You're listening to the Liberty News Radio Network, and this is the political cesspool.
The Political Cesspool, going across the South and worldwide as the South's foremost populist conservative radio program.
And here to guide you through the murky waters of the political cesspool is your host, James Edwards.
Look over y'all, what do you see?
The sun is rising, most definitely.
A new day's coming.
People are changing.
Ain't it beautiful?
Crystal blue persuasion.
Well, ladies and gentlemen, can we will the lyrics of that song into being?
Is the sun rising?
Is a new day coming?
Are our people changing?
Or are we getting just a little bit too far ahead of ourselves?
Well, to help me answer that is a man who has seen it all in this movement as a leader and as an advocate and as an activist.
It's, of course, Jared Taylor, our most interviewed guest here on TPC.
Over the 18 years we've been on the air.
I have been doing this my entire adult life.
Jared's been doing it even longer than that.
He is, of course, the editor of American Renaissance and the author of Paved with Good Intentions, White Identity, and If We Do Nothing.
It's a daily read of mine that should be yours as well, amran.com.
And Jared, of course, we were talking off the air just a few minutes ago, both saying we are eternal optimists.
And I guess we would be that no matter what the conditions.
But do we have reason to be now?
Oh, I think so.
I definitely think so.
And some of my optimism lies in the statistics for the kind of traffic that our website and our videos are getting despite such intense opposition and deplatforming.
This means that despite the fact that Google wants to pretend that Amran doesn't exist, and despite the fact that YouTube has obliterated our channels, people are finding us anyway.
I think that it has to do with some of the utter craziness that our leaders are foisting on us about our history, our culture, the very nature of white people as being inherent oppressors.
And a lot of white people, ordinary white people, say, wait a minute, this is not what the Civil Rights Movement was supposed to be about.
They are angry, they are hopping mad, and they find us.
And it's great.
I think the number of people who see things our way is growing all the time despite every effort the other side, including the government, is making to silence us.
I've got to comment on that because, of course, the days are long gone when you and I and others like us were being regularly featured guests on CNN and other such major platforms.
Of course, we all still get publicity.
They just talk about us rather than talking to us.
But much more than the lack of those sorts of invitations is the fact that the harder they squeeze with regards to the censorship and the deplatforming, it seems as though the more our ideas are proliferating.
I don't know if that's causation or correlation or if it's just the case of ideas whose time have come, but there is no doubt about it.
Jared, there are more people thinking like us, and there are more people coming to our platforms and to our ideas, even in this age of repressive censorship than there were when things were much more free and open back about 10, 20 years ago.
I believe we may have lost Jared there for a second.
All right, we'll call Jared back and get him back on the line.
One of the things we're going to do here with Jared when we do get him back is we will do something we don't normally do, and that is I'm going to recover some of the ground that we talked about in the first and second hours with Keith and with Brad.
And we will, I will read actually some of the same comments that we've already read, so you'll hear them for a second time, but we'll get Jared's take on it.
And I think what's key about that is, even though Jared is an optimist as I am, he is also one to give a very sober analysis.
And I would like to see from the perspective of a man who has been around as long as Jared, if again, we're on the right pace here.
Jared, I don't know before we lost connection there, what you heard me, what the last thing you heard me say was, but basically the gist of it was the harder they squeeze with regards to censorship and deplatforming, the more people are coming to our ideas.
Yes.
And I think part of it is because the censorship has become so broad.
If you say that, well, no, men can't have babies or lactate, they censure you for that.
Or if you say something that is off the reservation about COVID, they censor you for that.
Many people, many people are so startled by this thing that they begin to think, well, gosh, I can't trust what the mainstream says about anything if they say stuff like that.
So yes, people are making the effort to go and look for you, look for me, and they're finding us.
And just the other day, we had a lady who wrote in and said, I'm so glad that Amran was there when I finally became ready for Amran.
isn't that touching yeah she's been diluted and she's been yes go ahead No, no, that's something that we say.
I mean, institutions have to exist.
Media has to exist for when people are ready.
I mean, as right as we were, we are no more right today, Jared, than we were 10 years ago or 20 years ago, or people who came before us were 50 years ago, 100 years ago.
These ideas are still correct.
They have always been correct.
But just in the ebbs and flows of history, time and circumstance have to rise to meet the occasion.
And no matter how right we are, it's not going to happen until that occurs.
But when it does occur, you can't miss the opportunity by not having infrastructure.
