We hope to be one of those things for you.
And we've got another busy show for you this evening.
Hopefully, what we consider to be another powerful broadcast.
This is one of the things we like to do is keep you up to date on our interactions with the establishment media.
Now, we consider ourselves to be mainstream media here on the AM Radio Airwaves, but we are by no means establishment.
Now, one day we hope to be the establishment, but the establishment is definitely for them, not us.
That being said, we do want to fill you in from time to time about some of the more notable interactions we have with the press.
We try to limit our interactions with the press as much as possible.
I am loath to give interviews, but we had a pretty interesting request from the largest television channel in France.
France 2 is what it's called.
And we received this in the email inbox for our media inquiries.
He writes, I work as a journalist for France's main channel, France 2.
I'm currently preparing a report about the rise of white nationalism in the United States.
So it only took them one sentence to convince me that I didn't want to do this.
While doing research, I learned about the political cesspool, and I'd like to get in touch with Mr. Edwards in order to have some information.
Please, is there a number where he could be reached?

Now, one of the things I do from time to time is I farm out these interviews to people who do like to give them.
Jared Taylor, I have given a lot to Richard Spencer.
Jared Taylor, I thought, would be a good fit for this one because he actually speaks French and, you know, Jared loves to do these things.
And so I responded saying simply that Jared Taylor of American Renaissance would be the best fit for this particular interview.

To which France 2 wrote back, thank you for your reply.
I'll contact Mr. Taylor, but I think what could be interesting as well is what you have to report since you have a well-known pro-white radio show.
We'll be in the U.S. next week.
Would it be possible to discuss this over the phone?
To which I responded, my general policy in recent years with regard to media availability has been to decline any interview requests that aren't live television or radio unless I'm compensated for my time.
And the final reply I got after ceasing communications was, we're looking for very concrete information about your work and your show.
What is your schedule?
Would it be possible to film you if we come meet, etc.
And he said, we're producing this piece on white nationalism, and I thought you would make for an interesting dynamic to film you, your show, etc.
It is not live television, but since we're filming people at their work at home sometimes in their daily activities, you don't really waste time.
We'll have a light crew, and we won't interfere with your work.
Thank you and best regards.
Well, basically, and of course, there was no response in that reply to my request to be compensated.
And what they basically want to do, Keith, is send a crew here and shadow me in my daily life.
Now, does that sound like a convenient proposition or an inconvenient proposition if you're doing it for free?
Now, I get a lot of people who say, you got to do more interviews.
You're good at it.
You're a great spokesman for the cause.
I appreciate you saying that.
But I have done more than most.
And the reason I take the position I do with the press is born from that experience.
And you'll remember that I turned down, or in the show turned down, well over 100 consecutive media interview requests last year alone.
And still, we absolutely positively impacted the presidential election cycle so much that even Hillary Clinton's campaign said if Donald Trump were to be elected, we would have influence with the White House.
Now, that was certainly a little overzealous for them to say, but it goes to show the kind of impact that we had on the news cycle last year, even with doing no interviews.
Anyway, that's where we are.
Looks like we have a stalemate on that one, Keith.
Yeah, money talks and BS walks and everything except money is BS.
That's one way to separate the wheat from the chaff.
Tell them, show me the money, like Toby McGuire, right?
And that's what we have adopted as our policy because these people want to impose on you.
They will, you've had absolutely weeks of your time taken up by European broadcast entities.
And then have like nine seconds or something on a television.
That was one experience.
Yeah, one experience, right?
See, if you give a good interview and you always do give an interview, you can rest assured that none of it is going to be seen by anybody except the producers of this show.
So they can either pay you for your time at a handsome rate or they can do something live and you'll be glad to do something live.
And you're also glad to text back and forth with them because when you text, you can control what's there.
You can keep the text control.
That has been something in our arsenal.
We did that famously with Serge Kovaleski, Peeler Prize-winning journalist for the New York Times.
In the first interview that I did take last year after the election, featured piece on page A, one of the New York Times, and we did keep a written record of that.
That's something we do.
Yeah, we've seen in Charlottesville, for example, that they will do anything to keep us from getting our message out without being filtered by the left-wing lying press.
