the show, you can just support, go to locals.
What has been accused, let's say charged with?
They put publication bans on these things, and the pretext is to protect children.
The reality is it's anarcho-tyranny because all they're doing is protecting the perpetrators.
They're protecting the violent criminals to the detriment and risk of society.
And then they say, well, publication ban.
Let me see something here.
Venice.a says he's also was charged with aggravated assault after allegedly stabbing two children, ages seven and eight, in Grand Prairie on february 19 2025.
Some reports also list an additional charge of assault with a weapon.
The case is proceeding through the Alberta court system, with sentencing reportedly scheduled for january 2026.
It's a little bit old, I guess, though the current status is unclear.
10 citations, do you know what anarcho-tyranny means?
It's a political concept describing a system that fails to enforce public safety.
Anarchy while aggressively regulating, monitoring and prosecuting law-abiding citizens.
Tyranny coined by Sam Francis, the.
This framework suggests a government that ignores actual criminals while punishing the innocent through bureaucracy, overregulation and political or hate crime laws.
Does that sound like Canada in a nutshell?
If it doesn't, it should, because that is Canada in a nutshell, stripping law-abiding gun owners of their rights to own guns while releasing violent, stabby trans dads to live on the streets.
What happens when that guy doesn't get 60 bucks to get whatever he needs?
Holy shit people.
It's insanity.
No, it's not insanity, it's Canada, but you voted for it.
Talking Shit Deserves Consequences 00:15:50
Elbows up, peeps.
Go to China, just be careful and uh, bring a burner phone, And that's That.
Let me do one thing before we move on to the next one.
And we're going to do this here.
Let me go see what's going on in the chat.
Now, speaking of people never let people never forget, let me rephrase this.
People never let me forget that I'm Canadian.
And I do wonder if my perspective on violence is framed around me being Canadian or just my own self-preservation in a sense of, yeah, violence is warranted as a last resort.
And that term last resort can depend on the context.
And I am certainly one who would actively avoid conflict as opposed to I say not willingly, but eagerly getting into unnecessary conflict.
And this is what I'm going to pick the brains of the audience.
And I'm open to being told that I'm wrong on this particular issue.
People will never let me forget that I'm Canadian.
They'll say, sissy Canadian.
Fafo.
F around, find out.
The news of the day is that I don't know who these people are until the videos go viral.
And then I have to go and like do a little homework to find out what the hell is going on.
A guy named Dean the Great, 7-0 pro boxer, kick streamer.
People, what the fuck is going on on kicks?
I mean, they're going to have to start calling it Punch Streamer.
Posted a video of him getting punched in the face.
It wasn't even punched, by the way.
And some people don't realize.
It was short elbowed to the face by a former UFC fighter named Tiki Gosen.
Never, I used to watch a lot of UFC and not familiar with Tiki.
And oddly enough, it was at a Quentin Rampage Jackson party.
You may remember Raja Jackson from such brutal assaults as the one that he did.
That he also was it on it was on Kik that he posted that actual violent crime.
So this guy apparently had gotten slapped in the face a day earlier or two days ago.
And I'll play both because we're going to need to know both in order to determine whether or not either or both were justified or either or both were overlined.
I don't think the slap in the face was over the line and I actually think it was mildly deserved.
But let me see if I can find oh, the first one where he gets punched where he gets slapped in the face is we need to see it.
Hold on a second.
Where is the one where he gets slapped in the face?
I had it.
Oh, I'm going to have to go find it now.
We cannot go on without seeing the link of the one where he gets slapped in the face.
Hold on just one second because we need to watch that.
Link to getting slapped.
I thought I had that one on the backdrop.
40 seconds.
Oh, come on.
All right.
Hold on.
We're just going to go to my feed because I know that I posted this here.
They're doing like side by sides here.
All right.
So where was the slap and the punch?
This is, oh, here we go.
Here we go.
This is it.
X-UFC fighter elbowing me for the clip, knowing I'm intoxicated.
I bet.
I don't understand what that means.
But let's play this.
And we're going to go here, here, bring it up a little bit.
This maximizes more plays.
Nice to meet you, bruv.
You do know who I am.
I don't know why you lying.
You definitely know who the fuck I am.
Don't know why you don't know me.
You definitely know me.
Nice to meet you, though.
Yeah, I just don't.
Don't be lying because girls around and shit.
You definitely know me, bruv.
Not even knowing some disrespectful shit, but I don't know you.
I don't like your attitude.
I don't like your fucking tone.
I don't like you at all, though.
Are you the guy that got a slap on video?
I did, but I'll slap the shit out, you know.
Oh, yeah.
I'm going to show you the inside of the house.
No, I'll put you.
I'll make you another clip.
Don't do that.
Seriously?
Don't do that.
Okay.
Come on.
Don't do that.
The question is this.
Is this justified?
