Time Text
Ladies and gentlemen, I don't really have much of a forward this morning for tonight's episode, but it will be filled with blackpills because Viva has been thoroughly blackpilled this week.
behold press play started out in edgewood has released the fire stirred within us
just to uh explain what's going on for people listening in podcast format we're looking at uh what do they call it a flyer for a protest that is going to be occurring in canada across all major cities you It's being planned for November 22nd, 2025, in response to the slaughter of the ostriches in Canada and the government tyranny that that atrocious, atrocious situation represents.
And is it fake AI music?
I don't know if it's fake AI music, but bottom line, they're trying to plan something of what would be Trucker Protest 2.0 across Canada following the slaughter of the ostriches.
And I'm telling you that I put out a tweet that, you know, I said that the story can't end with the slaughter of the ostriches.
And I'm not trying to deter people from their respective lawful activism.
There's a thoroughly defeatist, defeating, defeatist, defeated process that you go through when you try everything you can within the bounds of the laws and within the realm of your capabilities.
You know, everybody to do what they can when they can.
You try to do everything you can, and the outcome isn't happy.
And you have this sinking feeling that there will never be any justice.
And I'm telling you, I don't think there's going to be any justice in this, in the story of the slaughter ostrich, because the justice, by all accounts, came from the Supreme Court ratifying the slaughter.
And now all of the wrongdoers have been ratified.
And there's no real way around that.
It's like the same thing with the Ottawa Trucker protest.
The day that the police came in, that terrorist organization that is the RCMP and beat the ever-loving piss out of the protesters, veterans.
And I was blackpilled then.
I'm like, oh, no, we're going to get our day in court with the Roulau Commission.
That's when we're going to have justice in this story.
And then they have their six-week inquiry into the invocation of the Emergencies Act.
And that political tool of the judge or the, he was not a judge, he was whatever his position was, Roulet, ratifies the Emergencies Act.
No one will ever be held to account.
No one has been held to account.
And no one was politically held to account.
These jackasses in Canada went and elected the liberals with more seats like they did in Quebec.
Where it's like, all right, I remember when Francois Legault was running again after COVID and I had left to Florida.
I was like, I'm going to put up a $5,000 banner or whatever it costs.
I'm going to put up a big billboard that says the sunset thief.
Now it is François Legault.
Vote against him.
They re-elected that son of a bitch with more seats.
No political hell to pay.
No judicial hell to pay because they got ratified in the courts.
And that's what's going to happen with this ostrich farm.
They got the blessing from the Supreme Court.
They slaughtered those birds in a horrendous manner.
And there will be no judicial come-uppings because they've gotten the blessing from the courts.
There will be no political come-upings because Canada, they're not all idiots in Canada, but there are more idiots than there are not idiots in Canada.
And they continue to vote for the liberals and the NDP who just love this.
And those who voted for the Conservatives thinking that they had someone who was going to fight for them now realize they don't.
They won't under Pierre Polyev.
And so there's your black pill suppository.
No lube.
And that's my black pill.
So there's going to be protests.
Would I go?
Not after what?
I mean, first of all, if I were in Canada, I would go.
Do I think there's going to be massive turnout?
I hope there's going to be.
Do I believe there's going to be?
No.
And the government's going to do what they do.
They're going to terrorize the citizens.
They're going to set it here.
Here's where you can have your protests.
It's like that scene from the jerk.
You can win anything here.
You can win anything in this little square right between the toothpicks and the gum.
That's what you can get there.
That's where you can protest, Canadians.
And too many freaking Canadians are damn game with it because the security of the government is much easier to digest and easier to live by than being responsible for your own faculties.
And so I'm thoroughly blackpilled, but I got the update on the ostrich farm.
And I posted a video the other day of like a flock of birds going through the field, through this contaminated field where all the blood and guts and gore still is there to this day.
The farm does not have access to that property yet, by the way.
The killing fields, the Canadian killing fields, are still off limits because it's a biohazard to the farm owners.
They do not yet have peaceful enjoyment of their property.
And there's no containment.
The government said that these birds were such a risk they need to be slaughtered.
There's no containment for what they've done.
The ostriches are still rotting away in those bins and their blood, guts, and gore are still in the fields.
That's a biohazard that the farmers, the owners, can't access freely.
And birds are coming in and out.
Ducks are coming in and out.
It's been raining and I'm told that all of the fluids and all of the liquids from that killing field are going into the this is the logic of the government.
My goodness, if they believed it was as much of a biohazard as they said it was to slaughter them, it's almost like they want to spread the virus.
Good question.
No, that's not the question.
The question was, would Viva be safe in Canada?
I'd never go back if I were him.
If he were charged with something, he couldn't get back to the states and he'd be screwed.
I don't know that that's true.
My parents are still in Canada.
Do I have concerns every time I go back?
You did right.
The government is a terrorist organization.
And they might say saying that is incitement.
So they do what they can.
They do what they can to ruin the lives of those who speak out against their tyranny.
They did it with the Ottawa Trucker protest.
They did it with those who ratted out the RCMP Gestapo agents who were relishing in the abuse.
But it would make for one hell of a funny story if it happened.
Every fear hides a wish.
This is no fear hiding a wish.
I do not want to go back to Canada.
I will.
And you do what you can.
And what I've been struggling with, I almost had a moment of clarity.
You do what you can, and then you place the rest in the hands of God.
Metaphorically speaking, whatever you perceive that to be.
It's beyond your control at some point, and you have to deal with that.
You get on a plane, you close your eyes, you say, I'm on this plane right now.
The second it starts moving, it's out of my control.
I've done what I could in life.
So that's what's going on in Canada.
Before we get into anything and even the order of the day, no, more, no, we'll get into the order of the day, actually, because it does have to do with government tyranny when we're talking about what's going on in Canada.
And how do you protect your assets, people?
It's almost a joke, but it's almost like it's very nice you have tyrannical governments because they do make you appreciate the value of hard assets.
Cover your ass with good, hard assets.
And why?
Hedge funds, politicians, everyone's doing the same thing right now when they know that they're running up record high debt, devaluing your hard-earned dollars to nothing.
I was on the phone with my brother, and he's like, You know, what do I do?
I'm worried about the market.
Should I sell everything and hold cash?
I was like, You hold cash.
Your cash is going to be worth 10% less at the end of the year.
You've 10% loss on your stock.
Buy gold, by the way.
So everyone is moving their hard-earned money into gold, at least those who know.
And who's left holding the bag when the dollar keeps slipping?
Everyday Americans, families who work hard, save responsibly, do the right thing, and watch their paychecks shrivel up like a man entering cold water.
The elites know better.
They know hard assets, gold and silver, are the lifeboats when the dollar takes on water.
That's why they're loading up.
And the truth is, you don't need to be left behind if you can do it.
If you can, if you can, think about it and think about contacting the people at Gold Safe Exchange.
Gold Safe Exchange makes it simple, secure to move part of your savings into real physical metals you can hold, touch, sleep with, idolatrize, whatever the heck the word is.
You buy gold and I'm telling my dad's like, who says gold is more?
Gold historically has been better than every other asset.
They've got an A triple plus or A plus rating from the Bureau of Better Business.
They've got a price match guarantee.
So you know you're getting the best deal.
The elites have already made their move.
Don't let them leave you with worthless paper.
By the way, to scroll down.
See, that's it.
This bar of gold would be worth easily a quarter of a million dollars.
If it's a, looks like a, no, that's more than a pound.
That's more than a quarter million dollars.
And then you got my pun'em over there, peeps.
Take control of your lives, protect your savings, protect your future, protect your assets.

Link is in the description.
Gold Safe Exchange.
I like it.
Cover your assets, people.
I'm growing back to facial hair.
I'm almost, I'm almost there.
Let me see something here.
I've got like the five o'clock shadow after four days of feeling naked and ugly.
It's going to be an amazing show tonight.
Before we get into the show, so for those who are new, Viva, Fry, Viva, and Barnes, Law for the People, Sunday Night Law Extravaganza, David Fryhead is my real name in case anybody out there thinks my name is Viva.
It isn't.
I don't want you to feel bad when you find that out.
Been doing this for a long time.
Been on the internet since November 2014.
And along the way, I got to meet a bunch of amazing people.
Along the way, I found my path to freedom, literally.
But along the way, you may all remember this back in when was Nicholas Sandman case?
I think this was 2019.
This is like almost when I met Barnes as well.
I met Nate Brody.
And Nate Brody put out a video, Nate the lawyer, once upon a time, calling me.
The video was called, he was calling me out on what he thought was my bad interpretation of the Nicholas Sandman Covington Catholic kids case.
And that's when I met Nate.
I brought, I invited him on, did an interview with Nate at the time.
The first time interviewed, his life story was truly, is truly amazing and inspirational.
And we got to know each other for many, many years.
And I get a call from Nate yesterday after seeing, you know, he told us via Twitter DM that he literally just got diagnosed with a brain tumor and was going in for emergency surgery.
This was last night.
And there were some delays.
They had to do some additional screening, you know, make sure they know what they're going to remove and exactly what they're going to do.
And Nate is, if it's not right now, is on under general anesthetics or imminently is going through surgery to remove a tumor from his brain.
So if everybody who's amenable to prayer, whether or not you think it helps, look, if you don't think it helps, you might be wrong.
So do it anyhow.
And send your thoughts and prayers to Nate, his family, speedy recovery.
And God willing, it will be, I say, just a benign tumor.
Like brain surgery is brain surgery.
Although these types of surgeries now are, you know, the expertise is there.
So that's it.
Thoughts and prayers, people.
And that's it.
We'll see what happens.
Okay.
Barnes is going to be coming in in a second, and we're going to talk about.
Is it too late to swear?
What the fuck is going on?
It's not a civil war because the Civil War, whether or not there were factors that contributed to the Civil War, it was, I say, at least not organic, but bona fide two parties, you know, two groups against each other.
I think they were, you know, deliberately pitted against each other via some dereliction of the courts.
There is something of a wild infighting going on on Twitter in the what they call the MAGA movement.
And I feel bad because I don't want to contribute to it, but I'm not sure that ignoring it is going to make it go away.
And I'm sure that ignoring the certain arguments and players in it are not going to get certain good results heading into November 2026.
So we're going to talk about this.
And we've got a whole bunch of other crap because it was one hell of a week.
Robert, I hear.
Oh, there you go.
Okay, sure.
So, Robert, sir, how goes the battle?
Good.
Let me see here.
Now, do I say, I haven't asked you what's been in the backdrop for a while, but there's no book back there.
There's a picture of you and that's the Amish.
Like a push, someone did a portrait of when I was talking to a bunch of Amish farmers.
Robert, okay, well, look, we got a, we got a massive show.
You want to summarily tell us what we're going to talk about?
And then we're going to jump right into the hot button topic of the night, which is, and Marjorie Taylor Greene, Thomas Massey, it's gone full nuclear, politically speaking.
What do we have on for the evening?
Yeah, if we did, I don't know how you did on the UFC fights, but if you're the Joe Rogan style announcer, Trump versus Marjorie Taylor Greene, what would be the different assets and who would you wager on in the, what do they call it?
The battle, something?
What do they call it?
Battle Royale?
No, when they're inside the ring.
What do they call that?
Oh, the gladiator.
Octagon?
Oh, no, no, they call it the octagon in fighting.
Oh, they do call it, yeah.
UFC, yeah.
Yeah, so inside the octagon, the political octagon, Trump versus Marjorie Taylor Greene, which includes the subjects of the Epstein files.
There were some releases this week.
There's a vote.
There was already a vote this past week.
There's a vote coming up this next week.
H1B visas, war, Israel, foreign policy.
All of that are subtext of the Trump-Marjorie Taylor-Greene split.
James Comey and Tish James might get to walk on a technicality with judicial nullification potentially incoming.
Congresswoman, the Congresswoman who was involved in the attack on ICE facilities, is going to go forward to trial.
Her motion to dismiss denied as she claimed legislative immunity.
The Secretary of State finally got around to designating at least some of the Antifa's global groups as foreign terror organizations.
I'll talk about that.
Perverts being platformed by big gaming companies and big tech.
That continues to be a persistent and pervasive problem.
More lawsuits on that.
Some billionaires getting pardoned.
Some past people he's commuted the sentences of.
It's unfortunate certain communities they were part of.
Going right back in and committing new crimes, unfortunately.
A cops killing somebody's dog.
What's that all about?
Do you have a right to bring a Fourth Amendment remedy?
Fake polls.
Apparently, those are permitted, according to a federal court.
Some interesting interpretations of both facts and law in that famous Iowa Seltzer poll case.
Bumblebee had a defense for the fact, you know, you get those cute little tuna cans and you get it for your kids at the store and you get them in little packages, pre-made.
Well, what if they're made with slave labor?
According to Bumblebee, it's okay as long as the slave labors overseas.
We'll get into how that lawsuit turned out.
The sex cult, Nvidia, not Nvidia, Nixium.
It is five letters.
It both starts with X.
They both have vowels in my defense.
But the Nixium Ranieri leader, his conviction affirmed, but on some dubious grounds.
Multiple betting scandals, NBA player prop scandals, pitchers, player prop scandals, and a UFC scandal.
Now we know how we lost that bet from a couple of weeks ago.
I hadn't actually, well, we'll get into it.
I hadn't actually seen the fight until I was doing the research for today.
And I was like, yeah, I looked like I could have defended against that better than him.
We'll get into that.
Okay, sorry.
Absolutely.
We've got Ukraine corruption scandals blowing up.
What a shock, shock.
There's corruption in Ukraine.
Why isn't Lindsey Graham and the Republicans in the Senate and the Trump administration saying anything about it?
We've got the Kash Patel's girlfriend, Alexis Wilkins, bringing lawsuit against Elijah Schaefer.
The Viva interviewed him earlier in the week.
We'll get break down that suit.
And then we have DOJ corruption continues as it relates to Pfizer.
So that's it on the docket tonight.
Yeah, and there's going to be all of the, I think a lot of these corruption cases are going to be intertwined with the first topic, which is the, is it a civil war?
Is it a scuffle?
I don't, you know, I saw Marjorie Taylor Greene was on CNN saying, you know, and then I saw someone picking on her for her claim, you know, being a Christian and believing that you can apologize and make amends.
And then someone doesn't matter continuing the fighting.
I don't know if you can come back from this.
Sometimes even in battles, in fights, you can't say things that can be unsaid afterwards.
There were a couple of posts which might be, you know, unable to be deleted.
I mean, so for those who don't know, there seems to be, there has been this division for a little while now.
You know, the demonizing of Tucker Carlson, I can sort of understand.
I can understand because it's been going on for a while.
I don't agree with it, but they've been demonizing Tucker Carlson.
They've been demonizing Candace Owens, which I very much understand, still don't agree with it, because I think by demonizing you, you elevate if your purpose was to discredit, you just ignore people who say crazy things if you genuinely believe they're crazy.
Then they started going after Megan Kelly for her friendship with Tucker, refusal to disavow Candace Owens.
And now there's a similar pattern going after Marjorie Taylor Greene and Thomas Massey.
And for the life of me, I don't understand how it happened and where the problem starts.
People are saying, now, you know, Marjorie Taylor Green's a big hypocrite.
She's now taking a different position on illegal aliens.
And, you know, she deserves it.
I'm like, is she not taking the exact same position that Trump was taking, which is pissing off a bit of the base about amnesty for illegals if they work in farming and hospitality?
Thomas Massey, they're leveling the same criticism I leveled against Thomas Massey and Marjorie Taylor Greene the day of that press conference where I said, as good as their intentions are, you know, being the speakers in a backdrop of Trump is a pedophile banners is not a good look, even though they're not yours.
The movement has been co-opted and now you should be very frustrated about it.
It's literally what I said the day of.
But it seems like they're public enemy, number one, by their pursuit to release the Epstein files.
And at the risk of a very long soliloquy, I don't understand why, because each and every document that gets released, especially over the last week, is damning on the Democrats.
And I don't understand anyone on the right who supports not disclosing everything that's legally disclosable.
So with that said, Robert, what the hell is going on?
Well, I think if I ever teach a masterclass on how not to handle a scandal, episode one will be Trump and the Epstein files.
That my biggest criticism beyond I think the Epstein files should be disclosed for a range of reasons, regardless of where the chips may fall, the dominoes may tumble.
But independent of that, it's the utter incompetence, incredible incompetence of the Trump administration's handling of this.
That for those that don't remember, they promised Pam Bondia very aggressively promised to release them.