And you just can't allow that to happen.
As long as they do that, you're a Nazi, you're a Klansman, you are hate filled, and you're basically a cockroach that they can step on without any conscience.
So you cannot play into their hands.
Well, and another thing that I've learned is, listen, if we would go and do these interviews and it would have some benefit for our program, our mission, our audience, I would certainly do them.
I don't mind being called these names.
I don't necessarily like it, but it's never a deterrent.
But what I found is I can save my time and hassle by not doing the interviews.
They're going to call me these names anyway, so why give them the courtesy of my time when I know how it's going to turn out?
And you say, well, you're reaching so many people.
That's right.
A lot of people do read or see these things.
But the problem is how many people reading the New York Times are actually going to be sympathetic to a conservative point of view?
How many people reading BuzzFeed are going to make for potential converts to TPC?
Well, the thing is, if a New York Times did an article, they would put nothing that you actually said.
And I agree, but I'm just saying.
In his story, and, you know, even if somebody was inclined to like us, there would be no basis for them liking us based on reporting.
There's that, because it's going to be such a grotesque caricature of Of who we are that we would be unrecognizable.
And again, people reading those publications are probably a lost cause anyway.
Now, I do believe in converting people.
I do believe that people can change.
I do believe we can reach people.
But we've got such a busy schedule.
And to be sure, we're not going to have an open forum where we can talk and have your argument heard and portrayed on the same basis as the left-wing argument.
We're in the news every week anyway.
So, yes, we could be in the news a little more, but is it a wise allocation of our time when we can be doing other work in other places that would be more beneficial to our mission and to our cause?
Well, I leave that to you, audience.
You tell me, did we make the right decision there?
Big opportunity, I guess.
How many people get to have a TV news crew?
Follow them around everywhere they go for a few days.
Well, I've done it before.
Sounds like a nightmare to me.
You can keep it.

Sam Bushman was asking me during the break, now, would you spend the time to be shadowed by an honest news crew?
And of course, the answer is that I would.
But the thing is, once news networks find out you're honest, you're drummed out of the business.
And that's why we're left with what we've got.
And, you know, listen, I do have some mild prima donna tendencies.
I do like the attention.
I have had these things happen before where we're filming on location and you've got the news crew around and people are stopping and looking and taking pictures.
I do like that, but at the same time, I'm not a masochist.
Well, look, Diogenes of ancient Greece searched the world with a lamp trying to find an honest man.
I tell you, he would still be looking if he were trying to find an honest news crew in the mainstream media.
Well, and maybe he'd still be looking if he were trying to find an honest judge.
Now, we talked about this last week.
We plowed this ground last week.
I'm not going to go back into the whole thing except to remind people that oral arguments in my libel lawsuit where we're the plaintiff and the Detroit News and one of its columnists are the defendants.
That is scheduled for October 5th on the Michigan Court of Appeals.
And we talked about that extensively in the first segment of last week's show.
So if you want the breakdown of what that lawsuit is all about, go back and listen to the first segment of last week's show.
I do want to just quickly follow up, Keith, in one minute or less because, again, we covered this last week and there's no new news to report.
So I don't want to cover it extensively tonight.
But I do want to just get a quick reiteration.
The fact that the panel of judges that have been randomly selected were told to hear this case, it just so happens to be two Jewish individuals, a man and a woman, and a black woman.
You were saying that your advice to me was to walk into court with a blindfold and a cigarette so I'd be adequately equipped to face the firing squad.
So you would be one of the cynics that would say justice is in fact not colorblind and we have no chance, even though the laws specifically state that the textbook definition, according to the restatement of torts, when it comes to libel, actionable libel, is, for instance, alleging someone is a member of the Ku Klux Klan when in fact they're not, much less a leader.
Yeah, it's absolutely the case, particularly since Obama packed the federal courts with left-wing judges, two Jews and a black person.
I don't believe that you can get a more left-wing panel than that.
And left-wingers have been famous for ignoring the law, ignoring precedent since the days of Brown versus Board of Education.
You know, the precedent was very clear in the Brown decision, but it was totally ignored.