We have to see the other one because I would have loved to shown the other one where it was an open-handed slap after the guy was talking about his wife.
And an open-handed slap is a little bit different than what is, I was looking up like the most deadly, metaphorically speaking, or the most lethal types of strikes in UFC.
Short elbows, especially when the guy turns into it with professional accuracy.
Like we've got one of those, look at that.
I mean, I said, I'm not trying to be funny, and I'm not saying that this changes my initial assessment, which is I don't see how this is justified, but that's some solid technique right there.
Now, the issue is people are going to say, Fafo, this guy's trying to pick a fight.
And I've watched it over and over and over again.
And it looks to me that the guy who knows he's, I mean, much bigger, although the guy's a 7-0, Tiki is waiting for the moment, planning for the moment, and then does it at a time when, as far as I can tell you, they had some trash talking.
It looked like the guy was going in for the party, which is where his chin became available for a landing.
After he makes a joke about you, the one who just got slapped in the face, they go back and forth, yada, yada.
And then it looks like the guy got offended that he challenged his ability to knock him out and then starts walking in and takes the punch.
Let's see this.
Okay.
I'm going to show you the inside of the house.
No, I'll put you.
I'll make you another clip.
Don't do that.
Seriously?
Okay, right now.
Don't do that.
Seriously.
Right now, to me, as much tension and trash talking as there is, this guy's going into the party and this guy's made a decision to elbow him in the face.
Okay.
Am I going to convince anybody or am I going to go back to a chat and everyone's going to say, Viva, you're a sissy.
Totally justified.
He didn't know if that guy was going to throw the first sucker punch and so he had to do it first.
Don't do that.
Seriously?
I'll do that.
By the way, now that I actually noticed it, I was wondering where his drink went.
Look at the rip.
He dropped his drink.
Seriously?
Don't do that.
The only thing that would make this, I'd say, more perfection by execution, but not necessarily legal would be if he caught his drink with his other hand.
Okay, I want to go see what the chat has to say.
I'm telling you, the more I watch it, the more I'm convincing myself of my initial reaction.
The guy made, Tiki made a decision.
He was going to elbow him and teach him a lesson because he melted off.
And at the time he did it, there was zero reason to do it.
An elbow like that can kill somebody, especially coming from that guy's shoulders.
That guy's like a like a strong bull.
And landing that, a sucker punch without the guy being ready, could kill him easily.
I'm going to go, do I go to our vivabarnslaw.locals.com community first?
Let's go to vivabarnslaw.local.com and see what they have to say first.
What we have to say in our beautiful above-average community.
Viva, you are a soft Canadian and there's nothing wrong with that, says Roostang.
It started with Bill.
That's it.
Big dude at fault.
That's my thing.
That's a forearm shiver in my neighborhood.
Three times homie should have de-escalated.
Let me see.
The kid is a jester in the court of public opinion.
I pretty shite way to make a living.
Okay, I don't know what that means.
Pow right in the kisser, UFC John Jones.
100% I would have done it.
He sounds demon-possessed, sucker punched.
Definitely had to do it.
Three strikes.
Okay.
So we're, I'll say, I don't know if my assessment is that we're split on viva barneslaw.locals.com.
And I think we're not going to be split on bald guys fedman waiting to get sucker punch first gets you killed, says Bucklebrush.
Dude had the elbow coming.
Glad to see him.
You can't wait until you're dead to decide to react.
Obnoxious little guy, but shouldn't have been hit.
Okay, so look, I feel pow right in the kisser.
Come on.
That was a sucker punch.
That's my view as well.
A sucker punch that could kill somebody by a man who is clearly bigger.
And it only came after the insult of you wouldn't be able to knock me out.
Okay, look, you know what?
It'll be a 50-50 and people enjoy seeing loudasses get their comeuppins.
My issues, people are going to say, good for him.
He did what he, you know, did what he, the kid got what he deserved, and I would have done the same thing.
He didn't do it.
I have a bad feeling this dude is going to be in a lot of legal trouble.
At the very least, civil, if not criminal.
And we'll see.
Now, King of Bill Tong is in the house and he says, looking for real food, try some Bill Tong made with clean ingredients and done the right way.
At Bill Tong USA, we didn't.
We don't make processed junk.
Check out Billtongusa.com.
Use code Viva for 10% off.
And then on top of that, forced name change.
I got to say, I would like to see the rest of the video after that elbow.
Looks like the guy was just getting going.
Well, after the video, you heard the oof, oof, oof, and he started punching and then they broke it up.
You know, it is interesting.
You're watching like, I don't want to compare it to animals, but you have to, like, two dogs in a dog run.
And anybody who's ever seen two dogs get into a fight, like hackles go up, they start their movement, and you know that one of them is going to, it's a moment of tension for everybody.
If they like just back off and walk away, that's fine.
