You're listening to the Liberty News Radio Network, and this is the Political Cesspool.
The Political Cesspool, going across the South and worldwide, as the South's foremost populist conservative radio program.
And here to guide you through the murky waters of the Political Cesspool is your host, James Edwards.
All right, my friends.
Welcome back.
Live broadcast for tonight, Saturday, April 16th.
You know, not much is certain, except for the fact that every Saturday night at 6 o'clock, I'll be right here in this chair.
Death taxes in the political cesspool.
That's it, Keith.
And so many of us suffered paying taxes that will do us no good.
But I guess it'll benefit some people.
The New World Order.
The people in the diverse community.
Somebody's got to pay for them, right?
Anyway, my goodness.
The culture war goes to the bathroom.
I want to cover this very quickly, and then Keith has brought an equally disgusting story to my attention that we're going to be able to do.
which really fits in with Confederate History Month.
Yeah, but I said, Keith, the point of Confederate History Month is to celebrate Confederate history, not to bring forth.
Well, we've got to understand we're under attack, James.
Well, I don't think anybody misunderstands.
The Civil War just is not over, apparently.
We're still fighting it.
We're still fighting Reconstruction.
Anyway, Winston Smith wrote this on our website yesterday.
The mainstream media is in full saturation coverage mode over anything tranny bathroom related, mainly how states are passing reasonable laws that protect women and children from the sickest of perverts and that protect Christians from lawsuits when they exercise their constitutionally guaranteed rights of freedom of religion, speech, and association.
Those who oppose such common sense measures are putting forth only one argument.
Those laws are moving the country backward, not forward, quote unquote.
Liberals, so-called progressives, Democrats, Marxists, and other perverts deploy a constant course of, if we can just protect one child, and if we can just protect one woman.
Well, their concern for women and children is nowhere to be found when it comes to giving degenerates access to them in a situation in which they are seldom more vulnerable.
Winston continues, we were told that depraved men wouldn't take advantage of such access to gratify their disgusting fetishes.
And we are still being told that it isn't happening even as news stories of the exact thing happening gets more numerous.
And if you go to our web entry yesterday at thepolitical cesspool.org, Winston has included a lengthy video about a half hour long of countless cases of where men pretending to be transgendered are going in there and assaulting women.
So much for protecting just one woman with these bills.
And as for moving the country backward.
Imagine how confused Michelle Fields will be.
Because you all know who this is.
All right.
As for moving the country backward, not forward.
I have no idea what they're talking about, Winston writes.
It's they who are moving the country backward, all the way back to the days of Sodom and Gomorrah.
As Hutton Gibson, that's Mel's dad, once put it during a guest appearance on the political cesspool, quote, tolerance is the last virtue of a depraved society.
When an immoral society has blatantly and proudly violated all of the commandments, it insists upon one last virtue, tolerance for its immorality.
It will not tolerate condemnation of its perversion.
It creates a whole new world in which only the intolerant critic of intolerable evil is evil.
And with that, he couldn't have been more correct.
Well, Keith, I mean, the fact that we're even debating should perverts pretending to be the other gender that runs contrary to their biological sex, should they be allowed into whatever bathroom they choose, that that's even remotely a legitimate conversation in America.
That is so absurd, ridiculous, ludicrous, and preposterous.
You can't even seriously talk about it.
Look, you look at this, you look at our entertainment industry, you see what is being served up as entertainment, and it has been for years.
I was looking at some old, you know, concert by what's the guy that had We're the Champions.
What's the name of that?
Queen.
Queen.
That's Freddie Mercury.
Freddie Mercury.
He used to line up men dressed as sailors outside of his dressing room and take them in one after another.
This is the hallmark of a decadent society.
I mean, if America isn't judged by the Almighty, then he owes Sodom and Gomorrah an apology.
Well, people say that the thing with Sodom and Gomorrah was there was not one righteous person.
And so long as this show is on the air and our audience is out there, we know there's going to be more than one righteous person.
