Britannia rule the waves.
Britons never, never, never shall be slaves.
Well, you know what they said in Treasure Island, Squire Trelawney said that the sea is the only high road for an Englishman.
So that's what rural Britannia is about when they had the world's grandest navy and used to have the sun never set on the British Empire.
They've had colonies and outposts throughout the globe.
And they are about to recapture their inherent greatness by divorcing themselves from an exploitative system called the European Union.
We'll see about that.
But they have the chance to do that.
But nevertheless, what an absolutely triumphant song.
And congratulations again to our British brothers and sisters who regained their independence last week.
Britannia, of course, was the original name given by the Romans to the province that now comprises what is modern day England and Wales.
After the Romans left, the name gradually fell into disuse.
But later in the days of the empire that you referred to, Keith, it came to represent the spirit of Britain herself.
And since 1672, Britannia has been portrayed as a young woman wearing a helmet and carrying a shield and trident.
It's a symbol that blends in the concepts of empire, military, and economics.
I will tell you this.
I stayed up all night a week and a half ago to watch the results of Brexit.
Sam Bushman and Eddie the Bombardier Miller kicked off the political cesspools coverage of Brexit last week during the third hour.
And I can tell you this, ladies and gentlemen, when the good men and women of the United Kingdom voted to exit the European Union, it immediately became the biggest victory for nationalism over globalism in generations.
And I think there's a delicious slice of irony that the nation from which we declared our independence regained their independence, or at least the possibility to regain their independence so close to the 4th of July.
And yes, it is the 4th of July weekend.
It's Saturday evening, July the 2nd, to be sure.
And if you thought we were going to take off tonight just because it's a holiday weekend, you don't know.

The fireworks are going to begin early.
Keith, your thoughts on Brexit?
We didn't get a chance to sink our teeth into this last week.
Well, the situation with Brexit is that it is a blow against globalism.
As I've said many times before, and we've made it kind of a watch phrase on this show, globalism is the end game of liberalism.
Basically, by opposing globalism, you're opposing the manifestation in immigration of globalism, which is open borders, no barriers either to goods or people.
The English people did not like seeing their country overtaken by third worlders.
And they also did not like the fact that their industry was being shipped abroad just like ours is here in America.
It also has trade implications.
It has taxation implications.
It has basically what globalism does, it plunders first world nations and transfers their wealth to third world nations.
In Europe, that meant that the British and the Germans are paying a lot of their money into a fund that goes out to pay for pensions for Greeks and Albanians, for example.
And this was an intolerable situation.
England, thank goodness, had enough intuitive intestinal fortitude to take themselves out of this.
Now, Obama has said no special deals for England because he is a globalist.
All liberals are when you get right down to it.
They want to equalize incomes throughout the planet.
Now, on the other hand, Donald Trump said if he's elected president, there will be special deals made with our cousins in England.
And this gives the English a vested interest in supporting Donald Trump for president.
It was obvious, Keith, that all of the proponents of globalism, be it Obama, Angela Merkel, even David Cameron there in the United Kingdom, all of these heads of states were in favor of obviously Britain remaining part of this globalist entity that is the European Union.
Donald Trump was the only international leader, and I guess you are a sense of that because he's an incipient leader.
He could be one.
He could, yeah, that's right.
He could be one.
Being the nominee of the Republican Party, though, I think certainly raises his standing compared to what it was last year this time.
But anyway, he was the only major political force, let's put it that way, that I saw, major, that was in favor of this.
But that's because he's a populist and a nationalist.
There are people in Europe, and nationalism is ascendant in Europe that were certainly for this, but I'm talking about people who are on the cusp of the police.
He's part of a transnational movement throughout the white world.
He is a nationalist and a populist.
That's very important.
We need to kind of shed the conservative term because conservatism has been taken over by Jewish neoconservatives who aren't really conservative at all.
Conservatism has changed, not really, but in the eyes of the public because of neoconservatives grabbing all the microphones.
Now, if you want to know why people like David Cameron and Barack Obama and Angela Merkel support the European Union and are opposed to nations breaking away from it, ask the old Latin question, cui bono, who benefits?
Who benefits from the plundering of wealthy white first world nations for the benefit of less wealthy nations and particularly the third world nations?