And thankfully, you've been there, and there are others that have been there that are regularly featured on this program that are there to accept the people when they get there on their own schedule.
That's exactly right.
And one man and one woman at a time, I am convinced that we will build our movement up into an unstoppable force.
And just what form the solutions will take, I do not know.
But there is more and more very powerful evidence of just how upset people are.
Would you like to hear some numbers that I heard on a recent poll?
By all means, let's get to it.
Well, this is from the University of Chicago's Institute of Politics.
And it found that two-thirds of Republicans and Independents say the government is corrupt and rigged against everyday people like me.
Two-thirds.
And interestingly enough, 51% of liberals think the same way.
The government is corrupt and rigged against everyday people like me.
Then, now, this is perhaps even more startling.
If you ask the question, it may be necessary at some point for citizens to take up arms against the government soon.
35% of Republicans agree, and 35% of Independents, and even one in five Democrats.
Wow.
I mean, this is a level of dissatisfaction.
And it is levels of dissatisfaction of this kind that I believe drive people to look for alternatives to the perpetual mush they keep getting from all the mainstream media.
Jared, that is so correct.
And this, again, is something that we have been covering for many months here.
These polls that, you know, you didn't have polls like this even during the Trump administration.
It was really only after Biden took office that these tremendous polls are coming out that instill us with a lot of hope and satisfaction.
We'll rattle off a few more numbers.
I want to revisit a topic we covered in the second hour and get Jared's take on what I think is the strongest statement made by any world leader.
What, 50, 70 years?
What Victor Orbin said?
We'll break that down with the great Jared Taylor right after this.

This is a battle, a battle between truth and deceit.
A battle between forces that would enslave this country in darkness and between a media that wants to present you with the truth.
We are being censored.
America's news outlets no longer provide the truth.
90% of news outlets in the United States are controlled by six corporations.
The mission of the Epic Times is to chase the truth, to ground all statements in facts.
TheEpicTimes.com All right, back with the one and only Jared Taylor.
He was talking in the previous segment about the number of people who believe that there may have to be a violent conflict to get a suitable arrangement here in this country.
That certainly parallels polls we have been citing now for many weeks.
And of course, Jared, there was a recent poll where the number continues to grow.
We're talking about last year where I think there was something around 60% of Trump voters said that there is an organized plan to replace whites with non-whites by the government in this country.
That is now up, according to the latest poll being presented by the media, to 75%.
75% of Trump voters, that's 75% of 60 million voters.
Those are numbers you can win with.
They see the truth with regards to what's happening here.
The numbers don't lie, and they're getting there.
A majority of Republicans, according to a poll we cited last week, believe they would be better off and their state would be better off if their state seceded.
I think the majority was something in the upper 30s.
And you say, well, that's not 50% plus one.
But then there was about 30% who said they might not be better off and about 30% that said they didn't know.
But a majority, nevertheless, according to this poll, said they would be better off if their state seceded.
And then, Jared, we were covered in the last hour.
According to Politico, I'll read this again.
Politico flagged a stunning poll this week showing that a quarter, one out of four Republican voters, opposed Congress passing a federal law to protect interracial marriage.
And that was led, the biggest Republican constituency that was behind that were white evangelicals.
And that goes into this whole hullabaloo about Marjorie Taylor Greene saying she's a Christian nationalist and the media instantly conflating that with white supremacy and Nazism.
I just feel as though there is a sea change within the Republican base that is going somewhere that was not possible 10 years ago.
Where we will be by the end of this decade is very exciting to imagine.
I couldn't agree with you more.
There is movement and ferment of a kind that we certainly haven't seen since 2016 when Trump was running and Trump was making big promises, most of which he didn't keep, but there was real excitement then, and I think we are actually moving in better directions.
One example, and I think I keep my fingers crossed, and I sure hope for victory in the primary, but I don't know if your listeners are aware that Laura Loomer, who has been a really dynamic and brave activist, is running in the Republican primary in Florida in one of those seats where if you win the primary, you sail into office.
Now, it's worth looking up what kind of person she is.
When Nancy Pelosi talked about how walls were terrible and we can't build a wall on the southern border, one of the things she did, she went down to the local Home Depot, hired a couple of illegal Mexicans, and paid them to hop over the wall of Nancy Pelosi's mansion and start cooking fried eggs in her backyard.
