*music* Marcel, it looks like he's trying to kill you today.
Yeah, he is.
Don't die though.
Never die.
I think he remembers what you said on poker night.
Yeah.
Makes perfect sense.
And I quote, tomorrow I'm beating up Andrew.
I quote, tomorrow I'm beating tomorrow I'm beating up Andrew.
I quote, tomorrow I'm beating tomorrow I'm beating up Andrew.
I quote, tomorrow I'm beating up Andrew.
You kept moving.
I knew you were hurt because you were like...
Any time you touch that rib and that voice...
You can't do it now?
Yeah, you feel it.
When you've done the flurry, the last flurry, I caught my chest again.
Yeah, that's it.
I was like, I couldn't.
I can't move my arms.
It's so hard.
Plus, you look like it.
It's natural for your deep head looking.
No, but it's fine.
I've got to keep my hands on my back.
I'm getting better with the upper part.
I'm still getting it.
No, you're good at speaking punches.
Good.
I have to think of it more because you're getting that.
You know, I put the bulletproof doors on the house to be petty.
I said that, you know, you can't really stop them getting in.
I just want to be awkward and annoying.
It turns out you can stop them getting in because they couldn't get in.
For half an hour, they were banging on that door and they could not get in.
They started scaling the roof and everything.
I was sitting here having a coffee and a cigar, wiping my phones clean.
Here, I admit it.
Is that a crime?
No.
I wasn't arrested.
I wiped my phone.
I felt like spontaneously wiping my phone.
Before I went outside and let them in!
Because I'm such a nice guy.
It's funny, when I let them in, all the armed guards with masks actually like me because they know this whole case is stupid.
So the little decop officer walks in, this woman, who thinks she's the queen.
She walks in trying to be a tough guy, but all the guys with guns are like, thanks for opening the door.
I'm like, that's fine.
Phone's wiped now.
It doesn't matter anymore, does it?
And he goes, I've never seen a door like that.
We were banging on it for half an hour.
We couldn't even get in.
I was like, don't worry.
Criminals can't afford these doors.
Criminals are broke.
And they laughed and I laughed.
It was all funny.
And the decal officer was sitting there, I'm here with my warrant.
Shut up, bitch.
No one cares about your fucking stupid warrant.
Anyway, as they spent half an hour banging on my door, they couldn't get in, but they dented it.
So I've decided to make the door double the thickness.
It was already bulletproof.
It was already blast proof.
But I said, I don't care.
Double it up.
And they're saying it's going to be very heavy.
It's going to be twice as heavy.
I've got big arms.
I can move a fucking door.
Give me a big, heavy door.
Don't care.
Twice as strong.
So if the police come again, they can twice as get fucked as before.
*Sounds of the police*
Jab the back shoulder like I do to you.
You've got to do that to Nigel.
It's confusing.
The back shoulder?
The back shoulder.
I jab both shoulders.
So you don't know where the jab's going.
That's good.
If I catch you or something, you go fucking machine gun with me.
Every time I hit you something, you actually go machine gun.
So you don't hit me again?
So I can recover.
As in like, ride the funk?
You either go back with it or you need to...
A couple times you slip it and you come forward like in the earlier rounds until I completely fuck it.
Yeah.
But like those big left hooks I land...
They're gay, bro.
Too many of them in the arm just...
Sorry. - Sorry. - Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh.
Pull that back all the time.
I pull it back.
There were rounds of Nigel you'd be good to watch as well because there were times you were slipping in loads of good punches.
But when his shoulder's there, especially like if you hit him a few times here, he gives you a shoulder.
You need to hit it ten times until he can't give it to you anymore.
Yeah, so when I was fighting back in my day, we didn't have videos to watch it back, really.
You didn't have phones or easy way to set up cameras or even cameras that are quick enough to record it on the phone back then.
Everything was too fast.
You couldn't really see the punches.
You need really high tech camera equipment, but now we have it.
So feedback is how you get better in life.
So we watch to see what we're doing right, what we're doing wrong.
I'm never happy with what I see ever.
I know I could have done more.
So I'm always pissed off, but it's good to watch.
Good to see.
Marcel's tons better than he used to be.
The fact you make me miss a punch is such a big deal.
I used to just land 100% on punches.
It used to just be like a punch bag.
Now he'll move or I'll miss or...
So I have to think a lot more.
I can't just load up and fucking whack.
I'm saying this to Nigel, the better you get, the more you're in the danger zone, but the more you have the opportunity to cause damage.
Bro, you lose hands when you have a good hand.
That's life.
Yeah, it's the game.
That's why they say, Going in there to win and going in there to survive are different.
For sure.
Bivol fought a guy on a couple fights ago and they were saying and Bivol couldn't finish him or really hurt him but they were saying this guy's not come to win he's come to survive.
Yeah.
So he was just surviving but he wasn't trying to hurt Bivol.
Surviving is much easier than actually winning.
When you win, you've got to take all the risks.
Yeah.
And that's one thing I'd say I'd note.
It's the difference between, like I said, the survival and the trying to win.
I'm trying to actually do stuff now.
100%.
100%.
So you get caught, but it's better to fucking be good and get caught than be shit and stand there and be a punchback.
That's right.
Exactly.
Exactly right.
Yeah, I always count the punches for every fight, and I try and double my opponent's output all the time.
I try and consciously do it as well.
But I have to make it up later on in the round because early in the round, people throw combinations.
I really only counter with, let's say, one left hook.
I let them throw two, three, boom, boom, and I land one good hard punch.
But then later in the round, I try and make sure I outwork, especially the last 30, 40 seconds because that's what people remember.
You can win a fight in the last 30 seconds.
In fact, that's what the Dutch do if you fight the Dutch.
The first two minutes, they don't do anything.
They're like a turtle.
First two minutes.
And the last minute of the round, they'll fucking go nuts at you.
To steal the rounds.
So...
And then, if you can dictate the pace, if you can hurt them or keep them away from you for the first two minutes without using too much energy, the last minute you can just jump on them.
What do you reckon your average is, like, per puncher?
Like, your four to my one, probably.
I think, nah, two to one, three to one, maybe.
Yeah.
But...
Sometimes I throw combinations of eights, nines, tens.
Yeah.
The real question is, are you sparring better now that you're smoking?
Might be.
I don't think smoke has anything to do with it.
That whole smoking is bad for you shit, sire.
You happen to be smoking again?
I'm super happy to be smoking again.
Life is boring without smoking.
There's nothing else to do.
Life is not for the weak, and it's not for the lazy, and it's definitely not for those who are content with mediocrity.
Life is for the warriors, the champions, the ones who are ready to push their limits and achieve greatness.
You need to understand that if you want to get to the top, you're gonna need a team.
You're gonna need a brotherhood.
You need people who are going to push you, challenge you, demand the absolute best from you, because that's what winners do.
They demand the best, not just from themselves, but from everybody around them.
Here inside of the real world, you're not just some lone wolf.
You're part of a pack.
You're part of a team that's committed to excellence.
And that commitment is not just about you.
Because when one of you wins, you all win.
When one of you grows, you all grow.
We don't settle for less, and we don't let our brothers settle for less either.
We hold each other accountable, we support each other, we celebrate our victories together.
A community of people who already succeeded, so they're gonna help you succeed too.
Please tell me that I was Out of shape, bro, just to call me out.
That's what I needed, so the real world was that solution.
Every day we log in, we have people to look for, and people need their answers, so we're there, we're helping them.
Inside the real world, there's nothing negative, it's all positive, and you just gotta put it in the work.