Kash Patel very aggressively promised to release them.
Dan Bongino very aggressively promised to release them.
Trump, less aggressively, but still did promise to release them.
And then, you know, they probably brought in a bunch of influencers, gave them a bunch of books, and said, this is the beginning of the Epstein file disclosures back in March.
You had people like Jack Pasovic waving the book around to their great permanent embarrassment when it turned out to be nothing in there.
And then all of a sudden in May, when a whole bunch of other things also flipped in the Trump administration on Ukraine, on Israel, on a wide range of foreign policy, on a wide range of domestic policies, the beginning of the sign of all those things suddenly reversing course was the Trump administration reversing course on the Epstein files.
They came out and said there was nothing to see here, no client list.
Nobody was ever trafficked.
There's nothing to further investigate.
Epstein killed himself.
We're not going to disclose anything in the story.
Please look away.
Todd Blanche bragged about this on social media about how he and Bondi and Patel and Bonginho agreed to this.
Everybody looking at it that had ever studied the Epstein case knew it was a complete lie.
It was a complete fraud.
And from that moment, it's like, it doesn't even bother me as much that it's a complete fraud.
It's how stupid you have to be to think people are going to buy it.
Just to highlight, and again, you know, Don Jr. is in a tough place and there's just nothing to say and he's better, you know, he's wise to just not say anything, but like he's got, everyone has got tweets, release the Epstein files, release the Epstein files.
The vice president of the United States, Vice President Vance repeatedly demanded I heard an interesting argument now, which is, well, now I don't trust the Democrats for wanting to release it.
So that's why I don't want to release it.
The Democrats have changed their tune, which they really haven't.
It's motivated reasoning.
I mean, that's saying, okay, I'm only for the release of the Epstein files if my party is for it.
I'm sorry.
I don't change my policies and my beliefs based on which politician happens to share it at the time.
And not just that.
I mean, it's like saying, okay, well, now I don't want to because they want to.
And it's like, so you're okay with your side saying I want to, but then now I don't want to.
Like, it's there has to be a legitimate reason for changing the views.
All of the arguments have not held any water.
Protecting the victims, the one argument that I did here that is legit is Thomas Massey says, I've got the names.
I'll go on the floor and say them.
And you can't sue me because I've got the congressional immunity.
And he hasn't done it yet.
So I don't know if he doesn't have the names or if he doesn't feel comfortable saying it or people are going to say he doesn't really want to.
But sorry, so Robert, a monumental debacle of a handling of a scandal.
And it's leading to some internal fracturing that's A, unnecessary and B, very damaging given what's at stake in 2026.
Completely.
And so the, and Trump just keeps doubling down, tripling down, quadrupling down.
And he has handled it in such a way that now a majority of Americans will believe he's adversely mentioned in the Epstein files, no matter what the truth is.
It won't matter what the truth is.
Because as long as these Epstein files stay hidden in any capacity, Americans now believe it all covers, it's all Trump and Trump's allies and Trump's friends and Trump's colleagues and Trump's donors.
Because of how badly this was handled from a PR perspective.
And once he realized there were breaches in the dam, that people like Massey, Marjorie Taylor Greene, Congresswoman Mays, Congresswoman LeBobert, and others were not going to sign off on its continued hiding.
He should have just reversed course.
Instead, he doubles down, triples down, quadruples down.
And now he has first decided to make Thomas Massey enemy number one.
And now enemy number two is Marjorie Taylor Greene.
What stands out about these two members is they have the broadest small donors base support of any member of Congress, these two members of Congress.
He is attacking two of the most popular representatives of his own base.
And I know people want to spin it 100 different ways.
Oh, no, this is 4D chess.
Barnes is super smart, Barnes.
You're a moron.
Find me the people that Ronald Reagan went after within his own party.
Find me the people that Richard Nixon went after within his own party.
Find me the people that Bill Clinton went after within his own party.
Find me the people that Eisenhower went after within his own party.
They don't exist because smart politicians don't do something this stupid.
And he's doing it for the Epstein files of all things.
It makes him look like a corrupt, crooked oligarch who is a guardian of pedophiles.
That's the new meme.
GOP, guardian of pedophiles.
This is a political disaster.
Doubling and tripling down does not help.
Well, how about berating those who have been consistent in it?
Like, someone was saying, Viva, just drop it.
I was like, you want me to drop something that I've been sort of, you know, not pushing, I would say that I've been in, that I've been promoting in terms of what I authentically believe for six years.
And you want me to just say, shut up or do a 180 as if that's going to convince anybody that that would make everyone exponentially more suspicious, exactly the way it's happening right now.
Exactly.
I mean, this is whatever you think of the Epstein files, whatever you think of Trump, Massey, or Marjorie Taylor Greene, this is the dumbest handling of a scandal I have ever seen.
Trump has created a scandal towards himself, and he keeps digging and digging and digging.
And nobody around him smacks him in the face and say, for the love of God, stop.
He'll dig himself.
And then the people that are all the former de simps pretending that they were always MAGA, like Will Chamberlain, that total fake.
Oh, I've always been MAGA.
I'm original MAGA.
He was such a de Simp, he moved down to Florida to be a de simp.
I mean, what a crock.
And then I get people responding, hey, Barnes, I guess you're a de Simp because they're so lazy and stupid that they can't even Google for like five seconds.
So, I mean, it's embarrassing what is happening.
This is a lose bargain for Trump.
Lose, lose.
And he keeps making dumber mistake after dumber mistake after dumber mistake.
So, I mean, this is what Rokana, Democratic congressman, is going around saying, hey, let's build bridges between the left and the right populist wings of the party.
And Epstein is a classic example of why we have to take out our own elites, whether on the Democratic side or the Republican side.
And he's getting momentum for that because he's actually paying attention to what these voters want rather than being as stupid as Trump is.
I'm bringing this one up just to highlight that this is the cue mentality that we got during the election.
When he's at 30% in the polls and you lose the House and the Senate, they'll be still saying, he's 12 steps ahead, Barnes.
He's got a certain plan, Barnes.
They will literally say, then, if and when, see, heaven forbid he gets impeached, it'll all come out during the trial.
Then when they impeach him, they're going to release all the documents.
Then they're going to, oh, it's all, it's so stupid.
Like, you can make gambits in chess.
You can make sacrifices for strategic advantage.
And you don't just give up pawns for the sake of giving up pawns.
And there's nothing that makes sense.
Robert.
Okay, so first of all, I just looked up who are the reps, the representatives from the caucus populist Republicans who generally receive no APAC support.
You got Matt Gates.
This is from AI, but I know that two of them are right.
You got Matt Gates, Marjorie Taylor Greene, Andy Biggs, allegedly Paul Gosar, Chip Roy, Thomas Massey, Lauren Boebert, Bob Goode, I don't even know who that is, Anna Paulina Luna, and Eli Crane.
Some people are suggesting, or at least noticing, that Massey and Marjorie Taylor Greene, who have been pretty consistent in their views over the time, also don't receive APAC, and they're drawing that conclusion.
I don't draw that conclusion, but you make it very difficult to refute what they're saying when these are the two populist Republicans that the administration has declared one and all of their sycophants on social media.
Correct.
And he's dragged in Lauren Bobert, dragged in Congresswoman Luma to the situation room this week, trying to coerce them to not support disclosure of the Epstein files.
It's clear to me, Trump believes.
I think I don't understand how he believes this.
I don't understand why he believes this.
It's counter a lot of the evidence that I've seen.
But it appears to me Trump believes he is negatively referenced in the Epstein files.
I mean, and at this rate, that's what everyone's going to believe, even if it's totally not true.
Well, not just how he is behaving.
Not just that it's not true.
The disclosures this week, first of all, what was the not the context, but these disclosures were not the exhibits that were unsealed in the bank cases.
This was the came from the estate case.
What's amazing is Todd Blanche, being that blubbering moron that he is, went out and was bragging about how he never saw these files at the time he interviewed Glene Maxwell.
It's like, buddy, that's not an endorsement.
So there are three sources of Epstein files, and there's even more.
The three sources that are known are in the custody of the Justice Department related to the federal investigation done in the Southern District of New York.
There was a separate investigation done by the state and federal authorities combined in the Southern District of Florida.
So that's within the custody and possession of the FBI and the Justice Department.
The other, the next level of files, is in the U.S. Virgin Islands investigation and civil suit against the estate of Jeffrey Epstein, which produced voluminous records about his illegal activities there.
And that led to later cases that were brought against JP Morgan and Chase related to the money laundering and other activities of those banks on behalf of Jeffrey Epstein.
So you've got these, and then you have other civil suits.
You have the civil suits against Glenn Maxwell, you have the civil suits against Jeffrey Epstein, you have the defamation suits that flew back and forth.
So you've got this big pocket of civil litigation, two pockets of governmental litigation that were civil, and two pockets of criminal investigation.
That's still not all the Epstein files.
The Treasury Department, I have no doubt, has extensive and expansive Epstein files.
Everything he did was a suspicious activity financially.
There is literally no chance his name is not littered across the files at Scotty Besson's office.
But it appears that no one in the Trump administration has even looked at these files by the implications of what Blanche admitted this week.
The other place that has a whole bunch of Epstein files is the State Department, CIA, National Security, NSA, National Security Agency, and the Defense Department, because Epstein was all over the place connected to these people.
And the idea, as is revealed in just a limited set of emails we saw this week from the estate case.
The bank case, to my knowledge, those files still haven't come out yet.
So the Democrats in Congress, well, actually the Oversight Committee that included Democrat, but it was a Republican Oversight Committee, subpoenaed a bunch of Epstein files, including from the bank case, including from the civil cases, including from the U.S. Virgin Islands.
What the Democratic side did this past week was release some of the emails that they discovered in the U.S. Virgin Islands case.
This was the emails that Blanche was bragging to the world he had never read and didn't know about, which means they did the Bondi and Blanche and Bongino and Patel did no review of the Epstein files.
They did no thorough review.
That's how they came to ridiculous conclusions, like, oh, he killed himself.
We know it without doubt.
That's how they came to ridiculous conclusions on the Crooks case where they got exposed this week.
Ridiculous conclusions on the January 6th Pipe Bomber case, where they got exposed this week.
So, and then Trump's answer to this is what I think is people interpreted it as a legitimate effort to investigate Democrats.
It's not.
So, what Trump said, and I'll tell you why here in a second, maybe Trump meant it, but by what Bondi did, there's no chance of it.
So, Trump says, okay, Democrats are making a big deal of the Epstein case.
I want Democrats investigated because they're named.
I think the, however, whatever Trump's intentions were, the way Bondi did it is all it's going to do is use as a pretext to never disclose the Epstein files because there's an open criminal case concerning the Epstein files.
It's a, how do I know that?
Because of who she referred it to.
Bondi's not handling the case herself, again, which got the Justice Department in trouble in the Comey and Tisch cases, by the way.
She could have just personally signed off on it and muted any complaint.
But she assigned it to the Southern District of New York, the sovereign district of New York, where deep cases against the deep state go to die, where the prosecutions are the cover-up, like the first round of the Epstein cases, like the P. Diddy case was.
And not only that, she cites how wonderful the U.S. attorney is there.
The U.S. attorney Trump appointed is from the big corporate Wall Street firm Sullivan and Cromwell.
Trump said he wants investigations into JP Morgan, Chase, and Reed Hoffman, the big LinkedIn guy who's got deep Democratic donor ties and deep Epstein as an Epstein Island kind of ties.
Here's the problem: guess who Clayton represented at Sullivan and Cromwell?
Reed Hoffman, JP Morgan, and Chase.
Meaning, he can't investigate the case.
Now, he could try to corruptly, but what he's got to do is DQ himself, which means it goes to the careerist at the Southern District of New York, who all hate Trump, by the way.
Who are all a bunch of partisan Democrats, by the way?
So this is more incompetency from the pay-for-play Pam Bondi.
Robert, I was going to ask you one thing because I wanted to see what the answer to my question was on social media.
First of all, because we have the absolute best memes over at Viva Barnes Law, I saw this and it, first of all, caught my attention and scared the living hell out of me.
That's like Viva Castaway.
Talking about the conflict of interest, and I had this black pill revelation yesterday when I'm listening to the guy, Debeck, DeBeek, whatever, on Rogan.
Kevin DeBecker.
Kevin DeBecker.
And talking about Pam Bondi, talking about Pfizer, criminal penalties they paid back in 2009.
I'm like, Pam Bondi is the attorney general of the United States who represented Pfizer in 2021.
She would not be able to prosecute them even if she wanted to, because it would be a conflict of interest.
She knows the skeletons in the closet at Pfizer, and she could never, even if she were a private practicing attorney, ever act against Pfizer again.
And that means she herself, as the DOJAG, could never prosecute Pfizer because she's conflicted out of it, which means the only way to do it would be for her to appoint somebody else.
I don't know, a special prosecutor, to investigate Pfizer for their COVID fraud, which will never happen ever.
And so that's another black pill.
We're never going to get any movement on potentially investigating Pfizer, potentially having the government revive the Brooke Jackson KTAM case, and because it's fundamental baked in.
Pam Bondi knows what they did.
She was their counsel at the time.
And there is ethically no way for her to prosecute them.
And therefore, legally, it will never happen.
Exactly.
And indeed, the head of the civil appellate division, which is causing so many problems for MAGA across the board and Maha across the board, the head of the civil appellate division at the Justice Department and the number two, Yakoff Roth, both worked.
He worked with Brett Schumate, the head of the civil appellate division.
This is the guy who is, in my opinion, lying to the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals about the Trump administration position on vaccines in order to continue the COVID-Pfizer vaccine fraud cover-up in the Brooke Jackson case.
But that's not all.
He's the one who keeps citing against the Second Amendment and Second Amendment cases.
He's the one who keeps citing against Robert Kennedy's position on fluoride being in the water.
He's the one doubled down and defending that position.
Like all these rogue positions you see the Justice Department taking that are against other members of the Trump administration's official public policy, they all come out of the Justice Department and especially the civil appellate division of the Justice Department.
The problem is Pam Bondi.
The problem is Todd Blanche.
The problem is Brett Schumate.
The problem is Yakoff Roth.
And by the way, I gave all these people plenty of time to fix some things and they just refuse.
Their arrogance is as bad as Trump's arrogance right now.
Trump thinks I am MAGA and MAGA is me.
No, Donald, you just read a poll and learned how to read it and repeat back to voters what they wanted.
This hubris is just off the charts and it's leading him right into harm's way.
People pretending this is, I mean, they actually put out a tweet this week saying it's the golden era economically.
Well, we have record levels of delinquency in credit card debts, record levels of delinquency in student loan debt, record levels of delinquency and used car loan debt.
We have huge problems in the economy.
Grocery prices, the highest they have ever been.
And he's out there saying, golden era, golden era.
It's a joke.
And that's how disconnected he is.
And what he's doing is just burning, lighting things on fire.
And you go after, so you go after Massey, the libertarian part of your base, which is already intagged, which you've already antagonized repeatedly for six months.
And then you decide to double down by going after Marjorie Taylor Greene, the OG of MAGA.
That's your genius political strategy.
This is your brilliant wiz for the Epstein files.
It's just, it's a level of incompetency that it's almost impossible to imagine.
But that's not it.
This comes at the end of a week in which he was explaining to Laura Ingram that we need more H-1B visas because Americans don't have any talent and can't do any work.
And we need more Chinese student visas because we got to protect the Ivy League, everybody.
This is embarrassing.
He has become the Wall Street president, the globalist president, the establishment president, the elite president.
He's become the person that the entire country elected him to oppose.
And he, and apparently, nobody in the White House has the cajonists to say anything about it.
And Swampy Susie Wiles is busy whipping people.
Hey, you better put out a tweet saying how wonderful I am or you're going to be in trouble.
And so, you know, you even have cabinet members out there saying, oh, look, Swampy Susie is wonderful.
She loves.
It's a joke.
It's pitiful.
It's an embarrassing.
And all the seals that are seal clapping, saying, jump off the bridge, Trump.
Jump off the bridge.
That will be wonderful.
This will be wonderful.
Or just crushing themselves.
Trump with them.
And to finish it up on the Epstein files, it is fascinating what we've seen in terms of Barack Obama's involvement.
Michael Wolf, I appreciate that.
This guy's neck deep with Democrats and globalists.
That's what Epstein's been his whole life.
Obviously, Steve Bannon was stupid enough.
I told you his personnel choices are terrible.
Some of the people he promotes, God bless him.