If walls are bad for the country, I guess she's that kind of gutsy woman, and she's going to be speaking at the next American Renaissance Conference, as a matter of fact.
And by then, she could be Congresswoman-elect.
Congresswoman-elect Loomer is, I'm assuming, what Jared was going to say.
And I actually want to talk to Jared about that.
We will deploy Mr. Producer to find Jared again.
I actually called Jared just as this show was in progress and was going over the plan for tonight.
And I don't think he's in an area that has good cell phone reception.
But we will try to get him.
Okay, we're going to call him back.
Mr. Producer said is definitely on that end.
So that's good.
That's improvement from last week when we were getting hit with lightning and all kinds of stuff was happening.
But this is the thing I wanted to talk with Jared about for a moment is how Politicians and elected officials and nominees, both here and abroad, are beginning to talk about our issues in ways that are absolutely parallel and congruent to the way that we have been talking about them, well, for our entire careers.
For me, about 20 years, if you go back to the Buchanan campaign and my run for the state house when I was just a wee lad, and of course, Jared for even longer than that.
And now you're having people like Orbin.
You're having people like Loomer.
You're having people like, well, another person that's going to be at Am Ren, former United States Congressman Steve King, will be there.
And that's something that I'll ask Jared to talk about here in just a moment.
So we've got him back again.
But Jared, what I was saying was you look now at these politicians, whether they are already in office, in the case of Marjorie Taylor Greene, Victor Orban, which we'll talk about in just a moment, or if they are the nominees of parties or running to be the nominee in the case of Loomer, you're going to have Steve King, the former representative, speaking at Amrin.
You're going to have a sitting member of the Estonian parliament, Ruben Caleb, who is going to be there.
Obviously, in the past, a mutual friend of ours, Philip DeWinter, has spoken, who is still an elected official in the Belgian parliament.
So you're seeing more of this.
Now, you didn't see this pre-Trump.
You just didn't see it like this, not like this.
And I would ask you how much that encourages you.
And by the way, I got another one.
Michael Perutka, who you may have heard about recently, just in your neighboring state, your border state of Maryland.
Michael Perutka won the nomination to be the Republican nominee for Attorney General in the state of Maryland.
He is a former board member of the League of the South.
He has been asked repeatedly to denounce the League of the South, and he wouldn't.
And he is now the Republican nominee for AG in Maryland.
All of this is new.
It is new.
Yes, yes, it's great.
I have been urging people for 30 years to run for office because there are local constituencies in this country that I think are prepared to vote for an intelligent, thoughtful, racially aware position.
Now, people say, well, hey, if it's such a great idea, why don't you do it, Jared?
And there's some legitimate criticism.
But I've got too much baggage.
I've got too much background, probably.
Somebody who the SPLC has not yet discovered.
I think that victory, electoral victory, is possible.
And even if you simply make a good showing or your campaign is covered, all of this is an opportunity to spread the word.
And I think more and more people are ready for it.
I agree with you.
I think things are bubbling.
Things are changing.
Things are moving our way.
And the other side, of course, is terrified.
Well, let me tell you something.
Well, I'll agree with you on, well, really everything you've said, but for my part, for my part in all this, had I not run for a seat in the state legislature, there would have never been this radio program.
This radio program is a direct result of the showing that I had back in 2002 when I was 22 years old and running for a seat in the state house.
If I had not run that failed campaign, whatever good I've done since then would not have matter, the door wouldn't have been open.
But so again, we're talking about officials here and abroad, elected officials, people running for office, people who are now the party nominee.
I mean, you had that in the last cycle too with people like Lauren Witzke, who was outspokenly pro-white.
And even in cases like this, now this isn't really one of our issues per se, Jared, but I like the spirit here.
And it was really shocking and stirring in a very good way.
This is Representative Matt Gates out of Florida.
And this is how you handle a hostile interview.
And if you get more people talking to the press like this and showing the voters that, hey, I am going to lead, then let me tell you something.
This thing can change lickety split.
Courage is contagious and courage is something that can spread.
Let's listen to this very quickly if I can get this playing.
Is it safe to say that based off of your comments, you're suggesting that these women at these abortion rallies are ugly and overweight?
Yes.
What do you say to people who think that those comments are offensive?
Be offended.
Okay, so that is the sitting representative in the state of Florida.
So he makes this irreverent comment.
And of course, this is where you're expected once you're pressed by the press to apologize.
He said, yes, be offended.