But I really don't think Sodom and Gomorrah can outdo modern-day America.
No, it'd be tough.
We've got perversions they didn't even think of.
But I mean, again, just to even have to debate this as if it's a serious issue is just ludicrous.
And then you've got these celebrities who never even considered such things a few years ago.
But now that the media tells them that this is the new cause du jur, well, they're going to cancel concerts in the state of the world.
They're such craven cowards.
Whatever happened to Manley?
You know, can anybody stand up to these people?
If Chuck Woolery does, for example, is his career going to be over?
I mean, they wrote an article in the New York Times on April the 6th called The Unbearable Whiteness of Baseball.
I'm going to see if they want to run my article, which is the unbearable Jewishness of Hollywood movies and the entertainment industry.
We do have one email, Keith.
We don't have a minute remaining, but this is a legitimate email that comes from one of our contributors, and he is a verified contributor because I looked into it, who claims that he's transgender.
And this is what he writes.
I'm transgender, and you keep referring to us as sodomites.
I'm a paleoconservative, and I have several trans friends who are in the know about the Jewish question.
I have purchased from you before.
The New Testament teaches love and forgiveness, not judgment.
I'm a sinner.
We live in a broken world.
I am broken, just like having multiple sclerosis or something.
So what difference is there between sexual dysfunction and physical dysfunction?
I understand most LGTB are liberals and have major issues, but not all of us are like that.
So that's a legitimate email.
I would, you know, have issue with some of it, but how would you respond to that?
Well, you know, as far as sodomite goes, that is the proper name for this particular sin.
It's used throughout the Bible.
It's basically any type of sex that isn't liable to result in the conception of a child, okay?
And that's exactly what Herbert Marcuse was recommending back in the 1950s.
He was the popularizer of cultural Marxism in America.
He wrote a pamphlet called Polymorphous Perversity, in which he recommended every type of sex except the type that might lead to the conception of a child.
And if you do that, the biblical name for that is sodomy.
It's just like, you know, should we not call a thief a thief if he violates thou shalt not steal or a perjurer if he breaks the commandment on bearing false witness or a murderer if he murders someone.
You know, just, you know, you can call things by their proper name.
Quite frankly, calling somebody a sodomite at least makes them think in terms of the Bible.
At least it does me.
So consequently, that's what people need to do.
And I sympathize with this guy.
He admits that he's a sinner.
He admits that he has a weakness, and that is the first step towards repentance.
Well, and, you know, God wishes not the death of a sinner, but rather that he may turn from his wickedness and live.
And to him, I would say this.
I appreciate your support in the past.
We welcome it.
I'm glad that you found common ground with us on many of the issues that this show brings to life.
But we just can't relent on the transgender issue, and we won't.
And, you know, again, you don't have to agree with everybody 100% of the time to support them on the things that you do find agreement with them.
The majority of things that you do find yourself in agreement with them on, but this is one that we just can't back down on.
But I do appreciate you sending in the heartfelt email.
Thank you.

And now, back to tonight's show.
Well, you know, last week, Eddie the Bombardier Miller was in an ice bath.
He did a 22-mile run in training for his next marathon.
He runs marathons like every other month, the 26-mile marathon.
They're going to freeze him like in the Austin Powers movie and bring him back.
Anyways, he was in an ice bath last Saturday night, but he just arrived in the studio for his shift this evening, which will begin in the next segment.
And anytime Eddie walks into the studio, it devolves into a frat party.
It's a total disruption.
But anyway, Keith and I were talking this week.
He says, I got a story for Confederate History Month.
I'm thinking, okay, well, what hero of the Confederacy are we going to highlight?
What battle, what glorious victory against the Yankees?
It's a battle, but in the culture war.
Well, that's right.
Well, it wasn't any of those things.
I said, Keith, you know, the purpose of Confederate History Month is to be uplifting.
And anyway, well, this is what's going on.
I'll just read the headline here, and I'm going to let Keith unpack this thing.
