Gentlemen of the interwebs, when you thought you had reached peak stupidity, peak idiocy, idiocracy, I present to you the Premier of Ontario, Douglas Ford.
Folks, we all know this is a serious time for our province and our country, with President Trump taking direct aim at our economy.
His goal is to take every single business out of our country, out of our province, and bring it down to the U.S. But I'll tell you, I will fight like I've never fought before, and we're going to continue fighting against President Trump and his radical views.
I better stop there because I'll get on a rent.
And I'll just tell you, our government is doing everything in its power to cut red tape and make Ontario and Canada the strongest economy in the G7.
Our government has a plan to protect Ontario.
And I always say our job is not only protect Ontario, but protect communities, protect families, protect jobs and businesses.
And that's exactly what we're going to do.
And I will not spare a penny to make sure we do it.
I'm sorry.
I will not spare a penny of your tax dollars to do whatever the hell I just suggested I was going to do.
I'm going to play it again now because I'm working on bettering myself as a podcaster, political, legal, commentator, analyst, playing the video through and then replaying it to highlight the insanity.
Folks, we all know this is a serious time for our province and our country with President Trump taking direct aim at our economy.
President Trump taking direct aim at the economy of Canada, but Ontario in particular, the economy of Canada is, I believe, roughly half that of the economy of California, give or take, which is just one of the 50 states in America.
Oh yeah, he's coming after you, Doug.
He's coming after Ontario.
He wants every business in Ontario.
He wants the elbows up beer.
He wants the overpriced gas.
Oh, no, he wants the business of Ontario, but I'm going to leave it after this joke.
His goal is to take every single business out of our country, out of our province, and bring it down to the U.S. But I'll tell you, I will fight like I've never fought before, and we're going to continue fighting against President Trump and his...
That's the Premier of Ontario, Doug Ford, a man who just a week and a half ago was talking about how he was going to facilitate issuing provincial work permits to illegal alien asylum seekers, despite the fact that unemployment among young people in Ontario is give or take around 20%.
In unemployment in Ontario is the national average of roughly 7%.
This jackaninny vowed to bend over backwards in order to assist non-citizen illegals to get them jobs over the people that jackass was elected to represent.
I wasn't even going to start with that video until I saw it come across my feed.
And I thank the algorithm for it because it segues perfectly into the update that I intended to start this show with.
The insanity coming out of Canada.
We'll just touch on it for a little bit before we get into the insanity in these United States of America.
There's an update in a situation that I have been following closely and thoroughly.
But we must go all the way to the beginning of this story in order to give you the requisite update in it.
You will remember a Christian rocker, a Christian musician, also dubbed a MAGA supporter because I presume he supports Trump.
A Christian rocker, one named Sean Fucht, who had done a tour called Let Us Worship.
I think it's called Let Us Worship across Canada.
And Canada, because Trump is taking direct aim at the economy of Canada, the federal government pulled permits for Sean Fucht to perform on public federal parkland.
And then Sean Fucht had the permits pulled in various provinces.
At first, they said it was a security concern.
Then they said it's because of his anti-2S LGBTQIA plus positions, which are to be expected because he's a Christian rocker who does not believe that God ever makes a mistake with respect to the body into which he births a person.
You are made in the image of God.
That means you don't get to play God with your own body.
You can work with what God gave you.
You know, you want to go exercise, get lean, work those muscles fine.
You want to go lop off the penis that God gave you or manufacture a knob of a flesh thing.
You're playing God and you are disrespecting God.
Unfortunately, many of these people do not believe in God or having a God or a higher order.
They are to themselves God unto the universe.
So the government polled permits, first under the pretext of security, then under the pretext of anti-diversity, anti-2S LGBTQIA plus positions.
Sean Fuch then got permission to play in a church.
And then they said, no, we're not issuing you the permits to perform in a church, even though under the law and an interpretation of the law, a reasonable one of that, you do not need permission to worship in a church.
And then, you know, I say, well, we won't call it Kristallnacht.
We'll call it Smoken Nacht or Smoken Day.
As he's performing in a church, a man who is as physically fit and impressive a specimen of a man as Doug Ford himself comes in and throws two smoke bombs.
and I'll play you this video.
Cut!
What did you do?
Woo!
Thank you.
You are hearing Alexa Lavoie channeling her inner honey badger.
Someone throws a smoke bomb.
Alexa Lavoie of Rebel News is a journalist and one of the last true journalists of her kind wants to know who did that.
Who did that?
Who?
I love her.
Someone's in trouble.
And now we head to the worship team perk.
People leaving because of this power.
know who did it You don't know who did that?
The singer, Sean Fuched, got the smoke bomb in his hands at one point.
I'll give everybody the link to this so you can go support Alexa's work.
He got the smoke bomb.
It got thrown out.
Alexa did an interview with him afterwards in which he explained the situation.
And I'll play just a bit of it, not the entire thing.
This is all just a warm-up for the breaking news of the day, which is going to consist of the police in Canada, much like other authorities in olden times when they didn't care about people breaking the windows of synagogues.
The police in Quebec don't give a sweet bugger all about a man vandalizing a church during a religious performance.
They're going to hurry up and do absolutely nothing unless we put a big, fat, shiny spotlight on them.
Alexa Lavoie interviewing Sean Fuch after the incident.
He just finished.
Let us worship here.
But I want to talk about one of the protesters was able to come in, threw at you two firebombs.
I want to hear your thoughts about that.
Well, I felt like something was going to happen.
So I think in these situations, you always sing with your eyes open.
You know, there's a story in the Bible about David.
I played this one already.
Sing with your eyes open is very good.
Situational awareness is the bottom line to all of that.
It's a smart man.
Here's the link to that tweet.
That's a big typo in there.
The news that occurred earlier this week is that Alexa Lavois, because there's CCTV footage everywhere, got the video of the man who threw the smoke bomb.
And there's additional footage that came out that I'm sure is going to prompt the police to do nothing because these are their useful brown shirts that carry out violence to the benefit of the state, to the detriment of those who actually believe that the government is not God.
God is God.
Look at this.
This is a new angle of the fine specimen.
This man's walking out because he ran for about 20 yards and then decided he couldn't keep up that pace anymore.
By the way, look at the police right behind them, right in front of them, I should say.
Look at this.
This is the modern day Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
I love it.
That's the video.
Because, you know, it's perfectly normal.
It's perfectly normal outside the church to have no Palestinian protest for whatever the reason.
But I don't want to get into that specific discussion.
Help us to find this man.
There you go.
Nice little fingers.
The police.
Do we see what the police are doing there?
One more time, people.
One more time.
What are the police doing?
Oh, we can't see them.
They're doing absolutely nothing.
That's Canada, Pete.
Where churches get smokebombed, firebombed, arsoned.
A summer of church arson.
Government does jack squat.
Except continue to vilify and demonize Christians and God-fearing Canadians.
Good afternoon.
What day of the week is it?
It's Thursday.
Good afternoon.
How goes the battle?
Viva Fry, former Montreal litigator, turned current Florida Rumbler during my daily time slot of the Rumble lineup, trying to make sense of the world, trying not to get blackpilled as the world turns, and trying to, at the very least, hopefully make some light of it, digest it so that you can all digest it and laugh it off because if you can't laugh about it, you're going to end up crying about it and you can't take life too seriously because you'll never make it out alive.
