We begin on Jimmy Kimmel on his last show last show of the year, that is and gosh, the guy is having a really hard time, really really hard time, kind of breaking down in in live tv.
I guess it's not live.
He actually tapes his show at like two or three o'clock in the afternoon, you know, because he's very concerned about keeping the sanity of his schedule, so he has his evenings free.
So he taped the show and he starts crying Because, you know, there's so much injustice inflicted upon him.
I'm sorry.
You know what, Jimmy?
I have no patience for it because you're there.
You're still doing your show.
My friend Charlie's gone.
And nothing's going to bring him back.
And you had the poor taste to make a really pathetic statement about him that was completely untrue.
And a completely pathetic statement about the GOP in its entirety trying to suggest that somehow this Robinson was oh, belonging to the GDP.

Everybody remembers that.
Nobody really wanted to hear it.
We weren't about to listen to that at that particular time.
By the way, when you knew damn well, buddy boy, you knew.
You knew that that was fake news.
In fact, the Harvard Law professor, Larry Tribe, got called out on Saturday or Sunday over the weekend before you went on and did your Monday show and actually apologized, saying, gosh, you know, I shouldn't have said that.
But you said it anyway.
And guess what?
America didn't want it in the they fired back.
You nearly lost your job.
I still think you're going to lose your job.
Well, the whole show is going to just go down in a way.
MSNBC may pick you up.

Yeah, that might be a tough not to swallow.
I mean, going to cable, for goodness sakes.
Gosh darn it, you might have to go to cable from broadcast, Jimmy.
Yeah, because the FCC has jurisdiction over you, whether you like it or not.
You can cry as much as you want, as you did.
Final show of the year, and this one has been a strange year.
It's been a hard year.
We've had some lows, we've had some highs for me, maybe more than any year of my life.
But on behalf of all of us, I'm crying already, I'm sorry.
On behalf of all of us at the show, I just want to say that we appreciate your support, your enthusiasm, and not just for watching this year.
You literally pulled us out of a hole, and we cannot thank you enough personally.
Harder jobs, but this is not an easy job to do, and sometimes it feels like we're spinning our wheels.
You see, so many awful and destructive acts, all this damage we inflict on ourselves on purpose, and it can make you feel crazy trying to wrap your head around these things that are so clearly wrong.
You know, you grow up reading Superman and you learn to value truth, justice, and the American way, and then you start to realize, especially over the last year, you don't know where that all went.
You don't know what the American way even is anymore.
Are you grossed out by him?
Because I'm kind of grossed out by him.
He somehow thinks that this was an injustice against him because of his own, frankly, sick biases that are so over the top.
I mean, did you hear the interview?
We're not going to watch it with his wife.
His wife, by the way, who is his executive producer.
I mean, you really like to, what do they say?
Fish from the company of Hond.
Jimmy, he used to be married to, you see, a wardrobe person from his other show.
And then he married a writer on this show and then made her EP.
So she's the executive producer of the Jimmy Kimmel show.
I kept saying at the time when this went down with Charlie and he went on the air and said those horrible things, I was like, how could he do that?
Like, how is it that no one on his production team would have the decency to say, hey, Jimmy, you know, maybe that's really not appropriate.
Larry Tribe tried that one over the weekend.
It didn't really work.
He had to issue an apology.
This is the Harvard Law professor.
Maybe you shouldn't go there.
Well, and then I find out, lo and behold, the wifey is the head writer and the executive producer.
So you get a whole team of writers that are terrified of her and him, and nobody's willing to say boo.
And she's already told us, like I said, I won't bother with the sound, but she told us on another podcast how she grew up as a conservative in St. Louis and how she's just so horrified by family members.
She won't even talk to them anymore because they support Donald Trump.
I mean, this is getting a little too far, okay?
It's just supposed to be a little comedy show at the end of the day.
And you people are taking it on like it's a freaking religion.
You know, and you got TDS that's metastasizing.
Well, you don't really belong in comedy now, do you?
And you don't really belong on broadcast television now, do you?
Like I said, MSNBC might have some openings for your guys.
And it's a dual team.
You know, you got to take the wifey too.

Here he is saying, Jimmy Kimmel sounds off on FCC hearing about his show.