Out of Jackson, Mississippi, a federal judge said Tuesday that the Confederate emblem on the Mississippi flag is anti-American because it represents those who fought to leave the United States.
Well, number one, let me tell you this.
If there was anybody who was fighting in that war to preserve the original intent of the founders and to preserve the America as given to us by Washington and Jefferson and the others, the Constitution is originally understood.
Absolutely, the Confederates.
In fact, most of the descendants, the sons of the revolutionary forebears, fought for the South.
Patrick Henry's son, grandson, fought for the South.
And so many others.
Well, anyway, a federal judge said Tuesday, the Confederate emblem is anti-American.
Tell us about this particular judge, Keith, and anything else you find to be pertinent.
Okay, here it says, I'll continue to read on.
But U.S. District Judge Carlton Reeves is not yet saying whether he will fully consider a lawsuit that seeks to eliminate the flag as a state symbol.
Reeves heard more than three hours of arguments about motions in the lawsuit that Carlos Moore, an African-American attorney from Grenada, Mississippi, filed against the state.
Moore is asking Reeves to declare the flag an unconstitutional relic of slavery.
Okay, who knew that there was something in the Constitution about relics of slavery?
Moore argued that under the U.S. Supreme Court decision last summer that effectively legalized same-sex marriage nationwide, a majority of justices found that the Constitution protects, okay, newsflash, everybody listen to this closely, protects a fundamental right of dignity.
Who knew?
Okay.
Moore argued that the state flag of Mississippi violates his dignity and that of other African Americans.
Okay.
So he's not biased at all.
Now, we have a new constitutional right, apparently recognized.
Not to be offended.
Yeah, right.
To have your dignity, not to be disrespected.
Okay.
Okay.
It says.
They found that with the Dead Sea Scrolls thing.
Yeah, yeah, right.
Yeah.
Right.
Yeah.
The Constitution.
It's not one of those things in the penumbra, like the right of privacy that allows them to strike down abortion laws.
Okay.
Now, I'm nobody's second-class citizen, and I don't appreciate being treated as such, Moore.
This is the judge writing in his own opinion?
No, no, this is the lawyer, the black lawyer, who apparently is trying to bring a suit.
And it says, one question is whether Moore has legal standing to sue the state.
Yeah, good, good, good question, as a matter of fact, including whether Moore can prove that he's been harmed because of a flag.
The other question is whether flag design is an issue that can be decided by a court.
Reeves asked attorneys dozens of questions on both points.
Imagine with all the murders, rapes, thefts, and other things going on in America, three hours of a federal judge's court time is spent arguing this nonsense.
total baloney.
An assistant state attorney general, Doug Miracle, it'll be a miracle if he wins.
You need to see a picture of this judge, basically argued the flag design is a political question that should be decided by the legislature.
Of course it is.
The issue is not whether the legislative branch will act, Miracle said.
The issue is whether he is capable and it is better, whether it is capable and it is better suited.
Mississippi has used the same flag since 1894.
They can't say it was brought up during the Civil Rights Movement unless there's a civil rights movement in 1894 that none of us knew about.
And its upper left corner has a Confederate battle emblem.
Keith, we refer to the civil rights movement as the Swindle Whites Movement.
Yeah, that's it.
And also the Second Reconstruction, the one that succeeded where the first one failed because what was the difference?
We had Jews in America during the second one and not in the first, okay?
A red field topped with a blue X dotted with 13 white stars.
Voters chose to keep the banner in a 2001 referendum.
In other words, everybody in the state had an opportunity to vote on this, everybody that was a registered voter.
And they did.
One, two to one.
And even the majority of blacks, I believe.
Yeah, right.
A very slim majority of blacks voted to keep the Confederate battle flag emblem on the state flag.
But, you know, don't confuse people with the facts.
You know, we've got this vocal minority that wants transgendered bathrooms on one hand, and they want the Confederate flag off the Mississippi flag on the other.
And of course, we all have to bow to their enlightened consciousness that is so much more acute and so much more intelligent than the rest of us.