It would be the people who are involved in finance, the financing of the transfer of these assets, business brokers, people like that, advertising agencies that will do the advertising for the old brands like Carrier and Ford, for example, in America that are now manufacturing all their goods overseas but shipping them into America without tariffs.
Same thing is happening in England, I'm sure.
So consequently, the advertising industry, people like that, those are the hedge fund, people in finance, Wall Street, those and the equivalents in England and Europe.
Those are the people that benefit.
The average citizen of every wealthy European nation is not benefiting.
In fact, they are victims of globalization.
And you'll notice there are first world nations that aren't white, like Japan, Korea, Singapore.
You don't see any pressure to speak of to have them open up their nations to third world immigration.
We don't see them having their industry plundered and shipped off to the third world.
Why not?
Basically, globalization and liberalism is anti-white.
The people who are being attacked, who are staying to lose and are losing because of globalization are European nations, America, Canada, Australia, New Zealand.
What do those nations have in common?

So, of course, this vote for the British to exit the EU, Brexit, as it's colloquially known as, took place about a week and a half ago.
Keith and I did not talk about this last week, and there was a couple of reasons for that.
I very much wanted to talk about it last week.
Number one, though, we had a little bit of unfinished business that I felt we needed to put a bow on, and that was regarding the Southern Baptist Convention and a couple of other matters.
So, we finished up that.
And then, of course, we did cover Brexit on the program last week, except it just wasn't Keith and I.
It was Eddie and Sam who did a bang-up job kicking off our continuing coverage on Brexit.
Another reason was I received emails from several reporters asking me my take on Brexit.
And not only did I not respond to their emails, I wanted to make them wait an extra week to hear me talk about it on the show, which I'm sure they're listening to right now.
So, those would be the two reasons we were going to have someone from the United Kingdom on tonight.
We've moved that to next week.
We're going to continue to break down Brexit for many weeks to come as it continues to evolve.
This is not going to be a story that goes away.
This is a story that could be the start of something, a global movement back to nationalism, back to the nation-state model, which I certainly hope it will be.
But whatever happens, it's a fluid situation.
They won the first battle, and now we're going to see what happens if it's infiltrated by people.
You know, the whole Brexit thing, it only works if you put British nationalists in there.
Not if you put British globalists in there.
That would have the same effect that they would have had had they remained in the EU.
So, it's a good, obviously to say it's good is an understatement.
What happened was incredible, but what happens next is equally important.
So, Pat Buchanan has written a little something on Brexit entitled After Brexit, a Trump Path to Victory.
I'm going to read just a couple of excerpts from Pat's piece and then toss it over to Keith for commentary.
This is what Pat writes: Some of us have long predicted a breakup of the European Union.
The cousins appear to have just delivered the coup de grace.
While Scotland and Northern Ireland voted to remain in the EU, England voted for independence.
These people, with their unique history, language, and culture, want to write their own laws and rule themselves.
The English wish to remain who they are.
And they don't want their country to become, in Teddy Roosevelt's phrase, a polyglot boarding house for the world.
From patriots of all nations, congratulations are in order.
It will all begin to unravel now over there and soon over here.
God, I hope so.
Across Europe, Buchanan continues, tribalism of all strange is resurgent.
Not only does the EU appear to be breaking up, countries appear about to break up.
People want to rule themselves and be themselves, separate from all others.
And as Brexit swept through the native-born English outside of multiracial, multi-ethnic, multicultural, multilingual London, populist nationalist Donald Trump and anti-establishment Ted Cruz swept through the native-born white working and middle classes in the American presidential primaries on the Republican side.
In Britain, all the mainstream parties, Labor, Tory, Liberal Democrat, and Scottish National, all supported Remain.
All lost.
Nigel Farage's UK Independence Party alone won.
In the past six months, millions of Democrats voted for a 74-year-old socialist against the establishment choice, Hillary Clinton, as Bush-Romney-Ryan Republicanism was massively repudiated in the Republican primaries.
As Trump said last week, we got here because we switched from a party, from a policy of Americanism focusing on what's good for America's middle class to a policy of globalism focusing on how to make money for large corporations who can move their wealth and workers to foreign countries, all to the detriment of the American worker and the American economy.
In America and Europe, Buchanan concludes, corporate, financial, and political elites are increasingly disrespected and transnationalism is receding.
