The anchor of this week on ABC NEWS, with George Stephanopoulos, might actually be departing sooner than you think.
So there has been a lot of rumblings there at ABC for quite some time.
In fact, he was pretty mad, you know, after it turned out his network had to pay $16 million because he just blatantly libeled the president and it went all the way to court and ABC was like, what do we do?
Oh, we'll give him $16 million, $1 million for the lawyers, $15 million to the presidential library.
And so George has been kind of on the down and outs ever since then.
And he can't quite move on, so it seems.
So there was an incident that happened there on the show over the weekend.
You see, he wanted to ask about what has been alleged about Tom Homan.
There's these reports that Tom Homan was caught in some kind of sting operation.
We don't have a whole lot of information on it.
The administration is saying it's not true.
But think about what was going on on Sunday, okay?
The president's flying over to Israel and then to Egypt.
Right because we're in the middle of a peace deal.
They're about to, hours from then, release the hostages.
We got a mega shutdown going on that's costing thousands of people their jobs.
Thousands of people in the federal government are being laid off and I know a lot of people are like, oh okay, all right, you know, i'll take that because the federal government's too big.
Anyway, we all know that.
Anyway, they got all this stuff going on.
But Georgie Poo is like a dog with a bone and all he can do is talk about Tom Homin.
And so Jd, the vice president of the United States Of America, mind you, he goes on the show And he calls him out on it.
And then, and then watch what ensues.

I saw media reports that Tom Homan accepted a bribe.
There's no evidence of that.
And here's, George, why fewer and fewer people watch your program and why you're losing credibility because you're talking for now five minutes with the vice president of the United States about this story regarding Tom Homan, a story that I've read about, but I don't even know the video that you're talking about.
Meanwhile, low income women.

You are focused on a bogus story.

And I'm just blown away by the fact that the guy who's anchoring this week on ABC News doesn't even know anything about what this country went through in terms of civil rights and how the National Guard had to get called in into places like, oh, I don't know, 1963 Alabama, George Wallace.

So when he's talking about what's going on in D.C. or in L.A. or in Brandon Johnson's Chicago, where Donald Trump is offering to bring in in the summer of heat, right?
That's what they called it because they've been able to reduce crime dramatically in the Washington, D.C. area.
If they're offering that then up to Chicago and Stephanopoulos is so upset about this saying, oh, my gosh, like this had never happened before.
It's never, ever, ever happened in history before.
And I'm like, buddy, it's hard to watch these people really because they don't know The basics.
That far, is the president going to invoke the Insurrection Act?
Nearly half of U.S. presidents have invoked the Insurrection Act during their term, some more than once.
Donald Trump said he would do it during his first term.
Not over the objections of governors.
Absolutely.
Think about Eisenhower and Little Rock.
It was absolutely over the objection of the governor to desegregate the schools.
The Insurrection Act, for years, lawyers have been saying this is far too broad.
They warned about it at the beginning of the Biden administration.

This has happened a lot.

But when I look at a show like The View and I consider the fact that there's the FCC, which is responsible, you go back to the, what, 1933, 1934 Communications Act when all of the television, you know, networks were just first coming out.
They had a duty to their community and that duty still exists to their community, but you wouldn't know it on The View because it's nothing but a whole bunch of false information or shall I say state information fed to you courtesy of the Democrat Party day after day after day after day.

He spent his career.

You know, by the way, he's got a tremendous background, and he was legally fighting for the rights of people who had been exposed to chemicals like the roundup she mentioned.
And so a tremendous educational background as well.
And, you know, ran into his own challenges with chemicals and substances.
So the point being, he has devoted his life to this.
And she's correct in saying not everybody who's been head of HHS has ever been a doctor.
So why do you come off on your high horse?
You want to talk about misinformation.
You guys are the ones with the misinformation.
For goodness sakes, we had to listen to Fauci tell us, okay, you don't need a mask.

Well, now we're learning some new stuff, some really pretty scary stuff, about how they were collecting metadata like millions of phone records on sitting U.s.
Senators in 92 Conservative groups, including Charlie Kirks.
They were mapping the MAGA movement with every piece of data they could.
It was basically creating an enemies list.
An enemy's list.
So more and more is coming forward right now.