The City is now actually passing legislation and passing referendums that will protect Confederate monuments and the Mississippi state flag.
So is Tennessee.
And it's doing great things.
So this particular piece notwithstanding, Mississippi's on the right side of our issues on this.
But Keith, basically what you have here is a partisan judge taking an aim.
Obviously, a judge, he was appointed by Obama.
He's a black guy.
He's appointed to the Southern District of Mississippi, one of two black judges down there.
And of course, this is a perfect case of shopping the judiciary, which is what the left does all the time.
They find a left-wing judge to bring the case before.
They get a favorable verdict that has nothing to do with starry decisis or the normal way that laws are decided or cases are decided or supposedly decided in federal court.
And then it gets sent up to the district, excuse me, the circuit court level, which would be the Fifth Circuit, which sits in New Orleans.
It has a fair share of liberals on it too, but it's not like the Ninth Circuit, which is all liberal.
Let's say that the state of Mississippi prevails at the second level.
They lose at the first level in front of this judge, a black judge in the Southern District of Mississippi, who is obviously a liberal.
He also made a decision about striking down the legality of a ban on same-sex marriage in Mississippi.
This was some years ago.
But nonetheless, then it goes up to the Supreme Court.
This is why this presidential election this coming November is so important.
There's nothing that the president does that's more important than picking candidates for the Supreme Court.
We lost the best conservative mind on the court, unfortunately, earlier this year with Antonin Scalia.
Unless we get a really strong conservative on there, and that would not be Ted Cruz, by the way.
His wife is a globalist.
It certainly wouldn't be the guy Obama's nomination.
Yeah, Merrick Garland, who is Jewish, by the way.
Since he doesn't have a Jewish outcome.
The House of Population would have about 60% of the Supreme Court.
Well, you know, no state in the interior of the United States has representation on the Supreme Court, but four of the five boroughs of New York City do.
We're pulling for Staten Island.
If Staten Island just had more Jews, we'd get them on there.
Unfortunately, it's an Italian-American enclave, or so I understand by reading all this reporting on the Trump phenomenon in New York in the New York primary that's coming up this Tuesday.
But nonetheless, it will go up to a court that's now split four to four.
And if it has a Confederate, if they have a liberal appointed to replace Antonin Scalia, I'll bet you a dollar to a donut hole that they say that somehow they're right.
There's this unknown right floating around out there, protected by the U.S. Constitution, called the right of dignity, that is offended by having a Confederate Confederate veterans who live in Mississippi who would be offended if you changed the flag.
Well, we're not a protected minority.
All contraire.
See, it's only, you know, some people, it's like the animal farm.
All animals are equal, but some animals are more equal than that.
That's absolutely right.
Well, anyway, Keith, hey, thank you for your service tonight.
You're fighting the good fight.
Eddie Bombetter-Miller is going to be up continuing this hour.
We're going to talk about the kind of people that National Review believes is voting for Trump, and we're going to talk about how competence is a crime for police officers this hour.
Stay tuned.

All right, everybody.
Well, I made mention a few minutes ago that Eddie the Bombardier Miller was in an ice bath last Saturday night when he should have been reporting for work.
But when you're running 22 miles just in training, no glory there, just training, you know, you got to give a guy a break, especially at Eddie's, you know, young age of how old Eddie?
I forget.
69 years old last Wednesday.
And he just had a birthday.
Yeah, 69 years ago.
69 years old.
He's in better shape than most 20-year-olds.
And he runs all these marathons benefiting the children of St. Jude.
And he's just a great guy, and he's hardcore.
Are you ready to continue Confederate History Month?
I'm ready.
I'd like to make a little quick announcement.
Very quick because we got a clip to get to.
Tell you the kind of people I run with.
A sports psychologist.
She has a degree.
She's married to a big-time sports guy here in Memphis.
She just broke people, not the Tennessee state record, not the United States record.
She just set a world record in the outdoor 5K.
These are the kind of people I'm running with.