Hold on.
Where's my...
Speaking of digesting the world in which we live and today's sponsor, people, no, these are not torpedoes.
They are not weapons, although I'm sure they could be used as them.
These are the best, most revolutionary method of making sure that you cook properly during the summer months.
Shop now.
Let's go in here and see what they've got at Chef IQ, people.
If you've ever done barbecues, and if you haven't, you should, making sure that you've cooked all the meat properly through is a very important thing.
You don't want to make your guests sick if you're cooking chicken and various other forms of meat.
They don't all cook at the same temperature.
Burgers, steak, and chicken, you need to make sure they're properly cooked.
If you've had any second guesses about it, those days are gone because you can get yourself the chef IQ and be ready for the food network.
It's a brilliantly simple cooking sensor that goes into whatever I am cooking.
It's a meat thermometer, basically, but wireless and way smarter.
It takes the stress out of not knowing when your food is ready, out of making sure that it is ready.
And when someone says, this isn't cooked enough, you can tell them scientifically, I'm sorry, it has reached 176 degrees internal temperature.
How do I know that?
Because you download the app and you can literally track your meat as you're cooking it.
You stick the thermometers in it.
It can be in a barbecue.
It can be in a stove.
Just don't have them touching the elements or the actual open flame.
And it will tell you real time where your meat's at, when it's ready.
You can preset it to whatever you want.
It's absolutely cool, absolutely fantastic.
And if need be, it can be used as a weapon, as a throwing dart.
I would not use it as a melt thermometer, but it could be if needed.
Go to chefiq.com.
Use promo code VIVA for a flash sale of 15% off.
Summer, I mean, I guess summer is never over in Florida, but in Canada, summer might be over soon.
And in America and some states, you know, you're going to be heading into the winter season.
Get it now for the summer season, for the August barbecues, for, I don't know, whatever comes in September.
Labor Day weekend, go to chefiq.com, promo code Viva, 15% off.
Link is in the description.
And thank you very much, Chef IQ, for an awesome product in sponsoring the channel.
Now let's get to the madness, People.
Okay, so we've got a few things to talk about.
There's latest breaking developments in terms of declassified info and a grassly report.
There's the latest, I say, breaking.
We're going to start with Nancy Pelosi.
We are going to start with Nancy Pelosi.
Yesterday or the day before, we talked about Donald Trump talking about how he would support an investigation into Nancy Pelosi for insider trading because, you know, it doesn't make sense how some of these politicians, civil servants who have been in the government for decades can amass the obscene wealth that they have amassed.
Now, this is not a question of being a commie and saying people should have caps on what they can and cannot make by way of money.
Everybody should be able to make as much money as they possibly want and can within the bounds of the laws.
And if they choose to be selfish bastards with that money, that is between them and a higher power.
But Trump said, let's see, I would support investigating Nancy Pelosi and others, by the way.
This is not a Democrat alone thing.
This is a pretty much a bipartisan form of corruption within the government that is already illegal, insider trading.
There's something called the Stock Act of 2012, which prohibits insider trading using congressional knowledge to financially profit yourself, benefit yourself.
The only problem is it's laxly enforced and Trump is now putting it on blast.
So much so that you had Nancy Pelosi.
It sounds like almost having something of a meltdown during an interview with, who was it, Jake Tapper?
Yeah, it's Jake the Fake Tapper.
Nick Sortor, who always has a great Twitter feed, says breaking Nancy Pelosi just had an absolute meltdown when Jake Tapper brought up her insider trading.
Alleged insider trading.
This is incredible.
Okay, this is Jake the Fake Tapper, Nancy Pelosi.
I have not seen the full interview, but I don't really care to.
They're both filthy propagandists.
And Nancy Pelosi, as far as I'm concerned, in my humble opinion, is clearly and patently culpable of insider trading or circumventing the legal requirements for it.
And I don't just say that as my own opinion out of thin air.
Hashtag no defamation.
She basically admits to it right in this clip that she is guilty of insider trading and circumventing the prohibitions in the 2012 Stock Act.
Don't take my word for it.
Trust but verify or don't trust and verify.
I like that better actually.
Listen to this.
Yeah, but let me just read what he said.
I'm sorry that we had some sort of technical issue.
Nancy Pelissa became rich.
I might have to read that.
We're here to talk about the 60th anniversary of Medicaid.
That's what I agreed to come to talk about.
That means in the election.
I wanted to give you a chance just to respond.
He accused you of insider trading.
What's your response to that?
That's ridiculous.
In fact, I very much support the stop the trading of members of Congress.
Not that I think anybody's doing anything wrong.
If they are, they are prosecuted and they go to jail.
But because of the confidence it instills in the American people, don't worry about this.
But I have no concern about the obvious investments that have been made over time.
I'm not into it.
My husband is.
But it isn't anything to do with anything insider.
But the president has his own exposure, so he's always projecting.
He's always projecting.
And let's not give him any more time on that, please.
We are going forward here, and I'm very proud of my family.
And while he might make fun of us while somebody inspired by him breaks into our home and hits my husband in a deadly fashion, hits my husband over the head, and he thinks that's a riot.
I'd rather not go into some of my other complaints about him right now.
Rather to talk about the 60th anniversary of Medicaid.
Does everybody appreciate the orgy of confession through projection, diversion, faux victimization, and the admission that she's doing exactly what Trump is accusing her of doing?
It pains me.
It's very difficult for me to shut my big mouth.
That was what?
That was a minute and 23 seconds?
That was like that.
It felt like a lifetime.
Let me replay this.
Yeah, it was.
Let me just read what he said.
I'm sorry that we had some sort of technical issue.
Nancy Pelosi became rich.
Look at this.
Did you see her?
Do you see the lip licking right there?
I'm sorry that we had some sort of technical issue.
Nancy Pelosi became rich.
I might have to read that.
We're here to talk about the 60th anniversary of Medicaid.
That's what I agreed to come to talk about.
That's what I agreed to come talk about.
First of all, I don't know what Vulcan hand gesture she's doing right there, like throwing up West Coast gang signs.
That's what I agreed to talk about.
Do you understand what that basically, I mean, we all know this.
They say, and I can tell you this from limited experience, if they think it's going to be a mildly adversarial interview, mildly.
They will, what do you intend on asking?
If they know it's going to be adversarial, sometimes they'll ask for a list of questions.
Even if they think it's going to be a ass-kissing CNN propaganda interview, despite the fact that CNN has been trying its best to get a little more neutral, you understand right now that they put a list of topics for the purposes of discussion.
And right now, Jake the Fake Tapper apparently is deviating from the list of accepted topics that Nancy Pelosi agreed to when she came onto the show.
Let's play this through because there's even more to it.
Agreed to come to talk to you.
Yeah, but I wanted to.
Pause it.
First of all, do you know how many people have been prosecuted and gone to jail under the 2012 Stock Act?
Let me just make sure that I'm sure about this.
None!
Sorry, I didn't mean to scream.
None.
If I'm wrong, someone in the chat, correct me while we're live.
I triple-checked across zero people have been convicted under the stock.
Zero congressmen have been convicted under the Stock Act.
There was one dude relatively recently who was convicted for insider trading, but it wasn't under the Stock Act, it was because he passed on confidential information to his son, who then went on and made some trades to his profit.
