You're listening to the Liberty News Radio Network, and this is the Political Cesspool.
The Political Cesspool, known across the South and worldwide as the South's foremost populist conservative radio program.
And here to guide you through the murky waters of the political cesspool is your host, James Edwards.
I ain't been out in years.
Turn on the stereo, display for years and years.
Ladies and gentlemen, how do we make this show any better tonight?
Jesse Lee Peterson, Tom Kaczynski.
Well, if you're hearing unique intro music, you know it's got to be time for Jack Ryan.
So from Jesse to Tom to Jack, we go.
Jack, welcome back to the show, my friend, my contributor, my brother, weekly contributor to TPC.
And the show is always better for the pinch of spice that Jack adds to the broadcast.
So Jack, welcome and tell us about your song, movie, and book of the week.
Okay.
Thanks, James.
Well, my song was the police, when the world's running down, make the best of what's still around.
And that's my theme also of the week.
And it's from a Chicago perspective, in and now mostly out of Chicago.
So Chicago is getting rough.
It's feeling a lot like New York City in the late 1980s when I lived there.
And I feel a lot of connections, business, and getting in and out, but the politics is terrible.
I think it's actually worse than New York.
It's a one-party state.
It's a sanctuary city.
Our mayor is this macher, Rahm Emmanuel.
Our people have been dispossessed.
We don't have a single position of there.
But the economy is booming, and there are a lot of people here who plugged in who make this great living.
And I have tips about how to get into the trades about iron workers, elevator operators, and a lot of these people.
They're making great money at 19 and 20.
Forget about college.
A lot of them commute from Indiana and Wisconsin.
So that's sort of my perspective is to deal with the situation and make the best of what's still around and not lose it that the actual politics and crime is as bad as San Paulo, Brazil.
Jack, I like it when the song of the week matches your theme for the week.
That's very time efficient.
But before we circle back to that particular theme, which you did a great job of introducing, let's go to the book and film recommendation that you have for our audience.
What is it tonight?
My book recommendation is Samuel Elliott Morrison, the Harvard historian, Concise History of the American Republic.
You know, you're getting to advanced middle age when you can know of a time when there was a historian or anyone at Harvard that was producing honest, decent history or literature or anything.
But Demi Morrison is great.
He's like one of our greatest writers.
It's just good, honest history about our people, not propaganda, but tells it the way it is.
My movie recommendation is Frank Copper.
Mr. Deeds goes to town.
And I highly recommend really all of Frank Copper's movies.
His most famous ones are It's a Wonderful Life and Mr. Smith Goes to Washington.
But it's not rah-rah patriotism.
Everything is good.
It's rough time.
And he shows the bad side of America, big business, politics.
They're out to break the little guy.
It's almost going communist, but the good wins out, and it's the regular American that does it.
So Mr. Deeds goes to town, starring Gary Cooper, is my movie recommendation.
Jack always is prepared, always on point, always ready to share with you the correspondence he has from the cultural correspondence desk here at TPCHQ.
Let's circle back now to the theme of the week, Jack, and give you some time to elaborate that a little more.
Okay, so my view is that I want to kind of sort of make nostalgia a thing of the past.
We have to live in the here and now, given what's going on, where you are, where, you know, what geographical place you are.
In these big cities, the politics can be very bad, and crime can be horrible.
I can do the statistics.
There's this website, Hey Jack ASS, where they do the shootings and the murder totals.
The murder totals are kind of down because we have just military mass units that save a lot of these people that get shot up.
But in those situations, there's great opportunities in the big cities where you can make a great living in a job.
In all these big cities, there are lots of wealthy people who can't do anything for themselves.
They can't grow their own food.
They can't fix their own place.
They have big buildings, elevators.
So I would recommend our young people, their parents, not sending their kids to college.
Get your education from the political cesspool or just good people, but get into a trade early.
And I've got this kind of inside information about where you go, what dates there are.
It's our people.
There's some definite group.
We're shut out of government jobs, but these iron workers, elevator repair people, it's our people are doing it.
And I have the dates and places like that.
I want to give my email address out to our people before we go if people want to get plugged in.
And that's my recommendation to these big cities that you can get a great job.
I mean, you can live in Indiana or some suburb of Wisconsin, make a good living.
All these rich Arabs in the Arab Emirates or Dubai, they can't fix their elevators or things like that.
So that's something that our people can do.
All right.
A fantastic contribution to tonight's program as you bring each and every week of the broadcast, Jack.
Such a valuable contributor you are.
So yes, indeed.
Now, we have to get this.
I don't know why we haven't done this before.
It's like I said to Jesse earlier in the show tonight, why didn't we declare a month to be White History Month?
I said, well, I guess it's because we were always focusing on Confederate History Month.
But yes, White History Month.
We should have done that first, but I'm glad Jesse did it.
We can still do it too.
