Do you believe our government has made contact with intelligent extraterrestrials?
Something I can't discuss in a public setting.
Okay, I can't ask when you think this occurred.
If you believe we have crashed craft, stated earlier, do we have the bodies of the pilots who piloted this craft?
As I've stated publicly already in my News Nation interview, biologics came with some of these recoveries.
Biologics.
Were they, I guess, human or non-human biologics?
Interesting.
Non-human, and that was the assessment of people with direct knowledge on the program I talked to that are currently still on the program.
Do you believe our government has made contact with...
All right, people.
The old expression goes...
I'm an idiot.
Once bitten, twice shy, third time traumatized.
One in the chat, if you can hear me talking now.
I tested the mic before the stream.
Let me know.
One, can you hear me properly?
I'm going to go to Locals, where we should be streaming live as well.
Locals, let me know.
Can you hear me?
One for yes, please.
I'm going to go over to Rumble.
And let's see.
One.
Good.
Oh, goodness.
All right, so before I get too far into this, got to make sure the mic is working.
And it's going to be a messed up stream today because the mic...
Is on this side of me because I couldn't find something on this hotel desk to clamp down from the right.
So it's on the left.
I feel naked.
I feel naked, disoriented, and discombobulated.
Let's bring this back up.
We're going to bring this back up.
They're having, you know, just subcommittees on UA...
What are they calling them now?
U-A-P-S.
What is it called?
Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon Sightings?
I forget what the S stands for.
Let me bring this back up here.
I don't often use the term, this is looking like a distraction, because everybody says, yeah, oh, why are you focusing on that story?
That story is a distraction from whatever.
Everything can be a distraction from something else.
But my goodness, this convenient timing, talking, exploration about UFOs.
And by the way, also, I'll say this.
I'm not saying these two people look like actors.
They're coming off a whole heck of a lot like actors, however.
Listen to this very thoughtful question.
From Ms. Mace.
And listen to the very thoughtful answer, which I'm going to explore in a second.
Do you believe our government has made contact with intelligent extraterrestrials?
As opposed to unintelligent extraterrestrials.
Look, have you made contact with any dumb aliens?
Because that would be interesting, but not interesting enough.
Intelligent extraterrestrials.
I know she meant intelligent life forms.
But no answer.
No answer.
Something I can't discuss in a public setting.
Oh, you can't discuss it in a public setting?
Is that to suggest you could discuss it in a private setting?
I don't like anything about this.
This is very, very...
It looks campy, almost.
Ah, that's something that I can't discuss in a public setting.
Oh, so I have to ask the question that I knew that you wouldn't be able to answer in a public setting?
All right.
Um...
Okay, I can't ask when you think this occurred.
If you believe we have crashed craft, do we have the bodies of the pilots who piloted this craft?
Do we have the bodies of the pilots that piloted these crafts?
Listen to the answer, by the way.
The answer does not necessarily relate to the bodies of the pilots.
The answer is very unique.
As I've stated publicly already in my News Nation interview, biologics came with some of these recoveries.
Biologics came with some of these recoveries.
That doesn't mean he's talking about the pilots.
Biologics means something of a biological substance as far as I'm concerned.
It's very interesting.
Biologics is a very fancy word.
Biologics were recovered with the crashes.
Were they, I guess, human or non-human biologics?
Non-human, and that was the assessment of people with direct knowledge on the program I talked to that are currently still on the program.
So this guy doesn't know anything firsthand.
Let's just appreciate that, by the way.
This is coming from people that he's talked to.
Non-human biologics were recovered with the spacecraft.
Can we understand what, or the UAPS, you want to understand what exactly that means?
Absolutely nothing.
That could mean that there was a dog or a monkey on a Russian spacecraft that they haven't been able to identify, so technically it's an unidentified aerial phenomenon.
And it is technically non-human biologics that were recovered with this UAPS.
He said absolutely nothing, acutely evaded the specific question being asked so that he could make some ambiguous, you know, it'll let people dream.
But it's a statement which, if it were to be true, that it turns out to be a Russian or Chinese aerial craft that had a monkey or a dog or some animal on it for the purposes of testing, His statement is true.
It's a UAPS that was crashed that has non-human biologics that were recovered with it.
And he's saying what someone told him.
So, look, I wanted to start off with something that wasn't going to make everybody puke, i.e.
not with Justin Trudeau.
And that seemed like a little bit lighthearted so that we can have something of a potentially a lighthearted stream, which we're not going to have because the poo-poo has hit the fan in Canada.
In a great many respects.
Okay, so the update today.
There's a lot of stuff.
There's an update in the Coots 4. Let me just cough for one second.
That's not a coof.
I just inhaled saliva.
There's an update on the Coots 4 and Jason Levine, who I had on last Friday and I was with him Monday morning, is in Lethbridge.
To follow the updates of the Coutts Four, those are the four men who have been arrested on alleged conspiracy to commit murder of an RCMP officer who have been detained for now, I think it's 18 to 19 months.
It's like 500 and some odd days.
No bail!
Because, you know, only...
Antifa alleged attempted murderers who drive into protesters get bail or only attempted cop killers or actually alleged cop killers get bail in Canada.
Political prisoners, they don't get bail.
Jason Levine, if you're not following him, check him out.
All of his links are in the previous streams.
Is at the courthouse.
He's following up on this.
Other news coming out of Canada.
Jeremy McKenzie, founder of the Memeverse Diagalon, has had one of his...
Gun charges.
Reckless carrying on with a firearm.
Dropped.
Just like that.
They arrested him.
They went into his house.
They seized his firearms.
They placed him under arrest.
They filed criminal charges.
Just dropped like that.
He entered into a peace bond.
We're going to get into it.
But if that wasn't enough news for the day, it's like, I don't want to say gossip, but there is internet drama afoot.
Ezra Levant of Rebel Media accused Jeremy McKenzie publicly of being a Fed.
I first saw this in an article from the CBC where it's citing...
I couldn't find the article again, but I know it's out there because that's where I saw it.
It's like, oh, CBC citing Ezra Levant from Rebel Media accusing Jeremy McKenzie of being a Fed.
I was like, oh, ha ha.
They took one of his sarcastic tweets seriously, like when Maxime Bernier, the leader of the People's Party of Canada, said that the Canadian government had been infiltrated by Maoists and communists.
And then Journal de Montréal, the Journal of Montreal, ran the story and said, head of the PPC conspiracy theorist accuses the government of having been infiltrated by Maoists and communists.
I was like, you idiots ought to have known that that was a sarcastic joke.
Of a tweet.
And if you knew it and ran that story, you're idiots.
And if you didn't know it and ran that story, you're idiots.
So congratulations, you're idiots.
So I said that.
CBC fell for one of Ezra Levant's tweets, which was supposed to be sarcastic.
Yeah, Jeremy McKenzie's a Fed.
And it turns out that it wasn't a sarcastic tweet.
And I have said it before and I'll say it again.
I like Ezra Levant.
His judgment has been good and he's been very value-added.
To reporting on stuff that mainstream media does not report on.
And I'll say publicly what I'll say to Ezra privately.
To the extent that he seems to be serious on this, I think he's wildly off base.
But I'm interested in hearing his argument, which apparently shall be presented to the interweb sooner than later.
So that's a massive...
It's like starting an insider fighting.
Between the Diagalon or, I think, people who don't think Jeremy McKenzie, who was locked up in solitary, debanked, arrested, detained, for those who don't think he's a Fed, man, this is starting something of an internal strife that might be unnecessary and, in my view, might be wholly misguided.
But we'll get there.
Hunter Biden, we found out who bought some of his artwork.
Hunter Biden is the modern-day Picasso people, and if you don't appreciate that, you're a bunch of conspiracy theorists, nutcases.
Extreme MAGA Republicans who don't think Hunter Biden's artwork is worth half a million bucks.
He's Cindy Sherman.
He's the new Cindy Sherman.
I think that's her name.
We're going to get into that.
And then we're going to get into some other stuff.
So I've got a bunch of stuff on the backdrop.
So everybody understands I'm on the road.
I have crossed back into the land of the freer.
I'm saying the land of the freer.
Not yet in the state of the free.
Not yet in the free state of Florida.
I started the trek.
From Montreal, Quebec, down to Florida.
And it took me through Thousand Islands this time because there's some border issues, you know, some delays, like an hour delay at the Canadian border.
So I'm on my way back to the free state of Florida.
I have entered the freer country.
It's not a free country yet because I don't think it's entirely free.
And I'm in New York State, so they ain't free in New York State.
But I'm on my way down.
And on my way down.
I'm taking my time.
I got one kid, two dogs.
We're going to go like we did like six, seven hours today.
We're going to do another five, six hours tomorrow.
Then we're going to stop and I'm going to hit up Timcast, Tim Pool Friday night.
It's going to be amazing.
Friday at 2.30, Gadsad is going to come back on for a live stream, talk about the launch of his new book, Happiness.
The irony or just the cosmic circular thing of like, you know, everything's sounding like Kevin Nealon out of Happy Gilmore.
Driving up from Florida to Montreal, I did a live stream with Gad Saad talking about his book.
Now the book launched yesterday.
We're going to do another live stream Friday.
So Friday, 2.30.
Going to be live with Gad Saad.
Friday evening, live on Tim Pool.
It's going to be amazing.
And then what happens tomorrow?
Tomorrow, I'll see if I can get a stream going.
Okay, so that's the intro housekeeping.
Let me just make sure because I'm so bloody neurotic.
I'm sure I did it.
Because as you came to the stream...
Oh, so all that says I spent the entire day in a car.
I couldn't get my exercise on, so I might be a little antsy, more antsy than normal.
Jason Levine is probably going to be coming on at some point.
Jeremy McKenzie might be coming on tonight at some point as well.
They both have the links.
But you might have seen when you came into the stream, it said, this stream contains a paid promotion.
Because it does, people.
How does my skin look?
Does my skin look good?
Do I look younger?
Oh, and by the way, apparently GenuCell is going to start making hair products or I'm going to test out their hairline products.
But you did notice this episode, this video, this stream contains a paid promotion because it does.
And I want to thank my sponsor, GenuCell.
If I look younger, wait before you go.
Well, you'll get your promo code for your discount.
If I do look younger, let me just bring this back out again.
Look at my beautiful face.
My beautiful, ugly punim.
This is what we call a punim that only a mother could love.
If I look younger, you know why.
Genyacel, it's a sponsor.
It's a great company.
They make a bunch of good skincare products that people love, that people attest to.
I did my due diligence on this as well.
Dude, will you be quiet back there?
Got a kid who's hiding in a fort watching Spider-Man.
Genyacel.
They make this cream, a retinol-type cream, that apparently makes your skin firmer, makes it look younger.
They make a bunch of other great skincare products.
I'm not really into these types of things.
I care about my hair only because it's become a defining element of my physical identity, but one should not be enamored by superficial attributes, although it is good to look young and take care of your skin.
Genucel is a company started by an Egyptian pharmaceutical guy, pharmacist, who came to America.
Opened up a pharmacy, had his own proprietary blends of skin cream, which he then gave to some of his clients, and they showed up the Monday after the Friday, said, we love this stuff, we want more of it, and thus was born GenuCell.
Based in New Jersey, I think they employ something like 50-some odd people, made in America.
They are the sponsors for the New Jersey Devils.
The product is great, and people swear by it.
And if I look younger, now you know why.
Geniuscell.com promo code VIVA.
You'll get 70% off the most popular package, which has the retinol...
How do I zoom in on this?
Which has the retinol stuff here for the skin.
It's great.
The link is in the pinned comment, and I'd like to thank my sponsors for Odyssey's sponsor.
Please.
Okay.
So that is the sponsor.
Now, let's start off with some of the good stuff.
We're going to start off...
Before we go over to Rumble, before we go over to Rumble, exclusively, how it works, everybody, for those who don't know, I have exclusivity with Rumble.
We start on Rumble and YouTube and Locals VivaBarnsLaw.locals.com.
We're going to end on Rumble.
We're going to end on YouTube.
Go over to Rumble.
I need the kid to be quiet.
We're going to start on YouTube and Rumble.
Go over to Rumble.