If Jared, if people take our issues and run with that attitude, whether they're already sitting in Congress or somewhere else, or if they're running a competitive campaign, I am telling you that's the kind of attitude that will spread like wildfire.
And the resolution of all of these problems is not as far away as it would appear.
I agree.
This, too, is not our issue, but that exchange that you even in despair, Jared is still one of our greatest guests.
We will try to get him on.
Are you there, Jared?
No.
Okay, there you go.
Oh, we're back.
Yeah, yeah.
Very, very quickly before.
Yeah, you're good.
You're good now.
You broke out.
Cut out for just a second.
I tell you what, the spirit of his comment, regardless of the issue.
Yes, and it was on a different issue.
But this was a guy, I don't remember his name.
I didn't recognize it, but he was talking about monkeypox.
And he was talking to some liberal interviewer.
And he says, look, the trick on monkeypox is avoid gay orgies.
Stay away from that stuff.
And they said, oh, my gosh, don't you realize you're stigmatizing?
Don't you?
He says, hey, that's the fact.
That's the way to keep safe.
Stay away from gay orgies.
Jared, hold on right there.
I know we said we just did two segments, but I really want to touch on Orban and plug the Amerin conference.
If you can give us five minutes on the flip side, your daily Liberty Newswire.
You're listening to Liberty News Radio, USA Radio News with Lance Pryde.
It's official.
The gross domestic product drops nearly 1% for the second consecutive quarter, decreasing 1.6% annually and putting the United States into a recession.
If the status quo continues in Washington, a depression is next.
The last depression to hit America was in late 2007 through the summer of 2009.
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's on-again, off-again visit to Taiwan is curious.
According to Senator Mark Warner, the Democrat from Virginia.
I think we need to stand by Taiwan.
And I support continuing to sell arms to Taiwan and doing all we can to build enough defense for Taiwan so that President Xi trying to take over Taiwan the same way Putin is taking over Ukraine, that there will be a huge, huge price to pay.
Thanks for listening.
We are USA Radio News.
Wendy Bell here for my friends at Swiss America.
Did you know the U.S. Constitution authorizes only two forms of legitimate money, gold and silver?
That's right.
But our government abandoned gold and silver a half century ago.
Meanwhile, gold and silver prices have rocketed in recent years due to growing economic uncertainty.
So to help my listeners, Swiss America has a very special offer today.

JetBlue Airways and Spirit Airlines announced Thursday they have agreed to a merger.
This happened a day after a long-running bid by Sprint and Frontier Airlines fell apart.
Under the new agreement, JetBlue would acquire Spirit for $33.50 per share in cash.
Charter Communications is losing a ton of money for not vetting one of its employees.
Charter Communications is being ordered to pay over $7 billion to the family of a North Texas woman who was killed by a company worker.
A Dallas County jury issuing the punitive damage order Tuesday, which will be appealed.
The jury found the company liable last month, saying the company properly failed to screen Roy Holden Jr. when they hired him.
Holden was given life in prison after admitting to murdering and robbing Betty Thomas while in his charter uniform in 2019.
From the USA Radio News Phoenix Bureau, I'm Tim Berg.
USA Radio News.
All right, I've got to touch on this very quickly, and then we're going to wrap it up with Jared.
So the issue with monkeypox, you're supposed to apologize if you say that this is an affliction that is being something that's being visited upon the homosexual community.
Now, this is a press release from the New York City Department of Health, okay?
The New York City Department of Health.
This was going around social media, and it's legitimate.
It's at nyc.gov, email, or rather, URL.
And here's the statement.
People who meet all, all is in bold with an underline, people who meet all of the following criteria are eligible to be vaccinated for monkeypox.
One, are a gay, bisexual, or other man who has sex with men and or are transgender, gender, non-conforming, or gender non-binary, are age 18 and older, and have had multiple or anonymous sex partners in the last 14 days.
If you do not meet all of these criteria, please do not make an appointment as you are not eligible to be vaccinated.
But then if you say that, Jared, if you actually just read that, you'd have to apologize for saying that, or at least that's the way it used to be.
Well, I'm very glad to say that this guy said, look, those are the facts.
Now, you know, a New York City health official is written to the World Health Organization demanding that the name of monkeypox be changed because it might be stigmatizing.
Of course, by that reasoning, we have to be worried that people are going to go to zoos and start throwing stones at innocent monkeys.
Isn't that what we're worried about?
I guess not.
