🚨 Spain CUT OFF! Trump’s Nuclear Sub Surfaces Off Gibraltar in Message to NATO and Iran

President Trump allegedly deployed an Ohio-class submarine off Gibraltar to pressure Spain over denied base access, while simultaneously threatening 25% tariffs on German automakers and meeting with Chinese leaders like Xi Jinping and Elon Musk. The episode also details JD Vance's administration investigating Ilhan Omar for immigration fraud and withholding Medicaid funds from California, alongside whistleblower James Erdman III's claims that Anthony Fauci pressured the CIA regarding the COVID-19 origin. Ultimately, these actions signal a sweeping reevaluation of NATO alliances, domestic enforcement, and global health narratives under the new administration. [Automatically generated summary]

Loud Message to Spain 00:14:43
Whoa, this is sort of unbelievable.
I mean, the president is over there in China, but he's sending a message loud and clear at this hour to Spain, to NATO, and to Iran, and, you know, to China as well.
I mean, this is unbelievable.
This is huge.
Welcome to the Trish Regan Show.
Please make sure you subscribe.
I love seeing your comments, so feel free to make a comment.
What do you think?
Is it time to cut the cord with NATO?
I think Spain just got a big giant message.
F you, okay?
F you, Spain, because you wouldn't allow us to use our two bases that we have there that we support there.
And so the president retaliated.
He's looking at taking all the troops out of Spain.
He's looking at potentially closing down the bases.
Some people have said, oh, well, you know, that's not good because they're very strategic.
They're in that key waterway and they're right near Gibraltar, the Straits of Gibraltar.
This is this big, by the way.
The UK owns that.
And so I guess it's a message to the UK as well.
He's sending it loud and clear because guess what?
Ladies and gentlemen, there is a giant submarine, an Ohio class boomer, as it's known.
We're talking about a U.S. ballistic missile submarine, a nuclear submarine.
Now, typically, these things are kind of hidden.
You don't go out there and broadcast it to the world, but in this case, he's doing exactly that.
So while they typically lurk under the waters and the sea and nobody says anything, they may be there.
Where the location is, and it happens to be in an area that's kind of close to those bases that you wouldn't allow us to use, right, Spain?
Uh huh.
They've been the most resistant member, if you would, of NATO, refusing the US any access to the bases that we actually have created and supported financially.
In the case of one of these bases, I'm talking about Rota and Moron, one of them we just recently refurbished.
I mean, we put a ton of money into this thing, and yet we can't even get to it.
I'm looking at Joe Scott, who writes, Hasta mañana, hasta luego.
How about adios, amigos, if we can call you our friends?
Listen, this was something that Marco Rubio brought up.
Don't forget, in Italy the other day, he was sending Georgia Maloney a message from Italy, but he was able to use Spain as an example because everybody's really mad at Spain right now.
It doesn't help that they're out there trying to say that our war is illegal, that this excursion is illegal when it's being done on their behalf, for goodness sakes.
Marco sent that message, and then the president followed up with the submarine.
In Europe, some countries in Europe, like Spain as an example, denied us the use of those bases for a very important contingency.
That in some ways, the denial of those bases actually impeded the mission, not severely, but had a cost and, in fact, even created some unnecessary dangers.
So, if one of the main reasons why the U.S. is in NATO is the ability to have forces deployed in Europe that we could project to other contingencies, and now that's no longer the case, at least when it comes to some NATO members, that's a problem and has to be examined.
But ultimately, that's a decision for the president to make.
His team and people like myself and others will provide him what those potential options are, but ultimately he'll have to make that decision.
You know, look, he will make that decision, and he's making some little decisions right along the way.
So, the U.S. Sixth Fleet and the Pentagon deliberately chose to publicize this news because they're sending a very strategic signal.
Okay, just so you know, this is a submarine we're looking at, okay?
It's the Sixth Fleet from the Navy.
This is the image of the Ohio class submarine and its crew docked Sunday in Gibraltar.
Which is a British territory, as you know, off of Spain's southern coast.
And that southern coast is exactly where, near Cadiz, where we have one of our, well, we actually have two in this region, bases.
The bases that they won't allow us access to.
So I would just say this was a total miscalculation on Spain's part.
Yeah, because you now have an Ohio class ballistic missile hanging out at your port, for goodness sake.
The port visit demonstrates U.S. capability, flexibility, and continuing commitment to its NATO allies.
This is what the Sixth Fleet is saying in its press release.
We're committed, okay?
We're committed.
And it's a message to Iran.
It's a message to Iran.
Because as they have refused to negotiate in any kind of meaningful way, because they somehow are clinging to this completely unrealistic dream that they're going to have uranium that they can enrich, and that's not going to happen.
So as they cling to that dream, the president's like, oh, yeah?
Well, guess what?
We got the big cojones, and we're sending them your way.
And Spain, take it or leave it.
Oh, you don't have a choice.
You have to take it.
You really don't have a choice.
Mr. Senor Pedro Sanchez, who likes to go on and on about the U.S. and its illegal war, here he is.
Recently, in a Wall Street Journal interview.
In my view, this war in Iran is a big mistake for the world and therefore for the U.S.
Okay, well, you know, you say it was a big mistake.
I'm telling you, you got one grand error.
That was a very deliberate rolling of my R. Gran error.
Okay, you're kind of in big trouble right now because we hold all the cards and we.
We are in control of your little situation there.
Mr. Pedro Sanchez, I mean, he's been out there just knocking us all along, right?
I mean, they have been, I would say, the most resistant member of NATO, the most difficult member of NATO.
I mean, none of them have been great.
And to be perfectly honest, Georgia Maloney, who we thought was our friend, is telling us we can't access Sigonella, which is our base in Sicilia and Sicily.
And now we've got Spain saying no, no can do, and Rota and Moron.
I'm just saying, like, why?
Like, why are we paying all this money?
Why are we giving them billions and billions and billions of dollars?
No.
No more.
No más.
Okay?
No más.
España.
It's not going to happen anymore.
And Pedro, I just think they need to get you out of office sooner rather than later.
Here he is talking his book, speaking to his people there in Parliament there in Spain.
Take a quick listen, I'll translate for you.
Resumiendo en pocas palabras, esto es un desastre absoluto.
Ah, un absolute desastre.
You know what that means.
That's what one of the promoters of this war has achieved so far.
He said, just a total disaster.
And that's what, in my opinion, the members of the Popular Party have contributed to this with their support or their silence.
And then he goes on to say, basically, you know, that this whole thing is illegal, is illegal, and that because people have been silent, like if you aren't calling this war out, then you are the problem.
Because citizens, he said, need to be clear about one thing.
Mr. Sanchez is staying silent in the face of an unjust and illegal.
Okay, that's the important quote.
War is not prudence, it's an act of cowardice and complicity.
So, you know, fine.
You can do that all you want, Mr. Sanchez.
You know, we'll just remind you.
We're the ones with the ballistic submarine hanging out right off your coast.
So, you may not allow us access to your bases, but we got, well, how do we say, workarounds.
Okay, we got workarounds.
And you know what?
I think these workarounds are going to be more meaningful than all the money we've been giving to you guys so that we could improve those bases in what we thought was a strategic location.
But hey, who needs the base when you can just send the submarine?
Marco Rubio, he has made this his point over and over and over again.
He's in China right now, but he has been very clear with NATO.
Let me go back maybe about a month and a half ago because he gave them a message.
And if they don't get it, you know, I don't know what to tell them because it's going to be economically very painful, very painful for them.
