Hurricane Helene Fallout: Kamala Harris Loves Foreign War & Illegal Aliens More Than Americans!

We get started for you copyright trolls on YouTube.
Hashtag fair use commentary to illustrate what a bunch of dishonest scumbags CBS News is.
You can still hear me.
In the past two months, we've moved weapons and equipment to Ukraine at record speed.
Drones, grenade launchers, machine guns.
We're seeing this incredible, historic flow of weapons coming into Ukraine.
Do we have any sense as to where they're going?
We don't know.
There is really no information as to where they're going at all.
You know, all this stuff goes through the border, and then kind of like something happens, it kind of like 30% maybe reaches its final destination.
30% reaches its final destination.
I'm no mathemagician, but that means 70% doesn't?
30%?
Are you concerned about weapons getting into the wrong hands?
I don't care at all whether that happens.
What sort of a unit do you command?
Can't say.
Okay. You know, there are like power lords, oligarchs, political players.
One of the biggest targets are convoys like this, transporting weapons.
Just a few more seconds.
Europeans had come to believe that that project of integration had effectively meant the banishment of armed force.
All of a sudden, not far from the borders of the EU, was the most significant war since World War II.
CBS reports arming Ukraine.
Watch now.
Does everybody remember this?
I mean, if my Twitter feed has been good for two things, it's been documenting my descent into madness, but also memorializing the dishonesty of the media and politicians.
Let me refresh this here just so we can all see this.
This was originally, you all may or may not recall, August 7, 2022.
CBS News.
Put out this documentary.
The original tweet says, Do you know what 70% of billions is?
Billions. They put that report up.
They must have gotten a call from somebody.
Then they put up a tweet saying, we removed a tweet promoting our recent documentary, quote, arming Ukraine, end quote, which quoted the founder of the non-profit Blue Yellow, Jonah Oman's assessment in late April that only around 30% of aid was reaching the front lines in Ukraine.
There was some more to that, but it doesn't really matter.
They removed it, but I made sure that the internet would have it forever.
And I remember screen grabbing, recording, whatever the heck you want to call that, at the time.
Because I knew that it would age about as well as, depending what you're going after, it would age like milk if what you're after was cheese, and it would age like wine if what you were after was vinegar.
Remember when CBS News confirmed that only 30% of the aid was reaching the front lines in Ukraine, then immediately had to delete, retract, and correct their report.
And their correction was, paraphrasing it by the way, things had gotten better since the report.
That was the paraphrasing.
I'm going to give this to everybody.
Why would we start the show off with this today?
I'm angry.
I'm cranky.
I'm tired.
Went for a long bike ride yesterday, like 20-mile-plus long bike ride on a gravel road, and it was longer than I thought.
I saw a wild pig, which I thought was representative of the state of politics these days.
Why are we bringing that up?
You're going to see in a few minutes.
Let me make sure that we are live across all of the interplanes of the interwebs that were good on Rumble, Commitube, Viva...
Locals.com.
Audio is loud and clear there.
Let's see locals.
I got some pre-show links of information that's going to be relevant for today's show because I'm going to talk about a few things, fake news being one of them.
And the absolute traitorous, disastrous response to what's going on in North Carolina, Georgia, South Carolina, I think to some extent.
I don't think, I mean, I say I don't think people fully appreciate how devastating it is and has been because I didn't fully appreciate it, and I consider myself to be something of a litmus test if I don't really appreciate how disastrous it is or didn't.
I suspect a great many people out there also do not.
It's not like the media is going to be focusing on this all that much because it highlights federal incompetence, federal corruption, and federal dereliction of duty.
I almost feel guilty thinking of my Peter Griffin duty joke.
We're going to get there.
We're going to get to all of it, by the way.
But before we even do, we're going to...
Take a couple of minutes to thank the sponsors of our show.
Bottom line, you also have to protect your butts here, people.
Monetary gold.
It's no secret that we live in very uncertain and volatile times.
We're living through it and witnessing it on a daily basis.
The dollar is collapsing.
Faith in our monetary systems are at an all-time low while inflation is skyrocketing.
No one has a crystal ball when it comes to the future, and the truth is no one really knows what's going to happen.
One reality, you know that the government is not coming to help you.
It's really important to protect yourself financially.
I give myself the financial insurance by investing in physical hard assets like gold and silver.
Historically, gold and silver have been the safest investments and allows everyone to hedge their bets against runaway inflation.
I urge you to take a closer look at protecting yourself and your investments as well.
I personally trust the fine folks at Monetary Gold.
They're legit.
They'll take care of you.
You can also move or roll over your IRA into gold and silver.
Check for whatever penalties might be applied if you have an IRA and there's certain limitations on rolling it over.
Tell them I sent you.
You can get $5,000 in free gold and silver for qualified purchases.
Sleep well at night knowing that you're protected.
Give Monetary Gold a call now.
1-800-476-1303.
800-476-1303.
Or go to monetarygold.com.
Check it out.
Disclaimer, obviously.
The past sometimes is prologue, but no investment is 1,000%.
Although historically, gold has just been, obviously, for obvious reasons, the gold standard.
And if it's not hurricanes, it could be something worse, 5G-free.
Let's be honest, the government's track record on telling us the truth is about as reliable as politicians' promises.
30%, 38% of the U.S. That's 117 million people live within 50 miles of a nuclear plant.
But don't worry, they say it's totally safe.
Same thing they say about tobacco, asbestos, lead paint.
I think the bigger risks to that are what we're witnessing right now up in the Carolinas.
They've got a long history of pretending everything's fine until it isn't.
Meanwhile, they've been quietly hoarding Radio Guard Ace since 2003.
Why? Because when radiation hits, this stuff...
This stuff flushes out the dangerous junk from our systems.
Funny how they're prepared, but we are not and left high and dry sometimes.
That's why 5G Free includes Radio Guard Ace in their radiation emergency kit.
Meds for nausea, radiation monitors that you know what's really going on instead of waiting for the quote official report.
Go to 5Gfree.com.
Promo code Viva gets you 15% off.
It's another one of the Rumble partners also.
5G3, it's great stuff.
With millions near potential risks, why roll the dice when you can actually be prepared?
5G3.com, promo code Viva, 15% off.
And now let's get back to how the government has money for everything else except for its people.
I'm going to start the show off.
I'm watching these videos on the Twitterverse.
And it's tough to know what is...
What is accurate?
What is real?
What might be recycled footage from other disasters?
What might be disasters from foreign countries?
It's a disinformation war, and it's tough to parse through the information.
You have to have reliable sources, people that you can trust.
And I think I've got a mildly good network of people that I know that I can trust, and I do as much of a due diligence as I can.
It's devastation.
It's devastation beyond words.
If you haven't seen it, I'm going to pull up some of the videos that are coming out of here.
Jack Posobiec is one trusted source who obviously I follow.
These are a montage of the waiting lines outside pharmacies, outside Walmarts, outside grocery stores.
Because people don't have food, right?
You're going to see catastrophic levels of destruction that you do not appreciate from the...
You know what?
Scrap this.
No, no, no.
Hold on.
Sorry. We're going to start with the Kamala Harris staged photo op that you can't appreciate how bad it is, how awful she is, until you see...
It's a bit of a long one, but you've got to hear this.
The platitudes, the propping up of the victims for their own...
For their own photo ops.
And they accuse Trump of doing this, by the way.
They accuse Trump of doing this.