Then we're going to go over to Locals for an after-party.
I'm being upstaged.
No, I'll tell you what's going on.
No, hold on one second.
Where is it?
Kid's going to kid.
Dog's going to dog.
And the only thing I hope is that Pudge doesn't Pudge because this hotel has carpeted floor.
Although they let dogs in, which is good.
Okay.
Who's buying Hunter Biden's artwork?
The question everybody's been dying to know.
Who's buying Hunter Biden's artwork?
Where is it?
Here.
The more things go on, the more the corruption in plain sight is revealed for all of us to see.
I said this before, I said it again.
Everybody is starting to understand it, at least those who are paying attention.
Everything they accuse Donald Trump and family of is that which Biden and family have done.
Everything they impeached twice, Donald Trump for twice acquitted, impeached but acquitted by the Senate, everything they impeached him for...
Is stuff Joe Biden has done.
They talk about Eric Trump being a cokehead.
I mean, they don't even understand the irony or the absolute idiocy of pointing a finger and having three pointing back right at you.
Everything they accuse Trump and family of having done is that which Biden and family has done themselves.
We now know about the quid pro quo.
You know, demanding payments from foreign governments, threatening to withhold aid until they fire prosecutors who were investigating the company that was paying Hunter Biden millions of, I don't know, 60,000 bucks a month because he's so qualified.
Remember when we were talking about Hunter Biden?
He's an aspiring artist.
He's the new Jackson Pollock.
He's the new Cindy Sherman.
He's the new Picasso.
His artwork, selling for half a million bucks and more.
We didn't know who the buyer was.
And people were saying, yeah, this raises some ethics concerns.
If you don't know who's buying Hunter Biden's artwork for half a mil, it could create some conflict of interest.
It could be money laundering, you know, like speaking fees, advances on books that nobody buys.
It could be money laundering.
It could just be outright corruption.
Well, now we know.
Now we know who bought the Hunter Biden artwork.
And lo and behold, it's exactly what you think it is.
It's in your face.
It's always been in your face.
And the only people who don't see it are the liars, the blue checkmark MSM propagandists who are trying to tell you, don't look there.
Go after Trump.
Joe Biden literally said it.
What I know is this.
You have to go after Trump.
Who's buying Hunter Biden's artwork?
Hunter Biden sold $1.3 million in art, and one buyer was a damn donor friend.
Joe appointed to a prestigious commission.
Or as we say in français, un prestigious commission.
Commission.
That's a joke.
This is all a joke.
Oh, I want to hear what Corrine Jean-Pierre had to say.
Bear in mind, Hunter Biden, $60,000 a month, give or take, for Burisma, because he's got business acumen.
And I say the crackhead business is not to make fun of people with addiction.
People with addiction have serious lifelong problems they have to deal with, struggle with.
And battle against.
All that to say is unqualified.
But for political favors, it buys through daddy.
As apparently buying his artwork will get you political appointments.
How did I?
I went down here.
Washington.
First son Hunter Biden's novice artwork has raked in at least 1.3 million.
If this does not already make your stomach turn with corruption, you might want to check your stomach.
He sold his novice artwork.
For $1.3 million, with buyers including a Democrat donor friend whom his dad named to a prestigious commission, a report said Monday.
Elizabeth Hirsch Naftali.
I'm going to Google Elizabeth Naftali after this.
A Los Angeles real estate investor and...
Oh, she's a philanthropist!
Remind me to talk about the Bill Clinton artwork in Epstein's place.
I won't forget, but if I do, let me know.
Naftali bought one of Hunter's works, according to Business Insider, which cited sales records kept by his art dealer, the Georges Berge Gallery of Manhattan.
Naftali was appointed by President Biden to the Commission for the Preservation of America's Heritage abroad in July 2020, about eight months after Hunter's first art show, which took place in Hollywood.
They don't know.
We don't know the timing here.
And as far as I'm concerned, it's damned one way, damned the other.
Did she get appointed after buying the artwork, or did she buy the artwork after getting appointed?
I'll tell you something.
If she bought it after getting appointed, they're paying her too much.
It one way or the other, what it is, it's an implicit, corrupt, we know what's going to happen, wink, wink, nudge, nudge, buy it now, I appoint you later, or I appoint you now and you pay it back later.
It's unclear whether Naftali bought the Hunter artwork or how much she paid for it.
A Biden administration official told the publication that Naftali was recommended for her preservation board.
Post by former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, who also seems to have a good investment record when it comes to the market, and that she didn't buy the position through the art deal.
No, she didn't buy the position through the art deal.
She invested in her future.
It's so preposterous.
I'm just going back to the screen to see if either Jason or Jeremy are in the back screen.
Meanwhile, Business Insider said the largest chunk of Hunter's art sales so far has gone to the single depocketed mysterious buyer who scooped up 11 artworks for a total of $875,000.
That's only $80,000 each.
The guy got a discount.
It's like it's the baker's dozen.
Did he get a 13th one just thrown in there?
The outlet reported that one of Hunter's buyers is his, quote, sugar brother, Kevin Morris, a wealthy lawyer who reportedly lent him about $2 million to pay off back taxes.
It wasn't known whether Morris was the top buyer.
Insider's report was the most detailed to date on the first son's art sales.
Can you imagine this?
Maybe he does have a life of struggle and that it materializes in particularly insightful, meaningful artwork.
Berge has refused to cooperate with House Oversight Committee requests.
For the names of the art buyers.
How far down do we have to go with this?
It's not so long.
Let's finish this article.
I'm going to tell you a story also.
The Post previously reported that Hunter Biden sold five prints for $75,000 each, totaling $375,000.
The show drew ethics concerns over the fact that President Biden's embattled nominee for U.S. ambassador to India, Eric Garcetti, attended the show.
Garcetti ultimately was confirmed by the Senate in March after the White House stood by him for almost two years, including during criticism from fellow Democrats about his handling of sexual harassment claims against the aide.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Okay.
House Republicans are investigating Hunter's prior business dealings with international businesses associates from countries such as China and the Ukraine, the totally straightest up of countries on Earth.
Also, none that have any potential conflict of interest with America.
Where his father held...
He expressed concern about Hunter Biden's artwork being a possible new avenue for influence peddling and money laundering.
That's right.
It went from the pay-to-play of the Clinton Foundation to the pay-to-play of Hunter Biden's artwork.
There is evidence that Joe Biden met with Hunter's associates from China, Mexico, Kazakhstan, Russia, and Ukraine during his vice presidency and in the years before he entered the White House.
The White House said in 2021 that Hunter Biden's art sales would be anonymous.
Yeah, my ass.
Look, you work in law long enough, you know that things don't even stay anonymous when they're supposed to be kept behind China walls.
Pun intended.
Then White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki said, we still do not know and will not know who purchases any paintings.
Bullshit.
Ethics experts scoffed at the purported anonymity of Hunter's art buyers.
Richard Painter, who was President George W. Bush's chief ethics lawyer, said buyers buy artwork to hang on the wall, not put in the closet, making anonymity essentially impossible to maintain.
The White House and Hunter Biden's legal team did not immediately respond to requests.
All right.
I said I shouldn't forget and I won't forget.
Everybody remember the artwork of Bill Clinton sitting in the house of Jeffrey Epstein?
Bill Clinton artwork.
Let me just pull it up.
There's nothing freaky about it.
There's nothing totally bizarre.
Here, let's just get this one up here.
There's nothing bizarre about it at all.
That's not the right one.
Yeah, let's share the window here.
You walk into Jeffrey Epstein's place and you see this on the wall.
Imagine you walk into Jeffrey Epstein's place and you see this on the wall.
You know what that means.
And I was listening to it was Joe Rogan and Duncan Duncan I'm not going to remember his name.
The stand-up comedian.
I forget his name now.
And they were talking about this.
And Rogan blew Duncan's mind.
He says, you walk into somebody's house and you see this, you know that they've got someone by the proverbial crumb.
When someone walks in and sees Hunter Biden's artwork in their house, they know who they owe the favor to.
They know what the game is.
When you walk into Epstein's house and you see...
A compromising painting of Bill Clinton, the President of the United States of America.
A bizarre compromising...
This is a trophy.
This is a trophy that says, we have something on you, and we own you.
And hanging up Hunter Biden's artwork in your house says the exact same thing.
You owe me a favor, because I bought this wonderful...
When I was growing up, my dad said, look, you need to live the life of an artist in order for your art to ever gain notoriety as an artist.
A lawyer, and I can tell you this from experience, taking the same picture as a struggling artist, that work, although it might be identical, will be perceived differently depending on who produced it.
Artwork, in order to gain notoriety, to gain value, it needs to be produced within the life of an artist, within the framework of an artist, within the struggles of an artist.
Someone doesn't just produce a piece and it becomes worth money overnight in the absence of a couple of external factors, one of which is the pay-to-play political influence penalty.
That is exactly what's going on with the Hunter Biden artwork.
Pay-to-play.
Pedopolitical influence.
And when everyone comes into your house and they see a nice hunter print on the wall, they know who you're friends with and they know who are friends with you.
Oh, here you go.
Art your pain, pain your art.
Because not to say that I could be a world-class photographer.
I think I could.
But nobody takes the artwork of a not-struggling, decent-life lawyer the same way they read into the artwork of a struggling...
On the street.
I don't know.
Well, Jackson Pollock later on in life actually achieved notoriety.
Who's the other guy from Quebec?
Louis Riopelle?
He also attained notoriety.
But you have to live the life of an artist.
Not the life of Hunter Biden, who all of a sudden overnight, as his dad makes his way to the White House, starts selling his artwork for sums that would make a starving artist salivate.
Okay.
Now, have I...
Oh my gosh.
Okay, good.
We're live on Locals and Rumble.
I forgot to check there.
What we're going to do now, I'd love it if Jason...
Let me check my Twitter DMs and see if Jason Levine is coming up.
And if he isn't...
Okay, I want to see if I can get Jason Levine up.
Well, Jason Levine will pop up to give us the update on Coots.
This is what we're going to do.
We're going to go over to Rumble, the free speech platform, and we're going to reward them for being what they are.
Let me just get the link.
Everybody who's on YouTube, come on over there.
That's where the party's going to be.
You know what's amazing?
Just having a good mic.
It takes me 10 minutes to set up now wherever I go.
I got my mic.
I got my LED light.
Just having a good mic.
Makes the difference.
It could be crappy video.
A good mic is so much better.
Oh, Levine's in the backdrop.
So you know what?
We're going to do this on both platforms.
The link is there, but let's give this as much exposure as humanly possible.
Jason, are you ready to come in?
Get ready for some screechy audio, people.
I'm predicting the audio on Jason's end.
Might be.
We're going to have to deal with it.
Sir, how goes the battle?
The battle is going interesting, Viva.
I've got to tell you, the information that we're getting and the procedures that we're going through is very unique.
I haven't seen stuff like this before.
It's been an interesting couple of days, I've got to tell you.
How much time do you have, just so I know if I have to rush through certain things?
As much as you need, Viva.
We're done for the day.
Perfect.
Your audio is actually not horrendous.
This is going to work well.
Your audio, oddly enough, is better than the audio to the later half of my interview with Tamara Leach.
It got a little interference.
Okay.
You make jokes, but nothing's beyond anything anymore.
And Jeremy McKenzie's a Fed, so who...
Who knows what's going on?
Okay, we might talk about this.
I know you don't like to get into the gossip of the interwebs.
Jason, you rock, class act.
Let everybody know who you are if they did not see our stream from last Friday or the one from Monday morning.
Sure.
I'm an independent journalist in Alberta.
I have a podcast.
I do it twice a day.
And for the last month or so, I've been covering exclusively every morning the coups-force situation, trying to find out what's going on and get the information that isn't out there.
And I'm now in Lethbridge, in front of the courthouse here, and I've been sitting through the court from Monday all the way through Wednesday today, and I'll be here all the way through Friday, covering the matters and bringing it out to the people in a proper way, because we want to be sensitive to any publication bans that apply here.
We're making sure we do it in a proper way.
And there are publication bans on certain elements.
Do you, I mean, I guess you can mention or specify on what the publication bans, to what they relate?
Yeah, for sure.