When we need them to allow us to use their military bases, their answer is no, then why are we in NATO?
You have to ask that question.
Why do we have billions and billions of dollars, hundreds of billions of dollars over the years, trillions of dollars, and all these American forces stationed in the region if we can only use, in our time of need, we're not going to be allowed to use those bases?
So I think there's no doubt, unfortunately, after this conflict is concluded, we are going to have to reexamine that relationship.
We're going to have to reexamine the value of NATO and that alliance for our country.
Ultimately, that's a decision for the president to make.
And you'll have to make it.
We're going to finish the job here.
As I said, we're very, very close to achieving our objectives on all of these things that I've outlined.
But I do think, unfortunately, we are going to have to re examine whether or not this alliance that has served this country well for a while is still serving that purpose, or is it now become a one way street where America is simply in a position to defend Europe, but when we need the help of our allies, they're going to deny us basing rights and they're going to deny us overflight?
I think these are very legitimate questions that we need to be asking, and this is going to have to be very carefully examined after this conflict is over.
Yeah.
Well, if you didn't hear him say that, maybe you saw the submarine, okay?
Spain, maybe you saw that.
It pees my mind, making a very good point.
There's going to be new alliances right now, energy alliances.
I saw something from Alphonse who was talking about Morocco.
You know, one interesting thing about Morocco, they were the first country to actually recognize the United States of America.
You know, when we split from the UK, we split from Great Britain, we're going back to 1776.
They were the first ones.
To actually recognize us, believe it or not.
And they have joined the Abraham Accords.
Look, there's a lot going on, right?
You think about the UAE right now.
You had the UAE firing on Iran this week.
And you have Israel sending the UAE, the Iron Dome.
And now we got word as recently as yesterday, it was an exclusive from Reuters, but they were reporting that Saudi Arabia was also firing on Iran.
So the UAE is firing on Iran.
Saudi Arabia is firing on Iran.
I mean, wow.
And Europe is like, no, you can't even come and use your bases.
Give me a break.
Okay?
Again, read the tea leaves.
It's not that hard.
You talked about possibly pulling out some troops of Germany.
Would you be considering the same thing for Spain and Italy?
I mean, they haven't been exactly on board.
Yeah, probably.
Yeah, I probably will.
Why should I?
You know, look, why shouldn't I?
Italy has not been of any help to us.
And Spain has been horrible, absolutely horrible.
Yeah.
You know, it's NATO.
It's not even the fact that they're bad.
It's one thing if they said nicely or if they said, okay, we'll help, but the help's a little slow.
But the level, and we helped them with Ukraine.
You know, they made a mess out of Ukraine, a total mess.
And we helped them with Ukraine.
Ukraine has nothing to do.
You know, we're an ocean apart.
It has to do with them.
It's like for them, it's their front door.
We helped them.
And Biden gave them $350 billion, which is insane.
It's one of the reasons the war.
Went on.
But when we needed them, they were not there.
We have to remember that.
And so, if we ever have a big one, because we didn't need any help with Iran, we had Iran right from the first day it was over.
It was over.
And now it's even more so.
We're so locked and loaded if we want to do it.
But we didn't need the help.
And to a certain extent, I asked them, I didn't need the help, but I said, Yeah, we'd love to have your help because I wanted to see if they'd do it.
And they, in all cases, they said, We don't want to get involved.
And you know, the amazing thing is they use the Straight of Hormones.
We don't.
We don't use it.
We don't need it.
We have a lot of oil.
We do.
And, well, wait a minute.
And they use it.
We don't.
And you would have thought they would have said, we would love to help you.
But they didn't.
No, they didn't.
So we sent them a message loud and clear.
Now, why is it so critical that we have a presence there?
And maybe we actually look at striking some kind of agreement with somebody else that actually wants our help.
Like Morocco.
Let me show you.
Let me get a map up here and I can show you.
You see, this is Spain.
And I was actually recently in Andalusia.
And you see where Cadiz is, you see where Gibraltar is, the Strait of Gibraltar.
That's kind of important because it's connecting here the Atlantic Ocean to the Mediterranean Sea.
And then if you keep moving on, the Mediterranean Sea is then going to give you some access there moving forward into, for example, Iran and the Suez Canal and the Strait of Hormuz, et cetera.
So it's kind of important.
You also have access there.
You know, towards again, sort of that Strait of Hormuz.
I'm getting my Straits mixed up here because we get Strait of Gibraltar and the Strait of Hormuz, but going on from the Mediterranean, then you're going to be able to access all the Middle East.
So obviously that's important.
But if you look at Tangier, like, hey, you know, maybe the answer is you go over to Tangier and you strike an agreement with Morocco because it seems like our friends are not really our friends anymore.
And I would say, you know what, right about now, everything is up for.
Grabs.
Everything is up for grabs.
We do want to have some presence there in that waterway, but apparently we're able to get it done, right?
With our submarine.
Again, this is a very rare thing, guys, because these are designed to be secretive.
They are designed to disappear for months at a time.
They're in the world's oceans.
You're not supposed to know about them.
They're supposed to go undetected.
And basically, they guarantee this survivable second strike nuclear capability, which is important, right?
And now we're like, hey, hey, you know what?
We're here.
And And we can do all kinds of stuff.
So he goes off to China and sends this to the coast of Spain, sending NATO a message, Spain a message, and of course, Iran a message all simultaneously, which is pretty darn epic, right?
Really, really epic.
UK Nuclear Capability Crisis 00:15:42
This is one heck of a president we got, I gotta tell you.
NATO's looking at this and they're like, what is going on?
By the way, if you haven't subscribed, please make sure you subscribe.
I'm hearing from subscribers that you're getting like mysteriously unsubscribed, and it's probably just a technicality.
We'll go with that for now.
And I would love it if you would resubscribe if you've been unsubscribed for any reason.
And do hit the bell because that way you know exactly when I'm here with all of the content.
I would say that NATO is very, very worried.
NATO is like, okay, now he's sending submarines to our backyard.
Is that what happens if we disagree?
Apparently, yes, that is what happens if you disagree.
And you know what else happens?
You get tariffs, like 25% tariffs on your automakers.
If you're Germany and your automakers happen to be your most important.
Export.
And that's what Trump's doing.
He's putting a 25% tariff.
He gave them an extension.
He's being generous.
He said, You get to July 4th to actually come through on the Turnberry Agreement that you guys already promised us you were going to give us all this money.
It's somewhere around $600 billion in investment that they're supposed to be making so that they make all the cars here in the U.S., and they haven't done it.
And they haven't done it.
So he's like, All right, you know what?
Well, we can fix that pretty easily.
We'll just tear a few.
So this came on the heels, of course, of I like to call him Fred Mertz from I Love Lucy, if we have any I Love Lucy fans out there.
It's Mertz is pronounced like in German.
So, you know, I think it was Fred Mertz on the I Love Lucy show with a T.
So we're going to go with it.
Okay.
So, Freddie, Freddie boy, Friedrich, he is in deep trouble because he said some stupid stuff.
I'm not going to play it again, but you know the drill.
If you've been watching this show, he talked about how this was humiliating for the Americans and humiliating for Trump and that somehow the Iranians were getting the better end of us on the negotiations.
And he said this a few days ago while visiting his hometown and talking to a bunch of students.
So he ran his mouth off, and the president didn't appreciate it.
And so, what did he do?
He pulled 5,000 troops.
And then, like 24 hours later, he said, You know, I may pull more.
I'm not done.
I may pull more.