Oh, you see, so there was this FCC hearing that we reported on yesterday in which Brendan Carr, head of the FCC under Donald Trump, and I'm telling you, this guy's no joke.
He spent some time at Heritage.
He's well, well steeped in the legalities of all of this.
He's very familiar with the 1934 Communications Act, and he understands the difference between broadcast, cable, and streaming.
Okay?
Where I am right now, where I get to have a whole lot of fun.
And we don't have any scripts.
You know, we just kind of wing it.
We hope the microphone works.
It is, right?
Do you see the different lighting behind me?
Today we're trying something new.
I get to try all kinds of new things over here, but at Broadcast it's very tightly wound and when I worked in broadcast and i've worked at all of them, from CBS Evening NEWS to NBC Evening NEWS, to also uh, I was a contributor on World NEWS Tonight, economic contributor with David Muir back when he did the weekend show as well as GMA Today's show and as we called it, the um, what is it called the?
The Morning show?
I can't even remember.
You see, I just delete that from my memory, the CBS years.
But I worked on a show as well at CBS, which was like the Today Show.
In fact, that's how I used to pitch it to people when I was trying to do an interview with them.
I'd say, well, it's like the Today Show.
It's like Good Morning America, except it's on CBS.
It's the show that Gail King is hosting now, albeit not for long.
Rumor has it that Barry Weiss is not so interested in renewing one Gail King's contract because she suffers from the same TDS and bias that the rest of them do, just like Jimmy over at ABC.
And you see, when I worked in broadcast television, Well, this was a while ago, okay?
So this was pre-Trump.
I was in cable by the time Trump came along and had a little more flexibility.
But in broadcast, you would be very, very careful and you would do all you could to make sure that you were giving both sides their due time.
And you wanted to make sure that you were, you know, fair and right center down the fairway.
But that's changed.
You know, a funny thing happened in 2016.
Donald Trump went down that escalator and the rest is history.
And all of a sudden, the network news programs are becoming more and more like cable every single day.
And as a result, you've got 99% negative coverage on Trump.
You've got 99% positive coverage on any Democrat that breathes.
And to the point where they don't even want to have to cover the actual news like what's going on in Minnesota.
And I have an update coming for you on that.
So here's the story that was in the wrap.
Jimmy Kimmel complaining that nobody was held accountable, nobody at all in those hearings this week.
Because somehow he thought somebody should have been going down, that somebody would have been one Brandon Carr, right?
Because Brandon Carr is the big, awful bad guy.

That's more. believe it or not, than I would get on Fox Business at 8 p.m. at night.
So for me, hallelujah, right?
It's great, but I know a lot of people used to watch over there, and this is kind of a transition coming here, but it's amazing to me because I hear from people all the time now, oh, I watch on YouTube.

Brandon Carr, that is in any way.
And he's also making a joke about how it was on C-SPAN 3.

He said, you know, it's bad when you're on C-SPAN 3.
That's kind of funny.

Because, yeah, when you're on C-SPAN 3, nobody's paying attention except for Trish Regan because Trisha Reagan isn't going to let anyone get away with anything.
And so I watched this and I was dying because there's this moment where you have one stupid, uninformed, not very bright Democrat senator try to take on Brandon, who's really smart.
And clearly she is no match for him because she doesn't understand the difference between broadcast.
As I was saying, you have to be kind of careful in broadcast because the FCC regulates that courtesy of the 1934 Communications Act.
She doesn't understand the difference between broadcast.
And it's actually hilarious.

There's no public interest standard.
There's no broadcast hoax rule.

Well, I think there is a rule for fairness, and the American public understand what's fair and just.
Do you think there's a broad fairness rule that we should apply at the FCC to keep the public safe?
I'm going to go on to merger threats then, Chairman Carr.