And the decision was based not on legal arguments, but on sociological arguments.
And even those were misleadingly portrayed by the NAACP in its case.
So, you know, I think that you are going to have to look at this as a long-term operation.
You're not going to get justice at the Michigan Court of Appeals.
You may have to take this all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court, but I think it's an important enough issue that it stands at least a fighting chance of being granted a writ of sertiorari, which means it's a discretionary appeal that the U.S. Supreme Court does not have to handle, but they could handle it if they so chose to.
And I think it's something that they might be willing to do.
But you and your lawyer are going to have to batten down the hatches and be ready to go all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court.
Well, you know, the thing is, win or lose, I'm going to fight.
That was the decision we made last year.
But it'll be interesting to see.
This will be an interesting case study, if in fact a political dissident can receive equality under the law.
Well, a right-wing political dissident, it's not, believe me, it's not going to be hard for a left-winger.
If you were an Antifa activist, I know that your chances for success in front of that panel would be greatly enhanced.
We'll find out, but that's enough about that.
I want to say, as we're broadcasting live tonight, this Saturday evening, September 9th, how much I am thinking about the state of Florida.
So Hurricane Irma is imminent.
I spend some total, about a month in Florida each year, Clearwater, Naples, Orlando, the Keys, Sanibel.
I love Florida.
I've had a lot of great times with a lot of great people, family, friends, loved ones.
I'm there quite often.
And I hate to see so many of the places, specifically some of the cities that I've had so many wonderful memories to be targeted here.
And then we just had Harvey a few days ago slam into Texas.
So all of these Confederate states are getting battered by these hurricanes.
And this is, of course, a show that originated in the South.
We have now listeners all over the world, but we still, of course, you don't have to listen to this show long to hear us salute our southern roots or make odes to the South.
And so my heart's really broken tonight for all of our friends and such a sizable audience that we have in the state of Florida.
So be safe down there, y'all.
That being said, Keith, I saw something that was just incredible in the Washington Post this week, an article that talks about these hurricanes.
And the rhetorical question in the headline asks, if they deport all of us, who will rebuild?
And the subtitle of this article in the Washington Post is Undocumented Workers Could Be Key to Hurricane Recovery.
So basically what they're saying is, what they're saying is, whites are incapable, whites are...
Whites and blacks, quite frankly.
In other words, people that are part of the America that was here before third world immigration from South and Central America, from third world, that basically we never got anything done.
All of the hurricanes and natural disasters that we have endured up until the last couple of decades when we were swamped by illegal aliens.
How in the world did we ever recover from those disasters without their help, Keith?
People don't understand, but back as recently as the 30s and 40s, Americans thought Mexicans were lazy because they took a siesta every afternoon.
That shows you the deterioration of the work ethic that has accompanied the triumph of liberalism in America since that time.
Now, there's no doubt at all.
What we've seen in the Trump administration is that people are getting hired.
Americans are being hired to do the jobs that supposedly they wouldn't do that were having to be done by these refugee immigrant illegal aliens coming into our nation.
Now, the employers are having to pay a little bit more to get the work done.
But we have a big unemployment and underemployment problem in America.
We have tons of people that are just living on welfare and have given up hope of finding employment.
So that's a ridiculous argument.
And what Trump, what's happened in the Trump administration, we're not even six months into it, really.
Well, we're six months into it now.
Or what, I guess, nine months into it.
Well, yeah, almost nine months.
Yeah, eight or nine months into it.
But we're already seeing a pickup in the employment numbers for real American citizens.
And that's a good thing, and it gives a lie to this argument.
You know, what they're ignoring is that because of Catholic charities and other charitable groups, these people may come into America intending to work, but the left makes sure that they go on welfare as soon as they possibly can.
You know, and if this was the case that whites, Americans couldn't rebuild after natural disasters without the help of the third world, what happens when earthquakes and hurricanes hit these third world locations?
What happens when earthquakes ravage places like Haiti?
Do they fix it themselves with their manifest magnificence?
No.
Sean Penn and Oprah Winfrey have to go down there and do it for them.
And they bring down bales of U.S. money to pay for all of this and to pay people to clean up what is essentially their own mess.
