But let's first welcome now to the program the president and founder of the Freedom Law School, Mr. Payman Matajeda.
It is great to have you tonight.
We got to know you a little bit more in the commercial break, and you have a very interesting background.
Would you mind sharing that with the audience?
Sure.
I was born in a Jewish family.
Iran, went to nine years of Jewish school and came to America in 1977 at the age of 14.
And I thought I came from the tyrannical country of Iran where you cannot criticize the government.
Otherwise, you could be jailed and tortured, never a jury trial, and railroaded to whatever sentence they give you or execute you.
I thought I came to land the free, home, and the brave.
And instead, I find myself in the land of the meek and the indentured slaves.
And I became a libertarian and freedom activist in 89 as soon as I became an official American citizen.
And I've been finding this swamp way back then before anybody called the word deep state or swamp.
So I've been working on defunding this swamp in D.C. and restore freedom America once again.
I have enjoyed learning more about you this week in preparation for this interview.
Of course, I knew your name.
I was actually talking with the owner of the radio network that syndicates us here, the Liberty News Radio Network, Sam Bushman, who works very closely with Sheriff Richard Mack and the CSPOA.
He works with them, also the founder of this network.
And he spoke very highly of you.
He said, yeah, I know him.
You're talking to him.
He's going to be on the show.
That's great.
And then, of course, going back and listening to some interviews and reading some articles, a very interesting, I think, interview coming up this hour.

You have a very interesting philosophy, Payman, that I think a lot of people are going to have a hard time wrapping their heads around.
Certainly, I'm still absorbing it.
But you say there is no law that requires Americans to file tax returns with the federal government.
I say the only people based on U.S. government's official legal websites that are by law required to file and pay federal income taxes are citizens and residents of Washington, D.C., federal workers, contractors, and pensioners.
And no one else on earth has to pay federal income tax.
All right.
Now, obviously, a lot of people are going to hear that.
My CPA is actually listens to the show.
He's probably breathing into a paper bag right now.
But people will say, of course, well, we see folks going into court all the time and being put into prison by the IRS.
But you are saying that there are, well, it's a certain kind of person that is doing that.
Very different potential penalties, you say, for filers versus non-filers.
Explain that.
Well, when you file a 1040 income tax confession trap form, you are literally putting a rope around your own neck, signing a piece of paper under penalties of perjury under oath.
Just like if you're before a judge and a jury in a court of law, and you swear that you owe the IRS the amount of money that you put on that 1040 form.
So you confess you owe the money, and then you complain later that, well, Hockam Iris is coming after me because you said so yourself under oath.
When you do not sign that confession trap form that laid for you, that 1040 form, you retain all of your God-given, constitutionally guaranteed rights to due process of law to a trial.
If the IRS believes you the oath of something, they must give you an official proposal of tax, and you have a chance to challenge that in a U.S. tax court, appeal that to the court of appeal, and have many, many, many years before the case may be settled before you owe even $1, you can challenge them.
And the IRS does not do that because it's way, way too expensive for the IRS to come after people that way.
They'd rather dupe you, deceive you, trick you to get that corona jab to put the rope around your neck by saying that 10-4 income tax confession trap form.
And now the game's over.
You said you owe the money.
You just got to pay it up.
All right.
I've got some follow-up questions about that.
Again, very interesting.
And listen, it's not like the IRS doesn't know who you are.
I mean, you have been written about.
You've been in court.
You're very well known on this issue.
And you shout it from the rooftops.
Yes, I haven't filed and paid even $1 of income tax for over 30 years.
I'm teaching Americans for over 30 years to legally and safely stop paying income tax.

The U.S. government has become a criminal entity now.
It's not the founding fathers government anymore that's attacking people.
Now it's all in the open.
They killed many people with the corona jab.
They cheated on the elections.
And then when you complain, they put you in prison, in jail, for months and years, charge you with all these crimes, 20-year prison sentence potential, and then torture you in there.
And even Donald Trump, a former president, is not immune.
The issue is you are a slave.
When are you going to wake up like America's founding fathers and stop voluntarily paying your enemies in the U.S. government?
You know, I have an aside question here.
You just mentioned the Founding Fathers.
When was the IRS constituted?
This is probably a simple question.
I doubt it happened during the George Washington administration.
Well, the roots of it go back to Lincoln years.
That's where it is.
By the way, I forgot to say something about your last question.
IRS had me on the criminal investigation back in 1994 for a year and a half.
They found nothing wrong with me.
Since then, James, I've been under criminal investigation by the IRS repeatedly as an abusive tax promoter.