Again, she doesn't understand.
And at this point now, she's effectively saying, hey, would you go please, would you go regulate the cable channels for me because I want more regulation from the FCC?
Now, technically speaking, she shouldn't want that, right?
Because again, in the interest of the First Amendment and freedom of speech, it's one thing to have the FCC mind the store, so to speak, for ABC, CBS, NBC, and the Fox network.
Not Fox cable, but the Fox network, you know, you get to watch the Simpsons and stuff.
It's fine for them to be doing that because those are the sort of original ones, right?
Along with radio networks where that is broadcast as a totally different mechanism over publicly held airwaves.
And so, yes, he has the oversight responsibility for that, but he doesn't have that with cable and he doesn't have that with streaming.
And so her name is Jackie, Jackie something.
She's so upset, you know.
Gosh, Fox edited that interview with Kamala Harris, and nobody's complaining about that.
And yet Trump walks away with, oh, there are estimates when you factor in the advertising and everything of somewhere around $30 million from CBS.
Not to mention, now you got Brandon Carr breathing down their back at CBS.
Apparently Paramount's trying to clean the place up a little bit.
But he points out, Senator, you left because she's like, oh, Trump's FCC investigated CBS for, editing an interview of Kamala Harris, but Fox News did the same thing in an interview with Donald Trump to make his answer about releasing the Epstein files look good in the middle of a presidential campaign.
So why didn't he go after that?
And he said, Senator, you left out the portion of our exchange where I explained to you that you had confused a cable program for a broadcast program.

Okay, as I said, I'm not investigating a cable program based on your claim that it violated FCC rules that apply only to a broadcast program.
But the funny thing is, she shouldn't want Brennan Carr in there trying to oversee all of cable because, gosh, you know, most of cable absolutely positively loves the Dems.
I mean, they have their own network with Ms. Now.
They got Rachel out there as their token spokesperson.
If only they could get her more than once a week, you know.
I tell you, shareholders aren't going to like that now in the new Versant, as it's called, or Versant.
Comcast wanted to get rid of any connection whatsoever to any of those toxic political hosts.
So they just fired Joy Reid outright and then they spun the rest of them off.
And now they're traded separately as their own company.
But that's going to mean a lot of pressure on the company.
And that might mean, I don't know, Rachel Maddow, you might have to actually work more than one night a week.
25 million bucks for one Monday night.
I don't know, especially when ratings are as soft as they are.
But hey, if Jackie wants Brandon in there regulating MSNBC, I think Brandon could have a whole lot of fun, don't you?
Poor Kimmel.
Crying, crying, crying, crying.
Meanwhile, ABC and Disney are trying to say that it is conservatives' fault that he was suspended from the air.
Okay, guys.
I hate to break it to you, but Bob Iger made that decision.
Bob Iger's the CEO of Disney, and Disney owns ABC.
And you guys collectively made the decision together to take Kimmel off the air.
You suspended him, not the conservatives.
Not the politicians, not the channels as you're alleging, but the conservatives said their peace of mind and you, you chose to act on it.
You see, this is the victim mentality all over again.
Suddenly, Kimmel's the victim.
I mean, despite the fact that Charlie actually died, right?
Kimmel's the victim.
And ABC and Disney are trying to say they are the victim because they suspended Jimmy Kimmel themselves.
They did that.
Bob Iger did that.
They say they are the victim because they had to suspend him because you had some conservative channels.
Imagine, there might actually be some conservative pockets of the United States of America.
Yeah, you better believe there are.
Heck, Donald Trump got elected with both the popular vote and the electoral college.
Need I remind you, ABC and Disney.
So activist local TV stations got Jimmy Kimmel suspended from ABC.
Disney says it's proof the system works.
In filings with FCC over the future of national network local affiliate relations, Disney and other entertainment giants make the case for keeping their status quo.
They don't want anything to change because you see what's going on.
Brendan Carr is saying enough is enough.
You cannot have such bias, insane programming, whether it be The View, whether it be Jimmy Kimmel, or whether it be your network news.
And consequently, they're trying to say, no, it was the conservative channels that did this.
So one, you blame them.
And then two, you try and, I mean, this is twisted logic.
but what can we say?
This is what they're going with.
They're trying to say that because they were successful in taking Kimmel off the air for that finite period of time, then the system itself works.
That feels like a stretch to me, but they're trying to justify why they should stay in business and not have their licensees taken away.
Well, Carr is legitimately looking at taking away all of those licenses.
So Kimmel is in for some trouble, and I don't know if he's going to make it through 2026.
I also don't know if The View is going to make it.
I say that seriously.
Through 2026.
And before you guys say, oh my gosh Trish, you've been saying that.
You've been saying that, you've been saying that.
Yeah, i've been saying that and, by the way, I say a lot of things.
Early I was calling the financial crisis.
I was like this is a house of cards.
You know that we got hit with in like 2000 2000 2008, started in 2007, sort of.

and the president wants to do something for our military.