But it wasn't as a result of information he got through Congress, it was just insider information.
None.
Do you appreciate the idea that she says, Yeah, I support it.
I support it now that I've made all my wealth off of this.
Sure, go ahead and do it.
I got nothing to lose, and I can't really don't have much more to gain.
She supports it now.
Nobody's been prosecuted under the Stock Act, and there's a damn good reason for that.
It is, in fact, bipartisan corruption.
Let's let Nancy Pelosi make her bed and dig her own grave.
But because metaphorically speaking, people because of the confidence it instills in the American people, don't worry about this.
But I have no concern about the obvious investments that have been made over time.
I'm not into it.
My husband is.
But it is.
Pause it.
I have no concern.
I'm not into it.
My husband is.
Do you know what one of the methods with which they circumvent the Stock Act of 2012 is precisely because it becomes increasingly difficult for any investigator, insofar as they were ever inclined to investigate themselves.
It becomes increasingly difficult to verify what friends, family, loved ones, relatives are doing with insider information that they are given by their spouse through their direct access through Congress.
The fact that her husband does the trades and she says, oh, I'm not interested.
I don't really care about this.
I don't do it.
My husband does.
That is the layer of corruption, of plausible deniability, and how they circumvented, which is why so few people have been prosecuted and none have been convicted under that act.
Thank you for telling the quiet part out loud, Nancy.
You're an idiot.
Isn't anything to do with anything insider, but the president has his own exposure.
Plus, the president has his own exposure.
The president is one of the few people who has not gotten rich during his time of public service.
In fact, I would venture to say he's lost money as a result of it, though I know people are going to say, oh, whatever.
He's made some money.
He's gotten connections, whatever.
When he gets out, he's going to be when he gets out.
Trump has not made money as a public servant, and he did not become a billionaire as a public servant or a multi-millionaire like Pelosi, like the other guy there, Mitch McConnell, or it's Mitch McConnell, right?
Listen to this confession through projection.
It's glorious.
Because confession through projection, and I appreciate it, when you accuse others of projecting, that's you projecting sometimes, but I appreciate people going to say, Viva, then you're always projecting.
No, I ask myself the question before I say anything.
Am I projecting?
He's always projecting.
He's always projecting.
And let's not give him any more time on that, please.
We're going forward here, and I'm very proud of my family.
And while he might make fun of us while somebody inspired by him breaks into our home and cause victim.
Do you see it?
She's done everything.
Deflection, denial, protesteth too much, project.
Did I say projection already?
And then pretending to be the victim.
Oh, someone, one of his members, David DePop, a batshit crazy, illegal alien, Canadian, green card-carrying, lefty, nudist, liberal nutbag.
I agree.
It's my theory.
It's my personal opinion.
It's a possibility that I would entertain that he was in fact, I don't know, involved in some form of a relationship.
There are very, very poignant, applicable, credible rumors of Nancy Pelosi's nightlife, Nancy Pelosi's husband's nightlife.
Whether or not this was in fact something of a relationship incident gone sour, not impossible.
I'm not saying it as a matter of fact, but the idea that Nancy Pelosi, that scumbag, would suggest that this was a Trump extremist MAGA influence man who attacked her husband for that reason, it's contrary to the truth, but she's making herself into the victim, her and her husband.
Don't accuse my husband of insider trading.
He got hit with a hammer by some dude.
Every element of culpable deniability is coming out of this multi-millionaire hag's mouth.
Sorry, I'm being mean.
Hits my husband in a deadly fashion, hits my husband over the head, and he thinks that's a riot.
I'd rather not go into some of my other.
Do you think that that incident shields you, Nancy Pelosi, from accusations of insider trading?
No.
In fact, the fact that you even brought it up, then called the guy wrongly a Trump supporter, while saying, I don't know, I don't do the insider trading.
My husband does the trading.
That's how they get around the law.
Let me just make sure here.
No current or former member of Congress has ever been criminally convicted specifically for insider trading while serving in office, despite numerous allegations and investigations.
The Stock Act made it explicitly illegal for members of Congress to trade non-public information they gain through their official duties.
Duties.
There have been notable cases, but no convictions.
The amazing thing is three of the four investigations, cases have been Republicans.
And that's not to say the Republicans are innocent of it.
It's just very interesting how the wheels of so-called justice and corruption work.
Richard Burr sold 1.7 million in stocks after private COVID-19 briefing, February 2020.
This one I talked about at length.
Kelly Loeffler, Republican from Georgia, dumped millions after a private COVID-19 meeting.
Diane Feinstein and Jim Inkhoff, actually, four of the five are Republican, also scrutinized over COVID-era trades.
Chris Collins, oh, he was the one who got convicted, but that wasn't for insider trading.
That was for, it wasn't under the stock act.
It was another, so investigations, no charges, nothing to see here.
And Nancy Pelosi's husband is the one who does the trading.
Thank you, Nancy, for telling us exactly how you circumvent the provisions of the Stock Act.
Investigate her, Trump, investigate her.
Woo!
That's that.
Now let me go see what's going on in our chat at vivabarnslaw.locals.com.
We got confession through projection, says a special SOV.
David DePaul, DePop, it was David DePop, says Jake Jacobs, was a male hooker.
I tend to agree with that.
I don't know.
I still have all my questions that I asked when I got my account locked on Twitter.
How the hell did he get into that house without triggering any security?
Why did it look like they somehow Knew each other?
What about the rumors of what Nancy Pelosi's husband is up to by way of nightlife?
And yeah, whatever.
I still got my questions.
And I'm asking questions, yes, with an element of skepticism and suspicion.
There is some dude who does stock advertising by following Pelosi's trades, says Dashburn.
They developed an app that literally tracks Pelosi's trades and it does quite well.
But by that time, you know, look, the reality of the market is it is for insiders.
By the time it reaches the retail investors, like us, everybody's already made their money and you're lucky if you can ride a little bit of what's left of the peak.
But all right, set that aside.
Over on vivabarnslaw.locals.com.
That was good.
And let's go to Rumble because I just noticed a chat come in, a prant.
Cultivated mind says, now that you have the Chef IQ sensors, can you try making a slow-smoked roast over 12 hours?
Best meat you have ever tasted, Viva.
I could do it.
I can try it.
But I have to roast it over fire or in an oven.
I just like the fact that it's for chicken because chicken is always the one where I get very nervous.
And it's actually, it's amazing.
All right.
Let's go see what the latest breaking news of the day is in terms of Hillary Rodham Clinton.
Lock her up.
It won't happen.
And I'm not trying to get anybody's expectations too high.
It will not happen with Hillary Rodham Clinton, a woman who deserves to be locked up.
But there is some breaking news of yet more information that was discovered by Cash Patel and the FBI within the J. Edgar Hoover building in what were referred to as burn bags, because this information was allegedly intended to be destroyed, but someone forgot to do their job.
And it was discovered by Patel, handed over to Chuck Rasley, who reviewed it, declassified it, and has now published it.
And this is the information that we're going to read together.
First of all, there's a beautiful profile of Satan herself.
Like if you see this profile, say a prayer.
This is Election Wizard who's breaking this or at least posting breaking news.
Trump admin declassifies it Durham Annex, which was discovered in burn bags inside a secret room.
Documents prove Hillary Clinton conspired with Obama's FBI to fabricate Russia collusion.
Either this is no shade on Election Wizard.
