NO AMNESTY! Trump UNLEASHES Federal Probe— Letitia James & Hochul Face PROSECUTION

Trish Regan details the Trump administration's "no amnesty" stance, launching federal probes into James Comey and John Brennan while targeting NY AG Letitia James and Gov. Kathy Hochul for defying ICE. She warns of National Guard federalization against states like California and Chicago, citing Supremacy Clause violations, alongside DOJ budget cuts and Elon Musk's "Doge" initiative. The episode also covers a White House lawsuit over $44B in Title IX funding, Epstein investigation theories, and a 50% tariff on Brazil, suggesting deep state panic over these legal and economic shifts. Bitcoin Hits 52 Week High 00:07:34
And we're live.
We've got so much going on right now.
Oh my gosh, I'm looking at my phone.
I just saw Bitcoin hit a 52 week high, $112,000.
We've got Nvidia crossing over $4 trillion in market cap.
Oh, I know you really care about this stuff, right?
You better, you better.
I'm Trish Regan.
This is Trish Regan's show.
I'll tell you what I know you care about and I care about and everybody needs to care about.
And that's the lawlessness we got going on in this country right now.
You just look around from coast to coast, whether it's New York with Letitia James and Kathy Holkle up to their antics.
or it's Gavin Newsom, who by the way, finds himself in South Carolina for some reason today because he's already scoping out 2028, whether it's Gavin Newsom or the mayor, Karen Bass, in LA, or whether it's out in Chicago, Brandon Johnson, the mayor there, I'll tell you, they're all in huge trouble.
I mean, huge, huge trouble because the federal government has made it very clear.
No amnesty, no amnesty, period.
We're going to get into all of that because it's setting up.
Quite a conflict between state and federal government.
Meanwhile, Comey.
Huh, you knew you had it coming to you, right?
Comey.
Brennan, you knew too.
Time to face the music.
What do you know?
Criminal investigation being launched by the DOJ and FBI into these guys.
And we have the Supreme Court saying, go ahead.
Make my day.
Cut, cut, cut, cut, and cut some more.
The federal government is seeing a whole new reckoning.
Doge is getting its day in court, so to speak, because Donald Trump is going to be able to take a red pen to the ledger there for the state, well, federal budget.
Deep state.
They're completely panicking.
And as I said, Bitcoin at a 52-week high, 112K as we speak.
Lots of good news on that front.
Oh, Scott Brown is in the house.
Scott Brown.
You know, my friend from New Hampshire, the former Senator Scott Brown, who's actually thrown his hat in the ring again, all happening again as we've got these investigations going on.
into James Comey and John Brennan because of that fake Russia, Russia, Russia story, which I happen to know a whole lot about because I was on the front lines of all of that.
So we'll get into it.
But we begin today with the big headline, which is no amnesty, okay?
The Trump administration is done.
They said, we don't care.
You got farm workers out there in California, too bad.
Nobody's getting amnesty.
You got farm workers in New York, too bad.
Nobody's getting it.
We actually have to be consistent here, and we're not going to allow some people to break the rules and not other people to break the rules.
This came up.
In a cabinet meeting, I want to play you what the president had to say on that, and then we'll go to the Department of Agriculture.
Support an American workforce.
So, all of the above.
Give the farmers the people they need, but we're not talking amnesty.
Laura, do you want to say something?
Yeah, thank you, Mr. You heard him.
We're not talking amnesty.
No way, Jose.
Not talking amnesty.
And then Brooke reinforced this, Brooke Rollins, Department of Agriculture, there in a press conference.
I think I answered the second question where we are on.
farm labor a little bit earlier.
But what I will say is that Lori Chavez-Durimer is our Secretary of Labor.
And the H-2A visa program, all of the programs that inure to moving in seasonal ag workers are under Secretary Chavez-Durimer.
She has been working around the clock with her team.
I think we'll probably hear a little bit more about this today.
And the conversations will continue.
But I can't underscore enough.
There will be no amnesty.
The mass deportations continue, but in a strategic way.
And we move the workforce towards automation and 100% American participation, which again, with 34 million people, able bodied adults on Medicaid, we should be able to do that fairly quickly.
Thank you.
Woo!
Hey, so did you hear that?
That's a big deal.
That is a big deal.
And it means that all of these sanctuary cities and states and municipalities out there, they're going to have to face the music, including, oh, the Chicago mayor who thinks he can do things his way.
He thinks that there needs to be no cooperation with ICE whatsoever.
You don't have to cooperate with DHS or federal officials.
You can have your own little police force in the city of Chicago.
I don't think so, by the way.
Hey, if I were you in Chicago.
I might think about quadrupling that police force.
Mayor Brandon Johnson.
Here we are.
Division.
Look, we are welcoming city ordinance.
Our local police department will not ever cooperate with ICE.
Whatever their constitutional authority is.
They have it.
They have the constitutional authority.
So what are you trying to do, buddy?
What do you want, a civil war?
Is that where this is going?
Because you want to be able to have 20 million people coming in over a four-year time period that Biden just said, come one, come all?
And now they can come here and you can commit a crime.
And now you're going to stand in the way of the Department of Homeland Security doing its job, doing its job, which, by the way, Obama did this.
For goodness sakes, he was deporting 1,000 people a day.
Okay?
Like, this is the law.
You don't like the law, you can go ahead and change it.
But as it stands right now, it is the law.
And when you say things like that, I can't help but wonder where you're going.
Okay, I got to play it again because I just want to make sure that we're hearing this right.
This is the mayor, the mayor of Chicago saying he doesn't give a rat's you know what about the damn Constitution.
Division.
Look, we are welcoming city ordinance.
Our local police department will not ever cooperate with ICE.
Woo!
Okay, he said it.
I'm just saying, guys, what they're trying to do right now is set up an unbelievable tension.
And I'm gonna tell you right here and now, they're gonna lose this argument at the Supreme Court.
So then my question is, where are they going with this?
Like, what is the goal here?
You guys wanna defund ICE, okay?
You wanna get rid of ICE?
You wanna just have open borders?
Well, you actually would have to have a Congress that would go along with that and maybe add some amendments to the Constitution because, you know, there's this thing called the Naturalization Clause, you know, a few other clauses in there, Supremacy Clause, Commerce Clause.
I can think of a few that actually do give the federal government the power to enforce the borders.
So if you're going to stand in the way of the federal government, well, then the federal government is going to come in and do exactly what they did to California recently.
And they're going to federalize your National Guard because you are standing in opposition.
To the federal government.
It's not that hard, okay?
That's what happened in 1963 Alabama, George Wallace.
You didn't want to integrate the schools?
Well, guess what?
The feds came in and said you're going to do it.
You guys don't want to actually cooperate with ICE and allow for the arrests of any individuals that are here illegally that have committed a crime?
Well, guess what?
The Trump administration will federalize your National Guard and you're trying to set up some kind of weird scenario.
I don't know.
Federalizing The National Guard 00:07:58
I mean, you think about what we saw out of the Los Angeles mayor.
Within the last 48 hours or 36 hours, she's out there acting like, you know, she's the general in the army taking on all the ICE officers on horseback, right?
So this got put out by her, actually.
This is Karen Bass who tweeted this out.
It's a picture and video of the ICE officers and the DHS officials coming in saying, you know, okay, we're going to sweep MacArthur Park, which has a terrible reputation for being a bad place filled with bad people who do bad things, okay?
We're talking gang members, et cetera.
It's not exactly the kind of place where you would ever allow for your children to go and play.
And yet she's trying to portray it like it's something totally different than that.
And then when she hears that they're out there, you know, on the horses and all that, here's some video of it I can show you right now.
Yeah?
All right.
Take a look.
And so you see, you know, they're out there on the horses and they're all mad because they're covered up with their faces.
There's a reason for that, by the way.
They're covering their faces because they're facing all kinds of violence and attacks as recently as just yesterday.
One that could have been serious in Texas.
You understand why there's some need to preserve their privacy.
And yet Karen Best decides she's going to get out there and, you know, be the general of the army and take them on.
Here she is.
I am going to say, Mayor Bass, I need to get my phone and we're departing.
Any comment, Mayor Best?
Thank you.
Mayor Best, any comment?
Yes, my comment is they need to leave, and they need to leave right now.
They need to leave because this is unacceptable.
Who did you speak with?
Mayor Best, who did you speak with on the phone just now?
Who did you speak with on the phone?
They had a custom.
It's like she thinks she's, oh, I don't know, LaMonica?
LaMonica 2.0.
We got a new LaMonica on the scene.
Monica.
La Monica 2.0.
We got a new La Monica on this scene.
You know, she may have to gain a few if she's going to really throw her weight around.
I'm just saying, okay?
Karen Bass, you're no match for La Monica MacGyver, who was willing to put her whole physical body where her mouth is.
Remember, of course, in Newark, New Jersey.
And we know what happened to La Monica after this little episode.
You know, forgive me if you watch this show every day.
You know, we play this a lot because it's just unbelievable to see.
And by the way, the DHS has even better video.
where they're accusing her of really and truly assaulting some of these federal officers.