But some things you don't think of until somebody else does it, or just all of a sudden occurs to you, and then you say, well, why didn't we do that before?
And one of those things is getting Jack his own bio up there on the crew page of thepolitical cesspool.org.
Bill Rowland still has his bio up there and he's been with the Lord Jesus since 2013.
So he's still up there.
So we need to get Jack up there on the crew page.
And Bill will always remain there, by the way.
But we do need to get Jack a bio up there, which will include his email address.
So Jack, we got to get that up there because it's easier for people to see an email address and link to it than it is to listen to it while they're driving their car or something and commit it to memory or write it down.
But let's get it out there.
And if you're a fan of Jack Ryan, as I am, you may want to email him, as I do, and he's going to give you the information on how you can do that.
So Jack, shout out.
Well, my email address is Jack Ryan.
J-A-C-K-R-Y-A-N-O-D, which stands for Oxford Defense, at protonmail.com, which is a more secure place.
I'm getting deplatformed all over the internet as we are.
So I still got that.
And there, I don't know.
I should start doing some fundraising.
You should start working on that.
But give my best to all people, but we're into it.
And I do have the insight information to how to get into the trade in Chicago and your son's been making a great living instead of going to some terrible, politically correct, anti-southern cultural market college or university.
Hey, I place it out.
Hey, folks, if you want to get Jack's insight above and beyond the time he's on TPC each week, JackRyanOD at protonmail.com.
Send him an email.
Thank you, Jack.
Talk to you next week, brother.
Can a nation conceived in liberty carry its head high if it denies protection to the youngest and most vulnerable of its citizens?
Can a country founded on God-given rights continue to thrive without understanding that life is a precious gift from our Creator?
As a physician, I have looked into the eyes of one-pound babies.
I have cradled their small bodies in the palm of one hand.
I defy those who are careless, who would disregard life and look at these tiny little miracles and say, we're not going to protect that.
But I believe there will come a time when we are all judged on whether or not we took a stand in defense of all life from the moment of conception until our last natural breath.
One thing I promise you, I will always take a stand for life.
As a parent, is receiving a faith-based, character-focused education for your children difficult to find?
Do you believe that godly principles should be a central component in your child's education?

And now back to tonight's show.
Ladies and gentlemen, you remember that 2016 was really a monumental year in the history of TPC.
We were in the news every week, and I mean, in a big way, every week after we got those press credentials to broadcast TPC live from Donald Trump's press pen at a official campaign rally and the interview with Donald Trump Jr.
And that happened very early on in, I believe, February, late February, early March of 16.
And from that point forward, we were a fixture in the national, even global news to varying degrees.
And it kind of ebbed and flowed.
And then every now and then, Donald Trump Jr. would say something.
And then there we were again, front page and with panels talking about us on the cable news.
It was a big year.
But 2016 got a heck of a start even before that.
Going back to the first week in January, you'll remember the, if I'm pronouncing it correctly, the Melure National Wildlife Refuge, the takeover there by Ammon Bundy and his group.
Well, that all started because of the Hammond family, the Hammond family of Oregon, who were clearing some land, burning some of their land to clear it out, I believe, if I'm not mistaken.
And Sam and these people were coming under persecution.
They ended up going to jail.
Sam Bushman and Kurt Crosby, along with other God-fearing patriots, went up to Oregon to support the Hammond family.
That was before the Bundy-led takeover of the refuge in response to that and in reaction to that.
But they were all up there together in Oregon.
As a matter of fact, when this story made national news that very first week of January in 2016, it was Sam Bushman and Kurt Crosby who were featured in the crowd in an AP photo that went viral.
In the very first week of the year, I believe it was of 16, Sam Bushman called in to the political cesspool live from Oregon to say, hey, this story is breaking wide open.
We're the first people to cover it right here on this network.
And this is what's going on.
And that is the way our year started.
And our year did not stop until it was over.
It was an incredible year.
But it started with that story.
And there's a follow-up to that story that has happened just this week.
Donald Trump has given presidential pardons to those two ranchers, the father and son, the Hammond family.
And he has given pardons to them this week.
And Sam Bushman has all the insight on that.
He was there.
He has followed this story since then.
He's going to tell you all about it right now.
All right.
Got to love it.
So it was January the 2nd, 2016, and we were up in Oregon for a peaceful rally.
And our goal was to free the Hammonds.
I was there.
Kirk Crosby was there.
Richard Mack was there.
Ammon Bundy was with us.
And we had an incredible, peaceful march.
The mainstream press said there was about 200 people there, but they lie.
There was closer to, there was well over 500 people there.
And we had an incredible, peaceful rally.
It was single-digit temperatures.
It was absolutely freezing cold.
And so I was at the front of the rally, myself and Kirk Crosby and Richard Mack.
I was in the middle walking.
And we're going to walk to the sheriff's office and dump pennies on his porch.