God bless Steve, brilliant architect of populism, gone to prison for the president.
But for the love of God, could you quit picking the Epsteins of the world to hang out with?
Could you get political advice for?
I mean, no wonder he doesn't want to talk about the Epstein files much.
He was sitting there giving advice about how to appear on news media.
I mean, oh man, he's got a big blind spot when it comes to understanding what people he should recommend and not.
I say the only good news.
I can appreciate how someone told Trump you're going to be negatively implicated.
And here's X, Y, and Z victim number one spent hours with Trump at his house and it was Virginia Guffray.
Who publicly said that Trump never did anything wrong?
Yes.
And I said, like, people don't seem to realize Michael Wolf trying to suborn extortion from Jeffrey Epstein on Trump.
But there was conspiring on how to extort and blackmail the president of the United States.
And he's so, he's so, I mean, I'm not trying.
Michael Wolfe should be under criminal investigation if Pam Bondi had a political IQ or a moral compass above 50.
And now I say this, and you can accuse me of kissing Trump's butt, everybody out there.
It so exonerates Trump that even Jeffrey Epstein did not have the requisite extortion material when being provoked or suborned by Michael Wolfe.
Michael Wolf is a journalist.
Whoever convinced Trump that he is negatively implicating the Epstein files lied to him and tricked him.
Get it out.
Get the files out.
Get him out, out, out, out, out.
Just dump them.
Yes, will it implicate the government of Israel?
Yep, so what?
They're busy trying to sabotage the ceasefire as we speak.
Bibi Netanyahu is no ally.
He's a problem for the American American people.
So don't go to E. You've gone to enough lengths to protect Israel.
No moss.
Just dump it.
Get it out there.
This is going to cut you, cut you, cut you, cut you.
And you're going to suffer death by a thousand cuts over the next six months.
You shouldn't be burning bridges to the Marjorie Taylor Greens of the world, who is one of the only people to stand by him after 2020.
And guess who he was out golfing with this week?
A golfing, Lindsey Graham, the guy who said to Trump on the Senate floor when Trump needed him the most, Lindsey Graham was busy stabbing him right in the back.
And that's who Trump is out there.
Yes, Lindsay, yes, Lindsay, being Lindsay's little bitch rather than be a real man, which he appears to be incapable of.
While he attacks one of the most loyal MAGA people in the country and Marjorie Taylor Greene, Trump should be embarrassed at himself and his bad conduct.
And then you attack Thomas Massey in a nasty personal way?
Trump, you're not in a position to lecture anybody about morality for the love of God.
This is disgraceful behavior and needs to be called out as such.
I'm reading the chat to see who everyone seems to have noticed that when Barnes gets really angry, his voice goes up a matter of tones.
I know it really is blackpilling because, you know, and then I, and then it's just a matter of, like I say, even in fighting, there's some things you can't take back.
When it was with Charlie Kirk's, you know, Erica Kirk and people are going after her.
I was like, how dare you attack a grieving widow because you don't think she's crying authentically enough.
You don't think she had fireworks.
Heaven forbid.
It's like, it's like, oh, but tell someone what the wake should look like.
And then you have people make and Trump making this truth post, which is like casting aspersions on a man who's whose wife of 30 years died.
And a year and a half later, he was fortunate enough to find new love as though that means he's not going to mourn for the rest of his life.
The laws of the world.
Unlike Trump, who cheated on every wife he's ever had.
You're not in a position to morally lecture anybody.
He's one of the least moral people in the White House.
He's defending pedophiles as we speak.
Sorry.
I mean, imagine being so politically stupid that you think now that was a good time to attack a widower for remarrying.
That is scum-like behavior.
Scum.
Let me see this here.
The chat is going too fast, even in Rumble Studio.
I can't get my fat fingers on this one.
Here, Barnes is 100% correct.
I just hope that he hears and reverses course because there's time and you can make amends.
I'm sure Massey and Marjorie Taylor Green won't hold grudges because it's in nobody's political best interest to do it.
But it's inexplicable to me.
And the sycophants online who are cheering it on as I came up with an original thought yesterday.
Sycophants, yes, men are parasites because they will yes man their person to his political demise and then they'll just find another person.
It'll be the next one.
It'll be DeSantis.
Yes.
Yeah.
It's a great, great political strategy during your election to like have a group of online idiots harassing everybody who doesn't like you or who doesn't think that you should be president right now.
Yeah, they'll just find another yes mental.
It's just like cuckold like behavior.
I mean, that's the level of behavior we're seeing from the sycophantic crowd who basically they decide what they believe by what Trump believes.
So if Trump says we don't do regime change wars, they're like, yeah, we don't do regime change wars.
If Trump says, yes, we do do regime change wars, they say, yes, we do regime change wars.
They're like cacturd level IQ.
Whatever Trump says, they do.
It doesn't matter what it is.
Literally, if it's the opposite position that they originally held, they just flip-flop.
It's an embarrassing position to be in, but it's not a political winner long term.
And the same with the H-1B visas.
This nonsense that American, and Elon even reinforced this again.
Vivek Ramaswamy is in deep trouble in Ohio in his governor's race because of his stupid position.
I don't know if the quartering put out the video yet, but like we all know the vast majority, I'll say like 80% of H-1B visas are not for tremendously sophisticated.
We saw the numbers when Doge was involved.
They're for like entry-level positions.
And what they are basically being used as is a method to undercut the American worker to import foreign workers who can be exploited for less.
And I guess the corporations get, what do they call them, like tax credits or whatever.
But it's not even the case as though they're all essential for positions that can't be filled through American skilled labor.
And even if they were, that's not a solution to continue to cut out the American worker.
So even if it's true, which it's not, it's still bad because you're not doing anything to solve the problem that makes it necessary.
But B, it's not necessary.
And 80% of them are not going to skilled jobs.
They are going to people who get exploited for corporate profits.
And he gets on there.
And then, I mean, again, like, it was so bad.
I was like, is this AI?
Is this an AI thing that like the Krapenstein brothers are putting out there?
No, not the Krassenstein.
That's actually pretty funny.
I don't know if anybody says Krapenstein brothers.
Like, is this AI of people trying to put out misinformation that people would say, I heard Trump say it when that's how bad it was?
No, Laura, we don't actually have the skilled labor here.
And then you've got, and I like Dinesh.
I just disagree with him on this, coming out with a tweet and saying, oh, but I've been told that schools are all terrible here and children don't have an attention span.
All right, you fixed the problem.
You don't just keep importing the replacement.
That's called the great replacement.
Yeah, absolutely.
I mean, what Trump said means that Americans don't have the talent to make missiles.
Where do you even come up with this nonsense?
Trump himself would make fun of Trump.
Bongino, the podcaster, would ruthlessly mock Bongino, the deputy FBI director.
Kash Patel, the author, would be even more ruthless in mocking Kash Patel, the FBI director.
Pam Bondi, the commentator, would make fun of Pam Bondi, the DOJ head.
Now, Todd Blant's always been a corporate lawyer from New York, so he's no different than the current position.
But this is embarrassing.
And this H-1B, this is utter nonsense.
Dig into the research.
You'll find most of the H-1B people are on the low end of the scale, not the high end of the scale, in terms of skill sets and qualities.
They're brought in because corporations get to pay them less than Americans and they get to pay them.
I mean, like the head of GM was like, oh, we, I think it was GM.
See, we can't find mechanics.
That's a total lie.
Total garbage.
I know them all across the country.
They just don't want to pay Americans.
What they also like about bringing in foreigners is they know that they're on a visa.
So are you going to open your mouth if you see something wrong by your boss?
Are you going to blow the whistle if it means you're back to India?
If you're back to China, back to wherever else?
No, you're not.
And then the Ivy League needs 600,000 Chinese spies.
What is this?
Screw it.
Like, Trump is like, well, look at all the big universities will fold.
It'll give Lord Ingram credit.
She was like, good, good.
That's where the American people are, too.
These are corrupting institutions, not helpful institutions.
I say, this is somebody who went to one of them.
They're a bunch of garbage.
Burn, baby, burn.
That's my approach to the Ivy League.
The last thing we should be doing is letting in more than half a million Chinese spies because by law, they have to spy.
If they don't, their families are at risk back home in China.
They have no choice but to spy.
They may be the nicest, most decent human beings you've ever met in your life, but they have no choice but to spy.
This is why the University of Michigan gets caught in spy with their Chinese students.
And this is dangerous spying, by the way.
Also, they were involved in trying to release things that would have destroyed all of our crops.
You can watch a show that covers this both comedically and effectively is the China show on YouTube.
This is ridiculous.
600,000?
We're going to give them six.
This is in, by the way, China itself, this tells you what they think of it.
How many Americans do you think they allow go to China to study?
It is tiny, a little drop in the bucket.
They won't let because they understand what they're doing to us and they don't want their favor to be returned.
Oh, yeah, but the new bridge, that bridge that they put up, that was the most technologically advanced bridge that connected nothing to nothing, flipping crashed.
I couldn't believe it.
Again, I thought that was AI.
I was like, oh, crap.
The 600,000 Chinese students makes no sense.
We've talked about it at length.
The law, I forget what it's called, the law in China, but it is a law of required reporting.
And they do what they've been doing in Canada.
They have agents in Canada, in America, that police Chinese people here and harass and threaten their family back home.
They've got the private Chinese police stations, which they call, what do they call them?
Not recruitment centers, but they have a nice euphemism for what they actually are.
And they've been popping up throughout Canada, Toronto, Vancouver.
All right, well, Robin.
Then they top it all off by Christy Noam, the dog killer, loves to get on the goes on Fox and says, We are setting a record for the number of people we're naturalizing as new citizens here in the United States, everybody.
It's fractal wrongness.
I mean, how do they, how does this happen?
Because I read in the chat in locals, they say, let go of your idolizing of Trump.
Nobody idolizes anything here, but someone gets elected on a certain platform.
Someone has been a certain way for a decade, and it's like someone got a memo, the administration, and they're all making the stupidest possible moves imaginable in tandem.
Yeah.
And to me, who's the person who takes credit for his nominees?
And what and who he endorses?
Tuzzie Wiles.
That's right.
Tuzzy Wiles.
And God bless certain friends of mine in the cabinet.
I ain't buying it.
I know what her long history is.
Her entire history, the daughter of John Summer, all that drunk ass from CBS, who admitted he was never even there as a father.
So you got that kind of psychological dynamic.
She's always been a backroom knife stabber and manipulator.
She's never been an effective campaign coordinator.
That's never been her thing.
The you know, works with Bibi Netanyahu in Israel comes from the rape.
You know, I mean, look at her hairdo for crying out loud.
It's the working with Bibi Netanyahu on his campaign that's going to understandably cause people.
Have you seen the look with her eyes?
I mean, she's got the freakiest looking eyes when she's looking at Trump.
It's becoming a meme.
But she was deep in a corporate lobbying world.
I was thinking about doing a hush-hush even on Swampy Susie.
And to give an idea of how deep she is in that world, she worked for Mercury and Ballard Partners.
But it was her first big money opportunity.
She was deeply involved in Jacksonville politics for a little while.
And then after that, she that's it.
Sorry, I didn't see that.
That's the whole problem in the line.
And Swampy Susie's on the phone texting people.
You better put out nice comments about me.
You better tell me.
You better tell the world how awesome I am.
Quit wasting your time, Swampy Susie.
You got bigger problems.
This is not your, it's not, your problems are not internal.
Your problems are external.
And so she thinks her problems are internal.
So she's putting the word out and twisting everybody's arms and everybody else.
And they're giving out, it's the best version of hostage tweets I've seen in a while.
It's worse than that.
Patel Bongino hostage Fox video where they're like, Epstein definitely killed himself.
There's nothing to see here in the Crooks case.
You know, even, you know, Patel's got weird eyes to begin with, even looks even weirder with his eyes looking around.
And poor poor Bongino looks like he's been through like six rounds of Chinese water torture.
But that's who, but so she was involved deeply involved in Jacksonville politics.
Guess why she lost her gig as chief of staff for the mayor, one of her first big gigs?
She gatekeeped information so much from him that he had no idea what was happening in his own city.
And it became such a constant source of complaint that she got canned.
The DeSantis hates her because she tried to take over the whole Florida party after Santis got elected governor because she's a control freak to the nth degree.
She's the one who drove Paul Danes and the reformers out by taking unnecessary pot shots at Project 2025.
You know, now, you know, she can thank when Paul Danes is the future senator from South Carolina, she can thank herself for that aspect.
But that, and then she worked as soon as she started, Trump won the first time, she cashed in right away.
She went to work with Ballard Partners, representing a who's who, a big farm, a big ag, military-industrial complex, corrupt rogue actors across the world.
And it meant she came into big money for the first time in her life.
So what did she do?
She gets divorced right away.
She's got real money.
She's like, you out of here, hubby.
I don't need your cash no more.
And was rolling in the dough.
And then, and has been doing it.
She worked with Mercury Partners with Pam Bondi.
Pfizer's a big client, all the corrupt actors.
And she's the kind of person who has a list there for the president.
What have we done for donors today, Donald?
That's her modus operandi, and you're seeing it on a day-to-day basis in the White House.
Do we even, before we get into the next element of the, let's do it right now because it's part and parcel of the same corruption, Robert?
We'll get to the Ukraine element of the administration's bad decisions.
The expose that Tucker Carlson came out with, which wasn't really even an expose as much as a summary of what we all knew.
He had a few new, sincerely for the first time, seen videos, as far as I could tell, of Thomas Crooks.
We had suspicions, but he confirmed that, contrary to what the FBI had been spinning, that there was a long, extensive social media history and post-commentary by Thomas Crooks.
This is for those who don't know, this is a person who attempted to murder the president in Butler, Pennsylvania.
Before we go further, Robert, you took yourself out of focus for a second.
How do I do it?
There you go.
Now you're back in.
It's going to drive me crazy.
Yeah, so this is another one where the FBI creates an FBI rapid response Twitter handle.
I mean, it's so, it's so comical, seemingly to respond only to Tucker Carlson, or at least that was the impetus.
And on their first post, fact-checking Tucker Carlson, saying he's wrong for saying that we never said that he's wrong for saying that we said there was no social media footprint.
They get community noted on their first post attempting to debunk Tucker Carlson.
And it's true, Tucker Carlson said we were told he had no social media footprint.
I remember when a bait was up there saying he has virtually no social media footprint.
We can't find anything.
He's got some encrypted accounts and very limited to virtually no social media presence.
So much so that I remember at the time, Dan Bongino, when he was testifying, and it was Chip Roy, I think, was it?
Is that the guy?
It was some guy with a white goatee saying, you know, how is it possible this kid has no social media footprint?
And Dan Bongino's like, it's impossible to believe.
He said, a young kid, nobody grows up without a social media footprint because that was the intel information being fed at the time, which no one believed at the time.
And now Tucker Carlson comes out with his expose saying the kid had a very extensive online presence.
I mean, it's their subjective terms.
He had a traceable online presence, overt threats to specific politicians on Twitter, on YouTube, known.
Whether or not it was reported, we don't know.
And so basically, everything we were told about Crooks by the old FBI was a straight-up bold-faced lie.
And the new FBI has done, I'm sorry, nothing yet.
I mean, we haven't.
Exactly.
I mean, it's especially happening the same week that there's, in my opinion, credible evidence by Steve Baker at Blaze and Kyle Serafin and the other folks that the pipe bomber was a capital police person who now works at the CIA.
And she hires a corrupt corporate lawyer, insider, deep state guy to defend her.
It's like everything about it screams that Baker is likely right.
While Julie Kelly, God bless her, is back to being a stenographer for the FBI now that she now they're on that side.
And I just pointed out that her husband's a huge Masanto lobbyist, and that might explain some of her Kennedy bashing and environmental positions of the past.
And I think she blocked me with like in two seconds.
Let me go see if you got me blocked also by Ricochet Barnes.
Exactly.
It's the long list of people who get to text Viva this week.
So to me, when I read, Good Job by Tucker's people putting together the mini documentary.
And what they found was that there was a Google Drive that had detailed information with him showing off on video, shooting things and the rest.
And it showed a pattern that made sense, a pattern of a story they'd been hiding and burying at the FBI, which was one this kid was always radicalized, always had a strong propensity towards violence, was blabbing about it online, and went from being a huge Trump supporter to being a huge Trump hater during COVID.
And that there's people interacting with him that have strange, peculiar accounts, apparently tied to foreign terror organizations.
And it's like, everything we said at the time, this guy screams Manchurian candidate.