But she's pushing her way through because she wants to make her way into the Delancey Center there in Newark, New Jersey, so that she can make sure that everybody who has committed a crime, who is being held and detained there, is being held and detained under proper circumstances and, you know, has three squares a day, et cetera, et cetera.
But I'm just looking at Karen.
I'm like, okay, you get a ways to go.
But we don't really want her doing that.
We don't want LaMonica doing that.
We don't want anyone doing it.
LaMonica is still can't understand how the heck she's in trouble.
I mean, this woman is so moronic.
I get that she's a junior.
She's a junior senator.
Forgive me, hardly a senator, congressperson from New Jersey.
And she felt that this was her job, except that, you know, most normal people will call up and make an appointment and not decide to just stampede through the crowd all dressed in red, right?
I mean, but La Monica is not a normal person, nor is Karen Bass, nor is Brandon Johnson, nor is Letitia James.
nor is Kathy Hochul, you understand, nor is Gavin Newsom for that matter.
I mean, they are trying to politicize this in frankly a way that I consider to be quite dangerous.
But here's LaMonica saying, it's so tough.
I've got to raise money now for my legal fees.
And, you know, my family is so worried.
Maybe you should have thought all this through before you, you know, muscled your way through that crowd.
That, yes.
What was it like to be in the courtroom?
I mean, there was a mix of emotions to be there.
I mean, obviously, you know, this is a crazy situation.
I never thought I would be facing charges as a sitting congresswoman.
It's a scary situation, too, because I'm thinking of my mom.
I'm thinking of my mom who was there with me, who's like stressed out about this, right?
That's stressed out for my mom.
Saying that you're going to face 17 years in prison.
I'm thinking about my daughter, who's nine years old.
I'm thinking about my husband, my family.
And it's like, oh my God, this is awful.
But at the same time, it's like, I'm not going to stop doing my job because I know why I was there and I know why I'm being attacked.
And so, definitely just a mix of emotions during that period of time.
Oh, such a mix of emotions.
We feel so bad for you.
I mean, there's more tape where that one came from.
We should let viewers know there will likely be more arrests coming.
We actually have body camera footage of some of these members of Congress assaulting.
Our ICE enforcement officers, including body slamming a female ICE officer.
So we will be showing that to viewers very shortly.
And you say you're the governor.
He's like, okay, you really get the video.
She said, yes, we've got the video.
So now you're looking at Los Angeles Mayor possibly facing 17 years if they're going to put in place the same kind of, you know, they can go after her and they can actually indict her for exactly what they indicted LaMonica MacGyver for, which would be violating Title 18 U.S. Code, Section 111A1 for assaulting, impeding, interfering with law enforcement.
You can take assaulting off.
So maybe she's not going to get 17 years, right?
But impeding and interfering with law enforcement, those are biggies right there.
And by the way, it's not just her.
Okay.
You're talking about Leticia James, who by the way, the DOJ has already sued.
You're talking about Kathy Holkle, whom they have sued.
And you're talking about, well, the head of the DMV there in New York, whom they have sued.
All of these people are being confronted with the reality of the law because there is this thing, again, called the Constitution.
And I know Gary's metal detecting.
You want to see her, you know what?
He's talking about Karen Bass.
Can I get this up on screen?
It's hard to see.
But anyway, Gary's metal detecting said, so you can put her.
Thank you for your generosity.
Put her Bass, Karen Bass, in jail.
That's a good one.
All right.
So anyway, Alina's in a lot of trouble.
I mean, Alina's going after them.
So La Monica's in a lot of trouble.
You've got Karen Bass that's in a lot of trouble.
You've now got Brandon Johnson saying, I'm not going to cooperate.
I'm like, guys.
I keep going back to what Christy says.
And you know what?
This is not just Christy.
I don't need to play it for you.
Maybe later this week we will, but you always have to have sort of a deep breath before you get into the Obama sound because he takes forever to speak.
And it's effectively exactly what she's saying.
She just says it a little bit more powerfully.
Let's listen to Christy Noam saying, hey, I don't make the laws, okay?
You guys want to change the laws?
You go change the laws.
But AOC, La Monica, Letitia, Kathy Hochul, Brandon Johnson.
Bass, don't get hooked.
You guys, you're kind of up a creek without a paddle in more ways than one.
My only question to you, I'd say a question back to you is, which laws in the United States should be enforced and which ones shouldn't?
I mean, my job, here's the deal, guys.
My job is not to pick and choose which laws we enforce and which ones we don't.
We have laws in this country and they matter.
If you want the law changed, go to Congress.
When's the last time you went to Capitol Hill and told your senator or representative to change it?
That's what they need to do.
This is the perfect time for Congress to make a decision on how they want people in this country to be able to have an opportunity to come here legally and to fix this.
We as law enforcement officers, And as a national security department and agency, my job is to uphold the law.
And that's what I will continue to do.
Boom.
She's good.
Media Struggles With Law Enforcement 00:15:08
Okay, so CNN's having a hard time with all this.
A lot of members of the media are having a hard time with this.
I mean, all the Democrats are having a hard time with this.
They shouldn't.
They shouldn't.
I mean, logically speaking, again, this is Barack Obama territory.
This is exactly what he did.
But because it's Donald Trump and we have TDS 2.0, which is apparently bigger and badder, okay?
Like, It's a more aggressive form of the disease, shall we say.
Trump TDS 2.0, Trump Derangement Syndrome is getting, well, as I said, quite heightened, quite aggressive as it stands.
And now CNN had this just complete meltdown.
And one of the things that really bothers me, I'm just going to point this out, is that they keep going back to 1930s Germany and to the Holocaust and to World War II.
And they keep making these comparisons to places where 6 million Jews were killed.
I mean, you're talking about wiping out nearly an entire group of people.
It's just, it's astonishing that they keep going back to this.
And so I think it's kind of all rooted sort of in the same thing.
When you look at Mamdani, the communist that wants to take over New York City, and you think about some of the things he said about Israel or about Netanyahu, et cetera, and then you hear this kind of meltdown on CNN where they're trying to say things that are just ridiculous and not true, I think that they're somewhat related.
Let's listen in and bear with me because this is a pretty obnoxious, disgusting group of people saying bad stuff.
We don't know if they were looking for someone.
We don't know if they arrested anybody.
But clearly, whoever they were looking for, there was no one there but kids.
Well, I think this is the challenge I have with even talking about this.
We are normalizing a government agency disappearing people.
We are normalizing, we're talking about it like it's no big deal that they are kidnapping people and transporting them to concentration camps, both domestic.
and foreign.
Whoa, whoa, whoa, who,
But you got to hear it, right?
You got to know what's out there.
I think that's kind of insulting to Jewish people.
I think it's insulting to Jewish people.
It is not insulting to Jewish people.
I find it insulting that you could even fix your mouth to defend this disgusting behavior.
Are there disgusting assailants at these?
It's not a death sentence.
It doesn't matter.
It's a concentration camp, what they're doing.
And they are disappearing people, claiming that these are people who have committed the most harsh crimes.
But according to the reporting, less than 10% of these people have committed harsh crimes.
So to do the victim Olympics and decide who had it worse, I can tell you, I can participate in that too.
And everybody who says, oh, This is not the America I know.
I can guarantee you it is the America I know.
Can I finish my point, please?
The fact that we're presenting this like it's political fodder, that a government agency is disappearing people, it is not a political point.
It has nothing to do with Jewish people because despite the fact that 20% of immigrants in this country are white, we do not see white people getting carted off to concentration camps.
So if we can just focus on the most people, the people who are harmed the most by this, and not make yourself or somebody else the center of attention, when that's not who's been getting impacted by this.
But I'm saying, or anyone else at the center of attention.
Tensions are so heightened using that kind of.
Because apparently, Jews are not allowed to have any rights whatsoever.
And it's completely fine to compare Donald Trump to Adolf Hitler.
This is a nut job.
I'm sorry.
That's my opinion.
But I just think the woman is completely uninformed.
And I don't understand why they keep putting such moronic individuals on television.
I mean, but again, I feel like you have to hear it because this is mainstream.
For goodness sakes, they still show this network in the airports all over the country.
Yeah, most of them.
Although I've seen Fox in a few places, I consider that progress.
But I mean, this is what mainstream America is consuming.
Language, I think it's not.
How far is it?
The tensions are hiding because this BS administration is kidnapping people.
It has nothing to do with my language, it has to do with the actions that are being taken by this administration.
And how many people have been disenfranchised that you've never heard from again, and we don't know anything about?
Them or where they've gone.
Thousands.
Thousands of people.
Are you hearing about them?
Where they're going?
Yes, I'm not.
Are you a reporter?
Are you not a reporter?
Yes, thousands of people.
Thousands of people.
I'm sorry.
Are you defending?
I won't torture you.
I just need you to know how bad it is.
Right?
And that's an example of what we're seeing out there.
And you had that Piawell woman, you know, the Congresswoman, Jemiah.
She said a few things recently that were pretty awful.
They want to defund ICE.
Hakeem Jeffries kind of punted on that question when he was asked by The View the other day.
And you have Jasmine Crockett, who they're looking to as their new superstar, you know?