Meanwhile, Trump is doing more to raise money, get internet access to people who don't even have the internet to receive the paltry $750.
And I do say paltry.
$750 is a lot of money.
And I'm not talking about crumbs like Nancy Pelosi.
Paltry in that you're faced in your face right now with devastation that is tens of thousands of dollars at least.
And they're saying $750.
And we're gonna get into it.
Listen to this.
The president and I have been paying close attention from the beginning to what we need to do to make sure the federal resources hit the ground as quickly as possible.
And that includes what was necessary to make sure that we provided direct federal assistance.
Body language is absolutely telling here.
This is a woman who is uncomfortable, unfit for the position that she's been thrust into.
I should say the position that she's been hand-selected for.
Not the typical position that she's used to, if you get my drift.
I'm just going to read my notes, put my hands together, turtle up, look at her shoulders.
Shallow breaths because she can't even breathe with dignity.
And that work has been happening.
I want to thank the governor for his leadership and his close coordination with the federal government, with our administration, and I want to thank the local leaders for together creating a task force-like response.
Knowing that we are at our best when we work together and coordinate resources.
We are at our best when we work together.
I'm not going to play the full two minutes of this.
I'm just going to stop after the punchline.
We are at our best when we work together in full task-like forces and coordinate with the coordination of coordinating together to be more efficient and unburdened by what has been.
Coordinate our communications.
To the maximum effect for the community that has been impacted.
And the federal relief and assistance that we have been providing has included FEMA providing $750.
Listen to the way she says that, by the way.
$750. This is like when, what's her face?
Satan incarnate too.
Kathy Hochul was talking about vaccinating six-month-old babies.
I know it sounds young.
Like, that's what they say you gotta do.
$750. Listen to the way her voice goes up nasally, because she's ashamed, maybe.
Or she just knows that she's not ashamed, but it's laughable.
It's an insult, given what we're going to get into.
It needs being met, such as food, baby formula, $50, providing $750.
For folks, $150, $150.
FEMA providing $750 for folks who need immediate needs being met, such as food, baby formula, and the like.
Hey, Kamala, where the hell are they supposed to get that money if the banks are out?
If they can't get to the banks because their cars are gone?
If they can't get to the internet to even apply for it?
Although, oh, don't worry, FEMA people are going to be coming door to door.
We're from the government.
We're here to help.
You can apply now for anyone who's watching this who has been affected.
There are FEMA personnel who are going door-to-door to interact personally with folks, especially those who do.
There are no homes left, Kamala, in some places.
There are no doors to go door-to-door on.
They're going door-to-door, and then you can apply online if you can get internet.
not have electricity, but also that aid, if you have electricity, can be applied for online.
Online? $750?
$50.
$750. People look at that clip and they say, this is what leadership looks like.
This is what dereliction of duty looks like.
It's enraging.
It's enraging.
You will be at your most vulnerable point and the government will do jack squat to help you.
Oh, but $750.
$750. Here's your $750.
If you can get it, if you have a door for FEMA to knock on, if you have an internet for application, if you get that $750 within a week, and if you can find your car to get to a store, if you can find your wallet to spend the money, or if when you get to the store, there's anything left on the shelves, any of that baby formula.
Look at this.
We're trying the best.
Please be patient.
Thank you.
And for anybody listening, empty shells.
We're looking at empty shells.
We didn't make it for the milk.
Or Wednesday, October 2nd.
Gone. Okay, now it's really like the apocalypse.
empty aisles.
You get the idea.
And why only $750?
$750? Why that?
Before we even get into that, let's just look at some of this footage that's coming out.
You know, I'm not sure everybody's totally familiar.
This was from AccuWeather Forecast, so I guess it's reliable enough that we're not looking at outdated, out-of-context footage.
Oh, I hope not.
We're gonna go up in the app if we have to, guys.
We can't quit.
Love y'all.
It's the stuff of nightmares.
We're going to memorialize this.
Here, let's have a look at what's left.
I'm not sure how the comparison is.
Why? What highways?
No way.
Thank you.
Washed out highways.
Flooding that has turned streets into rivers.
Let's have a look at this one.
Aerial footage.
It's just pure and utter disaster.
And in addition to the federal government doing, having a response that makes Katrina look like a prompt response.
Absolute wholesale disaster.
On the one hand, you got the media milking this for what it's worth in terms of lecturing people on climate change, climate crisis.
you.
Let me see here.
Do we have it?
This is, check this out.
you.
I mean, it's pure devastation.
$750. That's what we got for you now.
But by the way, why don't they have more?
Well, it's an amazing thing what happens when there's an expression.
Not when the bell tolls, but when the chickens come home to roost.
I'm not even sure if that's the right expression.
But when the catastrophic consequences of dereliction of duty finally hit home.
Look at this.
Hold on.
Actually, I'm going to get the surreal one.
This is an article.
It's an article from April 2024.
DHS, Department of Homeland Security, allocates over $640 million to assist with migrant influx.
April? This is before anything happens.
This is before people now need, in an emergency, the funds that were, in theory, there for them in the case of an emergency, which have been allocated to other sources.
What are those other sources?
Well, here, look.
DHS allocates over $640 million to assist with migrant influx.
Department of Homeland Security announces $300 million to direct funding to communities receiving migrants and $340 million for a new competitive awards process.
DHS has announced significant funding allocations aimed at supporting communities receiving migrant populations.
Through the Shelter and Services Program, SSP, authorized by Congress, DHS, along with the Federal Emergency Management Agency, FEMA, And U.S. Customs and Border Patrol is providing $300 million in grants.
The money will assist communities in offering temporary shelter and related services to migrants awaiting immigration processing.
This is where some money went.
A lot of money, which is now apparently the DHS is saying, well, FEMA doesn't have enough to get through the year because of all these natural catastrophes.
They don't have the money to get through the rest of the year because of the natural catastrophes, not as a result of their mismanagement of the funds for political purposes.
I put up that video outrage at the $750.
They've got $750 for Americans.
But billions coming back to the beginning now for Ukraine.
Not just billions for Ukraine.
You have to appreciate this.
When we're going back now, To that CBS report, which is going to pop its ugly fake news propagandist head up again when we talk about them being fake news as it relates to the J.D. Vance, Tim Nobles, Timpan Timpa, whatever the hell his name is, Walls Debate.
Go back to that now and appreciate that when they said 70% of the billions in military aid was not making it to the online.
Understand what that means, monetarily speaking.
They've lost billions of dollars that they've...
Cannot account for in terms of the aid going to Ukraine.
You imagine that the argument would be it is such a dire emergency to support the war in Ukraine that it's worth the billions, tens of billions of dollars that's unaccounted for, lost, corruptly siphoned off, etc., etc.
That is the only argument.
It's such a dire emergency that we have to live with that collateral damage, that being the loss of...
Billions and billions of dollars.
Let me just see if I can bring this up.
I can't bring up the replies when I bring it up in incognito.
When is this report?
I'm just going back.
January 11, 2024, beginning of the year.
Over 1 billion of U.S. military aid to Ukraine not properly tracked.
Pentagon. What happened there?
Oh yeah, that's right.
This is a little bit later.
July 25, 2024.
Pentagon finds another 2 billion of accounting errors for Ukraine aid.
Then I had one more that was sort of reiterating the $1 billion.
Then what do we have here, the last one?
Why are nearly 40,000 U.S. weapons sent to Ukraine unaccounted for?
They have lost more in aid to Ukraine than they've invested.