If they're having to show us how to do it, it seems like they'd be able to at least do it for themselves, right, Keith?
But that's not the case.
Are you going to believe the Washington Post or your lying eyes?
Yeah, right.
Well, I'm going to believe my lying eyes.
How about that?
Oh, man.
Yes.
More illegality, please.
Illegality fixes everything.
I guess that's the way of the reasonable do it the way the left wants it done.
I saw that done.
I was absolutely incredulous.

Irma and not my friend Irma continues to churn its way toward the Florida coast, causing horrific devastation in the islands of the Northern Caribbean.
Reports are still sketchy, but some of the islands have reported heavy damage, many deaths, and injuries.
The island of Barbuda, that's near Antigua, reports 90% destruction.
Reports are just beginning to trickle in from the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Meanwhile, this is a big tourist season in the Florida Keys, and everybody down there has been told to head north along that single highway and those bridges to the mainland.
At least 70 deaths in Texas.
That's the latest report in the wake of Hurricane Harvey.
The toll includes deaths reported from 13 different counties.
Harris County, where Houston is located, had the highest toll.
Most were from drowning, although some people died as a result of not being able to be taken to a hospital fast enough.
Another death occurred when a lineman was electrocuted while trying to restore power to a community on the outskirts of Houston.

Okay, very quickly, I just want to wrap up this preposterous assertion in the Washington Post that America will be incapable of rebuilding after the hurricanes without illegal aliens, or of course, as they call them, undocumented workers.
You know how it always is with the story involving illegal aliens, Keith?
If ever they were deported as they were early on before judges overruled the president, they don't find your rank and file illegal alien.
They'll find a pregnant woman or a kid without shoes that undoubtedly came from Central Casting in Hollywood, most likely, but they'll always find a sob story.
They won't show you the gangbangers, the hoodlums, the dregs.
And the same is here.
So here's the Washington Post story.
Everywhere Samuel Enriquez looks, he can see the work that needs to be done.
But because he is in the United States illegally, he knows he can't earn an official paycheck in his city's recovery.
The carpenter from El Salvador sits on a curb outside of a home improvement store, hoping a passerby will offer him $10 an hour to rip out sewage-soaked carpets or rotting drywall.
Having lived in the United States a year, he believes Texas is as good a place as any to seek refuge because that's where the work is, even if some government officials want him and others like him to leave the country.
If they deport us, who will rebuild? says Enriquez, 36, waiting along with about two dozen other laborers seeking work.
We do more for less.
And then it goes on from there, just explaining why white people couldn't possibly do it without the helping hands of these downtrodden minorities.
Well, let me directly answer that, since I have some personal experience in this.
I live in an old home in an older section of Memphis.
The homes in my neighborhood were built before we had any appreciable influx of workers, either documented or undocumented, from Mexico or Central America.
My house is over 100 years old.
It was built so well by white construction workers, white craftsmen, carpenters, bricklayers, and others, that there's not a bit of tuck-pointing that's needed on that house.
It has no cracks in the walls, no settling problems.
And that's because houses back then built by white and black workers under white supervision for the most part were so well made that they are now standing tall over 100 years after they were built.
Compare this with the typical home that is built now thrown up over the weekend or at the very least over a week's period of time, largely prefab, thrown up by Hispanic workers.
And you can tell that you know that their arguments about the craftsmanship is just total baloney.
We need to recapture that spirit of craftsmanship and guild mentality that used to govern things in America.
We had people that took great pride in the way things were done.
They weren't just trying to slap something together overnight the way that is done by construction crews today, which are primarily Hispanic construction crews.
So what you're saying is you think that the founding stock is in fact capable of rebuilding.
In fact, they're not only capable of matching the quality of these illegal immigrant workers, they could far exceed it if the jobs were available.
Well, and again, just look back throughout history.
Look at what, for goodness sake, look at what Europe looked like in the Middle Ages compared to what Mexico looked like now.
And it wasn't even a contest then.
So, yeah, I think we'll be okay.
Now, there was an article that we received, a special request from one of our most valued listeners.
He sent it to us and said, you would be the perfect person, Keith, to respond to this.