AOC, watch out.
You got some competition from this one out of Texas.
I know, Leslie, I see you in the chat, and we feel for you every day.
Having to have a congresswoman like this from the great state of Texas.
But nonetheless, here she is, the phony Jasmine Crockett, who, by the way, went to a fancy prep school and paid a lot of money for college, et cetera.
But you wouldn't know it by the way she talks.
I remember walking into another member's office, and one of her staffers says, Did you see what happened to Alex?
Now, in the house, when someone says Alex, we all think AOC because that's what we call her.
We call her Alex.
Oh, I didn't know that.
Yeah, we call her Alex.
So I was like, What happened to Alex?
And then the staffer points to the TV, and I look at the TV, and that's where.
By the way, she's talking about Padilla.
Remember the senator that nobody had ever even seen before?
I'm in the news business, and I had never even seen this guy.
You know, people are like, oh, you know, Christy Noam should have known who he was.
There's no way she would have known.
Like, he's sort of this nondescript guy who came in and didn't tell everybody who he was or why he was there and he stormed the stage.
I see.
Like, I had no warning whatsoever.
And so I see they're playing a loop of what happened to Senator Padilla.
And I literally just broke down in tears and started crying because it is hard for me to imagine, you know, even just looking at Senator Padilla, this is the first Latino senator.
That the state of California has ever had.
He is the senior senator in that state.
In the video, he announces he's a senator as well.
He makes it very clear who he is.
He identifies himself.
And then there's no respect, not like a modicum of respect for him, nor his position, nor his humanity.
Because, first of all, I don't think that you need to be a senator to not have ICE take you to the ground because you have the audacity in a democracy where we supposedly respect.
Free speech and freedom of press, even though he wasn't pressed, but it was a press conference.
Like, you would think that you wouldn't do this to anybody, let alone a senator, but it tells you like how sinister this administration is.
And like he said, and he said it almost through tears, imagine what they're doing to people that aren't senators.
Right.
Imagine what they're doing.
Let's just make one thing clear.
It doesn't matter if you're a representative from Congress like LaMonica MacGyver.
It doesn't matter if you are the newly appointed senator from California like Alex Padilla.
See that?
I speak Spanish, believe it or not.
AOC doesn't.
Sandy.
A piece of my mind is pointing out who knew she was called Alex.
We thought it was Alexandria or Sandy for short.
But Alex apparently is the new name du jour.
Jasmine just informed us.
But what's critical here is that somehow they think that they are above the law.
They think that they can storm a press conference.
I'm sorry, but you know what?
You have a president who while running had two attempts on his life.
We know a DHS agent was being shot at in Texas yesterday.
You don't think?
That if you're Secretary Christy Nome, you're not a little bit worried when someone's rushing the stage as Senator Padilla did?
You can't do that.
That's not okay.
That's not normal behavior.
You don't just rush on the scene.
But you see, they're trying to make the administration seem evil.
That is their goal.
And they're repeating the same stuff over and over again.
I mean, the concentration camp, for God's sakes, this is pathetic.
I forget about him, but Ron DeSantis is still governor of Florida.
He took the comfy couch hosts on a tour of the concentration camp that he's building in Florida in order to round up people, brown people, and throw them in a camp because he doesn't want them in Florida.
Surprise, surprise, the economy of Florida is going to be severely harmed by rounding up brown people who, by the way, all over this country, Latinos are afraid to go to work.
Anybody who is perceived or looks Latino is afraid to go to work.
I know people who are not.
You know, one of the best ways to divide people, and I saw something on this yesterday that really, I'm looking for it on my phone because it hit me.
I'll come back to it.
Maybe even tomorrow we can talk about it because it was actually a paper that was written back in 1965, I think.
And what it said was one of the most sort of easiest and effective ways to divide and ruin a society is to, well, literally divide them by race.
by gender.
These days by, you know, are you pro-Trump, anti-Trump?
So you're dividing them by politics.
You're dividing them based on whether or not they think it's okay for transgenders to compete against women, which, by the way, the Trump administration clearly does not think so.
And they are suing California for right now.
We're going to get to that story.
I mean, this division is getting, to be frankly, from my estimation, just too much.
My dad used to say, are you cruising for a bruising?
I mean, they're cruising for a bruising, right?
But it's a lot more than that because this is that sort of fear of a total deterioration and collapse in American society.
I would like to believe that that's not possible.
And yet when you saw, for example, the success with the Iran strikes, And that was by all means.
I mean, both sides, for the most part, were okay with that.
Even Shifty Shift was like, wow, you know, this is something.
Because it was something.
And it hopefully made the world a much safer place.
Just looking at the markets, you could see that right away.
And yet you had AOC calling for impeachment.
So you understand, like, this kind of rhetoric is frankly reaching a tone where it's quite dangerous.
And you know, I'm going to tell you all day long, rhetoric is okay, right?
Speech is okay.
But is there no sense of decency?
I think that that's the problem.
We've totally lost this decency.
And now the answer is, well, we're going to defund ICE.
We're not going to allow for this.
We're going to demand that everybody have to wear their face open so that we can take pictures and then we can out them all over the internet and their families can be attacked.
I mean, this is what these guys and these women that are working for DHS really are up against.
And so this came up today in a press conference just moments ago.
I want to bring you this sound from the president because he's being asked by the Fox reporter, you know, what do you think about these Democrat bills?
where they're saying, hey, you're not allowed as an ICE officer to go masked.
You must actually show your face.
And again, remember this within the context of what just happened in Texas and listen to Donald Trump's response.
Here it is.
And on a spoiler subject, two Democratic senators now, Cory Booker and Alex Padilla, have a new bill out.
They want to require CBP and ICE officers to have legible IDs, and they don't want CBP or ICE officers covering their faces.
Would you ever sign that?
Well, they wouldn't be saying that if they didn't hate our country, and they obviously do.
I'm surprised that they would do it, knowing a little bit about them.
I don't know them well.
But these officers are doing a tremendous job.
They're great patriots.
If you expose them because of statements like have been made by Democrats and others on the left, usually, mostly, I think probably exclusively, you put them in great danger.
tremendous danger.
And it's sort of funny when people picket in front of Columbia, in front of Harvard, and they have masks on, more than masks.
I mean, you can't see anything.
Nobody complains about that.
But when a patriot who works for ICE or Border Patrol puts a mask on so that they won't recognize him and his family, so they can lead a little bit of a normal life after having worked so hard and so dangerously, there's a problem with that.
They have their, this is why this is the problem with the Democrats.
They have a lot of bad things going on in their heads.
They've really become very, they've lost their confidence, number one, and they've really, they've become somewhat deranged.
I want to do whatever's necessary to protect our great law enforcement people, and they are right at the top of the list.
Wow.
Well said, okay?
And it really is sort of amazing.
Like, if you're at Columbia University or at UPenn or Harvard, and you want to go on campus and chant and, you know, do all the horrible stuff that they did at making one group of students feel really, really uncomfortable, obviously.
And frankly, anybody, like, who the heck wants to walk through that?
They had to shut down classes.
Remember that at Columbia?
They couldn't even have the graduation, for goodness sakes.
You pay all that money for four years and can't even graduate.
Ah ah right, just ah.
And yet it's totally fine for them to wear the masks, but ice officers who are being threatened with their lives, are they want to take the masks off of them?
I mean, this doesn't really even make any sense, and I think it's getting to the point where we are.
We are in a very precarious spot and something's gonna have to give.
Who were these suspects who were fired, who actually fired the shots and were later arrested?
Constitutional Precedent For Arrests 00:08:58
Who were they?
Tom Look, you're your typical protesters that go from protesters to criminals.
The attack on ICE, obviously, you've covered it many times, is up nearly 700%.
Now, we were talking 500% a couple weeks ago, so it continues.
The rhetoric against the men and women of ICE is skyrocketing, especially by members of Congress.
We have senators, we have congresspeople that compare ICE to the Nazis, compare ICE to racists, and it just continues.
So the public thinks, well, if a member of Congress can attack ICE, why can't we?
So the rhetoric has to stop.
Or it's a matter of time for someone to, you know, one of the ICE officers goes down or a criminal goes down.
We already see an officer go down.
To be clear, so these were American citizens?
These weren't illegals who opened fire?
No.
As far as investigation, I want to get ahead of local investigation on this, but they appear to be agitators, people that are protesting ICE operations, damaging ICE property, want to attack ICE officers.
And this is why the administration is just saying, hey, can we have a truce?
I mean, these people work for the federal government.
They're trying to do their job.
They're trying to enforce the law.
Obama did this.
I mean, we realize you guys have TDS 2.0, and it's a very vicious form, right, of TDS.
It's worse for whatever reason than 1.0.
But you guys got to stop.
Michael, in the back.
Thank you, Caroline.
An armed shooter today was shot in McAllen, Texas after opening fire on Border Patrol agents.
It comes just days after Democratic Congresswoman Pramia Jayapal recently said she gets, quote, inspired when activists obstruct ICE.
Does the White House expect Democrats to tone down their rhetoric in light of what we've saw today in McAllen, Texas?