Well, it's just another example of the absurdity and how people are really just not.
The day of apologies is beginning to end.
You're seeing it more and more and more.
We gave the Matt Gates example there just a moment ago.
But here, just to bring this all to summation, what we're talking about here, a huge number of people.
And when I say a huge number, I mean millions of people, millions of people show now support for their state seceding from the union, nationalism, and oppose the great replacement because native-born whites are being replaced by immigrants.
Also believe that, and this is key.
They believe that having a strong leader is more important than protecting democracy, and boy so do I.
And that leads us to people like Victor Orban.
So this is the statement of uh of the year, to say the least.
Headline again reads, ladies and gentlemen, uh Victor Orban bashed western Europeans for mixing with Non-Europeans and said, Hungarians do not want to become a mixed race.
Orban idealized an unmixed Hungarian race.
While speaking at a university in central Romania last week, he argued that Europeans should not mix with Non-Europeans.
We move, we work elsewhere, but we mix within Europe.
We do not want to be mixed race or multi-ethnic.
He goes on to write that.
Rather, excuse me, Orban goes on to say, it is written that countries where European and Non-European intermingle are no longer nations.
And Jared, that is so key because he properly identifies a nation as a people, as a race.
He pointed to Western Europe and said, in a spiritual sense, the West has moved to Central Europe.
I, you know, when you look at the media furor that Marjorie Taylor Greene generated in this country by saying she was a Christian nationalist, you would have to think that worldwide this would have been a hundredfold more threatening to them, but I think in a way it might have been so bold and so resolute that they didn't know what to do with it.
When is the last, would you say?
George Wallace was the last one that even came close to making a statement that strong.
Wow, that's a good question.
That's a good question, certainly a head of state, a head of state that talks that way.
If you're talking about people in non-white countries, they talk that way all the time.
You know the constitution of Liberia says that you can't own land unless you are black African.
And if you talk about Southeast Asians, you know they'll say no no we we're, we're the way we are and nobody else is allowed.
But for a, the head of state of a white country, to put it right on the line like that, I think it's absolutely wonderful.
Absolutely wonderful he is.
He's my favorite politician these days, bar none, and he is perfectly correct, as you say, both etymologically logically, historically and morally, to say, when you get mixes of the kind that we are trying to promote, you're just not a nation anymore, forget it, you're on to something else, and that something else is worse.
And I think when you have leaders saying like this, it emboldens the people to be more confident in what they already perhaps believe to be true and what polls suggest and prove that they believe to be true, in the comfort of their own homes, and I just think well, I've said it before I think that there could be some great change here in short order.
As you, as you probably know, as you probably know, he's going to be speaking at a CPAC meeting in Dallas August 4th through 7th and it will be fascinating how CPAC reacts to somebody as brave as that.
And, of course, President Donald Trump urged people to vote for him in Hungary when he just ran and won another four-year Your term, I believe it is.
It will be very interesting what he's prepared to say at CPAC.
I really am holding my breath to see if he really comes out strong.
Well, they may disinvite him from CPAC if he keeps this up.
That wouldn't be surprising.
But it just goes to show, you just mentioned his reelection.
His reelection, it proves that these are winning issues.
This isn't just something you say in a lame duck or a swan song term.
This is something that gets you re-elected, and it can with the right presentation in the right packaging.
And this is, again, Jared, I mean, do we see the day as this whole thing continues to play itself out?
Will we see the day in the future where Victor Orbin's speaking at Amrin?
Well, I don't know if we would have believed that Steve King would have been speaking at Amrin 10 years ago.
But here on your docket this year, you've got Laura Loomer, who you mentioned, could be Congresswoman-elect Loomer by the time November rolls around.
You've got former Congressman Steve King.
You've got a sitting member of the Estonian Parliament, Ruben Caleb.
And you've had others like this.
So that is quite remarkable.
That is quite remarkable.
And that's coming up in November.
And you're still in the early bird phase of the ticket sales.
People can get it at Amrin.com.
That's correct.
And we still have rooms at the lodge.
That's the best place to be.
Those rooms are going to sell out, absolutely for sure.
And when that happens, you're going to have to be in a motel.
It's just not as convenient.
You have to get in your car after you've had a wonderful evening of fellowship and maybe a few drinks.
If you can just walk down the hall and go back to your room, that is the best place to be.
So get those lodge rooms while they last.
And if they last here in late July, they certainly will not be there as we get a little bit closer to the fall in this conference, November 18th through the 20th.
