	And the only way to distract from it, Is to go full throttle, destroy your political adversaries, persecute them for crimes and allegations, alleged crimes, that you yourself have committed.

	I didn't actually put the name and Marco Polo together until recently when I'm doing my due diligence on the guest.
	You may have heard him on such Twitter spaces as anything pertaining to the Biden crime, what is being referred to colloquially as the Biden crime syndicate.
	Holy crabapples, he produced the book, the memoir, the dossier, the full analysis of the Hunter Biden laptop from hell and all the correlative corruption.
	We're going to go over it today, but just, you know, welcome everyone into the show.

	Congressman, what would a second Trump term in the White House mean for the rule of law in our country?

	Trump being re-elected would be the end of democracy.
	So we have to do everything we can to make sure that Trump cannot get democratically re-elected in order to preserve democracy.

	He tried once to overthrow an election that he lost.

	It would be the end of our democracy if Donald Trump was able to give back.

	If you don't know who Garrett Ziegler is, you're going to know.
	We're not going to do a whole delving into childhood, but I'm going to ask a few questions.

	Well, okay, so we've never met in person, but I've heard many a Twitter space with you.
	This is a first.
	So for 30,000 foot overview, I won't ask too many things about childhood getting up.
	We need to get into the infinite depth of corruption that you have.
	If you haven't exposed it, at least you've cataloged it.
	Who are you for those who don't know who you are?
	So I worked in the Trump White House for two years for a gentleman named Peter Navarro.
	And after that...
	After the soft coup, I organized a small nonprofit research group primarily to go through the contents of Hunter Biden's abandoned laptop.
	And we took a long time to write a comprehensive report on it, 644 pages.
	I sent you a copy.
	It chronicles every violation of state and federal laws on the device.
	And that's why, as an attorney, I wanted you to go through it because it's really...
	Like you said, cataloging precisely what he did wrong.
	So one of my pet peeves is people who talk about this, and a ton of people do, they very rarely provide specificity.
	So, you know, we actually delineate between what is, quote, influence peddling, meaning disgusting, immoral, chumminess.
	But that which doesn't rise to the level of lobbying or FAR violations.
	And so, you know, you and Robert, I think, would appreciate this report almost more than anyone because half of my year in 2022 was spent looking through the U.S. Code.
	And we reached out to every single pimp, hooker, drug dealer, and business partner of Hunter Biden.
	Every single one of them.
	And to ask for their comment.
	About the interactions they shared with Hunter that were revealed on the laptop and everything else.
	So I run a research group.
	I work for Peter Navarro.
	I live in Illinois.
	And what I do every single day is think about the American First family and how we can reveal how they actually are.
	Because the image they project to the public is completely erroneous.

	I've been quoted as saying they're basically, David, a group of feral dogs.
	Barnes, you know, Barnes described Biden and his MO as basically street-level thuggery, but just, you know, at the highest levels of political office.
	We're going to get into it because, like, when I looked...
	So you sent me the report.
	It felt like I was holding something dirty.
	Like, you go...
	I've known all...
	I'm familiar with...
	Virtually everything in there.
	It felt like I was holding, not like the briefcase from Pulp Fiction, which Aura's gold as you open it.
	It's like a Pandora's box that you feel like you're looking into.
	Before we even get into that, may I ask how old you are?
	You seem very young.
	Yeah, I'm 27. I turn 28. How do you get into politics?
	Who makes the decision to get into politics?
	And if I may ask, how did you get involved specifically with the Trump campaign?
	And then I actually want to ask you about what happened afterwards.
	But how did you get into politics in the first place?
	Yeah, so I am a little bit of a heretic.
	I actually am not a Republican.
	I'm a registered independent.
	And I believe what the American founders believe on trade.
	So I don't believe...
	In free trade.
	I think it's a fallacy.
	I think it's basically the 21st century version of alchemy.
	And I was drawn to President Trump's positions on trade.
	And so I worked really hard in my senior year of college, 2017, to get a job or to get an internship in the White House.
	And during that internship, I got to know Peter Navarro, who's also a fellow heretic.
	He took a liking to me.
	And so most of my tenure at the White House was fighting other units of the White House who were constantly trying to get Peter fired.
	And so the short answer to the question is I never planned to be in...
	The political world.
	In fact, everyone else right now bores me beyond Donald Trump.
	I have no interest in working for a member on Capitol Hill or what have you, but I was very drawn to the president's beliefs on trade, immigration, and other matters.
	And so once I got to look through the laptop… I realized that the material on there, David, is exactly – it's directly related to my interests because the Bidens' involvements with the CCP are what interests me.
	If the Bidens were doing business with the Japanese or the English or the Brazilians, I wouldn't have taken that deep of interest.
	But my time at the White House was spent every single day thinking about what the Chinese are doing.
	And what the Chinese are doing right now is the Bidens.
	They are collecting a handsome ROI based on their illegal infiltration operation with Hunter, Joe, and Jimmy Biden.
	And so that's what keeps me going.
	May I ask what you studied in university to get into a life of politics?
	I studied economics, and I would like to address – this is the best part, in my opinion, of the live stuff because I get a back and forth with the commenters.
	There was disagreement in the comments about the soybean tariffs.
	I would love to argue this because I believe in foreign tariffs only insofar as they're commensurate with the foreign wage labor.
	I would argue that they are the conservative position.
	You're not able to find one American founder who spoke against that.
	So my opposition really is not the Democrats or the Republicans.
	It's basically an intellectual class that gave birth to The Economist magazine that was started in 1848 to go against the corn laws.
	So these are the issues that I care about, and I think if the Bidens...
	Even want to do the right thing, they couldn't because the Chinese have them on a halter, basically.
	Yeah, I read the live chat as well and there's some things that I'm not interested.
	There's some stuff in the chat that might be relevant for discussion.