But if one strikes, then the other responds, and that's how it goes.
I've watched that now multiple times.
I think the guy's going to get into legal problems.
When he threw that strike, it was at the de-escalation when the kid was going into the room, it looked like, unless your thought is he was going to sucker punch him and he who sucker punch says second is unconscious.
But that's my take on it.
I'm prepared to be wrong on that anyhow, because that is not the type of thing where I would hang my identity or hang my intellect on an accurate assessment.
But we'll see.
My prediction, there will certainly be a civil, I say certainly.
I predict civil remedy, and I do predict there will be some criminal issues as well.
Take it for what it's worth.
All right, now let me just see what's going on in the back here because I want to, before we get into the next one, which is going to be the ongoing insanity of the Epstein debacle.
But I'm going to take a, I was going to use a graphic image.
I'm going to rage against Ted Lieu for a little bit.
You know that in French, Lieu, L-I-E-U means place.
Ted's name is Ted Place, literally.
Before we get going, let me just go into the chat over on vivabarnslaw.locals.com and see what's going on in terms of an update.
Sucker punched.
Booyah nailed it.
Jump to recent messages.
Viva, have you heard of Frankie McDonald before?
He's an amateur meteorologist in Nova Scotia.
I have not that I know of.
It's how Americans react to elbows up.
If Joe Rogan watched this video, lipping of a bigger dude gets you a pow in the kisser.
He was threatening, says 65 Jag guy.
How many views on the video?
Cui bono?
Critical thought.
Oh, he got the views.
That's why I was also wondering maybe, because it did look not staged.
The dude, I mean, whatever his big mouth is, he's got a tough chin because he was not, he was not out for 10 minutes after that savage elbow.
I mean, that'll knock many people's heads clean off their neck.
I'm not here at this party to take shit from some, okay?
Talking shit deserves the consequences.
That's the type of attitude that gets you in unnecessary trouble.
Was it an invitation for mutual combat?
Even in mutual combat, there are still limits.
That would probably find its way into.
And then unsanctioned mutual combat.
All right.
Whatever.
Oh, that's what I wanted to do, by the way.
Hold on one second.
King.
No, no, hold on a second.
It's Billtongusa.com.
That's what I wanted to do: show you Bill Tong.
We're going to look at the delicious before we get into the more political crap.
Bill Tong.
This is this is Billtongusa.com.
It's delicious.
Support Texas Company, South African owned.
Move to the land of these Americas.
For all the issues of everywhere on earth, greatest country on earth.
And that is that.
Check it out.
You got all the beautiful food there.
Forced name change says, according to many people on X and Grok, there may be no legal issues.
You have the right to defend yourself physically from verbal threats if they are perceived to be legitimate.
Yeah, I did ask Cernovich what his take was.
I mean, maybe Cernovich is not the best authority.
I don't know if you ask Andrew Branca, who's more in Second Amendment rights.
Let me see if I got replies.
I know Cerno posted it.
Here we go.
Let's see what he says here.
Agree on the antagonist, but I think it lands in illegal trouble.
Viva, my last assault charge cost me exactly $211.
$30 was for the stupid online anger management course I did before hearing the rest.
No find or nothing.
He threatened him two inches from his face, though.
Tough call.
Gosen was assaulted by Dean.
Gosen does not need to wait to be struck to defend himself.
Self-defense.
The guy's actively threatening him.
He was threatened by a fighter.
Respond.
Bronca Show is the leader.
Let's see what he has to say.
Dude threatened him.
Does your family know that you're not, you aren't willing to ever protect them?
See, this is the stupid, like the one that doesn't trigger me.
This is the stupidity.
It'll be tough to protect my family when I'm in jail where I could have otherwise avoided being in jail.
I mean, like, his family wasn't threatened right there.
By all accounts, he might have been if you even go there.
Ego might have been more threatened.
It's very tough to defend and protect your family when you've landed yourself in jail when you could have otherwise found other ways to not land yourself in jail where your wife, because my wife is attractive, you know, other people say, oh, daddy's in jail for a little while and he's going away for a long, long time.
I don't think so when someone threatens you, you have to wait.
Cost of living in polite societies to sometimes let people beat the shit out of dumbasses.
All right, well, that's it.
The internet consensus is always going to be FAFO.
But now, speaking of FAFO, let me actually just refresh my memory before we do this.
It's called the speech and debate clause.
I want to adequately define this.
Speech and debate clause.
The speech or debate clause, Article 1, Section 6, Clause 1, provides U.S. senators and representatives with absolute immunity.
Absolute immunity.
The same jackasses who wanted to strip the president of his immunity from criminal prosecution or civil lawsuits regarding, quote, speech or debate in either house, end quote.
It protects legislative acts such as voting, hearings, and reports from executive or judicial intimidation.
Library of Congress.