I say invested as though it's like they have to invest in their own communities.
Than they've spent in Lehina, East Palestine, and the Carolinas, Georgia, as a result of this hurricane combined.
I mean, you have to fully sit down and let that sink in.
They've lost more money funding foreign proxy wars and funding illegal aliens in this country than supporting the citizens whose taxpayer dollars were squandered and laundered.
I mean, and people are supposed to think that this is leadership?
Kamala Harris standing in front of the ruins of somebody's property talking about giving them $750 when they have not in total Given American citizens who paid into that pool what they lost supporting that corrupt war in Ukraine and that corrupt Ukrainian regime.
And then you get the sycophants on the interwebs who are defending it.
You understand this is the amount available under FEMA's Special Needs Assistance Program that has been in place for 25 years, right?
You further understand that this is for emergency needs and that other money is available for...
Oh yeah, if and when you get it.
Lahaina people, tell me how much...
I don't know, what did you guys get from Federal Emergency Measures Act, whatever the heck that FEMA stands for?
How much did you guys get?
East Palestine.
Did Joe Biden take one year to go visit East Palestine?
I think he did.
I might be mistaken on that.
Correct me, Chad.
And you know Biden has asked for much more funding for FEMA and the House has not authorized, correct?
Oh, okay.
Thank you for the heads up there.
You know that they gave prepaid debit cards to illegal immigrants in New York City, right?
You know that?
I think it was $2,000.
Can you imagine?
The response is quicker, faster.
I mean, that's the same thing.
And more fruitful, more bountiful, monetarily more impressive for illegal immigrants.
I mean, the bottom line is 2,000 bucks for the victims of this hurricane would do jack squat.
There's nowhere to spend it.
Oh, but you got Kamala Harris on a plane taking notes on a blank paper with earbuds that are not plugged into a phone and then dumping on Trump for actually setting up a fundraiser to raise money for the victims of this hurricane.
If it doesn't enrage you, it might be because somewhere deep down you think that the people in these areas deserve it.
And there's a great many people who think that these people deserve it.
I guarantee you there are people in the media who think this is what climate denialists deserve.
I guarantee you because I've seen it.
Don't play these videos because they're disgusting.
That there are people out there who say, I saw a video.
There's some racists up there who got what they deserve.
These godless, demonic people who don't believe in a god then sit there saying, yeah, they get what they deserve.
The people that they hate getting what they deserve and the federal government that was elected.
To represent them, squandering their taxpayer dollars on foreign corruption, foreign wars, illegal aliens, and when the time comes for them in need, the government leaves them high and dry waiting in lines for empty shelves.
I'll take this one here.
God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, courage to change the things I can, and wisdom to know the difference.
I will probably never know the difference.
Chet Chisholm's in the house.
Hold on a second.
Here, let me put this back up here.
I'll put it back up.
I sent you a tweet from Chris Martinson that makes the hurricane response all that much worse.
It's sickening to watch.
Hold on.
Chet? Okay, I see it right here.
Well, actually, let me just go retweet it so that I can then just bring it up here.
And I'll bring it up right now.
Chet, thank you.
I got more.
I mean, we're going to...
How do I retweet?
Just go like that.
For discussion.
We're going to retweet this.
What the heck, man?
Just go like this.
But hold on.
Get to the theme a little bit.
There was a good thread on it, which I have in my backup window right here.
Check this out.
No, no, no.
I probably just closed the window.
That's great.
I think I closed it.
No, I didn't.
Good. It's still here.
Hold on.
Bada bing, bada boom.
Share screen.
Let's check this out.
This is from America First Legal.
It's a gold checkmark, which means it's an organization, right?
This account is verified because it's an official organization.
Good. Over the last four years, the Biden-Harris administration has steadily transformed FEMA, the agency responsible for responding to natural disasters like Hurricane Helen, into an illegal alien resettlement agency that emphasizes DEI over public safety.
And there's a thread.
I'm going to give everybody the thread to this tweet.
Emergency food insurance.
Uh-oh, what did I just do here?
Take this up.
The program may also receive funding to award the National Board of Distribution to local service organizations that provide humanitarian relief to families and individuals encountered by the Department of Homeland Security, DHS.
Then we go to the second thread.
The Shelter and Service Program is designed to exclusively provide sheltered services to illegal aliens.
Over $1 billion in taxpayer dollars have been allocated between fiscal year 2023 and fiscal year 2024.
Number four.
Number three, sorry.
Example of $1 billion.
FEMA gave $38 million to New York City, a sanctuary city overrun by illegal...
Is that what the $2,000 in prepaid credit debit cards came from?
The $38 million that came from FEMA?
Oh yeah, it is.
Look at that.
Actually, I didn't realize that when I brought up that tweet which predated my discovery of this one.
Moreover, the Emergency Food and Shelter Program has been reshaped to provide funding to, quote, families and individuals encountered by the DHS, a.k.a.
illegal aliens.
Five. Beyond allocating billions of taxpayer dollars on illegal aliens, the agency has been entirely captured by the equity agenda, a euphemism for discrimination.
And then we got a little DEI or DIE or IED.
And then we got six.
We won't go down.
We'll go down.
For example, one of their initiatives to address equity by prioritizing casework and evaluation.
For direct housing, eligibility for vulnerable populations to include those with access to functional needs for those who have a primary language other than English.
Seven of this thread.
They even went so far as to publish a post-disaster guide for local officials and leaders in November for achieving equitable recovery.
And it goes on.
Summary of equity goals.
I'll give everybody the link to that so you can go watch it.
This is the government.
This is your government.
Link. And I'll give it to vivabarneslaw.locals.com here.
Link. It's absolutely enraging.
And there's no end for it.
You got Joe Biden coming out.
Joe Biden getting his photo up.
Getting in the face of this baby.
And this baby now has looked into the eyes of evil.
They accused Trump of going and get the photo ups.
Exploited. They are what they accuse others of doing.
What we're seeing across North Carolina right now is bigger than politics.
There are no red or blue states.
We are one United States of America.
What you are is the United States.
This is the Biden administration for Ukraine, is what you are.
It's the Biden administration for illegal aliens, which is what you are.
And we're seeing the disastrous fruits of that right now.
Look at this.
This is from the article that I found.
DHS allocates $640 million to assist with migrants.
Keep track of my receipts, so to speak.
Bring that one down.
Well, that's what's going on there.
Oh, the tweet from Martinson.
Let's go pull that one up.
Let me just...
Haven't seen what that one is just yet.
Chris Martinson.
Courtesy of Chet Chisholm.
Check him out, by the way.
He's been on the show.
At least twice.
This needs to go far and wide to put pressure on the government to do the right thing and save lives.
From Chris Martinson, PhD.
This evening, from a peak prosperity member to me via PM at my site, I can't post this online because it's not quite public yet, but the government officials had a town meeting with all of the residents of Chimney Rock and basically told them the town was being bulldozed.
Bodies and all, bodies and all, and the land was being seized by the federal government.
They would not be able to move back and basically their homes.
The ones that were standing were no longer theirs, and the federal government owned it all.
I don't know what crazy play this is for land.
There's some argument, there's some theorizing that there's lithium in the ground there.
As someone who lives in Charlotte and has friends who live in the area of Western North Carolina, they are not being helped, and this is actually being a stand-down operation by the federal government.
Me. What the heck?
That's quite disturbing.
Is this first-hand, second-hand, or more distant info?
Our friend owns an Airbnb in Chimney Rock.