So this is some kind of Democrat talking point that later in the show I'll play in Mark Warner from Virginia is also spouting.

I mean, you're just getting really flat out dangerous.
But she's trying to suggest that because he is giving them a bonus of $1,776, that this is somehow signaling to them that they get to stick with him.
They're going to stick with him.

The military actually likes him a heck of a lot more than they like Joe Biden.

The one thing I'll give him credit on is this bonuses to troops.

And so it's these kind of lies that they're spouting and they're trying to say them as though they're facts.

I mean, they have no actual MAGA people on there whatsoever.

And Brendan Carr, again, from the FCC, he's noticing this.

And he's called them out on none other than Fox News.

Joy Behar, yesterday, said this.
First of all, who tried to overthrow the government on January 6th?

The thing about him is that he's so jealous of Obama because Obama is everything that he is not trim, smart, handsome, happily married, and can sing Al Green's song, Let's Stay Together, better than Al Green.
And Trump cannot stand it.
It's driving him crazy.
Jealousy is not a good color.

Who knows what happens today?
The White House chose to respond to that.
And this is what they said Joy Behar is an irrelevant loser suffering from a severe case of Trump derangement syndrome.
It's no surprise that the View's ratings hit an all time low last year.
She should self reflect on her own jealousy of President Trump's historic popularity before her show is the next to be pulled off air.
Is the View now in the crosshairs of this administration?
Look, it's entirely possible that there's issues over there.
I mean, again, stepping back this broader dynamic, once President Trump has exposed these media gatekeepers and smashed this facade, there's a lot of consequences.
I think the consequences of that aren't quite finished.
And look, The View's got a lot of challenges there.
It wasn't that long ago, I think one episode, one show alone, they had to stop, interrupt the show, and read four separate legal notices to try to avoid legal liability.
So I'm not surprised to hear people saying that their ratings are struggling.
Wow.
Sir, where does this end then?
Look, I think we need a course correction.
You know, it's time for America's legacy broadcasters to return to promoting the public interest.
And just recently, you know, Skydance, which is looking to acquire CBS, wrote letters to the FCC committing to serious change, to trying to root out bias, to putting in place an ombudsman that would address these issues, to returning to unbiased, trustworthy journalism.
That's where we have to go.
Go.
And I think we're getting some wins along the way.
It's trust but verify at the end of the day.
You know, we're not where we need to go.
But I think this legacy media really needs to reorient or they're going to continue to run into issues like Colbert, where it just doesn't make economic sense to run a partisan circus.
You heard that?
I mean, Colbert's done.
Colbert basically is coming up on the end of the contract.
He was losing tens of millions of dollars.
So he's done.
It was extremely partisan.
I mean, all of these people are partisan.
And I get it.
I know it's interesting to talk about because Donald Trump is certainly more interesting.
the most presidents that we have had.
But you guys are so just, ugh, like just over the top in one direction that you're no longer funny.
I mean, you're just no longer funny.
Nobody watches Colbert.
Nobody watches Kimmel.
By the way, there's another component to all of this that some people don't fully appreciate, but I can tell you, being over here on YouTube, I totally get it.
So what's interesting is the cable networks will let me use their footage, right?
So if I show you something from Fox, by the way, I'm happy to.
I, you know, nothing.
We parted just fine.
I mean, it hurt a little bit.
I was a little surprised, right?
But it was the best thing that ever, ever could happen.
And I say that very, very sincerely because I'm so much happier over here.
It is just so much more freeing and a more fun job, right, to have.
So it all worked out in the end.
But they let me use their footage.
I show you, I promote them, right?
And by the way, I'm kind of promoting CNN.
Who the heck is watching CNN unless you're watching it here?
And the same with Ms. Now Msnbc I like to call it Miss Now um.
So all of these, you know, they kind of get it and if I were to use say, another youtuber's footage, they let me use it, I let them use my footage and it's kind of like you know a community where you share that's very different.
Over at ABC and CBS and NBC, on their late night programs they hold on to their little jokes if you can call them jokes like there's some kind of precious commodity.
So you know, when we run something from that it's very tricky because we can get hit with what's known as a copyright strike, because none of these networks want to share their jokesters jokes.
And it's like, guys, you are, you don't get it.
Like you are making yourself irrelevant because the only way people really know about you right now, since nobody watches, is if, say, we play those videos.
And then when we play those videos, they get shared.
And then people watch them and they say, hey, maybe I should tune in to Jimmy Kimmel or not, or Stephen Colbert or not.
But you got a shot, right?
Instead, you've managed to just walk yourself right off the plank into total oblivion because nobody talks about you except when you're about to get canceled, like now.
So here's, I want to go back to Brennan Carr because he's saying something really interesting in this next clip I'm going to play for you.
Also from the hearings and PBS is losing it because they're freaking out.
Oh my gosh, he's going, he's going rogue.