There's no but.
Everybody paying attention who's been following this already knew this.
And I dare say anybody who did not already know that Hillary Clinton conspired with Obama's FBI to fabricate the Russia collusion is not paying attention or is deliberately ignoring the evidence that has been apparent and publicly available for years.
You want to get a timeline on this.
Hillary Clinton and the DNC financed the steel dossier.
They financed the bunk steel dossier using a foreign agent to manufacture, quote, so-called opposition research.
It was known bunk.
It was known false.
It was known phony.
And the DNC and the Hillary Clinton campaign and Hillary Clinton denied and concealed the fact that they financed it.
It was subsequently discovered.
Hold on, I got to bring that up.
It was subsequently discovered that they hid the fact that they financed it.
And once that was discovered, they were fined.
I think the DNC got like $130,000 fine and Hillary Clinton got an $8,000 fine.
They, through Mark Elias at Perkins Coe, financed the steel dossier.
Their lawyer, Michael Sussman, took that memo, that Hillary Clinton DNC funded bullshit, met with the FBI.
Michael Sussman gave it to the FBI, billed the Clinton campaign for the meeting in which he gave it to the FBI.
The FBI then leaked it to Yahoo News that wrote an article on it that the FBI then invoked and relied on in order to obtain secret FISA spy warrants against Carter Page and the Trump campaign.
And that's life.
That's reality.
We've known that for years.
Now we're getting the hard evidence, hard evidence that if you didn't already know it, you're not going to care about it.
Report on matters related to intelligence activities and investigations arising out of the 2016 presidential campaign.
This is the, should we use this?
Use or disclosure of any portions of this report marked FISA is subject to the requirements of Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act and may also be subject to the June 25, 2020 order of the Secret FISA court in which that court file.
Portions marked FISA may be included in what is provided to the Attorney General as part of this report.
Such portions may not be used or disclosed for any purposes, including use or disclosure in any report made available to Congress or the public unless the Assistant Attorney General for the National Security confirms that they can find.
Introduction, classified appendix.
The classified appendix forms part of the report on matters related to the intelligence activities and investigations arising under the 2016 presidential and provides further information about matters covered in three sections of the report section IDC.
Okay, fine there.
This section provides further factual background about one, the possible Clinton campaign plan described in the office's report.
Two, the office's effort to verify or refuse or refute the information about the plan.
And three, the manner in which the department officials received and acted on or did not the campaign plan information, the office's prosecution decision related to the plan beginning in or about 2014 and continuing through at least in 2016.
Individuals affiliated with Russian intelligence services hacked and gained unlawful access to, do I get a second page of this?
The heck is the second page of this?
I'm going to close this one down and bring up the actual Grassley report because that's going to be a little more useful than that.
The actual Grassley report, which starts with the word grass and is in my backdrop right here.
Let's check this out.
Let's read through this, shall we?
What better thing to do on a beautiful, sunny Thursday afternoon in Florida?
Other than fishing, I went fishing this morning, but I'll talk about that afterwards.
Newly declassified appendix to Durham Report sheds additional light on Clinton campaign plan to falsely tie Trump to Russia and FBI's failure to investigate.
Senate Judiciary Committee Chuck Rassley making public formally classified index.
The unclassified report and the classified appendix from the entirety, yada, yada.
The Durham Annex contains previously classified information exposing a reported Clinton campaign plan to falsely tie President Donald Trump to Russia.
The annex also goes into further detail on matters discussed in the unclassified report, specifically potential election into potential election influence by a foreign government regarding Hillary Clinton.
False statements to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court regarding FISA renewal applications for Carter Page.
We have talked about this at length.
This is Kevin Kleinsmith.
It's Klein Smith.
Kleinfeld was the lawyer from Carlito's way.
Klein Smith is the FBI lawyer who falsified evidence to get the secret spy FISA warrant, the fourth renewal.
The FBI's failure, under the leadership of then Director James Comey, arrest James Comey.
Mark the prediction.
Hold on.
Let me take this out.
Mark my prediction right now.
I am predicting, you can bookmark this and you can snip it and clip it.
I am predicting that James Comey is going to get charged.
I don't think Obama's going to get charged.
I don't think Hillary Clinton's going to get charged.
I am predicting right now, and you can either say it's an easy prediction to make or you're an idiot, Viva.
Nothing's going to happen.
I am predicting that James Comey is going to be indicted, face charges, not just an investigation that goes nowhere.
It's my personal prediction.
Book market, moving on.
Okay, so James Comey, yada, yada, his failure to investigate the intelligence that the Clinton campaign may have created, the Russian collusion hoax.
Meanwhile, Comey led FBI used the steel dossier Clinton campaign creation to obtain fine awards on a Carter page.
Attorney Pat General Pambondi, FBI, Director Cash Patel, yada, yada, yada, in requesting his declassification, which included declassification of information by the Central Intelligence Agency and NSA, Grassley argued that, quote, the overriding public interest demands the release of this information, and doing so would benefit public transparency and accountability.
Based on the Durham annex, the Obama FBI failed to adequately review and investigate intelligence reports showing the Clinton campaign may have been ginning up the fake ginning.
I think between her and Kamala, they've been ginning up a lot more than just fake plans.
Yada yada, okay, which was ultimately done through the Steele Dossi and other means.
These intelligence reports and related records, whether true or false, were buried for years.
History will show that the Obama and Biden administration's law enforcement and intelligence agency were weaponized against President Trump.
The political weaponization has caused critical damage to our institutions.
Okay, listen to this.
This is a plan.
2016, Obama administration obtained intelligence information from a source contained in two separate memoranda.
One memoranda from Jan 2016, the other one from March.
Described confidential conversations between then Democratic, the DNC, Debbie Wasserman Schultz.
Go look her up.
A, go look her up if you want to vomit, and go look her up if you want to see what a corrupt POS looks like.
Read, I'll come back to Debbie Wasserman Schultz's scandals in the past.
Oh, and two individuals at the Soros Open Society Foundations.
This is going to, it's going to reflect poorly on a group of people.
The January 26th memorandum noted in part that President Barack Obama intended to scuttle the FBI's investigation into the Hillary Clinton's use of private email.
March 16th memoranda also included references to the same Obama effort to shut down the Clinton investigation, but additionally outlined a plan to falsely connect Trump.
Memo stated in part, the Democrat Party's opposition is focused on discrediting Trump.
Among other things, the Clinton staff, with support from special services, is preparing scandalous revelations of business relations between Trump and the Russian mafia.
All false, never true, never happened.
According to the Durham Annex, based on an analysis and translation of the intelligence, FBI analysts believe that at the time, the, quote, special services in the March 2016 member could refer to the FBI and the CIA, or more broadly, to the intelligence and law enforcement communities in the United States, speculated it could refer to the Trump dossier or the Steele dossier.
When Obama administration received this intelligence, Fusion GPS was preparing open source opposition research regarding purported ties between Trump and Russians.
The research was paid for by Clinton's campaign and the DNC.
Grassley really stuck if I got that.
Let me see what else we go here.
Oh, let's go into this.
FBI receipt of additional intelligence of the campaign.
Durham Annex describes that in 2016, FBI received additional intelligence regarding a possible Clinton campaign plan, including documents with purported emails allegedly sent by Leonardo Bernardo, senior vice president of Soros' Open Society Foundations.