And you're blowing them out.
Oh, of course.
Of course.
But she's worked with me.
I've been accused of using psychological warfare of these other runners because she is a registered sports psychologist.
But I just thought I'd throw that out.
I don't know if that's germane to anything, but it is good information to have.
Now, I want to ask you.
Well, I'm so old I can't think about what we're doing all the time.
You have to reel me in.
Get me focused.
We'll get you focused.
But we just wanted to basically let everyone know that Eddie's here.
Now, the GOP has a race problem, and it's called white people.
Working-class whites who make up half of the Republican voters are rebelling against the Republican orthodoxies of free trade and trickle-down economics that have turned their communities into ghost towns.
Shocked by their support of Donald Trump, some elitist so-called conservative thinkers are calling places like Garbett, New York, pockets of misery, welfare, fraud, and dope addiction.
They say let these white towns die.
Turns out that Garba didn't like that at all.
Now, we're about to play a video for you.
We posted this video at our website a couple of days ago.
In this video, you're not going to be able to watch it, but you'll be able to hear the audio.
The reporter goes in search of the heroin-addicted white trash that National Review believes is voting for Trump.
It's a very well-done piece.
Let's listen to it now.
Now let's roll that clip.
Because we've become weak, we've become weak.
There is a class war among Republicans.
In an attempt to explain the populist appeal of Trump, the Manhattan billionaire who lives in a golden skyscraper, writers for elite Republican magazines have been mocking a hypothetical working-class white man named Mike.
This make-believe Mike hails from a real-life upstate New York hamlet called Garbit.
They describe Mike as a typical Trump voter, an out-of-work welfare cheat, high on OxyContin, who's abandoned his kids.
Instead of whining about Wall Street and trade deals they write, Mike ought to put down his heroin needle and move to a place where there's work.
The truth about these dysfunctional downscale communities is that they deserve to die.
Economically, they are negative assets.
Morally, they're indefensible.
Imagine.
Big talk from behind a keyboard.
So we decided to physically go to Garbet, New York to find Mike, since working-class white people like Mike are half the Republican voters.
First, it's hard enough just finding Garbet.
But you know where Garbit is by any chance?
I have no clue, to be honest.
You know anybody in Garbet named Mike?
What they need around here is real opportunity, which means they need a real change, which means that they need you, Haul.
If you want to live, get out of Garbit.
So I say, what the hell are they talking about?
That's insane.
So Garbage says up that way.
And once you find the crossroads of Garbet, about 20 miles south of Rochester, you quickly realize there is no Mike from Garbett.
I don't think there is any Mike Garbet.
Isn't that a Mike?
Not that I know of.
I don't know everybody, but...
No mic?
No Mike.
There's no Mike from Garbett.
There's a Kevin whose dad's name is Mike, but no Mike.
So let's settle for Kevin.
You use heroin, Kevin?
No problem.
You miserable?
Not really.
No, I'm a nurse myself.
You're a nurse.
You actually work.
Yeah, and I actually used to work for General Motors before that.
Used to work for General Motors.
Yeah, before he moved to Mexico.
Kevin, in fact, works two nursing jobs, but still earns less than he did at GM, where he made windshield wiper motors like his father did and his grandfather before him.
There's a lot of struggling people like Kevin in New York, a state that's lost hundreds of thousands of good-paying factory jobs overseas.
Xerox, GM, Kodak, Corning, Bao Shen Lam, to name a few.
Good thing there's cheap imports at Walmart because Kevin can't afford anything else.
Okay, where's that watchman?
Oh, it's probably made of China.
I should say right there.
Philippines made in Philippines.
It's a nice shirt you're wearing.
Oh, that's probably made in China.
Oh, big, big and dash, right, boy.
Let me see here.
Vietnam Dodge.
Vietnam?
Yeah.
Everything has shoes, man.
Those are Joseph.
Probably China.
Where is it?
Indonesia, bro.
Indonesia?
Yeah.
What about your pants?
Oh, those are probably Jones.