You know, it was a symbolism that the sheriff was a sellout because they wouldn't stand for the Hammonds.
They literally accused the Hammonds of terrorism charges.
It was a double jeopardy situation.
They already served time and got released.
The judge said, your sentences are too long.
They're egregious.
We're going to release you people.
And the government, backed by Barack Hussein Obama, literally doubled down against the ranchers, said you're terrorists, and used terrorism laws to prosecute them again and put them in jail.
Again, a double jeopardy situation.
Absolute belligerence, terrorism charge.
None of it's factual at all.
Nevertheless, we were up there to celebrate and try to free the Hammonds.
And so we did this peaceful rally, and I was right at the head of it.
After the rally, Amon Bunny and those guys went over and took over the Malheur Wildlife Refuge.
And we were part of the rally, but we chose not to be part of the takeover of the refuge.
In fact, we counseled Ammon against doing it.
We were invited.
I was one of the lead people invited in.
Richard Mack, from a sheriff's point of view, was invited to join them, and I was invited to join them to provide media from the inside.
I was going to be kind of the media spokesman from inside the refuge, but both Richard Mack and I and Kirk Cosby, we said, no, we're not going to take over the refuge.
However, we did peacefully rally, and the rally was an incredible success.
I bring that all up because they took my face leading that rally as one of the leaders of the rally, and they literally posted it on a story about taking over the Malheur Wildlife Refuge.
So they didn't say that I was part of the takeover.
They just put my mug on the takeover story, which was dishonest because I, at the same time, they were putting my photo, my picture, on this takeover the Malher Wildlife Refuge rally.
I had written a press release along with Richard Mack and others saying, you know what, we don't agree with taking over the refuge.
We agree with the rally.
We agree with the release of the Hammonds, but I don't agree with taking over the refuge.
While I had a press release out, they ignored that and put my picture on this story about the takeover.
So they were dishonest.
They merged the two events together.
They led with my mug.
Strange brew, to say the least.
It was dishonest.
It's all get out.
I forced some media to retract.
Others just simply accepted the lie and proved what kind of fake media folks they really are.
However, since then, back in 16, we put together a website called the Freedom Coalition.
And the goal is to, you know, we say there's no freedom with innocence in prison, is the idea.
And we started a big petition.
We got a bunch of people together to really work on a presidential commission to look into these cases to free innocent prisoners.
And we really focused on this.
We got an incredible petition together.
We had George Napolitano, or judge, I should say, Napolitano join us.
We had Roger Stone join us.
We had Ted Nugent join us.
Myself, Richard Mack, a bunch of key characters.
And we pushed and pushed and pushed and pushed.
And I will tell you that Donald Trump, in fine fashion, has done a wonderful job, ladies and gentlemen.
And he has decided to pardon the Hammonds.
What an incredible victory that we've had.
It's taken us a long time to get it done.
We literally went to the Hammonds house back in 16 on that frigid single-digit day.
I gave, I'm going to call them brother and sister Hammond, if you will.
I gave Mr. and Mrs. Hammond a hug, and I gave her a kiss on the cheek and said, Listen, we will not give up until we see you freed.
That is a promise.
I'm a nationally syndicated talk show host, and we will not give up until you are free.
And on my way, stepping off the porch, Ammon Bundy stepped onto the porch and I grabbed his arm and said, Hey, brother.
And then he gave them a hug.
And then we all stood back in a spontaneous singing of Amazing Grace.
Just between you and me, it was started by Richard Mack.
I started to sing second.
Kurt started to sing third.
And then all 500 plus of us sang the Hammonds' Amazing Grace.
What a scene.
What a scene that must have been.
And the Hammonds, Mr. Dwight Hammond in his 70s, stood up on his porch with tears in his eyes and he said, It isn't for me.
It's for America.
And we all gave a hurrah and peacefully moved on.
That's what the mainstream press turned into an armed fiasco.
What a tragic situation.
The juries, the judge, everybody along the way have now freed the Hammonds and have freed Ammon Bundy.
And the government's got egg all over its face for murdering LaVoy Finnecum.
The FBI is out of control.
They lied on the witness stand.
They perjured themselves.
They withheld exculpatory evidence.
And the judge in Nevada said, Enough of that.
Navarro, that's the judge, said get out of here, government case dismissed.
And the Amon Bundy crew goes free as well.
And jury after jury agreed that Amon Bundy should go free and that there was no harm, no foul, no crime.
And to make matters worse, Marcus Mumford, who defended Ammon Bundy in Oregon, the attorney there, literally after Ammon got free, the attorney stood up and said, I want my client released.
And literally, the government agents inside the courtroom tackled and tased the attorney and threw him in jail.
I kid you not, go look on the internet.
There's a video where they literally tased Marcus Mumford in the courtroom for peacefully trying to get them to let his client go.
It is absolutely out of control, but the truth shall set you free.