They have not ever come after me for those things.
They're to take me to court.
They have never tried to indict me for openly not filing and paying income taxes.
They came after me for 13 years of taxes, over $600,000 back in 2009.
And I had their own IRS appeals office and the U.S. tax court zero out and remove all those tax all those taxes.
And many more wins I've had over the IRS.
So you're not talking to somebody who just came up two days ago and making a bunch of claims.
I've been through the battle with these crooks of criminals and I've beaten them.
And now is time that we as the American people must join hands like the founding fathers did, petition the government for redress of our grievances and stop paying them income tax money.
If they show me the law that I owe the tax, James, I'll pay it.
But there is no law and we have thousands of petitions to Congress written about this issue and give them the law exactly from government's own official legal websites.
And not one Congressman ever showed us what we're wrong.
You know, my IRS philosophy is a little bit different.
I do like so many hundreds of millions of Americans do.
I get in all my documents to my CPA.
He tells me what I owe.
And then I say, well, can we pay a little bit more, you know, just to be safe?
So that's the way I've always done it.
But you're saying, and I think this is, you know, again, fascinating.
Whatever people may believe on this issue, because I know, you know, most people are probably paying their taxes that they think they need to.
There's never an organization that people cower before in the government.
It's an IRS.
And we're going to talk more a little bit about the IRS specifically in a moment.
But you're saying you haven't paid your taxes in all these years.
You're certainly not in prison.
You're on public radio talking about it right now.
Yeah, but no, there is no your taxes, James.
I never owed it.
You never owed it.
And let me share something interesting.
Your CPA, I'm sure, is a good man, okay?
Just like your doctor who tells you to get the corona jab is a good person.
I'm not attacking the integrity of these doctors or CPAs who've been misled, who've been deceived to tell you, to deceive you, to believe that the safe thing to do not to get the corona is to get the corona jab.
And to tell you that for the Irish not to mess with you, the safe thing to do is to sign that pay for income tax confession form.
They have been deluded.
Their job is to ensnare you, and they're even out there doing it.

But again, fascinating.
I'm fascinated by this.
And this is what I enjoy having a radio program.
It's to be able to talk with interesting people who kind of push the envelope.
And I know a lot of people are listening to this and saying, you know, this isn't the standard fair here.
Well, no, it's not.
This is a little bit different.
And this is an issue that I haven't thought a lot about.
This is an issue I've always done what, you know, everybody else has done what my parents did.
Pay the IRS, pay the federal income taxes.
And to be clear, and I want to get into this a little bit more, Paymon, but you know, taxes are as old as time.
Mary and Joseph were getting taxed when Christ was born.
Your issues are not necessarily with tax in general, but specifically the federal income tax, which you consider to be unconstitutional.
No, actually, they're very much constitutional.
To give you a background on that, I believe like the Founding Fathers believe and in the founding documents of America they put in there that our rights are given to us by our creator by God.
We were born with them.
So all the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, the Declaration of Independence, they all recognize that.
So all the laws are written properly.
And the Founding Fathers strictly limited the federal government's powers or ability to tax people directly.
They did that on land and property in the 1800s a bunch of times, but it was too cumbersome.
So they stopped doing that after the War of the States.
And they want to enslave the American people, international banksters who want to create the Federal Reserve System.
They won't have a way for the federal government to pay the interest on the loans they're about to make to the federal government with this new scam called the Federal Reserve.
So what they did did this flat of hand, they do a deception like they always do.
They're very clever.
They try to ratify supposedly the 16th Amendment, which wasn't ratified, but even if so, they knew it did not give Congress any new taxing power.
They had a court case called the Supreme Court that said that it's constitutional, but nobody ever brought up the key question, which was: who are the U.S. citizens you're taxing?
Well, that depends on how you define the term United States and states.
And at that time, in the law, the United States and state was defined as District of Columbia and U.S. territories, which the federal government has complete authority and constitutional limitations on taxation that apply to the 50 states do not apply.
See, that question never came up, and the court just said, oh, it's constitutional.
So they started a scam slowly then.
Then in the 1930s, they got the Social Security scam going on.
And then that law, the United States, was defined as four U.S. island territories: Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam, and American Civil War.
But they did not tell you, the American people, that United States, a U.S. citizen, is not a citizen of the 50 states.
They just made you believe that's the case.
And it kept that scam going.
In 1940s, due to the war, World War II, again, they started withholding.
They didn't tell you that United States in law is not the United States that you thinking, the 50 states.
So now they had the scam going on for a long time, over 100 years.
People believe, and the problem is, nobody went to the law library, looked up these definitions.