Now, we mentioned some of the candidates and elected officials, both current and former, that will be there.
Of course, some of the great folks of some of the great spokesmen of our time will be there as well.
Jared Taylor, chief among them, but also Henrik Palmgren and Sam Dixon, Gregory Hood, all familiar to listeners of this program.
It's a great lineup.
It always is.
My last comment about the conference will be one guy that nobody has yet heard from, but about whom I'm very excited is Daniel Vineyard.
This is a guy who has spent 20 years as a police officer.
He is absolutely wide awake.
And he will have just retired, and he can finally say in public all the things he has been bursting to say.
It's going to be an absolutely riveting conversation, I'm sure.
You know, and that's another thing.
I'm glad you mentioned that because I'm looking at his profile right here at Amran.com as we speak.
And we have had more people from law enforcement that have come on this show in recent years.
Of course, retired, but one of our actual regular guests who's been appearing regularly for years was a former cop in at the height of the crack epidemic.
And he is just a race realist to the core and has just made some incredible observations from his perspective as a law enforcement officer.
We had just last year former DEA agent, now retired Larry Ray Harden, who was down on the border.
And just it's really good to know because, of course, it is presented to us that nobody in the military or law enforcement would possibly have these agreements with us.
But of course, they see it a lot more readily than a lot of our people do.
And so they do.
And it's encouraging when people like that speak out.
That is going to be a fantastic addition to the Jim Lancia, as the cop I was referring to, and then former DEA agent Larry Ray Harden, of course.
But I think Mr. Vineyard would make a very interesting addition to the Amerin lineup.
No question about it.
Well, Brother James, I've got to leave you.
Yes, sir.
Yes, sir.
You have stayed overtime for what we agreed with.
I appreciate that.
We had a couple of cutouts, but thank you for that.
And we will talk again very soon.
Jared Taylor, there he goes.
Jared, I know I'll be seeing you shortly.
Always a pleasure and an honor.
Thank you.
All right.
Jared Taylor, everybody, amrin.com.
And always a great appearance, always good to hear from Jared.
So good to know, by the way, too, that he agrees that the trajectory that we're on is one that we want to be on and that it will perhaps continue.
When we come back, in the all indications are that it will continue.
When we come back for the third and final segment, we are going to get back into the mailbag and a little bit more good news if you can stand it.
Now, I don't want to OD you on the good news, but we got a little bit more good news.
And what else do we got?
We got an announcement.
Well, it's all in my notes.
By the way, did you know where I've been this weekend?
Do you know where I've been this weekend?
I've been in Selma, Alabama.
I had the opportunity to give a speech at Fort Dixie with Butch and Pat Godwin for the Nathan Bedford Forest annual birthday celebration.
It was really an honor to meet so many of y'all there this weekend, sign a few books, give a talk.
I just wanted to make mention of that and give a big tip of the hat to our host, the Godwins, who put me up and my family and all those great people that we were able to meet over the course of the weekend.
We'll be right back for the final segment.
Stay tuned.
I'm Michael Hill, president of the League of the South.
I and my compatriots are Southern nationalists.
We seek the survival, well-being, and independence of the Southern people, our people.
The League wants a South that enjoys the sweet fruits of Christian liberty and prosperity, but our current situation won't allow it.
We must have our independence from Washington, D.C. and the globalists.
The present system cannot be reformed.
Without independence, we will continue down this path of destruction.
To us, this is not acceptable.
I'm asking you, Southern man and woman, to join us today to free the South.
Call us at 256-757-6789 or see our website at www.leagueofthesouth.com.
God save the South.

I want to thank again all of our helpers this evening, Jared Taylor and Brad Griffin for their guest appearances.
And of course, Keith Alexander for his usual contributions.
And yes, on the road again back in Alabama this weekend, I have been to deliver a version of my speech called It's Personal.
It was a very well-attended event.
Got to sign some books, as I mentioned just a moment ago, got to meet some of y'all tuned in tonight.
And I will put this speech up on the website, thepoliticalspool.org, this coming up week.
So if you didn't get a chance to see it in Alabama this weekend, you can watch it on the internet.
So we'll put that up for you so everybody can do it.
I think it's just, again, the people I met, our work on the radio continues to attract an extended family of listeners from all walks of life.
We're doing things the right way.
At least we try to.
And we're continuing to build a community of the right people.