You know who else needs to be charged?
Soros.
What did I just do here?
Oh, cripe.
Hold on one second.
The intelligence the FBI also received included information analysis from the purported Bernardo emails.
It stated, during the first stage of the campaign, due to lack of direct evidence, it was decided to disseminate the necessary information through the FBI-affiliated technical structures, in particular, CrowdStrike.
Holy sweet, merciful hell.
The media analysis on the DNC hacking appears solid.
Julie, Clinton campaign advisor, says it will be among, it will be a long-term affair to demonize Putin and Trump.
Now it is good for post-convention bounce.
Later, the FBI will put more oil in the fire.
This is like beyond the pale.
HR Hillary Rodham approved Julia's idea about Trump and Russian hackers hampering U.S. elections.
That should distract people from her own missing emails.
The point is making the Russian play a U.S. domestic issue.
In the absence of direct evidence, CrowdStrike and ThreatConnect will supply the media and GRU, Russia's main intelligence directive, will hopefully carry on to give more facts.
Durham Annex states analysts and officers whom Durham's team interviewed and who were well-versed in the sensitive intelligence stated that their best assessment was that the Bernardo emails were likely authentic.
I mean, this is outrageous.
Let's go down here.
The Obama-Biden administration's response to intelligence on the Clinton campaign.
Then, according to the Durham Annex, following the receipt of this intelligence, multiple high-ranking U.S. officials were briefed on the matter, including on August 3rd, 2016.
This is when they're spying on Trump or at least falsifying the evidence to get a warrant to spy on Carter Page so they can one step over to Trump campaign.
While they're also denying that no, Trump was not wiretapped, while they're actually spying on the incoming president's administration.
We're briefing the White House, Brennan, vice president, director of national intelligence, yada, yada, FBI, among others.
As described in Durham's unclassified report, ultimately the CIA sent the FBI an investigative referral that included the, quote, purported Clinton campaign plan.
2017, the CIA prepared a written assessment of the authenticity and veracity of the above-mentioned above-resident intelligence.
CIA stated that it did not assess that the above memoranda redacted, hacked, yada, yada.
Durham Annexes notes that the FBI was fully alerted to the possibility that at least some of the information it was receiving from the Trump campaign might have its origin either with the Clinton campaign or its supporters, or alternately was the product of Russian disinformation.
Durham Annex concludes in part that, quote, despite this awareness, the FBI appears to have dismissed the intelligence information as not credible without any investigative steps actually having been taken to either corroborate or disprove the allegations.
Threat of foreign election influence.
As the unclassified Durham report noted, beginning in late 2014, the FBI learned from a well-placed confidential human source that a foreign government was planning to send an individual non-per U.S. person to contribute to Clinton's anticipated presidential campaign as a way to gain influence with Clinton should she win the presidency.
Durham Annex notes that non-person one was, quote, directly tasked by the leader of foreign government two with facilitating this plan, but had indicated plans to travel to the U.S. in late 2014.
At the time, FBI field office sought expedited FISA authorization to begin coverage of this individual as soon as he, she arrived in the United States.
However, as known from the unclassified Durham report, the FISA, quote, application lingered because everyone was super more careful and scared with the big name Clinton involved.
Ultimately, after four months, the FISA authority was authorized following a commitment that Clinton and others targeted by foreign government two would receive defensive briefings.
The remainder of the Durham Annex reinforces that the FBI provided false, misleading information to the FISA courts in pursuit of the FISA renewals, and at least one confidential human source lied to his handlers.
This information in the Durham Annex, taken together with previously released details, reinforced the FBI's disparate treatment of Trump versus Clinton.
Despite lacking probable cause and relying on false information, the FBI secured a FISA warrant on multiple renewals to surveil Carter Page.
Did not provide Trump a defensive briefing equivalent to the Clinton's defensive briefing.
Let me see.
Can I do this here?
Good.
Let me go here.
What were we going to look up?
We were going to look up Debbie Wasserman Schultz scandal.
Yeah, let's go here.
Wasserman Schultz was elected chair of the DNC in May 2011, replacing Tim Kaine on July 28, 2016.
She resigned from that position.
Sorry, I just caught a glimpse.
She resigned from that position after WikiLeaks released leaked emails showing that she and other members of the DNC staff had expressed bias in preference of Hillary Clinton over Bernie Sanders in the DNC 2016 Democrat Party.
That was the same time when her and the other woman there who went to work for CNN.
She always wore the color purple.
What's her name?
Oh, gosh, the chat will get it.
The other one involved who leaked the questions to Hillary Clinton.
There hasn't been an open primary for the DNC in what, over a decade?
They screwed Bernie.
They anointed Kamala Harris.
And they accused Trump of being the threat to democracy.
What was the woman's name?
Come on, she went on to become literally a talking head on CNN.
Let me go to the bottom here.
I'll get the name in a second.
Let's see the other thing here that I wanted to look at.
Klein Smith.
This guy right here.
Not Kevin Klein.
Klein Smith Fiza.
Oh, yeah, this guy.
This is already...
Unflipping believable.
Kevin's Klein Smith, 38, pleaded guilty in the district of whatever, to a false statement stemming from his altering of an email in connection with the submission of a FISA application, announced Durham.
Another one where the prosecution was the cover-up.
Holy shit.
Donna Brazil.
Thank you.
Donna Brazil.
Another case where the prosecution was the cover-up.
Oh, you think Kevin Kleinsmith was the only person involved who actually falsified altered evidence and submitted it to a court?
He was the only one that got prosecuted.
He pleaded guilty to one charge, got 12 months probation.
I think he got like a, it was almost like a wretch.
He got 400 hours community service.
A man who physically altered evidence, submitted it to a court as though he didn't alter it, obtained a secret spy warrant against Carter Page or the renewal thereof.
And we're led to believe that he was the only one.
That's about as plausible as Jelaine Maxwell only sex trafficking to herself and Jeffrey Epstein.
That is what's going on with the latest.
It is nothing new to those of us who have been following this since day one.
And it's not going to change a damn thing when it comes to the Democrat idiots who will refuse to accept this.
But what it is going to change, and I've made my prediction, in conjunction with Dan Bongino's tweet, righteous investigations needs to be done properly, they are going to charge James Comey in particular, Brennan Clapper, but Comey specifically.
And if they don't, I will have lost on that prediction, and it will be further confirmation that Pam Bondi, for whatever the reason, is not doing her job, which I already believe, but I am open to being proven wrong or changing my view over time.
All right, people, that was wild.
Let me see what's going on over here.
We've got King of Biltong in the house.
You know what I got to do?
I got to get like an AI generated thing to like Just track where I clap during a stream, and that'll be the end of the segment.

Nothing more to say on that.
Now, with that said, actually, because I'm the biggest schnook and bad at promoting my own stuff, you want to get a shirt or merch, go to vivafry.com.
And that's my wife.
Who's taking the picture?
Oh, yeah, one of our kids was taking the picture.
Okay.
That's my wife.
And you can get some merch.
I'm going to maybe make a new design sooner than later.
And if you want to support the work that we do in the most effective way possible and be part of the best community out there, vivabarnslaw.locals.com.
What do we do?
Oh, yeah, hold on.
I'm about to go to locals and see what's going on here.
In locals.
Okay, I'm just going to, we're going to, we're going to celebrate our community for a second.