We certainly call on Democrats to tone down their rhetoric against ICE and Border Patrol agents, who, again, are everyday men and women.
I would encourage AOC and other Democrats to actually meet.
With the United States Border Patrol.
These are honorable Americans who are just simply trying to do their job to enforce the law.
They go home to their families every night, just like we all do, and they deserve respect and dignity for trying to enforce our nation's immigration laws and to remove public safety threats from our communities.
The White House is aware of the shooting that took place today in Texas, and we are working with the appropriate federal agencies to get to the bottom of what happened.
You better believe it.
You know, human beings just trying to actually protect our country, and look at what they're up against.
Anyway, All of these people are going to face a, in my opinion, similar fate to LaMonica MacGyver because she's been charged, as I said, violating Title 18 U.S. Code Section 111A1.
Now, in this case, I don't know as they were assaulting, but they were certainly impeding and they certainly were interfering with law enforcement.
Whether you got Karen Bass out in Chicago, whether you got Brandon out in, forgive me, Karen Bass out in L.A. or Brandon Johnson out in Chicago, or whether it is Letitia James, the AG in New York, or Kathy Holkle there, I mean, at least Derek.
Adams is cooperating.
But wow, I mean, Michelle Wu, we haven't even gotten into her out there in Boston.
They really think that they are their own islands and they have their own little militias and they're going to run totally amok of what the federal government and the Constitution demands and says.
You got the communist Mim Donnie who has already made it very, very clear that he's going to do exactly what the mayor of Chicago said he's going to do.
We're not going to cooperate.
If this guy gets elected, and by the way, guys, he's got actually a fairly decent shot at getting elected, as scary as that sounds.
This is why we came here.
All of our ancestors came here to get away from regimes that would dole out property, right?
Remember?
I mean, nobody wanted the monarch to be handing you a piece of property.
You wanted a chance to actually own it yourself.
It's written right into the Constitution, Fifth Amendment.
We did that on the Fourth of July show, right?
All about life, liberty, happiness.
And by the way, the right to own property.
They can't just take it away from you.
That's a big deal.
But this communist who wants to be the next New York City mayor, he thinks he can take it away from you.
He's going to decommodify housing, he says.
And he's going to make sure that he does not cooperate with ICE under any circumstances because, well, why would we do that, right?
Here he is speaking on CNN.
It's back in the public sector.
All right.
So you caught a lot of attention for confronting Tom Homan, Trump's Borders Are, about the deportation policies, which have a lot of impact here in New York.
Here you are.
So that moment went viral.
All right.
Then after the primary, Homan was asked about your plan, which is on your website.
You said that you would end the city's cooperation with ICE agents that has been going on under Mayor Adams.
And he has spoken out.
Here's what he said.
Good luck with that.
Dougal Law jumps him every day, every hour, every minute.
We're going to be in New York City.
Game on.
We're coming.
Game on.
He's coming.
What do you say?
That I'm going to be here to stand up and fight back.
And unlike the current mayor, I'm not going to be working alongside the Trump administration to build the single largest deportation force in American history.
I'm going to actually represent each and every New Yorker.
And that includes immigrant New Yorkers.
And that means standing up for the laws of this city, like our sanctuary city policies, which have kept New Yorkers safe for decades and were defended by Republicans and Democrats alike for years until we got this mayor who fear mongered about them.
So it sounds like.
Does that involve the NYPD?
Let's just be very clear.
Defended for decades before we had 20 million people rush the border.
I mean, we weren't dealing with what we were dealing with.
And by the way, like Obama wasn't okay with it.
Remember?
I'm going to have to pull that sound bite.
We're going to have to watch that at some point this week.
Not today, but he made it very clear.
He went on to Telemundo or Univision and he said, look, here's the deal.
The law is the law.
And while he was making some concessions for the quote unquote dreamers, he was not willing to make concessions for anyone else.
No one else, right?
So, you know, Trump's been asked about this, and I love the response.
This has turned into a meme.
What would you do if Mandani says he's not going to work or cooperate with ICE?
Here's the answer.
Mr. President, your beloved New York City, your beloved New York City may well be led by a communist soon, Zorhan Mandami, who in his nomination speech said he will defy ICE and will not allow ICE to arrest criminal aliens in New York City.
Your message to communist Zorhan Mandami?
Well, then we'll have to arrest him.
Okay.
But again, you know, I hate to have to do this little education segment every single day, but it is really important.
If you're talking to anybody and they're going to say, oh, he can't do this.
He doesn't have the right to do this.
You better believe federal government has the right to do this all day long.
Federal government actually doesn't have a ton of rights.
They really don't, actually.
And I'm a small government kind of gal having grown up in live free or die New Hampshire.
By the way, Scott Brown, who's running for Senate in New Hampshire as a Republican, former Republican signer from Massachusetts is going to be joining us shortly, but this is called the Naturalization Clause, Article 1, Section 8, Clause 4.
The Congress shall have the power to establish a uniform rule of naturalization because you know what?
You can't have the United States of America if somebody's not in charge of who's going to be in the United States.
All right?
Right.
Okay, so New York, you want to go become your own country?
Maybe you can join Canada.
Oh, although we may be gobbling up Canada too.
I'm just kidding.
I'm just kidding.
I want to be careful with our Canadian fans out there.
or California.
You've talked forever about being your own little country.
Go for it, okay?
Just don't expect us to defend you for anything, ever.
There is constitutional precedent for all of this.
You can go back to a case that was decided by the Supreme Court in 2012 in Arizona.
The supremacy clause is part of this as well.
In other words, you can be your sanctuary city until ICE says, you know what, we got a criminal hanging out in your city.
And we care about this and we want this person arrested.
And then, who actually has the power?
It's not that hard people, it's not that this is not a trick question.
It's the federal government that has the power, thanks to the constitution, and that is what the Supreme Court is going to decide all day long, all day long, and then some, unless you get Katanji Brown Jackson, who Even Sotomayor had to call out in yesterday's decision because the woman fails to actually argue based on any law.
Sanctuary City Power Dynamics 00:09:11
And she's just all emotion.
She's like a hot take news anchor, kind of like, oh, she ought to join Joy Reid's show.
That'd be good.
There's no substance to anything she writes.
It's just, well, I think, I think, I think it's like Katanji.
How'd you get that job?
Oh, we won't go there.
All right.
Balance of Nature, one of our great sponsors on the show.
You know, we're fully independent here.
We love being fully independent.
I take Balance of Nature because.
It's really important to get all your vitamins and all your nutrients.
And you know what else?
This stuff is good.
We talk about the Maha movement.
You know, Kennedy's gotten, my kids are going nuts with me because I'm looking at the ingredients on everything.
I literally just threw out an entire shelf of cereal.
Kid you not.
My son was like, no, those were my strawberry Cheerios.
And I'm like, tough.
This is political now.
Now I'm teasing.
It doesn't need to be political.
But I would say this.
It suddenly, I think, caught my attention in a bigger way.
And so I'm looking at all the ingredients.
balance in nature, of course.
And it's all good stuff.
It's all good stuff.
And you know what?
We need more good stuff in our systems.
I always feel really good when I'm overseas traveling.
Felt great last summer in Ireland.
Got lots of exercise, ate right.
And actually, I think part of it is that there's just no preservatives in the way that we get lots of preservatives here in the food.
So this is what balance in nature is about, giving you vitamins that don't have any of the junk.
And believe me, I've looked at some of the kids' vitamins that I have around the house and mine as well.
And it wasn't just the cereal shelf.
that I had to throw out.
I mean, there are other things as well because, you know, you think you're getting magnesium, but suddenly you're getting all the sugar with the magnesium.
I digress.

Okay, we got a biggie to talk about.
A biggie, ladies and gentlemen.
A criminal investigation has been announced into none other than James Comey and Mr. Brennan, John Brennan.
These were two very deep state professionals that promoted a narrative during the 2016 election and then once Donald Trump had won that was not only divisive, but flat out wrong.
And the question now is well, if they knew it was wrong, why did they do this?
They were trying to strip Donald Trump of any power he could possibly have.
I mean, maybe Comey felt bad because he kind of vacillated on the whole server thing with Hillary Clinton.
But when it came to Donald Trump actually being in power, it's being suggested here and alleged that Comey very badly abused his power.
And Brennan did the same thing.
I mean, one of the things I never understood about all of this was how was it that you could take this dossier?
Think about it.
I'm a reporter.
I'm a journalist.
I see things all the time.
And what do I do?
I say to myself, well, who's promoting this?
Why are they promoting it this way?
Why are they sending it to me?
Like my antenna's up always.
Like, you know, you kind of.
And then what do I think about this?
And what is my gut telling me?
I read that thing, and I'm telling you, my gut told me this was nothing but opposition research.
And my gut was right.
Because it looked like something that would be in Star Magazine, like on the tabloid section of the supermarket counter.
It wasn't what a piece of intelligence written by people who were thoughtful people who were actually caring about the national security of our country would actually write.
So it was really obvious, like stupidly obvious.
So why did they buy it?
Well, maybe they knew all along, right?