So the publication ban that's in effect right now, the full one, the defense publication ban that got put in at the very beginning, which covered the information inside of these ITOs, or information to obtain.
These are documents that are used to get warrants.
So very early, the information in these documents were very, very...
Difficult to read because they were no evidence.
It was just information that was really harsh against the men.
And the defense decided that for the fairness of justice and to make sure the jury selection wasn't tainted, this information was put under a publication ban.
Everything else was allowed.
And now a publication ban means it cannot be published, but it doesn't mean it can't be obtained.
So there are people, people could basically find this information on their own if they were so inclined, but they can't publish it because the idea is you don't want to taint the jury pool.
Well, that's an interesting question, Viva, because I'm not quite sure.
I've never gotten a copy of an unredacted version of these ITOs, so the only thing I've ever gotten my hands on are the redacted ones, which are the ones that you can use because the redaction portion is the publication ban in effect.
The rest of it is not.
I do understand that there's been some media that reported on these ITOs early.
Very early before the ban, and that information's out, so there may be copies out.
I don't have those copies.
No, good, and even if the copies are out there, I'm not one to say, oh, well, someone else did it.
I'm not taking any chances because they don't even need an excuse.
Okay, so we don't need to go over the 30,000-foot overview of the Coots 4. I've talked about it now.
At least in the last week, everybody who's been watching will know about it.
Sure.
Coots 4 have been detained for going on now damn near two years.
They haven't gotten a trial date.
They've been systematically denied bail.
What were the pending proceedings this week, and what's the status of where they are now?
Well, the proceedings this week that I can kind of update you on was yesterday the Crown asked for another publication ban.
So this is the Crown asking for a publication ban.
And this would be on information that is contained in this sealed envelope that we spoke about, which is why we're here this week.
Because on June 29th, there was a sealed envelope that contains information that caused the Crown to be recused from this matter.
So now this week, what we're going through is we're trying to figure out whether or not the judge can open up that sealed envelope, read the contents of it.
And go ahead and act on it.
The challenge at this point is a client solicitor privilege of this information.
The Crown is claiming that it's under client solicitor privilege.
So for the last two days, we've really been arguing whether or not client solicitor privilege applies and whether or not it can be pierced.
We started yesterday off with that publication ban on those items.
So what the Crown was asking for was the information in that sealed envelope, if open and presented in court, they want a ban on that publication of that information.
And the decision that the judge makes on that information, they want a publication ban on that.
Unfortunately for the Crown, they didn't do the process properly, they didn't post things properly, they didn't notify people properly.
So currently, they didn't, well, other than just now, so I'll get to that in a second, but yesterday they were denied that publication ban, and then we continued.
At the end of the day, they brought it back up, so there's a temporary publication ban in effect for tomorrow and after if this information is unsealed and if there is a decision.
So going on tomorrow, if this comes out, I won't be able to talk about the contents of that envelope or the decision from the judge.
But you'll know whether or not we're continuing with this trial or not, what the decision was.
Because from my understanding, it might end the trial.
Now, we're going to back it up a little bit because this might confuse people.
I just kicked a dog.
Sorry, Winston.
He went under the table.
You just confessed.
Okay, so there was a publication ban on certain information from the beginning.
Not on the bulk of it, but at certain details, and you could probably, people can piece that together if they go out and just read enough about it.
The bottom line, the men were accused of or charged with conspiracy to commit murder, the whole cache of weapons that they found, etc.
Just recently, there was an issue of, and I think I'm quoting from what the judge said, gross prosecutorial misconduct.
That is in this case, correct?
Prosecutorial misconduct, yes.
I don't know about gross.
I've seen some notes that he didn't say gross, but he certainly said prosecutorial misconduct.
But we have some new terms that came out yesterday I'd like to update you on.
But do we have any details as to what the prosecutorial misconduct might pertain to?
No, that's the part that's sealed.
So we don't actually know what that is.
And I know nothing.
I know nothing.
If it's right, it's only because I can put things together.
If they're talking about prosecutorial misconduct and they want to seal on certain information or a publication ban, I presume it's going to have to do with methods or it's going to have to do with...
Exculpatory evidence that the Crown failed or neglected to turn over.
That's what my best guesses would be.
Well, through the arguments, we kind of got a bit of an idea of what it might be.
It was advice.
They were arguing about whether or not it's legal advice or just general advice, because that matters for client solicitor privilege.
But this advice caused the police, it was advice to the police, the RCMP, to take action.
What was described to us, which we can't talk about, are the police were doing some actions.
They came to the Crown and asked a question.
The Crown gave an answer to them.
Then they did a 180.
This was the term used.
And then went ahead and violated charter rights.
So we don't know what the question was.
We don't know what the answer was.
And we don't know what it's pertaining to.
But this is information that did come out.
That the police asked a question, the RCMP.
They got an answer from Steve Johnston.
And then they did a 180.
Who's Steve Johnston?
Steve Johnson is the deputy crown, so the lead crown for this matter, and he's the one that's been recused, so he's not here anymore.
He did appear for a brief moment at the end of the day via video, because something else happened that I'm going to have to get to in a moment with you.
He's been recused means he's been pulled from the prosecution.
Correct.
He's been pulled from the prosecution on consent, so the Crown's office consented to that refusal as well.
I guess it'd be less embarrassing than debating it and losing.
I think the debate or argument would have brought forward too much information, possibly.
It's an illusory victory, as far as I'm concerned, because take out the prosecutor.
The new one doesn't need to be told what to do.
It's like you're swapping the devil you know for the devil you know, which is going to be just a replacement of the devil you know.
So, gross misconduct.
And now, as far as the bases of the accusations go...
As far as we know, and this is all public, we talked about it already, there's no recordings, no text messages that we know of.
What there seems to be is discussions that were deliberately not recorded involving the police?
Yeah, we're not sure what happened there.
So we do know that the only information from the undercover officers is written statements and verbal...
Testimony.
There's no recording of anything that they did.
We don't know if there ever was one.
We have to assume that there isn't one because that would be a violation as well.
But at this stage, there's no recordings of the interactions.
These are all testimony and written statements from two offices.
And that's, where was it that we were talking?
And I remember hearing someone else talk about it, that they meet, and then you go take notes afterwards.
Oh, it was on the Monday morning stream with Donald Best.
And Donald Best is like, yeah, you have police who apparently were young, attractive females meeting with these guys, maybe over a beer or three, and then go down after the meeting and write down their notes about what they said, and that's the basis, apparently, of the...
Right, right.
Anybody who's been through a class or something like that, taking your notes at the end is not really the most effective way to get all the accurate information.
Taking your notes at the time is not the best because if you're taking notes to incriminate, I'd rather have a recording so I know what actually happened, not yourself serving.
Okay, now, what was I just about to say a second ago?
I do have quite a bit of information from yesterday that kind of changes things for you.
Okay, please, go for it.
Yeah, so during the arguments of the defense, they opened their arguments by talking about client-solicitor privilege and the different ways to pierce it.
If I may stop you there, just so people also understand that.
This is solicitor-client privilege between the Crown and their counsel, not between the defendants.
So oddly enough, it's going to sound peculiar to people who are out there saying, how's their solicitor-client privilege?
Between the Crown, but there is.
So, just so everybody understands that context.
They expanded on that today, so I actually understand a little bit more what they mean by that.
So, they're actually calling Stephen Johnson the lawyer, and they're calling the Crown's office the client.
So, this is how they're setting that up.
So, if there's a violation there, it's between, or if there's privilege there, it's between the Crown's office itself as the client, the one receiving advice, and then Steve Johnson's the one giving the advice as the lawyer.
Now, there is some more information and some new terms that came out yesterday.
So the defense, as they were laying out the envelope or piercing the veil, they showed how in Canada, as low as a civil torque and as high as a criminal activity, these are valid reasons to pierce the veil.
And what they were showing or telling us is they now are accusing Steve Johnson of crime fraud.
So that's an actual legal term, crime fraud, and that is when a lawyer does something illegal and gives advice that causes somebody to break a law.
So crime fraud is a specific thing under the law here, and it means exactly that a lawyer gave advice that caused somebody else to commit a crime.
So that term's been used now, and it's also been referred to as unlawful and prosecutorial misconduct.
This is going to work its way into, I presume, at some point.
Touch wood.
If these charges get dropped, like Jeremy McKenzie's, which we're going to get to, this is what malicious prosecution smells like.
I don't know if that term came out yesterday?
Not yet, but some better stuff came out today.
So I'm going to finish up yesterday and bring us into today.
And then at 2 o 'clock after we came back from lunch adjournment...
Out of the blue, there was a new magic affidavit that came out of the Crown's office.
The Crown provided an affidavit from someone else in their office who's King's Council.
So in Canada, this is a high standard for King's Council.
And this King's Council provided an affidavit giving an opinion that the material that they're talking about here is client solicitor privilege.
So we have to argue, or the defence has to then argue whether or not this was an admissible piece of document, this affidavit.
We ended the day yesterday with an adjournment early to allow the defense to prepare arguments today to argue whether or not it was admissible.
And then that brought us to this morning with the first argument for that.
Stop there.
The it is admissible being the new affidavit?
The new affidavit, which is meant to...
What's the date?
Do you know the date of the new affidavit?
Is it yesterday?
That's interesting.
So, at the time, we didn't get that information.
Today, we did.
It was done within a couple hours before presenting.
Can you believe that?
I want everybody to understand how patently absurd that is.
This case has been, the charges have been laid.
Damn near two years ago.
And they're filing an affidavit to cover their asses in real time, hours before they present it.
Just go.
They go to the office.
They throw together an emergency affidavit to say, here's why what we did wasn't illegal.
I don't know what it says, I'm presuming.
And then they sign it and then serve it on the defendants and say, here, deal with this now.
That's phenomenal.
Right, right.
So this morning, the first part of the day, we had the defense arguments around this.
And they argued it was too late.
It would be paramount to reopening the Crown's arguments.
And it was not material.
So they brought all three of those arguments up with case law as well.
And then the Crown argued for a little bit about all of those.
But the strongest argument that the Crown presented was the seniority of the lawyer should give him enough credibility to go ahead and have this put in place.
The judge did not agree.
So the judge did not allow it to be immiscible and did throw it out.
We still believe that the Crown was successful because we believe the Crown was attempting to stall things.
There was no good material in this affidavit.
It was nothing more than just getting a note from your friend that you're a good person, which carries no weight in these kind of proceedings.
Now, I don't know criminal procedure all that well at all.
In civil law, you would get to depose the affiant.
Was there any discussion to say, bring the person who signed the affidavit so we can ask them questions as to why it's only now that they're filing this?
That's an interesting question.
The judge asked that, and the answer he received was, we don't need to, or along the lines, we don't want to.
And that was from the Crown.
That's bullcrap.
Why was it not a testimony instead of an affidavit?
And that was the answer for that.
And so the essence of that affidavit, did you get to see that affidavit?
No, but they did talk about it, and it was just an opinion that from within the office that somebody looked at some of the information and said this is client's social equipment.
And it turned out that, as argued with the judge, the judge himself pointed out in the affidavit, that they called it an advisory opinion, not legal opinion.
And because of that, the judge said this is not even a legal opinion.
So it carries no weight.
And even if he found it was admissible, it would have no weight in his decisions anyways.
So on all those grounds, he decided it was not admissible.
So you just wasted two hours arguing about an affidavit?
Yeah, three hours in a day.
So we're now into the next day on an affidavit that was moot from the beginning.
We all knew that.
It was nothing more than just a note from your friend that said you're a good guy in legalese.
So the motions for this week are to...
It was the Crown's motion to seal some evidence?
No, defense.
So the defense found some unredacted information that is really damning against the Crown.
Oh, hold on.
It's the defense's motion to unseal.
The defense found information and put it into a sealed envelope.
Oh, here's a piece of information you should know.
So the Law Society of Alberta is involved because when the defense found this...
Privileged information, or potentially privileged information, they started to work with the Law Society of Alberta to ensure that they went through all the proper procedures to provide it to the court in a sealed envelope, provide the information to the Crown.
There's an entire procedure when client solicitor privilege is suspected, and that has to be a decision on it.