An anti-establishment, nationalist, populist wave is surging across Europe and the USA.
Keith, he says that Trump is going to ride this wave to victory.
Of course, that's what we're hoping for.
One thing to remember here, the people in the United Kingdom voted for sovereignty and they voted to restrict immigration.
They want to remain who they are and we want them to remain who they are.
We want, and let me say this in no uncertain terms, so there's no confusion, we want Great Britain, the United Kingdom, England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland to remain white.
Every country deserves, every people deserve to have their own homelands, and whites are not the exception, and it's not racist to believe that.
In fact, it was race that was the impelling factor.
It was the yeast that made the dough rise in the Brexit movement and in all of these right-wing nationalist movements throughout Europe.
Basically, Europe and England in particular, I was a little boy, my mother was an English war bride, or is an English war bride.
And I went over there as a child in the 50s with my mother and with my sister.
And my father stayed working in America.
He couldn't take three months off in the summer to go over there, but we went over there.
And I remember an England that was almost uniformly white and English.
I remember reading little naughty books and Rupert Baer books and very, you know, it was a bucolic scene.
Well, you could remember that here in the United States prior to 1965.
Absolutely, where in 1960, 90% of the U.S. population was white.
But the English, I remember back then, used to look down their nose at Americans, particularly American Southerners, for their positions regarding blacks.
But my father, again, used to just roll his eyes and say, that's what you expect from people that have no experience with multiracialism and multiculturalism.
Now, Europe is getting a heaping helping of multiculturalism and multiracialism, and they don't like it any more than white southerners did back in the era before the civil rights movement.
And they understand that diversity is nothing but a problem in every society and country and civilization where it exists.
People naturally devolve into nation states that have a homogeneous population.
When the population gets to be not homogeneous, you begin to have secession.
You begin to have breakdown of the society because every group wants to be in charge of their own destiny.
And when you have two or more groups, various groups, you're going to have a chaotic situation.
You have like the Austro-Hungarian Empire where the productive group is basically being put upon and all sorts of lesser groups with lesser achievements and whatnot are along for the free ride.
And the English got tired of this.
The Flemish are getting tired of it.
Even the Germans are getting tired of it.
The people in the Netherlands, people in France.
And by the way, Keith, in Austria, they annulled the most recent presidential election because of vote fraud.
And now the Austrian nationalist who very nearly won that presidential election is going to get a second try at this.
I'm telling you folks, things are changing across the West here in America with the Donald Trump phenomenon.
Obviously, in the United Kingdom with Brexit, there are so many other countries lining up now to either secede from the European Union or to secede from themselves.
There's pockets, regional secession movements in Europe that are threatening to leave from their host country.
And these are great things.
I hope that happens in the South again.
I would love for the South to secede.
Texas has a nationalist movement that is trying to get on the ballot.
And anyway, things are going very well for right-thinking people right now.
And you talked about, Keith, how we long for racially homogenous states.
Well, that's true, not because we hate people who aren't like us, but we certainly feel more at home and more comfortable with members of our own family.
And why would you want to live in a society that is wrought with strife and resentment and ill will?
I wish everybody of the world, all of God's creatures, all of humanity well.
And I hope they live well and thrive and prosper.
But I hope they do it in their own homes and in their own countries where they can have a culture and a language and religions that more reflect who they are.
And we can have the same things in our states.
Well, you've got to ask yourself why we have departed from that common sense position.
I remember when I was a little boy, we used to hear birds of a feather flock together.
That's what's happening throughout Europe.
The natural order is reasserting itself.
Exactly.
But we're going to take a break.

Utah Republican Senator Mike Lee is not a member of the Never Trump faction, but he has refused to endorse the incipient Republican presidential nominee owing to concerns about Trump's character and his commitment to the Constitution.
In a recent interview, Newsmax TV host Steve Ballsberg plaintively asked Senator Lee why he wouldn't endorse Trump.
We can get into the fact that he accused my best friend's father of conspiring to kill JFK, Lee replied, alluding to Trump's heavy insinuations based on tabloid speculation that Ted Cruz's father was involved with Lee Harvey Oswald.
We can go through the fact that he's made some statements that some have identified correctly as religiously intolerant, Cruz continued.