Everything about him screams Manchurian candidates.
He's got like, he's got encrypted email.
He's got burner phones.
He's got secret accounts.
And he's a little teenage kid who was blabbing all the time online.
And he was training at gun ranges that had FBI and police frequently there.
That he looked a little off.
He was there on holidays where ordinarily teenagers are not there alone firing guns on specific holidays.
And then the question we had asked, was he known to the FBI?
And now the question was going to be, was he groomed by the old FBI?
And there are other corruptions.
What would inspire this FBI to cover for this if it would implicate ongoing operations?
Let's like the Epstein case.
The major reason to hide it institutionally would be the, it would be if it would implicate those institutions criminally and civilly and politically.
And so Tim Burchett himself, Congressman Tim Burchett from East Tennessee, said he believes that the Crooks was an MK Ultra Manchurian candidate type individual who, if we really dug in and exposed the truth, has connections to rogue government agencies and actions that have just continued rather than be buried and ended like they were supposed to be in the 1970s when we first found out about massive efforts by our own government to create mind-controlled killers.
Now, the biggest evidentiary development I thought in the Tucker's presentation that I hadn't seen before was that the time in which Crooks was using a drone to surveil where Trump was going to be at.
Was when the FBI was allegedly on, what's it called?
Customer support with DJI because they couldn't figure out how to fly their drone.
Correct.
So like during the exact same limited time window, he had this limited time window to fly his drone and not get caught and use it to surveil the facility.
And it just magically aligns with when it was down with the FBI?
I don't think so.
That screams.
That's the kind of circumstance that is a reasonable inference of conspiratorial intent.
And how he got on the roof and it was the only building cut out of the perimeter and there was the only one unsurveilled and unsupervised.
And despite the fact that they knew there was a guy with a rangefinder there, you know, an hour before the event, they let Trump take the stage nonetheless, even though they knew that they had lost the person of interest.
But zero answers from the FBI, which on Marta Romo said, we're going to have answers on Jan 6.
We're going to have answers on Pennsylvania.
And you're going to get them.
We've got nothing except Steve Baker on January 6th.
Just if everybody appreciates this, what Steve Baker did with 94% accuracy is determine that the January 6th pipe bomber was this woman.
Don't need to say her name.
Because of a gate analysis, how your body moves, where your hip bones are, your limp.
And this woman has a limp because of a catastrophic injury that she sustained while playing.
It was either soccer or lacrosse.
I forget what sport it was.
That the Jan 6 pipe bomber had a limp and that this woman lived right next door to the person that Kyle Seraphin was surveilling in the context of that investigation.
He was pulled from it after a couple of days.
And so, you know, it could be the wrong person, but that all of these things match up, a limp with a limp, height with the height.
And don't forget the last little bit.
The kind of person who would probably do it.
I mean, she looks like, you know, bisexual lesbian politically.
Apparently, you don't think Trump support her.
No, but apparently she does have.
Apparently she had a boyfriend, but apparently also her boyfriend might give off some radars, as they say in the air.
Yeah, yeah, exactly.
But the big one to me, the other big one is she goes from the Capitol Police to the CIA, to the CIA, people.
Think of it.
How many resumes go Capitol Police, CIA?
Usually they go CIA undercover at Capitol Police and back at the CIA.
So everything about, and then the fact that Julie Kelly and all these people are running interference for these people.
The fact that Kash Patel is busy running interference with these people.
But in, and then Bongino is running interference for these people.
Like he's attacking Thomas Massey without answering a question.
Massey gets a letter from a whistleblower's lawyer.
It says something's AWOL.
Bongino comes out and attacks him.
Bongino, how about just reinstate the whistleblowers like you said you would?
How about Kash Patel?
How about reinstate the whistleblowers like you said you would?
I still represent Robin Gritz.
They haven't done anything for him.
January 6th defendants are suing, trying to get some relief for all the illegalities they suffered.
Pam Bondi is demanding their case be dismissed and they not get a dime.
Meanwhile, the president wants the federal government to write him a huge check for what he went through.
Do you know how bad this looks?
I mean, it looks, I mean, does anybody have a clue politically at all in the entire White House?
But at the same time, Kash Patel's busy.
He's making sure when he's not busy flying on his plane, he literally flew to Boondoggle Ranch.
He was on a boondoggle to Boondoggle Ranch.
I thought that had to be made up.
I thought that had to be a meme.
Turns out it's not.
He literally flew to Boondoggle Ranch, which is connected to a big donor.
Once again, a donor-driven presidency at the moment.
And otherwise, he's busy having the guy that runs his foundation, his OG, I'm going to take out the Deep State Foundation, Jesse Binnell, suing Elijah Schaefer over a tweet over that doesn't even say anything.
Okay, we're going to, we're going to, okay, we've done it.
We've done all the corruption.
We'll get to Ukraine afterwards.
Jan 6 pipe bomb, the Tucker Carlson expose.
Holy hell, Robert.
I want to stop for a second and just catch up on these over here.
We're getting into that defamation lawsuit in a second.
Oh, hold on.
Before we even get there, because I had Carl Serafin on on Monday and he, you know, as you mentioned, the CIA, the CIA transition, what he said was I would have never known because I've never had any experience in this is that when you get to the CIA, they scrub your social media footprint in a manner that is not inorganic, but not necessarily available to all people.
So if you wanted to hide an individual from public scrutiny, from public investigation, you don't go to the CIA because you're a super qualified ultra spy.
They put you there to hide you.
And that is a very, very interesting theory.
But then bottom line, if Baker's right, he's got 500,000 bucks coming to him.
You won't be able to see this one, people.
It says Gorgeous Mayhem 1 says, Viva messaged you a bit.
20% of Uber drivers are illegals.
Interviews O'Keefe style.
Fake accounts.
Oh, yeah.
No, fake accounts.
Stolen identities.
Did a second version because of new developments.
Watch on all social media.
It's at gorgeous Mayhem 1, the number one, not spelt out.
Randy Edwards says, President Trump is an instinctive counterpuncher.
If you expect a counterpuncher to surrender after you smacked him in the mouth, I don't think anyone smacked him in the mouth, but set that aside.
Looking at you, Green, Carlson Jones, et cetera, and the like.
Okay, that's Randy Edwards.
This is a fine opinion.
Time for the 25th or impeachment.
The orange clown has got to go.
He's either compromised or scared.
Robert, how many seats would have to flip in 2026 for impeachment and conviction to be a serious to be possible?
Well, for impeachment, they just need a majority.
For conviction, they need two-thirds of the Senate.
And what's the Senate?
What's the, what's the I mean, right now, the Senate's Republican.
If it flips, even if it flips Democratic, it's very, very, very, very unlikely to flip to two-thirds Democratic.
And they would need two-thirds vote to convict.
So he would need Republicans going AWOL to convict him.
And since he is the establishment loves where he's at right now politically.
So they're not going to convict him.
But the bigger hurdle is you get everybody else gets impeached.
They're already building files to impeach Bondi, to impeach Patel, to impeach Kennedy, to impeach Noam, to impeach Homan, to impeach.
They're going to try to impeach everybody that they can.
It's going to be impeachment fever up there.
And what it is, it just drags down the administration into case after case and all these hearings and all this discovery and all these documents.
And unfortunately, they're probably going to have some fire where the smoke is in some of these cases because of how Bondi has handled things at the Justice Department.
She is a huge weak link for the president if impeachments come about because of what would get this.
It's basically donors getting pay-for-play deals, billionaires getting pardons in exchange for money, things like that.
There's already a lot of smoke there.
I suspect, unfortunately, with Bondi, there's probably some fire there.
So there's a lot of it.
So it would be more that his second term, he could get nothing done legislatively.
And he would be just, the news would be dominated by impeachment after impeachment after impeachment.
And it would just derail his whole second half of the second term.
Karen Booth says Barnes is 100% correct.
This is truly embarrassing for Trump.
King of Bill Tong in the house says premium Bill Tong from Bill Tong USA, high protein, keto-friendly, no additives, U.S. sourced beef, authentic South African flavor.

You will not regret it.
It's like beef jerky, but better.
It's like the softest, most delicious beef jerky.
Perry Perry is the best spicy, but not too spicy.
If you like really spicy, they got the ghost waggy you, and that is that'll make your mouth burn on fire.
Ending H-1Bs is a bipartisan issue I can agree on with my leftist family.
GOP supporting H-1Bs is a tremendous self-sabotage.
Primary these losers, says JM Denty.
Stick plug123 says, This dickhead wants to talk about Trump being a problem.
What kind of problem would we have of Kamala?
Well, all right, congratulations.
I have repeatedly said Trump is better than Kamala Harris, and that Kamala Harris could have been an existential president for the country in a bad way.
That does not mean what he's doing right now, or we should cheerlead every dumb decision he makes because he's on path to get us back to somebody worse than Kamala Harris in 2020.
An AOC going down this path, an AOC or a Zoran.
But by the way, the fact that he's better than the alternative does not mean you don't hold him to his promises, campaign promises, and B, hold him to standards.
I mean, okay, he's better.
Everyone agrees, but if he can be a better president, sitting on your laurels and saying, well, it's better than Kamala.
Well, great.
It's basically like saying Stalin was better than Hitler.
It's not necessarily an endorsement of Stalin.
Gorgeous Man says Trump is acting like King Theodon from the two towers, and Lady Lindsay is warm to.
I have no idea what the hell.
Somebody should create that meme.
Like the king is kind of, you know, under the influence of the person's whispering.
They should put Susie Wiles on the face of the warminger there.
And on the king, they should put Trump's face because that'd be a good meme to share.
Angie K says, Barnes, go see what Bassett said in or Bassett said in reference to Trump and H-1B.
Then you will see we need to help train Americans on things we don't do here.
You, Mr. Well, you're not training them, by the way.
You're just replacing them.
Correct.
And look at who the H-1Bs are actually being used for.
This has been a common lie.
Go look to Palmer Lucky.
Palmer Lucky worked in the tech industry.
He said it was all a big lie.
He said the tech industry was lying.
They were not bringing people in who American, plenty of Americans, were skilled for it.
We have an unemployment rate amongst college graduates, the highest we've had in almost 20 years.
This is a false premise argument.
It's factually incorrect.
They're not bringing them in to train.
They're bringing them in because they don't have any.
And it's not the people that you brought in that are going to train.
And then.
And they want to line their own pot.
Trump himself did this, right?
So, I mean, Trump himself and his own businesses frequently hired foreigners over Americans because he wanted to pocket the money.
That's why.
And him, so that's why he has this bias that he's tried to hide and ran against.
And now it's just coming back out because all he hangs out with is our oligarchic buddies.
Look at this new beautiful ballroom we're going to have, everybody.
Look at the beautiful gold I now have in the way.
And it's real gold.
It's not Home Depot gold.
Well, Donald, ordinary Americans can't even afford the Home Depot gold.
So maybe now's not the time to show off all the gold you have at the White House.
Steve Eisner Show says, Barnes' voice, when he's on an epic rant, it's higher pitched than when I accidentally got kicked in the balls years ago, Bravo Barnes.
And by the way, while I'm on this, I want to remind everybody: can I do this here?
Hold on.
No, I can't do that.
The tip thing on Rumble.
It's going to happen organically one of these days.
You click tip if you want to do like one of the Rumble rants in crypto and it can go straight.
They're going to unleash this for everybody in December.
I'm waiting for there to be an organic, because I'm the first person in Rumble history to get a Rumble tip via crypto or via crypto, Bitcoin, or whatever.
If you have it and you want to do it, click on the thing that tipped and then scan the QR code.
We're going to get to the Rumble.
Scan the QR code.
Yeah, and then you could, if you have a wallet, you could tip into crypto and it's amazing.
And now that's taking a wallet, Zelensky's wallet got no.
That's where, well, there was another, there was another corruption thing we were going to get to.
Forget that, we'll do Zelensky.
So, Robert, I live on the internet.
I hadn't heard about it until you mentioned it was going to be one of the topics for tonight.
And it's almost like it gets confusing between the last scandal where there was a corruption scandal where they were sifting however much percent off the top and building their homes and whatever.
And they were supposed to have taken care of it the last time when 60 Minutes, who was it that was reporting like, you know, 30 to 70% of all aid doesn't make it to the end lines.
And then they're all getting fantastically rich.
So what is this?
Now, more top officials in these Vladimir Zelensky inner circle are being arrested or investigated or suspected of corruption.
This is Zelensky, who still hasn't declared elections because he never will.
It was De Becker also talking about Zelensky's rise to the presidency and how it was as organic as Sacrament.
And they're back in yet another corruption scandal.
And what's the thick of it?
So in this case, it's just one little minor version of the scandals because you might ask yourself, how much money is involved in a minor scandal in Ukraine?
$100 million.
So somebody that took $100 million just to fix some electricity plants and just pocket it all.
And apparently we were sending this money over not just digitally, we were sending it over in huge F-Fed packs from Federal Reserve Banks.
I mean, God bless Tom Longo.
He thinks the Federal Reserve is secretly working with Trump to take down the globalists.
I love Tom, but come on, bro.
I don't think that's likely to be happening here.
But so here, apparently, they left him in the packets, right?
So they still had the Federal Reserve number on the outside of all the dollar bills that are cash.
I mean, that's kind of cool.
If you're going to collect something, that's something to collect.
And so he stole about 100 million.
And so he got one of these agencies that Zelensky tried to shut down two months ago for this reason.
And then even the Europeans in the U.S. were like, well, this kind of looks bad if the corruption agency is shut down for doing investigations into corruption.
So Zelensky's like, okay, I'll let him go.
And what they do is they get one of these guys, one of these cabinet officials, connected to this $100 million scam.
And of course, he's connected everybody because all Ukraine is is one big massive grift.
And as Alexander McCorris pointed out, it's in the billions, not the millions, the level of grift that has taken place in Ukraine.
They just grab poor people off the street, throw them into the front line, pretend, you know, get them murdered, and then tell the president, tell President Trump, oh, as many Russians are dying as Ukrainians.
Trump was repeating that nonsense this week, which anybody following the conflict can see is otherwise.
I just want to bring this up.
I don't know if this is a joke.
I'm done.
This is nothing less than communist propaganda.
Unsubscribed.
Ron Goodman-JZ8JV.
I know.
They always have these fake, kind of bottish names.
Their accounts are always like, why don't they have normal accounts?
It's always like GS27643924578.
I see more random letters when they auto-generate a memory.
What are they called?
A password.
It's all those Indian bot fars.
A communist problem.
Okay.
Because the people that are part, they have, you know, Massey was right.
There's a version of TDS that Trump is equal to God, really truly equal to God.
Maybe even, maybe even bigger than God, maybe even above God for these people.
And then if you say anything against Trump, they must, they assign and ascribe you the craziest set of motivations and ideas.
And they just can't be honest about it.
This one we know, where we go one, we go all.
That's not a random thing.
That's the old QAnon has got the plan, everybody.
Trust the plan.
So 100, just a cool 100 million stolen because it's par for the course in what's going on in a country that is not holding elections because it's quite literally the dictatorship.
It's busy literally trying to steal all the assets of the Orthodox church while locking up pastor ministers, priests that are like in their 80s.
I mean, it's just a joke.
It's just one big massive criminal grift suppressing everybody's rights and liberties.
And if the possibility of triggering World War III wasn't underneath it all, you know, it would be just one long comedy like Death of Stalin, The great parody movie.
But so two of them take off.
One of them takes off to cutter.
One of these high-ranking executives caught in this big scandal.
And by the way, they literally had golden toilets.
They spent some of this money on literal golden toilets.
Robert, that's it.
Toilet is gold.
That's a damn good investment.
I don't know what gold is at these days, but that's a damn good investment.
You get to appreciate the value when you take it out.
You don't want to keep your gold, the stuff that everybody's urinated and defecated in.
I don't know.
I hear gold is a very nice natural antioxidant.
So gold.
No, that's true.
That's why they used to use it for silverware, by the way.
That's why silverware is called silver is because silver itself was good for you until COVID.
All of a sudden, it was magically bad for you and you couldn't talk about it.
But so, and then, so one flies goes off to Qatar and he's deciding whether to hide out in Turkey or where he's going to hide out.
And the other one flies to Israel because Israel doesn't extradite anybody, even the perverts and pedophiles and pedder ass who like to fly to Israel for that purpose.
And the money guys love to go there.
And so he's down there saying, oh, I'm not coming back.
And Zelensky's like, I'm shocked, shocked to discover corruption here.