So more information, as I said, has been coming forward about this Arctic Frost.

You know about the FBI memo that was just revealed.
Dan Bongino had to tell these senators last week, hey, guess what?
They were gathering information on your phone records.
They were gathering metadata.
It's known as tolling, where you figure out exactly who one person is talking to, and then you collect records on the other person that they're talking to, and you figure out exactly where they are geographically, how long they've been talking.
You're not actually getting the conversation itself, but you're getting the metadata.
Again, this is known as tolling.
Now, the left is trying to downplay this story.
I'm saying it's bigger than Watergate, and I'm not kidding here, because wait till you hear about some of the stuff that was going on and how it went down.
They are trying to say that this is not what you think because Josh Hawley referred to it as wiretapping.
And there is a technicality in terms of the difference in the wording, right?
Tolling is one thing.
Wiretapping is another.
In this case, they were just gathering the metadata because apparently, as John Solomon so aptly put it, they were really trying to kind of map out who the players were and how could they undermine them going into the 2024 election.
I bring this up and say it. this way because I think about what went down, right?
You had the Capitol riot in what?
January was J6 of 2021.
That was sort of the impetus for all of this, right?
You had Nancy Pelosi's daughter, Alexandra, there with her little camera recorder, taping the whole thing, putting music to it.
I mean, she's a documentary filmmaker, right?
And of course, instead of actually inviting any journalists inside, they had Alexandra Pelosi's daughter, who then, I guess, was selling the footage to HBO, who then sold it to CNN.
I mean, she probably made a pretty penny on it, too.
So you have all of this going on.
in January of 2021.
But what's weird to me, this is what's weird to me, is that the first person to actually start going out and getting all of this metadata, that was Timothy Tebold.
Jack Smith eventually used it, but this guy, I want you to see him here.
Timothy Tebold started this so-called Arctic Frost case.
Timothy Tebold was an FBI agent who was working in the Washington office.
He had actually been the guy who was investigating Hunter Biden's laptop.
Oh, that was another example of misinformation.
Yeah, Hunter Biden's laptop was not real, was not the subject of an FBI investigation.
In fact, They even came up with the bright idea to have 51X spooks and spies and CIA agents, you name it, a whole bunch of hacks, right?
That signed off on that thing, knowing that it was real and that this guy, Timothy T. Bolt, was in charge of the investigation.
They pretended like that investigation wasn't happening.
So Timothy T. Bolt decides in February to April, around that time, so let's call it spring of 2022, to go out and start this, quote, Arctic Frost case.
And in this Arctic Frost case, they decide to name President Trump as somebody who's of criminal suspicion.
So they open this case.
And what's fascinating about this is they broke all the rules when they opened this case.
And this is the case that enabled them to go out there and start collecting this data.
You see, they opened the case themselves.
Timothy Tebold, if we look at metadata per the Word document, which shows you who was in it last and who initiated it first, Chuck Grassley, thanks to his office, they've found all this information out.
Thanks to whistleblowers who have been coming forward, both to Dan and to Cash and, of course, to Grassley, who's investigating this.
Well, this metadata shows that Timothy T Bolt who you just saw.
He was the guy who authored it and then he was the guy that approved the opening of the case and he was the guy that approved the gathering of the metadata, which you can't actually do because there's this little thing called self-approval rule.
I want to put this up for you.
It's actually something in the Fbi's code, section 3523 of the Fbi's domestic investigations and operations guide diog, Is the no self approval role.
In other words, if you're the one that's like initiating something like this, like a criminal investigation into a former president of the United States, you can't actually be the one to sign off on it.
You can't be the one to be the final okay on it.
And yet he was.
So that's a little weird in and of itself.
So then, you know, you fast forward and they've got this J6 committee and they're gathering all this data and we don't know, did they have any proper. a justification for this?
Did they get the warrants?
Did they get a FISA warrant?
Did they get a Patriot Act letter?
Like what did they do?
Was there a subpoena?
That's not really clear.
We just know that they decided to open this and they had the ball and they just kept running with it, running with it, running with it.
And that leaves us saying, well, what exactly was the goal?
Why did you need to have all this data?
By the way, the investigation eventually kind of went kaput, right?
The J6 committee was dissolved after Americans came forward and put the Republicans in charge of the House.
but they still had all that metadata.
And then they decided to do something more with it.
Let's go to John again, talking about how they were mapping An enemies list.
That plot gets stopped by the American people in December 2022 because Americans choose Republicans, Republicans come in, the Democrats get thrown out of the House.
A year later, when Adam Kinzinger is no longer a member of the committee, he's no longer a member of the House, he no longer has protection of the speech and debate clause.
He's calling up the FBI and trying to give them these records, which, by the way, the FBI would never have been able to get this large a swath of records.
It's just too broad a request, right?
It wouldn't be a legitimate investigative need for that many records.
He's trying to say, hey, I don't know, but let's just get him to you guys.
He's making that call in December of 2023, four years after most of the cases have already been brought in January 6th.
Why is he doing that?
He's not doing it for some legislative purpose.
He's not doing it for some criminal purpose because J6 is mostly solved by that point.
He's doing it to try to give the FBI one more piece of weaponry to stop Donald Trump from winning the presidency in 24.
That's what is so concerning.
It's a civil liberties violation that then gets politically weaponized by offering it to the FBI.
Wow.