They had the Perkins Koi law firm that had been contracted by Hillary Clinton's campaign to go out and hire Christopher Steele and another guy who actually was on the payroll by the FBI.
And at some point, they actually thought he was a Russian spy.
I don't know.
Maybe he was working both sides of the equation.
But these guys all worked for something called Fusion GPS.
And Fusion GPS concocted this crazy report that was so crazy, people were like, oh, well, it must be true because it was that crazy.
you know, dirty, the dirty dossier as it was known.
And the whole thing turned out to be false.
We had to go through the Robert Mueller investigation.
We had to deal with all that.
It was basically this giant time suck.
And the chickens are coming home to roost.
So James Comey and John Brennan are now facing the music as perhaps they knew they would.
Is this why Comey was so insistent when he was on MSNBC?
You must vote for Biden back when Biden was running or else.
When you think about a second Trump administration, what do you think the implications would be for the FBI?
Oh, serious.
For the Justice Department and the FBI, because Trump is coming for those institutions.
He knows their power, and I think he has regrets that he didn't work hard enough to corrupt them last time.
So he's coming for them, and that's a danger for all Americans.
He's going to put people in positions in those organizations.
He didn't have all stars the last time.
He'll have the bottom of the barrel this time, but people who will want to do his will, and that should worry every American.
This election matters because of a reason like that.
People have to participate.
You cannot sit on the sideline.
I don't care how you feel about Joe Biden, you must vote for him because the consequences on the other side are too severe.
Hmm.
Well, severe for you, buddy.
I'm just saying.
Definitely not good for you, James Comey.
But you may have made quite a few mistakes along the way.
The fact that you insisted and Brennan insisted that he was such a danger, a danger to society, I think that that was pretty telling.
So anyway, this investigation is being launched and it's kind of a big deal.
It's a big deal and entirely possible that they are going to have to pay some kind of price.
Now, I would be remiss not to mention the elephant in the room, which is that a lot of people are questioning something else.
They're saying, okay, well, what happened with Epstein?
Right.
And I'm part of that camp because none of that makes any sense.
I mean, I have my own theories.
I've talked to you about this before, guys, about how it's entirely possible that Epstein may have even been working for the U.S., right?
And that can't ever come out.
They don't want that to come out.
So there may be an effort underway to kind of squelch.
This is my own personal feeling.
I don't really know.
But I'm troubled that the Epstein thing, which was such a big deal.
And, right, we had a list.
We had a list.
What happened to that list?
Didn't they tell us there was?
And by the way, if there was nothing, if there was nothing actually wrong with what he did and there was no real, then why is it that his partner in crime is still in New Hampshire?
Ghislaine, right?
This came up in a press conference just yesterday.
And I want to show you this because the president was really annoyed that people were asking about this.
And the frustration for many people sort of in the MAGA camp is that they're trying to like throw him a bone, right?
With the John Brennan and the Comey thing, which I actually think is real.
They do need to investigate them, and that is serious stuff.
But they're questioning the timing of it in light of what went down.
Let me play this clip for you.
A minute missing from the video, we released the video showing definitively the video was not conclusive, but the evidence prior to it was showing he committed suicide.
And what was on that, there was a minute that was off the counter.
And what we learned from the Bureau of Prisons was every year, every night.
They redo that video.
It was old from like 1999.
So every night the video is reset and every night should have the same minute missing.
So we're looking for that video to release that as well, showing that a minute is missing every night.
And that's it on Epstein.
That was part of what I wanted to show you.
The other part of what I wanted to show you, but I'll just explain it, is that the president got a little bit annoyed.
He's like, wait a second.
We have all this other stuff going on.
There's obviously the tragedy in Texas.
You've got everything that's going on vis-a-vis sanctuary cities, et cetera.
You've got all these wins that we've had from the tariff perspective and from the economic perspective.
And all you guys want to talk about is this Epstein guy.
Like, why is that?
And I don't think that that was enough to satisfy a lot of people.
Just saying, okay?
Just saying.
I think people are still saying, wait a second.
We want more and that story is not going away.
And it's not going to go away here either.
We're going to continue following it.
But in the meantime, we also got Comey and Brennan having to face the music as perhaps they should under the circumstances.
Supreme Court Ruling Explained 00:05:14
And I'll tell you, deep state is reeling.
There is real panic, not just because of Comey, not just because of Brennan, but because of the Supreme Court decision.
Okay, this is major.
The Supreme Court coming out yesterday.
We talked about this live on the show and saying, you know what, you can make the cuts that you want.
To the Trump administration because they wanted to have really big budget cuts and they're going to be able to get them.
So you had Leticia James saying, No, you can't do that.
That's against the law.
And SCOTUS said, You know what?
He can do it.
He can do it.
More winning.
Wow.
Breaking moments ago, the Supreme Court with a decision that will allow the Trump administration to move ahead with their plans to cut the federal workforce, at least for now.
Justice Correspondent David Spott, give us the backstory here, reporting live from Washington.
Hi, David.
Hi, Martha.
Nice Tuesday afternoon win for the Trump administration.
And it's funny because the justices normally are on their summer recess right now.
Doesn't mean they don't work behind the scenes, but these justices have been busy because of these executive orders and the way they've made their way through the legal process.
But this right now is an order from the Supreme Court essentially saying that a San Francisco judge who put a stop to the Trump administration from Cutting several federal agencies.
They're saying that the Trump administration, in fact, right now can continue forward as the case plays out on its merits.
So, essentially, back in May, several different agencies sued.
They said that the Trump administration wanted to make cuts at the departments of agriculture, commerce, defense, energy, health and human services, Homeland Security, HUD, justice, labor, state, treasury, and transportation pretty much all of them.
Now, the Supreme Court is giving the Trump administration victory.
Some almost six months into the president's second term here, saying that they can go forward with these reductions in forces.
You may remember that this was part of the Doge effort when Elon Musk was still hanging out around the White House.
But President Trump today, Martha, during the cabinet meeting, said that some of those Doge moves made sense, were important.
And this was a campaign promise and a promise, really, of this presidency to cut some of these federal agencies.
And now this administration can feel vindicated from the Supreme Court as they move forward and make some of these cuts, Martha.
Yeah.
They get to happen after all.
It's like he just keeps winning every single round here.
Whether it be, I want to deport the 532,000 people from Nicaragua, Cuba, Venezuela, and I'm missing a country, Haiti.
There we go.
Because we don't believe that they should be here.
And we're going to actually say, you know, no more.
You're not allowed to be here.
The Biden administration did something that we consider illegal.
And the Supreme Court said, okay.
And then in this case, deep state funding.
Elon's going to be happy about this one, you know, regardless of the bitter battle that's going on between him and Trump, got to be happy about this one.
You can actually make those cuts.
So that's a big deal.
It's a very, very, very big deal.
And I think that, you know, as we look at this, I do want to point out something that is interesting because once again, the immaturity of one Jackson, one Katanji Brown Jackson is on display.
On display because as you see in this story, Sotomayor is actually breaking with Katanji Brown Jackson in the decision over Trump's cuts to federal workforce and federal dollars.
I mean, this is really kind of remarkable because remember just about a week ago, you had Amy Coney Barrett like calling her out, like totally slapped her down.
It was really sort of embarrassing from an intellectual standpoint because she was like, you know, you really don't know how to do this job.
We realize you're the most junior person here, but you know, when you actually have a legal argument, it needs to be.
Crafted in some basis of the law, and she apparently has a very hard time doing that, and so now Sotomayor is kind of calling her out for it.
It's pretty.
It's pretty kind of wild and crazy.
But we're living in wild and crazy times and i'll tell you, you don't want more Katanji Brown Jacksons on there that don't have any sort of rooting in any academic approach to the constitution and to the law, but are just feeling something.
Because you keep feeling something, you're going to go straight down the path towards communism and Mamdani and chaos, Chaos like what we're seeing in Chicago, like what we're seeing in LA, and like what we're seeing in New York City.
I think I answered, um, the second question, where we are on farm labor a little bit earlier.
But what I will say is that Lori Chavez de Rimmer is our Secretary of Labor and the H-2A visa program, all of the programs that, that inure to moving in seasonal ag workers are under Secretary Chavez de Rimmer.
She has been working around the clock with her team.
I think we'll probably hear a little bit more about this today.
And the conversations will continue, but I can't underscore enough.
Strengthening America Through Labor 00:15:34
There will be no amnesty.
The mass deportations continue, but in a strategic way.
And we move the workforce towards automation and 100% American participation, which again with 30.
And you know what?
They're going to have the ability to do that.
Thanks to the law.
So even though you get the state versus federal thing going on and there's lots of fireworks and there's lots of, you know, we're not going to do this.
We're not going to do that.
The reality is you're going to have to because we're not going to tolerate this kind of anarchy.
And even when it comes to farm workers, I mean, Donald Trump's making it clear, even though businesses maybe would let you know, he said, look, we'll find a way for them to have the appropriate visas for that kind of time, but you're not going to get amnesty here.
And it doesn't mean you can come and stay in this country forever.
Okay.
So this is important to understand.