	Alright, so you study economics, you get involved in Trump.
	How does that happen?
	Does somebody pick you?
	I don't know what they do.
	Say, you want to join the Trump cabinet and you say...
	Absolutely.
	Well, I wasn't on his campaign other than volunteering and knocking on doors.
	I was just purely informal supporter of his campaign.
	But I had a friend, a fellow small-town kid from Illinois, get a job in the White House, and I said, I'm still in college.
	I really want to work with Peter.
	Well, ironically, he couldn't get me in with Peter during my internship, so I had to go in another division.
	Doubly ironic was the fact that I was in a division that Peter was fighting at the time.
	So I actually agreed with Peter, even though the division I was entering with was opposed to him.
	And so I told Peter that I would love to, you know, Peter was a college professor for 30 years.
	So this is a little bit of an atypical.
	The way the political system works in the United States is not the way I did it.
	Basically, there's people who spend their whole lives in Washington.
	Then get jobs at the White House.
	Peter was from Irvine, California and taught at UC Irvine for 30 years.
	And so his experience was having graduate assistants and people under 30 working for him.
	So our office was four staffers under 30. And we were a decade younger than everyone.
	And it was fun as hell.
	And a lot of fighting.
	It made me a little bit more pugilistic.
	And we got to work for Peter for two years.
	Peter was atypical, David, in that he actually believed what the president believed.
	Most – and you've talked about this – the personnel was bad during the first term.
	All of our problems now, or 80% of them, are dealing with bad personnel decisions in the first term.
	So I think that my path, if you would, is a little bit atypical because I'm a… I did this as sort of like a holy war to stop what I believed was the economic rape and pillage of the United States with our trade deficits, and most importantly, even more than the nominal deficits every year, was the intellectual property theft.
	And maybe at the end we could talk about Canada has been completely infiltrated by the CCP.
	We actually cite a Canadian author in our report in three different footnotes because he's done a lot of research on Ye Jin Ming.
	I don't agree with everything he does, but his name is Sam Cooper.
	He wrote a book called Willful Blindness.
	You heard of this?
	Nope.
	It is a phenomenal book.
	He knows a lot about CEFC, which is the company at the center of all of this.
	There's Burisma and CEFC, and those were the two firms that hired Hunter as their foreign agent.
	Okay.
	No, I say the stuff I know about the CCP infiltration of Canada and Canadian politics, we're now seeing in terms of exercising influence and donations through the Trudeau Foundation, liberal candidates.
	There's a close military connection, which I would imagine would piss off an ordinary administration of a country bordering with Canada when we're training Chinese CCP soldiers on our territory for wintertime combat.
	There is also the same issue about buying up real estate.
	Buying up natural resources up in Canada.
	Alright, now hold on a second.
	Before we go over to Rumble, because it won't change anything on our end, how often do you get that you look like a young Harvey Dent?
	A couple of times.
	Usually, I'm hated so vociferously in the United States that I usually get made fun of that I look like that guy.
	I can't remember the cartoon.
	Maybe it's Family Guy.
	Who has the big jaw or Lord Farquaad?
	Oh, yeah, yeah, for sure.
	Okay, I see that, actually.
	A little bit of the neighbor.
	He's always negative comparisons.
	Well, I happen to think he's got a very nice chiseled jawbone.
	Okay, you know what?