So all of that happened through the Law Society, and according to the Crown today, there's been no errors with that.
The Defence has done a good job of making sure we're following that.
So the arguments weren't really about whether or not the defense could do this.
The question is only at this point whether or not the privilege can be pierced.
So we had lots of good arguments about that today as well.
And so what ended up happening today?
Interestingly enough, there's something at the end of here that we're not sure about.
I did speak to one of the lawyers off the record and he couldn't really tell me what happened.
But after lunch, when we came back, the very beginning, first thing that happened was...
The Crown and the defense team, the entire team, assistants and all, left the court and went to a room for 20 minutes to have a discussion.
So we're not sure what the discussion was about, but we do know that when they came back, they continued.
The speculation is a deal was offered and it was rejected, but we don't have that information.
I was going to say, it's like they're not going to offer as a deal to drop the charges because I don't even think the defendants would accept that.
And so they're going to try to say, well, agree to something so that we all save face here.
But this might be one of those situations where no face deserves to be saved by the Crown.
Yeah, absolutely.
And the Crown really, I've got to be honest, did not do very good arguments.
A lot of the arguments were keeping a seal.
Where things like privilege is a really, really high standard and we really shouldn't be piercing it unless it's life and death type of thing or it's going to prove innocence, that kind of thing.
But the judge wasn't buying that because privilege can be pierced during civil matters as well.
So the judge himself kept bringing up the fact that, no, you can pierce a veil for many different reasons.
It doesn't have to be the ultimate standard.
In fact, it seemed like the Crown was trying to put the standard of piercing up above beyond all reasonable doubt.
Which is a very high standard in itself.
But that argument didn't very much wait.
It didn't seem like at all.
And during those arguments, it did seem like the judge was hinting to the Crown, you're not going to win this.
You're not going to win this.
So we think that's why that conversation was prompted after lunch.
Because before that is when it was not looking good at all for the Crown.
And I'll bring this up.
Brad Raymond says, Viva, whatever happened to transparency, there's nothing about this case that requires transparency.
That's the bottom line.
Yeah, let me touch on that.
So I started today by noticing there was nobody in the accredited media box today.
So the first today, Monday and Tuesday, there was a gentleman sitting in the accredited media box doing some live tweeting.
That gentleman wasn't here today.
So I started the day today asking the court whether or not I could be that live tweeter because there is nobody in that courtroom who's doing any of that.
Unfortunately, at first, the...
Clerk said, "Are you accredited?" And I said, "I'm not." And the clerk said, "No, you can't." But fortunately for me, I did read the Alberta laws and rules around this, and it is up to the judge's decision, and they can allow anybody they want to do that.
So I did push a little bit harder, and the clerk went and spoke to the judge.
Unfortunately, the judge did uphold the decision to not allow me to live-tweet, but I'm allowed to live-tweet in the hallway.
So that's what I've been doing today.
First of all, it's amazing, Jason.
How is this as far as an experience goes?
This is just another day for me because I'm a seeker of the truth and this is where I'm going to find it.
But yeah, I'm kind of experienced in talking to the court.
I'm a paralegal from Ontario, so I had no issue speaking to the court.
And when you look around and there is no accredited at all, so there's nobody reporting on this, I thought it would be prudent to go ahead and try and find out if I could be that person.
So yeah, I did have to jump out and go to the hallway.
I would have pushed harder on the live tweet.
See, I am accredited.
I'm a paralegal.
I'm an accredited paralegal.
Now, just accredit me here and on the spot.
I did want to try and use the argument that I identify as accredited media, but I didn't know if that would work today.
I don't even know what accredited media is.
I mean, you just have to fill out some forms online and be reputable, I guess.
Yeah, accredited means, and I've looked into it, I'm not going to be doing it.
You need to be an organization approved by the government.
So in that fact alone, I'm not interested.
And you haven't seen, have you seen Ezra Levant or Rebel Media there?
I know they were there yesterday, but were they there today?
So I'm going to be very careful with that conversation, because if you take a look at my Twitter, there's been some action around that.
But there was no gentleman in the accredited box today, no.
Okay.
And I'm not trying to pick fights or start fights.
It's just...
No, no, no.
I'm going to be careful because there's a very litigious person involved in this.
So we'll leave that back.
Okay.
Now, do we have...
So what else is there that you haven't mentioned that we should know?
Let me just take a quick look at my notes here.
But abuse of process came up as another problem.
And the defense made a statement that really caught my attention.
That if this was only a charter issue, I would understand, but this is much more than a charter issue.
And a charter issue that they were hinting at was search and seizure of our charter, so Section 8, so they were talking about whether or not Section 8 was violated.
But the defense did make it clear today that we've got a bigger problem than just a charter issue.
Now, something interesting happened at the end of the day that we're not quite sure about, because as the judge himself said, he's being very cryptic when he was speaking about it.
But all of a sudden, the Department of Justice's name came up in relation to Stephen Johnston, and something else that came out all of a sudden.
We don't know about this.
So what ended up happening was there was an adjournment until tomorrow.
Stephen Johnston came on the screen and he was told to be prepared to be called, possibly.
But something to do with the Department of Justice is now involved.
And there's a matter that's very serious dealing with Stephen Johnston.
We don't have more details about that right now.
One can only hope.
You know, this is my issue with this.
The accusations are very serious and some people point that out.
But that does not mean that they're absolutely not horseshit.
Knowing the evidence as it currently stands and what it's based on, the accusations could be very serious.
They could have manufactured some very serious accusations against Pat King as well.
I think they tried.
So it's not the seriousness of the accusations, but rather the seriousness of the evidence, which has not yet been tested in court.
Yeah, the judge even brought up today, we have no exhibits at all right now at this stage.
So he actually commented on that, that some of the stuff should be exhibits at this point, and they're not.
So the Crown has apologized and they're going to start putting some stuff into exhibits.
Apologizing?
This is their flipping job.
There's no apologizing for not having done your job.
Yeah, it's been actually disappointing to see how bad the office has been governing themselves and the mistakes that they're making.
For example, the media or the publication ban they were trying to do, one of the things they had to do was just post it in the lobby of the courthouse.
They failed to do that.
They had to send it to the accredited media list.
They failed to do that.
So there's just weird, odd things that the office is just, I don't know, disorganized, disheveled, but they're just doing...
Things are just out of place here.
It's kind of weird, because I do have faith in the legal system, and I do want the prosecution's office to do a good job, but they're dropping a lot of balls, and it's just odd, in my opinion.
I cannot affirm with equal certainty that I have faith in the system anymore.
I know, I know, but look, I'm trying to repair the system, and I don't think we have another solution, but we definitely got a lot of information in the last few days, and I believe there's some things that may lead to new law.
I could get into more of that a little bit later in the week, but we've seen some things that I think Alberta should be taking a look at when it comes to legislation around the justice system here.
Well, I mean, this would be federal, I think, in any event, in terms of legislation, but if they can only...
Just enforce their existing malicious prosecution.
To the extent that it is malicious prosecution, we'll see.
But nothing of this procedure makes any sense.
Nothing of this process makes any sense except the degree to which it doesn't make sense because 500 and some odd days behind bars in remand, by the way.
Not in jail where you have more privileges than in remand.
Well, let me leave you with one more quote from the judge at the end of the day, because we're not quite sure what happened.
They left the room, they had a conversation, they came back, and they all were talking very cryptic.
But the judge made this line, if my eyes are looking big, that's because they are.
That's what I refer to as a judicial spanking, in as much as they can come in the most polite form.
Translation, what the hell is going on, prosecution?
How did the four men look?
Are they there in person?
Oh, yeah, they're doing good.
While Tony is a little malnourished, he's got an issue with his gut.
It's something he's always had.
He needs probiotics.
And unfortunately, because he was moved from where he normally stays, the probiotics were in that court or in that remand.
Even though we brought some new probiotics for him to this court, because this is where he physically is, they won't administer that.
So there's an emergency application just to get him his probiotics today.
All right.
When can we go live again, Jason?
I'm happy to do whenever I can, unless we're in session, because I really want to capture that information.
There's no question.
Are you the only person there now?
I am.
I'm the only person there doing this right now.
During our stream, did I ask, are you married kids?
Happily married with two kids, eight and six, homeschooled, homestead.
So you're away from your wife and your two kids.
On the road in Lethbridge.
Well, lucky for us, I did bring them with me.
They're not in court.
So they get to go to the water park yesterday.
They went to Trampoline Park.
They're enjoying themselves while they're in Lethbridge.
That's phenomenal.
That makes travel bearable for those who don't have kids.
Some people might not be able to understand it entirely.
Traveling alone when you have a family at home is a very lonely thing.
Yeah, but I do want to remind your audience, there's seven children involved with these four men.
Three of them have children, so there's seven children.
So my children at Trampoline Park, they're good.
I'm here for the men.
Jason, we'll do it again whenever possible.
I'll see what my driving schedule is tomorrow.
And Friday, I'll be live with Gadsat at 2.30, so we can do it before or we can do it after, depending on what's good for you.
Yeah, you send me a link, and when I can, I'll jump on it.
Amazing.
Tell everyone where they can find you, and I'll put the link in after.
Sure.
I'm on Rumble, YouTube, Twitter as JasonLevineMP, and I do stream every morning, so I'll be talking about this tomorrow morning at 6am Mountain Time, 8am Eastern.
I'm about to go live at 6pm Mountain Time, 8pm Eastern, to do a recap of the entire day today as well.
So you can find me daily doing these streams.
And that is Levine, like Avril Levine, L-A-V-I-G-N-E, and not Levine, like Adam Levine, L-A-V-I-N.
Yeah, I do want to correct the record.
You're right, it's L-A-V-I-G-N-E, but Avril's like me.
I am older.
All right.
We'll do it.
Jason, we'll be in touch.
Thank you very much, Viva.
You have a great day.
You too.
God bless.
Bye-bye.
Well, that's amazing.
Okay, that's the news from Lethbridge.
Now what we're going to do here is we're going to go now over to Rumble.
I'm almost done.
Go watch it.
Okay.
Now the kid wants...
We're going to pull out a tooth tonight.
Oh, you know what we're going to do?
We'll ask the internet how we should pull it out.
Okay.
He's got a loose tooth.
We're going to pull out the tooth.
Everybody head on over to Rumble now.
We're going to carry on with the remaining discussion on Rumble.
Then we're going to go over to Locals.
I'll take some questions there, and maybe, maybe we'll pull out the tooth live on Locals.
That might be good.
Jason Levine, check him out, and I'll put the links in after the stream is over.
Ending on YouTube, going over to Rumble, then to Locals.
So let's do this.
Gosh darn, that was my problem.
End on YouTube.
3, 2, 1, now.
All right, we're on Rumble, people.
We're looking good.
First comprehensive update.
On political crimes from Lethbridge.
That is from Wahatonin.
String in a doorknob, says Gordon Shaw.
That's cliché.
What I like to say, I made a video about this back in the day before the world went crazy and I was making Casey Neistat nice movies.
What are our assets right now?
We have two dogs.
We have a coffee maker.
We have, I don't know, a microphone and a loose tooth.
We can make something happen tonight.
The string on the door is old school.
I think we're going to have a doggy tug of war to pull the tooth.
But I don't even know if we have dental floss.
Alright, whatever.
Let me see if...
Oh, so hold on.
I want to read some of the chats.
I should have read them on both Rumble and YouTube.
There's some chats, people.
Some Rumble Rants in the Rumble section.
Scroll down here.
That's Jason.
Okay.
Elijah Fire.
Is that Elijah Fire?
Elijah Fire, I'm reading that right, says, Don't go back to Canada, Viva.
Not until we reclaim our...
I don't know if I'm going to get in trouble.
Our you public.
Then we will make Canada our 53rd state.
USA rumble flag, USA.
Thank you very much, by the way.
That's a $10 rumble rent.
Finboy Slick says, Well, you've mentioned your hair and good looks enough already to earn yourself a mullet again.
Hope you don't mind too much.
My hair was so knotted the other day.
I was scared at how much I brushed out of it.
So I'm going to have to make sure I don't ruin my hair.
Raging Dissident, who I think might be the Jeremy McKenzie.