And there are great people out there.
And this happens when you present the arguments in such a way that everyone from professional entertainers to elected officials are encouraging us, at least behind the scenes, if not more prominently than that.
Our ideas are obviously becoming mainstream again.
And I'd like to think that our work here on the radio these last 18 years has been a catalyst in making it so.
At least want to do our part and carry what weight we can.
So let's go to the mailbag.
I was actually, I did something this week that I haven't done in over a year.
I cleaned out my desk.
I cleaned out my office, my home office, from which TPC is administered throughout the week, at least the day-to-day aspect, if not the studio part of it.
But found this note, and I can't remember if I read this before, but if I did, we'll read it again.
That'll be okay.
And it's going to tie into something that I want to announce.
So this comes from a young listener, Katie.
Katie in Maryland writes, Dear James, thank you for the gift package.
I couldn't believe my eyes.
And this is a young lady that contributed to the program.
So we sent her a gift package.
I couldn't believe my eyes, she writes, when I opened the package to find your book.
The very first thing I did was open the front cover, praying you had signed it, and found out that you had.
Thank you for being so thoughtful and generous with your resources and time.
You're really helping people around the world.
Your positivity and bravery inspires others and gives them the courage to keep going.
God bless you, your family, and your team at TPC.
Well, Katie, thank you so much.
And I'm glad you got that book.
We didn't have very many left in stock.
Actually, we were out.
And when I went to South Carolina, there were some there.
When I was in South Carolina earlier this month for that event, and I was able to grab a few copies to bring back.
But for the first time this year, we have found a printer, a printer, a little mom-in-shop print shop that has agreed to republish the book.
So it has long since been banned from Amazon.
You know, when this book came out in 2010, Barnes ⁇ Noble carried it.
It was everywhere and other online retailers.
But Amazon was the last domino to fall.
They banned the book back in January.
And Generous Printer, though, has put them back in production.
Now we have boxes of copies available again.
It's an evergreen book.
Yes, it was written in 2010, but it equips readers with the tools to unlock the social political nuclear bomb that is the R-word.
And we have made a lot of advancement on that topic since that book was written.
And people are still asking for it.
And now we have copies again.
So if you want a copy, just go send me an email, jamesedwards at thepoliticalassesspool.org.
Send me a DM on Twitter at JamesEdwards TPC, and we'll get a book out to you.
We'd love to do that.
Now, I mentioned it was originally written in 2010.
A French-Canadian journalist Remy Tremblay, who has appeared on a couple of our March Around the World series in recent years, the French-Canadian journalist Remy Tremblay wrote a 10-year anniversary review back in 2020 for American Renaissance.
And you just heard from Jared Taylor.
And we're going to post that again this week as well there at the website.
I'll just read a couple of excerpts from it because it's still pretty good.
The book is still pretty good.
The review was excellent.
The review, of course, obviously better than the book.
Anything Remy writes is going to be superior to what I could muster.
But the title of the article is, Written in 2010 and still up to date.
Race and racism are everywhere.
Hardly a day passes without charges of racism.
Usually, invoking what James Edwards calls the R-word is enough to make the accused bow down and apologize.
No trial needed, but that is changing.
Back then, though, as Mr. Edwards notes, most white people have no idea when they hear or see the word racist in the media that the people using the word mean something far different than what the ordinary person understands the word to mean.
And that is more relevant today than it was back in 2010 when the book was originally published.
Since the death of George Floyd, persecution of thought criminals has intensified.
Examples that Edwards highlighted have become the norm.
In 2010, white conservatives were de facto racist.
Now all whites are racists.
If we are to listen to the media today, the whole system is fueled by racism, the main engine of Western society.
Nobody is innocent, and the United States is more racist than ever.
President Obama accomplished nothing.
As Edwards writes, people were certain that with a black man in the White House, charges of racism and hate would begin to die down, and that race would become smaller and smaller factor in American life from here on out.
Wrong.
Wrong, wrong.
Every conversation on race has become a harangue.
One side says whatever it wants while the other side is forced to listen and nod.
Mr. Obama's election illuminated certain trends, humor and satire that had been acceptable for centuries when directed at white politicians became hate and racism when the target was black.
That's why comparing George Bush to Curious George was funny, but comparing Obama to the same character was shocking.
Fear of the R word is, of course, what caused John McCain to wage such a timid and mild campaign that, among other things, of course, he was just a horrible person.