They had a town meeting yesterday, and some from the federal government told them all of these things in the town meeting, but doesn't want the information getting out.
Also, they are not picking up the bodies.
The stench of the bodies everywhere is insane.
For some reason, the government does not want to pick up the bodies.
One pastor at a local church was going to order to door delivering...
I guess it was going door to door.
Delivering water.
And they changed their delivery request to body bags.
This is going to be corroborated by what I heard in our locals community in a second.
I'll bring this out to you as well.
They're not picking up the bodies.
They don't want to identify the bodies.
And they're just leaving them to rot in the streets.
I can't even.
I'm stunned.
This is beyond anything I could have imagined.
And very recently.
Even very recently.
You always pick up and bury the dead.
It's what humans do.
They are violating every possible custom on purpose.
Thank you for keeping me informed.
People need to know this.
Let me know when you'll be comfortable.
Sharing it anonymized, of course.
You can post the message needs to get out.
Something evil is going on in the North Carolina mountains.
I just didn't want to be identified.
Just today, we filled up a trailer for a shelter in Hendersonville, North Carolina, that had no food for tons of moms and babies.
All the stores around are empty or locked in Charlotte, North Carolina.
2,000 people haven't eaten anything or drank in six days and just got an SOS message out for help.
I'm trying to tag the Cuyun Navy.
End operation.
But people are dying by the minute.
Multiple truckers have reported having tires slashed.
Our friends from Chimney Rock said they have heard multiple stories of people being robbed at gunpoint making supply runs.
Two people that drove down to Charlotte yesterday and today.
One we helped said bodies in trees all over ditches in major roads.
Something weird is going on here.
God bless you.
Let me know if I can help.
Then something with a large national megaphone needs to amplify how bad it is.
People are now starting to die.
Trapped my town.
is Operation Airdrop North Carolina Central Command.
They need pilots with planes and now are asking just for trucks.
People with big equipment are needed, but more than anything, the nation needs to put pressure on Washington to deploy the National Guard ASAP.
The 82nd was begging to go since Saturday, but has been told to stand down every fucking Apache.
Apache, we should have flying rescue missions.
please amplify the message.
Please.
And let me see the one that I got from our locals community, which I brought up beforehand and I thought I had...
I might not be able to find it.
I'll have to go to my locals and see all the way at the bottom here.
Sorry. If someone can repost it.
Let me scroll up.
Load more messages.
Sorry, give me a second so I can bring this one up because I asked for the link and then someone actually gave me the link.
Okay.
Okay, guys.
Bear with me for 30 seconds because I thought I had this already up and the chat is loading.
Is it going to load?
Well, it's not loading more.
Whoever gave me that link to talking about there being many more bodies than being reported dead.
If you can put that back.
Here we go.
Here we go.
This is it.
Okay, thank you.
John Rich.
Just to corroborate a little bit of what we read on Chris Martinson's tweet.
Cancel. John Rich, right here.
Just spoke with a friend of mine.
Just spoke to a friend of mine in law enforcement in North Carolina.
He said that they have, and I quote, quote, already used over 500 body bags.
And there are bodies in trees, mud, cars, houses, everywhere.
No fed support whatsoever.
And John Rich is...
Founder of Redneck Riviera, Whiskey, Oligarch.
That is John Rich.
So that's what's going on.
No money, people.
Sorry. Mallorca said they spent $1 billion on illegals, so they do not have enough for hurricanes.
Well, I don't know if he said it quite that way, but he said FEMA's out of money.
They don't have the money.
They're all tapped out.
It's amazing that they're...
They say bankruptcy happens very slowly than all at once.
This is what they mean.
You piss around, squander your money when you have it, or at least when you think you have some disposable income, disposable money, which is not yours in the first place.
Piss it away off your pet projects of treating illegal immigrants better than American citizens, and then the shit hits the fan in America, and you're like, oh, shit.
Sorry, guys.
We spent all your money already.
I hope it felt good while we did it.
Little Joe says, Love your show, Viva.
I've been watching since the first fake impeachment but rarely comment.
I really need to reactivate my locals account so I can get the bourbons with Barnes too.
Little Joe, first impeachment, man.
That's 2019.
I remember that.
I remember where I was when that was happening.
Good to see you back and good to have you back.
So, I don't know how you...
It's how you stay optimistic in this.
Look at this.
Look at this.
This is the footage that, you know, 750 down.
She might be the newest, most annoying voice that makes your stomach turn.
Look at this.
This is the stuff of nightmares.
All right.
We got to think about getting out of here because this is going to be...
What do you do after this?
The things that are going through my neurotic, obsessive-compulsive, hypochondriacal mind.
Bacteria in this water.
Electricity. I mean, I guess electricity has to be shut down already.
This is from Hendersonville, North Carolina.
David Rode, be a story full.
That is four feet of stagnant water, for those of you who are listening to this on podcast.
That is a woman holding a cat in her lap, sitting in stagnant, festering...
Stagnant, festering water.
Lord knows what's in that water.
I presume the electricity is off, so nobody needs to worry about getting electrocuted.
And then, where's it going to recede to?
Sorry, $750.
I really think that's almost it.
But let's just go with one more to really make you start.
Look how she loves wearing the seal of the vice president.
Does that say the vice president?
Okay, thank goodness it only says vice president of the United States.
She's not yet usurping the role that we know has been relinquished by demented Joe.
Listen to this and we're going to end it on this and this segment on this.
I've been reading and hearing about the work you've been doing over the last few days.
And I think it really does represent some of the best of what we each know can be done, especially when we coordinate around local, state and federal resources to meet the needs of people who must be seen, must be heard.
Must be seen, must be heard.
This this this DEI progressive movement.
Progressive platitude.
You heard.
Trudeau says it.
Chrystia Freeland says it.
Jagmeet Singh says it.
Kamala Harris.
I won't say what it makes me want.
It makes me want to puke.
I'll say it.
It makes me want to puke listening to these scoundrels.
You need to be seen.
Are they seen and heard?
Kamala? Here, I see you.
I hear you.
We'll come knocking on your door if one's left to give you your $750.
Must be seen, must be heard.
These are very difficult times.
And in a moment of crisis, I think that really does bring out the best of who we are.
And you each recognize that important and good work.
So I'm here to thank you and to listen.
And Senator, I want to thank you for the work that you've been doing on behalf of the state of the Senate.
They sit around and they jerk each other off while people die.
Talking to me and the president and many others about making sure that the federal resources get to this beautiful state.
So thank you all.
It makes me sick and it makes me angry.
They are sitting around stroking each other's egos, probably stroking other stuff, patting each other on the back, job well done, while people, by all accounts, are dying, rotting in trees, rotting in ditches.
Going hungry.
And what are we now?
We're a week out from this thing?
$750. Joe Biden gives his first press conference four days later.
Sounds like a sick old man with COPD.
There's nothing wrong with being sick old or having COPD, but not when you're supposed to be leading the most powerful nation on earth.
leading into a freaking ditch is what's going on right now.
Serenity now.
All right, we're going to end on the commie tube in a few minutes.
Let me just scroll up here and see if I haven't missed anything.
Go to the chat for a few seconds.
J.R. Williams says, can you go to the FEMA homepage and then expound on what that means for Trump supporters in the devastation path?
You wonder if there's anything political about this a month out from the election?
Make them suffer?
Demoralize them?
Not just demoralize them, make them understand.