I'm not sure.
It's all bullshit and always was.
We have maintained our innocence and story from day one.
Ezra was given the story in February 2022 and buried it deliberately.
Now he champions anti-hate talking points fraud.
That is Raging Dissident's opinion.
Thank you for the super chat.
Wahatonin.
That is Wahatonin says, Jeremy, boom, and then we got Hutchie from the Tooth Fairy for the little man.
Thank you very much.
Five bucks.
I'll tell him afterwards.
Okay, let me bring this out now.
I don't want to get into the gossip.
I don't want to get into the gossip.
I do not think Jeremy McKenzie is a Fed.
And if he's a Fed, because anything is possible, my goodness, he's the worst Fed on the face of the planet.
Typically, you know, the Feds...
This is a question that I would ask anybody who would make the accusation of the statement.
A Fed can have a multiple slew of different meanings.
Always was a Fed, agent provocateur, as many suspect Ray Epps was, or a Fed as in started off authentic and then got co-opted by the Feds, or a Fed as in...
Cut a deal and threw his brothers and sisters under the bus.
Three variations that I would like to know in what sense the term is being used.
When one looks at what is a stereotypical accusation of a Fed, Ray Epps, for example.
Ray Epps, the only man who wasn't arrested or charged, despite all video evidence, not only was Ray Epps not charged for his role in, as he himself said to his nephew in a text message after January 6th, orchestrating.
I orchestrated it.
He said.
On video the night before saying, we need to go into the Capitol, gets called a Fed then.
The day of, directing people, our problems lie inside the Capitol.
Our problems lie inside the Capitol.
hold on one second.
Kid wants to take a tooth.
Ray Epps saying, we need to go inside the Capitol.
That's where our problems lie.
The day of.
The day of breaching a fence, charging police.
When he doesn't get charged, when he not only doesn't get charged, he was on the FBI's most wanted list for an extended period of time, then removed.
No charges.
And not only that, he becomes the Democrat, I'm sorry, the bipartisan committee's best friend.
Just some poor schmuck, according to Jamie Raskin.
Just some poor schmuck whose life has been ruined.
According to the other guy there, Kinzinger, a hero.
When he's not only not charged, but praised and lauded as a hero.
Then you can start suspecting that he might be a Fed or have some ties where he was an agent provocateur stirring up shit that he himself never got held accountable for or even charged with.
Jeremy McKenzie, if he's a Fed, he's the worst one on earth because he got arrested, detained, solitary confinement, faced a slew of bogus charges, debanked.
Unless all of that, unless the accusation is all of that is a lie as well.
He was never debanked.
He was never arrested.
He was never detained.
His testimony that he gave during the POEC when he was in jail emaciated.
He looked like an emaciated Bob Odenkirk.
Unless all of that was staged.
I don't know.
But all that to say, I don't get into that stuff.
That's my thoughts on the 30,000 foot overview.
The important thing.
His charges, at least one set of charges, dropped.
Karima Sad.
Everyone should follow Karima as well.
I like Karima.
And I know it upsets some people on the left that I like Karima.
But I will judge myself based on the enemies I have made in life, people.
Karima Sad tweeting, live tweeting, when was it?
Two days ago?
Yeah, it was Monday.
Careless use of firearm charges against Jeremy McKenzie have been withdrawn.
JM entered into a common law peace bond.
That basically means no admission of guilt.
He agrees to abide by certain terms, but there's no admission of guilt, and the Crown drops the charges.
Now, just so I can actually give Karima the full blast of...
What's the word I'm looking for?
Exposure?
I just want everybody to know she wrote a nice review on this, and I'll share the link with everybody here.
In Rumble and on Locals.
Here we go, Boon Shakalaka.
Locals, we're coming here afterwards, so stick around.
Let's just briefly go over her summary, if I can find it.
I brought the window up, now I can't find it anymore.
It's called Crier Media.
Judge Hunter Biden, Matt Walsh.
Here we go, this is it.
Alright, so the prosecution of Jeremy McKenzie, peace bonds, possible political interference.
Go through the article.
It's fantastic.
And basically, it's alluding to the fact that there might have been some improprieties committed by the prosecution.
And, you know, the charges of...
What was the charge again?
Reckless, I think was the word.
Reckless firearm.
What was the charge?
Careless, sorry.
The charge of a careless use of a firearm is also a very serious charge.
You know, it can land people in jail for years.
And apparently the video...
That led to the charges of careless use of a firearm was Jeremy McKenzie, a 10-second clip of him holding a lawfully procured firearm, as far as I understand, apparently pretending to be drunk and pointing it up at the ceiling.
And, um...
Jeremy, if you have a lawyer, you might want...
That lawyer should be telling you, Jeremy, as your lawyer, may I suggest you not do stupid things, because even if they're not illegal, you don't give people excuses.
He posted this video, 10-second clip on social media.
He took it down.
The rumors, you know, began to spiral out of control.
He was drunk, pointing it at his friend's head, all this other stuff.
Careless use of a firearm is a very serious charge.
They dropped it.
He entered into a peace bond.
They dropped it.
So they dropped a very serious charge.
Apply that analogy, mutatis mutandis, to other very serious charges.
After they drag him through the mud, drag him to court, drag him to jail, Go to his house, seize his firearms, they drop the charges.
It's almost like the process is the punishment.
Or the process.
I don't know how people say that these days.
Port Hawkesbury case.
So there's a number of cases against Jeremy.
He's got the stalking case, protesting outside the doctor's house, for which only he and his girlfriend were arrested.
Careless use of a firearm.
The accusation was based on a video circulating on social media purportedly showing him brandishing a gun while drunk.
Based on the video, the RCMP got a search warrant from McKenzie's home in Pictou.
That led to additional dozen charges related to firearms.
The Pictou scheduled for November.
A trial was supposed to happen, Port Hawkesbury, over several days in July 2023, but it ended differently.
Instead...
Of the regular adversarial process, an agreement called a common law peace bond was reached.
The kind of bond that gives when someone...
They charge the crime, yada, yada, yada.
When McKinsey agreed to the peace bond, he didn't admit to any criminal actions or plead guilty.
However, he is required to...
It sounds like a pretrial diversion thing that we saw Jussie Smollett enter into.
No guilty plea, no nothing.
They withdraw the charges, but you agree to certain terms.
Keeping the peace, yadda yadda.
Hey, for someone who already keeps the peace, that's no skin off his back.
Then in the Dartmouth case, I think this one is the...
Yeah, this is it.
This is the protest case.
The Dartmouth case stems from McKenzie's alleged participation in a protest outside the home of Dr. Robert Strang.
Have you heard the Strangzathang, who is the chief medical officer of the province in late March 2022?
Although there were around a dozen people at the protest, only Mackenzie and Morgan, his girlfriend, were arrested.
They spent four days in custody before being released on BIP.
worst feds ever.
The conditions of release were strict and included a ban on protesting near elected officials'homes.
At the same time, the Nova Scotia legislature decided to quickly pass a law that makes protests near the homes of helicals.
Amazing, eh?
They couldn't pass one bloody law as relates to the public health emergency orders.
They did that through mandate through edicts.
But they could pass a law overnight.
Restricting one's ability to protest.
Now, I don't happen to believe in protesting outside doctors' homes.
I don't happen to believe in protesting outside hospitals.
That doesn't change the fact that they overnight passed a law that restricted and prohibited, or I should say, curtailed a constitutional right to protest outside public figures' houses, decision-makers, basically members of government, or members with political influence, people with political influence.
July 2023, McKenzie's defense team appeared in Dartmouth court.
They requested a disclosure order, which means they asked for access to specific information.
The purpose of the request was to obtain evidence of all communications between police, prosecutors, and government officials.
Let's see here.
there was some good part here.
The information requested is crucial for a couple of reasons.
Firstly, it could impact the crown's ability to prove Jeremy McKenzie's guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
Hey, where does this sound familiar?
There are credible allegations suggesting that there may have been an abuse of the legal process in handling his case.
When police, public officials, and prosecutors have private discussions about a specific case, it raises concerns about their independence being compromised.
Oh, where does that sound familiar, people?
Where does that sound familiar?
Oh, spoiler alert, the coots four.
Here, everybody, I'm going to give you that link one more time so you can go read that full article.
If he's a Fed, he's the worst Fed on Earth.
And I believe I know Jeremy in as much as I can know anybody who I have never met in person.
I believe Jeremy.
I actually believe that not only is Jeremy not a Fed, I believe he's a decent, innocent, well-meaning person who has become public enemy number one for reasons that are quite obvious, at least within the RCMP.
What might explain this Malicious treatment that Jeremy McKenzie arguably might be the victim of.
Nothing like blowing the lid off RCMP internal text messages, displaying a grotesque amount of insensitivity, and that's putting it mildly, corruption, if we're putting it bluntly.
So that's it.
That's what's going on with Jeremy.
So some good news on the Jeremy McKenzie front.
Some charges have been dropped because, you know, lo and behold, they might not have had the evidence to substantiate the very serious charges that they brought that they used to defame, besmirch Jeremy McKenzie, get him and his girlfriend debanked because Morgan has been debanked as well for no better reason than guilt by association in communist Canada.
Is that sassy enough, people?
Finboy Slick, $2.00.
FinboySlick $2hrumblehrant says, Jeremy exonerating proof the feds are incapable of memes.
Alright, what else?
We're an hour and ten minutes in.
Okay, so I have to be sensitive.
He's being very anxious.
He's on YouTube and I don't know what he's watching.
Okay, it's not bad what he's watching.
Alright, what else do we got?
Let me just see one thing here.
All right.
I think that's it for Canada.
Let me just make sure that that is indeed it for Canada.
Yeah, we should.
Okay, good.
That is it for Canada.
Matt Walsh, the Congressional Hearing.
Okay, this is what we started the show with.
It's rubbish.
We're going to get into something real good.
Oh, boy, oh, boy.
I wanted to do this with...
At the early stage, when we were talking about Hunter Biden, because it's not just, you know, you get your political favors for the artwork.
Corruption through and through.
Remember, like, being on the phone and having an impeachable conversation?
This is misconduct, allegedly.
This is allegations of supreme, supreme misconduct.
You've all seen A Clockwork Orange?
Supreme nastiness?
Yes, you've been up to some supreme nastiness.
You've been up to some supreme misconduct.
Allegedly, Hunter Biden's legal team...
Can you be quiet?
Listen to this.
From the Hill.
Judge says...
This is as Hunter Biden, speaking of, you know, feds or people getting...
Politically motivated, sweet deals that nobody else on earth gets, given the incriminating evidence out there.
You know, when you're a political prisoner, you get persecuted, prosecuted, jailed, despite evidence, in the absence of evidence, despite a dearth of evidence.
When you're politically connected, when you're the son of the vice president, you get sweetheart deals that nobody on God's green or blue earth, however you want to go about it, gets, despite the...
Massive amount of highly incriminating evidence.
Yeah, get out of here.
Go back to there.
Judge says Hunter Biden legal team apparently misrepresented identity to court clerk.
You know what misrepresented means?
Lie.
This is so bloody bad.
And I've known lawyers who have done this in real life.
Lie.
Call up the court.
Pretend to be the other party's counsel.
Listen to this.
The judge overseeing Hunter Biden's criminal case, just to make sure that we're in the same window here, we are, accused a member of his legal team of misrepresenting themselves to the clerk's office, an unusual development that has raised the possibility of sanctions.
Can you imagine Trump's lawyers getting disbarred, getting sued, getting prosecuted, persecuted?
Hunter Biden's lawyers allegedly called up the clerk's office and allegedly pretended to be the counsel for The other side, hold on.
Biden's lawyers insisted the debacle is a misunderstanding in court filings Tuesday night, saying they had not intentionally deceived anyone at the court.
Listen to this.
Oh, that's right.
They pretended to be lawyers for the committee investigating Hunter.
Sorry, I got confused because there's no defendant.
Hunter's the defendant.
The prosecution is, you know, trying to suck up a deal with Hunter.
The people who are investigating this...
Hunter Biden's lawyers allegedly called up and pretended to be the attorneys for the committee and asked for certain documents to be removed.