I see a picture from Lefson.
Oh, is this a special SOV who did this one?
Look at this beautiful photograph.
That's a bumblebee, not a honeybee.
Now I know the difference.
Tulsi is forcing Blondie into a corner, says Dashman.
Trump needs to fire Pam Bondi.
So that's, I mean, she needs to be replaced yesterday.
And not even because of the Epstein stuff, because of everything else.
Won't go into it again.
What else did we say over here in our locals community?
Let me close this window and see this one.
Roostain says, Klein Smith, quote, altered the liaison's email.
Oh, yeah.
Well, just to flesh out what he did, it was Carter Page, and the question was whether or not he was known to intelligence to explain why he was interacting with Russians.
He was known to intelligence.
And it was indicated as such so that it would have not been suspicious that he was interacting with Russians.
Klein Smith removed the fact that he was an asset or a known asset so that a judge said, oh, he wasn't a known asset yet yet communicating with the Russians.
Well, that's suspicious.
Let's renew that Pfizer warrant.
He altered the liaison's email by inserting the words, quote, not a source into it, thus making it appear that the liaison had said that Paige was, quote, not a source for the agency and passed it along to the FBI.
Relying upon this altered email, Klein Smith signed the third renewal application and again failed to disclose Paige's past.
Can you imagine the balls it takes?
The balls and I dare say the brazenness.
You have the digital email and you're supposed to print it up as evidence and you go into it and you delete and add was not a known source or not a source.
You add that into the email.
You then submit it to a judge.
Forget going to jail.
You're going to hell, Klein Smith, to ruin a man's life.
It's wild.
All right, now, but speaking of ruining a man's life, segue, we're getting into a controversy in the trans athlete world of competitive sports.
A while back, there was a story involving a trans athlete, and the header said, her, when referring to the trans athlete, the trans athlete, I'm putting it in quotes, is a man.
Whenever you're referring to a trans athlete, I'm putting it in quotes, at least in the context of trans athletes dominating women in women's sports, you're talking about a man.
And this journalist, Jackson Thompson, in the header, referred to this male athlete as a her.
And I tweeted out and DM'd and I said, dude, why do you do that?
Like, do they make you do that?
Like, is it pressure?
Are you doing it voluntarily, willingly, under duress?
And it seems, at least got confirmation.
Jackson Thompson didn't want it being done at all.
And the Fox, no, it wasn't Fox.
It was New York Post added its own headline and its own caption to the photograph to refer to the trans athlete as a her.
And Jackson publicly tweeted, hey guys, change the freaking headline.
And they did.
And he thanked them for changing the headline to something that doesn't make him look like someone who panders to mental illness and biological fictions.
Well, he's covering another story and it's kind of fascinating.
I mean, the long and short of it, because it's complicated, not high school gossip, but there's a man, there's a biological man.
I'm not saying biological, there's a man who has whatever issues he has, who wants to compete on the women's volleyball team at, what is it, San Jose State University.
And another player who on the team didn't necessarily feel comfortable once she discovered that this athlete was male, took issue with this, joined a lawsuit that had been filed by Riley Gaines.
The athlete's name is Brooke Sluicer.
You know, joined a lawsuit filed by Riley Gaines, Title IX stuff.
You know, women are women.
They have their women's division specifically to exclude men because it's not biologically fair, regardless of how you feel.
You think you're a woman, you do you, you live your life and you be happy.
When you start thinking that because of your mental delusions or your mental issues or whatever, you get to dominate people over whom you have a biological advantage.
That's when we've entered the realm of abuse, which some people might think is, you know, part of the part of the pleasure to this situation of those who enjoy doing it.
Sluicer reports that there's a, you know, gets involved in this lawsuit, starts feeling tension from this male athlete who's competing with the team, and then discovers this.
This is like election, the movie, high school level drama, that the trans athlete was then coordinating with the opposing team to facilitate or allow the woman, sleuer, to get spiked in the face with a volleyball.
The university apparently didn't do any proper investigation into this controversy.
And this is where we're at right now.
Let me bring this one up here.
This is from Jackson's.
I'm not playing the whole video, I'll give everybody the link, but you can go follow the story.
This is from Jackson Thompson at Jack Thompson Fox, former San Jose State University volleyball co-captain, Brooke Sluicer, claims that a teammate who was interviewed in the investigation, this is the investigation into apparent attempts to harm her and sabotage and throw the game by giving volleyball to the opposing team, like team plans or whatever it is.
Interviewed in the investigator, corroborated allegations that the trans athlete have conspired with an opponent to harm Sluicer.
Kanya, this is the coach.
We're going to get to that video in a second, said he had no idea if Sluicer is telling the truth.
Listen to this.
Based on what I was told, exactly what one of my teammates had seen go on that night about talking about the scouting reports and leaving the net open was told to those lawyers.
So that should have been sufficient evidence.
And yet nothing happened.
I mean.
This is in response to the coach there.
What's his name?
His name is Kanya saying, we investigated this.
We didn't find anything and we didn't find any credible evidence.
The accusation from this female, by the way, she had to basically leave the university and go to Texas because of the backlash that she was getting from other people on campus who are so freaking tolerant.
They support a biological male abusing a woman.
They support allegations that this male athlete was facilitating, attempting to facilitate her getting injured by allowing the opposing team to spite the ball in her face.
Apparently, she suffered a concussion early on in her career and has a fear of getting more concussions, rightly so, because it leads to CTE.
The athlete, the male athlete, was seen fraternizing with the opposing team and giving them, what is it called when you have the team playouts?
Anyhow, listen to me.
When you're going through this, these lawyers, I would pretty big chance know nothing to nine about volleyball.
And so I think if you were to do a good investigation on this issue, you bring in someone from an outside source that's unbiased, that can come in, evaluate film, and understand what's truly going on and actually dig deep into what happened that night to really get sufficient evidence of this did happen.
People are telling you this happened.
And it's not secondhand information.
She sat there and heard that conversation between Blair and Malaya.
There is sufficient evidence and they were told sufficient evidence.
It's so, it's so well, it's like the, it's like high school drama, people.
It never changes.
It just gets bigger and more impactful.
So that's the female athlete who I took off, went back home because of backlash that she got on campus talking about this.
Let me bring up just a quick article.
It's a long read.
I'm not going to do the whole thing, but go check it out.
Oh, hold on one second.
Hold on.
Before I do that, sorry.
Let me give you the link.
Link to the tweets.
Okay, and now let's go just peruse the article.
Here we go.
Bring this up here.
Ex-SJU star Brooke Sluicer makes new allegations about probe into trans teammates' alleged plot to harm her.
I just knew there was hatred towards me from Blair.
This allegedly occurred as of the time Blair, who's the athlete, the male athlete, and I think intact also, by the way, because apparently the team was pairing Sluicer up with Blair when they were on Overnighters.
And the attempt to hurt her was to facilitate a spiking in the face, which I don't know how that possibly works because I imagine it's your responsibility to protect your own face in volleyball.
And I don't know how it happens, but apparently, I'm going to see the plans to the plan to throw the game is what I'm curious about.
Let me see here.
I forgot like this.
Game three.
Okay, hold on one second.
There was, they were talking about her out at a hotel the night before here.