And then he announced the 25% tariffs.
So, this guy, Fred, Freddie, Friedrich, Mertz, he's like dropping like a rock in the polls.
I mean, he's going to be out of a job pretty soon.
Look at him getting heckled right here.
Here he is giving a speech this week.
I believe this was yesterday or the day before.
I mean, his own party, like, and not just his own party, because I should point out that the right is surging, surging.
They call it the far right for some reason in Germany.
I'm guessing if you're middle of the road, you're far right in Germany these days.
Anyway, the German PM, Chancellor, forgive me, getting heckled.
Take a peek.
Okay.
So here he is, he's talking about basically all these guarantees.
You know, they get all these European guarantees, and he's saying we're going to have to make some tough decisions, politically speaking.
And it's not because, you know, we want to do this, it's just we have to.
They don't like it.
You know, the demographics are working against them.
The demographics in math.
Okay, so they really didn't like that.
It simply exceeds, he said.
Basically, what we can manage, right?
The capacity.
So, we have big problems here in Germany.
They have problems all through Europe.
I mean, we're not perfect on that front ourselves.
I think we all know that.
But hey, you know, maybe if they can fix this whole fraud thing, there's a lot of it, like $100 billion worth of it.
You know, that might go a long way towards fixing some things.
But they get entitlements, entitlements, and more entitlements there in Germany and in the UK and in Italy and in Spain.
And they keep inviting more migrants in and giving them more entitlements.
And for some reason, we've been stupid enough to say, okay, and we will give you more money for NATO.
Even though you're not going to allow us access to our bases and you are not going to back us when we're in a conflict.
So, this sort of retaliation, if you would, I think I can call it that, from Donald Trump is coming back to bite Freddie big time.
Mertz is struggling.
So, take a look at some of these numbers and some of these polls.
This is the AFD, it's been gaining ground.
That's what they refer to as their far right, of course.
And don't forget, I think JD Vance was actually over there recently speaking and kind of touting them a bit.
They've been doing really well.
They're often leading now in some of these new polls, whereas the CDU, which is what Merch is from, is actually struggling down.
They're down, I guess, about maybe about six points or so, almost six points just in the last couple of months.
And then Freddie himself, the chancellor, whoo!
I mean, he's got the worst approval rating of any German chancellor in years, like decades and decades.
I mean, only 15 to 19% approval rate.
Whoo!
I mean, think about that.
You know, when they want to pick on Trump's approval rating, I mean, this guy, Freddie, he's at 15 to 19%.
And now I think he just got the nail in the coffin, frankly, with the 25%.
Percent tariffs getting leveled onto the automakers because that's six percent of GDP, which is massive for them.
Good luck.
I mean, they want to try and you know carry the torch forward and protect all of Europe, which we hope they can and we want them to do.
But, but realistically, you know, if they don't have an economy, what are they going to do?
Just all this deficit spending and keep inviting more and more migrants in?
It's not working, and you see the frustration of the people, all right?
So, okay, 15 to 19 percent satisfied with him, the lowest ever recorded.
In surveys, since I guess you go all the way back to 1997, the worst since Olaf Schultz.
I mean, when you're as bad as Olaf, I don't know what to tell you, Freddie.
It's not good.
70 to 86 percent of Germans are dissatisfied with their government.
And you know what?
It's not just Germany.
We go all over Europe and we're seeing very similar stories.
Very, very reminder to subscribe.
If you haven't subscribed, please do me that favor.
Do subscribe to the show.
All kinds of similar stories.
I mean, think about the UK.
We now have Keir Starmer.
Who, like, you know, it's like we're on death watch here with Keir.
Cause I'm like, okay, it's happening.
It's happening probably this week.
That's the report.
You get something like 90 MPs now, like all calling for him to be out, out, out.
So he's like, oh no, I'm here.
I'm going to hang on despite everyone, including the press.
I ran some sound for you yesterday from GB News where they're quoting this one, that one, and the other saying, yeah, he's out.
Like this week, it's over.
This is again symptomatic of everything that's going on.
You keep bringing in all these migrants, okay, and you keep offering them all kinds of great programs.
And you have a socialist culture that doesn't encourage anybody to get up and, you know, be entrepreneurial.
And frankly, they don't have the infrastructure for it.
They don't have the laws, but they don't have anything for it.
They were not set up the way we were set up.
And even if they tried to go in that direction, let's face it, ever since the Marshall Plan, and for whatever reason, we thought it was a good idea to kind of keep everybody the same and everybody similar.
And somehow that would prevent any.
Extremes from popping up.
Well, the problem is they don't have the demographics to support these entitlements that they've got going on.
It's like Ponzi scheme on steroids, far worse than anything even that we have here.
And they don't have the demographics.
And now they're giving all the free stuff to the foreigners that are coming in.
And it's just turning out to be a real nightmare.
And the people that live in the UK are like, we've had it.
So Donald Trump had some advice before he left for China.
And I wanted to play this for you.
He has some advice for Keir.
It's not that hard.
It's sort of amazing that they complicate it the way they do.
But anyway, let's go to some good advice from the President of the United States for Keir Starmer, who's really up against it right now.
Advice to Keir Starmer, sir.
He seems to be on the brink.
Well, my advice to him has always been open up your oil in the North Sea.
You've got one of the great oil finds anywhere in the world, and you're not using it.
They're not allowed to use it.
And it's one of the best in the world, among the best oils in the world.
Open up.
Your oil in the North Sea and get tough on immigration.
Did he stay or go?
Europe is being very, very hurt by immigration all over Europe.
Did he stay or go?
That's up to him.
But I've told him from day one, you're getting killed on energy.
You're windmilling your country to death.
Open up the North Sea.
You have one of the greatest sources of energy in the world.
Open up the North Sea.
The pressure is from Nigel Farage, though.
Okay, that's a good quote.
I like that one.
You are windmilling your country to death.
Open up your energy that you got right there, for goodness sakes, people.
Don't you want to be independent?
You know, this is, I keep making this analogy, but it's like, you know, you've got an adult child.
That has been given every opportunity, right?
You know, goes to great schools and had three squares a day and a loving mom and dad.
And at some point, that adult child needs to be able to survive on his or her own.
And if the child can't, then I think it's up to the parent to say, you know what, we're going to show you a little bit of tough love.
And that tough love means you're going to have to fend for yourself.
And when you have to fend for yourself, oh, I think you're going to go find your own oil.
I think you're going to abandon the whole windmill idea and actually say, gee, I think I need a little bit of this for myself.
Look at the turnover, though, you've seen.
The UK's got to get their act together.
This was in the FT yesterday.
I thought it was kind of interesting.
I wanted to show you.
So if Keir Starmer resigns, and the expectation is that Keir will, he's going to be the fifth conservative consecutive, forgive me.
Now they need a conservative.
Put Nigel in there.
I'll tell you, he'll fix the place all up.
Consecutive British prime minister to leave office before serving a full parliamentary term, highlighting the instability that has come to define.
Downing Street in recent years.
And I don't know if you guys can see that that well.
Let me see if I can make it really much bigger.
But you look at the average days that they've had in office.
Thank you again to the Financial Times for making this.
I mean, wow.
I mean, in the 1990s, they enjoyed a little stability there.
And then look at the 2000s.
Yeah, 448.
I mean, this is bad.
An average of 448 days.
I mean, Theresa May was challenged with her delusional idea that she could.
Have her cake and eat it too.
And this guy just wants to tax everyone and invite more migrants in.
That's not going to work, okay?