And we are the peaceful Americans who are carrying on the legacy of our founders in modern times.
Ammon Bundy is one of them.
We're doing our best to be part of this as well.
Marcus Mumford, certainly the attorney that got tased in the courtroom, is one of them.
And we, the people, shall never give up.
And let's talk about who's anti-government.
It's them.
They don't even support the proper role of limited government, ladies and gentlemen.
Eddie, we're going to you.
Yeah, I cannot believe that they actually tag the attorney, uh, Sam.
That's you haven't even gotten tased in court, Eddie.
That's the only thing I haven't been done to me.
But my question is: well, we're coming.
I hear the music, but when we come back, we need to talk about where was the sheriff in that county.
And I'd like to bring up another point.
The sheriff was too afraid of the FBI, sir, and he crawled in his hole.
He literally barricaded himself in Oregon, afraid of the people, and he wouldn't take any responsibility at all.
He absolutely melted down and let the FBI literally break the law at every turn, sir.
Quick pause, back in seconds.
You're listening to Liberty News Radio.
Getting the kids to school, cleaning the house, doing the laundry.
It seems that the work routine as a stay-at-home mom is never ending.
And even though I'm the prime grocery shopper in our family of four, I simply don't have time to scrutinize all the labels on the countless food products I buy.
Oh, sure, I've noticed all the latest certification seals-organic, non-GMO, gluten-free.
It definitely seems to be the latest craze.
But it was only recently that kosher certification seals caught my attention.
You see, my husband had me download an app called Koch Certified, and it shed light on a century-old certification industry that slipped under the radar screen from the majority of our public.
I also noticed a question mark at the end of the app name.
And that makes great sense as there's far more questions regarding this industry than answers.
In fact, the developers refer to this as the kosher question.
Sure, I'm a busy mom and didn't pay attention to our food culture, but now I have transparency, a convenient grocery list feature, and the ability to eat in favor of my family's best interests.
And you can discover it too at thekosherQuestion.com.

Sam Bushman laying it out as he always does so expertly.
Yet another issue, this one involving the Hammond family of Oregon, who were pardoned by President Trump this week.
And I'll tell you this, I guarantee you there's two people that were happy that Trump beat Hillary, and that is the father and son Hammond.
Because had there been anyone else elected, whether it be Hillary or even another Republican, they would have been in jail for the full term of their sentence.
And Trump has thrown some red meat to his base with this pardon.
It was a good move.
It was the right thing to do, first of all, but it was a politically good move to galvanize his base.
And Trump has had a good summer.
Trump has had a very good summer.
I will give him credit for that.
Now, Sam is breaking this down.
Eddie has a few questions, and I'll turn it back over to Eddie and then Sam, who are going to run the rest of the show tonight.
Bye.
Guys, I'm going to make a comment that's totally off topic, but I've got to do it.
The Donald gave it to, gave it a what for to the snobs over in England when they walked in front of the Queen Mother.
That just tickles the heck out of me.
I think he was snubbing them, you know, just because of all the hell that they've given the Trump administration.
Anyway, back to what you're talking about, Sam.
Sam, I'm almost breathless.
When you were telling me about what happened to the government agents tasing the attorney in the courtroom, my jaw was dropping.
Okay, now they literally tased him, beat him up, threw him on the ground, and hauled him to jail.
That is, I mean, I know you don't know, if I was to ask you, why on earth did they do that in a court of law?
You want to know what the judge has to say?
Why?
Well, the judge just let them.
And why did they do it?
I'm going to answer it very simply because they can.
The fact is, they were so livid that the jury let the Bundy and crew go and that the attorney was so good at exposing the prosecution, the prosecution got egg all over their face.
They had agent provocateurs in the Oregon Malhoo Wildlife Refuge.
For example, it got exposed that the guys that were running the gun ranges inside to help the Patriots learn to shoot were government operatives.
And the judge wouldn't release their names.
And Marcus Mumford just kept going after them and exposing more and more and more and more of their lies.
And when he got the bundies off, the government just freaked and panicked.
And then he said, I want my client released.
And they just freaked and tased him and threw him on the ground and tossed him in the clink, buddy.
You know what, Sam.
That's a true story.
You go look on YouTube.
You can watch and read about it and stuff.
It's amazing.
And now Marcus Mumford won't even practice in the state of Oregon anymore.
That is beyond amazing.
That's like surreal.
It just shows you how evil and anti-government these government bureaucrats really are.
They think they're above the law in every sense of the word.
Even when the law is on our side, they still go berserk.
Yeah, they forget.
They forget that we, the people, are the law.
You know, Sam, my question to the people in that jury, if I could talk to them, the citizens of the courtroom, is where were they?
Why did they not come to that to Munfers and citizen arrest those out-of-control government agents?
They should have been a title.
Because they didn't want to.
Hold on, because they didn't want to get tased too and go to jail.