	All right, so first of all, what was it like working with the administration?
	And then what was the heartbreak when the most fortified elections in American history that could not be questioned until they could only be questioned recently went down?
	What did that feel like?
	But what was it like working with the administration?
	Well, I have interesting memories because...
	I'm sure you've heard, I don't know if they have this in Canada really, in Canadian English, but have you heard of the phrase dog years?
	Like every year to a human is seven to eight years to a dog.
	Well, that's what the White House is like.
	It's like dog years for humans.
	So those two years feel like 15 years of my life.
	And most of those figurative 15 years were spent fighting other units within the White House.
	There was so much disagreement on what our policy should be.
	That there's a lot of good memories with Peter, and then there's a lot of bad memories fighting other units within the White House.
	So that goes into what your second question was, which is so many White House officials didn't believe there was election fraud.
	And right at the top, before we get into ballot curing in Eric Coomer's words or Ruby Freeman… The election was conducted unconstitutionally, as you know, because the elections were done with procedures not approved by the state legislatures.
	And that's all me and Peter were talking about.
	We wrote a 50-page report on the election irregularities, but one of those points was that the procedures were not followed in the United States because the legislators were not agreeing with what the secretaries of states were doing.
	And all of the branch Covidians, as I call them, We're just going whole hog on these changes that weren't authorized by the legislatures.
	So I sort of, without getting into the details, I think the election was completely unconstitutional because the Constitution wasn't followed.
	And it was frustrating in the superlative to have people on your own team who didn't see what was right in front of them.
	And David, I would submit that they didn't see it because...
	I was going to say, because one thing that we've often hypothesized, and I haven't been on the inside, nor do I ever want to see the inside, but one of the theories is that there was swamp matter within the administration that was hell-bent on sabotaging the presidency, Trump in his first term, in any event.
	And when people say there wasn't fraud, it drives me nuts because I would not argue that there was fraud in the Dominion sense either.
	What there was, and I'll argue it was fraud, but they call it fortification, exactly as that Time magazine article described it.
	They changed the rules in ways that were unknown, that were untested.
	They censored information on the internet, including the Hunter Biden laptop, that had a material impact on the outcome.
	That cannot be described as a valid election.
	Maybe it's not fraud in that there was no vote flipping or servers in Germany and whatever, but it was certainly vitiated.
	People's consent was vitiated, and there were certainly...
	Constitutionally questionable ballots counted because they were changing the rules faster than anybody could keep track of.
	So it drives me nuts.
	But part of the theory is that there were a lot of people in there who didn't want Trump in there to begin with because he was bad for the swamp.
	That was very well stated.
	There were so many statutes violated in each and every state and federal laws that it's really a cornucopia of statute violations.
	And I didn't think we had the best attorneys.
	Fighting the fraud, to say the least.
	But, you know, it's as if you're a doctor, or more accurately, a surgeon, and you have this open wound, and there's a ton of gangrene in the open wound, and you're trying to pluck out, or it's like that kid game Operation.
	So, there are good people within the administration, but that Operation game dictates that you have to be very precise with your incision.
	And there was so much gangrene.
	And the reason why I've stayed obsessed with this Biden laptop, as you mentioned, is because it was material, significant enough to change the outcome if we had a legitimate process, and I can't get over it.
	I believe Joey is a complete fraud, and I've just had a long memory.
	I mean every single day I wake up, and I think he's a fake.
	I think that he couldn't even get out of his basement.
	He's a geriatric.
	I've been committed to nothing else, basically.
	And the operation is so vast.
	You talked about the deep state.
	Joey's entourage is four to five dozen deep.
	There are people whose entire sustenance, prestige, jobs, access, recognition is tied to his fraudulent political office from Syria.
	If I may add, and correct me if I'm wrong, not just their past and present, but their futures.
	Everybody knows how this works.
	You get your speaking fees if you play ball.
	You get your future job offers and positions on boards if you play ball.
	Nobody likes somebody who doesn't play with the current administration.
	I don't know whether or not it could be said that Joe Biden is owned or whether or not he's the tool through which the ownership occurs.
	That was a very good point.
	And if I may, the staff that I alluded to earlier that didn't believe there were election fraud, and this is not my opinion.
	This has been written about by other people.
	So it's an established fact that people wanted to play ball, David.
	Other staffers wanted to get their jobs at McKinsey.
	And that's why I think our dossier, which hasn't been found to have one material mistake in over nine months of being released, they don't really know how to take me because I haven't played ball.
	I'm not affiliated with the RNC.
	I'm not affiliated with the Trump campaign.
	And so they're always afraid that I might come out against them or find something that they're doing that's corrupt.
	And so whereas I moved back home, I'm 10 minutes from where I was born in the middle of Illinois and just sort of have a normal life again.
	I'm not in D.C. Whereas 80% of the Trump staff has now went into lobbying firms, tried to get big law clerkships.
	Like, they're basically Bush types who were in the Trump administration, and I'm not like that.
	I'm actually a true believer.
	And so I think that, ironically, has somewhat hurt Marco Polo, because we're not looked at as sort of a secure Republican research group, if you will.
	Like, our research cuts lines.
	And not to be judgmental, and I'm not...
	I'm just repeating it because I agree with it.
	I'm just repeating it because that's how it's said.
	Marco Polo has been portrayed as a conspiracy theorist, partisan hackery of a website.
	The dossier, you're a nutcase.
	Everything has to be disregarded.
	It's smear campaigns.
	It's Russian disinformation.
	And I know you get that all the time.
	The question I had...
	Oh, by the way, I just want to...
	Before I forget, 81 million votes.
	Again.
	That they may have been tabulated.
	Yeah, I'm sure there was 81 million pieces of paper that had a certain vote on it and a certain unmatched or unverified signature.
	The question was how.
	2,000 mules did a good job explaining the how without getting sucked down into the red herring of the Dominion voting machines.
	It was a fortified election because fortified is just being used interchangeably with fraudulent or vitiated.
	Or unconstitutional.
	Alright, now this is the question.
	When is the first time that you become aware of the Hunter Biden laptop?
	Were you aware of it before it was public knowledge?
	No.
	I was sort of looked at as Peter's White House guy.
	So I wasn't involved in the outside machinations.
	Like I didn't even meet Steve Bannon or Rudy Giuliani.
	Until after the election.
	The first time that I got my hands on the device was October 31st, 2020.
	I went over to OAN and all I had on my phone notes was a list of like 30 search terms.
	I didn't go in there with a big plan.
	All I wanted to see were, and this was after hours, if there were certain search terms that were relevant to the election in the laptop.
	And once I went through it all on...
	The 31st, I was blown away, and this was just a copy that OAN had.
	I didn't get a physical copy then, but I knew, I made a mental note on the 31st of October that whatever happens, this is ripe for a thorough exposition, and I'm a total nerd.
	So I'll sit with the thing, and I'll go through every single email, and one thing your audience may or may not know of is that we've put all the emails and photos online.