And about four years ago, because laws are not available on the internet, James, I'll look them up.
Bam, bam, bam.
It was all just like a Google search there.
And I've been telling people about it.
And you can check it out for yourself, folks.
U.S. Code.house.gov.
That's the government's official legal websites that publish the laws.
The definitions are there.
All people have to do.

It's all there.
Ladies and gentlemen, I would say this: you got a man here who hasn't paid income tax since what'd you say, Payman, the 90s?
And he's certainly not in prison.
So there's that difficulty.
Over 30 years, he's not paid.
And again, it's just, it's an interesting conversation to have.

Let's fast forward now, though, to where we stand this evening here on the sixth night of January.
How is the IRS using the revenue it acquires, Payman?
Well, it's very obvious.
Excuse me, how is it the government using the government using the funds, the revenue generated by the IRS?
Well, let's say, well, they pay the national debt with it to the bankers and everybody else.
They pay for all these wars to murder innocent people across the earth.
Besides that, oh, they're with the pharmaceuticals.
They try to deceive and force you to take the corona jab, which is not an mRNA gene therapy.
It's actually mRNA gene therapy, not a vaccine.
They're pushing this LGBT plus nonsense, which is actually openly Satanism.
So they're using your money against you now.
They take away your right to vote along with the banks' owned media.
You complain about it.
You go to prison.
Even Trump is not immune from all that.
So they're telling you, shut up, be slaves.
This is no longer the land of the Founding Fathers of America.
If you look like in any way like America's founding fathers, which means you're male, you're straight, you're white, you believe your rights come from God and freedom, you are evil.
They want to shut you up and destroy you.
And the thing is, they've done it all for these decades with our own money by deceiving us.
Well, so this brings me to my next question.
And that was so eloquently put.
I really appreciate you saying that.
You were right on the money.
Pun intended.
But taxpayers are basically funding their own destruction, you know, with the way that this government is misusing the funds allocated.
But what to do?
Obviously, you're saying there's no law there for the income tax.
IRS will tell you there is.
Obviously, and again, I got to reiterate: you're not paying.
You're not in prison.
But you say, and this was what I found very interesting of the people that do go to prison because we see the cases in the news all the time.
People going to prison due to tax-related situations.
You say, though, overwhelmingly, it is the filers that go to prison and not the non-filers.
Elaborate on that a little bit.
Well, exactly.
This is IRS's own numbers.
I get put it on our website, freedomlawschool.org.
When you don't file, you give them nothing.
They have nothing on you.
According to IRS's best numbers, there's about 80 million Americans who work.
IRS says they should file a 1040 income tax confession trap form that do not do so.
So they leave them alone, basically.
But when you put the rope around your neck, James, when you go home, go get your last year 1040 tax form.
Your CPA got you.
On the second page, it says, in big print, sign here.
And a small print, just like a used car salesman contract, it says, under penalties of perjury, I declare.
And I bet you, James, you never looked at that.
UCPA never told you what that language means.
You thought, oh, I just signed here.
But that used car salesman deceived you.
When you sign that form, you just open yourself up, James, to three federal crimes, a misdemeanor, and two felony charges.
So you can go to prison for nine years for each single 1040 that you swear is true, correct, and complete, even though you did not prepare it.
Your CPA or TorboTax supposedly did it right.
And you're trusting that man or that computer program to do it right.
Well, I have to say this.
My CPA is a fellow traveler.
God bless him.
He's the CPA for the damned, you know, in this cause of ours.
But I would say this.
I mean, this is how they got Capone.
You know, this is the famous thing.
That's how they got Capone.
If they want to find something, they'll find something.
I don't know if anybody can be correct to the dollar when you're dealing with different revenue streams and different expenses and different deductions.
I've got three kids, so on and so forth.
You know, could they find something?
They'll always find something if they're hell-bent on doing it.
Because, of course, you've got, you know, you're dealing with a criminally corrupt government.
You're dealing with criminally corrupt courts, which is what we'll talk about with Payman Matajeda when we come back.
I mean, this thing just keeps on going.
One more segment on this, and I've got several more questions.
We'll go through as quickly as possible.
And then at the very end of the hour, the last segment, we're going to pivot to talk about the Restore Freedom Rally in Orlando, February 2nd through the 5th.

Grammy Award winning singer Michael Bolton, best known for this song, How Am I Supposed to Live Without You, reveals he was diagnosed with a brain tumor and has had immediate surgery before the holidays.
In a note to his fans, he says he'll be taking a break from touring to focus on his recovery.