And by the way, that radio show is under the FCC's jurisdiction because it's radio.

So again, broadcast versus cable or streaming.
I'm not under FCC jurisdiction.
YouTube's not under it.
Spotify's not under it.
Cable's not under it.
But yeah, the broadcasters are, including.
Radio.
So let's explain it again because, you know, I don't think Cruz even gets this.

You know what?
You get all the First Amendment you want print, streaming, cable.
Who cares about network anyway?

Just wondering, do you have comments on those shows?
And are they doing what Kimmel did Monday night?
And is it even worse on those programs, in your opinion?
Well, if you can be unfunny, that's fine.
And a lot of people are sort of saying that, well, people are punishing Kimmel because they don't like a joke that he told.
But, you know, we don't need to rehash it here.
But obviously, what he said was not a joke, it wasn't presented at all that way.
But when you look at these other TV shows, what's interesting is the FCC does have a rule called the equal opportunity rule, which means, for instance, if you're in the run up to an election, you have one partisan elected official on.
You have to give equal time, equal opportunity to the opposing partisan politician.
So far, so good.
But there's an exception to that rule called the bona fide news exception, which means if you are a bona fide news program, you don't have to abide by the equal opportunity rule.
And over the years, the FCC has developed a body of case law on that and has suggested that most of these late night shows, other than SNL, are bona fide news programs.
And potentially, I would assume you could make the argument that The View is a bona fide news show.
But I'm not so sure about that.
And I think it's worthwhile.
To have the FCC look into whether The View and some of these other programs that you have still qualify as bona fide news programs and therefore exempt from the equal opportunity regime that Congress has put in place.
Got about 30 seconds.
Wow.
Okay.
So, yeah, they're like reeling over there.
They don't know which end is up, but they keep digging themselves in further and further and further on The View.
It's like they just can't get it.
seem to take a hint.
You know, they don't know which way the wind blows over there.
And I think it's going to blow whoopee right off the set.
Or the whole show is just going to go away.
My prediction for 2026.
Like I said, I tend to be early, but that's okay.
I'm giving you a sense of what's coming here.