And it's an article that was published at alt-right.com by a student of Rhodes College.
And the title of it is, College Millennials Are Freaking Out Over DACA.
So this is an article written by a college millennial who comes from our point of view about the reaction of some of his fellow classmates to the discontinuation of DACA.
What was the argument, Keith?
What was the situation?
Break down that article and offer your response.
Well, it's not just a response of students.
It's students who are looking for approval from the powers that be at the college.
And the powers that be at Rhodes College, just as they are at almost every other school and university in America, even junior colleges, is that leftism is good.
Conservatism is bad.
Everyone except white males is oppressed and white males are the default oppressor of everyone else.
You have that message and you are on the road to fame and fortune and a pat on the back and good grades at just about any college or university in America, Rhodes apparently included.
Well, this guy decided to take issue with that and made a very reasonable and measured and non-provocative, as far as I'm concerned, reply.
He was very dispassionate, just gave the facts.
And now the president of the university has decided that he is a hater and is going to take some type of action, I'm sure, against him.
They're going to try to make this kid's life pure hell in that college.
And this kid, and this is an article in today's commercial appeal.
Now, we don't read the commercial appeal.
Although we call it the communist appeal.
Yeah, we read it just to keep up with what the enemy is up to.
But it is the most worthless excuse for a daily newspaper in a major metropolitan area that you could find.
Everything is leftist, leftist, leftist.
In America now, it's all about tearing down Confederate statues or about how bad DACA is.
And everything in the commercial appeal is a copy and paste job from a real cities newspaper, except for things that involve Memphis directly like this.
They can trot out somebody, some hack to write a left-wing article.
Rhodes College students alt-right article, Royals Memphis Campus is the article.
And it begins by reading a Rhodes College students article on the alt-right website drew sharp criticism on Friday from the president of the Memphis Private Liberal Arts College.
In a message to colleagues and students, Rhodes President Marjorie Hess said, many of us were shocked to read a hate-filled essay written by a member of our community.
They're probably shocked to read something that was reasonable and well-written and grammatical and punctuated properly by one of their students.
And listen to this, Keith.
This kid is by no means a social misfit.
I mean, this is a bright up-and-comer, by all accounts, who is writing from a traditionalist perspective.
Now, how do we know he's a bright up-and-comer?
Well, we don't know him, but I'll go by what's in this actual article that's here to tear him down.
It says that the author, Nick Petrangelo, played college and high school soccer and was a national merit semifinalist who graduated from Christian Brothers High School in Memphis.
So we know just by those attributes and the fact that he's a student at Rhodes College, which is a very elite institution, that he is among the upper crust of his generation.
And so what are we doing now?
What's happening to him now?
He has a traditionalist point of view.
So now he is starring in Memphis' local production of The Crucible.
He is starring as the lead player in his very own personal witch hunt.
And he's the witch, and he's the one being hunted.
And so, yes, if you get anybody like this that comes from a traditionalist point of view, they're going to crucify you.
They're going to embarrass you.
They're going to drag your name through the mud.
They're probably going to have a stall in their show trial there on campus where they will basically make the point that nobody bucks revolution and gets away with it.
You can't even write a letter.
You can have a difference of opinion.
You cannot have a difference of opinion at a public institution, a private institution, corporate America, anywhere in the country.
You had better tote the line or you're going to be made an example out of.
And that is exactly why we must double down in our efforts to be resolute in combating.
You can see the enemies of free speech now live and thrive at America's colleges and universities.
They do not want a honest debate on any issue that affects liberalism.
They basically want to stuff a sock in the mouth of any spokesman for a traditionalist viewpoint.
We were talking earlier, can you get justice in a multicultural society?
We'll find out, but there's many reasons to believe that we can't, not just based upon how we predict my case may go, but looking back on other people over the years in recent years, you can get justice in a very high-trust, homogenous society.
But then now at colleges, colleges, I thought, used to be a marketplace for the exchange of ideas, and every voice would be heard, and everything would be debated, discussed.
Well, that's the way it is in English-speaking countries.
At least it has traditionally been that way.