While Lee said he would never vote for Hillary and could conceivably support Trump, he couldn't do so without being shown that he's not somebody who's going to abuse the powers of the office.
I would like some assurances that he's not going to be an autocrat, that he's not going to be an authoritarian, that he's not somebody who's going to abuse a document that I have sworn to uphold and defend and protect.
In other news, following last week's Brexit vote in England, markets on both sides of the Atlantic plunged, which prompted defenders of the EU to claim that British withdrawal would lead to a global economic catastrophe.
Within a few days, however, the markets recovered.
But this was not described by the same commentators as an endorsement of British independence.
New York Post economic commentator John Crudell insists that what actually happened is that the stock markets were rescued by governments.
In other words, the markets were rigged.

With you, Sean Bergen joining us right now, our intrepid New York correspondent and former television newsman.
Sean, we've been talking so far in the program tonight about the Brexit vote, and certainly one of the things that caused our brothers and sisters in the United Kingdom to leave the European Union was their rightful and justified concern over immigration, particularly Muslim immigration, that has absolutely swamped London.
And since that vote has occurred, they've been proven right in many ways.
ISIS is at it again.
What's the latest, Sean?
Well, it's been a very busy month during the Ramadan bombathon.
And yeah, like you saw during the Brexit was a unified, really just a return to British nationalism.
They were sick and tired of being governed by some faraway bureaucracy in another land, and they decided to take back their country in large part due to this illegal immigration phenomenon that we've seen sweeping Europe over the last year and a year, year and a half.
The Brits basically decided that they don't want their country to look like parts of Brussels and Paris and Germany, where they've basically been overrun.
So they have separated, decided to, it was a close vote.
But yeah, it was decided largely about immigration.
Now, ISIS has had a very busy month.
We saw the Orlando massacre back on June 12th when 45 people were killed in a nightclub down in Miami.
And just days after that, there was another terrorist attack in Yemen, followed by yet another in Lebanon when five suicide simultaneous attacks went off in Christian sections of Lebanon.
Good to see that the Christian genocide continues throughout the Middle East.
And now, of course, here we are with earlier in the week the Istanbul terror attack at an airport there where we saw three suicide bombers take out what 44 people and injure scores more.
And then, of course, last night, the situation in Dakota, Bangladesh, when we had that bakery that was taken over, targeting mostly Westerners, it would seem.
So, you know, ISIS continues on their scorched earth campaign.
And this is something that I predicted six weeks ago, that it was going to be the summer of ISIS.
And we're all just sitting around now waiting and wondering which city are they going to hit next.
Incredible commentary, Sean.
You were prescient in your prediction.
And I can remember, I was just thinking as you were talking when you first started coming on regularly with us, this would be something that a horrible situation that we would cover maybe once a year, twice a year.
And now it's becoming almost a weekly occurrence.
But, you know, the good news is Loretta Lynch has the solution.
I heard Loretta Lynch tell us that the way that we defeat ISIS is with love.
Yes.
With incredible insight and strategy like that, it's going to be hard to see ISIS sustaining themselves for much longer.
Wouldn't you agree?
Well, you know, the thing about the Kumbaya crowd is that they never seem to bring their message of hope and faith and kindness and compassion where it needs to go, which is straight to the ISIS leadership in Raqqa, Syria.
And I can guarantee you that if Ms. Loretta Lynch decided to deliver that commentary alone and in person, that the ISIS communications wing would be showing us what happened after that on the latest video as they either dismember or chop her up or burn her to death, you know, in some other horrific way out.
But look, you know, I mean, this is a naive, childlike view of the world.
And what we're faced with now is an evil that we have not seen since Nazi Germany.
And there is one way and one way only to deal with that, and that is to bring to bear superior and overwhelming violence.
You've got to kill them before they kill you.
End of story.
Anything else just muddies the waters and serves to jeopardize good people.
Well, and this is what we've got.
And then you've got Loretta Lynch making crazy statements like that.
I don't even know how you weaponize love and how love is supposed to deter these people.
You know, I was thinking back to the great kings of Europe who had to fight off this very same threat, this radical Islamic Muslim threat throughout our history, throughout the history of the West, throughout the history of Europe.
This had to be done time and time again.
I wonder if Charlemagne or some of these others, Charles Martel, would have just said, well, come on, guys, let us just hug you.
And, you know, we would all be gone.