I'll tell you what, there should have been enough citizens in there so they should have raised holy hell and thrown a monkey wrench in there in their system.
You know what, Sam, and I know you and me have preached this forever and ever, and amen.
This here is a prime example.
I know we have people in our audience that don't like the Constitution.
This is a prime example while we need a constitutional, and the Constitution allows for it in the Declaration of Independence.
That's why we need a constitutional sheriff backed by a constitutional district attorney, a constitutional posse, a constitutional militia, and a constitutional grand jury.
They should have been citizens been in there.
And with that said, Sam, another question I'd like to ask you, now, is there any, is anybody out there in that part of the country, are they going to go in and investigate these government yahoos that murdered LaRoy Finnecum?
I mean, they killed him out of the car.
There's people working on it right now, but there doesn't seem to be justice in the courts.
So I've even talked to Amon Bundy and others about saying, are you going to sue the government?
I mean, they literally lied in court.
They literally withheld exulpatory evidence.
In other words, critical evidence.
They withheld it from the defense attorneys and such like that.
The judge found out about it.
I'll give you an example.
Some of the guys who are being prosecuted in Nevada with Ammon Bundy said, look, the government had snipers up on that hill.
And the government lied and said, no, we didn't.
Well, then it turned out that there was proof the government did have snipers pointing down at unarmed people, just like they did back in the days of Randy Weaver, where they literally shot Vicki Weaver with a baby in her arms standing in her doorframe.
She was unarmed.
She wasn't a threat to anybody.
Lon Horiuchi was a sniper's name, and he literally murdered her in cold blood for the government.
He got a raise and he got a promotion for doing it.
And these people literally got on the, they weren't allowed to get on the stand and say this, but they pushed and pushed and pushed and proved that the government had snipers pointing down at Amon Bundy and all these people in Nevada.
And the government lied and said, no, we didn't.
And then it got proven.
And the judge just went, are you kidding me?
And lie after lie after lie the government told got exposed in the courtroom.
And I'm telling you, it just took the hinges off the prosecution's case.
And Ammon Bundy and the rest go free because the jury saw it and went, are you kidding me?
And the judge literally created a mistrial so that they wouldn't have to have the jury hand them a victory.
And in Oregon, they got a victory by jury, but they didn't get it in Oregon or in Nevada because the judge called it off ahead of time and said, this is too crazy, government, get out of here.
You're nuts.
And so we just see over and over and over how out of control this is, and we will not have liberty while innocent is in prison.
We created a website, thefreedomcoalition.com, to talk about this.
There's many others who are in prison as well.
There's a farmer.
He's an Amish farmer.
And he's a good guy.
He's in Kentucky.
And he literally grew chickweed.
And he turned that chickweed into this salve that you rub on like sores on your skin or whatever.
It's very natural, very healing.
Well, they literally threw him in prison because he did not have FDA approval for his little salve that he developed.
So you got Hillary Clinton running around.
You got these FBI criminals running around and murdering people like Lon Horiuchi and lying before juries.
They're all running around free, getting promotions at taxpayers' expense.
And this poor guy, this Amish farmer that I'm telling you about, he literally is in prison right now.
His name is Sam Gerard.
And we need to get him out of prison, man.
Yes, we do.
Sam, I tell you what, beating the dead horse, that's another example.
So while we need to get back to the Constitution, to have the Constitution's sheriff, the Constitutional District Attorney, so on.
But you know, this is the case in Oregon and in Nevada, there was not a constitutional sheriff.
In Oregon, the constitutional sheriff was not available.
There wasn't no such thing.
But the sheriff literally barricaded himself in his offices because he was too afraid of the people.
And it turns out, it turns out when we study it, the FBI was the one running around acting like they were the patriots, intimidating everyone.
And we caught him at that, too.
You know, they did that all the time, Sam.
They do that.
They do that all the time.
They come in there as, you know, misinformation agents, as moles.
But, you know, this Ron Lord Carucci you're talking about, the sniper out there.
It's Ruby Reed.
Horrucci.
Yeah, Hori Ricci.
Okay, you know, Sam, you're absolutely right.
He got a raise.
You know, people confront him about that, about killing this mother with the baby in her arms.
And some people ask him, well, maybe did you not see very well?
Did you think you were hitting shooting a criminal or something?
He said, no.
He said, he replied with a smirk on his face.
I remember Colonel Bug Rice talked about this in Officer Jack McLamb.
He said that he could hit a silver dollar at 200 meters with a sniper ruffle he had.
And you know what?
Something else, Sam.
If you remember, they killed Randy Reaver's son, too.
They shot him in the back as he was trying to rub from those agents.
Yeah, shoot a little kid in the back and shoot a mother with a baby in her arms, literally kill them.
And then they run around and say Amon Bundy is a threat to society, ladies and gentlemen.
I mean, these people are absolutely unhinged.
It's crazy.
We need to get Sam Gerard out of prison.