I mean, this is the, we can go get the actual, the actual text, but speech or debate clause.
We all know about it.
We know that Elizabeth Warren effectively invoked it for her slander of Sandman, as did Deborah Holland.
We know that it's often invoked as the basis to basically say whatever the F you want, regardless of how insane, defamatory, malicious it would otherwise be.
I'm going to play this.
Pam Bondi's Criticism 00:14:47
Ted Liu, scum of the earth, said this, and he should be sued for it.
Period.
And I appreciate the speech and debate absolute immunity when it's legislative, when it's legitimate.
Fraud visiates everything.
When you deliberately, maliciously, and fraudulent exploit of something so that you could otherwise do what would otherwise be illegal, I think you should be held to account, period.
And I don't even care if I lose in court, I would take this up.
I would sue this mother effer and then let him defend himself for having made this statement.
Listen to this.
So why are Republicans so interested in Bill Hillary Clinton?
I got to pause.
Why?
I do it as a joke.
Why does this idiot actually say why?
I'm going to start it again.
I'm going to shut my trap for two full minutes.
So why are Republicans so interested in Bill Hillary Clinton?
It's because they're trying to distract from the fact that Donald Trump is in the Epstein files thousands and thousands of times.
In those files, there's highly disturbing allegations of Donald Trump raping children.
No, there isn't actually, but you should be sued right now of Donald Trump threatening to kill children.
So I encourage your press to go look at these allegations.
And I'm highly disturbed that Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanch just got the law wrong.
Yesterday, he said essentially that it is not a crime to party with Jeffrey Epstein.
Well, that's actually not correct.
I can't hold myself back.
This is why Todd Blanche and Pam Bondi need to go.
You allow this scumbag SOB to braid together bullshit and legitimate statements.
And then the people out there who say, oh, well, shit, he said something legitimate.
So now I'm going to add more legitimacy and credibility to the bullshit.
That's how you do it.
The biggest, most malicious lie is not one that is so demonstrably false, nobody's going to believe it.
It's the lie that is woven into a certain element of truth.
And this is the door that Todd Blanche has opened through his conduct, Pam Bondi, through her debacle.
Debacle.
They let Ted Liu spew shit intertwined with elements of truth so that his idiot base, low information, low IQ voters are going to believe that there's any truth to the allegation that there are legitimate accusations that Trump did terrible things to children in the files.
There isn't.
If Jeffrey Epstein was human trafficking minors for these sex parties and you show up and patronize the establishment at that party, yes, you're guilty because patronizing is part of the law of the federal sex trafficking law.
So Deputy General Todd Blanche just got that wrong, which maybe explains why they aren't investigating all these folks, including Donald Trump.
He needs to read the law and investigate these people.
He also needs to resign, not only for not knowing the law, but a massive, Massive, not only screw-up, but the biggest privacy violation in history.
They release a lot of pictures of minors unredacted, just violated the privacy of these girls.
And this is also true.
And you got Mike Davis running hardcover for Pam Bondi, going out and trying to hold it against Thomas Massey and Rocondo that they accidentally identified four people who were in a random lineup to argue now that those people are responsible for having violated the privacy of four innocent individuals,
not realizing that if RoCanna and Thomas Massey deserve to be blamed or criticized for accidentally, inadvertently identifying four people with nothing to do with the files and ruining their lives, well, then what blame does Todd Blanche and Pam Bondi have for disclosing the private information of the people they were supposed to protect in the disclosures?
They've opened that door.
It is uncalled for what they did.
The one thing that they could not do under this law was to invade the privacy of these women now who were girls at the time who were victims of sex trafficking.
Also, he met with Ghelaine Maswell.
Maxwell moved her to limit security prison and then got a puppy for her.
So for all those reasons, he's just got to leave the Department of Justice.
A, you authorize or allow or empower Ted Liu, the scumbag of all scumbags, to intertwine truth with bullshit.
And I write to this, and I hope someone does it.
Like, oh, you do it and you lose.
Okay, well, he who dares nothing need hope for nothing.
You miss 100% of the shots you don't take.
I say, I appreciate the speech and the speech or debate clause gives immunity for things government officials say, but someone should test the limits of that immunity.
Maliciously and fraudulently exploiting that immunity to spout objective, demonstrable lies should not be included.
Fraud vitiates everything.
Ted Liu should be censored at the very least or sued into oblivion, preferably both.
But like Ted Liu comes out and he says utter rubbish, intertwined with some truth.
And people are going to say, well, shit, maybe, maybe, maybe it is true.
Did Todd Blanche actually say it's not illegal to party with Epstein?
I'll never say no.
And we will always investigate any evidence of misconduct.
But as you know, it is not a crime to party with Mr. Epstein.
And so as horrible as it is, it's not a crime to email with Mr. Epstein.
And then some of these men may have done horrible things.