	Everybody can go download them so that you have the original metadata.
	And everybody can go look at the photos.
	So we're really creating a permanent report.
	And this, I didn't know this when I was sitting down with it on October 31st, 2020, but it's...
	Beautifully come together, and that's thanks to others on my team.
	But one of our goals is to create a permanent repository of this unbelievable data, where you have FAR violations, money laundering, sex trafficking solicitation, a conspiracy to commit bribery.
	I mean, these are direct from the statute language.
	I'm not extrapolating at all.
	You mentioned...
	David, some of the hate that has been spewed towards my group.
	None of it is ever substantive.
	It's at the bottom level of ad hominem attacks.
	It's just that they don't like how I look or how I speak or what I believe.
	But nobody will actually take apart the analysis we've done.
	And so it's supremely frustrating.
	You discover the laptop at the same time as the New York Post story.
	It's October 20th.
	October 2020, correct?
	Yes, the Post story dropped on the 14th, and I obviously read that with great interest, but I didn't have the chance to look through the device until the 31st.
	Of October, all right.
	And so you're looking through it.
	This is now, I don't know when we discovered or when we were told that the FBI had this very same laptop for about a year.
	The circumstances surrounding...
	The computer guy divulging this or giving it to the FBI, like some people had suggested, as if it changes anything of the substance on the computer, although it might allow people to have some conspiracy theories, that the computer repair guy was a partisan hack who was looking for an excuse to get into the computer because he knew it was Hunter Biden's and then weaponized it.
	Do you have any knowledge on the circumstances regarding the computer repairman's accessing the computer, why and why he disclosed it afterwards?
	Yes, I do.
	We cover it in a couple of pages on the timeline, and Hunter's attorneys have actually deposed me for over nine hours about this very topic and other things.
	The computer repairman was sort of this apolitical, legally blind, albino, kind man who ran a one-man shop in Wilmington.
	And the reason why he started to look through it was that the 90 days that was stipulated in the work order was up.
	Hunter didn't come and pick up the device.
	So he's sort of a Boy Scout.
	His father and grandfather served in the military, and so he wasn't disillusioned with the FBI yet, whereas if I had this, I would have been.
	So he actually went through the proper channels.
	His dad went to the Albuquerque field office.
	They blew him off for a couple weeks, and then somebody from the Baltimore field office, Wilmington Resident Agency, reached out to the son, met with him.
	The Sun recounted how Hunter never picked up this device.
	He signed a work order stipulating that after 90 days, it became the property of JP, and he gives it to the feds.
	In his loving naivete, he believed that that evidence would come forth in the Trump impeachment scam, number one, because the emails clearly show a pressure campaign to get shoken out.
	On behalf of Burisma.
	So it's directly related to impeachment number one.
	Once JP saw that the FBI was sitting on it and not doing anything, he finally reached out to Republican congressmen and senators in the late spring, April and May, this is in our timeline, of 2020.
	They didn't do anything miraculously, disgustingly.
	But in August… He reached out to Rudy's attorney, Robert Costello, and we just wrote a letter to the judge in Hunter Biden's plea case, my group Marco Polo did, with Costello and Giuliani asking the judge to reconsider this.
	And if we had any impact on her at all, I couldn't be more proud.
	So Costello gets this.
	Rudy gets this.
	Rudy gives it to the Post, and a couple weeks after that, I go through it.
	But this entire… This debacle, I'll call it, of the chain of custody has been completely clear from the beginning.
	JP put out five videos in the winter of 2020, right after the election, going through the exact timeline, saying, Hunter went into my shop April 12, 2019.
	He doesn't come back because he brought three computers in, one was done for, he gave the other an external keyboard, and Hunter just didn't return.
	So he goes through the timeline of going to the FBI, the FBI sitting on it, not doing anything.
	I mean, you know, some people may not.
	Yeah.
	Let me stop you there.
	Just one question that's very relevant.
	At this time, nobody yet knows about the Twitter files, the FBI Twitter files that the FBI and Twitter to talk about a potential hack, a potential leak, a potential Russian disinformation of the Hunter Biden laptop.
	Nobody even knows that at this time, correct?
	Correct, comma, and that is why Elon Musk now is frustrated with my group because we've been publicly complaining to him about his attorney, Alex Spiro, who was in business in part with Hunter Biden and who oversaw the Twitter transition.
	Alex Spiro is the partner at Quinn Emanuel who wanted to keep James Baker on at Twitter because we were pounding Elon Musk's door saying, hey, give us these comms.
	We want to see.
	What the Baltimore field office was saying to the safety folks at Twitter in real time.