The lawsuit alleged, teammate who snuck out with Fleming, that's Blair, that's the trans athlete, later told players and coaches of an alleged plan by Fleming in conspiracy with the Colorado State player to have Sluicer spiked in the face during the match.
The lawsuit and complaint alleged the players who snuck out told other players and coaches they saw Fleming also hand over the San Jose State University scouting report.
I don't know what that is.
Let me see.
I should probably know what that is.
Look up scouting report.
The report, I don't know.
Okay, it gives them an advantage on the SJSU with an agreement to throw the match in Colorado State's player flavor favor.
And Sluicer goes on to explain how she was during the game, found it curious that there were open areas in the defense, suspecting that Fleming was, in fact, following through on the attempt to throw the game after having allegedly conspired with another player on the opposing team to get her spiked in the face with a spike of the volleyball.
Okay, we don't need to read much more of that article.
Jackson met the coach and asked the coach some questions.
And I said, I'd retweet it.
I said, a lot of lawyers would be good or would do good, would benefit themselves to listen to this.
A lot of journalists, like I mean, so-called journalists, would be good to listen to Jackson asking questions of the coach as to what he knew, when he knew it, and what he didn't know allegedly.
I know this is gossipy and this sort of feels like dirty almost.
This is not high school gossip.
It's university, but it involves an issue of national importance and what appears to be the university's complicity in covering it up to the detriment of female athletes that they are supposed to be protecting, especially under Title IX protections.
Listen to this.
I'd like to talk about the women's volleyball season last season.
Okay, there's not much I can say about that.
Well, unfortunately, there's some litigation.
I understand it's in litigation.
The thing about that is the side you're litigating against has spoken pretty extensively about this.
And I would like to ask you about a couple of things that they've said, but also about a couple things that I know happened.
So last fall, the Mountain West hired the law firm Wilkie Farr and Gallagher to investigate misconduct allegations against a San Jose State volleyball player.
will keep foreign gallagher was also hired by the mountain west to defend that player's eligibility in court were you aware that He's highlighting a conflict of interest.
And if you notice the, We should add the Fox News Flame emojis around this guy's head right now.
That's to defend that player's eligibility in court.
Were you aware that this law firm was doing both duties?
No.
You were not aware.
Have you ever been made aware?
I'm not going to answer these questions.
You held conflict of interest of the law firm involved because they're representing diverging interests as relates to this particular issue.
Set up the interviews for that investigation.
I've obtained some of those emails.
And you're saying you were not aware that this law firm was a we participated in the investigation.
Mountain West hired an attorney to do it.
We participated fully.
They asked for a list of interviewees.
We gave the list and told our coaches and student athletes that they had a desire to talk to about the investigation.
And those that chose to talk with them, talk with them through the investigation.
I'm going to go to come in, evaluate, film, and understand what's going on.
She's playing the video that we just looked at or something.
She's actually dig deep into the investigation.
I don't know what to feel.
I wasn't party to the investigation.
Do you believe she's telling the truth here?
I have no idea if she's telling the truth or not.
Are you aware that she claims that she had a concussion her junior year and she was worried about getting another one?
No.
The Trump administration has launched an investigation into the university over this matter.
Are you willing to cooperate and make similar concessions that the University of Pennsylvania has?
That's not my decision.
Currently, it's in litigation.
When this investigation started, what I'm done.
Were you aware of any evidence?
No.
What evidence?
Thanks, Jackson.
I mean, this is why, like, being a reporter, you've got to piss people off and you've got to make enemies.
Thanks, Jackson.
I'm never sitting down to talk with you again.
I'm not talking about you.
I'm talking about that guy.
Pull federal fundings from any university that participates, that is complicit in what I believe to be woman abuse.
It's outright abuse of women.
And these universities, for whatever the hell the reason, are more inclined to be on the politically correct side, such a progressive side that they're defending biological males who are taking trophies from women, who are physically abusing women in women's sports and claiming Title IX protections.
If you needed an executive order to understand that Title IX protections are for biological women, for whom separate categories were created for their protection so they could compete freely and fairly, you're an idiot or Democrat.
And you should have your federal funds pulled.
And that's that.
Share the links out of that because it's one hell of a controversy.
Yes, sir.
No, no, I'm not done yet.
Get out.
Home office.
And I didn't lock the door.
We're going to end with a funny one.
And then we're going to go over to vivabornslaw.locals.com.
Let me make sure that I haven't missed anything over here in our locals community.
And Viva, in volleyball, is easy to get a teammate spiked in the face.
Just lob an easy ball toss to the tallest, hardest hitting player on the other side.
Ruth, yeah, but that would look so obvious.
Like, I don't know how you make that look like it's an accident.
But also, she's still going to protect her face.
Like, if you get spiked in the face, oh, God, I hate volleyball.
I hate games in which you can get hit in the face with a ball.
And it all stems back to childhood when I was reaching up in the sky at my parents' cottage to catch a baseball.
Sun caught me in the eyes.
It hit me right in the nose.
It didn't break it.
But it started bleeding.
I've eaten a few volleyballs in the day, says Elijah Fire.
Anyway, the story's wild.
Share it.
Check it out.
It's amazing.
And Jackson is doing some good work.
So you got to celebrate the good journalists, even though they are few and far in between.
What was I doing?
I was going over to Viva Barnes Law.
Ever since the chemo, this is Bill Brown, I get seasick.
It's still, okay, there's a conversation then.
Okay, there's a conversation that I've been going on for a while.
Let me see what's going on on Hrumble.
There's a couple of Hrumble prints.
Red Pill Fight Club says, Kang loves the show.
I hear chat wants Kang as a guest.
Kang humbly agrees.
Hold on, I got to see what's going on here.
Well, what about Kodos?
That's the question.
I can't have Kang without Kodos.
I'm joking.
Red Pill Fight Club.
I'm going to go check out your channel after this.
Why is no one talking to Bill's Secret Service agents that reassigned his post halfway through a flight on Epstein's plane?
Old school trucker.
I mean, like, I guess, you know, I was going to say nobody knows who that is, but Bongino knows who that is.
And Bongino's, man, I don't know what's going on behind closed doors.
I do believe, Dan, when he says that a lot is going on behind closed doors that we're not privy to, that they cannot disclose.
That doesn't explain or pardon away what they did with Pam Bondi.
So we're going to head on over to vivabarneslaw.locals.com in two seconds.
Let me give you the link over there.
I see another rant just came in.
Let me bring this one up here.
Viva, a few years ago, the son of David DePop said he thinks his father was a sex slave.
Let me just go ahead and sully up my search engine.
David DePop sex slave.
Oh, okay, hold on.
You got to be careful which.
The only place I see that is in a couple of very questionable websites.
Who put this one up here?
I'll look into it.
That sounds like it might be.
It's only been repeated or published on websites that are so questionable I've never even heard of them.
And not because I'm going to look into that.
That's a very interesting theory.
It's not far off from what I personally believe, but there's a difference between what you can believe, what you can prove, and everything else in between.
Okay.
Who do we go raid is the question, however.
Let's go see who's currently live on Harumble.
I think Redacted should be up there.
Yeah, Redacted is up there.
And the title of their show today is Arrest Hillary Clinton.
Here we go.
We're going to go raid them.
And we're going to transition, pun intended, over to vivabarneslaw.locals.com with a funny video involving an analysis of the what's her name?
Sweeney.
What's her first name?