It's just not.
Go ask Georgia Maloney in Italy.
Go ask Freddie Merz, who's on his way out in Germany.
Go ask Spain, for goodness sakes.
I don't know what Pedro Sanchez is smoking, but let's see if he holds on to his job.
Oh, and Macron, don't forget, Macron's out as well.
He said au revoir to politics.
Donald Trump getting a huge welcome in China.
Take a look.
Wow.
Okay, now that's what I call a celebration.
That's what I call a welcome.
He's got the vice president there of China.
He's meeting with Xi actually in just a few hours.
They're ahead of us.
So, evening, our time is daytime, morning, I should say, in China.
So, the vice president, Han Zeng, not President Xi, came there to personally escort him and greet him there at his arrival there, along with like.
A giant group of students waving flags.
Look at that, waving flags and chanting.
And this was kind of, I'll tell you, this is how you want to do it, right?
That's how you want to do it.
Because I, let me go back to that for a moment because I just think that his face, boy, did he look happy.
Did he, I mean, does he not look happy?
He's like, now, now this is a show, okay, guys?
This is a show.
And don't forget, he's coming with his own show because he's got all the CEOs from the world's biggest companies there with him.
So, He's also bringing a bit of a spectacle and a show there to one she as well.
So that's going to be starting again at 10 15 p.m. Eastern Time Wednesday, which would be, forgive me, it's not this evening.
Yes, it is actually.
And then that would be 10 15 a.m. Thursday, Beijing time.
So they're off to the races, okay?
Off to the races.
And they get a lot on the agenda.
Before we get to the agenda, think about this.
Trump is tweeting out that CNBC got it wrong.
He's got all kinds of CEOs there with him.
And they were wrong to suggest that Jensen Wang, you know, the CEO of NVIDIA, it's one of the stocks that we really, really like at 76 Research.
How could we not?
How could we not?
I mean, it's just been unbelievable.
Anyway, we hopefully got you all in at a good time.
CNBC incorrectly reported that the great Jensen Wang of NVIDIA was not invited to the incredible gathering of the world's greatest businessmen and women, proudly going to China.
In actuality, Jensen is currently on board Air Force One.
What do you know?
And unless I ask him to leave, which is highly unlikely, CNBC's reporting is incorrect, or as they say in politics, fake news.
It is an honor to have Jensen, Elon, Elon Musk is there, Tim from Apple, Tim Cook, Larry Fink.
Wow, Larry Fink, you know, BlackRock, Steve Schwartzman.
I mean, this is like an all star cast.
I mean, he's really.
It's like he just stacked the deck.
He's got David Solomon from Goldman, Sanjay from Micron.
I mean, this is a big deal.
Qualcomm CEO and many others, he said, I'm going to be asking President Xi, a leader of extraordinary distinction, to open up China so that these brilliant people think about this, okay?
This is a big deal.
These brilliant people can work their magic in helping the People's Republic to an even higher level.
In fact, I promise that when we are together, which will be in a matter of hours, I will make that my very first request.
I have never, CERN, Seen or heard of any idea that would be more beneficial for our incredible countries.
This is so Trump.
I mean, he's like, you know, make money, not war, okay?
Can we just, can we all just make a lot of money?
He's putting trade and tariffs and cooperation, economic cooperation, there on the agenda.
Of course, they get to talk about Iran.
Don't forget, I've told you, China is aligned with Iran.
China gets all its oil from Iran.
China has not been able to get as much oil because, as we've talked about, 20% of the world's supply goes through the Strait of Hormuz.
So, if a lot of that's going to China, because don't forget it's sanctioned, right?
So, it's sanctioned and nobody else that does business with us can really buy it.
They're going to have to trade in renminbi, right?
In yuan.
They're not going to be able to trade in US dollars that oil.
So, China's not getting any oil.
So, it's kind of freaking out.
There is word today, there was a report in the New York Times that the Chinese are allegedly selling weapons now to Iran.
So, you see, this could kind of bubble up into something unless.
Donald Trump can save it.
I would say he's got a good shot at saving it.
Of course, he has to save himself from all the Dems, the crazy Dems right now saying what they're saying.
Hey, quick shout out before we get to the Dems there.
China Weapon Sales Allegations 00:03:46
Look at these numbers.
I finally got my new graphic, right?
I told you.
I said, my colleague at 76 Research is going to say, Trish, why do you keep putting the graphic on it?
Which, by the way, was phenomenal too.
But we've got great, great stocks here in these three portfolios.
Just look at those numbers.
Inflation protection portfolio really has been killing it, which really is more of a debasement trade.
Kind of portfolio because we're investing in a lot of commodities and gold companies, etc.
So take a look at that.
Industrials up 116%, our pick there.
Energy pick up 91%, materials up 62%.
In the resilience portfolio, which is a little bit more growth oriented, which is amazing, right?
Because you would think that inflation protection sounds boring, but actually it's done incredibly well.
And the growth portfolio is also seeing tremendous success with tech up 83%.
You can find out more.
Go get those portfolios.
76research.com.
I'll tell you, the markets love that he's over there in China and they love that he's got all of the CEOs, the big tech CEOs, the big financial players, they're all there with him.
And markets are like, whoa, you know, he knows what he's doing.
Of course, you got a few Debbie Downers out there like, oh, this lady, you know who I'm talking about, Tammy, Tammy, Tammy Duckworth, the senator from Hawaii that just wants to crap all over any possibility of success.
Like, that's all she can do.
So she doesn't quite get it right either.
Let's listen to Ms. Tammy Duckworth, Senator from Hawaii, talking about how Trump doesn't stand a chance, except he does, because she doesn't understand economics in China.
Watch.
Trump goes into this meeting at a significant disadvantage.
You know, gas prices are up in our country by well over a dollar a gallon.
And we see people who are struggling to make ends meet.
Inflation went up by 3.8% just last month alone.
And frankly, too often, you know, Donald Trump has made a habit of cozying up to dictators and callously handing over concessions without even thinking twice about what it would mean for Americans and our allies.
And so I do think she comes into this in a stronger bargaining position than Donald Trump does.
Hmm, she thinks so, right?
You know, she doesn't seem to get that China's actually suffering too, okay?
Tammy, they need the oil.
And we got oil.
Have we told you about Texas?
Have we told you about Venezuela?
I've been telling you about Venezuela, 303 billion barrels, largest proven oil reserves in Orinoco, bigger than Saudi Arabia.
Why do you think we went down there?
There's a method to the madness, okay?
There's a total method to the madness.
China is looking at massive inflation.
This is a 45 month high.
Producer prices, those are the prices that producers pay for goods before they're then transferred onto consumers.
So they're always a really good metric to look at because you know, if, like, say, the restaurant that you love going to has to pay more, For eggs, then they're going to eventually charge you more for your food.
So, producer prices, I love to keep an eye on those.
I mean, our producer prices, they've been going up as well.
But look at these in China up 2.8% year over year.
You've got CPI, as I said, well, this is consumer prices up 1.2%, but that's a lagging indicator.
Watch those producer prices transport.
They're getting killed on why?
Oh, oil, oil.
So, Tammy totally forgot that China's struggling too.
And China does not have the resources.
In its back pocket, like we do.
They can't actually drill in any places in China like we drill in Texas, nor can they scurry down to Venezuela.
Oil Prices Under Pressure 00:08:15
They were trying that, by the way.
We kicked them out.
What do you know?
What do you know?
And it's amazing to me because all this talk of socialism lately, you know, not even China's doing socialism.