So they took all this information and Kinsinger, by the way, you know, at a certain point, again, if you think about the dates, I mean, the investigation had wound down.
It's late 2023.
They know Donald Trump's going to run for office.
And so then Kinsinger allegedly takes this information back to the FBI and says, hey, here you go.
Because again, they're trying to figure out who is the problem, who is the enemy.
The committee gets up and running in 2022.
They go out and get this massive dragnet of phone records, 30 million.
You don't need 30 million phone calls to figure out what was going on January 6th.
What were they doing?
They were mapping the MAGA movement with every piece of data they could.
It was basically creating an enemies list.
That's what the J6 committee was doing in this project.
And think about the scope and scale of what they've now done 30 million lines of phone records trying to figure out everybody who talked to the Trump White House.
92 groups, including Charlie Kirk's TPUSA and everybody else in the conservative movement.
Eight members of Congress in the Senate, one member of the Congress in the House.
They were mapping an enemy's list.
This was an investigation purportedly to solve what happened at the Capitol that instead was trying to figure out who are the movers and shakers in the MAGA movement that we can stop in 2024.
Right?
I mean, that's exactly what was going down.
They wanted to stop big organizations like Turning Point USA.
That was one of the organizations that was being investigated.
They were collecting toll data on.
metadata on.
I mean, remember the Edward Snowden fiasco, right?
That was because he exposed the metadata gathering.
You can't do this, okay?
You can't do it.
You need a warrant for it, for goodness sakes.
And yet they were doing all of this.
And I'd like to know under what justification they didn't have any.
Again, going back to T-Bolt, you can't, Timothy T-Bolt, decide to open investigation and then be the one who like, okay, is everything on the investigation?
Where was the oversight?
They get the J6 committee together and they're like, chomping at the bit.
Okay, this is our time.
This is our moment.
We're going to get all this information.
We're going to make sure that we destroy Donald Trump and anybody associated with him, half the country, frankly, because half the country voted for him.
We're going to destroy him for good.
Because, oh, you know, if you're going to mass in Latin, you must be, you must be a problem.