Let me see the tag.
Indonesia, bro.
Seems to be the place, huh?
When I was a kid, a lot of people used to hunt out here.
You know, they don't hunt anymore.
Despite what the round-shouldered writers write about people in their own party, Kevin says World Trade and Wall Street have done nothing to improve his life.
And so he looks for something new, however crude and obnoxious.
I probably gotta end up voting for Trump.
You know what I mean?
How come?
Well, he's hitting all the right spots.
You know, suffer sometimes when he screws up.
You know, he's like a bo's not like he rehearses things.
We need jobs.
They gotta be back here.
Manufacturing banks in the United States.
I mean, all the job cigars.
I mean, Kodak fell apart.
I mean, I just stole from my area.
Kevin doesn't draw a government check, doesn't do drugs, and doesn't even keep beer in his fridge.
He is, however, a single parent raising a teenage son, and the son, named Junior, will graduate high school next year and join the Army.
Why do you want to do the military so badly?
Serve my country.
Not very many people plan on doing it.
What do you think of your old man?
If he wasn't sitting here, what would you do?
What would you tell me about your dad?
Be a good hard worker.
Well, going for nursing and everything, coming from a factory, that was quite hard.
I love you.
I look up to you.
Coming from raising the single parent, that going to be not one easy.
I just want the bus for you.
I'd rather have you go to college for a year or two and just don't want military to go that route.
Town, country, family.
That's how it goes in places like Garbit, New York.
And it would do the political establishment some good to get out of their office towers and visit places like Garbit instead of mocking a man who only exists in their imagination.
What have the Republicans done for you?
I don't really know, to be honest with you.
Being a Republican, no, not yet.
Okay, really can't answer that.
Belittle a man, you lose him.
You lose his son, and you lose your party.
What an incredible clip.
I think that clip was one of the best I've seen in a long, long time.
So basically, what this clip was about, as you heard, ladies and gentlemen and Eddie, the establishment media is describing people who vote for Trump as heroin-addicted white trash.
And no one other than heroin-addicted white trash would consider someone like Trump.
But who is voting for Trump?
Well, people like me and Eddie and Keith for starters, people who love this country, people who want to see the manufacturing base return to this country, people who want fair trade for American workers, people who want so many of the nationalistic and populist ideals that Trump is advocating for.
The working class, the people who built this country, that's who they want is Trump.
And they're not heroin-addicted white trash.
And you just heard from somebody who's been decimated by the policies that the Republican and Democratic duopoly has forced upon this country against the will of the voter.
You heard from someone in this commentary who's voting for Trump.
A very moving piece, incredible piece.
And that came thanks to Scoop Stanton.
He alerted me to this commentary.
Eddie, what did you take from that?
I'm going to try to be as clear as I possibly can because I know a lot about this.
Listen, I'll tell you what they can thank the Republican Party for, the people in that town.
They can thank the Republican Party, even more so than the Democrats, God forbid, for taking all the jobs out of the United States and sending them to these foreign countries.
And the way they've done it is through the banking system, through inflation, and through the International Bank of Settlements, through the World Bank, and giving all these foreign nations favorable trade status, giving them tax breaks, paying at the expense of the workers in New York and in the so-called Rust Belt now.
Yeah, we've talked about NAFTA, James, and GATT, and we've talked about, well, we'll get back to this after.
We'll hear the music.
We'll have to come back to this segment because this is a very, very important segment.
We've got to make this clear while we need to distance ourselves from Cruz and vote for Trump.
All right, we'll be back right after this, and we're also going to tell you why common sense is a crime now for police officers.
Let's hang on and come back to the political cesspool right after these messages here on the Liberty News Radio Network.

It's an honor to be here.
We've been doing this for 11 years now.
And every night feels like the first time.
And it's just great to share the stage with you.
We're going to talk this segment about common sense being a crime for police officers, but first, in a minute or less, Eddie's going to wrap up his thoughts on the last segment, which, of course, detailed how the mainstream media is portraying everyone who's voting for Trump as degenerate, white trash, drug addicts, low education, low values.