Thank you very much.
They got a weird combo of capitalism plus communism.
Now, that's a whole unique thing.
But like, even they figured it out.
That people are not going to show up for work unless they're incentivized to do it.
I mean, it's just not happening.
It is altruistic utopia that everybody's living in.
They need to get over it fast.
And Mike Johnson is now warning of this.
Speaker of the House is like, we got a zillion little of these little, little, little, little, and they're little, mamdamis running around.
And this is a problem because we really haven't had this in recent history.
I think you have to go all the way back to the 60s or so to see anything like it.
Anyway, here is Mike Johnson on Fox earlier today warning of those little mamdamis.
The way I describe it in summary is that there are little mini Mom Domnies popping up all around the country, okay?
And their openly avowed socialist Marxist ideology.
This is something that we have never seen before in American history.
The Tea Party reset in the Republican Party was about fiscal responsibility.
This is about moving away from a constitutional republic to a communist utopian ideology.
And that's a dangerous thing for the future of the country.
The problem we have is the insurgent left, the far left, has all the energy and excitement and the money in the Democratic Party.
This is not our father's Democratic Party anymore.
They're going far, far left, and no one's there to stop it.
And that's a dangerous thing.
It is a dangerous thing, right?
In fairness, in fairness to history, because, you know, history major that I was, you think about the Red Scare that you had in the early 1900s, 1919, 1920s, or you think about the McCarthy era in the 1950s, and you heard me reference, of course, the 60s, where you had sort of this whole Mao, you know, little red book thing going on.
And so I think that we have had times in our history that you've seen this radicalism.
And the 1960s, of course, being part of that, but this Marxist or Maoist ideology that's come about, it's actually reaching a tipping point right now.
It's gotten so high and so crazy.
And you see it on college campuses.
I've got kids in school, so I see it, you know, in terms of what they're learning in school.
And it really is alarming.
And it's important, I think, that we recorrect, right?
The pendulum swings and you've got to get it back to center here because being capitalist and free, you know, having this.
Capitalism and freedom together, what is that equal?
That has equaled a prosperous, enormous, sort of tremendous power, right?
We are unlike any other country in the world.
And so when I look at Mam Dami, I'm just like, you gotta be kidding me.
We don't need any more of these guys running around.
Fortunately, Mam Dami has just been humiliated, totally, utterly, positively humiliated.
You see, he wanted to put through like a nine and a half percent tax on everybody's real estate in New York City.
Woohoo, smart, but buddy, come on.
I mean, listen, you're probably better off going back to the tax the rich thing because you're now talking about taxing like all of Manhattan and like all of Queens and all of the Bronx.
Can you see?
I mean, it would have been great, right?
Because he would have gotten voted out so darn fast, which is exactly what this little mamdami needs.
Anyway, he's retreating.
He's ending his proposed tax hike.
He didn't really, I guess, have much of a choice.
Kathy Holkle like saved his you know what because he wasn't going to be able to meet his budget.
And she came forward and she gifted him a lot of money.
So he's now looking at $4 billion in additional state aid, courtesy of Kathy Holkle.
Oops, I think we spelled her name wrong.
But he still wants to do this pied-a-terre tax, et cetera, et cetera.
Oopsie daisy.
And I just think the guy is cooked, okay?
Totally cooked.
Here's a really interesting report on it earlier today.
Victory lap for doing it.
Mom Dhani is touting his proposed budget that wipes away the city's $12 billion deficit over the next two years.
Fiscal years.
The mayor says it's a victory for democratic socialism because he did it without burdening working people.
Critics point out New York state taxpayers and Governor Kathy Hochul did most of the heavy lifting, covering $8 billion of the city's $12 billion budget hole.
The other money comes from general improvements to the city's financial management $500 million from taxing wealthy vacation homes and $1.6 billion from pension restructuring.
Watchdogs say kicks the Costs down the road to future taxpayers.
Hmm.
Okay, so he's counting on, if you look at this graphic, and our thanks to Fox for this report $500 million that he's going to get from those pied-a-terres.
Okay, but I'm just going to tell you this.
They actually get a lot of money because I can't remember what the numbers are, but if you buy an apartment in New York, the city gets a portion of that.
They throw a tax on it.
And since, well, nobody's going to be buying an apartment in New York anymore, they're going to lose all that future revenue.
So this is sort of like a one time deal.
Everybody's going to sell their pension.
They're going to sell it for less than it's worth.
So they're going to get less than they would otherwise get.
And they're going to hightail it out of there.
I mean, we're already seeing them.
And remember, I showed you last week Ken Griffin what he's doing?
He's moving to Miami, for goodness sakes.
Everybody's like, get me out of here.
I got little Mam Dommy running around here.
And his clones over there in Queens, like Alexandria Ocasio Cortez.
He also is not really able to do everything he wants.
He's actually already sticking it to the peeps.
I mean, all kinds of hidden fees in everything he's doing.
Let's go back to this story.
Now, according to the New York Post, Momdani's budget proposal also includes hidden fees and fines, like increases to ambulance transportation fees, charging people for EMS arriving at the scene.
Hiking tree replacement fees and boosting profits from concessions in parks and taxi permits.
The budget does not include Mom Dhani's main campaign promises to increase income taxes on the rich in corporations.
Governor Kathy Hochul says that's a no go.
The mayor still says tax hikes are coming despite President Trump's warning.
Unbelievable.
So she's giving him money, he's still threatening tax hikes.
I mean, this guy, is he for real?
Or is he some kind of, you know, plant from the bad guys from the other side?
I mean, we talked yesterday, did we not, about the mayor out there in California in Arcadia, which is sort of like a suburb of LA?
And turns out she was working for the Chinese.
She was part of the CCP.
So I'm looking at him going, what's this about?
Okay.
I'm starting to question everyone right now.
You know that.
And they're doing an investigation because there's belief that a lot of people are.
Leaking out there to the media that shouldn't be leaking.
And the question is, why are they doing this?
Why?
And some people believe they might have been corrupted by foreign influences.
And so when I look at Mamdami, I mean, it's like the guy is just so stupid.
And Kathy, like she's, oh my God, if he puts these nine and a half percent taxes on everyone, for goodness sakes, I'm never going to get elected again.
Everybody's going to blame me.
They're going to hate me.
So she's scrambling.
This is a disaster.
They need to get rid of him.
Fast, okay, and you need to get rid of AOC and Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib and Timmy Waltz and Kamala Harris and all the crazies that are trying to take us in a direction that is frankly not American.
They don't want us to succeed, they want us to be like Europe.
That would be something, oh my goodness, would they love that?
So then China can, you know, send their submarine to the coast of.
Boston, all right?
Submarine Threats to Coast 00:02:40
That's what it's like.
We talk about us sending the submarine to Gibraltar.
Do we really want to turn over all this greatness and all this power and all this prestige to China?
I mean, again, you got to question the motives of these people.
You really, really do.
And I think about all the fraud that's going on.
That's the other big story today because JD Vance, he didn't get to go with the big kids onto the trip in China and the CEOs and stuff, but that's okay.
He's not letting any.
And anything, you know, slipped by.
He's out there with a press conference of his own today, and he's talking about the importance of going after all this fraud.
He's stopping $1.3 billion from going to Medicaid in California.
So he's just like stopping the checks.
This is great.
They're going to have to respond.
Anyway, before I get to that, a quick shout out because it's important you stay healthy.
You can use balance in nature to do that and fight the good fight.
Fight being P H Y T. Phytonutrition is what I'm talking about.