Bolton, who is 70, writing on Facebook, I am now recuperating at home and surrounded by the tremendous love and support of my family.
The Supreme Court will take up the Trump, Colorado case.
The high court agrees to hear former President Trump's appeal of the state Supreme Court decision in Colorado blocking him from the ballot there.
The state court in Colorado ruled 4-3 that Trump engaged in insurrection on January 6th, disqualifying him from serving again under the 14th Amendment.
However, whether the riot was an insurrection remains to be seen.
Plus, Trump has never been convicted.
This move also puts a pause on efforts by other states to take Trump's name off the ballot.
Only the Supreme Court justices can decide the issue now.
Oral arguments scheduled to start February 8th.
And for more on our top story, this January 6th, we turn to USA's Ryan Daniels.
Colorado's Democratic Secretary of State says she believes former President Trump is an insurrectionist while at the same time, likely including his name on primary ballots in that state anyway.
Secretary of State Jenna Griswold spoke out, and Griswold is not bound by a Colorado Supreme Court's earlier decision to keep Trump's name off the ballot, at least not yet.

Let's talk a little bit more about the IRS, if we could, Payman.
Now, going back, I think to the beginning of the Biden administration, it was said that over the next several years, tens of thousands of IRS employees were expected to retire and that they were attempting to hire 8,700 per year times 10 years.
I don't know exactly what the standing of that is.
Now, they're going to arm them, too.
I think it's going to be like an IRS army.
What is the standing of the IRS right now as an organization in terms of its health, in terms of its functionality?
Well, their job is to collect tribute from people who, 99% of them, do not have to pay it at all in the first place.
That's essentially what they do.
They let people duped into file with 10-40 tax forms.
So I'm not quite sure what you mean by that question, could you elaborate?
Well, I was just asking in terms of the I know I understand, I guess, what their function is, you know, what their purpose is, but I'm just saying, how functional are they in terms of carrying out their stated mission?
Are they healthy?
Do they have enough people to harass?
Are they on the offensive or are they just as they always were?
Oh, I see, I see.
Yes, I got the question.
Yeah, yeah.
IRIS is over 99% bluff.
Just like the corona hoax was based upon bluff.
Most Americans who took the corona jab were not forced to do some other job.
Most people lined up or voluntarily listened to their doctor, CPA, hospital, tell them, I'm the expert in health.
Take my advice and take the corona jab.
Take the CPA Torbo tax advice and sign that 10-40 income tax confession form.
The fact is, IRIS is a dying socialist organization that is in the process of imploding like the former communist Soviet Union did.
The Commission of the IRS testified before Congress that said that of the 79,000 employees IRS had, 52,000, way more than half of them, are projected to be retired or quit or gone by 2028, four years from now.
So in order for the IRS not to completely implode, they begged Congress to give them money to hope to hire 8,700 agents per year for 10 years, which adds up to 87,000.
All this does, it slows down the eventual destruction of the IRS.
This happening, James.
No one predicted the Soviet Union was going to implode.
A few people did.
And I'm telling you, I was around when Soviet Union was around, and I'm around right now telling you IRIS is imploding from within.
That's why they officially decided to leave non-filers alone.
That's right.
In 2017, James, the IRS officially decided to, if you don't file, do not come after you.
Just mess with filers who confess on the oath they owe the Irish money because even that they are unable to do, James.
For example, IRS forced collections, taking your bank account and paycheck from 2011 to 22, has gone down by over 90%.
So what does that tell you?
Now, you have said, if what I read earlier this week is correct, that the IRS is basically leaving non-filers alone all the way back to 2015.
And you're saying that they do that because they get an exponentially greater return on going after filers than non-filers.
Explain that to the audience.
That's right.
And everything I'm telling you, people see at our website, freedomlawschool.org, is all documented from U.S. government's official legal websites or their own official reports and documents.
And so one of these reports I read said that when they come after a non-filer, they spend a dollar, they make under $3.
However, if you do the numbers, IRIS, for every dollar that they spend, they make over $300 for filers.
So if you were the IRS, would you rather make only less than $3 on your money or over $300?
Oh, over 300.
Let's focus on filers because it's hugely more profitable and they can even keep up and serve filers, which is why the IRS force collection on filers has gone down, not by 20 or 50%, by over 90% over the last 12 years.
This is Keith Alexander.
Let me ask you this question.
I remember under the Obama administration, he had an IRS head named Lois Larner who was accused of going after the political enemies of the Democrats and Obama with audits and other punitive actions.
Is that still going on?
What is the story about the IRS being used for partisan political purposes?