But now, as we become more diverse, we're finding that people from other backgrounds don't really cotton on to our institutions like trial by jury or freedom of speech and association, and they want to curtail those positions, and it's incumbent upon us as the white majority to cave in to their desires.

It's only the left-wing malcontents and the degenerates that beg for tolerance, but they certainly won't offer any tolerance back in their virtue.

Right before the last break, we were talking about how intolerant the advocates of tolerance are.
Hutton Gibson, Mel Gibson's father, who's been a good friend of ours.
He famously appeared in a string of interviews on this very program that received international publicity a few years ago.
I haven't talked with Hutton in a couple of years.
He just turned 99 years old, and I'm not sure exactly how his health is, but I talked to him many times off the air, and we had some very great conversations.
And he was truly a gentleman and a scholar.
And this is, of course, Mel Gibson's father.
Well, one of the things he said on the show that I always took with me, and I don't know if somebody else said this before him, I don't guess there's anything new under the sun, but I've never heard it put exactly this way.
And it was just a powerful quote.
Hutton said this: Tolerance is the last virtue of a depraved society.
Now, that goes back to ancient philosophers.
But he continues, when an immoral society has blatantly and proudly violated all the commandments, it insists upon one last virtue, tolerance for its immorality.
It will not tolerate condemnation of its perversions.
It creates a whole new world in which only the intolerant critic of intolerable evil is evil.
And that's profound.
And that's, of course, the world that we face today.
And that's certainly the world that this bright young college student is facing for having spoken the truth.
He's in an Orwellian world in American academia today.
It is reminiscent of the Italian socialist Vilfredo Pareto's famous comment, which was, when I am weak, I ask you for equality and justice because those are your values.
When I am strong, I deny equality and justice to you because that is my principle.
You see that the left, when it was the minority position, when it was not the establishment, and it was Pat Buchanan that said that the counterculture of the 60s is the establishment of today and the establishment of the 1960s is a distant culture of today.
Now that the roles have switched and the left is the establishment, they have suddenly no tolerance whatsoever for divergent viewpoints.
But they're also the inventors of these comments like diversity is our greatest strength and tolerance is a great virtue.
You see, it's not such a great virtue when they have the whip hand in things.
And we need to call out this hypocrisy on the part of the left and insist that freedom of speech be maintained here in America.
This is part of our foundational principles.
And we cannot let, if we let this pass, then everything is lost, folks.
Well, I almost wish at this point, and I considered it even when I first read the article.
I was thinking that this kid may be in for more than he can chew.
I'd almost hope that alt-right.com would not have published his submission, only because I understand when you're young and you're full of vigor and you don't understand, you think you're invincible at that age, certainly.
And even at that age, I was already running for office and doing the exact same things that I'm wishing he had done.
It worked out well for me in the long run, but not everybody's that lucky.
And the nuclear winter is descending upon us, folks.
Things that you could do with impunity 10 years ago are now fraught with peril.
Well, and in any event, it might have been in his best interest if they had said this is a great article.
We want to work with you, but it might not be so good for you to go public.
And maybe, you know, he was prepared for this.
I don't know.
But nevertheless, what has happened has happened, and I hope that he doesn't get expelled from school for telling the truth.
Why I would recommend any young person that holds divergent views from liberal orthodoxy to use a pseudonym if they publish and if they print things or however they handle things, because we live in an increasingly intolerant world in which the left wants to destroy you.
We've seen that in Charlottesville.
It's a brave new world we live in and you know, to borrow Aldous Huxley's phrase and, believe me, it is.
You know the world that Trotsky described when he said, you may not be interested in the revolution, but the revolution is interested in you.
They're interested in outing people like this and tracking them down and destroying them.
Unfortunately, we need a new underground railroad for truth tellers.
Let the truth be told, and the truth is always told here on TPC.

I don't know if you know about this, but the state of Tennessee took steps to protect Nathan Bedford Forrest.
This week, the bust of General Nathan Bedford Forrest is staying put inside the Tennessee Capitol.
A panel has decided and this was in the USA today.
A panel of Tennessee officials Friday rejected a plan to remove a.
Of course, this is the USA today.