Europe wouldn't have blasted.
None of us would be here.
But this is what you're getting.
And then Loretta Lynch, I don't want to get off track, Sean, but just to show you the dilapidated state of American government.
Loretta Lynch is supposed to be prosecuting Hillary Clinton and supposed to be, well, not prosecuting, but overseeing these things and the Clinton Foundation scandal.
And she's meeting with Bill Clinton in a hangar, which just violates so many rules of ethics that it's mind-boggling.
And then they say, well, they were talking about golf.
They were talking about the grandkids.
So when you have criminally corrupt and incompetent leadership like you've got throughout the Obama administration, I don't know if there's one good one in the entire administration.
Loretta Lynch may be the worst.
And these are the people that you're putting forward to combat the threat of what we're facing as Christians and as Europeans throughout our world from Islam.
It's just not going to work.
You know, the thing is, it is so over the top.
I mean, the seeming appearance of impropriety there was just, I mean, it just, it shocks the conscience.
I mean, most people look at that situation that you just laid out for us and just shake their head in disgust because they had no idea that anybody was going to find out about that meeting.
If it were not for just one lone intrepid news reporter out of Phoenix who either got tipped off to that meeting or managed to be there when it happened, none of us would even know that that meeting happened.
And the fact that you've got the Attorney General meeting with someone with Clinton while his wife is under investigation is just so far beyond the pale that it's you know it just they're in your face about it.
I mean they're like confrontational about it.
It's like you know, they're sitting out there.
It's like schoolyard ball.
They're like double daring us to do something.
And what can we do?
What can we do at this point?
I mean these look like impeachable offenses to me.
Well, I'm going to toss it over to Keith Alexander who's co-hosting with me this hour.
He is an attorney by trade.
And Keith, I'm sure you watched with interest this just gross miscarriage of justice.
Obviously, they're not supposed to be consorting at this point.
And you know, in the middle of his wife's presidential campaign, in the middle of all of this, that they didn't meet just to shoot the bull.
And she's a Clinton appointee, by the way.
It was the Clinton application.
She owes her whole career to Bill Clinton.
He's the one that got it launched.
Sean, let me just say this.
Why in heaven's name hasn't a special prosecutor been appointed long before now?
It didn't take them very long to appoint Archibald Cox as a special prosecutor when Nixon's administration and Richard Nixon was coming under fire.
You know, they're going to give him something like a criminal referral package.
I'm sure that the FBI has one worked up on this.
There's not going to be a lot of lead time needed in order to get up to speed to prosecute this case.
But Loretta Lynch, the fact that she will not back out and turn this over to a special prosecutor speaks volumes to me as a lawyer.
It tells me that she wants to keep her hand on the rudder of this whole thing, and she's going to, you know, hit the dump button at the appropriate time.
She's not going to allow her benefactor, Bill Clinton, and his wife to go down in flames.
No, I think you're onto something there.
And certainly her reputation hangs in the balance.
But, you know, the key thing here is that they'll do whatever they want to do.
They'll lie through their teeth.
They'll trot Loretta Lynch out the same way they trotted out Susan Rice after Benghazi to go basically lay out a series of lies.
And, you know, the news is tightening around the Clintons because the FBI just had Hillary in for a three and a half hour session today, from what I understand.
And, you know, during that interrogation, those guys knew the answers to all those questions before they put them to her.
So it'll be interesting to find out just how many times she actually pled the fifth during that interview and where it's going to go from here because now it's time to, now we're down to brass tax.
When they start the interview.
We've got to have a special prosecutor.
There's just no other way to handle this with people as mendacious as Loretta Lynch, Eric Holder, people like that in charge of the Department of Justice.
That's the chief law enforcement officer of the United States of America.
God, what a – she's not much of an attorney, and she's certainly not a general.
It just baffles the mind that people like that, this cronyism that's in place, that, oh, my God.
Affirmative action at work.
Well, that's for sure.

I really believe it is over if Hillary Clinton gets in there this time.

All right, everybody, welcome back to the Political Cesspool Radio Program.
This 4th of July holiday weekend edition.

Jim Lancia with us now, our criminal justice reporter, Jim Lancia, longtime police officer with the Bridgeport Police Department in Connecticut.

Jim, some interesting setbacks for the regime in Baltimore, Maryland.