Yeah, they can use it.
Of course, they do if they want to go after somebody very big like Donald Trump.
But IRIS is the only federal agency that is after the entire, you know, almost 300 million Americans that work.
So DOJ, FBI, and CIA, they can target a very small number of people in a horrible ways.
But IRS has way too many potential targets.
About 150 million tax returns are filed every year, these confession trap forms, and about 80 million non-filers.
They literally have just under 80,000 employees, and most of them are simply dumb clerks.
Just typing in information on the computer.
They're not agents with guns.
They have less than 3,000 of those.
These guys are lazy.
They don't even work hard.
They don't answer to nobody.
Nobody can push these communists in the IRS to work hard.

But Paymon, the one question I didn't want to shoehorn in before the last break, let's get to that right now.
And I'd really love to hear your take on this because we were talking about it during the break.
You said you wanted to revisit this.
The courts are increasingly criminally corrupt.
So let's just say you're right about everything you've talked about tonight.
You have them dead rights on the law.
But many judges are criminals themselves.
And I've had a little experience in the court.
I was the plaintiff in a libel lawsuit against a major newspaper where the legal definition of libel was met.
They alleged I was the leader of the Ku Klux Klan.
Completely fabricated.
I sued them for that.
But it didn't matter.
They just dismissed it.
It was a very eye-opening experience.
That was actually the textbook with the restatement of Torres, the textbook definition of libel.
We get all these affirmative action judges, and they do exactly what we fear they would do.
Well, that's the thing, descending into law of the jungle.
I mean, so look at what's happening to Trump, though, with all of these arrests and indictments.
I personally believe that what passes for the law in courts today is whatever each individual partisan judge wants it to be.
So let's just say somebody heads into court.
You know, the law is the law, but who's to say that they adhere to it?
James, I've known about the course corruption and criminality for decades.
Okay, we are the tax freedom movement.
We're talking about this.
They used to do it to us 30 years ago.
We tell them, look, judge, have the government show us the law that requires you to fall and pay them tax.
And the judge would not force the Department of Justice to show us the law.
This happened years ago.
So to me, it's nothing new.
I'm excited to these courts now to show how corrupt and criminal they are openly to American people.
The Department of Injustice, FBI.
It's fantastic that now they are showing their hand.
We have an America, communism, and tyranny, plain and simple.
It's time for us to unite again, like America's founding fathers did.
Stop paying our enemies.
And that's exactly what the founders did.
And the hell with the judges.
You know why?
I'll tell you what.
Because there's only 31 U.S. tax judges.
And there's about 80 million non-filers.
It's absolutely impossible for the judges to even graft their one-tenth of one-tenth of 100% of the non-fathers.
Okay?
And if we just, I also have a Restore Freedom Plan.
Hold hands like the founding fathers did, like the people in Silverbridge Union did to free themselves and stop paying them.
And if they come after one of us, we can compensate the one guy in full what they took from them.
So none of us have to go to prison because we follow the law on government's websites and demand our lawmakers, congressmen, to show us if we're wrong.
And they cannot show us we're wrong.
We are right.
And if we take our money, we'll reimburse them.
This is exactly what the blueprint of the Founding Fathers was, James.
So that's all Freedom Law School is doing.
I realized that, man, I know more about the Constitution than these doggone Americans.
Why?
Because I wanted to know why Americans are a free country.
I was 29 years old, James, saying, the heck, what's wrong?
Americans are free.
Why?
Because they raise us ignorance about the Constitution and roots of our laws in our system.
Once over the years, I discovered it.
I told other people, and I was like, whoa, we got the power.
We just gave it away.
We need to just take it back.
So don't worry about those dad gum judges.
They're nothing.
When we wake up, you know, they cannot mess with us.
There's too many of us out there.
And what you're saying is defund the government from engaging in all of these activities that are detrimental to the taxpayers, to the American citizen.
That's what we're talking about.
These wars.
The Founding Fathers wrote petitions to King and Milling.
Hey, you know, you're not protecting our rights.
We got these complaints.
Fix it.
Change your behavior.
The king refused.
So the Founding Fathers said, the heck with you, King.
We will no longer pay your taxes.
They withheld those taxes and they funded George Washington and their glorious revolution.
Here, it's even easier.
We're not refusing to pay taxes.
We're stopping paying the taxes we never owed in the first place.
All I'll say is, hey, folks, make your own minds up.
I'm not saying do this or do that.
Make your own minds up.
But I will tell you this.
We got a guy here who hasn't done it.
He's talking about it publicly, and that's something that at least I think you should learn more about.