That was actually a thing.
People that were going to mass in Latin.
If you were at a school board meeting and trying to defend your kid because you said, you know, I don't think that this whole trans thing is really appropriate for discussion in school.
I don't think it's right that my kid has to race against somebody who's a naturally born male, a female racing against a male, well then you were the problem.
You were under investigation.
So think about this.
They were trying to destroy an entire school of thought, an entire half of the country, 30 million phone records that they were assembling.
And then, as John said, when America said, you know what, we don't really want you anymore, and the Congress switched back to Republican control, Adam Kinsinger went away hat in hand, and he kept the phone records.
And now he is the guy who reportedly brought them back to the FBI.
In the meantime, Tebalt resigned because Republicans were like, oh, buddy, who are you?
I mean, for goodness sakes, you couldn't get the Hunter Biden laptop right to save your life, right?
You're clearly corrupt.
That was their view on him.
And so under all of that pressure, he goes away, but they still have that data.
They still have the phone records.
And so this is really bizarre.
So remember when Dan said the other day on Fox and Friends, he was like, there's this secret room?
And in this secret room, like we're getting all this information because you see, all of this stuff got sealed, it got archived, and it theoretically went away until some of these whistleblowers came in and the whistleblowers offered it up.
And what do you know?
We find this whole Arctic frost disaster.
And there's something called the cellular analysis survey team that they were using to gather, again, this preliminary toll analysis.
What I find fascinating is that they didn't do that right after January 6th.
Like, wouldn't they have done that?
Immediately following the J6 investigation, like, why are you waiting until September of 2023, more than two years after J6, 18 months after the Arctic Frost case was first opened, to start going after all of this toll data to start tapping?

Think about that, you guys, how bad this was.
If you're mapping the MAGA movement and then you're like, okay, we're going to take out this one and this one and this one and this one.
And then you're going to Bank of America and you're saying, please hand over all of the records of these people or debank them because they don't have a right to a bank account.

People's freedoms were trampled on.

This is a big story and a big deal.

It doesn't really even matter.
I mean, you know, she's getting dragged into this.
She's the one who's got problems down in North Carolina.

I mean, she got on a primary house.
Her niece is living there.

Niece who is evading probation in North Carolina.

So, what is that about?
Well, if they're income properties, and by the way, that's exactly how she listed them on an additional financial disclosure as income properties, then they're supposed to go at a different mortgage rate.
You see, you get the lowest mortgage for your primary residence, then you pay a little bit more for the secondary home, your vacation home, right?
Because, you know, when the you know what hits the fan, what are you going to do?
You're going to pay the primary residence, not the vacation home, and then you pay even more for the income property, because that's the one you're really not living in.
So when the you know what hits the fan, of course that's the one you drop first.
So you see how this goes.
She apparently got to save eight tenths of a percent.
It gave her like three thousand and change right up front, apparently an overall savings of about seventeen thousand dollars, according to the Daily MAIL.

He said, look, a first-year law student could bring these cases against Comey and against Leticia James.
These are pretty obvious.
Meanwhile, we're getting word that John Bolton is likely the next to be indicted.
I think Adam Schiff is in that crowd as well.
It is turning into a total, you know, it's not retribution.
I think it's just what's fair is fair because we can't live in a world where you can weaponize a system against someone like that.
So now this is, okay, maybe it's payback.
Maybe it's, okay, Letitia, you came after me for something that was sort of wild and sort of crazy.
I mean, remember Kevin O'Leary, Mr. Wonderful from Shark Tank, nice guy, by the way. was saying, listen, I don't know who the heck is going to want to do business in the state of New York anymore because every developer is going to be like, oh my gosh, I mean, if I say anything that's out of school, I could be threatened with the AG coming after me.
Well, no, it's not that if you say anything, it's actually just if you happen to be on the wrong side.
Because don't forget how we started this show with the media weaponizing itself against Donald Trump because they had the sort of A-OK from some very important people in the government, including Deep State, to go ahead and do that.
In fact, what we've learned about Arctic Frost is that they were actually collecting toll data, metadata on 30 million phone records of Americans that they believe to be a threat because they had some contact at some point with the White House.
This is crazy.
So you have to stop it.
You have to stop it in the name of, you know, saving America.

And the shutdown means that thousands of workers are being fired, thousands of government workers, nearly 5,000 are losing their jobs at places like the IRS, which is part of the Treasury Department, at places like the Housing, Urban Development Bureau, you also have, well, the EPA.
The EPA, that was a racket, right?
Just ask, what's her name from Georgia?

Yeah, the New York Times loved her.
She's the one who was like, I did not lose the election.
I refuse.
I refuse to acknowledge that I lost the election in Georgia.
And somehow they put her up on a silver platter.