We really need to push this envelope and get a presidential commission to look into these cases.
We need some way to hold the law accountable.
For example, Ammon Bundy and all these people won.
The Hammonds are free.
That's wonderful news.
Don't get me wrong.
It's wonderful, wonderful news.
However, however, without accountability, without personal accountability by these thugs that think they're above the law, it's just going to happen again and again and again and again.
And tomorrow it's going to be me or you or you or you until we create accountability.
There's going to be no repercussions and they'll just continue to do this stuff and abuse the law and act above the law in concert.
There was even whistleblowers that couldn't take it anymore and stood up for Emmin Bundy.
That's how we know so much about this case.
We had an inside whistleblower.
The government said that we can't let these guys go on their own recognizes or even post-bail because they're too much of a threat and a flight risk.
Turns out a whistleblower proved the FBI knew they weren't a threat or a flight risk.
And they had that in their own documentation the whole time.
This is the kind of stuff that came out in court and the government's livid.
You know, Sam, you're hitting on some topics that me and James have talked about before.
Me and James, matter of fact, I've made their comments several times.
We were talking to ourself one night what would happen if you and me and James, say for instance, were having a broadcast like this, and you know, we are not loved by the government.
You know that, Sam, and so is James.
We said, what would stop?
I am in love with the proper role of government, though.
Yes, sir.
Well, yes, that's a totally different story.
That's a totally different story.
It's been a long time since we had the government that was fulfilling its proper role.
We were saying, me and James were here late one night.
We said, what would stop the government thugs from coming to our radio studio, kicking doors down, and dragging me and James off or coming, same thing, you, dragging your office off the chains and throwing us in jail because they didn't like us.
And James posed this question to Sam Dixon once, a well-known attorney.
And Sam Dixon said, nothing.
There's nothing standing in their way that he knew of.
There's only one thing I'll tell you about it.
I've been around a long time and I've been on the radio for a long time and I've exposed a lot of stories.
I've been around the block a few times, as you know.
Sam Dixon is right in fact.
But in principle, there is one thing stopping them, and I'll tell you what it is on the other side.
Let's hear it on the other side, folks.
As the United States boldly stepped forward in the glorious light provided by its new constitution in 1787, the nations of the earth were in awe of the newfound strength and hope of this free land.
Today, the nation stands at a crossroads.
A divergence from the original intent put forth in the United States Constitution has brought grave threats to our beloved nation.
A miracle is needed if the United States is to survive.
That miracle is again the pure application of the United States Constitution.
I'm Scott Bradley.
In my To Preserve the Nation book and lecture series, I bring forth truths that will help raise up a new generation of statesmen like those noble Americans who founded this land.
Vigorous application of these principles will invigorate and restore the nation, and we may become again the freest, most prosperous, most respected, and happiest nation on earth.
Visit topreservethenation.com to begin that restoration.
Okay, girls, about finished with your lesson on money?
Daddy, what is a buy-sell spread for gold coins?
Well, when you sell a gold coin to a coin shop that's worth, say, $1,200, you don't actually get $1,200.
But don't worry, we're members of UPMA now, so we don't have to worry about that.
Daddy, why somebody seals that gold?
We don't have any gold at the house.
It's stored safely in the UPMA vault, securely and insured.
But the SP 500 outperformed gold.
Daddy, gold is a bad investment.
Some people do think of it that way, but actually, gold is money.
And as members of the United Precious Metals Association, we can use our gold at any store, just like a credit card.
Or I can ask them to drop it right into Mommy and Daddy's bank account because we're a UPMA member family.
Find out more at upma.org.
That's upma.org.
If Planned Parenthood were what they publicly declare themselves to be, they would welcome transparency.
We all know why they hide because we know what they hide.
We can confirm federal judges who follow the Constitution rather than reverse engineer their preferred policy outcomes.
The truth about abortion is spreading because of advances in medical imaging, because of brave journalists, tireless activists, compassionate doctors, nurses, and other health care professionals.
The rising generation of young Americans is the most pro-life in decades because they know too.
And one day soon, we will reaffirm our nation's principles in their dignified fullness and avow once again that all men are created equal.
All are entitled to life.
Welcome back.
To get on the show, call us on James's Dime at 1-866-986-6397.
Ladies and gentlemen, you're not going to believe this.
James Edwards is in the green room with his mouth full of vegetables, and he told me to start this segment.
Can you believe this?
Wow.
All right, Eddie, the Bombardier had an incredible question before the pause.
Eddie, yes, sir.
Sam, I was going to ask you, what would stop, here's the scenario: you got two or three perfectly honest, law-abiding citizens minding their own business, but they're on the blacklist of the government.
What would stop the government thugs from coming in through kicking their doors down, dragging them off on chains, and arresting them, taking them to God knows where?
Say, for instance, Guitmo under the MIAC report.
You know, that's going on.