Over the course of the last few days, bring our audience up to speed on that, if you would.
Yeah, sure.
We have a circus going on right now in Baltimore, which is representative of a lot of what's going on.
First of all, we all know what happened.
You got the mayor there, that Stephanie Rollins Blake, who handled that situation terribly, told the cops to stand down, allowed rioters to loot and destroy the city and cause all kinds of havoc.
She paid out a $6.4 million settlement before any trial, before any of the facts were even really presented to the Freddie Gray family, which is unbelievable.
And that's all taxpayer money.
Of course, it's not hers.
Freddie Gray, 25 years old.
He had an extensive record.
He also had a prior spinal cord injury, which probably led to his death.
Now, the only good thing that's coming out of this is so far we have three acquittals or hung jury, at least on three of the officers, three of the six officers charged.
Three officers are black, three are white.
You even have a woman thrown in there.
Okay, so this is truly not a racial thing or, you know, or whether or not.
Let me point this out.
This is Keith Alexander, Jim, by the way.
Good to hulk with you.
That judge is black, and he apparently has enough integrity about him that he's not going to be swayed by public opinion in the black community.
He's just going to call things as he sees them like an umpire, which is what he's supposed to do.
He's been responsible for the acquittals.
So basically, this is stuffed a sock in the mouth of a lot of the typical usual suspects like Al Sharpton and people like this that would come in and claim that the honky justice system has caused a miscarriage of justice.
That card isn't in their deck this time.
That's a good observation, Keith.
And of course, the timing of Freddie Gray's death, when taken into context and compared and contrasted with the timing of Ferguson and all of the other things that were going on, Trayvon Martin wasn't too terribly removed from what happened in Baltimore initially.
You had a big wave of these police officers doing absolutely nothing wrong.
And then, of course, the black community at large thinking, pretending as though, as you said, Keith, that this was just the white community and the white power structure out to get them.
Obviously, the players in Baltimore didn't fit what they were looking for, but there was such a all blacks are good and all cops are bad mentality going on at the time of Freddie Gray's death that even though it was a mixed bag, racially speaking, with these cops, three of them were white, and I guess that was enough to get the other ones thrown under the bus as well.
But thankfully, and I'll also back to you, Jim, to continue your commentary.
Thankfully, justice has been served here so far, at least with the first three.
And if the elites in power in Baltimore had any integrity whatsoever, which of course they don't, they would walk in and dismiss the remaining charges.
But of course, that's not going to happen.
They're going to see this all the way through.
Let me make this one comment, too.
This whole episode shows the weakness of the jury system when you have the jury system is an Anglo-Saxon institution.
It's part of our Anglo-Saxon heritage.
And the fewer Anglo-Saxons you have or the fewer white people you have on the jury, the less likely it is to work.
You see that the one trial that we had that was a jury trial wound up being a hung jury.
You have to rely on a judge, a bench trial, to get justice in this case.
And thank goodness they had a good black judge available for this purpose.
The fact that this could have been one of the great miscarriages of justice of all time.
And quite frankly, God bless the judge.
God bless the good people in law enforcement in Baltimore.
They're somehow able to overcome this lynch mom mentality that seems to prevail in Baltimore at the present time.
All right, Jim, back to you.
Yeah, well, I was going to get to the judge.
I mean, the judge is doing a good job.
He's not falling into the same mentality as the affirmative action prosecutor, Marilyn Mosley.
She's definitely complete incompetent.
And she's just making a mockery of the justice system, pandering to Black Lives Matter and the group of looters and arsonists by saying that she's going to, what did she say?
She said she hears their call for justice and no peace, promising to deliver on behalf of this young man before any trial or anything else.
Now, that, of course, the prosecutor does not do.
And as far as the judge goes, it's good that he's a black judge, but I would hope that it wouldn't have mattered what color the judge is, because if it was a white judge, would it matter?
If it was a Chinese judge, would it matter?
We still need justice.
We can't just hope to get a good black judge in there.
But in this case, this judge is doing his job properly.
He's requiring evidence for a conviction, and he's not getting the evidence.
That's why you're getting the acquittals.
This latest acquittal was the most serious charge, was the driver of the van.
So really, I don't know.
I don't even know how this got past the grand jury with the evidence that they presented.