Make them understand that they care about non-citizens, illegals, and foreign wars more than they care about you.
They have more money for that than they have money for you.
It's your own gosh darn money that they have squandered and laundered.
And then they sit around in their nice, clean, dry, electrified rooms with their beautiful jackets patting each other on the back of a job well done.
All right, people.
Let me give everybody the link to vivabarneslaw.locals.com and commie too, and you can get your butts over there so we can have the party where the party deserves to be had.
There, and I'll give you the vivabarneslaw.locals.com link.
Here, link to locals.
Oh, we got more.
We got more.
We got a good, good segment.
We're going to come back to CBS News.
Fact checkers.
I've got to fact check the fact checkers.
In my goodness, am I good?
All right.
Locals, what's going on in here?
Let's see what's going on in the chat.
I'm going to go down all the way to the bottom.
These people wouldn't vote for Kamala, but luckily they won't be able to vote, says Finboy Slick, tongue-in-cheek.
I know that he's being sarcastic, but politics ruins everything.
Social Clippers says, taxation without representation.
Shades of 1776.
How will this end?
Joe Maskey says, never let a good crisis, never let a crisis go to waste, says Joe Maskey.
And then we got R.P.
McMurphy says, also when Joe Biden went down, they closed like 300 mile, I saw a video of Pete Buttigieg talking about how they're not letting people fly recreational drones, which I can sort of understand.
But the 250 gram...
Where's my drone?
Here, hold on.
on second Sorry, dog.
You know, a bigger drone might be able to cause...
God, what the hell's going on here?
A bigger drone can certainly cause problems for planes, and even a smaller one can as well, but you know what they have now that exists, and they're absolutely incredible and amazing.
They've got little drones.
224 grams.
249 grams takeoff weight.
And this thing is a lifesaver if it can detect people on roofs.
This thing's a lifesaver if it can detect people stranded in vehicles.
But, you know, Pete Racist Highways Buttigieg apparently is declaring nobody's flying drones because the feds are busy doing nothing while people die.
500 bucks for a DJ.
This was the Spark 2. It's amazing.
I don't see the head like, what the hell can I do?
Seriously, what the hell can I do?
You can donate to fundraisers.
What the hell can the rest of us do?
Thank you.
I think I smell something coming from the dog.
Absolutely only the dog.
All right, let's get on over to Rumble and or vivabarneslaw.locals.com.
Clips will be posted later.
The entire podcast will be posted on Podbean and all other platforms where people listen to.
Things. These are the links.
Okay. Get out.
Now we're ending on YouTube.
Okay. Oh, it's going to end on Twitter as well.
Whatever. Come on over to Rumble and Locals, people.
Updating the stream.
Three, two, CBS.
You're going to want to come over.
Come on.
VivaBarnesLaw.locals.com or Rumble.
Boom. Now give me one second so I can just go back here and formally end it on YouTube so that we're not looking at that blurry green screen for the remainder of the stream.
End, end, end.
Okay, so, CBS people.
The people who have to fact-check themselves, and when they tell too much of the truth, they've got to go ahead and delete the evidence and apologize.
It didn't meet our journalistic standards.
Oh, no, no.
Great headway has been made between April and August in the siphoning off of funds through the corrupt Ukrainian government in funding that proxy war.
CNN... Not CNN, sorry.
CBS. The same CBS.
It's the same CBS that retracted their own truth-telling story because they obviously got a call from somebody.
They did their own fact-checking.
CBS hosted the debate.
The moderators fact-checked.
I'm going to put it in quotes because they didn't actually fact-check because when you fact-check, you typically make sure that something is accurate.
You don't spout a lie.
They lied.
During the stream, they lied about the fact that they weren't going to quote fact check.
They then quote fact check only to spew lies, then silenced J.D. Vance when he responded to their fact check and corrected the factual inaccuracy of their purported fact check.
Then after the debate, they go out and fact check their own debate moderated by their own journalists.
I mean, you can't...
If this happened in Stalin's...
Soviet Russia, you would say, oh, of course, what more would you expect from communists, Soviets, whatever?
If this happened in North Korea, you would say, of course, what else would you expect from Kim Jong-un?
If this happened in Russia now, you'd say, of course, what else would you expect from Putin?
So they went ahead.
And they fact-checked their own bullshit propagandist moderated debate.
Now, I gotta show you the actual fact check, because the old expression, which I've now used twice today, if you can't dazzle them with brilliance, baffle them with bullshit, this is their...
This is what we call it.
It's gonna freeze my computer because it's such a load of shit.
I'm sorry.
Stop swearing.
Stop swearing.
Come on.
Get your stuff together.
This is their fact check.
I'm just gonna scroll down so you can see the degree to which you are being baffled with bullshit.
It goes.
Look at...
The cursor on the right.
That's how you know how much bullshit there is in here.
They go down, yada, yada, yada.
It's all lies and it's all rubbish.
Walls claims when Arrivian missiles fall near U.S. troops.
Then they fact-check the most idiotically stupid things.
But bring it back to what they were fact-checking in the first place.
Here, back it up.
Back it up.
Oh, don't give me that.
CBS News.
Oh, come on.
There you go.
This is the CBS News fact-check.
During the vice presidential debate, Senator J.D. Vance claimed Vice President Harris, quote, became the appointed Bordersar, end quote.
CBS News confirmed.
CBS News confirmed.
What the hell does that mean?
Rates this as false.
Here's why.
Get ready to be baffled with bullshit if you can even find this part of that.
I don't know how many words of garbage that was.
J.D. Vance's claim.
Fact check.
To be the administration's, quote, border czar, end quote, to oversee immigration policy and enforcement at the U.S.-Mexico border.
That has mainly been the responsibility of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas and his department, which oversees the country's main three immigration agencies, including CBP, Custom Border Protection.
All right, what was the second screenwriter I had there?
The details.
President Biden tasked Harris with leading the administration's diplomatic campaign to address, quote, The root causes, end quote, of migration from Guatemala, Honduras, and El Salvador, including poverty, corruption, and violence.
The region, known as the Central America's Northern Triangle, has been one of the main sources of migration to the U.S.-Mexico border over the past decade.
In reality, the only role close to that of, quote, borders are, end quote, under the Biden administration, was held for only a few months by Robert Jacobson.
You see what they do here?
They scattershot a bunch of useless information and hope that it sticks.
Do you know what the amazing thing is?
Viva takes notes.
It's an amazing thing.
And I did terribly in high school, just so everybody knows that.
I wasn't particularly good at taking notes because I didn't give a sweet bugger all about what we were studying.
Now I care about what I'm studying.
And I take notes, mental notes, and my Twitter notes.
And my Twitter notes are good.
Because when I digest something personally and intimately, I don't soon forget it.
I remember, I remember, oh yeah.
There's another debunking of this going around, like CBS News reporting at the time, yeah, she was led to oversee the Mexico border.
I don't care.
Remember what the fact check says.
Vance is wrong for claiming that Kami Kamala was appointed, quote, border czar.
You know what the amazing thing is?
The internet is forever.
Unless it's not, and until it's not.
This is from Axios.
Hardly right-wing.
I've talked about this a few times on the show.
April 14, 2021.
Harris to visit Mexico and Guatemala to address, quote, root causes, end quote, of border crossings.
Okay, that sounds congruous with the CBS fact check.
Let's go ahead and read the article.
Don't get to the punchline yet.
Vice President Harris said Wednesday she plans to visit Mexico and Guatemala as soon as possible in a diplomatic effort to address surging migration at the U.S.-Mexico border.