I don't know how many people are familiar about that.
But what would we, the people, do, Sam, to stop that?
All right, let's answer the question two ways because literally, Sam Dixon, as you mentioned in the last segment, is absolutely spot on.
They could do that.
There's nothing that can stop them.
However, I submit to you that the bigger the personality, in other words, the more transparent and public we are, the harder that is to do.
In other words, if Sam Bushman, nobody listens to me, nobody cares, nobody knows me, they don't feel like anybody would react, then they'll do it in a heartbeat and they can.
But the bigger I get, the more transparent I get, the more popular I get, the less likely that'll be because there's a phrase that you hear in history that's apropos here.
When the government's afraid of the people, we have liberty.
When the people are afraid of the government, we have tyranny.
And right now, the government's too afraid of the people.
And the only thing stopping them is that, you know what, if Sam Bushman goes away and 5,000 Americans stand up and say, uh-uh, then that'll change.
And I'll give you a proof of the point.
Ammon Bundy, Clive and Bundy and his family were in Nevada, and the government took their cows, right?
And then what happened is it was all peaceful when the government took their cows, right?
But when the government pointed sniper rifles at innocent, unarmed people, the Bundies went, wait a minute, government, you've gone too far.
They sent out the cry to the patriot community, and literally hundreds, even thousands of patriots came to the defense physically to Nevada, came to the defense of Ammon and Clive and Bundy and family.
And that's when the government eventually backed down and went away and gave up the fight because they were too afraid of the people.
We had more liberty that day than we had tyranny.
The government tried to push for tyranny and the people said, uh-uh, no, no, no, no, you don't.
And the government backed down.
Then the government went after him again and again and again.
And every time the jury says not guilty, the judge says, Wait a minute, government, you lied.
We're not going to let this case go forward.
Ammon Bundy and Clive and Bundy and family go free.
And so I say to you that when the people are afraid of the government, we have tyranny.
When the government's afraid of the people, we have liberty.
The only thing stopping them right now is if we get big enough to where the people can know the truth and be on our side, the government's still afraid.
We haven't crossed that Rubicon yet.
And Lord pray we never do, sir.
What do you think of that for an answer, Ready?
I think that you knocked it out of the park, Sam.
You know, going back to the standoff, I can't believe I forgot his name because I used to be an oath keepers at one time until I got out.
You're talking about Stuart Rhodes, good friend of mine.
Right, Stuart Rhodes.
Right, Stuart Rhodes.
Now, correct me if I'm wrong, Sam, because you were there.
Stuart said, Stuart was Army.
I was Army, but God bless the Marines.
He said that the Marines showed up out there in force, the ex-Marines.
Of course, there never is an ex-Marines in the United States.
Yes, there's all kinds of groups that showed up to the defense.
And I believe that we lost Lavoy Finnecum.
They murdered him.
But we would have lost a whole lot more if we didn't have good patriots standing up as we did.
Well, if I'm not mistaken, right, the Marines and the Army, the ex-Army guys, they exercised their Second Amendment and they came armed too, if I'm not mistaken.
Yes, they did.
And they never pointed their way.
The reason they came armed is because they said if the government's coming armed, so are we.
If the government wants to lay down their weapons, we're willing to as well.
Remember, the government armed first.
Let's be clear about who's accelerating and who's decelerating this battle.
We are peaceful.
We're decelerating.
We're trying to say, whoa, Let's not kill anybody over cattle, folks.
Please relax.
Lavoie Finnecum said, listen, people, I just want to go to the constitutional sheriff in the next county because the one I have in this county isn't constitutional.
Let me go to a constitutional sheriff and they murdered him on his way to see a constitutional sheriff.
Did you know that?
Now that you've said that, I do remember that.
I do remember that scenario.
Sam, one thing that you point out that makes our people look really good.
You said the government armed themselves first.
They came armed first.
They were the first ones to point their rifles at the citizens, we the people.
And I remember on another show, Sam, probably a year ago, you and me and James were talking about a scenario when George Washington.
By the way, just to be clear, the constitutional sheriff that Lavoie Finnecum was trying to flee to is named Glenn Palmer, good friend of mine.
Glenn Palmer.
Now, okay.
Anyway, Sam, we said that George Washington in the First War of Independence, we the people were fired upon first, just like in this situation here, you know, that we've been talking about tonight.
Well, we didn't even take action until they moved to take away our guns.
And then we said, wait a minute, if they're going to take away all of our ability to resist and all of our ability of God-given unalienable right of self-defense, we're not going to let them cross that line.
We will not do it.
But it was their advancement that forced our defense.
Correct.
That's right.
They were going to try to take over the powder magazines, if I'm not mistaken, Sam, to get the powder to get our people's ability, take away their ability to defend themselves against a tyrannical military government like that.
But Sam, I tell you what, I know you're the same way.
I'm big on after-action reports.