How much have you guys been following this, this Warner Brothers discovery?
I mean, another media story, if you would, for you.
Warner Brothers Discovery, which is the parent company of CNN, is about to be sold to Netflix.
Except, I don't think it's going to get sold to Netflix.
So, Netflix offered a ton of money, only the CBS parent, Paramount, that David Ellison, son of Larry Ellison, now owns.
Paramount has offered a lot more money and a lot more cash.
So, I don't know how the Netflix Warner Brothers Discovery deal just.
goes through for less money, right?
I mean, shareholders, you know, they're not going to like that because if you could get five cents more, you got to take it.
You have a fiduciary duty, you see.
The board has a fiduciary duty.
So this probably, probably means that we are going to see a merger, if you would, between one CNN and CBS in 2026.
I think ultimately, even though this vote is going to shareholders and they want to say, okay, we've got the Netflix deal here, you've got Ellison.
David Ellison, son of Larry.
Okay.
Oracle.
Thank Oracle.
A lot of money, like one of the wealthiest guys in the world.
I mean, you know, Elon may have him beat, but he's right up there in the top five.
So a lot of money.
You got a big company, CBS and Paramount coming in trying to say, hey, we're going to buy Warner Brothers Discovery.
And guess what?
We'll do something that Netflix is not willing to do.
We'll actually take the redheaded stepchild.
It's like the Fox business at Fox, right?
We will take CNN.
Nobody wants CNN.
Let me be really clear.
I'm going to say it again.
Nobody wants CNN.
In fact, when Comcast was looking to bid for Warner Brothers Discovery, it was like, we'll do the deal, but we don't want CNN.
Netflix is like, we'll do the deal, but we don't want CNN.
And then all of a sudden you get Paramount CBS coming along and saying, we'll do the deal and we'll take CNN.
You got to give him some credit for that, right?
Here's Ellison speaking about how his deal is better.
I'm telling you guys, I don't think this Netflix thing is going through.
I think Ellison has got more money where that came from.
He's going to up his bid and shareholders are going to be in big trouble if they don't okay the merger between Warner Brothers Discovery, including CNN, and Paramount CBS.
Watch.
Our offer is $30 a share, all cash, $41 billion in equity that's backstopped by the Ellison family and Redbird, $54 billion in debt with commitments from Citi, Bank of America, and Apollo.
We have faster regulatory certainty to close, and our deal is pro consumer, it's pro creative talent, it's pro competition.
And we believe that when you actually further contextualize, there are $30 in cash, or sorry, $30 a share.
Is basically $17.6 billion in cash more than the $23 in share that they signed up.
Right.
Okay, so that's a lot.
You're not obviously paying for global networks.
Their deal doesn't.
Global networks would be CNN and some of those other things that nobody wants.
Involve paying for global networks, which are traded as its public company, which, by the way, also figures very prominently here in trying to determine what the overall value of the respective deals are.
Because there are $27.75, including obviously the stock portion of their deal, but it also includes, well, what's global networks?
Is it a $2 stock?
Is it a $4 stock?
Okay, this is funny.
Okay, global networks, remember guys?
CNN.
He said, is it a $2 stock?
Is it a $4 stock?
Nobody knows, right?
Because it hasn't been spun off yet.
And the Warner Brothers Discovery is thinking, okay, we'll do this deal with Netflix and then we'll just spin this thing off, kind of like Comcast did with MSNBC and co.
We're just going to spin off Rachel and see where it lands.
Well, nobody really knows where it lands, right?
Until it actually trades.
And so he's saying $2, $4.
I mean, I was thinking $1.20.
But get ready for it.
Get ready.
David Ellison has a number.
What do you see?
Because that can go a long way in terms of at least determining why the board may have said, no, we think Netflix is superior.
So, respectfully, we think that basically that's valued at a dollar a share.
It's a buck.
It's a buck.
All right.
Okay.
CNN, you're worth a buck a share.
A buck.
So, if you look at Versa and where the median of all of this is, it's about four and a half times.
You have to get to five times equity value or more. to basically get to the, you know, kind of $3 plus that you're claiming.
Wow, wow.
Okay, so he's valuing it pretty cheaply, but he did go on to say, you know what?
This may not be my best offer.
So that's how I know.
We're going to see a merger between CNN and CBS.
Well, what does that mean for all those CNN anchors?
Jakey boy, Tapper, maybe.
You know, I mean, you've already kind of lost the toss to the public, given that you were the one that went on and on and on and on about how great Joe Biden was.
I mean, you scolded Lara Trump and told her, you know, that her own father-in-law was seemingly declining mentally.
But no, Joe Biden, he just had a stutter.
That's all.
Remember that one?
And now lately, oh, oh, forgive me.
I missed something.
He wrote a book.
He wrote a book after the fact saying how the media totally missed this on Joe Biden.
It's sort of like, okay.
You're really hard up for cash, I guess.
That's quite a move after being the one that defended his mental health or mental cognitive ability, I should say.
Maybe his mental health is kind of wavering too.
So then he comes out with a book.
He makes a ton of money.
And the next thing you know, he's going after Donald Trump's health and going after his mental cognitive ability.
That's the least in grace out of Jake Tapper.
So my prediction is, well, you know, if we see a merger between CBS and CNN.
I think that's kind of going to spell the end of Jake Tapper and possibly that he might be sort of the only one.
I'm trying to think of who else over there.
I mean, Don Lemon's already gone, so there you go.
He was like the Joy Reid, right, of CNN.
So Tapper, I mean, Anderson, does he get to live another day?
Maybe if they cut his salary some.
I predict good things for Erin Burnett.
She I know personally and worked with at CNBC.
And even when I was on Bloomberg, I used to go on her show.
She's just a great, great person.
tries, I think, to be a little bit more fair.
And given that she has a background as a business journalist, you know, it's hard as a business journalist to not call it like you see it because, you know, we're used to dealing with numbers and things like that.
So she'll probably be fine.
But I think that Anderson might be looking at a pay cut.
And I do think that Jakey Tapperboy is going to be struggling.
Oh, along with the little guy.