Of course, the main guy they're after is literally known in Ukraine as Zelensky's wallet.
So that's the nonsense we're still supporting in that conflict.
You know, it's funny.
I went over to locals because we're going to catch up on the chat there.
And this is an interesting point that I actually just didn't think of.
Dan attacking any member of Congress is out of line due to his position.
I actually, I actually hadn't thought about that.
You know, that the FBI.
It was ill-advised.
I mean, they seem to really think if they just control, it's like the whole Israel first crowd.
It's like we're in the 1950s or something.
They think if they just control the narrative, I was telling somebody, telling somebody in the administration this past week, I was like, look, I'm just a messenger.
I'm not the message.
The message is ordinary.
I hear every day from ordinary people who are mad as hell.
No, Robert, they're going to argue that you're brainwashing the ordinary people.
And if it weren't for mouthpieces like us, the people would be all on board with what's going on.
Of course, they wouldn't be all excited and couldn't wait for the next foreign intervention or couldn't wait for the next foreign aid.
Couldn't wait for the next cover-up of pedophiles and pedder ass and money launderers and drug dealers and gangbangers and gun runners.
I mean, it's there, they underestimate the understanding of the ordinary American.
They're done with all this.
The ordinary American would understand that their bills have gone down and food prices have gone down, even though the housing is totally affordable and the jobs are going great and the economy is stable.
I mean, Soros Scotty Besson's out there telling everybody we're about to get into the golden era.
It's about to happen.
Trump is saying we're already in it.
Besson's like, it's about to happen.
When you look underneath the hood, we're probably already in the recession and it's probably going to get worse by a wide range of data points.
People are like, oh, Bornge, when do you become an economist?
I can read data, my friend.
You don't got to be an economist to read data.
You only have to be an economist when you want to get data wrong.
Gray 101 says, now that President Trump has exposed rep Marjorie Taylor Greene as a traitor, is Rand Paul next?
I think he did make a joke.
He is after Rampaul.
I mean, up next, he'll be attacking his own vice president.
Soren Erickson says, David, why is your clone running for local elections in Denmark?
Papa Gio.
Papa Giorgio.
Yeah, that looks like me.
Yeah, that guy looks exactly like you.
He's a little skinnier, but I do get, you know, people think I'm Lebanese, Greek, Italian.
So, you know, I got a nice Renaissance man look.
Gray 101 says, is President Trump covering up from the Epstein files because they're rich donors?
I think that's my operating theory.
That's what Thomas Massey said he believes.
Gray 101 says, in the vein of lowering housing prices with 50-year mortgages, what are the odds President Trump considers reclassifying home mortgages as non-dischargeable during bankruptcy?
Okay, now I'm getting these jokes now.
Now I'm getting them.
President Trump and the GOP Congress need to federally revise FLSA Section 3M and all other exceptions to minimum wage laws.
Legally paying food service employees $250 an hour so they can rely on pleading for tips is a national embarrassment, says Gray 101.
Gray 101 says, You asked how Trump can turn things around before the midterms, undo 1982 Securities and Exchange Commission rule 10b18, end corporate layoff stock buyback schemes.
Gray 101 is on a roll here.
Um, and it says, You're not making homeownership better, 50-year mortgage, you're making debt slavery worse.
Uh, that's a bad um, King of the Hill.
Gray 101: What are the odds drafting America's poor and unemployed into one of President Trump's wars kickstarts our economy?
You're doing that in Germany, they're back to the conscripting people in Germany because everybody, Germany militarizing has worked out so well throughout world history.
So, they're in order to go to war with Russia because they're so crazy over there while they're deindustrializing their whole economy and sinking into oblivion.
They're now they've reinstated basically the draft in Germany.
Well, they'll draft some of their new arrivals, and you'll have basically a 50% Syrian army out of Germany fighting Russia.
It's yes, yes, assuming today's vote on Epstein file results in their release, will it have the unintended consequences of forcing Trump to realign with his natural MAGA allies, commit to the support of MAGA Maha, members of his administration?
What's interesting is that's what apparently set him off.
Marjorie Taylor Green was texting him, not calling him like he correctly said, texting him saying, Look, I think this can work for you.
I think here's how it can work for you.
Here's what they and that's what made him so mad to go after her.
It was irrational behavior, frankly.
That was from Howard the Duke.
Gray 101, how can our president continue to resist anti-American traders who persist in the Epstein hoax?
Buffalo Betsy says, In fighting with Marjorie, MTG, Massey, the files has my anxiety at 12 on 10.
I'm so concerned how the midterms will go, just the overall success of the administration.
Please offer any reassurance you can muster.
I think we hope we've done.
I don't know and haven't seen, ever suspected DJT is implicated in it.
He isn't.
He isn't.
Other people definitely are.
I think this is the government who are implicated, but what are the costs of shielding, whatever, and whoever is implicated and why?
Way too high a price for him to continue to pay for that.
Buffalo Betsy says, I mean, the upside: Trump can always turn on a dime.
That's the great asset of Donald Trump.
He can turn on a dime and he can have complete amnesia about what he said yesterday.
And he would have, you know, basically complete support, even from the people who have been spurned in the meantime.
Yeah, it's all big since to reunite.
Like, you went nuts on Elon.
That was a mistake.
Ultimately, he pulled back from that.
He needs to do the same here as to Marjorie, Taylor, Greene, and Massey and focus on his real political opposition and focus our resources on the real political opposition and refocus here at home, not on foreign nations.
And nobody elected him, like he said this week, president of the world.
Nobody liked him to be president of the world, Donald Trump.
They like to be president of the United States of America.
And that's what they understood America first to mean.
It meant America's interest, issues, policies, priorities first.
Buffalo Betsy says, a small sliver of my brain.
Hopes wishes that all of some 60 chess, that MTG.
Will be fine.
It's so listen to Tom Longo.
He at least gives a very sophisticated version of a theory I don't think is accurate.
But if you need some hopium, Tom is a very good provider of it at the moment.
Tequila Reposado says, Viva Barnes, is it time for MAGA to shit can Trump?
Absolutely not.
How compromised is JD Vance?
None.
JD's not.
JD has been publicly calling for this.
And to their credit, even after Trump took this position, if you look at their public statements, both Robert Kennedy and JD Vance have still said it should be disclosed.
So both Vance and the, you know, they're both in a difficult position because they can't go out and attack the president.
But they both said, I think it should be disclosed.
I think it should be disclosed.
F. Charton says over 20 MPs in Canada that conspired with China have never been identified.
Yes, Canadian elections are bullshit.
We can acknowledge honest actors in the debate.
We can also point out the cancers.
While America rural states support Trump after, will America rural states support Trump after he dropped agricultural tariffs and temporary lower food prices, family farms have price gouged long enough.
Trump golfing with Lindsey Graham was a slap in the face, Gray 101 of a nice picture.
Well, I don't know what that picture doesn't mean very much to me anyhow.
Free SEO1 says, here's my take on the Epstein files.
No one will say publicly, Massey and Tucker have come close.
If all the files come out, the American voter would find out that 20 plus years, the CIA final hundreds of millions of dollars of taxpayers into pedophile ring for national security.
Yeah, it's going to happen.
It's going to happen if that's the case.
And if that comes to light, there will be mass support for the abolishment of the CIA.
Trump is supporting the CIA deep state.
And for most of the FBI that took a turned a blind eye and covered it up.
For those that don't know, the FBI knew about the Epstein case dating back to the 90s and went to great lengths to hide it and cover it up for 20 years.
And the problem, 30 years, really, and the problem with the current people in the FBI, including Kash Patel, is that they have totally flipped.
And they went from the FBI needs to be a mausoleum of the deep state to wanting more money and taking the little private jet everywhere, flying it around, so much so that he's, you know, I think he's the one behind having his girlfriend file some of the dumbest defamation lawsuits I've ever seen.
We got to get to that.
Okay, I'm going to read through these real fast.
Trump is demonizing the least swampy politicians in D.C. when he promised to drain the swamp from Sea Waver Drive.
Buffalo Betsy, Laura Loomer, nasty ass, hateful remarks because she sees this as an opportunity to try to go after MTG to make her want to break shit.
I cannot effing stand her.
See the Veil says, I'm beginning to believe that this fight about MTG and Massey is because they are not taking AIPAC money.
Okay, I covered that.
Passion Moyer, we saw that.
All right, we're going to come back to this.
Is that Ben Shapiro?
Oh, yeah.
Wait, what is up with his eyes?
What was that movie with the little kid who became who's really Satan and personified?
There was the horror movie was The Omen, I think.
Yeah, The Omen, The Omen.
It's like he grew up to be Ben Shapiro.
You've seen those eyebrows?
I don't know what's going on, but I found out where the Omen kid went.
Just like I found out where Fat Bastard went from all the fun movies of Michael Myers.
It's Congressman Randy Fiennes.
And now I forgot where Omen grew up.
He grew up to be Ben Shapiro.
I'm going to come back to all those.
There's some commie tube rants, which I'm going to get to as well.
Robert, let's do the defamation lawsuit real quick.
There was another one.
Oh, I'm going to forget.
It had to do with Pam Bondi.
Oh, yeah, Comey.
We'll get to that in a second.
All right.
I'm not wrong.
That lawsuit is total horseshit, right?
Like, I feel bad.
I understand there's defamation by implication.
And if there's a thread about child predators and someone pops in a picture of, I don't know, someone who's been accused of something, maybe defamation through implication.
But even then, typically it's like you're in defamation through implication is not like a haha meme.
It's sort of like, I'm not saying he committed fraud.
I'm just saying everyone on that committee committed fraud.
And that's sort of the implication.
Elijah Schaefer, and I, people don't like him, and that's fine.
No, I, I can, he's, he's an asshole at times.
And I don't even think he, it's part of his shtick.
I, I would never do it as, as, uh, as a brand.
I would also never do it because I just feel bad.
Like, you know, he likes to make Indian jokes when talking about Indian people.
I think it's irritating to reduce people to race and identity every time, even as a, as a Lisa Lampinelli type gag.
That's his, that's his shtick.
And you don't like it and you think he's an asshole.
Good for you.
You then come out and say, well, you get what you deserve when you say stupid things.
Congrats, you're a lefty.
He, in response to a tweet from some guy who I don't know if the original guy was sued yet, and I want to look that up.
It was an article on how Israel uses honey pots to infiltrate Iran.
They use it as a intelligence tactic through and through over decades.
And Elijah, in response to that, quote tweeted it with a picture of Kash Patel and Alexis Wilkins, who's smoking attractive if you're into that.
I mean, the married person.
If you're into that.
If you're into attracting.
Most straight men are into that.
He just quote tweets with a picture of them.
And that's the basis of their defamation.
They then, too, you know, further.
$5 million, too.
No event to further demonize Elijah.
I'm suing the BBC for $5 billion.
By the way, he's got a problem in that suit, as somebody pointed out.
The BBC didn't publish or broadcast that video in the United States, which means Trump has a huge hurdle.
And he can't sue in Britain because it's a one-year statute of limitations from the data first.
Yeah, but I would argue around that.
It's received in the United States.
It doesn't matter where it's broadcast.
Well, because you have to have deliberate publication.
So typically for defamation, you have to have deliberate publication.
In other words, I don't get to be held responsible for somebody else republishing my work involuntarily in another jurisdiction.
Yeah, but I would argue you published something on the internet.
You are intending to be globally global.
The key is whether this is factually true.
What the claim is, is that they did not publish it on the internet.
They published it to only people who had a very limited licensed access, which was only people in the UK.
So that's the problem.
I first thought Trump had a credible claim because BBC manipulated the cut tape to create a false.
That's true, false implication.
Because they literally faked the tape.
They combined things that didn't go together in sequence like they claimed it did.
But they only released it to the UK.
They didn't release it online.
They didn't release it where anybody else could even see it in the United States.
Well, here's someone saying they finished with an idiot as though that's going to make the argument stronger.
Is BBC available on direct TV in the USA?
BC is, but not this video.
This video was limited, was a limited release to apparently, I think, something called their Panorama Division.
So they only released it to people that were licensed to see it, and that was only in the UK.
So it was not legally allowed to be rebroadcast outside it.
When this has come up in other defamation contexts, you haven't been able to sue in the United States, even if you suffered injury in the United States.
I had to deal with this in the Covington kids case.
And the way I got around it was I argued they deliberately published two people in Kentucky for the purposes of damaging the reputation of people they knew were Kentuckians.
But if I didn't have that allegation, it was going to be dismissed on jurisdictional grounds.
So Trump is this case against BBC.
Trump is likely to get dismissed on jurisdictional grounds.
Well, I know what I would argue, but whether or not a judge would factual assumption that this was only broadcast by the BBC to a limited licensee in the UK.
That's a key factual issue.
Well, then let me think about this.
An American who happens to be in England to hear it, would that qualify as being damages sustained?
Not for actual defamation, nor choice of law.
Here's the other problem.
Even if they say there is personal jurisdiction because BBC has general jurisdiction over BBC, because BBC is active in the United States, they could argue choice of law is UK law, which means the statute of limitations from UK law has to apply.
And that's already expired.
I would argue anything you put, make it available publicly online.
It's everywhere for the world.
You can be sued anywhere.
And if I like the person.
See why they do that.
Apparently, they didn't make it available.
All right.
Well, then back to Alexis Wilkins, equally baseless lawsuit.
I think, humbly speaking.
So that's the word.
Much more baseless.
Well, because then, but Robert, they threw in some allegations that he's consistently anti-Israel.
And then they put in some tweets where, you know, if you, oh, I know that Elijah said worse things about Israel than what they included in that lawsuit.
Those were kind of like, those were milquetoast sort of criticism of Israel.
All right.
And it was this bullshit.
Who's it?
Do you know who the lawyer is?
Apparently, it's Kash Patel's personal lawyer.
No, yeah, Jesse Bennel.
I know.
Yeah, I know who he is.
He's like, he's Cash's foundation.
I'm skeptical of these foundations that people set up, especially when they're getting money to those foundations while they're holding public office.
Cash apparently has no understanding that this is all going to, Democrats win the House.
He's sunk.
So he should be paying attention to what he's doing in the FBI's office that impacts the midterms because they're going to get into who's been donating to his foundation while he's been head of the FBI.
And trust me, it's not going to be a pretty picture.
And so Bennel is telling Alexis Wilkins, who's a country music singer, social media influencer, young, attractive woman who is dating Kash Patel.
I don't have any doubts about the relationship or anything else.
I mean, I know like Kyle Seraf and other people took shots at it.
I was like, nah, that doesn't surprise me.
I mean, Cash is obviously, you know, head over heels because he keeps using the government plane to go fly around everywhere to see in fairness.
Cash doesn't look as old as he is.
She obviously, she's objectively attractive, but I'm a married man.
And so I don't, she looks like, I keep saying it, but she looks like the Maria from Harold and Kumar One, which I'll show you a picture of in a second.
But there's, that's the two of them.
They look happy.
I have no doubt she was dating him before he was an FBI agent.
She's clearly not a massage agent or any of that.
No, Robert is a person.
No, no, she created content for Prague or you.
Marissa Streit is the head of the same basis that that true Jew hater, Sam Parker, used to go after you.
Except it's not Jew, it's J Who.
Because they don't want it.
They want their bullshit to be maximum reach, and they think it gets suppressed when you say the word Jew, which it might because on YouTube.
Those would like to do the double parentheses.
No, there was Robert.
It was triple parentheses.
Come on.
I still don't even understand that.
So I've always thought this was garbage.
I thought Kyle Serafin made a mistake with by the way he put it.
But I don't think Elijah, I mean, Elijah Schaefer just, I mean, one, he's part troll.
If you know Elijah Schaefer, they didn't talk about this in the suit.
But, you know, there's a part of him that's part comedic, part satire, part troll.
All he does is he links to an article that talks about Mossad honeypots, but also talks about other things, by the way, in the article.
So he links to the article and just puts a picture of her and him.
And that's it.
I said nothing else.
And they're like, they want to say, they extrapolate from it that he made all these factual claims.
And then you review the actual lawsuit itself.
He made no, Elijah Schaefer made no such claim.
Robert, they included treason in what he implied with that photograph.
First of all, it could have been just a flipping joke because it's now become an internet meme.
All right, the lawsuit's bullshit and it should get tossed on an anti-slap.
You know, maybe Kash Patel was the honeypot.
I mean, who knows?
There's all kinds of ways to interpret that, especially if you know Elijah Schaefer's sense of humor.