And if we have evidence that allows us to prosecute them, you better believe we will.
But it's also the kind of thing that the American people need to understand that it isn't a crime to party with Mr. Epstein.
It isn't a crime to party.
It didn't look like that's all that was going on on some of those photos.
I mean, if the photos could speak, some of them look pretty bad.
That's right.
Give credit for Fox News for pushing back on this.
Can you imagine that someone might have sat there and said, all right, guys, we need a talking point.
This is what's going to fly with the American public right now.
Tell them that it's not illegal to party with Mr. Epstein.
Mr. Epstein?
Holy shit, you're showing him deference, Todd?
Like, this is the type of blunder, the type of gaffe that undermines the public's faith in the players and by extension, the administration.
If this were the private sector, that gets you fired.
If this were the private sector, bungling the disclosure gets you fired.
Make all the excuses you want.
He actually said, because Barnes has been railing against this, he actually said, America needs to understand it's not illegal to party with Mr. Epstein.
First of all, considering what everybody means by the term party, and I'm putting it in quotes, it's baked into the definition that the partying, when people say partying with Epstein, is the illegal activity.
We're not talking about going to the Oscars gala with Mr. Epstein.
Why don't you call him Mr. Jeffrey Epstein, sir?
You call him Epstein at the very least to not show deference to a convicted sex offender.
They come out and say it's not illegal to party with Mr. Epstein.
Do you know what that sounds like?
A lot of us have partied with Mr. Epstein.
Just remember, it wasn't illegal.
Holy hell.
And the pathological gaslighting, by the way, that's coming out of all this at the same time.
I'm not going to play the entire video.
It's 10 minutes and it's the Charlie Kirk show.
Mike Davis, just because I'm not picking on Mike, his beef with Barnes is their beef and they'll duke it out like, you know, they'll duke it out like the two guys we watched and we'll see who's who by the end of their duking it out legally.
But he's been the biggest spokesperson for Pam Bondi, the biggest cheerleader.
I want to say tied with a few others, definitely the biggest.
And I'm saying this now.
Look at the gaslighting.
You're going to see the shift in narrative in real time right now.
Remember, when there were no documents to release, Todd Blanche with that unsigned memo that I had legit questions about.
No client list, nothing to see here.
There's going to be no more disclosures.
We're going to fight the disclosures.
All right, the disclosures happened.
It's a good thing that they happened.
Remember, everybody also, don't be a black pill panican.
Just wait.
Pam Bondi doing a great job.
Deep state arrests are coming.
Russia Gate hosts arrests are coming.
James Comey arrests, Leticia James, Adam Schiff.
It's all coming.
It's coming.
It's coming.
Just wait, shut up.
Don't be a blackpillar.
Oh, it's not coming.
Why isn't it coming?
Because you took too many resources to get the release of the Epstein files that released files that we said weren't there to be released in the first place.
This is literally the gaslighting that's going on.
Mike Davis says, what?
Want accountability for lawfare against Trump and his allies?
Oh, I'm sorry.
I was told it's already in effect.
I was told to sit down, shut up, and don't be a blackpillar because Pam Bondi is doing an amazing job and it's already in effect.
Oh, no.
We're being told right now, it's not in effect and it's your fault.
Want accountability for lawfare against Trump and his allies.
Then stop demanding every good person at the Justice Department sit through months of Epstein document review.
There is no accountability on lawfare right now.
What?
What?
I'm not trying to be an ass here.
I'm not trying to say I told you so.
But that's what a lot of us had been warning about, concerned about, that there isn't lawfare.
Sorry, that there isn't accountability on lawfare right now.
And we were told, shut up, panicking, blackpillar.
Bondi's doing a great job.
And there is.
Oh, but she's not really able to do everything because she hasn't been able to get her U.S. attorneys through because of the blue slip rule.
There is no accountability on lawfare right now because Massey and his Democrat buddies have Trump's Justice Department buried in Epstein up to their eyeballs.
The Justice Department has only finite resources.
They had to focus on Massey's political nonsense instead of holding criminals accountable.
Can you believe?
Maybe the defense is going to have to be now.
Mike Davis doesn't speak for the administration.
Shut up.
You're literally contradicting everything we've been saying for the last six months.
There is no accountability on lawfare right now.
They had to focus on Massey's political nonsense instead of holding criminals accountable.
Why wasn't Massey pushing for answers back?
Holy crap.
This is pathological gaslighting.
It went from, quote, things are happening.
Pam Bondi's doing great.
It doesn't happen overnight.
Be patient.
Don't be blackpillar in a panic and things are going on behind the scenes.
You just don't see them too.
It's not happening and it's your fault literally overnight.
I mean, if that doesn't shock you, I don't know what will.
I saw that and I, and I, again, you never know what's parody.