Whole food phytonutrition plus balance in nature.
You can get it on sale.
I always like a sale.
I really do.
I really do.
I was telling someone earlier today about that.
I'm like, you know, I'm such a bargain hunter.
I can't help it.
It's like in my DNA.
I told you my dad, he'd take me to Marshall's as a kid and he said, make sure you go to the clearance section, Trish.
That is where the best brand is.
The best brands are clearance.
And so I thought that like clearance was like Chanel or something for the longest time.
You know, I got to buy clearance.

Okay, the administration, the administration is blasting fraud.
Ilhan Omar Marriage Fraud 00:03:22
You know, the president has no use for Ilhan Omar, right?
I mean, he actually this week came out and knocked her again.
And this thing is going totally viral today.
So, I thought I should show you it.
in light of us doing this big thing on fraud.
It's not just Minnesota.
It's California.
It's Maine.
It's not good.
Anyway, he's got a thing or two to say about Ilhan.
Without you, we have Somalia, okay, a fine place where we have a congresswoman who brilliantly came over to the country by marrying her brother.
That was the first law she broke.
That was the least of them.
And she comes from a country where they have nothing but crime, bedlam, filth, a horrible place.
They say it may be the worst place.
Comes to our country, and then she tells us how to run the United States of America.
It's an amazing thing.
Ilhan Omar.
It's an amazing thing how they can get away with it, and the people don't want that to happen.
And hopefully you'll figure it out.
But a very terrible thing.
I can't stand it.
She says, the Constitution gives me certain rights.
Go back to your own country, talk about a constitution.
They don't have a constitution.
They never will.
That's why, upon taking office, I signed an executive.
I mean, tell us how you really feel, okay?
He really does not like her.
Now, the immigration fraud thing, he might have that a little bit backwards.
I think that she actually came here with her dad, and there's been some speculation about whether or not he should have gotten the.
Status that he got because of some concerns about what he may or may not have done and the ties that he had back in Somalia.
So I know that is being looked into.
And then the other question being, did she marry someone that wasn't?
I mean, he says it was her brother.
The question is, did she marry someone and therefore create immigration fraud?
So the first marriage she had, she actually didn't marry him.
It was just a marriage in the church, and she had a bunch of kids with him.
And then she had a second marriage.
And some people believe that that might have been arranged for immigration reasons, so that the person who was coming over that they allege was her brother.
And it doesn't even need to be her brother, by the way.
Like, if it was a false marriage, it's a false marriage.
And that will actually get her thrown.
I mean, they take that stuff really seriously.
I know they have sitcom stories about that and stuff back in the day, you know.
And everybody would, like, if they were in an arranged marriage of this kind, they would be trying to memorize each other's, you know, habits and, you know, what side of the bed they sleep on and all that kind of thing.
Because back at that time, if INS found out, like, you'd be in big, big trouble.
Well, the thinking is that Ilhan may have had one of those.
Bought and paid for marriages.
And again, it didn't even have to be her brother.
I know that that's a popular thing.
And, you know, look, if they do a DNA test, maybe we can figure that out.
But if we find out that that was a fake marriage in any way, because don't forget, she like divorced them pretty fast thereafter and then went back to hubby number one, who she had another kid with.
And then I guess eventually married until Timmy Minette came along.
Medicaid Scandal in Maryland 00:09:39
Listen, it's some very sketchy stuff and they're looking into it.
And we have confirmation.
From the DOJ that they're looking into it.
And we have confirmation from JD Vance that they're looking into it.
And JD Vance is not only looking into Ilhan Omar's immigration records, he's also looking at Ilhan Omar and feeding our future in the $250 million, $250 million that people in the Minneapolis area that were all from her district, the majority of which were from her district, profited from illegally.
By the way, they've gone to jail and they've admitted this stuff.
They're guilty.
And so they're moving on.
It's not just Minnesota.
It is also California.
It is also Maine.
There are a lot of places that they're looking at.
And he's telling all these states listen, I'm giving you a warning.
He's out today saying, hey, you are on notice.
You either cooperate with us and allow us to see this fraud that's going on, or we're just not going to write the checks.
Got it?
Here we go.
What are we going to do to fix that?
Today, we are sending across 50 Medicaid programs, we are sending letters.
That will require them to show that they are effectively and aggressively prosecuting Medicaid fraud in their states.
And if they do not, if they do not aggressively prosecute Medicaid fraud, we are going to turn off the money that goes to these anti fraud units.
And I would say a couple things about this.
You may think, obviously, this is a Republican administration.
We're all proud Republicans up here.
You may think that this is purely a red state or blue state issue.
That's actually not true.
We see Medicaid fraud issues in Ohio, the state that I used to represent in the United States Senate.
We also see Medicaid issues, fraud issues in a state like Maryland, which is obviously a very blue state.
But both Ohio and Maryland have worked with us to take this issue seriously.
They've worked with the guys behind me.
They've worked with our entire team to make sure that they take fraud seriously.
Again, this does not have to be a red state or a blue state issue.
This is just basic good government.
However, states like California, states like Hawaii, states like New York have completely not taken the fraud issue seriously in the Medicaid program.
And so for those states, That refuse to get serious about fraud, we are going to turn off that anti fraud money.
And if we continue to find problems, we can turn off other resources within their state Medicaid programs as well.
Our goal here is not to do that.
We don't want to turn off any money.
What we want to do is ensure that people are taking fraud seriously.
We want to protect Medicaid.
We want to protect Medicare.
But we can't do that if the states that are administering those programs are allowing those programs to be fleeced by fraudsters.
Wow.
So they're basically telling all of these states, like, we need insight into your books.
And if you're not going to give us insight and if you're not going to take this seriously, I mean, they found, remember, they were out recently saying, hey, we found Republican states.
That had all kinds of fraud, but at least they have the Republican states cooperating with them.
If you don't have the cooperation, then you can't ever find the fraud.
And it's like, guys, don't you want to find it?
Well, apparently they don't.
All right.
Let's just be honest.
They apparently don't want to find the fraud because I guess they're kind of nervous.
Oh, I don't know that it might be an Ilhan Omar kind of scenario.
Dare I say?
Unbelievable, unbelievable stuff.
You have massive numbers that we're talking about.
Dr. Oz is talking about 100%.
Billion dollars in Medicaid fraud.
I mean, that's an enormous number.
California is asking for 1.3 billion from the government and the federal government.
JD Vance is like, You're not getting it.
Tell it to the hand, okay?
You're not getting it.
It's like the kids again, right?
Like, someone's going to teach them, whether it be Europe and NATO or the state of California, which is just a cesspool of disaster.
Like, just like it's It's a gross place.
Anyway, $1.3 billion is not going to be paid.
It's not going to be paid until they actually do the right thing here.
Watch.
The state of California has not taken fraud very seriously.
And because of that, we see a lot of the consequences that I just referenced.
And again, let me highlight the fact that this really is two separate victims.
So there are California taxpayers and American taxpayers who are being defrauded because California isn't taking its program seriously.
But also, you have people who've been prescribed medications that they don't even need.
Sometimes they've had drugs put into their bodies that they don't need because fraudsters have actually encouraged false prescriptions and false administration of medications.
So think about this.
You're just a person trying to go see a doctor.
You assume that your doctor is doing the right thing, but these fraudulent healthcare providers are getting rich by giving people medications they don't even need.
It's a defrauding of the American taxpayer, but it's a violation of the trust that should exist between every American.
And the people who prescribe the medications.
That's one thing that we want to, we're targeting.