Listen to this.
At issue was an attempt by House Ways and Means Committee Chairman Jason Smith to block Biden's plea agreement because nobody deserves that plea agreement.
Nobody would ever get that plea agreement.
Remember, tax fraud.
Thelonious lying on an application for procurement of a firearm.
I had a Smith file documents on Tuesday urging the judge to consider recent testimony by the whistleblower who alleged Biden received press financial treatment.
No shit, Sherlock.
Earmuffs.
Court filings indicate that Jessica Bengals, an administrative staff member of Latham and Watkins, I think that was the law firm that was representing Twitter.
I have to double check that.
A firm representing Biden.
Called a member of the clerk's clerk just before noon Tuesday, seeking the document's removal from the public document, saying they contained secret details, including Social Security taxpayer and grand jury information.
But U.S. District Judge Norieka, who has overseen Biden's case, later suggested Bengals had pretended to call from the committee chairman's law firm.
Oh, this is Kevin Kleinsmith level badness, but not quite as bad because Kevin Kleinsmith actually falsified evidence.
Slap on the wrist.
Retroactive disbarment, he's back to practicing law and the hero of the left.
Noreka, looks like Ricada a little bit, Noreka ordered Biden's attorneys to submit in writing why they shouldn't be sanctioned.
That's an order to show cause.
Why should I not hold you in contempt of court, sanction you for egregious improper conduct?
It appears that the caller misrepresented her identity and who she worked for in an attempt to improperly convince the clerk's office to remove the amicus materials from the docket, she said.
Okay.
A Trump appointee.
They've got to mention that.
Responding to her order, Biden said there was no misrepresentation.
The matter under consideration appears to stem from an unfortunate and unintentional miscommunication.
Oh yeah, when they said, who do you work for?
We lied.
Excuse me, I'm choking on the bullshit.
It's unbelievable.
Attached to the letter was a declaration from Bengals written under penalty of perjury in which Bengals said she first called a clerk named Julia to ask for guidance as to the procedures for restricting access to private information.
Upon being asked by the clerk, Bengals said she provided the name of her law firm during the call and indicated the documents were filed by attorney, which represents the Republican committee chairman.
Bengals said that she was completely confident she did not pretend to call from the other firm, although the second employee did not ask about who Bengals worked for.
Okay, whatever.
Okay, then we get into the plea deal, which we all know, but I just want to see this.
Lethen Watkins Twitter.
Ugh, no, hold on.
I want to make sure, because we just covered that law firm about Twitter.
Peter Musk.
I don't know.
Okay, I don't know if the lawsuit that we just covered was that for a minute.
It doesn't matter.
That's what's going on with Hunter Biden, people.
You get a sweetheart deal and then allegedly you call up the court.
Pretending to be the counsel for the committee investigating you.
We don't want the public to see these documents.
Apparently, the judge has also refused to accept the plea deal.
There's going to be further representations on that.
It would be too outrageous if it weren't entirely plausible in the day and age in which we currently live.
All right, we're going to end on Rumble with this story, and it's not funny, and it's tragic, and it's upsetting.
It's stomach-turning.
You've all heard the news, and again, yeah, hey, these things just seem to be happening with more and more frequency.
LeBron James' 18-year-old son, Bronny, suffered cardiac arrest while practicing.
And we'll get into the video afterwards, but...
These things have happened in the past.
I think it was Patrick Bet-David who put out a very thoughtful tweet on the subject.
He said, these things have happened in the past, and he gave a few examples.
They seem to be happening slightly more often now.
And people are being demonized for asking the obvious questions.
And I replied to Patrick Bet-David, I said, these things used to happen in the past.
They were infrequent, they were tragic, and they were fully investigated.
I mean, my mother's a neurotic woman and she might have contributed a little bit to my neuroses.
I remember growing up and hearing every single case in the news of a young kid who died of cardiac arrest while playing football or training or whatever.
Heat stroke.
They were training too hard on a hot day.
Full investigation.
How did it happen?
How does this type of tragedy come to me?
Now, they've almost become so common, at least in the news, occurring among...
Public figures so they cannot be ignored.
They seem to be more common and not investigated whatsoever.
And not only not not investigated.
Not only not investigated.
Outright covered up.
You remember that tragedy?
Sean Hartman?
Government ignores it?
Nope.
Sweep it under the rug.
We don't want to know.
And you have to have the father himself, Dan Hartman.
The father himself, Dan Hartman.
Getting his own answers by his own experts who confirm what everybody suspected, but what the government said.
No, that's not the case.
No correlation.
Move on.
Trista Martin.
Same deal.
They're happening more and more frequently, and there's less and less investigation.
And not only that, people who ask the questions are being demonized.
Elon Musk is using the tragedy of yet another young male suffering cardiac issues suddenly, unexpectedly.
Doctors are baffled.
He's seizing on that opportunity to spread anti-vax conspiracy theory.
Oh, what's that anti-vax conspiracy theory?
That the risk of myocarditis in young men is exponentially higher than in other demographics?
And that the risk of adverse events is something like 1 in 800?
It's not a conspiracy theory, you jackasses.
It's actually now, at this point in time, confirmed fact, whether or not it was related to this case, whether or not it's what occurred here.
It's not conspiracy theory entertainment to ask the obvious questions.
We cannot ascribe everything to the vaccine, but by the same token, we cannot ascribe nothing.
The Twitter owner wrote almost immediately after the news broke.
And then you got the tragic news.
He suffered cardiac arrest.
During a practice that spread conspiracy theories about the COVID-19 vaccine.
Ugh, how do I get out of these stupid ads?
Useless, unusable website.
Rolling Stone.
You suck, Rolling Stone.
We ask for respect and privacy for the James family, and we will update media when there is more information.
LeBron and Savannah wish to publicly send their deepest thanks and appreciation to everybody who helped.
Attempts to link cardiac incidents to COVID vaccines wildly misread.
Attempts to link cardiac incidents to COVID vaccines wildly misrepresent the actual findings of research and medical professionals.
According to the American Heart Association, besides being extremely rare, the overall risk of myocarditis inflammation of the heart muscle is substantially higher immediately after being infected with COVID-19 than in the weeks following the vaccination.
Well, do you know what compounded risks are, you dumbasses?
I'm sorry.
Do you know what compounded risks are?
We now know that despite what Joe Biden said, Rachel Maddow said, Fauci said, that the vaccine is going to stop you from getting infected.
We now know that that's not the case.
Not only does the vaccine not prevent you from getting infection, the vaccine carries a risk of myocarditis.
One in 5,000, according to Kian Moore of Ontario.
A very small risk.
One in 5,000 for young, healthy men.
That's not little.
That's not low.
Okay, let's just operate on the basis that COVID infection can cause myocarditis.
To the extent that the jab also carries the risk of causing myocarditis, one in 5,000, very minor, and it doesn't prevent infection.
And then the actual disingenuous fallback argument is that, well, if you get the jab, it will reduce your risks of getting myocarditis from a COVID infection.
If COVID infection...
Causes or carries a risk of myocarditis.
And the jab carries a risk of myocarditis.
And the jab does not prevent from COVID infection.
You know what you have there?
Compounded risks, people.
Yet Musk alone was not alone.
Fox News host Martha McCallum repeatedly questioned Turgess regarding the validity of the link between vaccinations and increased rates of heart failure while referencing Musk's tweet.
Okay, fine.
People see these situations and it does raise questions about the vaccine because we saw some of you what we talked about happened in young individuals.
Is it true that we're seeing more of this than we did prior to the vaccine?
You might want to just go watch some Dr. John Campbell assessments of the stats.
Nishewat responded that cardiomyopathy was far more common in someone like Brawny James than myocarditis and reiterated that testing was required to determine an actual cause.
McCallum continued to press Nishwam.
And you know what's amazing?
I've had this discussion with smart people.
If there's an immediate reaction, the proximity is too close.
It can't be related.
If it happens six months down the line, two years down the line, it's too far away.
It can't be related.
It's an amazing thing.
All roads lead to ultimate denial.
Oh, Jeremy McKenzie is in the house.
I didn't see it there.
All right.
Before we bring in Jeremy, and we're going to end with this, let me just...
We're almost done.
I'm almost done.
Take this.
Take this.
Go.
Play with this.
Before we do that, I'm going to bring in Jeremy in one second.
I'm just going to...
Don't say it out loud.
I'm going to say my passcode out loud here.
I know you don't know this.
Okay, go.
I'll just end with this one video.
Here.
This is LeBron James, and I believe it was 2021.
We'll end with this, and then we'll bring Mackenzie in.
When it comes down, for me, I can speak about myself.
I think everyone has their own choice to do what they feel is right for themselves and their family and things of that nature.
I know...
That I was very skepticism about it all.
Don't make fun of the language, guys.
Things of that nature.
I felt like it was best suited for not only me, but for my family and for my friends.
And, you know, that's why I decided to do it.
But as far as, I don't, you guys should know me.
Anything that I talk about, I don't talk about other people and what they should do.
I speak for me and for my family, and, you know, that's what it's about.
But you don't think the issue is important enough for someone with your stature to...
To speak out on it.
Well, he's speaking about it now.
Individuals' bodies.
LeBron is right, by the way.
He's right in philosophy.
Political or racism or police brutality and things of that nature.
We're talking about people's bodies.
About which he has been wildly wrong as well.
Remember the cop who shot the girl that was about to stab the other girl and he put a target on that guy's head?
LeBron James' political opinions are about as wildly wrong as you can get, but set that aside.
Bodies and well-beings.
So I don't feel like, for me personally, And I should get involved in what other people should do for their bodies and their livelihoods.
It would be me talking about somebody, if they should, you know, take this job or not.
Listen, you have to do what's best for you and your family.
If they should relocate, you have to do what's best for your family.
So I know what I did for me and my family.
I know some of my friends and what they did for their families.
But as far as speaking for everybody and their individualities and things that they want to do, I don't feel like that's my, that's not my job.
He's right about that.
But we can ask questions.
And we have to deny the elephant in the room.
Piss off Rolling Stones.
That's how we'll end it.
Alright, Fed Boy looking clean-shaven like a Fed should.
Jeremy?
Sir?
Hello, sir.
This whole stream's been wildly out of order, but we're dealing with it in real time as it comes in.
First of all, you are looking damn good.
I don't.
I feel like crap.
I still need to get a shower.
I was at the gym.
I didn't shave today yet.
I mean, my Fed paycheck didn't come in for the razors, so I'm waiting for them to issue me.
You're at the gym engaging in far-right activity.
Yes.
We know that's very problematic, so we're doing a lot of that.
It's what the Feds want, so it's what the Feds get.
Jeremy, look, I don't want to get into the gossip part of this, but I just like, from your perspective, you're...
Actually, before I even get there.
How much weight have you lost?
None.
I'm 191 pounds right now.
You know what?
It's impressive because it goes to show you that muscle mass, it shapes the body.
It is denser than fat, and you look like you've lost weight, and you look healthy, you look young, and you look invigorated.
I've recompositioned.
I used to be in very good shape for a long time, probably about 10 years, 9, 10 years, especially...
When I was in the military, I was that guy.
And the nature of the work that I had required that you had to be pretty fit.
You basically had to be a professional athlete, almost.
I mean, we were training twice a day, five days a week, right?
So, I mean, who else does that?
Professional fighters, Olympic people do.
But, yeah, I got back into it, and it's been positive.
I'm trying to get a lot of other people into it as well.
So, you can actually, yeah, you'll weigh more but look better, I guess.
But I think it's mostly the beard.
I think people are used to seeing this.
No, I'll tell you something.
It's the glimmer of hope in your eyes, if I can project a little bit.
I think that's hatred, not hope.
She's not going to fall off my chair.
Alright, Jeremy, so what the hell's going on?
You wake up one day and this shit has hit the...
Out of the blue for you?
In which particular package of shite are you talking about?
Let's start with the dropping of at least the charge of the careless use of a firearm.
A peace bond.
Basically, it's exactly like a pretrial diversion.
They drop the charges.
You agreed to some totally, I don't say innocuous terms, but you're going to behave well for a year.
You don't get to own firearms for a year, but there's no guilty plea.