	If we can prove, which we know of, that Russia didn't hack the 2016 election, that there was no DNC hack, it was an inside leak, the CrowdStrike server proves that.
	President Trump brought that up in the call in passing.
	He said, you need to look into this because Ukraine has been a hotbed for American deep state corruption for a while.
	He didn't use those words, but he did use the words, apparently Ukraine has the CrowdStrike server.
	So you can imagine.
	If you're on the other side of the table and corrupt as hell, and he starts mentioning the CrowdStrike server and Shokin's fire, and you're starting to sweat a little bit, your brow is starting to perspire, and you're like, holy cow, he's right on the top of this volcano that's about to erupt.
	And so that's why they have the ruse to try to get rid of him.
	He was too close to where it all began.
	And if he had better people around him, which goes back to our original topic, the first one of the day, he would have been able to navigate those landmines.

	It was totally appropriate for the chief law enforcement officer, namely the president of the United States, to ask about an issue that was already being investigated, meaning he wasn't doing this ex parte.
	It was every single fact pattern that Dan Goldman brings up is false, from the appropriateness of asking Zelensky about these things to the actual machinery of the payments.

	Most of that billion-dollar loan guarantee was washed through a bank which you know of, Privat Bank, and there is evidence that Kolomoisky, who was the beneficial owner of Privat Bank, was the oligarch behind Burisma.

	That's two weeks before the firing of Shokin?

	The firing of Shoken occurs in – well, the shakedown, Joey's shakedown over the phone with Petro occurs in December of 2015.