He never attacked his opponent for spending 20 years as a member of the Trinity United Church of Hate, where Pastor Jeremiah Wright preached, no, no, no, not God bless America, God blank America.
Despite his restraint, McCain still got the R word lobbed at him.
It's become clear that voting against Mr. Obama or judging him or his programs or achievements were racist.
Whites were supposed to look beyond his color, but to show their lack of racism by voting for him, because it was natural for blacks to vote for him out of racial solidarity.
Mainstream conservatives have failed to understand this double standard, and they continued to play the game according to a set of rules that were set by their opponents.
When the R word was thrown around, conservative opposition crumbled.
Well, that was what the book was all about.
And that was so true in 2010.
But that started to change with Trump.
And that's something Remy Tremblay writes here.
At least one person got Edwards' message.
Donald Trump, even if he was not clearly pro-white, he did not openly betray his white supporters at every turn, which is why he has been under constant attack since 2016.
He refused to bow down to the media when the liberals threw the R-word at him.
This refusal to cower is what Mr. Edwards was recommending 10 years ago.
And in 2016, Mr. Trump won the election.
It took guts to refuse the guilt game in politics.
We have yet to see anyone in mainstream media or at a university show the same courage.
Except now, see, Remy wrote this article in 2020.
That just goes to show how much things have changed in the last two years.
Now, as we were just talking about with Jared, we've seen many over just the course of the last two years.
We've named them tonight that are doing it.
Things are changing and they are changing quickly.
It's seldom stated this bluntly, but anything whites do is racist.
It was racist for whites to move out of the same neighborhoods that became diverse as it was for them to move back in and gentrify it.
Similarly, we're told that movies and television are racist because there's not enough blacks on screen and that those who are are made into negative stereotypes.
Anyone who has watched an hour of television knows that's not true.
For those who haven't, Mr. Edwards cites countless examples proving the exact opposite.
This review wraps up at American Renaissance.
If we are forced to support certain ideas and never dissent, it raises questions about free speech.
The government of my country, Remy Tremblay, writes, Canada has already passed hate speech laws.
The United States does not have official hate censorship.
Not officially, at least, but social media do the censoring and antifa intimidate dissidents.
Mr. Edwards points out the problem is that although white people aren't filled with hate and racism, they're scared to death of being perceived as racist or getting called one because racist has become the most powerful racial slur in America.
Stop playing the game.
Stop apologizing.
Stop trying to prove what you are and what you're not.
We can only free ourselves by refusing to bow down.
And that goes back again to what Matt Gates was saying, something that you would not have heard a Republican say on any issue back in 2010 when I wrote the book, or perhaps even in 2020 outside of Trump when Remy Tremblay wrote the 10-year anniversary review of the book.
I don't care.
Be offended.
Folks, things are changing.
Things are changing for the better.
Thank you for hanging on for the ride.
And thank you for being part of our company here at TPC.
I want to read this one from Frank up in the Bronx.
Frank writes, my favorite guest, and he actually listed them in order.
This is just one man's opinion, but I'll tell you, he's listing some of the all-time top five interviewed guests in the history of the show.
So I guess that would indicate some agreement on our part.
Number five, Nick Griffin.
Number four, Kevin McDonald.
Number three, Jared Taylor.
Number two, Sam Dixon.
Number one.
Number one, in the opinion of Frank and the Bronx, his all-time favorite TPC guest is Mark Weber.
And he writes, hi, James.
Keep up the superb work, please.
Thanks also to Keith.
Frank, do me a favor.
If you're tuned in tonight, send me an email and let me know if you got your gift.
You were actually one of all the ones we sent out.
You were one of about two or three where the post office never gave me confirmation that you received your gift.
So allow me to use the radio program as my personal communication device with you.
If you're tuned in, send me an email.
Let me know if you got the photo art that we sent you last month.
Speaking of Canada, Remy Tremblay up in Canada, this is a great letter from a couple of listeners up in Vancouver.
Dear James and Keith, once again, thank you both for all that you do regarding getting the truth out about our current situation.
He talks a little bit about his wife, what he and his wife are doing and their own activism and some accomplishments that they've made up in Canada, up in Vancouver.
Tuned in tonight, he writes that, take care, I never, with the word never underlined, I never miss a show.
Well, I hope you've enjoyed tonight's episode, my friend, and I hope you all have.
We'll be back with you next week with another installment of TPC for our staff and crew guest tonight.