What do we do after the initial action?
We won.
We got our people released.
Even though the attorney got tased and beat up, even though our people had to stay in jail for two years, accidentally, we still have seven men in jail up here in Charlottesville.
But we can't just sit on our arrears and say, oh, we won.
Great.
Let's just go back to watching baseball and gardening and stuff.
Where do we go from now?
Where do we go from here?
How can we prosecute?
Maybe I'm asking you too much, Sam.
Well, let me go back.
Whether we prosecute, whether we take on lawsuits, I'm trying to talk to Evan and Bundy about suing the government for their abuses now.
The problem is a lot of people believe that it's too expensive.
For example, when Richard Mack went to the Supreme Court and beat Bill Clinton, he was the only man to beat Bill Clinton over a non-sexual matter.
He beat Bill Clinton at the Supreme Court over the Brady bill as a constitutional sheriff and said, I'm not going to do the bidding of the feds.
And the jury, I mean, the Supreme Court agreed with Richard Mack and said, that's right.
You're not a political subdivision of the federal government.
You don't have to do their bidding.
You don't work for them.
So Richard Mack won in the Supreme Court against Bill Clinton.
However, I bring that up to say it cost a half a million dollars to take that to the Supreme Court and win.
Did you know that?
A half a million dollars.
That's my next question.
That's another question.
So a lot of people are saying, you know what, we don't trust the courts these days.
And that's why Donald Trump is doing such a marvelous job in getting appellate judges and district judges and everything else, not to mention the Supreme Court getting better and better and better and people and those in place.
And that's one of the blessings we have that Donald is doing that.
But my point is that a lot of us are saying, is it really worth it?
And can we raise the money?
The Patriots don't put their money where their mouth is.
You know what?
We run this radio program on a shoestring, okay?
But if I was to come out transgender and I turned my skin black and I became a blind, black, transgester, blind man or something like that, or transgender blind man, I'd raise five million bucks in about five minutes.
Right now, I can't raise 50 cents to buy a candy bar if I need to.
So the problem is the Patriots aren't near as dedicated as those enemies of liberty.
It's that simple of a discussion.
And what is it going to take to turn it around?
For us to triple down in dedication, money, time, faith, effort, prayers, get on your knees, find out where you belong in the effort.
I belong on the radio.
That's my role.
Others are writers.
Others are behind the scenes, businessmen who fund what we do.
But we have got to really have people put their money and their dedication.
We've got to be like the founders, man.
It's going to take sacred honor, fortunes, reputation.
It's going to take everything to get this done.
And I'm afraid that the patriots of modern day, there's not enough of us.
The ones that are here are dedicated.
They truly are.
But there's not enough of us.
And until there's not enough money.
Yeah, well, there is enough money.
We just don't put it to it as patriots.
You know, our enemies, though, Sam, our enemies, as you well know, and I know I'm preaching to be a preacher, but they print the money.
I mean, we like I was talking to another fellow while here was.
That's true, but they print it for patriots and tyranny and liberty-minded people alike.
It's just that the liberty-minded people decide that it's not important, right?
Well, every dollar we get, though, has had to pass through their hands first.
Not, you know, not being difficult here, but we need some way to get some of the people that do have the money to support us, but you're right there.
It's going to be a tough road for you.
We need people in the patriot movement with plenty of money.
Well, and look, and another thing is, I've been listening to this and have enjoyed it.
Somebody pointed out to me some time ago, just in the city of Memphis, where this show is based, there's got to be hundreds, literally hundreds of millionaires.
Hundreds of millions.
And any one of them could fund this show for life, and he would never miss the money.
And that's my point.
My point is not to defend dishonest money.
My point is not to challenge Eddie's point.
His point is right.
But my point is that, look, it's going to take dedicated Americans.
What if we had a founding father among us that said, I'm going to give my sacred fortune to the cause?
It wouldn't take much to fund this whole network or anything else.
And we've just got to have the right people decide they're going to get involved for reals and that they're going to put some sacrifice into the mix.
It's all on sacrifice and it's all on turning to God, if you want my opinion.
One more question for you, Sam.
I know we're running out of time.
Me and James, where we're sitting right here, I can take you in 15 minutes.
James mentioned millionaires.
I can take you in 15 minutes over where my daughter works.
Just millionaire after millionaire after millionaire, mansion after mansion after mansion.
Sam, how can we go after these people to beg, borrow, and steal to get them to donate to our cause?
How can we do that, Sam?
Do you have an answer?
The only way is for us to get enough of a media where they can see the truth.
Right now, the problem is they just think you're a terrorist and a racist and an anti-government because the media teaches them that to the point where they're just afraid.
What it's going to take is we're going to have to change the balance in the media to where people can know the truth and then the truth shall set us free.
Get the power once you have the power.
Everybody falls in line.
All right.
Hey, Sam Bushman, thank you so much for carrying the third hour.