So the, again, it's more anti-Indian than it is anything else.
So, yeah, I thought the suit was grap, complete garbage.
And what they're banking now, there's no any slap in Florida.
That's why they're suing in Florida.
My understanding is they're sued in Florida.
And the, like, he mentioned D.C.
I wasn't sure what he meant by that.
No, no, he made it.
He meant the firm was based out of D.C.
They sued in.
Oh, yeah, yeah.
The firm is a DC area firm.
Yeah.
And Benel's a loser.
That's my opinion.
They'll probably sue me for libel.
Remember, I can prove it in court, Jesse.
So I like Alexis Wilkins.
I think she's a sweet kid.
I ain't got nothing against her.
And I don't say that just because she's in Nashville, Tennessee, and she sings country music, though I have a bias in favor of both.
But I think this was one of the dumbest suits to bring.
I think it's dumb to sue Kyle Serafin.
I mean, sue just people like Sam Parker, a couple of these low-level losers.
Sue those guys.
Don't sue FBI whistleblowers who are exposing all the corruption in your agency.
This is just dumb.
Who is Sam Parker?
I mean, I know he's, I know, I've only seen the Twitter things.
He ran for Senate, but I scold you hater.
I'm one of those guys that did Jews.
No, Robert, he's an Israel hater.
And I'm an agent for Mossad, cloaking myself in the garb of American.
He references the socks.
Who did you get the socks from?
I mean, that's when you knew you lost it.
You've gone down Queen Candace level crazy.
The whole irony is path.
I always say, jokingly, I'd almost probably sooner live in Russia than Israel because I'm not, I left Quebec because of the vaccine passport.
I'm not going to the Green Pass country of the world.
Okay, so that's their bullshit lawsuit there.
The other one.
Oh, no, I was going to just get into the indictment against Comey because this had to go all the way back to Pam Bondi.
Robert, what the hell is going on?
Like, I'm not sure I understand the basis, what Pam Bondi did or neglected to do in the indictment with Comey, but now they're arguing.
Comey's arguing, and I'm not sure if Leticia James is as well that Halligan, the attorney, whatever, what do they call him, the U.S. attorney, that was hired to basically pursue this indictment because the other guy wouldn't, because, you know, they're all corrupt and in-laws with one of the guys working at that field office is the son-in-law of James Comey, and they didn't find any probable cause.
Horse crap.
So they found Halligan to come in and do this.
But apparently, Halligan was improperly appointed or something.
And Pam Bondi, who could have overseen the indictment herself, neglected or failed to do.
And now they're going to challenge Halligan's ability to have brought this before a grand jury.
Now, it's still crap because historically, if the grand jury indicted, it didn't matter if the U.S. attorney in the room didn't have authority.
To give you an example, they've had U.S. attorneys in that room who were not even licensed attorneys.
They had been disbarred.
And federal judges said, no problem.
So this is just a judge, a group of judges looking part of the deep state, a key part of the deep state's power base is the federal judiciary, has been for a long time.
And the way they, and they always cover for their criminal compatriots and go to great lengths to do so.
I've always said, if you had to just tell me somebody's profession to babysit my five-year-old grandkid, federal judges are the bottom of the list, bottom of the list, a bunch of perverts.
You just know those people.
You can't trust them at all for nothing.
So I always, you know, that's who these people are.
So what their excuse is, is the paperwork wasn't right for appointment of her as an interim U.S. attorney.
And because she was in the room, that somehow magically invalidates what the grand jury did.
And because it's outside the statute of limitations to reindict, that means, well, Comey gets to walk.
But I don't even understand the rationale.
Why would she not be allowed to be in the room with the grand jury?
So it's a delegation doctrine view.
Now, I agree with the delegation doctrine viewpoint, but federal judges have been utterly hypocritical at not enforcing it.
So the question is, is the U.S. attorney, what prevents, the way I used to argue this to judges, by the way, not a single one of them would accept this argument because they ignore it when it's on the other, she was on the other foot.
But I said, what prevents the janitor from walking into the grand jury and saying, please indict these people?
The theory is delegation doctrine.
So did the power of the United States attorney, was that constitutionally given to whomever presented the evidence concerning the indictment to that grand jury?
That's the argument.
And the argument is that she was not properly given the proper paperwork, even though that really is a paperwork dispute.
Now, again, this problem never would have happened if Trump wouldn't have appointed the wrong person to Eastern District of Virginia to begin with.
It never would have happened if Pam Bondi would have fired a bunch of these bums from the beginning, which a bunch of us told her to do.
She refused.
It wouldn't have happened if Bondi herself would have walked into the grand jury and got the indictment because she's the attorney general of the United States.
But she, again, refused.
She's tried to post hoc, ratify this garbage.
And Mike Davis has run around, still telling people, oh, you're up, Obama.
I mean, he's becoming a bad meme.
He's becoming a joke.
And it's because Bondi's incompetence.
So it would not surprise me to see this judge dismiss the cases against Comey and Letitia James based on this process.
Now, I believe Letitia James statute limitations hasn't yet expired.
Yeah, but Comey.
So they can go back and re-indict her.
But this particular charge against Comey arguably has.
My view is, it doesn't matter anyway.
He should be thrown in with Brennan and Clapper and the rest of the bums in the Southern District of Florida.
It was the reason I knew that the Epstein case was going to be buried is because the most logical place to refer the Epstein case, if you're going to get into deep state corruption, Democratic Party corruption, Bill Gates, big donors, corruption, the Southern District of Florida is where you'd send that case, where there's plenty of jurisdiction because that's where the case originated.
Instead, when she's in the Southern District of New York, that was a wink, wink, nod, nod, dump this case and bury it by Pam Bondi.
That's what she's doing on Epstein, just like he's doing on Pfizer, where she's covering up for all of Pfizer's corruption, major foreign corruption that Pfizer was involved with, including the EU.
You know, the EU commissioner is busy losing her text and deleting them like crazy, like Hillary Clinton style, and then pretending she didn't know where they were.
Von der Krazy, the or von der Leyen, Alexander Alex Christoforu of the Durant.
I used to call her von der Krazy, amongst other things, von der Math, because she has very bad math.
But you look at all of those components.
That's what should have happened.
Now there's a risk that the judges can do a form of nullification of the law.
Which we called right from the get-go.
That predicted they're going to look for excuses, but Pam Bonnie's making it easy by being an incompetent idiot at the top of the Justice Department.
All right.
I think that does cover all of the corruption cases involving Trump administration's bad pics who are.
Let's get to the Democratic Party corruption.
We got the ICE attack trial.
We got Antifa Dare terror organization designations.
We got, oh, there is one little Trump connected one.
For the love of God, can you quit pardoning the billionaire buddies of George Soros?
You got a fill-mute on this one.
Let me read a bunch more of our Viva Barnes law tips over here.
My theory is the logical position.
The CIA has Trump by the balls.
The CIA cannot expose themselves as the financier with taxpayer money to sex traffic young girls.
Give me your thoughts.
think we we covered that i think you're i think i recommend you can go back and watch the interview i did on epstein with george gammon on his rebel capitalist interview show And that was exactly my hypothesis many months ago.
Sadaka says, I want to thank everyone for their prayers and support.
We are very close to the goal.
We are humbled by the generosity showed on my husband's behalf and my behalf.
I hope it's okay that I share the link one more time.
Absolutely.
And I'll put it.
It's a go, give, send, go.
What's the name?
It is, hold on.
I'll show it.
And I'm going to share it with Rumble side of things.
Give, send, go.
Here we go.
This is Prayer for Pops, aka Helping Ben.
And it's Prayer for Pops.
And I'm going to do this now and share the link with everybody if you can help support it.
It's like, Nate, I know Nate's got good health care.
And so it's like, terrible things happen.
And you hope at the very least you can, you know, get financially meet the burden.
And so if everybody can, you got the link.
Stingray, could Trump flip on Epstein files, implicate people that he thinks are going to help with the economy, like big corporate.
That's another theory is that he's using the material to blackmail others into submission, but I don't.
He's the one bleeding out.
So that's the problem with that theory at the moment.
Trump's argument for the H-1B from Kimmy Hunt is so idiotic.
How fast we can, how fast, how fast were new workers turned into shipbuilders, auto workers, yada, yada, during World War II?
Absolutely.
Everyone watch the China show on YouTube.
It's informative and entertaining.
Must watch it.
It'll blow your mind.
The China shows also incredibly funny.
They have funny stuff all the way through.
I brought it up.
I'll share the link with everybody, but it's fantastic.
It's literally just called the China Show.
Spam Ranger, solving the H-1B is easy.
Require companies to post report jobs on a federal website prior to approval, monitor the responses, and randomly audit hiring to deter abuse.
Not a bad idea.
Textmaster, if Americans are too stupid and H-1Bs are required, who is training the H-1Bs before they get fired?
I've attacked Trump and Musk for this from the beginning, and I will never stop because I've had to deal with these people for 20 years.
They never have, not even once, been at the education level of Americans training them for the job.
Still waiting for Trump's great political instincts.
Barnes always talked about says yard hatch.
No kidding.
I know.
Andrew Piscadlo going after Massey got old over the months, especially when there are so many horrible, horrible Congress people who steal everything that's not nailed down.
The Congress people started repeating it when here, if you knew that the $50,000 they get deposited into their campaign, champagne accounts for every defense appropriations bill, subcontractor who gets earmarked to be reigned cash upon, do you think we don't see it or do you think people won't eventually bring state prosecutions to this stuff?
FYI, don't piss your cat off.
That's from Ithaca 37.
Cato.
Looks to me that Putin was right.
It doesn't matter who the president is.
The men in the gray suits who run everything until that is fixed, the U.S. will continue to decline, says Jeanette Victoria.
All right, we've got enough there.
I'll get to the comic tubes afterwards.
Robert, who did Barnet, who did Trump just pardon?
He's a guy who's a big billionaire, deep.
Oh, insider trading.
Insider trading.
Yeah, basically gave tips off to his girlfriends, his mistresses, his random employees.
Well, it's easier than a Christmas bonus.
Like, here's your Christmas bonus.
Buy this stuff.
It's fantastic.
He's a huge billionaire connected to a bunch of Soros-related shorts.
And, you know, he's a Scotty Bessant pal by published reports.
And it doesn't look great that he gets prioritized on the pardon list.
Just saying.
And hopefully there won't be more scandals there.
But I can tell you that there's Democrats building massive files for impeachment, investigation, indictment down the road on pretty much everybody in the Trump administration.
And that in some of these cases, there may be fire where there's smoke and they're not paying attention.
That's why for their own self-preservation, the most corrupt and rogue actors within the Trump administration, by golly, should be praying to God Trump reverses course so he doesn't get killed in the midterms because their heads are going to be the first ones on the stake.
And that's what they're not recognizing or realizing.
But speaking of corrupt members of Congress, we now get to go to the other side of the aisle where there's equal or a lot more, depending on your perspective.
And the congresswoman who tried to get out of attacking ICE officials, claiming, I have legislative immunity for this.
I was just here to inspect the facility.
That's why I was trying.
That's why I was preventing them from arresting people.
I always want to play the diplomatic immunity clip from Lethal Weapon 2.
But the way it ends, I don't want anyone thinking that that's any form of a call to violence.
So this is the woman that she got, what's her name now?
I forgot her name.
Representative MacIver.
MacGyver.
This is the woman who got involved in a physical altercation with ICE agents outside the, was it the New Jersey facility?
Yeah, the New Jersey facility.
And so she tried to get off base on immunity, and she's going to go to trial now on her assault charges.
Yeah.
Yeah.
And so she sought dismissal, said she had legislative immunity, speech and debate clause immunity, selected prosecution immunity.
And even the judge who was, you know, anti-thrump administration is sitting there like, you literally went out of your way to run over to stop ICE officials from arresting the mayor who was busy doing something that they thought was illegal.
And it's like, there's no part of that that's legislative, legislative threat.
And it's, it's, well, and also it doesn't help that it's literally on video and she's going to have to explain what she was doing with her with her hands.
Yeah.
All right.
And then what's the other one?
What do we get to?
We got the Department of Justice is the second top voted topic at Meva Barneslaw.locals.com.
So the California passed its redistricting by a huge margin, by the way, with ways that send disturbing signs for what could be happening in the midterms unless Trump reverses course, particularly amongst Mexican-American, Asian-American, black voters, younger voters, who all flip back against the Republicans and on the Democratic side of the aisle either didn't turn out or literally change their votes.
But immediately the Justice Department sued California.
Harmony Dylan can't be involved in the suit because of her prior issues with California and redistricting.
So it has to be her subordinate bringing the suits.
But they brought suit on the Voting Rights Act on the grounds that the Voting Rights Act, that the real reason, because these California officials are too stupid to keep their mouths shut, they ran around.
They didn't say that they did this for partisan redistricting.
A whole bunch of them said Prop 50 was about racial redistricting.
And of course, that kind of sounds illegal.
So the Department of Justice brought suit.
Problem is, the very part of the law that gives them the authority to bring suit is probably the one the Supreme Court's about to throw out, the Voting Rights Act Section 2.
But if the Voting Rights Act stays in force, they got a good claim that because of these California officials publicly on the record saying their point is to do racial redistricting, that that violates the law.
So we'll see where it turns out.
Robert, let me, I can't bring them up.
It's too much of a pain in the neck.
I'm going to read them out loud.
This is from Comitube.
Saddam Hussein Pog, the name gets cut off, says Candace is a crazy loon.
You might be right.
Doesn't mean she's always wrong.
Jonah Finn underscore X says, MAGA voted for every Epstein file to be released, every diddler revealed, regardless of the party or nation.
If it takes voting with Democrats, so be it.
That's a $5 Commitube chat.
We got Shan T Hum8360 says, Thank you, Barnes.
I am out of my mind with this administration.
That was $9.99.
We've got gorgeous mayhem.
No, that's the one I screenshotted for later.
Then we got President Trump's poor choices in personal and personnel may have convinced him the evil Democrats have inserted into the Epstein files fake incriminating evidence on him.
Maybe that's why.
Well, that's what he intimated.
That's from Sparky6086.
But he should probably just learn from the way things are happening.
Every document that comes out is implicating key Democrat players and Obama's administration, no less.
And by demanding they be hidden, everybody's going to think it's all about him.
So how he's handling it is exactly the opposite way you handle a scandal.
Even if it were, by the way, you could just go in and have them remove things related to him.
I mean, there's so many other ways to handle this.
He's handled this.
Why would if that's the rationale?
Why wouldn't they have done it earlier?
Like, they had to have the sex part doesn't make sense.
If there was anything in there, Democrats would have leaked this years ago.
But independent of that, even if somehow somewhere along the way, his information was in there, he can just go and redact that.
And if he's worried about the CIA, okay, redact the CIA part.
I mean, there's ways to do that.
And he's just handled it exactly.
Oh, no, let's pretend it doesn't mean anything.
Let's bring it.
Okay, it's a hoax.
No way, wait.
It's the Democrats don't wait.
It's a hoax.
No, wait.
He literally looks guilty as hell.
Even if that's what he did, it would have been the one, the only thing I could go to the 4D, 5D chess.
The only thing you can't do in 5D chess is things that actually hurt your base, like saying, if you continue to push this, I no longer want your support.
That's not how you win anything in life.
It's politically stupid.
It's political suicide.
I mean, he just keeps committing it in slow form.
Now, on the good front, at least we got a little bit of progress on another form of Democratic Party NGO corruption.
And that's some Antifa groups finally being designated as foreign terror organizations.
Now, I had never heard of these particular brands of Antifa.
Like there's Antifa, Orf, and subsidiaries, or maybe it's the umbrella companies in foreign countries that are being designated international terrorist organizations.
I could bring up the names.
It doesn't really matter.
There's a whole slew of these subsidiary or I don't even know if they're factions because I don't think they're offshoots.
They're just independent organizations being labeled international terrorists.
And it facilitates freezing of assets.
It prohibits banking in America.
So it's a good attack tool.
But the question is, what's the correlation between the Antifa that we know in America or the overlap and what consequence is it going to have on the entity that we know and that we see on the streets, you know, cause stirring shit across America, if any.
Well, it's notable, people may have remembered our interview with the Duran.
You can find the Duran on YouTube, Rumble, Odyssey on locals.
Alexander McCorse, Alex Christoforu are the two constituent members.
They have independent channels online on YouTube and Rumble and Odyssey.
You can follow.
But we asked them: is Antifa a foreign organization?
Does it have a foreign presence?
And they said, absolutely.