So they're going to say he's a former leader of the KU KLUX KLAN, like they say about me and others, or not USA, you're a current member of the KU KLUX KLAN.
That's always going to get put in there anyway.

I don't.
I don't want to be downgraded to a mere member.
A panel of Tennessee officials Friday rejected a plan to remove a controversial statue they don't even list his name, they just say of a former KU KLUX KLAN leader from its perch at the state capitol, even as officials across the USA have worked to take down symbols of the Civil War at a meeting of the state capitol, commission commissioner Larry Martin and the Department OF Finance AND Administration requested a waiver necessary to relocate a bust of Confederate Lieutenant General Nathan Bedford Forrest to the state museum.
So again there is a a bronze bust of general Forrest's head in the in a gallery of similar busts of other heroes, historical personages from Tennessee history, and that's in the state capitol.
And the commission voted seven to five against the motion which killed the push.
The Tennessee General Assembly could take up the measure separately, though that is unlikely in the GOP Controlled legislature.
According to the USA Today, the Commission's decision to keep the bust in place is a stark contrast to approaches that other government officials have taken.
So hey, good news from Tennessee.
The general is staying put in his position, in his position of honor in the Tennessee state capitol.
And don't forget, every year in Tennessee, on General Forrest's birthday, we actually have Nathan Bedford Forrest Day by official proclamation of the governor of Tennessee.
So this is good news.
Even in death, Forrest can't be defeated.
And of course, Nathan Bedford Forrest was one of the greatest heroes in Tennessee history, along with Andrew Jackson, American history.
Yes, but we've had a great run of heroes in Tennessee.
Andrew Jackson, General Forrest, Davey Crockett, Jack Daniels.
It goes on and on and on.
But this is definitely good news.
And hey, by the way, you know, you're only getting a certain aspect of what's going on with the Confederate monuments.
I mean, of course you hear about every time one goes down, but did you know that a couple have gone up this year?
That's right.
In Alabama and in Georgia, Tennessee, near Chattanooga, two brand new public monuments to the Confederacy have gone up this year.
And there have been some small local articles about that.
But hey, it's not all bad news out there.
It's just the ones that go down, of course, get wall-to-wall coverage for the effect of demoralizing.
From the leftist media who want to induce what the cultural Marxists call cultural pessimism in the supporters and the proponents of the old order.
This is classic cultural Marxism.
They are using critical theory, relentless, non-stop 24-7 criticism.
They never acknowledge that the defenders of General Forrest have any point whatsoever in their defense of him.
And because of their relentless, one-sided coverage and their control of the media, the Jewish-run media, let's just be honest about what it is.
And liberal and Jews are the most liberal part of the white population.
Because of that, you get this one-sided view.
And politicians react to this.
Because of media control, they think that everybody thinks like all of the newspaper editors.
Well, the newspaper editors are a minority position in America.
And a lot of these politicians are going to be in for a rude awakening come election time when they have to confront, they have to basically reap what they've sown in the public sector.
People are not going to forget that they wanted to dishonor and destroy the memory of their ancestors.
And they're going to vote them out of office and good riddance to bad rubbish when they do that.
We need to remember that this is a time for all good men to stand up and be counted.
We need, and women, we need to stand up.
There's nothing to be gained from concessions.
If you make a concession, you'll not reach any type of enduring compromise.
They'll be back next year to take down, if you say, well, let them take down General Forrest, but not General Lee.
Well, believe me, next year, they'll be after General Lee.
Well, we're already, I think that year is upon us.
Furthermore, they're going to dig up your ancestors' graves next.
That's right.
That's absolutely right.
And as Trump said, when's it going to be Washington?
Well, of course, Thomas Jefferson's been under siege recently.

Well, Columbus.
Christopher Columbus Columbus because he was the first one to introduce white civilization to the Western Hemisphere.

Don't believe it's about anything except an anti-white anti- I got to say this about Christopher Columbus since you brought it up.
And Columbus Day is actually coming up next month, so we'll do a big segment on that in a couple of weeks.
But my daughter was learning about Christopher Columbus in school, and there was actually a good movie that came out in 1992, which was the 500th anniversary of his voyage over here, the Discovery of the New World.