You know, the little chubby one that Hannity loves to make fun of.

But he did, I guess, what Jeff Zucker wanted him to do until Jeff Zucker was no longer there.
And then that meant that guy, who was kind of like, you know, Zucker's hitman, lost his job.
But now, miraculously, he's back.

We have Epstein files to talk about.
Ladies and gentlemen, big, big news.
They've finally come out.
Okay, we're talking hundreds of thousands of pages of Epstein files.
They have just been released.
I have not read them all.
It happened just at the top of the show.
And I can tell you who's looking very closely through them right now.
And that would be one, Bill and Hillary Clinton.
Bill and Hillary Clinton are fighting this inquiry because the House is demanding that they come in and they testify.
And they have offered to provide some sworn statements.
But they're telling that no, they will not go and actually speak to Congress.
So Congress is saying, well, then we're going to hold you in contempt.
Well, what does that mean?
You ask Steve Bannon what that means.
You ask Peter Navarro what that means.
That's not good.
That's not good for Bill and Hillary because that could mean a year in the Slammer.
Now, you know, I actually don't feel bad for Steve and I don't feel bad for Peter.
They made a decision not to testify and they knew they were going to go to jail because guess what?
The Democrats were in charge.
You know, it's a little different, I guess, if you're the former head of the IRS or wasn't it, was it Lerner, right, under Obama?
They demanded come in and testify, but Obama cleared her so she didn't have to go to jail when she said, I'm not going to go and testify.
You have that ability, right?
When your guy or gal is in the top seat, guy in this case.
The Clintons don't have that.
So if President Trump is not willing to say, I'm going to give you a pass, and he's not willing to give them a pass, and they're not willing to testify, then they're going to have to deal with the consequences.
So Bill and Hillary and their team, I guarantee you, are taking all of these pages and throwing them.

As we speak, I can tell you some of the headlines that have already come out vis a vis these, these documents.
Um, you know, we we've seen some pictures of Bill and Epstein.

We know, of course, about Larry Summers, we know about Alan Dershowitz, we know about Woody Allen, some of those things have already been out there.

The Democratic committee was actually tweeting about how Donald Trump was going to have Jeffrey Epstein to the White House for Thanksgiving.

So there's going to be some of that, and there's going to be a lot of innuendo and a lot of hearsay, and we're going to have to do some diligence in terms of the reporting.
But I wanted to at least let you know these have come out, and Congress demanded it.

And I think now the next question is going to be who's in it, and will Bill and Hillary, in fact, go and testify?
because they are saying they won't.
And I just have news for them.
If you say you won't, you're going to be held in contempt and you can go to jail for that.