There's no admission of any criminal wrongdoing, and they drop the charges entirely.
Correct.
So, yeah, that's what they came...
I don't want to give away too much because it's tied to the other set of gun charges I have as well, which I'm...
Are still pending.
Yeah, I'm not, you know...
We're fighting it as we've been fighting this one, but I haven't changed my story since day one.
I've always maintained this is, you know, bananas and overblown and crazy and, you know, ridiculous.
And when it came down to the day of the trial, they were like, ah, a year and a half of the slander and, you know, the innuendo and the messaging and all the things they said about being published in the news to then go, oh, you know what?
Actually, never mind.
I'm good.
We'll just walk away.
It's crazy.
I mean, you know, and, you know, we're...
Clear about that.
Like, no admission of guilt, no finding of anything.
And, you know, the Crown lays out, well, there's the facts as we see them, as I'm sure you know how the process goes.
And we said, yeah, I reject all of that.
I don't agree to any of this.
And the judge's like, okay, well, and my property and my license and all my firearms, they're going to be wrapped up in the system for another year anyway.
As the proceedings go along, like, the trial's not for that one.
It isn't until November.
It may be pushed back again.
There's other things going on.
So it was no, I mean, I'm not losing anything here.
It was a quick, easy way to resolve the case.
It gets off the court docket.
They can move on to actual criminals and everybody goes away.
And it has no negative implications or precedent for the pending...
Fire on charges.
Right.
It's kind of neutral either way, but it doesn't help them and it doesn't hurt me at all.
So it was just one of many.
And there's a lot of other stuff coming out with the Nova Scotia case that Morgan and I are both involved in.
It's taken some pretty dark turns and we anticipate a lot more of that to come up in the next few weeks.
Am I allowed asking you about that?
Whatever's public I can comment on.
Please do.
The Nova Scotia case is the stalking charges that have the doctor's house.
Don't get yourself in trouble, don't get me in trouble.
Well, as Karima live reported and tweeted a lot of it, and she's published something on Cryer on that website.
Dean Blundell publishes that one.
Thanks for allowing her to do that.
Appreciate it.
And yeah, there's a lot of allegations and clues and hints.
Evidence, I guess you could say, that is suggesting there is a significant amount of political interference and collusion going on between the executive branch of the government, the police forces, and the politicians, or the politicians are the executive branch.
But, you know, these three elements of our, you know...
Malicious prosecution is where we're getting...
Corruption, malicious prosecution, potentially.
Yeah, potentially.
You know, but there are specific things like we knew there was certain evidence that existed because of whistleblowers and freedom of information requests that we did.
And we said, we want those.
We're going to take those to our end.
And the Crown said, those don't exist.
And our lawyer came to court and said, what, this doesn't exist?
This is from your office.
This is your email.
This is your name on it.
And you're saying it doesn't exist?
How'd this happen?
It's very gross.
It's very screwed up.
We'll see what happens with it.
Again, one of those things where, you know, a lie gets around the world before the truth has time to put on its pants.
And, you know, me and her, Morgan and I are in solitary confinement for four days.
Meanwhile, you know, the rest of the country, they passed a law within 24 hours or a couple hours while we were in there, which is suspect as well.
That's being looked at now.
Quebec did the same thing.
They passed the law that you can't protest within 100 meters of a school, hospital.
COVID.
You could protest like labor law conditions and stuff like that.
Yeah.
So, I mean, that's going to have its own implications.
And I think the media is looking into this.
There's some contacts that are asking around.
There were some there.
They neglected to print anything that day.
They did want to talk about how we were, you know, stalking all these people and, you know, all the things they said about us that they put in the news.
That we obviously contest and say that's not accurate, that's not true, and that's not what happened.
But, you know, now you're seeing the evidence and the truth of what actually took place come out in court through, you know, verifiably genuine legal documents and correspondence from the DOJ to the police to the premier's office and so on.
And they're like, oh, that...
don't...
Essentially, gaslighting seems to be the state's defense and saying, we'll see.
I'm just going to let them do their work.
I'm just going to sit here and eat popcorn and watch this play out because I don't have to do anything now.
They're pulling the Homer Simpson defense.
It's my first day.
Pretty much.
Okay, so all of this is happening and this is all only good for your already bad situation.
And then after the charges get dropped and there's...
Prima facie evidence of potential malicious prosecution corruption.
You wake up and see that, unironically, Ezra Levant seems to be suggesting you're a fed.
Yeah.
The first day, I'm going to talk more about this later tonight when I get going.
I'm just getting set up here myself, actually.
I was like, you know, I don't have any respect for him anyway.
I don't think he's a credible person.
I think he's a hysterical kind of rage farmer.
His entire business model is right-wing outrage, and in finding things that right-wing, conservative, traditional Canadian conservatives will find upsetting or alarming or whatever, he spins them up and then asks for money, which is what he's been doing for quite a while.
So I don't have a lot of respect for the guy.
I didn't care.
I consider him kind of a tertiary, you know, like a fringe figure.
Anyway, I just...
I didn't care to comment.
I thought it was kind of funny.
And everyone stuck up for me anyway.
I was busy with the lawyers for two days, so I didn't feel the need to get involved.
But then he decided to say the whole thing.
All these people, it's all a giant psyop.
My friends, my family, all of the people, the Coutts situation, the whole thing.
It's all, I'm Grant Bristow, he said, he makes this claim, who was a CSIS operative who invented a fake, fraudulent neo-Nazi cell to recruit other people and then tie them up in the legal process to say, oh look, see all the Nazis we found.
That's what Grant Bristow did.
So that's who he's comparing me to and that's what he's saying.
And I can't...
I mean, to then go after my friends and family and supporters and all these people, the only people that have stood by me all this time while people like him profited off of the things that I've done.
He used my videos.
He used the leaked WhatsApp messages from the RCMP, put his own watermarks on them and claimed like it was his.
He's had no problem doing this the whole time, but this was too far.
It's too much.
And the reason I think there's a lot of problems and infighting and disorganization and disarray in this country is because people like him are peddling this kind of nonsense that have people fighting each other over nothing.
Baseless accusations.
They need to be held accountable.
And I've told them, and I'm going to tell you it again, debate or something.
Live, face to face, you do not get to slander and libel me and my friends and all these people and just skate away like Rachel Gilmore without answering to any of these charges.
I'm not torn because someone can make a mistake and still have contributed value elsewhere.
I think Ezra Levant has done good work.
I think he's smart.
I think he's historically well-informed.
Until I see concrete evidence to justify this, I think it's a massive mistake.
But also, ironically, sarcastically, calling him a Fed is one thing.
As a lawyer.
The problem is calling someone a fed, especially in the context that you are currently in.
It's like people might be in jail and if they think you're a fed, they might harbor serious resentment to the point of bodily harm.
I had five guys try to stab me while I was trying to sleep while I was in jail because of these kinds of accusations.
So if I go back to jail...
Maybe I die because of the things that people like Ezra want to just baselessly throw out into the world with zero regard for who it harms or what situations they could be placed in.
And then try to, you know, pilfer some money on it as well.
And also what makes me upset about this is that this coot situation that he's now pretending to care about, I handed to him on a plate through one of his own senior producers or production assistants, whatever the titles they use, Kian Simone, and we worked on this story for days.
For nearly a week, I sent them all the clips of the House of Commons, the Senators, the MPs, all these people talking about the daggone threat, the militia, the whole thing.
Essentially, this was the justification.
It was this imaginary militia that doesn't exist, and they know it didn't exist.
And it's a crazy story.
And essentially, Canada enacted martial law because of a meme country that doesn't exist and has no tangible, real...
Strength to do anything in the world.
There's no army.
There's no militia.
There's no anything.
It's shit posters and clowns on the internet.
And he knew this, but he buried it.
And now a year and a half later, because of political pressure and all these people, it looks like it's going badly for the state.
It sounds like it's going very badly that they don't have any evidence at all, almost, it sounds like.
And now he's going to swoop in.
And try to, you know, hover around and see what kind of support and money he can vacuum up from that.
While calling me and the other people that have done nothing but stick up for these guys since day one, they're all feds and they're all bad guys.
But you should trust me, Ezra.
Outrageous.
I just saw I'm Not Your Buddy Guy in Rumble said, Viva, you missed my chat.
I remember that I flagged this for a reason.
Just so you know, I've been seeing multiple comments on other streams saying you, that's me, were a fed.
I laughed knowing your neuroticism.
It's so stupid.
Because I get called Mossad because of, you know, I mean, you don't even have to be Jewish to get called Mossad anymore.
But the idea, like, calling someone...
I'm sure they've got white guys working for them, you know.
Maybe I'll be Mossad by the end of the day.
Calling someone a Fed is...
Okay, I don't want to get into, like, Spider-Man pointing at Spider-Man.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
That's what it's like.
Well, it's...
But it's also the rationale of the justification.
Ezra, he's going to put out a longer format or whatever, talk about it.
But none of the four in the coots...
They claim to have been inspired or be acting on behalf of Diaglon anyhow.
The only link between them and Diaglon was the patch, and that one of them, you know, I don't know, was it Bodyguard or Security?
No, this was a joke I made because he's huge.
There's a picture of, well, on my now-since-banned Instagram page, I had to make a new one.
Like, I'm banned from everything routinely.
He's a huge guy.
Chris Lysak is who they're referring to.
He was like 350 pounds or something.
Like, professional wrestler huge.
I'm not tiny.
I'm about 200 pounds, and I lift weights, but this guy made me look...
Like a child.
So I took a picture of him with me, and I'm like, put it on my Instagram, and I said, this is the head of security, because look at him.
Like, look at the size of this guy.
As a tongue-in-cheek kind of reference, and these people, no, it needs to be serious, because that's the only way they're not ridiculous.
Like, it was clearly a gag, you know, people are commenting, laughing, like, oh yeah, it's silly.
They know this, but it has to be like this for them to not be ridiculous.
And what am I getting out of this?
So, what upside?
Why would I agree to do any of this?
So, these guys were arrested in February, and I'm cutting deals, but then also being arrested, dragged across the country, lambasted, used as a national punching bag, debanked, attempted murder, all these other...
This is all just an elaborate ruse to trick people?
Either it never happened, you didn't actually go to jail, or you did, and you're taking one for the team.
I guess.
You're taking one for the feds.
Just to trick everybody into it.
Yeah, I mean, maybe I'll get stabbed by gang members in jail, but it's worth it just to trick people into giving me $10 super chats on Rumble.
That's what it's all about, Viva.
I mean, you work for the feds, too.
This is all a big, giant Rumble hustle.
Well, the other thing is, it's also an accusation.
I'm now feeling bad because I, as a joke...
I put out a tweet, and then I said, hashtag Fed.
You're saying that someone should go break the law, hashtag Fed.
Now I feel guilty about the joke, because obviously, saying it seriously, it carries with it serious implications, but more so in your specific...
Someone can call me a Fed, and nobody's going to believe it, but I don't actually have people who would regard me as their enemy, because they think me as a Fed put them in jail.
Much different for you.
It's malicious.
It's intended to cause harm and damage.
That's the whole point.
That's why he's doing it.
And he's picked this up from some RCMP informants and some other jokers that have been after me for quite a while.
And he's just running with this with no evidence.
No baseless.
Completely baseless.
And now he's making claims.
He's making inferences that there's some dark things happening in the courtroom in Lethbridge.
And that when you'll see in the trial, you'll see all of it's going to come out.
It sounds to me like it's not going to be a trial.
It sounds to me like this is all going to be falling apart on its legs before it even gets to the finish line, and he knows that.
So he knows he's not going to be held accountable for any of these things he's saying.
He's just going to do a drive-by, a character assassination smear attempt, and walk away like nothing happened.
That's what he decided to do, apparently.
If it means anything to you, I don't think you're a Fed.
And if you are, you're the worst one on earth.
I'm poorly paid.
And they cancelled some of my pension benefits.
I have to fight for those now, too.
That's all just trickery.
It's just to lure people in.
Again, I need those $5 super chats.
I read a while back that Morgan, your girlfriend, got debanked as well.
I wanted to have her on, but now that you're here, real quick, what happened?
Same letter?
You're done?