I want to bring my good friend Scott Brown into the conversation because he's got a lot of thoughts on all of this.
And of course, he's running in the great state of Live Free or Die New Hampshire.
Joining me right now with more on all these issues today is my very good friend, the former senator from Massachusetts, possibly the next senator from none other than the great state of Live Free or Die New Hampshire.
Senator Scott Brown, good to see you.
Trish, it's great to see you.
I've been following you, obviously, forever and enjoyed working for you in the old job.
And here we are again.
You know, good times.
It's a little different over here.
I got to tell you, like life is better on the other side.
I kind of like not being part of the mainstream media anymore, but we'll save that for another day.
Mostly I'm excited for you because you're back in the political arena.
You're running in my home state, your home state, or at least a place that you've lived a lot for a long time.
I'm excited for you.
And I think it's coming at a critical time because look, you know, New Hampshire always struck me as the place that really was really very even keeled.
But as the left has gotten so crazy left, and we're seeing that out in California right now, it's all going down in real time, and in New York City, as the left gets so crazy, it's like we need to revert to the mean.
And I feel like, you know, what you can do, Senator, soon to be hopefully Senator from New Hampshire, not that I'm showing my bias or anything, but I guess I am, you can help bring that back.
And I think it's important for the state, but it's also important on a national level.
What's at stake?
Well, first of all, I'm also from New Hampshire.
I was born at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard.
My dad was at Pease.
My mom was in Portsmouth.
I did not know that.
Yeah, my first house was on Islington Street for a couple of years until my parents got divorced.
And I'm a ninth generation son of the American Revolution out of Newington, New Hampshire.
So, yes.
I honestly, because you were the senator from Massachusetts, I was thinking maybe it was a summer thing.
My dad grew up on Stark Street.
So Islington, Stark Street, you know, I know it all well.
I was just back there.
Yeah, we've had a home here since 1991, been full time for 13 or 14 years.
But what's happening?
Yes, obviously the Democratic Party is basically protecting people who are here illegally.
They're criminals.
They've hurt or killed some of our citizens.
And they're protecting them versus honoring and giving credit to the ICE agents who are actually doing their jobs.
They're really people who want to protect the border, who want to get people out of here who don't belong here.
And the Democrats are all in against those people.
They're all in against the law enforcement.
I mean, the guy I'm running against, Chris Pappas, he's not for qualified immunity with the police.
So how do you not protect the police and the ICE officers and the Border Patrol agents who are just doing their jobs to keep our country safe?
So you're right.
It's far left with the men and boys and women and girls sports, the open borders, the sanctuary cities, lying about Joe Biden's physical and mental health.
I mean, you and I know Joe Biden.
He swore me in.
That wasn't Joe Biden.
I called it five years ago.
So yes, I'm hoping to bring it back.
This is an important seat, one of the top two races in the country.
He's got, your competitor has a big following in Manchester, which is, I like to explain it to people, you know, think of New York State, right?
Like New York State can't stand Letitia James, but New York City loves Letitia James.
And so, you know, we'll see whether or not she gets elected again.
I think she's actually in a very vulnerable spot.
But New York City carries a lot of weight.
Manchester carries a lot of weight.
Manchester has actually historically leaned pretty, Right.
So I'm kind of surprised that Chris Pappas, but he's from there, is going to, you know, be able to carry much there.
I think you actually are going to be very, very competitive as you look at the odds and the way that the population is thinking about these issues.
Where is your edge?
Well, the edge is certainly in Manchester.
I mean, he's from there, but no offense.
He just voted against his own employees.
Imagine walking into his restaurant that he owns and saying to your employees, oh, by the way, I didn't vote to.
you know, have no tax on tips, no tax on overtime.
And by the way, the seniors that are eating there at the senior hour, yeah, I voted against giving you a tax break on your social security as well.
And then, oh, by the way, the border, yeah, I still want people to come in and the people that are here illegally, I still want that to happen.
You can't find one thing to agree with the president on and savings or border or, you know, anything.
So people get it.
They're very, very smart.
They get it.
This is the problem with the party, though.
I mean, the party has gone so far left.
That your competitor, you know, even if he wanted to kind of stand out, and I'm disappointed because he should.
I think we've seen examples of New Hampshire politicians, Democrat or Republican, kind of being their own people, but for whatever reason, like there's all this pressure.
And I want to show you something because Hakeem Jeffries was just on The View just yesterday.
I'm curious to get your reaction to this because it really sounds to me like Hakeem is wanting to go in this direction that many of his Colleagues like Pappas and others are trying to promote.
I want to play this and hear what you think.
Jeffries, you wear many hats, and one of your jobs is to win back the House for Democrats.
I mean, we were talking about immigration before we went to break.
Now, some Democrats, amid the criticisms of ICE right now to do these ICE raids, have started calling for defunding ICE.
Do you think that's effective going into the midterms, and do you support those calls?
Well, I definitely think that we need aggressive oversight as it relates to the overly aggressive behavior that we've seen.
From ICE, from the Department of Homeland Security.
It's not what the American people actually, in my view, voted for.
Donald Trump and Republicans promised to go after violent felons.
But instead, they're going after law-abiding immigrant families.
And in fact, in some cases, deporting American citizens and children, some with cancer.
And America is better than this.
And that's the reality.
In terms of what House Democrats stand for, we believe that in this country, you work hard.
and you play by the rules, you should be able to experience the American dream.
You should be able to afford to live the good life.
And we believe that that's, you know, that's a good paying job, good health care, good housing, good education for your children, and a good retirement.
And a good retirement, by the way, means keep your hands off of Social Security and Medicare.
Now, I don't know.
So, you know, like it all sounds good, right?
You know, he's got sort of all the button points down, but if you listen to the earlier part of that, it was sounded to me like they wanted to find some kind of path to, you know, making sure that every person who's here illegally has that same opportunity at the American Dream.
And don't get me wrong, I'm hardly, you know, anti-immigration.
I wouldn't be here if it weren't for my Irish immigrant family, you know, coming here just a couple generations ago.
I think America is very accepting and open, but there's a way to do it.
There's a way to do it.
You don't just suddenly open the floodgates and say, come one, come all, 20 million, and we have no idea who's here, who's a security risk.
Who can actually support themselves and who can help make us stronger as a nation?
And yet this is the tact they're taking, Senator?
Yeah, listen, the president was given a mandate, not only the popular vote, but the Electoral College to actually close the border and deal with many of the things that the minority leader is actually talking about.
There is a process, and it's a legal process.
And Joe Biden didn't follow it.
Kamala Harris did nothing.
The President Trump said he was going to stop it, and he did it almost instantaneously.
It's remarkable.
And all the benefits that they're talking about, they're not entitled to.
And they're taking away benefits that our veterans and elderly and other people are entitled to.
There should not be one single person here illegally getting any Social Security, any benefits, any housing at all.
They should self-deport and follow the rules like your family and many other families have done.
We just had a swearing-in process for people down at Strawberry Bank.
Well, you know where it is.
I've been to it.
You know, little small, I don't know if you know this, my cousin's the mayor there.
He's on the other side, but he's the mayor in Portsmouth.
So he's invited me in past years.
It's like one of the most wonderful, patriotic things I've ever seen.
And like, it's so great, right?
Like there's nothing, I've taken the kids because there's nothing better to do on the 4th of July than to go to that strawberry bank swearing in ceremony.
Yeah.
So they're saying basically they're talking out of two ways out of their mouth.
You can't do both.
So listen, they're desperate.
They're wrong on the issues.
The things that they're talking about are 10 or 20% issues for the American public.
They want people to have jobs, but they want them to be Americans who are here illegally.
And as you notice, the American job growth is up dramatically.
The people are actually participating in the process.
And you know what?
Their wages are going up.
They're coming out of retirement.
They're getting rid of the people that are here illegally.
And Joe Biden used those numbers to manipulate the unemployment rates.
And that's done.
So the President Trump's right on that issue.
We need to get more Americans in the workforce.
And we need to have people who, if they're getting those benefits, they should be able to work 20 hours if they're able-bodied.
Those are for people who are disabled, cannot work.
There are many exceptions.
But you can't volunteer or do something for 20 hours.
Yeah, I think you can.
Yeah, no, it's important.
You know, it's sort of that work ethic is ingrained into who we are as a country and as a society.
And it's not just, you know, we started by talking about California and the Democrats in general.
You look at what's going on in New York City, I'm just sort of blown away at the idea that a communist, and I'm sorry, but like the guy's a complete communist.
He's talking about decommodifying housing, for goodness sakes.
I mean, wow, I never thought I'd see that day.
But, you know, maybe it just implodes.
Maybe everybody moves out of New York City.
They're going to want to move to New Hampshire.
Zero taxes, zero income, zero sales tax.
Um, you know, New Hampshire is a pretty special place because you guys have been able to preserve a lot of frankly, what I think our founding fathers intended for the country.
But you, you look around and you see all this chaos.
Uh, do you worry about it hitting home literally?
Well, I lived in New York.
I believe you lived in New York and it's it's a different place now.
Uh, with with the all the open borders and taking the illegals into the hotels and the crime, and you know a lot of the issues that that are affecting New York City, and a lot of people are moving out.