They said it's deeply embedded in Greece and that it has presence in Italy and Germany.
Well, who did say it's been confirmed by our own Department of State that yes, these four Antifa terror organizations, umbrella organizations, are based in where?
Two of them are based in Greece.
One of them is based in Italy.
One of them is based in Germany.
And these are organizations that have publicly taken credit for terror bombings, terror threats, assassination attempts, actual assassinations, murders, extortion, blackmail, you name it.
So the finally, you know, what that designation does is it broadly expands the federal government's power to go after anybody that is connected to those groups, anybody that takes money to those groups, anybody that provides material assistance to those groups, allows seizure of assets, and allows particular criminal investigations and indictments connected to that.
So it broadly expands the domestic authority to go after Antifa.
So hopefully it will be utilized in that manner.
I don't have the greatest amount of confidence in this particular Justice Department FBI, as I've mentioned, but at least this is a step in the right direction to finally get some control over these true agents of chaos.
There's a certain cabinet member suggesting that other people were agents of chaos if they second-guessed Swampy Susie Wiles.
No, no, the agents of chaos are Antifa.
Antifa is the source of the agents of chaos in the United States and murder in Mayhem, quite literally.
And I know Queen Candace is busy distracting from Antifa criminality by being about the Jews, the Jews, the Jews, the Jews, the Jews.
And in between, obsessing over, you know, all of a sudden Turning Point's part of it and everybody's part of it.
And she's in a complete paranoid, delusional mind world.
I'll defend her again.
She's not here.
She might be vindicated because the pivot at the end of the day will be that it was inadequate security for Charlie Kirk and that turning point.
Well, it looks to me that's a good bridge.
I think Utah Valley University should be under major investigation and potential lawsuit because it's now been publicly confirmed.
I think it was on Sean Clark's show.
He had Chase Hughes on earlier this week.
The Utah Valley University, according to what I've seen, publicly told or told by public information, Turning Point had already identified his security team, Charlie Kirk security team, already identified the risk.
And they said the risk is this building.
Students have easy access to it, and it's within easy proximity to where Charlie's going to be.
And they say, we need that secure.
We need our own drone, and we need to make sure that is secure.
We'll put our own people there and allow that.
Utah Valley University said, no need.
You don't need to put your drone up.
In fact, we prohibit it.
You don't need to put your security up.
In fact, we prohibit it.
We will secure that precise facility.
And they did nothing.
They did nothing to secure it.
They made an open invite to Tyler Robinson to come up and murder Charlie Kirk.
I think Utah Valley University appears to me to be implicated in the murder of Charlie Kirk.
That's what people should be looking at.
Who are those officials?
Who are they connected to?
That's the angle, rather than finding ways to exonerate a murderer like Tyler Robinson or Antifa and Tranifa and the horrible impact it's having on American society.
And I didn't bring this up.
I didn't notice the handle, the name Jizz Cannon before I brought it up.
I know what people like that.
You know, it's like people like Hugh Jass.
Right.
Yeah, yeah.
Those are the people that love the people.
And people say, hey, Barnes, wants to debate her.
Happy to debate her anytime.
Happy to go through and have her explain to me how Stalin was a Jew.
Have her explain all the insults.
And she's busy libeling Turning Point, libeling Erica Kirk.
When you go after a widow, you're bottom barrel scum.
And that's what Candace Owens is: bottom barrel scum.
Because that's when you go after people like that.
And like she said, Erica Kirk knows everything, implying all these ridiculous things.
No, she's batshit insane.
She's going to get crushed and cooked by Emmanuel Macron of all people because she just repeated every half-ass nitwit mid-wit lie you know to me.
So I don't want anything to do with Queen Candace, but I'm happy to debate her anyplace.
But what people are getting distracted for this is what Tim Pole's complaint was.
Well, they're getting distracted from the real threat that Antifa and Trantifa presents.
I mean, look at it.
Basically, Trantifa radicalized a Normie kid from the middle of Utah in a year.
I was talking with someone, I forget who they mentioned.
It was from the 1920s, these two kids who decided to kill somebody to commit the perfect crime just because they could, and they were radicalizing each other.
Hold on, let me bring this one up here.
Cathol says, Viva, your cast is so anti-Trump and his administration, but I cannot listen to him.
So, okay.
First of all, if you can't take criticism, then enjoy failure.
It's not anti-Trump.
It's pro-Trump.
You don't be shocked when you see Democrats sweep the House and the Senate.
It's not anti-Trump.
It is pro-Trump.
Because if you didn't, if you were anti-Trump, you would say you would cheer him on.
Keep doing it.
Of course.
Like all these simps and sycophants and cucks are.
Just because I may agree with Candace Owens on a range of policies doesn't mean I'm going to excuse her wrongfully attacking and defaming people connected to Turning Point.
I'm not going to excuse her turning a blind eye to helping cover up for a murderer.
Well, I'm not going to have for who murdered my friend.
I'm not going to say turned a blind eye to her running cover for Antifa and Trantifa, which is what she's been doing.
They don't want to admit that because that reveals an ugliness within them.
They hate Jews in Israel so much, they'll go to such great conspiracies as to attack a widow.
I'm sorry.
I've got no patience for those people.
You're stupid and you have nothing to be proud of.
What is going to happen, and I'll call it that, you know, Candace is sort of like the fortune tellers, where they make broad statements that are true of everybody, and then we're like, oh, you've gone through hard trauma.
I have.
And they say things that everyone can relate to.
Candace is sufficiently opaque where she will be able to say at the end of the day, Turning Point did betray Charlie because they didn't do proper security.
And they will also say that they will also say, which we now know is untrue.
I mean, and why isn't she talking about Utah Valley University?
Well, but if she, this is another thing: they're not going, they're never going to believe anything the FBI says in this case.
People keep telling me the FBI runs the case.
They don't.
The FBI, now, I disagree with this, but the FBI has effectively closed the case, it appears to me.
The FBI is not running.
The FBI doesn't have all the evidence.
The evidence is in the local county prosecutor's office.
The local county prosecutor is prosecuting the case.
They have all the evidence.
They have control of everything.
The FBI has literally nothing to do with the case at this point.
It's not apparent they ever had much of anything to do with it.
So you're focusing on the FBI don't even know the legal authorities that are prosecuting the case.
I'll give everybody, if you want to blame Israel and the Jews, I'll give you the window in a second.
Fly in the act of you, are you?
It's an interesting theory that there would be activists at the university who would have allowed the weak spot to exist.
And this is the question.
Maybe it's just extraordinary recklessness and negligence.
Maybe, but why haven't they come out with an explanation?
Why haven't I heard their perspective?
Or maybe it's more nefarious.
When you're looking for a bigger culprit in a public assassination, look for where what happened with security and quit blaming Turning Point.
They did a full like Jimmy Doers putching lie after lie about this because he just regurgitates whatever lunatic nonsense Candace Owens puts out.
And he's doing this in an embarrassing way.
If some of these people want to sue him, they can sue Jimmy into oblivion because of some of the dumb lies he's reporting.
I haven't actually heard.
I hadn't heard what he said.
What's he whole bunch of basically?
If Candace pushes out some garbage, Jimmy can't wait to run to the cameras and clickbait off of it.
It's embarrassing watching it.
It's stuff like four.
Oh, there was no blood.
Oh, these people didn't help.
These people did.
All these things have just been utterly false.
You can go to Paramount Tactical online.
Paramount, who, by the way, will platform anybody, debate anybody about this topic anywhere.
You can go to Platform Tactical.
We've invited him on to do a sidebar.
He has gone into great depths.
He even went up there and did a 3D development of it.
He's researched every aspect of it.
True OG MAGA guy, by the way, with no love lost for being involved with foreign nations and foreign countries.
Nobody's going to confuse him of being an Israel firster, put it that way.
And he dug into everything.
And he is exposing what's credible and what's plausible and what's not.
And it's clear to me, Tyler Robinson did the murder.
And if you don't, and people are out there just repeating false story after false story that Candace Owens has regurgitated, recirculate.
The question is: why did Utah Valley University not secure it like they promised Turning Point USA?
Quit attacking Turning Point.
They did not do anything wrong.
Security did nothing wrong.
Those are lies and libels.
If you've heard that the blood wasn't there, that's wrong.
They didn't provide first aid, that's wrong.
It may sound a bunch of their theories that they promoted, you know, secret gunshots and air shots and drone shots are utter garbage.
Candace doesn't know what the hell she's talking about.
She normally doesn't, frankly, if you've followed her for any period of time, she's good at libeling people.
She's not good at investigative reporting.
Name the one, name one single investigative reporting she has ever done that turned out to be revolutionary and credible because it's a big fact zero.
She's libeled Steven Crowder, libeled other people that are black civil rights people, libeled Robert Kennedy.
She just libels whenever she wants because she's married into a rich British royal family.
The, you know, that's who people are vouching for as the true undercover agent.
Somebody who's literally married into a British family that's a the grand the father of the her husband is a literal lord of Britain.
And I'm supposed to take her as this radical revolutionary taking down the deep state.
Come on, what a crap.
She can't even understand basic stuff.
Well, I'm tactical.
You want to follow a channel.
You want to see the debates of people that have alternative theories.
He platforms have been discusses with it.
Paramount Tactical on YouTube and Rumble.
That's where that's where to go to get accurate intel on what happened.
And Tyler Robinson did it, and Trantifa is responsible.
The only question is, why did Utah Valley University lie about the security they were doing that day?
And who was in my view?
Like, I again, until proof to the contrary, Chris Martinson's going to come on.
I don't know if it's going to be tomorrow because I think we have a sidebar, but he's going to come on the side.
Don't have one tomorrow.
Okay, good.
So Chris Martinson's going to come on tomorrow.
We're going to talk about it because I appreciate skepticism.
I don't agree with him for the reasons Paramount Tactical is articulate.
Yeah, well, and also, I mean, it's an amazing thing.
Does everybody in the chat know the bullet that was used to kill Martin Luther King?
I know.
Who said, oh, Barnes, it's impossible to be shot with a 30-odd six and that bullet not exit the body.
Martin Luther King was shot in the face with a 30-odd six and it didn't exit the body.
And this is exactly the question.
It's almost identical.
And by the way, I think he may have actually, I mean, I think Charlie may have been hit here and it was shrapnel that may have hit his collarbone and gone up.
We haven't yet got confirmation on that because under Utah law, they're not allowed to disclose it until the trial.
That is not the FBI.
That is entirely Utah authorities that are doing this.
Utah authorities that are in control of everything.
Now, I got problems with Kash Patel blocking Joe Kent at the Director of National Intelligence from investigating whether or not there was either, you know, a little government nudging going on in this little Trantifa Discord world that Tyler Robinson was deeply embedded within, including that his partner was going completely insane.
Jack Pasobic disclosed a bunch of stuff.
They've disclosed all the Discord text, all people who knew both of them.
I mean, he was getting radicalized in live time by his utterly insane partner.
I mean, that partner was insane.
I mean, anybody that doesn't know what gender they are probably is, but this guy was really losing.
I mean, just crazy stuff.
I mean, certain drug use and other things.
But, you know, I would like to know that Joe Kent was trying to investigate whether there was any foreign ties to any of these organizations or anything connected to the Trantifa murder of Charlie Kirk.
And he was shut down by Kash Patel.
And I got problems with that.
But that's where people should be focused, not whatever loony nonsense Candace Owens is pushing.
She's the queen of the kooks for a reason, people.
And now, so that's that is what's amazing is the chat is they don't know which side to hate me for.
They hate me for questioning this, hate me for questioning that, hate me for, you know, the, they want everybody to fit within nice, neat little blocks.
Some of us don't.
Well, anyways, I'm going to have, it'll be a fun discussion with Chris Martinson because I like Chris, smart guy, peak prosperity, all that.
Yeah, very good on financial freedom and food freedom and medical freedom.
But I just disagree with them about where the shot came from.
Well, and the tests that they're doing, like they're doing a test with a leg of an animal.
Like it's there's a number of things that are different.
Either way, it'll come out.
The assumption is they're all assuming that is the entrance room.
What if it's not?
What if the entrance room is here and what hit here?
Part of that went up here.
No, well, my understanding is the angle it's coming down.
That was the entrance room.
Then it hits a collarbone as it, I don't mean, it comes down to it.
It may have hit the collarbone first, but the little hole suddenly shows up on the shirt.
And the possibilities that then shatters and part of it goes up to his neck.
So we'll find out.
But the best evidence, the guy is really doing a diligent, independent, thorough, unbiased review is Paramount Tactical that I recommend on YouTube.
And there's other people who've done sound analysis, other analysis.
But Gary, I forget his last name, but he's been on Paramount Tactical too.
But Paramount Tactical, you know, old school gun guy literally went up there, got the drone to 3D image the whole place.
So, and he's made that available for other people to do.
So the, so, you know, a lot of credit to him at How, but I got big questions about Utah Valley Universal.
No, and now that's an interesting angle.
I do believe other people were involved in this conspiracy.
I wonder where Triggs, the boyfriend, is now, if he's being given, if he's striking, you know, cutting a deal despite Dodge as the FBI dropped the ball again on any federal side of this case.
Because there's the Utah side of it, then there's the federal side of it.
It doesn't appear to me the feds are doing anything.
That's my takeaway.
Well, they're doing a problem with that.
They're factoring with Joe Kent trying to get something done.
And I also have a problem with it.
Now let's see what we got left.
There's three.
Let me read some chats.
He was not wearing a bulletproof vest.
I think that's been confirmed, says Bob DeFuyo.
So he wasn't wearing anything.
It says, I heard Democrats voted to not release the Epstein information when it was voted on.
That was what I heard also as recently as a few hours ago.
I will say a lot of this crap that we're seeing out there in the public divide would not be happening, in my opinion, if Charlie Kirk was alive.
And Donald Trump would not be making as many dumb decisions as he's making if Charlie Kirk was alive.
Randy Edwards says, alphabet community started infiltrating the judiciary in 1955, culminating in judiciary imposition of new marriage in 2015.
The three SCOTUS rules that led to new marriage were all by Justice Kennedy.
There's a good chance of riots if the vaccine issue gets exposed publicly.
He says, Yeah, that's that's look it up, Barnes.
The heads of any admin, especially the FBI, cannot fly commercial.
We don't expect him to stay behind his desk.
And he does deserve a life.
I'm not sure about that.
The name of the podcast Bobby mentioned earlier is China Uncensored, available on Rumble.
Barnes is the best, but in the UK, you are forced to pay a license fee to fund the BBC to watch any live television.
It's not a limited license issue.
Apparently, though, this particular one was a limited release issue, limited license issue.
So this was not broadcast on all BBC channels.
Barnes is dumb.
The head of the FBI can't fly commercial, says Angie Kay.
Unless we've heard that, but two problems.
One, Kash Patel was the one who criticized Christopher Wray for flying around on his private jet, saying it shouldn't be abused.
That was Kash Patel himself.
So maybe he was being dishonest and disingenuous then.
But if you're going to have any degree of consistency, you can't abuse that right yourself and fly private over and over to like Boondago Ranch to hang out with donors, to hang out with your girlfriend, to go to special events.
You can't condemn Ray for doing it and then do it twice, three times as bad yourself.
Yeah, and also you're sacrificing a bit of a normal life so you don't get to go wherever you want, whenever you want, if it means flying on a jet, and that's just the way it is.
All right, before we get to the, what do we have a few left and we're going to.
We've got all the different betting scandals.
We've got Bumblebee.
You thought they made cute little tuna.
Turns out they like to use slave labor and how they're getting out of it.
SCOTUS turning down, as we predicted, the gay marriage case.
We got the Nixium guy getting his conviction affirmed.
We've got a cop basically killing somebody's dog.
Yeah, that one picks with poll fraud.
You get to get away with poll fraud.
And we got pervert big tech helping perverts get access to your kids.
We'll do a few of these and we're going to move over to locals.
Let me get a bunch of the locals' tips here.
The way Trump is acting reminds me of the invasion of the body snatchers.
That's from Ithaca 37 Cato.
Pick your poison.
Obama preferred Moderna and Trump went with Bondi due to Pfizer.
As for H1B, university specialized the kids to pigeonhole them so headhunters can say, sorry, we don't have the specific jobs.
That's from Lolly Newby.
My college advisor said the best to have three tools, not just one in the toolbox.
Okay, let's go all the way to the that happened at the right time.
I'll come back.
CPUSA began a plan to assassinate conservative intellectuals like Charlie Kirk 41 years ago.