I was told that this was a relatively recent problem.
That's Trump's fault for having spiked the plan to solve it.
Oh, yeah.
Oh, okay.
That sounds like CBS.
Oh, let's go down a little more.
Why it matters.
The number of unaccompanied...
Miners crossing the border has reached crisis levels.
Harris, appointed by Biden as border czar.
I'm not even quoting it because it wasn't quoted in this article.
She was just called the border czar in reporting at the time by left-wing crap outlet Axios.
Harris, appointed by Biden as border czar.
Nobody's giving it like a quote label.
That was her title.
Said she would be looking at the root causes that drive migration.
But hold on.
Let's go here.
CBS Kamala Harris Border 2021.
Let's just see what we can find of the...
I don't know if we're going to be able to get it.
Oh, you're going to get more.
It has to contain CBS.
Let's see if we can't find...
Five days ago?
No, that won't work.
That doesn't matter.
They ran their own headline.
But they have the balls to come on and say fact check false when she was called the Bordazar at the time.
They reported that she was the Bordazar at the time.
There was a Republican draft bill that I also referenced on Twitter a while back that referred to her as the quote Bordazar.
She was the Bordazar.
She gets down there and then...
Says, well, I haven't gone to the Mexico border yet.
Why would that even be an expectation if she weren't the Bordazar?
You might want to ask yourselves, dumbasses, but don't ask it.
It might break your brain when you try to answer it.
She was the Bordazar, the fact-checking, lying propagandist, liar, scumbag CBS News who have to hide the true information when they accidentally reveal it.
Then come on and say, no, she was never the Bordazar.
I mean, Axios reported that she was the Bordazar back then.
And then they claim that Vance is the wrong one.
Hey, if she was never the Bordazar...
Then go ahead and admit that the media was wrong when they reported her as being the border czar.
Go ahead and say that.
And then go ahead and say, well, they were wrong three years ago, and therefore anybody who repeats that lie from three years ago is a liar now.
Bullcrap. Everybody knows what she was.
She was always that, and they are disgusting, shameless liars who need to be called out as such.
Musk for Freedom.
I don't think this is Musk for Freedom 2's actual account.
Adjusted for inflation, we have now spent more on Ukraine than we did for Russia.
With Lend-Lease for the entire duration, 1941 to 1945, we basically rebuilt Russia and fed their army with that money.
Don't let the irony of having supported Russia 50 years ago to having turned them into public enemy number one 60 years later.
Let's not let that get lost on us.
So there's that.
there's that.
No, I did have my...
Oh, okay, commie.
Insufferable. Insufferable.
Okay, well, that's the CBS getting fact-checked.
Now, people.
Last night...
Last night...
I believe Tim Walls lied about his son having, quote, witnessed a shooting at that recreation center in St. Paul, Minneapolis, or Minnesota.
I believe he lied.
I don't have the concrete evidence to suggest he lied.
I have the circumstantial evidence that he lied, which is whatever minimal reporting has been reporting on the fact that there was a shooting at that recreation center, that rec center outdoors, when Gus Walls, Tim's kid, was indoors.
By all accounts, at best that we can determine now, Gus Walls was in a building when there was a shooting outside the building, and when that building went on lockdown, Gus Walls was, according to reporting, Keeping children calm and etc.
And, you know, being a good Samaritan.
Nobody's taking that away from him.
I believe that U.S. Americans...
No, that's the older...
I believe that Tim Walz lied.
Again, stolen valor when he said his son witnessed the shooting.
Because witnessed the shooting means you saw it or experienced it sufficiently intimately that you could be said to have witnessed it.
Being in the proximity of does not make you a witness to.
So last night, in a moment of...
Zealous stupidity.
Might want to call it that.
I tweeted out at the St. Paul Fire Department.
Hold on, let me get it.
Here we go, here we go.
I tweeted at the South Paul Police Department.
I'm not stupid.
Knowing that it's not the way you're going to get it.
Well, actually, I should say, it's not the way I want to get the information I was looking for, but I did get a response.
I got a DM from them.
And I said, hey, SPPDMN, which stands for the St. Paul Police Department, official Twitter page of the St. Paul Police Department account is not monitored around the clock.
Well, dude, they got back to me real quick-like.
And I said, look, first of all, if Gus Walls was a, quote, witness to a shooting, He'll surely have provided a witness statement.
I'm not in St. Paul.
I can't go to the City Hall or the Police Department and try to pick up a copy in person, which I'm sure would be much faster than the way I've asked for it to be done.
But I'm sure there's no real journalists who want to do that because if it were to be determined hypothetically that Tim Walz did actually yet again lie for yet again more stolen valor to yet again promote an anti-gun agenda...
An anti-second amendment agenda?
Well, that might have an impact on the November 4th election.
Is it November 4th or November 5th?
Holy crap.
Sorry. Hold on one second.
I get mixed up because they say we're going to know election date 2024.
They say we're going to know by the 5th.
So, November 5th.
It's November 5th, 2024, is the election.
If it turns out that, you know, Tampon Tim, AWOL, No Balls, Stolen Valor Walls, is yet again lying?
That might have an impact on this.
So don't expect journalists to be rushing left, right, and center to find the truth about this.
I do not believe.
And I might be wrong, and if I'm wrong, I will certainly correct myself loudly and maybe not so proudly.
Hey, SP, the police department, can you please either publish or send me the full police report with witness statements as relates to the shooting that occurred at the Jimmy Lee Recreation Center, which shooting was carried out with the guy.
The guy pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 10 years for second-degree aggravated attempted murder, I believe.
Although there are circumstances to that confrontation that everyone is entitled to a defense, but this man has been pleaded guilty and sentenced.
And I got a DM.
And the DM said, if you want to do it, go to the website and fill out a request, which I did this morning.
And I actually had to get on the phone with the police department in order to find out how to do it, because it's about as intuitive as trying to break the atom using that website.
And I did it.
So stay tuned because we might have news once, you know, sooner or later, but I suspect it's gonna be later than sooner.
But hey, any real journalist, I'm not a journalist, I'm an analyst, commentator, crazy Canuck turned Floridian.
You know, it'd probably be just as easy, much easier and much quicker to go there and pull it up in person, make some photocopies.
But what do I know?
I'm just an idiot.
All right, Pasha Moyer from our locals community says this, Minneapolis is the city.
Minnesota is the state.
Yes, St. Paul is the capital of Minnesota and it has the distinction.
That I was born there.
I know it's got, like, I think it's got the biggest airport hub in America, if I'm not mistaken.
I do get mistaken between Minneapolis, Minnesota.
And how do you pronounce?
Minneapolis. I say, some people say Minneapolis.
Minneapolis. Pasha Moyer, a wonderful member of our community who's got...
Ooh, hold on one second.
Viva! I'm five miles away from St. Paul right now.
Do you want me to try to fetch that police report?
Yes? Pasha?
Free shirt.
People say cheap bastard.
Pasha, absolutely, I'm going to DM you.
Dude, it would be amazing.
All right, from our locals community.
Jopper, they don't want drones because they don't want people seeing the truth.
We'll make sure that the truth gets out there.
I mean, it's no internet.
Starlink is now, I believe, being set up.
Oh, and those idiots who then...
Saying, oh, Trump and Elon didn't do anything.
The FEMA already had Starlink.
Yeah, dumbasses.