And obviously, You know, I don't believe anything he's talking about, certainly when he's a little bit racist, when you say, I was just going to tax the white neighborhoods.
Well, New York is a vibrant, amazing city, one of the most amazing cities I've ever been to and lived in.
But there's a way to do it.
I have some very real concerns, and I'm hopeful that people kind of see through the flim-flam that's being perpetrated and, you know, do the right thing and get somebody in there who actually wants to do their jobs and do it well.
Can I ask you, do you have a campaign website or anything if people want to sign up?
We have a small following from New Hampshire.
New Hampshire is a small state, but, you know, I'm born and raised from the place myself.
So we got some New Hampshire folks.
If you want to get involved and help Scott out or help his campaign and go door-to-door at all, where should they go?
Well, first of all, thank you.
You have a million viewers.
If everyone gives a dollar, that's a million dollars.
So you can go to scottbrown.com.
You can volunteer.
You can donate.
You know, it's been amazing.
I mean, since we announced, it's truly been fascinating.
We put out 100 supporters.
major supporters.
We're doing another 100 this Thursday.
I don't have a primary.
I'm running, and it's not for, God, 15 months, but it's important.
Listen, I've been a father, grandfather, a senator, ambassador in the military.
I don't need, Trish, I don't need another title, but Chris Pappas is looking for one.
What I want is a stronger America.
I want to be that problem solver who can fight to protect the New Hampshire advantage that is being chipped away by our federal delegation.
This is an important race.
I mean, it's an important race because, look, I think we need every Senate.
You know, I say we, but the GOP, the sort of MAGA movement needs every single seat it can get.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Well, more importantly, the people in New Hampshire need somebody who's going to fight for their interests and not be voting like they're from Massachusetts, Maine, or Vermont.
And, you know, if we lose the House and the lawfare against President Trump, his family, his secretaries is going to be off the charts.
They already filed impeachment because he went and bombed Iran.
Oh, apparently you need authority.
Well, Bill, sorry, President Obama, when he went after Bin Laden and dropped 26,000 bombs on different countries, he didn't need it.
But the President Trump does it, does an amazing job.
And now he's getting impeached.
Like, come on.
Yeah.
Well, that's AOC.
Listen, I think it's going to run its course.
And it needs to run its course because we just need to be united on this stuff.
And when it comes to like something like that.
and you're going to talk about impeaching the president.
I'm sorry, you've lost us, right?
You just, I mean, again, I get back to the proofs in the pudding, and we're looking at good economic numbers.
We're looking at good, healthy wage growth.
We're looking at a real resurgence of America.
You look at the stock market, all of this, all of this is really good.
So I'm hopeful that you're able to continue the good tradition.
We'll check back in with you from time to time.
Again, anytime I can talk to somebody from my home state of New Hampshire, I much appreciate it.
And we got to get down to Salisbury and see you perform, right?
People don't know this.
I'm a singer.
They heard me sing the national anthem the other day.
What gets you up?
Well, you go to scottbrown diplomats.com.
Yeah, we're performing up in Jackson.
We're being up in Maine at Aura.
It's a wonderful release.
And we opened up for Skid Row and a bunch of other bands.
So, yeah, it's a lot of fun.
So, yeah, I'd love to have you come out.
Oh, it's fantastic.
Honestly, fantastic.
And you self taught by ear?
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Amazing, amazing.
All right.
We'll have to check that out.
Thank you so much for joining us today, Senator Scott Brown.
From Massachusetts.
Well, from New Hampshire.
Soon to be, hopefully.
We're rooting for you.
We'll see how it goes.
Thank you.
Thank you, Trish.
And God bless your viewers and listeners.
Credit Card Points In Bitcoin 00:04:24
Bye bye.
Thank you.
Yep.
All right.
We wish him tons and tons of luck.
Just a wonderful guy and from my neck of the woods.
So I always like talking to people from the good live free or die country.
You can help support his campaign at scottbrown.com, I believe he said.
Anyway, I want to get back to the news of the day here because we've got the White House now filing suit over Title IX.
You heard Scott mention this, right?
Title IX. is something that women fought really, hard for.
And California has just decided to wipe it away.
We got to get into that story, guys.
But first, you know what?
I keep saying the proof is in the pudding.
And you look at the economic numbers right now.
Lots of great economic numbers.
If you look at, for example, what we're seeing today, I need to change this graphic because guess what?
Bitcoin is not at 111.
It hit 112K, a coin, 52-week high.
What do you think of that?
Markets are all higher.
Nvidia just crossed $4 trillion.
We just put a piece out at 76 Research about Nvidia.
We've been writing nonstop about Bitcoin.
We told you before the election, did we not?
Get in, get in when it was back at like 55, 56.
Now we're looking at 112.
You know, it's hard to predict on these things.
They're extremely volatile, as you know, but it's one of the reasons why I'm so thrilled to tell you about one of our new sponsors here on the show.
And, you know, this is really neat because this is just hear me out for a second.
This is a way of actually Getting into Bitcoin without really having to get into Bitcoin.
So, you guys probably have credit cards.
I have credit cards.
I get points on my credit cards.
And what I've noticed is over the last several years, like those points don't go as far anymore.
And like I will hoard my points.
Okay.
Like I'll save up my points.
It like kills me to have to spend the points.
Right.
So now I'm sitting on a bunch of points.
And a few years ago, those points would get me a whole lot more than they're going to get me today in all seriousness.
And so, when I heard about this, and by the way, it's an interesting company, Gemini.
Do you remember the social network?
Remember the rowers?
Like, I'm really into rowing.
I get kids that row, so this is like a big deal.
The Winklevoss twins, they're the ones that started Gemini.
And so they came up with this really interesting idea to have a credit card that costs $0.
You don't have to pay any fee.
I have like an Amex that I pay something like 600 bucks a year, right, to have this thing.
And then I get all my points and my points go down in value.
And I'm like, hmm.
And then this thing actually gives you a certain percentage back in whatever you spend in Bitcoin or one of the cryptos of your choice.
So it's kind of like, well, gee, if I don't really understand Bitcoin, I don't really know about Bitcoin.
I mean, you think about how much Bitcoin's been up just since November.
It could go down, of course, too.
Don't get me wrong.
I actually do think it's going up, though, over the long term.
You have that sort of optionality.
So you get the Bitcoin.
I mean, if you want to transfer it into your bank account and turn it into dollars, you do that very easily on the app.
But it's $0 for the card.
Oh, and by the way, they give you $200 after a certain amount of spending.
You get the $200 in free Bitcoin.
Or, you know, like I said, you can pick the crypto that you like.
I just found this really interesting.
Because i'm like wow, like actually my points might not just deflate every day.
There's a chance that my points, if they're in bitcoin, might actually be going up in value, so you can get this offer.
I was really excited when I heard about it.
Um, and I like these guys because, you know, maybe it's the rowing thing, but I think that they're really innovative and they've been sort of cutting edge in terms of how they've been thinking about bitcoin, and when I heard about this, I thought this was just super cool.
So i'm glad to be able to offer this up to you, especially to some of our people that are like well, i'm not so sure, i'm not so sure.
My uncle said this the other day.
I was telling him like this is so cool And he's like, yeah, I'm not so sure about Bitcoin.
And I'm like, well, you don't even need to be sure because you're just going to get it and it's going to sit there and it's going to pile up.
And he's like, well, can I transfer it into my bank account?
I'm like, yeah, you just sweep it over because your bank account is connected to the thing.
He's like, ah.
But I'm like, why would you?
Because you actually want the Bitcoin to grow in value.
You don't want to turn it back into dollars because your dollars are, you know, I'm sorry, over time, going to lose their value.
That's why we talk about gold too, right?
You don't want the dollar losing so much value.
Irresponsible Campaign Promises 00:03:08
Anyway, that's a long-winded explanation.
on this credit card, but we're happy to have them on board as a sponsor.
And I like being able to present things that are going to help you guys.
And I think this is one of them.
I know that we've been working hard at 76 Research to help you.
It's why I created this company originally.
I was like, we need to help arm people with the information that they need to be able to be successful as an investor, because I don't trust the big guys to do it and the money managers, et cetera.
I actually trust myself.
I think you probably trust yourself too.
And hopefully you can trust us because we have a lot of great ideas.
You can get 76 Research for just a dollar.
Go to 76research.com.
We just put out a note today, actually, related to what the opportunities still are in this market as we look at NVIDIA crossing $4 trillion in market cap.
And again, I got to change this lower third.
Look at that.
112.
We hit 111.
We hit 112 there on Bitcoin.
The economy seems to be doing great.
And guess what?
He's winning a whole lot when it comes to this legal stuff, right?
And he's going to win some more.
The White House announcing today that it is suing the state of California.
Boy, Gavin Newsom, you're in a lot of trouble.
California's in a lot of trouble over Title IX.
Because you see, that's actually discriminatory and it actually puts you in violation of all the money that you're getting.
They get something like $44 billion from the federal government.
And so, if you're not actually abiding by the laws when it comes to women's sports, why should the education department give you that money?