I attended a meeting where Gus Hall presented.
It says Spam Ranger.
Can you interview Tree of Logic regarding Candace Owens?
She's been warning about Candace for years.
I don't know who that is.
I've heard that name before.
Yeah, so excuse me, African, a bunch of people that are African-American in the conservative political space have been continuously lied about and libeled by Candace Owens.
And she was one of the ones pointing out how she lies, how she libels, the sort of grifting nature of her political career, how she flips from one to another to another.
Yeah, look, it's a business.
Right now, I don't think she's grifting.
She's back to insane.
Big difference.
I say she's good at what she does.
Early on.
Persuasive, definitely.
Dumb as a doorknob, but persuasive.
Grandpapa says early on, there was a theory that Trump was a Democrat put in to destroy the Republican Party.
Is that what you're seeing now?
No, he's not taking a bullet to the head for that.
Well, and he spent four months.
The first four months of his term was awesome.
He just suddenly flipped around the time of the Epstein file reversal.
So it tells me that somebody effectively convinced him it was in there and that he needed to play ball with the establishment.
And it blows my mind because it makes no sense to me.
But that's, I mean, right now, that's the most plausible explanation I have, sadly.
MK Telephone Man says, if I had money, I would trust it to Barnes.
Teenage Dallas, Teenage Dallas says, why can't Tyler and the university and Transifa all be investigated?
Yeah, they should all of it.
Absolutely.
Trump can make cars affordable tomorrow by rolling back regulations.
Chevy Novas we could afford and drive back in the day would be illegal if built today.
Then we got Pasha Moyer.
I don't know what's going on here.
Oh, he's creating the Susie Wiles.
Yes, yeah, I've never seen this.
I don't even know what this is.
Oh, he doesn't Floor of the Rings.
I saw it once way back in the day.
Man, that's one of the greatest movie series in all history.
You and my brother Robert.
I'm the Ford of the Rings.
I'll give it a second try.
My brother, my oldest brother, you know, he's a nerd.
He knows everything about it.
He goes to dress.
Well, he might have done a LARPing thing about that.
Anyhow, he loves it.
RJ Iowa, minority Indians in citizenship get SBA loans, open a business and replace the entire staff and use H-1B to bring in workers.
Tim Anderholt, Trump was being misleading on Instagram.
The site here is in Georgia, is a construction site with construction workers.
They are a long way from making any batteries.
Ithaca 37 Kato, or there are other lawyers defending the Amish.
Maybe Barnes could form a legal alliance.
Big Bad, what are we getting into?
Big Bad Bob.
Viva, when you interviewed Kyle Seraphim last week, he claimed that the shooters could accurately hit targets at a thousand using a pistol.
This proves he will say things that are total.
I'll find something right now, Big Bad Bob.
He obviously does not understand the need for longer barrel.
He does.
He's just saying people who are sufficiently good can do it.
Hold on.
I'll pull up a video in a second.
Okay, Andrew Piscadlo got it.
Oh, that's just the original.
Susie Wormtongue.
Okay, here we go.
Yeah, indeed, that's what we referenced earlier.
I'm getting the point where we need Vance.
Agreed, he's only one year in.
We actually are.
Yeah, that's MPS, man.
I don't think anybody would regret it.
If the president decided to retire and just vacation advance take over, we'd be better off right now.
Have James Corbett on Viva Barbara.
I'd love to have Jay.
Open invite to James Corbett.
Oh, open invite to him.
He did the great Rockefeller documentaries how big oil conquered the world.
Did a great documentaries on Bill Gates and his corrupt actions at the very beginning of coronavirus that forecast where a lot of that is.
So the Corbett report, Corbett report.
I always mispronounce it.
Really good online.
You can find him now reinstated to YouTube.
Also on Rumble.
The Corbett Report.
Great stuff he does constantly.
Okay, I'm going to go find him right now.
Corbett report.
That doesn't look like the right one.
All right.
And then where was I?
I was over here.
Maybe a webinar on crypto.
I'm not doing any tips on crypto investing.
I'll have a speaker do that.
Okay, Esfer Dallas.
Funny how the Democrats would care about cash and his foundation, but they didn't care about the certain president and his foundation.
Then we've got Piscadlo.
Wow, wow, wow, Robert is golden age.
I can't believe they got Razor.
You know, Torching Credibility has a price.
I listened to Razor going back to 2015.
Oh, they got Razor.
I was a Razor Fist.
Razor Fist, you know, great guy, but he's become, I mean, I get he's got his own politics and a lot of this, but there's a reflexive instinct, I think, with some people to just who have always stood by Trump that even when he's making mistakes to keep standing by him.
And I don't think that's a good way of standing by him.
This week, I feel like we elected George Biden, not Donald Trump.
Looking forward inside the numbers tomorrow with Rich.
Fire last weekend.
Blue CW Soldier.
Did you see the video of Ben Shapiro advocating for no retirement?
Must be nice to be independently wealthy.
I mean, when you grow up, you know, rich kid, always been a rich kid.
He doesn't know, understand ordinary Americans.
Well, that's the thing.
He also said he would vote for Netanyahu to be president of the United States of America.
So no thank you to Benji.
I appreciate the argument.
People say, like, you live longer if you have purpose and continue to work.
But I also appreciate the argument, like, you're not doing manual labor when you're 75 years old.
It's not, not everybody is a lawyer or a doctor that can work until they're geriatric, so long as they can, you know, have a functioning brain.
That's what Shapiro is.
It's like he had a complete disconnect.
What about people who do physical labor?
That's tough to do when you're 60, least of all, 70.
Yeah.
All right.
Robert, let's do the dog killing cost one.
The Fourth Amendment is Fourth Amendment, remind us, it's unreasonable search and seizure.
But anyways, bottom line, a woman gets arrested.
She's got a therapy, not a therapy dog, but what are they called?
Support a support dog in her car.
She gets arrested apparently legitimately for whatever the reason.
She says, My dog's having an issue.
She's acquitted on most of it.
It's like minor misdemeanor nonsense.
Well, she gets acquitted of all but one little obstructing charge because she was complaining.
Yeah.
And then, meanwhile, her dog dies in the back of the car.
The car.
She tells the cop, my dog's in the car.
Please get the dog.
And the cop does nothing.
Leaves the cop, leaves the dog in the car for however long.
I guess a day or two days, whatever it was.
Comes back, the dog is dead.
That's the dog die.
Terrible.
And then he doesn't even tell her about it.
Takes the dog and apparently dumps it through the sanitation system.
Like, I don't know, like, just dumps it out.
So it doesn't even give her the remains of the dog.
And then it's like, the city's like, we're immune.
Ha ha.
Nothing you can do about it.
And so, to her credit, she sues.
And you have a possessory interest under the Fourth Amendment in your dog.
To me, you know, we probably should have a little bit better elevated interest of dogs, but it is what it is.
At least they recognize.
I've sued cities and counties over this across the country because they can just be vicious towards animals.
I mean, I had a case where the local elite neighborhood didn't like the kind of dogs that my client had.
So they suckered her into coming out of the house and bringing the dog with her, saying they needed to find another dog and then grabbed her dog and went and killed it.
That's what you that's how you get people to snap.
Yeah, that's how you get violence.
And it was what it was an upscale neighborhood that didn't like she had, you know, Dobermans, you know, old school dogs.
We have more blue-collar kind of dogs, pit bulls, et cetera.
And I think hers was just a Doberman, though.
It wasn't even, you know, it wasn't like a chow or something that can be a little violent.
But that's what happened here.
She sued.
And credit to the court, they're like, that's a Fourth Amendment violation.
You seize the dog.
You had no probable cause to seize the dog.
You destroyed the dog.
You didn't notify her at all through the process.
So yeah, that's illegal what you did.
The Fourth Amendment violation.
So thank goodness the suit is allowed to go.
She gets to sue.
That's dogs are special.
But somebody should put those cops on blast publicly.
Dog killer.
So everybody can know this person's a dog killer.
No, but Robert, they didn't know.
Everyone thought someone else took care of it.
And then, you know, things happen.
It's a complicated procedure what they've got to do.
We should take the party over to Rumble because we're at two.
Yeah, we're going to have big tech is trying to help perverts get access to your kids.
We've got when it's okay to do complete polling fraud as a newspaper, according to the federal court.
Let's do that one here before we go over.
Okay.
And what other ones do we have?
And we also have SCOTUS says no to second-guessing gay marriage.
The Nixium sex cult guy gets convicted again, effectively on appeal.
And Bumblebee likes to hire slave labor, but says they're immune because it's only foreign slave labor.
Everyone, get your butts over there.
And the betting scandals.
All about UFC and regionally baseball.
Okay, so we're going to do the one more here.
And then, because I, Robert, I want to talk about the polling one because I look, I know what I think, but I also know the limitations of my own expertise under American law.
I thought that lawsuit was bullshit to begin with, but we've been covering it for a while.
Get your butts on over to viva barnslaw.locals.com.
Robert, what do you have on this week before we get into this last topic?
Oh, just going to be doing maybe tomorrow, depending on Barris' schedule, 2 p.m. Eastern, what are the odds?
We may go through predicting the Senate.
Well, what, where, as if, as of the election right now, where is the midterms?
Where would they go?
So the, they'll either, so I think that will be with Richard Barris, People's Pun It Daily.
What are the odds?
YouTube and Rumble and locals tomorrow at 2 p.m. Eastern, assuming he's game for it.
And then otherwise, Bourbons with Barnes throughout the week, where I'll help explain how just because one thing is a cover-up doesn't mean everything is a cover-up.
Just like just because one thing happened as the government said doesn't mean everything ever happened as the government said.
How to draw a distinction of the kind that people like Candace Sohen seem cognitively incapable of.
And I think I just got confirmation that Chris Martinson will be on tomorrow at three o'clock.
So that's going to be fantastic.
What was I just about to do here?
Oh, I saw a Humble rant.
Oh, ask Martinson about the AI bubble.
He's been doing good research on that.
And because I think that's an issue that's not being covered, including by the administration, by the way.
That's what they're banking heavily on.
They're banking on AI boom.
What if there's an AI bubble?
What if there's an AI bust?
Martinson's been talking to lots of people about that.
So along with the is it could it be a second shooter?
I think that would be an excellent topic with Martinson because he's been talking to lots of people doing a deep dive into that.
Absolutely.
Golden Pager was the turning point, says 808 Scotty.
Now that I know all of that.
You see the Megan Kelly thing?
Well, what is what is Babylon B up to?
Where's their problem?
I made the observation that the only reason that joke makes any sense is if you consider the pager to be a threat, in which case, gifting a golden pager, a device used to kill people from the agency that did it, is not the congratulations, Donald Trump.
It makes no sense.
But yeah, 808 Scotty was the one who raised my radars to that.
It may not be Donald Trump with Epstein.
And then we got Wesley says the biggest slap in the face is that Trump wants to build, wants the H-1Bs to build missiles, presumably to send to Israel.
It's a double whammy.
Forced name change says, total BS, I do hard labor.
I'm 50.
Dude, 50.
Look, it happens very slowly, then all at once.
We'll talk when you're 75 and may you be a healthy enough 75-year-old to do it.
It's not necessarily for physical labor.
It's not necessarily the new standard you want to be imposing for retirement ages.
Okay, Rart.
So this was Seltzer, Iowa.
What was the name of the thing?
Iowa Sentinel.
What was the name of the news outlet?
Oh, the Des Moines Registry.
The Des Moines, not I.
The Des Moines Registry.
Anne Seltzer put up that poll a few days before the elections that Iowa was going to go 15 points to Kamala Harris.
It was the outlier of all the polls.
Everyone was lambasing her.
She's like, no, she was getting ready to take a victory lap that never happened.
And it was total bunk.
The poll was total garbage.
The poll was garbage by her own standards, apparently, allegedly, didn't even interpret her data properly.
And it looked like it was a paid poll for the purposes of changing public opinion and not reflecting public opinion.
And there was a proposed class action to sue her for unfair business practices, other claims, which I thought it was basically consumer fraud.
Consumer fraud.
She bought that newspaper believing it was an accurate poll that she was called the gold standard of Iowa polling, that she had never missed on a presidential election, that this showed that Harris was surging.
It was going to win big.
And that they said it was meant to deceive us into buying the paper and deceive us into acting against our interest and others acting against their interest.
It's a compelling argument.
I thought it was garbage.
You buy these things.
And if you're reading, I mean, you should, but I say this with the cynicism of knowing what I know and believing what I believe.
I don't believe anything, and I don't think anybody should believe it.
All right, I appreciate the consumer argument there, but it got tossed on a motion to dismiss.
The judge went through some really wacky conclusions.
So he said the First Amendment protects false and fraudulent speech.
It's like, not for commercial purposes, it doesn't.
Instead, he called it a campaign.
Campaign?
How is this part of a campaign?
She said she wasn't part of a campaign.
If she said she was part of the Democratic campaign, people could have ignored it like they should.
So the judges was like going to these great lengths to basically cover for this completely fraudulent poll by the Des Moines Register and Ann Seltzer.
Then second, he applied actual malice to consumer fraud claims.
He said, you know, you consume for defamation, but this isn't like defamation, but actual malice applies in any First Amendment analysis.
It's like, what?
But since when?
Since when does actual malice apply to consumer fraud?
So applies that so that seemed to come out of nowhere.
And then third said that a poll is not false, even if the poll is false.
You mean, I was like, yeah, because it's predictive.
She was accurately reporting what her poll said, even though the actual results showed her.
That was the part of the complaint was that she was not accurately reporting what her data said.
He just pretends that isn't the case and ignores it.
And then he says nobody relies on polls or newspapers anyway.
So there could be no justifiable reliance, which is like a version of the Rachel Maddow defense.
Come on, everybody.
This is all BS.
So how can you possibly ever believe it's true?
So it's, it's, I found it was a judge going out of his way to cover up for Ann Seltzer in the Des Moines Register.
Yeah.
Because if this had been in reverse and they would have put out a fake poll for Trump, the same judge would have been like, oh, this is consumer fraud.
Go forward.
Well, I guess the main argument is I've just grown so accustomed to dismissals at the preliminary stage.
A dismissal on the merits, you know, after they've gone through the evidence.
And they, you know, maybe this, yeah, I can appreciate that it sounds like a judge is at the preliminary stage trying to do some favors or at least avoid some weigh the scale and weigh the scale in ways.
I was like, what?
I'm going to cite it from the future when it's useful for me.
But some of the legal affairs were like, I'm not getting that.
All right, we're going to do it.
We're going over to viva barnsalaw.locals.com.
So live at three o'clock tomorrow Eastern for me, two o'clock with Robert and Richard.
Yeah, yeah, the uh the yeah, hopefully at 2 p.m. Eastern time, people's pundit daily.
What are the odds?
What uh what the predictions are we would currently make for the midterms?
What might be able to change that direction?
Uh, looking at the economy and other things, uh, to sort of give you some sense of the uh uh the landscape.
And now, before every before everybody goes, if you're not coming over to locals, make sure you subscribe and hit the notification and share the channel, yada, yada, yada.
Like, share, subscribe, because it makes you feel good, as Carmen from South Park would say.
Over locals, we will cover the betting scandals involving the UFC, NBA, Major League Baseball, Bumblebee, the little tuna maker, loves slave labor, Scotus.
What did they say about gay marriage?
Uh, Ranieri, the sex cult leader, did he get convicted again?
And how big tech wants to send perverts into your little kids' lives.
And go check out merchantvivafry.com.
I don't think I have not mentioned it in a long time.
And there's going to be a new design coming up.
I've taken the feedback from our locals community, and we're going to have a good one.
So check it out.
Go, who do we raid?
We got to raid NeuroDivergent.
I think we're going to, I think Neuro said Ricada is live.
Oh, is Nick Ricada live?
Yeah, but he said he was covering a trial.
Hold on.
Ricketa Riquieta Law is.
Yeah, he's alive right now.
All right, let's do it.
He's looking like a badass.
He's got the shades on.
He's got this whole new look going through.
People are going to make, oh, they're going to say, why is he wearing shit?
He's leaning into all the caricatures.
It's great.
So we're going to go raid him.
So let me just do that right now.
Raid him.
Let him know from whence he came.
And booah.
Do it.
Locals were coming now.
Okay.
So the raid has been confirmed.
I shall go to his raid.
I'm going to say Viva.
I'm going to say Viva Fry on time and straight.
Boom.
There we go.
That's not bad.
All right.
And now we're going to go and end it here.