And this is why we're taking this action, is because we want California to get serious about this fraud.
Yeah.
Okay.
Because clearly California is not very serious about anything.
I mean, California has turned into such a disaster zone.
I don't know if you guys have traveled there or how many viewers we have from California, but I think about it, you know, it was bad when I was there in the year 2000.
I lived there for almost five years in San Francisco.
That was back when Kimberly and Gavin was married and he kind of seemed like he had some okay enough ideas.
I say it must have been Kimberly's influence because he wanted to stop just handing money to the homeless because that's literally what they were doing back then.
I guess they still do it.
They just hand the homeless cash.
You stand in line and you get cash.
And he saw that when they got the cash, there was a direct correlation with emergency rooms being overloaded with overdoses.
Okay.
So he said, hey, maybe there's a better way.
Can we like take the money that would otherwise be giving them in cash and maybe put it into a homeless shelter?
And Believe it or not, the city council shut it down.
They wouldn't allow them.
They kind of like their homeless weirdly in San Francisco.
It's getting so bad though that this spoof went out.
I put it up on my shorts feed because I just thought it was hilarious.
And before we get into some heavy stuff again, just take a look at this with me.
It's funny.
This is a pretty hilarious.
Okay, let me see if I can do that again and get it up for you.
Here we go.
It is, it's funny.
This is a pretty hilarious spoof.
Are you thinking about moving to California?
Yes, California is the place to be.
Come visit our California coastline.
Our coastlines are gorgeous.
We put in a new policy to put voting booths in Mexico.
So now anybody can vote in U.S. elections.
Look at this park.
It's amazing.
One of the best in the U.S., right?
Absolutely.
Just look at it all.
Our state always has real estate for sale as we keep our reservoirs drained.
So we can recycle the homes with fire every year.
So move to California and we promise to take all of your money through taxes and not give a shit about you.
It says it all.
It does.
And not give one.
Single iota about whether or not we're delivering for you.
I mean, they have just become the epitome.
And it's really amazing because they're almost like they're worse than Europe, but they're where Europe is heading, right?
Because they really don't care.
They don't care about policing anything.
They don't care about it.
They like, you know, you go back to the year 2000, they actually wanted their homeless there.
They didn't want to get them off the street.
It's really weird.
It's a very weird mentality.
But the weird mentality is only going to last them so long because look what everybody's doing.
They're up and leaving.
Every single business owner is like, we've had it.
We're out of here.
Billionaires are leaving in droves, and where are they going?
Oh, Florida!
Florida!
Florida!
It makes sense, right?
It makes all the sense in the world.
Here's Dr. Oz saying $100 billion.
$100 billion of your money has been taken by these fraudsters in Medicaid, and it's bad.
And there's a reason for that.
Half of the fraud we believe in the federal government could be coming out of healthcare services.
We're a large rhino that can be stabbed effortlessly by foreign governments.
Syndicated criminal entities and smaller time operators who can take advantage of the system with, as Andrew pointed out, as little as a Medicare beneficiary number, which is basically a credit card, to defraud this system.
Unfortunately, that results in about $100 billion of estimated theft just from Medicare and Medicaid.
That, just to put it in the context of affordability, which is a very important subtext of this discussion, we would be able to double the life expectancy of the Medicare trust fund if we could deal with the fraud issues just in Medicare.
So, anyone who's out there working their tail off, hoping Medicare will be there with them and for them, and we know many young Americans don't think that's going to be the case, it will be the case.
If we take the fraud out, it'll be there for you and your children as well.
And stopping this as a means by saying the Medicare Trust Fund is a noble purpose, but as pointed out by the Vice President and Mr. Ferguson, it is about the human costs.
Because if these fraudsters are willing to take your money, they will definitely steal your life and take your health along the way.
I'm just looking at your comments as he speaks, and I do believe that Unc Andy 47 said, Trisha's coming to Florida, when she retires, beaches, sunshine awaits you.
Look, I love Florida.
Medicare Trust Fund Savings 00:10:49
You know that.
I absolutely, totally, absolutely love Florida.
A lot of my friends are buying places in Miami.
I think it's going to be a very promising area economically.
And it's because they have the right economic policy.
Oh, I'm going to dork out on you.
Listen, the economic policy stuff matters.
California got it wrong.
Europe got it wrong.
Guess who's getting it right?
Florida, Florida, Florida.
You know, New Hampshire gets it right as well.
Although, for some reason, in New Hampshire, we keep sending Democrats to Congress.
I was talking about this with somebody recently who made a very astute point.
Guy Benson, actually, we were at an AFP thing together and we were talking backstage.
And, you know, I told him I grew up in New Hampshire and he said, you know, it's funny.
And I'm like, yeah, it's right.
Because we always elect a Republican governor because it's live free or die, baby, right?
No taxes, no income taxes, no sales taxes, even.
Somehow we still sort of manage.
And he said, well, you know, apparently it's okay to tax everybody else.
Oh, you know, that's interesting.
That's an interesting take on it.
Anyway, Florida is a great place, just a terrific place.
Place just in right now, everyone.
This just coming in hot off the presses.
We have learned of a CIA whistleblower that is putting Fauci in his place.
This guy's name is James Erdman III, and he testified today in front of senators.
Um, it should have been actually a bipartisan event, but for some reason, the Democrats chose not to show up.
He said that Fauci actually forced everybody to cover it up.
Remember when we we knew pretty much.
That the virus came from the lab in Wuhan, China.
I knew that in February of 2026.
I didn't report it because it was only from one source, and I try to have at least two sources before I go with stuff for you.
But I knew about a lab in Wuhan, China as far back as February 2026.
And then months later, I mean, it was finally like May or something when John Roberts over at Fox News said to the president in a press conference, Hey, you know, we're hearing some things that maybe it could have come from Wuhan, China.
And the president's, Yeah, you know, I heard that too.
And what happened, Fauci, in nothing.
I mean, ballistic.
The next thing you knew, there was some hit job on the president in Nature magazine and all kinds of stuff.
Everybody was saying he was lying.
He was telling the truth.
I'm like, I heard it in February.
For goodness sakes, it's now May.
Anyway, James Erdman, I believe, is telling the truth.
Listen to him here with Senator Rand Paul, who I'm telling you is out to get Fauci like no one in this testimony.
Hot off the presses.
But your conclusion is that changing from the scientific Consensus of it being from a lab to a neutral position by the CIA was significantly influenced by Anthony Fauci?
It was significantly influenced by Anthony Fauci's injecting himself into the IC.
And to go to the second part of your question about what happened, particularly during the 90 day study, we have documentation that shows that as of August 12th, the CIA was considering calling this a lab leak, August 12th of 2021.
And then That changed on August 17th of 2021.
And unfortunately, because the CIA would not provide us documentation that we asked for, we have no idea why that changed.
And that's.
And they weren't alone because we know the FBI was coming to the same conclusion that it was Lab Leak as well as the FBI.
Yeah.
I'm looking, you guys are like, Trish, do you really read all the comments?
And my short answer is yes, yes, and yes.
I do read them all.
And Unc Andy is saying that he watched the entire hearing.
It was really, really something to see.
Uncandy, let me know what your favorite part was.
I wanted to show you guys that because this kind of sort of summed it up.
I mean, basically, they were being told to cover this up.
So the allegation is from this whistleblower that the CIA was illegally monitoring, okay, the phones and computers of analysts that were looking at the origins of the COVID 19 pandemic.
So they imagine this they tell the analysts, hey, go figure this out.