Period, right?
Harmeet Dillon, who's over at the DOJ now, she elaborated on this quite articulately.
I just want to give you a quick synopsis from Harmeet.
This year alone, California is scheduled to receive over $44 billion in federal funding to support its education system.
And yet, California refuses to honor federal law that protects the rights.
Of young women.
And we can't stand for that here at the Department of Justice.
It would be irresponsible to do.
Can't stand for it.
It would be irresponsible, right?
It would be irresponsible because it would be the wrong thing to do for all those young women.
Linda McMahon, you know Linda, WWF or WWE, whatever they call it these days, fame, she was on Fox talking about this, saying, look, we're not going to allow this anymore.
They're getting too much money and they're breaking the law.
We investigated this.
The Office of Civil Rights at the Department of Education investigated.
We told.
Governor Newsom, that we'd be investigating these violations.
We found California to be in violation of Title IX.
We turned it over to the Justice Department, and they announced this morning that they were filing suit against California.
So, you know, this is something that President Trump campaigned on.
His promises made and promises kept.
Title IX And Women's Sports 00:09:05
I think it's just totally unfair to have men competing against women in sports and also to share their intimate.
Locker facilities, et cetera.
And women fought hard for these rights.
And it is the law, and the president means business with it.
I mean, when did I become the conservative one?
Seriously, like how is this even like considered so crazy to say, you know, maybe I don't want to be changing in a locker room alongside somebody who still is clearly, I mean, we don't need to go into bio 101 here, but is clearly a man.
This came up actually.
Riley Gaines said this a couple of years ago on, I think it was Sage Seals' podcast.
I want you to hear this because it's relevant now in light of what California is doing because no young woman, At any high school, anywhere in the country, from California to Maine, Maine, by the way, is in trouble for this too, should have to go through what Riley went through.
Not just losing her spot to Leah Thomas, but also having to change along somebody who is clearly, I mean, you're going to transition.
Like this transition hadn't happened without being too graphic.
Actually, the first time I saw him was in the locker room.
And so, as I said, which let me just kind of set the scene.
A swimming locker room is not a place of modesty.
These suits that you put on, your racing suits, it takes about 15, 20 minutes to really poke and prod yourself into these suits.
They're paper thin, they're skin tight, your nail beds are bleeding by the end of it.
Most of the time, you bring gloves so your fingernails don't poke through your suit or so your fingers literally don't bleed because it's so intense.
You have friends like helping you try and like tuck skin rolls in your suit, all this stuff.
So it's a very intimate, not modest environment.
And there's also a lot of, of course, Fully undressing.
Of course.
You get to the pool in your clothes, you change into your warm up suit, just a normal practice suit.
Then, after warm up, you change into your racing suit, which is where you're really fighting to put this thing on.
Then, after that, after you race, you come back and you change back into your practice suit to go warm down.
Then, after that, you come and put your clothes back on.
So, there's like, I mean, five times of fully undressing in one session.
And we had multiple sessions every day to set the scene.
So, I'm in the locker room.
I have my back turned, of course, undressing.
I believe I was going from my practice suit.
Back into my street clothes.
And all of a sudden, you hear a man's voice in that locker room.
Of course, it's, I mean, it's awkward.
It's embarrassing.
It's uncomfortable.
It was innate for every single girl in that locker room to like cover themselves, whether it was with their hands or their clothes or their towels, and to leave as quickly as they could.
But I mean, it felt, I mean, of course, it's an utter violation.
It felt like betrayal.
It was traumatizing.
Maybe not even necessarily traumatizing because of what we were forced to see or how we were forcibly and non consensually exploited.
It was traumatic for me to know just how easy it was for those people who created these policies to totally dismiss our rights to privacy without even a second thought, without even bare minimum forewarning us that we would be sharing this changing space.
I'm going to jump back in.
So, again, that was Riley Gaines speaking about how traumatic it was to be changing in a locker room alongside somebody who had obviously some very different body parts.
Like, look, it's not fun changing in front of other women either, right?
You feel kind of vulnerable and exposed, let alone that.
And I see what you guys are saying in the chat.
Like, this got wild.
Like, how did it get so wild that suddenly everything was like, oh, you're supposed to just accept this?
Like, what were you trying to do to girls, for goodness sakes?
Come on.
I mean, that's just wrong, and it's unfair.
And we heard one young woman testifying, this is back in 23 about this issue.
This is representative of a greater issue, the destruction of free speech.
Today, any discussion maintaining the sanctity of women's spaces is labeled transphobic.
Bigoted and hateful.
What's bigoted and hateful is the discrimination against women and the efforts to erase women and our equal opportunities, dignity, and safe spaces.
One might ask, why do I speak so passionately about issues that seem hypothetical or some may perceive as only impacting a small number of women?
This is not hypothetical, this is real.
I know women who have lost roster spots and spots on the podium.
I know of women with sexual trauma who are adversely impacted by having biological males in their locker room without their consent.
I know this because I am one of these women.
Oh my gosh.
I was sexually assaulted.
Oh my gosh.
Okay, okay.
So the whole thing, like, you get it, right?
Like, it's super sad and it's super wrong.
And yet, what was going on?
They were putting Leah Thomas up on this giant pedestal in ways that, like, I hope, I hope history judges this fairly.
Because you know what, the University of Pennsylvania has had to come out and apologize to Riley Gaines because she was the rightful winner of that race.
And yet, you remember this, I remember this.
Let's watch it together.
Leah, how did that performance measure up to your expectations coming into this meet tonight?
I didn't have a whole lot of expectations for this meet.
I was just happy to be here trying to race and compete as best as I could.
You've undoubtedly been under the spotlight over the past few months.
How have you been dealing with that and reasoning with everything?
I try to ignore it as much as I can.
I try to focus on my swimming, what I need to do to get ready for my races, and just try to block out everything else.
What did that race mean to you?
It means the world to be here, be with two of my best friends and teammates, and be able to compete.
Thank you for stopping by.
Oh my gosh.
So, you know, it wasn't just that.
Leah Thomas went on to be like the female athlete of the year.
named Leah that.
And then there was this ABC interview.
Well, we know where ABC stood on all this.
ABC is still paying the price.
Brandon Carter from the SEC is all over ABC and Disney and breathing down their back.
You know that we've talked about it at length.
Anyway, here is ABC News doing this interview.
Oh, well, Leah's going to the Olympics, of course, except the Olympics is like, no, because we have rules and you can go in your own lane because you can't actually swim against someone like Riley if you're Leah.
Watch.
Are there Olympics in your future?
It's been a goal of mine to just prevent Olympic trials for a very long time, and I would love to see that through.
Yeah, okay, not happening, not happening.
You know what else is not happening?
California is going to lose its $44 billion because it's not going to happen that you're going to allow for people that are naturally born males.
And again, I don't need to go back to Bio 101, but you know, there are hormones, okay?
that have had a lot of years to build and a lot of muscle comes from that.
And you put Leah Thomas up against the guys, okay?
And what happens?
Leah Thomas comes in, whoo, like, I mean, in the hundreds.
I can't remember the exact number.
But Leah Thomas was nowhere near first.
Men and women are different.
Like we should celebrate that.
We should honor that and we should respect that.
It's clear that these people don't know how.
And that is a dangerous direction for us to be heading.
I'm telling you, Gavin Newsom may be down in South Carolina today, spouting off about this.
He's all mad.
He's going to lose $44 billion for his education.
Whoa, Gavin, you know what?
You're going to lose if you run in 28.
And any Democrat that keeps hammering home this issue is going to lose because we have, as a society, daughters, sisters.
If you're a man, you have a wife, you care about women and protecting them, and you don't want to see what happened to poor Riley Gaines happen to your daughter, your sister, your wife.
It's just wrong.
Anyway, what is great is that the markets are doing superb.
We're doing superb here on this show.
Oh my gosh, we're going to be at a million guys pretty soon.
Thanks to all of you.
Hey, Uncle Andy, good to see you in here.
Ian, you made it.
Socialist President Challenges 00:01:18
We're on a little bit later today.
You can't always make it live, but it's always great to see you.
Wow, sometimes I see you live.
Anyway, great to have you all.
Thank you.
We had a longer show than usual, but I did want to bring you to see my friend Scott Brown, who's running there in the great live free or die state of New Hampshire.
We're going to make sure that it stays live free or die.
I do want to leave you with this little bit of news.
Apparently, it looks as though the president is going to be charging a 50% tariff on products that are coming in from Brazil.
So he is certainly no fan of the socialist president Lula da Silva.
Very, very big socialist there.
And so that's just come forward.
Another story that we didn't really talk about a lot today, but you know, of course, that Biden's doctor, Dr. Kevin O'Connor, he took the fifth.
He is not going to try and incriminate himself.
He also has the, I guess in this case, it would be the doctor-patient, I was going to say client, but patient relationship that he can guard against.
So he's not given any more information on just how ill Biden might have been.
We do have a lot of questions still about that, and we'll get into all of it.
because you know the week is still young.
It's only Wednesday.
Thank you for being here.
We'll talk again tomorrow live.
Export Selection