Someone set up a Mike Davis parody account and they post things that are insane but close enough to reality that people find them, believe them, quote, tweet them, discredit themselves.
That's insane.
That is such a grotesque admission to make in light of the shit that they've been giving other people for being concerned about the fact that where are the deep state?
You know, the meme, zero Russia gate hosts arrests, zero deep state arrests, zero lawfare against those who, you know, it's the meme.
And then we literally told, no, no, you don't know what's going on behind the scenes.
Things are going on.
Pam Bondi is doing great.
Oh, and she has not been able to do her job because of people like you.
What was this?
This was my response back in the day.
Hold on.
Let me actually, let me bring this up in not incognito so we can see the original tweet.
You can call me whatever name you want.
I always say, I don't start off rude, for lack of a better word.
I don't start off rude.
And I did not start off rude with or distrustful of Bondi at all.
It's not bias.
It's not blackpilling.
It is assessing over a period of time where things have gone.
Remember, this is what Todd Blanche wrote.
I mean, it's funny, his name is Blanche, and that means white in French.
And you got to talk about whitewashing.
Todd Blanche on July 11th, 2025, I worked closely with FBI Director Cash, FBI Dan Bongino, on the joint FBI and DOJ memo regarding the Epstein files.
All of us signed off on the contents of the memo and the conclusions stated in that memo.
The suggestion by anyone that there was any daylight between the FBI and the DOJ leadership on this memo's composition and release is patently false.
And I said this at the time, trying to be respectful, trying to actually get to the truth.
I say this with the utmost of respect without any snark or sass.
The entire confusion stems from the fact that literally nobody signed off on an undated and unsigned memo, nor did anyone take responsibility for it.
It was leaked to Axios, quietly uploaded to the DOJ website the next day.
That is specifically the origin of all the confusion and controversy.
Other than Caroline Levitt's brief comment on the memo, no one has even assumed authorship of it or presented it officially to such a bizarre point that people were hypothesizing that the memo was fake.
Perhaps a press conference to discuss the memo and its findings and not a tweet one week later after the controversy has gone viral.
In the private sector, you'd get fired for that.
It might be worth it to look at the memo just very briefly.
Compare it now to what we're being told.
No, that's not the right memo.
Link to FBI Todd Blanche memo.
Got to pull up the documents.
Do we need to pull it up again?
We've seen it a few times already, but is this it?
Why do I keep getting the wrong memo?
I can't find it.
I won't find it.
It doesn't matter.
World War III Analogies 00:09:08
We've seen it enough times.
Explanations that don't make sense in light of what we've been told.
Then you have Director Kash Patel on with Dan Bongino earlier today.
Benny Johnson posted it.
FBI Director Kash Patel to Dan Bongino and Antifa.
You and I had launched a serious investigation.
We said these organizations don't operate alone, don't operate in silence.
They operate with heavy, heavy stream funding.
We found them.
This is uh we're gonna look at the facts that exist.
We're not gonna try to make up facts that don't so we can serve a political narrative and wait till you and I know you know this, but wait till you see what's coming.
Um, in the next month or two, on the funding streams related to this, you and I had launched a serious investigation.
We had said these organizations don't operate alone, don't operate in silence, they operate with a heavy, heavy stream of funding.
And we started looking into it.
And guess what, Dan?
We found them, Director.
Your thoughts on this, I covered earlier in this show.
We're going to look at the facts that exist.
The we found them.
This is now, I don't know when, you know, how long people have been saying follow the money for fine.
They've been doing work on that.
The we found them seems like it's going to echo in my mind like George Bush, we got them.
Yeah, it's, it's, yeah, and then you get accused of you know not being real MAGA, whatever the hell that means.
I've said this time and time again, and will continue to say it.
I don't, I wouldn't call myself MAGA, I don't form part of groups.
It seems very childish and very high school.
Um, I have long supported Trump, long regarded the day that he survived that assassination attempt as a miracle of cosmic proportions.
To the point where you know, I don't get offended, but to the point where I say that you calling someone Black Pillars Panikins, the people who have been the most vocal supporters and supporters through criticism, calling them fake MAGA.
So, Mike Sporazza, it's a nice last name, says, I wish all the MAGA, all the fake MAGA, would remember this.
You know what this is.
Fight, fight, fight.
Fight so that Todd Blanche can get up there after a six-month bungled Epstein debacle and say it's not illegal to party with Epstein.
By the grace of God, I keep saying it was a miracle that Trump survived.
Corey Comperatori was murdered in front of his wife and kids that day.
And, you know, you could hypothesize and pontificate on the tangential alternative universe that we would be in if that bullet had hit Trump where the shooter intended it to hit him.
And maybe Corey survives.
The world would be in a hot World War III.
The world would be, America would be in a hot civil war.
And I said this.
I mean, I say this because I think about it daily.
When we moved to Florida, it was under Joe Biden's America, which was no America that anybody recognized.