Ilan Omar, Tim Waltz, Attorney General Keith Ellison.
We see a web of connections between them and those directly involved in the fraud.
For example, Ilan Omar alleged enabling introducing the 2020 Meals Act, which was ultimately subject to fraud.
Hella Campaign Victory Party at the Safari Restaurant.
That's where one of the men who run that restaurant has associations to the convicted individuals.
And then there's Tim Waltz, House Oversight Investigation Role in his role as governor.
Or Keith Ellison, the Attorney General.
His job is to enforce the law in Minnesota, but instead he's getting donations after meeting with the Feeding Our Future representatives, the Feeding Our Future, the biggest known yet part of this entire fraud, excuse me, theft ring.
You know, one thing that's kind of interesting that he's not mentioning and nobody's really talked about, although I've said it before, is that the day she debuted her bill for feeding the future back in March, 2020, that was the day she and the lobbyist, I don't know what he is, some kind of political advisor, he actually works for her campaign, got married.
Or at least that's the day they announced that they got married.
So, you know, Happiness is making lots of money apparently.
I mean, her net worth went from 200 000 to 30 million marrying that guy, who then gets paid by her campaign.
And then they're all taking money from these, these guys, you know, like the one that owns the Safari restaurant.
Huh, that's not a good look.
On top of which CBS NEWS just reporting today that it turns out this is even bigger than you thought.
People were talking about a billion.
Now it looks like it's nine billion, and this is a medicaid thing.
So they got a medicaid problem, you know.
You know who mentioned this the other day and we ran the sound on.
It was dr Oz.
He's like, the medicaid fraud was outrageous.
So in Minnesota, we're not just dealing with the Feeding The Future fraud, we've got the medicaid fraud.
My gosh $9 billion or more.
This is pretty awful, guys.
Pretty darn awful.
Meanwhile, hey, another day, another fraud.
It's not just Minnesota.
Let's go over to another M state, to Massachusetts on the East Coast, where some Haitian immigrants, how do you like that, are being accused of walking away with $7 million worth of SNAP benefits.
We are announcing federal charges against two men, Antonio Bonner.
And Saul Elisme for large scale SNAP benefit trafficking, a scheme that turned a program designed to feed families into a multi million dollar criminal enterprise.
SNAP benefits are also known as food stamps.
The defendants are charged with one count of food stamp fraud.
As alleged in the charging documents, these men abuse one of the government's most critical safety net programs for their own financial gain.
This is taxpayer money meant to keep people from going hungry.
These defendants decided to take it for themselves.
These defendants exchanged SNAP benefits for cash, which they pocketed.
Bonner, a naturalized U.S. citizen from Haiti, owned the Jesuela variety store.
Elise May, a lawful permanent resident also from Haiti, owned the Saul Maché Mixé store.

Now, I know it's just an isolated case, but, you know, then you start adding things up, whether it's that, whether it's any kind of crime that happens by an illegal, it's just not acceptable because, hey, it wouldn't have happened if they weren't here.
Okay?
Like, sorry.
You know, you got to limit the downside, shall we say.
You know, this is a game of odds.
And why are you going to play those odds?
How is it worth it to play those odds, especially?
as we increasingly change our economy and we become more and more automated, you're not even going to need that many people for all these jobs in the future, in all seriousness.
So things are changing.
Things are changing fast.
We need to do a better job educating our kids, not in transgender studies, for goodness sakes, but in real stuff, okay?
We're going to need electricians.
You know why we're going to need electricians?
Because we're going to need a lot of electricity to power the future with AI.
We're going to need people that can manage our grid.
We're going to need people that are really great in tech.
We're going to need programmers, we're going to need people that understand Ai.
So we've got to do a better job educating.
Then we're going to need, you know, we're going to need the regular jobs too.
We're going to need plumbers.
I just, I just got my chimney swept the other day.
Great guy, great guy and uh, you know, salt of the earth guy and i'm sort of like you know he's.
He's so in demand because I live in the northeast right.
So what does everybody do in the wintertime?
They want to get their chimney swept so that they can use it during those cold, snowy nights, and It's like it's a lost art.
Nobody knows how to do it anymore.
You can barely get on the guy's schedule.
And I got a lot of fireplaces.
So listen, there are going to be jobs that are needed, but those jobs need to go to the people that are here.
We got to figure this thing out.
We got to figure it out fast.
So, you know, yes, you can continue to bring people into the country and you should, but you got to know who they are.
You got to know that they can take care of themselves.
You got to know that they subscribe to our values.
You got to know that they want to be American, okay?
And they're not going to take advantage of the system because unfortunately, too many people are.

I hope you guys are getting ready for the holidays.

In fact, I'm going to a holiday party tonight, can't you see the little crystals on the sweater?
But you know I always dress up on this show.
It's just kind of what I do You know anyway I'm looking forward to singing some Christmas carols tonight.
It's actually a caroling party and you know yours truly I Got to sing for you guys one of these days, right?
I spent a lot of years studying opera.
I studied piano.
I could actually read music before I could read the English language.
So I am also the pianist tonight on duty, so I do have to go.
I have to get over to the party.
They might be looking for me.
I am, you know, the pianist and one of the lead singers this evening at my caroling party.
So I'm going to go sing some Christmas carols and have some fun with my family and so many friends in my community.
And I thank you in this community for being here every single day.