But don't get too close because if you get too close, oh, we're going to have to rein you in.
And just to make sure you're not getting too close, we're going to go and monitor your phones and your emails.
Wow, the CIA refused to provide information necessary to understand why analytic standards at the CIA were violated.
He also said, I'm quoting here the CIA illegally monitored the computer and phone usage of the Director's Initiatives Group personnel, their investigations, and contact with whistleblowers.
And he said these were Americans being spied upon illegally while executing duties directed by the president and under the Director of National Intelligence.
And so remember how all the three letter agencies were coming out one after another after another saying, Yep, it came from Wuhan.
Yep, it came from Wuhan.
Yep, it came from Wuhan.
I mean, DEA was out.
Everybody was out there except for the CIA.
They were the holdouts.
And it might have taken, don't quote me on this, it might have taken until Donald Trump came into office when they finally admitted, Yes, it came from Wuhan.
Unbelievable.
I mean, they just lied to us and lied to us and lied to us.
And You know, I'm still angry about it.
I don't think they'll ever get away with that again, ever, at least not for those of us that have lived through that.
And Rand Paul wants to make darn certain they're never going to get away with it again.
Listen to him here.
Mike Lindell's reporter caught up with him in the hallway outside.
Watch.
The top line is that there was a scientific consensus at the CIA that the virus.
Came out of the lab, that there was a lab leak.
Anthony Fauci intervened in 2021, and at his behest, it seems like the CIA changed their conclusion.
Internally, their scientists were concluding that it came from the lab.
After Anthony Fauci came in, he influenced their higher ups to overturn the idea that it came from the lab.
I think that's a pretty serious protocol and shows that there was a conflict of interest from early on.
Chairman Paul, where does this go from here?
Obviously, the Testimony that we heard about the extent of the cover up within the CIA and Dr. Anthony Fauci's role in all of this.
What is your next move?
There's more news to come.
We're going to have something next week that also has to do with these conflicts of interest.
Is there anything that can be done regarding Anthony Fauci, given the fact that the DOJ has now not pursued that five year statute of limitations?
The five year statute of limitations would also apply to a July testimony.
So there are a few more months on him lying to Congress.
There's also the question of destroying records, destroying emails, encouraging others to destroy emails, which is against the law.
There's also the question, you know, conspiracy charges have been filed against David Morenz, who was a longtime lieutenant of Anthony Fauci.
But there's always the overhanging question of the pardon.
We've never had a pardon challenged before that I know of being successful, but we've also never had a pardon that was given for 10 years for unspecified crimes.
So that really is, you know, something that I think is and should be questioned.
The other question is whether or not you can pardon somebody if the president really never was conscious of the person he was pardoning and it was done by an auto pen.
So there are a lot of questions, and I've sent several criminal referrals on Anthony Fauci, and I hope they will be pursued.
Wow.
So he said there's still an opportunity.
Look, I think he brought up a couple things there, right?
He's talking about that pardon that really might not be a pardon, and the reality that the statute of limitations on other things that he believed Fauci said under oath that were.
Factually, just flat out wrong.
In other words, he lied under oath in Senator Rand Paul's estimation.
So, if you combine those things together and we assume that, and they're trying this, I know that, and we got a new head of the DOJ, at least on an interim basis.
I think he's doing a pretty good job so far.
Todd Blanch, heck of a lot better than Pam Bondi.
I'm sorry.
You guys heard my frustration with Pam.
I love her.
Like, personally, she's terrific.
We've been on TV a bunch together over the years.
I think she's great.
I think she looks great on TV.
I think she's a good messenger.
I know she loved the president and was loyal to him.
But, okay, I'm sorry.
You got to be good at the job, all right?
Otherwise, we really don't want you there because you're going to screw things up.
And I'm telling you, the other side wouldn't have been fumbling the ball the way Pam Bondi was.
So now Todd's in the job so far, so good.
But think about the politics at play.
I mean, can't we all just admit, like, it's been a while, right?
It's like six years later, and the Democrats are still licking their wounds.
You know why they are the ones responsible?
This was deep state at work.
They didn't want you to know what was really going on.
The fact that we had been funding this Wuhan virus ourselves.
He was trying to hide that one and went to great lengths, and he had a lot of support from the media and from the deep state to do it.
They figured they could take out Trump while they were at it.
It was like a panacea of perfection.
And by the way, They did.
They did get rid of him because of it.
I warned of that.
I lost my job because of that in March 2020.
If you haven't subscribed, at least subscribe now.
All right.
I know a lot of people went through a lot.
And you guys are saying, look, you know, people had to lose their loved ones and couldn't even say goodbye, couldn't even be with them in those final hours.
It was terrible.
And then they were shutting down speech left, right, and center.
It was an awful time.
And we can never go back to that.
And yet the Democrats want to pretend like it didn't even happen.
They didn't even show up today.
There are no Senate Democrats inside of that hearing room right now.
There are several Democrats on that committee who should be sitting in there, but they are not there.
You heard the witness mention that.
Senator Ruben Gallego, Democrat from Arizona, actually walked by us about 15 minutes ago.
He saw the media cameras here, and we couldn't tell if he was joking or trolling or not, but he said, hey, what's going on here?
And his staffer said, I don't know, and they walked past us.
So he's on that committee.
He's not in the room, but we couldn't tell if he was just joking or not.
I think he was trolling you.
I think he was really trolling you, buddy.
Not good, not good.
AI Economy Inflation Risks 00:02:13
Hey, if you haven't subscribed, do me that favor.
Make sure that you subscribe to the show.
It is so important, especially in light of everything, right, that we've been through at various times and thinking back to 2020.
And then the other thing I really want you to do, and this is really for your good, not necessarily, although it helps my business, of course.
I want you to check out 76 Research.
Do I have that graphic for you?
I want to show it again because it's a little bragging opportunity for me, right?
I get to show you how well we've been doing.
And I'm super proud of it.
I really, really, really am.
Gosh darn it, where did it go?
Hey, by the way, did you see we got a new Fed chief today?
It's official.
Kevin Warsh is in the job and the market loves it.
The hope is that Kevin Warsh is going to be able to be a little bit, how shall we say, a little bit more dovish, right?
When it comes to interest rates.
Because don't forget, you have Powell who's like living in the dark ages and he doesn't seem to recognize what's coming our way.
And what's coming our way is AI.
And with AI, we're going to have all kinds of productivity gains.
And what do you get with productivity gains?
You get deflation.
Okay.
It's happened every time.
Think about when Amazon came onto the scene, when, you know, the tech stuff started happening.
And this is like tech on steroids.
So AI is like enormously deflationary.
So if you're smart about this, you're going to get ahead of it and you're not going to keep hiking rates the way that they have been doing.
So look at those model portfolios.
I love it.
And these are even bigger numbers than we had last month.
The inflation protection is kind of a debasement trade.
So if you believe like me.
That eventually the Fed is going to start printing more and more money as we go into this AI economy, then you want to be in something like inflation protection, which is a debasement.
Things like gold commodity, things like that.
Materials tend to do well there.
The Income Builder has just had a great run as well.
And of course, American Resilience, which is heavily into tech and growth stocks.
So, you know, 10 to 15 stocks in each one of those.
Go check it out.
You can use code word dollar, D O L L A R, and get at least the 76 report.
My gift to you today.
I will say this the markets like what Trump is doing in China, and the markets don't hate what he's doing in Iran either, for that matter.
I'll see you back here live on the show.
Much more to discuss tomorrow.