And of course, we know the truth is that they're anything but that, Eddie.
Go.
Well, the news media people are owned by the same people that owns the entire GOP establishment.
The entire GOP establishment and the news media are bought and sold by the globalist.
They want to denude this country of what's left of the industry.
What Ross Perot talked about back in the 80s of a giant sucking sound coming out of this country if they passed NAFTA GATT FTAA, which has been passed.
So the sucking sound is over with.
This industry in this country has been sucked out.
And once again, I'm saying the entire GOP is for this.
They're for all these globalist trade deals.
Now, Trump, excuse me, Trump, Donald Trump wants to reverse all these illegal trade deals.
He wants to negate them through executive action.
He wants to bring all the industry back to this country.
That's why the GOP is fighting him so hard.
They hate him because he's not bought and paid for by the bankers international globalists.
That's why they're fighting him even harder than the Democrats.
And also, like Newt Gingrich said, he's not a part of the secret society establishment, James.
That's what we're up against.
Vote for Trump.
Cruz is a national.
Cruz is an international globalist.
Amen, Eddie.
And of course, me and you have already done our duty.
Not only did we do our duty and vote for Trump, we delivered Tennessee for Trump.
And of course, without me, you and Keith.
Our three votes swung it.
They needed three votes.
By God, we did it.
Me, you and Keith single-handedly turned Tennessee for Trump.
Of course, you know, Trump, Trump won the South in block.
He won every Confederate state except for Texas, which is where Cruz is from.
And I guess the Texans, I love the Texans, but I guess they thought they'd get a little more port for Trump.
They kind of slipped a notch or two in my book there.
Yeah, well, they did.
They're okay.
I'll tell you, Tennessee is worth 10 Texans at a time.
Every other Confederate state but Texas went for Trump.
And anyway, we're going to shift gears now.
Common sense is a crime for police officers.
Jared Taylor of American Renaissance, in a video that we posted to thepoliticalsupport.org a couple of days ago, explains why racial profiling, which is illegal, is no different than age or sex profiling, both of which are legal.
Now, to ask police to pretend that blacks are no more likely than whites to commit crime is like asking them to pretend that a 17-year-old is no more likely than a 70-year-old to commit crime.
We're going to play this clip now, this video which we posted on our website, in which Jared tells the story of a police department which is now under investigation after its chief stated the obvious.
Let's roll that clip now if we can.
Hello.
I'm Jared Taylor with American Renaissance.
You probably missed it because it was minor news.
But a few days ago, the New Jersey Attorney General and the prosecutor of Bergen County, New Jersey, launched what they called a full investigation into possible criminal activity by the police department of the township of Wyckoff.
Population, 17,000.
The Wyckoff police chief, Benjamin Fox, a named target of the investigation, has gone on administrative leave.
Wyckoff doesn't sound like a bad place.
It's 93% white.
The median household income is $130,000.
And the estimated median house price is $747,000.
Here's one of the 124 houses for sale in Wyckoff.
Asking price, $1.9 million.
Here are a few Wyckoff police officers.
The man on the right in the white shirt is potential criminal Chief Fox.
And here's a picture of a young officer being sworn onto the force in March 2015 while his proud wife holds the Bible.
That's Chief Fox looking on.
And here are some officers about to take part in a run to raise money for the Special Olympics.
The Wyckoff PD was founded in 1922 and has never before been the target of a criminal investigation.
So what's it been up to?
Well, back in 2014, Chief Fox sent an email message to the entire force of 24 officers.
First, he noted that there had been a lot of shouting nationally about police abuse and racial profiling, and then he wrote the following.
Profiling, racial or otherwise, has its place in law enforcement when used correctly and applied fairly.
Don't ask the police to ignore what we know.
Black gang members from T-Neck commit burglaries in Wyckoff.
That's why we check out suspicious black people in white neighborhoods.
White kids buy heroin in black NYC neighborhoods.