The Starlink wasn't for the FEMA response team because the Starlink, in addition to the satellites already in the sky, requires a responder on the ground.
It's for the people who don't have access to the internet.
And so, yes, Elon Musk, once again, is doing more than the government does.
Oh, oh, oh, and we got Bill Tong in the house here.
Hold on one second.
Bill Tong, I see you.
I ate so much Piri Piri the other day.
I don't want to say...
It's semi-spicy beef jerky.
Biltong in the house.
King of Biltong says, Biltong is one of the most protein...
Oh, that's my face here.
Hold on a second.
Live across all of the...
I look concerned.
Interplanes of the interwebs that were...
Okay, that's fine.
We're going to live with that one.
Biltong is one of the most protein-dense foods in the world.
Packed with B12, zinc, iron, creatine, and more.
Need a healthy high-protein snack?
Get yours at BiltongUSA.com.
Viva 10. For 10% off.
And then we got the other Rumble Rants, which I got already.
Yeah, we got all of those.
So that's it.
So we'll see what happens, people.
And if Pasha...
Dude, I'm gonna...
I think we're already...
I recall that we were already texting or emailing, but I'll send you an email right after the show and we'll make it happen.
All right.
Bada bing, bada boom.
What else do we got?
What do we got?
Well, hold on.
Let me just plow through some of the stuff here.
Myocus warns FEMA doesn't have enough food...
doesn't have enough funding to last through the hurricane season.
Yes. This is the article.
This is Associated Press.
This was updated.
This is October 2nd, so this is yesterday.
He does not blame it on FEMA's squandering of $640 million on illegal immigrants.
FEMA can meet immediate needs but does not have enough funding to make it through the hurricane season.
That's because you pissed away your money elsewhere, you traitor who should have been impeached and jailed as far as I'm concerned.
But don't dare go after Mayorkas.
Because he'll claim it's anti-Semitic to do so if any of you even knew that he was Jewish in the first place.
He did this during congressional hearings.
The agency is being stretched as it works with states to assess them.
Okay, fine.
So it's being stretched.
Mayorkas was not specific about how much additional money would be needed.
We are meeting the immediate needs with the money they have.
We are expecting another hurricane hitting.
FEMA does not have the funds to make it through the season.
Hurricane runs from yada yada.
Why not?
Did any journalist ask him why?
Congress recently replenished a key source of FEMA's response efforts, providing $20 billion for the agency's disaster relief.
The bill gave FEMA flexibility to draw more money as quickly as needed.
Bipartisan group of senators from affected states wrote their leadership this week, saying it's clear Congress must ask to meet constituents' needs.
A week later, you guys are on vacation?
And then it talks about nothing about how FEMA has pissed away the money.
Shocker. Hold on one second.
I may have to pull this up.
Mayorkas? I have to get this.
Give me one second.
You wouldn't believe it.
I'll see if I can find it for a...
For later, but bottom line, Mayorkas, when he was being grilled on his dereliction of duty at the border, said, as a son of Holocaust survivors, I find this rhetoric to be anti-Semitic and yada, yada, yada.
As if anybody anywhere knew before that that Alejandro Mayorkas was Jewish.
As if anybody knew anywhere before Merrick Garland cried anti-Semitism when people were criticizing him that he was Jewish.
Dude, I've been Jewish my entire life.
Alejandro Mayorkas would not be the first name I would think of when you're thinking of a Jewish name.
And neither would Merrick Garland.
But it's the easiest thing to use anti-Semitism as a shield and a sword simultaneously.
Or I should say accusations of anti-Semitism.
Okay, so we got that.
Oh, so Tina Peters update.
We're going to see if there has been an update.
Tina Peters I had on David Clemens on Monday talking about Tina Peters' conviction.
She was the Colorado clerk.
Convicted on 8 of 13 or whatever charges for pressuring, influencing, influencing, jeez Louise, a public servant.
I forget what the exact term were.
Conspiracy to commit identity impersonation.
A load of crap.
She's being sentenced today and I don't know if she has been sentenced.
A former Colorado clerk is set to be sentenced Thursday for orchestrating a security breach of her election's computer system.
A jury found Tina Peters guilty of most of the charges.
Let me see here.
She was the first election official to be charged with security breach amid rampant false claims that fraud altered the outcome of the 2020 presidential elections.
All right, hold on a second.
Do we see this here?
Let's do it.
Refresh. I have a bad feeling.
I don't know if she was sentenced yet.
Okay, well, let's see here.
Tina Peters sentencing.
Watch live.
Well, we'll see.
I might bring that up live afterwards.
So it doesn't look like she's been sentenced yet.
I have a link, which I'm not sure if it's still good for the live stream.
Who sent it to me yesterday?
Here we go.
Let me see here.
Let's see this here.
Hold on a second, people.
Okay, Pelé.
I had lung cancer.
I had surgery in 2016.
Okay, we're going to put this on.
We're going to put this on.
I don't know if she's been sentenced yet.
I don't know what stage they're at, but we'll get there in a second.
All right, and what else before we head on over to the VivaBarnesLaw.locals.com afterparty?
Oh, the Jack Smith superseding indictment.
I mean, I don't care to cover it, and it's not because I'm not reporting on prejudicial information against Trump that's counter to my interests in whatever bias you think I have.
It's because it's a load of shit.
It's a load of poop.
It's a steaming load of judicial dog poop.
More of it.
A superseding indictment that just rehashes the same nonsense rubbish from however many months ago.
He's reissuing a superseding indictment, I presume, ostensibly to respond to the Supreme Court immunity ruling to now allege that all of these acts that would otherwise have been clearly presidential official acts are all private, so you can still prosecute Trump for them because he's not protected by presidential immunity that would protect clearly presidential acts or acts which are on the bounds of presidential acts to the extent they might be.
Quasi-personal, quasi-presidential?
It's a steaming load of judicial dog poop that would only satisfy the needs of the most smooth-brained, TDS-afflicted sycophants out there on Earth.
And that's exactly what it's done.
People were, oh my goodness, look at this.
He said we knew we lost, and he was pressuring.
It's all a load of crap.
It's the same load of crap the original one was.
It's the same load of crap the Rico charges are.
And it's going to get tossed into the same load of crap garbage bin at the end of the day.
But you've got a corrupt commie judge, Judge Chutkin.
And you've got a corrupt commie prosecutor, Jack Smith.
And you've got a corrupt commie media, CBS News, AL.
And you've got smooth-brained, corrupt commie Americans who actually have been brainwashed into thinking that this would be good for America.
And that's about all I have to say about that.
But you can go read it.
It's just rubbish.
Missouri Independent Special Counsel Jack Smith reveals new evidence against Trump in 20...
New evidence?
How the hell could he be revealing new evidence now?
There's no new evidence.
This is rehashing of old evidence, reframing of old evidence.
And to the extent that there's new evidence four years out, three and a half years out, it's laughably stupid on its face.
The only reason this superseding indictment is coming down now and being allowed is because they are commies intent on interfering with the election.
But because Jack Smith had to do this...
in order to respond to the Supreme Court ruling on presidential immunity.
Chutkin unsealed a lengthy and partly redacted motion that charts special counsel's final argument before November that former President Donald Trump acted...
In private capacity when he co-conspired to overturn the 2020 election.
Much of the motion concerns Trump's interactions with individuals in Arizona, yada, yada, bunch of states.
Okay. The document due on Chutkin's desk late last month is central to reanimating the case after months of delay as Trump argued for complete criminal immunity from the government's fraud and obstruction charges related to his actions in 2020, yada, yada, yada.