Yeah, actually, she just gave me an update today.
The reason that they're, after they spend 10 minutes on a hole on the phone, she's checking and they said, well, it's being investigated for fraud.
First, they said because of criminal charges or something.
And now they're saying, oh, well, because as I was incarcerated, I couldn't do anything.
I had her, I gave her access to my bank accounts and because of the transfer limit and so on, she took money from my account to put it into her account so she could pay the lawyer.
And they're saying, this is a fraudulent transaction.
This is exactly what they did with the January 6th.
They make it illegal for them to raise money to even pay their own legal fees.
They're trying to make it impossible for us to defend ourselves, so we're more likely to lose in court.
That's the whole point.
Alright, Ben, what else?
Other than that, Mr. Lincoln, or Ms. Lincoln, how was the show?
What else is going on?
Oh, not too much.
It's been a long week.
It's only Wednesday.
Is it Wednesday?
It's only Wednesday, Jeremy.
Yeah.
Okay.
It's been quite a week.
You know, we had court last week and then Monday in Port Hawkesbury.
And then we've got some other stuff coming up on the 21st in August.
The judge is coming back with a ruling on this abusive process motion that the lawyer put in.
I will see.
I'm optimistic about it.
And I have, you know, other dates coming up in the fall and in the wintertime as well.
Trials and stuff are set for that.
So that's ongoing.
Other than that, it's just...
Living in the woodpile.
Going to the gym, living in the woodpile.
Back and forth.
I'm under restrictions and house arrest and curfew and all this stuff until this is all resolved.
It could be another year.
It's been almost a year already.
I think I was arrested at the end of September.
It's almost August.
It's hard to believe.
Make the best of it, Jeremy.
The show goes on.
You'll come back on in August when you've got news on the potential corruption.
Amazing.
Thank you.
Jeremy, thank you very much.
Have a good night.
Cheers.
Thank you.
All right, everybody.
Kid, he has been very patient.
Come on over to Locals, people, because I think we might actually do a live tooth pull.
It doesn't feel as loose as I think he thinks it is.
Come on over to Locals.
I'm going to just say hi to the chat there, and we're going to hang out for a bit, and then I've got to go eat dinner.
Kid's been very good.
Spent all day in the car, all evening listening to Dad rant and rave.
Okay.
Everybody, I may get to go live tomorrow.
We'll see what the schedule holds, but Friday, for sure.
Ezra.
Gadsad, 2.30.
I might go live early and then bring Gad in at 2.30 to 3.30 or stay live after.
And then TimCast, Friday evening.
Thank you all for being here.
This was fantastic.
Come on over to Locals one last time and we're going to go have fun over there in 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Everybody, enjoy the week.
See you soon.
Thank you all.
Snip, clip, and share.
All those portions, take them out there.
Put them out in the world.
Let people know what's going on in Coots.
Let people know what's going on with Jeremy McKenzie.
It looks like these...
Bogus charges are being, you know, they're going to fall one by one.
And it looks like something is unavailable at Rumble to actually live stream.
Can I not end this on Rumble?
Am I still live here?
Okay, here we go.
Ending on Rumble right now.
Come on over to Locals.
VivaBarnesLaw.locals.com.
GengisL.com.
Promo code Viva.
Thank you all.
See you.
Tomorrow.
End live stream.
There we go.
Boom.
Locals!
What's going on?
Rubble appears to be down.
Just so you know, Ezra was at...
Okay, so this is Ursula G. Just so you know, Ezra was at Davos last year.
Yeah, he was there.
He's reporting.
I don't...
Going there to report and give grief to...
Was it Albert Bourla?
Who did they catch off guard?
It's a great video.
I don't feel like I'm between two parents.
But I don't know what's going on.
I don't think Jeremy McKenzie is a fed.
Locals.
What do we got here?
So we got vertical tech says careless storage, I think.
Hold on.
Oh, careless storage.
That's about Jeremy McKenzie's charge.
No.
So vertical tech, the charge against Jeremy McKenzie was that he put up...
Look, Jeremy is his own worst enemy sometimes.
Puts up a stupid video of him.
10-second video of him holding a firearm, pointing it at the ceiling.
Takes it down.
Rumors circulate that he was pointing it at his friend's head.
He was drunk and that's it.
Are we even live on Locals here?
Hold on a second, people.
Are we still live here?
Ethan, you want to come say hi?
No.
We're live.
Okay.
So, Locals.
Do you want me to pull it up in front of everybody?
No?
Okay, fine.
We'll do that afterwards.
So I went to the...
I'll give everybody...
This is going to be the locals exclusive.
My story of yesterday.
We had to get our passports renewed or some members of the family had to get their passports renewed.
I'm a little neurotic.
I might be a Fed because I wasn't on a list.
So we get our passports renewed and then we have to go get them stamped again at the border.
And I didn't want to take a chance of the...
It ended up being like a two or three hour delay to get them stamped.
You got to go...
I waited an hour in line to cross the border into the U.S. to tell them I just need to stamp my stamp and I need to pick up my diplomas because I left my diplomas at the border crossing last year when we crossed.
So an hour at the border to get into the States.
Go to the booth.
They say, what do you got to do?
They send us into the room.
Send us into the room.
I have to have the kids.
Everyone who got a new passport had to be there.
Then we wait and we wait and we wait.
As some of you saw from locals, I noticed the lineup was an hour to get into the States and nothing to get back into Canada.
And I was curious.
I said, what do you think this means?
If I'm coming to my own conclusions, I feel that maybe a lot of people are leaving Canada and very few are rushing to get back in.
The Canadian border guard, when I came back in, they said, what are you doing?
I said, I just had to do the Lutheran, get my thing stamped.
She said, oh yeah, no, that length is because...
It's the construction holiday in Quebec, and in a couple of weeks, you know, when it's over, it'll be a long lineup coming back.
That's what the Canadian said.
The American border crossing person said there are only three of the ten lanes open to get into the States.
Why?
He said they have taken a lot of the border crossing guards from...
The northern border between Canada and the US had brought them down to the Mexican-American border because of the crisis down there.
So they're understaffed at the Canadian border, which accounts for why it was taking so long to get in.
So that was the interesting thing.
Another interesting thing, running into people who happen to be fans in unlikely places.
And I never want to give any remote...
Too much information that might allow them to be discovered who they are.
I was encouraged to have run into fans in places where I would not have expected.
I see fans, watchers of the channel, who say, thank me.
People who...
Sir, check this out.
This is a fishing video.
He's using a head.
Can we see this?
Yeah, we can see that a little bit.
Something's going to get it.
Oh, there's nothing left on the...
Did a shark bite it?
Yes.
Is something gonna happen?
Yeah.
Oh my goodness, there's a shark.
No, that's a tarpon.
That's a tarpon.
No, that's a shark.
No, that's a shark.
Yep, that's a shark.
Wait.
Why is it bleeding?
It got bit by something.
What's going on here?
Shark eaten.
Ocean top predator becomes lunch.
Oh my goodness.
Okay, get out of here.
Vertical tech says I still want to move south at this point.
Oh, the lighting is getting sharp now.
Hold on a second.
Back that light up.
Here we go.
That's a little better.
We got everything taken care of yesterday.
It took another six and a half hours.
And then today, United States, baby.
Crossed the border.
Got into New York State.
And it's a different world.
I say it's freer here.
It's not quite free.
The only question is, where can we fight from?
I don't understand what's going on in Canada.
It's depressing.
All right, people in the chat.
Let me see what I missed down here.
Load more messages.
Barnes would be an excellent buffered T justice.
The maniac I've been chasing, driving their people's backyards, knocking down mailboxes.
He's got a broad in the car.
What's going on here sideways?
I've actually seen this very video before.
He punches it with two inches.
Get out of here.
I must admit, I was unaware the satby thing.
I'm reading SB Farmer.
DTQC says, oh, hail.
Now we've got Bill Brown.
I'm late.
Had to mow my weed garden.
And he means it literally.
My goodness, Bill.
So, by the way, everybody, we had our first winner.
It was Pam.
Pam Walker?
Jeez Louise, let me check my mail.
We have the winner.
Now, if people decide, I will never hold it against anybody, we have our first winner of the interview of supporter, and I'm going to figure out the way to do it.
I think what we might do, I'll see if it works for the schedule, is the locals' exclusive part of a daily stream will be the interview with the weekly supporter.
I mean, I know people, there's a bunch of people who people want to hear from, but we have to keep it random so that it doesn't turn into a popularity contest.
On Rumble.
Racecar Tooth Pulling Vertical Text says, I'll take Paralyzed Pudge Tooth Pulling.
We actually tried to do Pudge pulling the tooth out with the dental floss, but it didn't work, actually.
And then we just ended up pulling it out with my hand.
Okay, so I think the chat is slow here, but I think we might be having problems with locals and Rumble.
Salir, or Tzilard, says, It's surreal how Canada's drank the Kool-Aid.
Canadians drank the Kool-Aid.
It's crazy.
And it's crazy because even those that haven't drunk the Kool-Aid, they still don't want to be vocal about it.
Can we get a snake?
One kid wants to get another dog, and one kid wants to get a snake.
When we get to Florida, we'll see what we find.
New Yorkers use the F-word as an adjective, just saying Mandelichi.
Oh, Pam Walker, you're in the house!
Pam, does Friday afternoon work?
We'll email.
Pam, if Friday afternoon works, it'll be glorious.
That will be the locals' exclusive part of the interview, of the stream.
Astral Doggie, Astral Doge Plays says, moving back to south from the west coast in October for me.
Yep.
Did I ever get my side...
This is from Vertical Tech.
Did I ever get the suggested for the sidebar with Tanner Hidney?
I got it now.
The problem is we've got a lot of prospective sidebars.
We've got some good ones for August.
And I'm going to be in Milwaukee.
For a rumble event for the primary debate.
So that's going to be amazing.
All right, everybody.
I think the kid has been more than gloriously patient.
Locals.
There was one other thing I wanted to tell you.
There was one other thing I wanted to tell you.
Damn it.
Okay, so we got the Coots update.
We got the Jeremy the Fed.
You heard about my ordeal.
Someone saying they were a secret.
Not a secret fan, but they said, oh, I know you.
I got a bumper sticker that says politics ruins everything.
I got a bumper sticker that says Viva Fry.
On the front of my car is the logo.
Oh, this.
On the front of my car on a sticker.
I'm wearing the shoes that say Viva Fry and I'm wearing this shirt.
Somebody's like, I see that logo on the internet.
Oh, you're that guy.
And they said, I didn't get the jab.
I held out.
It was hell on earth.
And I said, well, you know, you did better than me, but I did what I, you know, I'm comfortable with what I did.
He says, remember that time we found a snake at the swamp?
Dead or alive?
Oh, the garter snake.
Yeah, yeah.
We found a garter snake up in Quebec.
Rest in peace, that tooth, that boy's tooth.
Anyway, so that's it.
I think there was something else I wanted to say to locals, but maybe I'll just make a specific video for it.
Barnes is going live tonight.
Tomorrow we're going to drive.
We're going to end up in the Virginia, Maryland area.
We're going to stay at the same hotel two nights in a row.
That's going to be the pure luxury of actually not having to drive.
So we're going to have a good time.
And that's it.
Locals, thank you very much for everything.
It's great to see you.
He wants to get an albino python.
Not happening.
Alright, everybody.
Locals, thank you very much.
Ethan, do you want to say hi to everybody?
Okay, come here for one second.
Absolutely not.
The kid's extorting.
He's extorting a snake out of me.
Alright, go enjoy the evening.
Enjoy the bourbon with Barnes.
I'm going to try to get into the chat on that.
I was lurking yesterday.
And I'll see you tomorrow, hopefully.
Thank you all very much for everything.
And enjoy the night.
Peace.
Alright, dude.
Do you want to go walk the dog real quick?
No, I want to go walk the dog.
You got a call, Daddy.
Yeah, bro.
From Chad to Salon.
Oh, a chisel.
A text.
No, a call.
Oh, yeah?
Yeah, can I answer it?
Uh, yeah, take it.
Say hi to him for me.
All right.
Okay, we've got to go walk the dogs in the back real quick.