That's why the NYPD stops those white kids.
The police know they are there to buy drugs.
It's insane to think that the police should just dumb down just to be politically correct.
The public wants us to keep them safe, and I'm confident that they want us to use our skills and knowledge to attain that goal.
Well, racial profiling is against the law, even though what the law requires is, as Chief Fox points out, insane.
It requires that the police, as he puts it, ignore what we know.
And we know a great deal.
We know, for example, that men commit a lot more crime than women.
We know that young men commit a lot more crime than old men.
The police use this kind of common sense in their work.
It's called sex profiling and age profiling.
Neither, of course, is against the law.
You can sex profile all you want, and we do it all the time.
Three unknown men in your backyard are a greater potential threat than three unknown women.
Everybody knows that.
And sure enough, in Chicago, for example, men are about 13 times more likely than women to be arrested for murder and about 20 times more likely to be arrested for mugging.
Do men yell about this and claim that this proves the police are biased against men?
Do they call for laws to ban sex profiling?
No.
Because, as Chief Fox explains, that would be insane.
Or imagine a law that banned age profiling.
Here is a graph of the age distribution of criminals.
The data are from Britain, but we have the same pattern.
As you can see, 17-year-olds, for whom the bar is highest, commit crime at many times the rate of 10-year-olds at the very left, or people 60 or over at the very right.
A 17-year-old is over 13 times more likely to commit a crime than someone in his 50s.
Imagine trying to do your job as a policeman and trying to abide by a law that requires you to believe that 70-year-olds are just as likely to be responsible for this mess as 17-year-olds.
It would be insane.
While from a strictly statistical point of view, it is equally insane to pretend that white people are just as likely as blacks to rob you or kill you.
In New York City in 2013, a black was 31 times more likely than a white to be arrested for murder and 14 times more likely to be arrested for robbery.
These numbers are greater than the sex and age differences we saw earlier.
So, the cops are allowed to use common sense when it comes to age or sex.
But race?
Oh, no, no.
The cops are required to live in some kind of fantasy land where blacks are absolutely no different from whites.
The police couldn't do their job if they really thought that way.
So, they quietly apply common sense.
They just don't say they do.
And that, of course, was the great crime committed by Benjamin Fox of Wyckoff.
He said out loud what every cop and every sane American knows is true.
By the way, the population of Wyckoff is 0.4% black.
0.4%.
If Chief Fox sees a young black man prowling around this house, the law requires him to think to himself, that must be the teenage son of one of the 0.4%.
I better just move on.
Even Jesse Jackson knows better.
Do you remember this quote?
There is nothing more painful to me at this stage in my life than to walk down the street and hear footsteps and start thinking about robbery, then look around and see someone white and feel relieved.
Jesse feels relieved because he knows black people are a lot more dangerous than white people.
But the law says the police must pretend that's not so.
And racial profiling works both ways.
Remember what Chief Fox said about white guys buying drugs.
If Chadwick and Aldrich go strolling through this neighborhood, the police are going to notice.
But since the chief's message about racial profiling went to the entire department back in 2014, the entire department is going to be investigated.
Everyone in it could be guilty.
Just look at these three.
Don't they look like vicious criminals?
I'm waiting for U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch to launch a full federal investigation of the Wyckoff PD.
Why not?
They already have a signed confession from the chief himself.
This is America, after all.
The land of the free, the home of the brave, and where common sense is a crime.
Thanks for watching.
Well, that video is at our website, thepoliticalsuccesspool.org.
And, you know, thanks to Scoop Stanton and his weekly cop segment, we are becoming very well known in the law enforcement community, and we're grateful for that.
Don't forget, I'll be speaking at the 2016 American Renaissance Conference, which will be held May 20th through the 22nd at Montgomery Bell State Park near Nashville, Tennessee.
Go to Amrin.com, amrin.com, for tickets and accommodations, and you'll be able to meet me.
That's worth a trip in and of itself.
When we come back, A, it's Confederate History Month.