U.S. Supreme Court returned Trump's case to Chutkin after ruling the former president does enjoy...
Criminal immunity for core constitutional acts, presumed immunity for acts on the periphery, etc., etc.
You all know this because you've been watching the channel for long enough.
Smith's superseding indictment shortly thereafter retained all four felony counts against Trump, and Chutkin is tasked with parsing which allegations can stand in light of the Supreme Court.
They all can to Chutkin!
Listen to this.
Give them the soundbites that they need.
Quote, working with a team of private co-conspirators, the defendant acted as a candidate, not as a president, when he pursued multiple criminal means.
That's a legal conclusion, by the way.
That's not a statement of fact.
To disrupt, through fraud and deceit, the government function by which votes are collected and counted.
A function in which the defendant, as president, had no official role.
Just argue.
This is like an argument of an indictment of whatever the hell it is.
Just come to your conclusions of law by way of accusations, not by way of judicial findings.
All right.
Shortly put, just add a paragraph.
He did everything in his personal private name so he has no immunity.
Go on.
Trump slammed it as blah, blah, blah.
Okay, fine.
DOJ. Pushed out the latest hit job today because J.D. Vance humiliated Tim Walz last night in the debate.
The DOJ has become nothing more than an extension of Joe's and now Kamala's campaign.
This is egregious prosecutorial misconduct and should not have been released right before the election.
He continued in just one of his many reactions on his platform.
Truth. It absolutely is.
I mean, we know it.
Social media, prior to Elon taking over Twitter, was an extension of the Democrat deep state uni party arm.
Media right now, Legacy Media is an extension of the Democrat Party.
The Department of Justice, under Garland, is an extension of the Democrat arm.
The Democrats' prosecutorial arm.
It is a weaponized, politicized, partisan institution.
And if you had any doubts about it, just go re-watch Plaskett explain quite clearly how the DOJ and the FBI are there to punish Trump and Trump supporters.
She said it.
And I'm not even paraphrasing that.
hyperbolically or exaggeratingly.
Hold on.
What is this here?
More info is available elsewhere at this time.
Love Viva Frye, but not hitting on the reason for this disaster.
Um, Pepe Lequeu, please go ahead and elaborate.
And, you know, I continue to do my best, and that's the best I can do, by definition.
Watching Tina representing herself to the judge.
She's fighting hard.
The judge seems very oppositional, says P. Perez.
The judge wants to lock her up.
The judge wants to make an example out of her.
69-year-old woman, no criminal record.
I think a gold star family, if I'm not mistaken, but I don't want to be inaccurate on that.
An American, a fine representative of America, by all accounts.
Now public enemy number one.
public enemy number one.
Okay, I think that...
I'll save the ditty.
I'll save the ditty on our vivabarneslaw.locals.com community.
All right, people, let's do it.
Let's go over there.
Kids are out of school today, by the way, so I gotta go find something to do with them after we're done with the stream.
But come on over to vivabarneslaw.locals.com.
Link to locals.
I got P. Diddy.
We're going to watch and talk about Tina Peters and see if the judge issues a ruling on the bench.
I don't know if we're going to get a sentence right now.
And I believe there was another...
There's a couple more things which we're going to talk about over there.
And P. Diddy, not because I'm not going to talk about it elsewhere, but we saved some stuff for the exclusive Locals Supporters After Party.
There's a tweet from North Carolina.
Fact-checking the VP waltz.
What was this?
Okay, we got a few good things here.
So come on over, people, to Viva Barnes Law.
.locals.com if you are so inclined.
And if you are not so inclined, what you should think of doing, to the extent...
I keep saying I'm going to do it, and then I keep never doing it, but I'm at least going to show the wonderful merch that we do have up until now.
If you need a hat, fight.
A shirt, fight.
Get it on a mug.
View all merch.
Bring it down here.
Above average, you get your Viva Barnes 2024.
Don't vote for an idiot.
Get it for someone who's voting for an idiot.
Ephesians. On Trump's failed assassination, on the failed assassination attempt on Trump.
By the way, we're not talking about that anymore.
Isn't it amazing?
60 years later, we're still talking about JFK.
I rewatched the Zaputo film.
It was horrifying.
Horrifyingly graphic.
And that's what they wanted to occur in HD at one eight thousandth of a second as that photographer was there.
But put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes.
Ephesians 6.11.
Although there are verses that probably correspond with every minute of the day, Trump was shot at 6-11.
And that is it.
All right, peeps.
Please, come on over.
If you're not, let me see what we've got here.
Actually, we'll take a few more seconds of chat over here.
John Kerry told the UN must enable censorship so he can spread propaganda.
Marley 33. Yeah, we saw that the other day.
That's wild.
Bucklebrush. Okay, that's not a conversation I'm getting into.
What else do we got?
Take care, everyone.
Fun hanging with you, says Sefra Dean Squibb.
Love your New Hampshire license plate, Mountain McGroin.
It's not real, but someone sent that to me, and it's a beautiful gift.
Tech Raji says 76% pay raise for dock workers plus automation clause.
Not exactly MAGA, is it?
I'm not sufficiently up to speed on what's going on with the port strike, so I will retain any form of judgment.
Citizen Debs says they need few survivors because it's lithium they're after in Western North Carolina.
It's not simply dereliction.
It's weather-induced by government.
A coup.
It's a takeover stage by BlackRock.
Well, first of all, I'm not sure that I'm on board with weather-induced by government.
I have heard the argument.
I have heard the theory floating around that there is lithium there and that there is going to be a federal land grab.
Lithium, North Carolina.
Hurricane? I mean, I believe I actually did mention that, at least that is a theory.
That there was talk about federalizing, grabbing the land, either because it's too damaged and whatever, like they were talking about doing in Lahaina.
And they're talking about doing that.
The rumors are that there is talk about doing that, or at least that's the underlying intent, the exploitation of the crisis, because there is lithium.
Allegedly, apparently there, and this would be a great way to federalize lithium resources in the Carolinas.
on one second.
Yeah, so I've heard those rumors as well, but those are, as far as I can go, do at least not something I can substantiate.
you.
And Bucklebrush Jones says, $2,000 a month for rent for illegals.
One times $750 for taxpayers.
Everybody knows it's grotesque and obscene.
All right, now we're ending it.
Local Rumble, thank you very much.
Locals, here we come.
That's the link to our locals, if anybody's so inclined.
Otherwise, I will see you on the interwebs tonight.
I'll be live tomorrow, but it will not be at 1230.
Oh my goodness!
Almost forgot.
Dexter Taylor, the New York man, convicted, sentenced to 10 years in jail for illegal possession of a firearm in Commie, New York.
In federal prison now?
Is he in federal prison?
No, he's in prison.
He is able to do interviews, and we're going to do an interview tomorrow at 3 o'clock.
So I will be live before 3, bringing Dexter Taylor in to give us the update of how he's doing.
I talk to him frequently.
I spoke with him yesterday for a half an hour, and he can do interviews.
So we're going to have him on Dexter Taylor.
I had him on during the week of his trial.
And have been given periodic updates.
But 3 o'clock tomorrow, Dexter's going to tune in.
It's going to be by phone with my phone to the mic.
I've tested it and it works well enough.
And that's pretty much the only way that we can do it because he's got a call in on my phone.
So 3 o'clock tomorrow, but I'll be live either before or going live after.