I don't want the help of the chat for this one.
Sidney Sweeney?
Yeah, it's Sidney Sweeney.
We're going to have a funny video with a guy that I met who's at Prague Ryu.
He's awesome.
I ran into him at Dave Rubens.
I think it was Dave Rubens' party recently.
Ran into him recently at an event.
Awesome guy.
Does great work as well.
So come on over to vivabarnslaw.locals.com.
In the meantime, if you're not going to do that, go raid redacted.
Let them know from whence you came.
And we're going to have a good laugh before we do that.
So confirming raid.
Go.
Godspeed.
And I'm going to go make sure that I just go throw in my Viva Raid is end to the stream.
Viva Raid Rock on.
Viva Las Vegas.
Okay, we're good there.
And now we're going to bring it up.
I'm going to let it play because he's a great guy.
Xavier.
Hold on, let's get the right one here.
This one.
Okay.
All right.
Let's hear this.
Let's hear what Xavier has to say.
Xavier X-A-V-I-A-E-R-D.
I have never, Xavier.
I'm from Quebec, but I've never seen Xavier spelt that way, but Xavier Dusseau de Rousseau.
I'm not reading that description because it will get me canceled.
This is what he has to say.
Because it's funny.
I said something very similar the other day about people claiming that the Sidney Sweeney ad is racist.
Let's hear what Xavier has to say.
Sidney Sweeney has partnered with American Eagle, and here is the ad that has people losing their minds.
Jeans are passed down from parents to offspring, often determining traits like hair color, personality, leave and eye color.
My genes are blue.
Sidney Sweeney has very king.
Iconic.
The only people who took that as eugenists are people who are insecure about the way that they look.
Someone saying that their genes are good doesn't mean that your jeans are bad.
And they're like, oh, what about the Eurocentric beauty standards?
What about it?
Everybody loves Eurocentric beauty standards because if they didn't, then why is Beyoncé blonde?
The way y'all attribute everything to Nazi jerkin heat is actually crazy.
Can a white woman cook just once?
Back in the day, like Amber Krami and Fitch and the owners of these different brands were very adamant about the fact that they didn't want big back people wearing their clothes.
The goal was to be an Amber Krami model.
For someone to come up to you and say that you look like an Amber Krami model was like the greatest compliment back in the day.
You had to be of a certain aesthetic.
And not to say that like you have to hate on people who can't come to your brand, but this just isn't the space for you.
And having that type of gatekeeping is what kept things cool and fresh and made people desire to want to be a part of that exclusivity.
And the second they stopped having that because the lawsuit started coming, they got mad at the people for wearing a triple zero and being snatched and having their body in shape or being too skinny.
Then as soon as that aesthetic went away, so did the brands.
So did their prominence.
They're slowly making a comeback.
This ad made me want to go buy American Eagle jeans because it's hot again.
We desperately need to make America hot again and to stop prioritizing BMI positivity and start prioritizing hot, attractive people and utilizing the assets that people have for good.
Assets pun intended.
Hold on.
I always thought Hasselhoff had a better, I don't want to be, I always remember him like running through and sweating and abs.
There is, let me just bring this out here.
There is what I believe to be absolutely insane debate on the internet as to whether or not Sidney Sweeney is attractive.
I forget who it was and I'm not, I don't want to, and then it was like, all right, you know, there's the obvious jokes that come out with anybody suggesting she's not attractive.
My only critique is the, you know, the demeanor remind the speech cadence, the eyes, you know, one could think that someone could be on drugs.
And I'm not sure I like that part of it.
Sidney Sweeney.
And it's not, you know, Sydney, you could pick people who are, whether or not they're your type, they are objectively attractive as human specimens objectively.
Let me think of a few examples.
Brad Pitt.
This is the one I always go to.
Objective.
If you don't think Brad Pitt in his heyday is good looking, you're wrong, period.
Let me think of whom else.
Now, Taylor Swift is not debatable.
That's more of a question of preference.
But I said this the other day that anybody saying that that ad is racist, I disagree with Xavier a little bit.
It's not that they're insecure with themselves.
What they're basically saying is they prefer Sidney Sweeney type people, and they are the ones that are racist.
Anyone who says is racist, that she should say she has good genes, which she clearly does, at least from a symmetry perspective, a physical body perspective.
I don't know, the genes encompass a lot more than physical beauty.
But anybody suggesting that that's racist themselves are saying, I am attracted to attractive white women, and I feel sick and racist for that thought.
So I want to accuse them of being the racists for highlighting the fact that I, because predominantly the people have been saying it, have not been white.
Although actually that's not true, a lot of them have been white, are basically racist for saying, I find this white chick attractive and I attribute it to genes.
Hallie Berry, back in the day, I think would be objective.
Let me just make sure about this.
Hallie Berry then.
Sorry, that's not nice.
Yeah, Hallie Berry, I think would be objectively attractive in her natural format.
I don't think anybody could deny whether or not it's your type that she's objectively attractive.
Meg Ryan.
It's another one.
Oh, yeah, Meg then.
Then.
Oh, I don't feel, I feel bad, but people should just stop doing work.
Meg Ryan in When Harry Met Sally.
Gina Gersh, not Gina Gershon, who's the other one I'm thinking of?
Well, Gina Gershon as well.
Whatever.
It doesn't matter.
Period.
But to suggest the same great genes that it had anything to do with her being white, in my view, it could have been Halle Berry herself, and the ad would have been just as good.
Although the blue eyes and the blue jeans, I get the thing.
I'm sure you could have someone with black eyes, and they would be wearing black jeans in that ad.
Ad would be just as good.
You would not see me in that ad because for whatever genes I have that are good, being a model is not one of them.
Good genes for, I don't know, neuroses, critical insight, logical thinking, yes.
Good genes to play volleyball?
No.
Although I do have a good vertical, but that's all relative.
A good vertical when you're 5'6 ⁇ on a good day is not a good vertical of a 6-foot-two volleyball player.
Okay, well, that was the light-hearted part of the show that we're going to end with now.
Come on over to Viva Born's Law.locals.com.
There's some good memes in there.
It looks like Pete Buddha judgment.
I don't know if it's real.
Locals.
If you are not coming, we shall be live tomorrow.
Tomorrow's Friday.
There's an awesome fight night on Saturday night.
Tatsuro Taheda is now fighting Hyungsung Park.
I forget who.
I forget the name of the guy that Tatsudo was supposed to be fighting in the first place.
Had to pull out Hyungsung, replaced him.
Now I'm sort of in like a win-win situation because I have both of their respective rookie cards.
Although my Tatsuro Taheda, which PSA is currently grading, is obviously the better one.
Oh, you know what?
Before we go live, I'm going to actually, I'm going to highlight Kimmy Hunt, who's a member of our locals community, who's undergoing chemotherapy right now.
And I'm going to highlight her give, send, go so that people can hopefully support her if you can.
Kimmy Hunt is trying to achieve a very modest amount.
It's getting there, Kimmy.
She's going through a retired nurse, heart full of gratitude and hope, going through cervical cancer and chemotherapy.
So if you can support her and help her achieve a reasonable goal to alleviate the financial burden that goes along with going through chemotherapy, please do.
Kimmy's a wonderful member of our community, and we all do what we can.
What was I just about to say?
That's that.
All right, we're moving over to vivabornslaw.locals.com.