The only thing I could have ever seen that they could have possibly won was a civil lawsuit for maybe negligence in the police van procedure by not buckling them up.
As far as saying that the cop should be aware of his injuries, of what injuries?
There was nothing visible.
And here's what a procedure is.
If someone receives an injury that's not life-threatening or he's not bleeding to death, a cop brings him to the booking area and then they call for medical attention there.
Then he, you know, he's looked at there by medical officials.
If they feel he should go to the hospital after that, then they make the call.
So we got a lot of speculation here by ignorant people that do not know police procedures or practical procedures, and they're just making crazy claims of police brutality.
That's all it is.
And all this is going to do is bring about more rioting, more cops backing off by being, you know, backing off of being proactive police officers to put these thugs in prison or to at least engage them.
They're going to back off.
All communities are going to suffer.
Criminals have become more bolden.
And that's what results from this.
And that's what we're seeing.
I mean, you have the president of the United States pandering to Black Lives Matter, invites them to the White House, treats them like foreign dignitaries.
He gives them credence.
So now, you know, where do you go?
And like I said, this prosecutor should step down or she should be fired.
I mean, she's literally a joke.
She's 35.
It's not even the age.
It's the fact that she has no experience and she is more of an activist.
I look at her as, like I said, an affirmative action prosecutor.
And I also look at her as the legal arm of the Black Lives Matter movement because she's certainly acting like one of them and not like a person of a high position.
Well, Jim, this is Keith Alexander again.
Think of what would have happened if the judge had been white and rendered the same verdict.
There would have been rioting in the street.
There would have been, it would have been looting like at the time of the death of Martin Luther King.
We need to understand the racial dynamic about this.
When it doesn't matter how many times the police are vindicated in these Black Lives Matter so-called police brutality crimes, have you ever heard anyone with Black Lives Matter, anybody with the Obama administration, apologize to the police force or to the police officers?
That's a good point.
And too, Keith, I would say this lawlessness, this anarchy, this violence towards cops, burning down cities, that obviously must be, in the eyes of the Obama and Justice Department and the Obama administration, that must be the way you go about social change because that's the end.
They've actually given this an endorsement.
Because these people literally burned down cities and committed acts of arson and really terrorism, they got what they wanted.
It's because of all of that violence that this trial ever came to bear.
Don't confuse the authorities with the facts, apparently.
The prosecutor doesn't care about the facts.
She's like Rob Emmanuel, not going to let a good crisis go to waste.
Well, she should definitely walk in there and dismiss the rest of it.
But that's not going to happen.
They'll see it through all the way to the finish line.
Final word to you on this, Jim.
As a police officer, and I certainly want to know this as well, someone who served in law enforcement for all of his career, when you watched this happen initially, what was your reaction?
And I'm certain your reaction now to the vindication that these officers are getting is quite favorable.
But I'm sure you shake your head to see officers have to go through something like this.
Well, yeah, because there's millions of arrests made every year.
I mean, cops, especially in the inner city, are constantly in contact with, we're going to have to say it, the black male, because obviously it's the only time they ever make any fuss over it is when you arrest a black male.
Fuck.
And there are countless encounters, and this is going to happen over and over and over again.
And it's just, you know, when these people resist, they make things very difficult.
And things are going to happen when you make literally millions of arrests a year.
I've got the solution, Jim.
The solution is you can't arrest a black perpetrator unless he wants to be arrested.
Apparently, that's what it's coming to.
Well, that's the scary thing.
And this is what I was going to say.
Yes, I'm glad there's a black judge who has some common sense.
But are we going to get to the point where we have to hope for a logical black judge, a logical black prosecutor, a jury pool that's smart enough to see the facts and not the race and not use their black racism to fuel their decision.
Jim, I hate to tell you this, but I think we're there.
We're at that point in America today, unfortunately.
We are there, and we need to expose it because it's incredible.
And it's not the way that the justice system should work.
Well, no, it's not.
And hopefully things can change for the better.
That's why we're out here doing what we're doing in the court of public opinion and on the airwaves.
But I agree with Keith that had it been a white judge, there would be more burnings and more towns ablaze.
And so in that case, yeah, you shouldn't have to worry about it.
Justice should be colorblind.
But I'm glad it worked out the way it did in this case with that judge being who he is.