And as we look at this shutdown in the here and now, we're no step closer to getting any kind of resolution.
So what is the OMB doing?
What is Russ Vogt doing?
He's firing people.
I mean, they're trying to find money to save the WIC program for widows and children.
They're trying, okay?
And you know what Donald Trump has proposed?
Instead of sending, say, checks to everyday Americans to the tune of $1,000 to $2,000, he's talked about that most recently, about a week and a half ago on OAN, saying he'd love to be able to send this thanks to the tariffs.
They're now trying to take the tariff money and apply that to WIC.
They're taking tariff money to be able to pay.
They've found some loophole, I guess.
They've found some cash somewhere at the Pentagon, and they're going to be able to pay.
Military members.
But you know i'm sorry, like if you're uh, somebody at the IRS, if you're somebody at HUD, if you're somebody at the EPA.
You're kind of um sol, shall we say.
And you know there's no movement on this because they want that one and a half trillion dollars to go for health care for illegals.
And Mike Johnson has said enough is enough is enough.
Here he is yesterday on Capitol Hill talking about all this wasteful spending and how it has to stop.
And they would send a half a billion dollars to liberal news outlets By refunding the Corporation FOR Public Broadcasting.
Oh, wait a second.
Was that how ABC stayed in business?
Just kidding.
And certainly how PBS was staying in business, huh?
They wanted to kind of circle that money through back to PBS.
I don't think so.
I don't think so.
It would also restore up to $5 billion of American taxpayer funds for wasteful spending for international projects.
Here's a couple of examples.
This is in their legislation, their counterproposal on the CR to keep the lights open.
This is what they want to do.
They want to spend $24.6 million of your hard earned dollars as a taxpayer.
For climate resilience in Honduras.
They want to spend $13.4 million for civic engagement in Zimbabwe.
They want to send $3.9 million for LGBTQI democracy grants in the Western Balkans.
They want to spend $2.9 million of your dollars for desert locust risk reduction in the Horn of Africa.
And $2 million for, quote, organizing for feminist democratic principles in Africa.
We are not doing that.
These are unserious proposals from unserious people and they are playing games.
While real Americans are being harmed adversely by the shutdown.

That's the reality.
So they keep playing the games.
You know, we don't need to watch it again, but remember the other day?
Remember when Hakeem Jeffries, oh gosh, I still love the sombrero.
Like, you can't beat that.
I mean, you can't beat his social media game at all.
But Hakeem Jeffries decided to go onto CNN.
And even CNN was like, gee, you know, Hakim, it looks like they really do have a point here because this money would actually wind up fortifying and helping the hospitals that are servicing illegals.
And so that's a problem for you, right?
Like you brought all these people into the country and now we can't really deal with this the way we ought to be able to deal with it because they did some stupid stuff.
By the way, Donald Trump out speaking against that quite emphatically.
I'll tell you, Hakim.
He's going nowhere.