And we're now sort of seeing, getting a hint of the evidence, the degree to which Joe Biden's America was fast becoming to you know starting to resemble the Justin Trudeau's Canada that forced me out.
I came down here during that.
I was on my way to the RNC when that happened.
And I said, we all remember that day.
I was at a hotel in Michigan on the drive from Montreal to Milwaukee to attend the RNC.
Just went for a jog, had my phone on, do not disturb.
I remember I was listening to Annie Jacobson on Joe Rogan talking about her new book, Nuclear War, a Scenario.
I'm like, holy shit, this is heavy.
Trying to jog and you're trying not to like have an anxiety attack about a reality that unfortunately now we seem sort of a little bit too close to.
I got back to the hotel.
My perturbed wife asked me if I had heard what happened.
It was beyond a miracle, which is why I'm sure you can understand people's frustration watching it squandered with botched Epstein disclosures.
Todd Blanche saying America's need to understand it isn't a crime to party with Epstein.
Bondi talking about the DAO while talking, testifying before the House Judiciary Committee regarding the Department of Justice's handling of the Epstein files.
It was beyond a miracle, but for which the world would be in a hot World War III and hot civil war in America.
It was beyond a miracle that cannot be squandered by the incompetence of certain members of the administration.
Respectfully submitted.
Lest we'd forget.
As you know, it is not a crime to party with Mr. Epstein.
But it's also the kind of thing that the American people need to understand that it isn't a crime to party with Mr. Epstein.
It isn't a crime to party.
It looks like that's all that was going on on some of those photos.
The Dow is over 50,000 right now.
We should be talking about making Americans safe.
We should be talking about, what does a Dow have to do with anything?
That's what they just asked.
Are you kidding?
Are you kidding?
That's how you win arguments.
We should be talking about how to keep Americans safe.
Yep.
That has nothing to do with the DAO.
I can appreciate the tangential argument.
Financial well-being is a way to ensure that people don't resort to violence and criminality.
We should be talking about keeping Americans safe.
Part of that might include going after the infrastructure that was the Epstein connection.
None of that has to do with the DAO and getting up there and saying the DAO, the DAO, getting laughed at by everybody watching.
And then people being told to swallow that garbage as though it was somehow a good performance.
It was a miracle.
It was a miracle not just for America, for the world.
World War I started with a bullet, Franz Ferdinand.
Started with the irony is that Archduke Franz Ferdinand, they didn't even get him on the first shot when they tried to throw a bomb at his trolley car, whatever the hell they were driving back then.
Survived the first assassination attempt and then apparently didn't follow some precautions and took a detour.
And they got him on the second one.
But for that, World War I doesn't occur.
But for World War I, World War II doesn't occur.
What we dodged, what the world dodged when Trump dodged that bullet was another Archduke Franz Ferdinand assassination that would have plunged the world into an absolute state of hell.
That does not mean you cannot criticize the administration when it's warranted.
And it does not mean that you have to say bungled bullshit is actually Shinola.
We can tell the difference between shit and shinola, people.
I remember that.
And that's all I have to say about that.
I think we'll see.
Excuse me.
Let me see what was this?
Did I forget to bring this one up?
No, that was from.
Okay, sorry.
That was my opus clips trying to figure out how to do clips better with these software.
What I did see is that forced name change is in the house, and there is a tip question for him.
Forced name change says, Viva, have you ever watched Mr. Inbetween?
Nope, I don't know what it is.
Specifically scene where bullies ruin his daughter's ice cream and the anger management class that follows.
It's about a world of a-holes.
Check it out.
Is it a movie?
Well, don't check it out.
And now let's go see what's going on on vivabarnslaw.locals.com.
People want, are we, no, sorry, I didn't share the screen yet.
Let me go actually share the screen.
World War I was over the Berlin to Baghdad.
Well, I mean, look, what triggered it?
It was a, and there might have, it might have occurred had nothing happened at all.
It was a, what's the word I'm looking for?
There was a catalyst of, you know, a series of events culminating in, but oddly enough, the beginning, I had to go back and refresh my memory of World War I. Still not something that I retain very well, but very analogous to how we almost got into a World War III very recently.
Let me see here.
If guys could stop pretending this shit was normal, that would be great.
People don't know enough about the history.
They didn't study it right.
It's very difficult to appreciate history when you're not living through it.
And, you know, that's one thing that I've always found amazing.
People can shit on Robert Barrows all you want.
One of his absolute talents is understanding history in the context in which it occurred.
That sounds very much like Kamala Harris, but you're like, oh, okay, fine.
Yep.
How about Lawrence?
Well, France, Ferdinand God has said.
Truly understanding the historical context, the atmosphere at the time.
It's something, you know, it's tough to get.
You can read a history book on the building of the pyramids.