And even Dana's like, I mean, it's getting old, buddy.
For working class Americans, that's their priorities.
But it depends on who the they are.
There are enough Republicans on a piece of legislation, if all the Democrats supported it, that would extend those Obamacare subsidies for one year.
I think I'll go with that.
Just on the policy, would you support that?
I think I've been very clear, which is that that is not a proposal that I'm prepared to support at this particular point in time.
It's very simple because working class Americans, everyday Americans, and middle class Americans deserve the same level of certainty and assurance as to their health care costs in an environment that the cost of living is already out of control, electricity prices through the roof, housing costs through the roof, grocery costs through the roof.
Now tens of millions of Americans are about to experience dramatically increased premiums, co-pays, and deductibles.
We should provide these everyday Americans the same type of government.
Yeah.
And that makes sense.
I understand that.
What about supporting that along with reopening the government?
Because the Republicans don't feel that they are feeling any political pain now.
I mean, you saw the White House, the OMB director put out something about that they're battening down the hatches because they're paying troops, law enforcement, and they're making permanent cuts to the federal workforce while this should Boom, boom!
Exactly what they always wanted to do.
I mean, who needs Doge when you get the Democrats, right?
That is happening.
Our Republicans have been engaging in mass firings and attacking hardworking federal employees since the very beginning of Donald Trump's presidency.
And so, to the extent that this is continuing, it's more of the same.
Cruelty for them is the point.
We've been very clear as Democrats, again, we'll find a bipartisan path forward.
We want to reopen the government.
We want to make sure that our hardworking federal employees and civil servants get paid.
But we also have to address the Republican health care crisis.
And the American people clearly know that our government is not Republican.
I'm just going to say nobody actually sees it as a Republican health care crisis.
They see it as your crisis because you are the one that wants to continue.
You don't want to see a clean CR.
You want to basically hold the American taxpayer hostage because it's give me, right?
Like that's what they're about.
They're all about give me, give me, give me, give me.
I mean, Mam Dami, for goodness sakes, Comrade Mam Dami, he's a total nut job and he wants to take everything you've got in the city of New York.
Let me tell you, everybody's going to leave.
I am glad I sold my apartment a few years back pre-COVID.
That was like the best move ever.
But Mam Dami's a nut.
And they're coming for them.
Just a quick shout out, by the way, considering all these nuts here to an organization I'm happy to partner with because they're looking to lower health care costs.
And this is important right now.
Hold Big Pharma.
We've got to do this.
Trump is doing this.
President Trump is holding Big Pharma accountable in a huge way like no other president has done before.
And I'm thrilled about it.
But, you know, Big Pharma has an army of lobbyists.
You know this.
They're working overtime.
They want to make sure that you pay the most for drug prices, right?
They don't want you getting any kind of break, even though you get breaks all over the world.
So they've already had prices on hundreds of medicines.
They did that just as Donald Trump was coming into office because they knew what was coming.
They've been flooding us with billions of dollars worth of misleading ads, horrible ads, by the way.
You can't even watch the nightly news with your kids anymore because of these ads.
I'm just saying, not that I would watch the nightly news with my kids because you know what?
We don't watch the news with the kids anymore in our household.
Okay, while flooding us with billions in misleading ads for those drugs that you know you probably don't need.
I mean, who knows?
Let that be between you and your doctor, not you and the TV screen.
Worse yet, Big Pharma pushes government mandates designed to stack the deck in their favor.
Their goal in Washington is simple.
They want to escape accountability.
They want to block free market competition.
And of course, they want to jack up already outrageous prices so they make more and more money.
Look, I don't have a problem, right?
I'm a capitalist with people making more and more money, but let's do this the right way, not the weird way.
So conservatives, conservatives, free market conservatives for lower health care, they're out there warning against these Big Pharma.
Agendas that will stick Americans and employers with billions of higher premiums and drug costs.
You know that Donald Trump is not backing down.
Well, I'll tell you, conservatives for lower health care costs, they're not backing down either.

And of course, Brooklyn, New York is one of the precincts that is about to elect, I guess, a socialist mayor of New York City in general.
Just doesn't sound like a real national party to me.
You ever thought about that?

It's crazy to say men should compete against women in sports.

And as any case, you point out, Mr. Momdani looks like he's going to win this mayor's race.
And he represents all kinds of crazy things as well.
I'm not supporting that.
I'm just suggesting that's what the pundits are saying.

And you're going to wind up losing a lot of financial services companies and all the people that pay the tax revenue because this guy, comrade, learn his name.

And realize there's a policy proposal that says your plan, and I'm going to quote it for folks, is to shift the tax burden from overtaxed homeowners in the outer boroughs to more expensive homes in richer and whiter neighborhoods.
Explain why you are bringing race into your tax proposal.
That is just a description of what we see right now.
It's not driven by race, it's more of an assessment of what neighborhoods are being undertaxed versus overtaxed.

It's just amazing to see, and I think it's an uplifting moment to consider this.
In the face of so much darkness, right, we're seeing a lot of green shoots, actually.

We're seeing green shoots everywhere.
We've got peace that no one thought possible coming our way in the Middle East.

We've got a chance at hopefully settling this thing with Ukraine and Russia.
We've got finally the sealing of the border and some methodology on how to deal with crime in the United States that's being taken seriously, whether Brandon Johnson in Chicago or Gavin Newsom and Karen Bass out in LA want it or not.
We're actually seeing things start to turn around.
I credit the D.C. mayor because she said, come on, come one, come all.
We'll take the help with the National Guard.