Guilty by Participation? 00:03:28
It's like, oh, okay, fine.
You go there and you sort of almost live through it, but see it in real life.
Yeah, it takes on a different impact.
And it's tough to appreciate history.
You can read about Fort Ticonderoga, but then when you drive through it on your way from Montreal to Florida, and then you watch The Patriot with your kid, then you start to really, really live it, relive it in as much as you can.
Roostang says, if you want to party with Viva, B-Y-O-G, bring your own gin.
Yep.
And if you want to have a typo, you can bring your own gun too, though.
Department of Injustice says, Auntly, who radicalized you?
No one.
No one so far.
No one.
You move so far to the left, you think I'm radical.
Not bad, not bad.
It's not a crime to party at with Jeffrey Epstein.
I would have partied with him.
I wouldn't have, even if the only parting was part.
It's not a party to party.
That messaging is sure to go over in today's ambiance.
Force Dame Change says it is an Austrian TV series to find the clip, Mr. Go, Google, Mr. Inbetween Anger Management.
Okay, we'll do.
Pinochet's helicopter tours in the house says it's not a crime to party with Epstein Viva.
Can you define guilty by association?
It's not a crime to party with Epstein.
Viva, can you define guilty by association?
We know what guilty by association means.
It's predicated on the fact that you're not guilty.
Guilty by participation is a little bit different.
Oh, but he's not guilty instead.
What we're referring to when people say partying with Epstein is engaging in activities with underage girls at wherever they did it, wherever they did their depravity.
That's what everybody understands by it.
Nobody's thinking about partying with Epstein.
I mean, is it illegal to party with Diddy?
Well, until people knew what the hell was going on at those parties, but people need to understand, like, there's a difference between the injustice of guilt by association and the logic of guilt by participation.
Are the bankers who facilitated Jeffrey Epstein's crimes guilty of the sex crimes?
No, but they're certainly guilty by participation.
It's not just by anybody, anybody, anybody who, whatever, I mean, that's the bottom line.
We're not talking about anybody who had anything to do with him.
And if you can determine the extent of their association and it's not incriminating, Steve Bannon might be the perfect example.
Guilt by association?
No.
Nobody's saying he's guilty of sex crimes because of his association with Jeffrey Epstein.
But right now, he's certainly guilty by participation of a different type of issue, alleged disloyalty to Trump and just fraternizing with and trying to rehabilitate the image of a convicted sex offender.
So he doesn't have to be a sex offender.
And nobody's suggesting he is.
The evidence doesn't suggest that he is.
The evidence suggests that his judgment was one of attempting to participate in the rehabilitation of the image of a convicted sex offender.
And arguably, I'm not thoroughly convinced on it yet, but arguably some of those text messages appear to show a certain degree of disloyalty.
But why I have trouble accepting that is because Bannon, when it came to Trump, was among the most loyal and went to jail for him.
But that's not guilt by association.
That is guilt by participation.
And the only question is the degree to which and with what you have been participating.
Go Raid Redacted 00:02:07
Pinochet's helicopter tours is in the house with a follow-up.
I do not presume innocence.
I presume guilt.
I am under no obligation to extend a presumption of innocence I will never receive from our corrupt courts.
Well, you know, I like what Ivan Rayklin has to say about this.
When it comes to individuals who are not members of the government, it's a presumption of innocence.
When it comes to the government, it's a presumption of guilt.
Period.
So there's that.
All right, peeps.
What we're going to do now is we're going to go, who do we raid, actually?
Let's see.
There's something.
I think Pavlovsky seems to be on the front.
Hey.
Oh, there's a, it's not live anymore.
So we'll go raid redacted anyhow.
Yeah, let's go raid redacted.
And oh, God, it'll piss somebody off.
They've got Ian Carroll on.
Look, people, the raid is not.
I get along with Ian, so it's not going to, it's not, doesn't bother me.
But if you don't want to see Ian Carroll, come on over to vivabarnslaw.locals.com, where you can partake in our beautiful community and our after show.
Locals.
Boom.
There you go.
Bada bing, bada boom.
And I hope you enjoyed it, Rumble.

Yada yada, all the stuff.
The links are in the description.
And I think Finboy Slick and Roostang have said something in the chat over on vivabarnslaw.locals.com.
Come on over.
Viva, in case you missed it, I highly recommend Mr. Inbetween two.
Great acting.
Okay, let's do this here.
Finboy has always Viva.
I always tell the truth, even when I lie, Tony Montana Scarf.
It was a great line.
But I do understand what he meant by it also: is that there is a way when you lie of being honest about your lies.
I'm trying to think.
It made sense when I first saw them.
All right, whatever.
We're going to end.
Thank you for being here.
Godspeed.
If you're not coming over to vivabarneslaw.locals.com.
Locals, here we come.
And Rumble, I'll see you tomorrow.
