You're listening to the Liberty News Radio Network, and this is the Political Cesspool.
The Political Cesspool, known across the South and worldwide, as the South's foremost populist conservative radio program.
And here to guide you through the murky waters of the Political Cesspool is your host, James Edwards.
Hello, everybody, and welcome to the Political Cesspool Radio Program.
I'm your host, James Edwards.
Saturday, March 8th, here we are again in our flagship radio station in Memphis, Tennessee, going out to the AMFM affiliates of the Liberty News Radio Network and Simulcasting Online and around the world at thepolitical cesspool.org.
Folks, if you are a member of the Cesspool family of listeners who is a contributor to our show, you will have received a letter from me in the mail over the course of the past seven days.
The first quarter fundraising drive is now upon us, and I'm telling you, folks, I'm telling you, and we'll talk more about this later in the show because we've got a great show tonight, as we always do.
We need your help.
We need your help to continue our good work.
Please consider standing with us and supporting us during the month of March.
Our fundraising drives each quarter, the four times a year we go in fundraising mode, absolutely essential to the survival of the political cesspool.
Keith Alexander in here tonight sporting a beard.
I tell you what, if you haven't seen Keith, he looks like a million bucks tonight.
I'm just going to let you, I'm going to let him tell you what's going on, and then we're going to hit a dozen stories this hour.
How's that sound to your folks?
We're just going to bounce around.
A couple of things that have caught my attention this week.
We're going to nail them all.
And then we're going to get into some more involved topics in the second and third hour.
It's a little rapid fire here after Keith tells you his evolution in style.
Well, it all started when James reported that beards were racist.
So I decided I had to have one.
I had to get with the flow here.
But anyway, we started having really cold weather in Memphis.
This has been the coldest winter in 20 years, according to the U.S. Weather Service.
And I believe it.
Well, I didn't shave on Monday, and then I didn't shave Tuesday.
I didn't shave Wednesday.
And then I said, I'm just going to let this thing grow and see what happens.
And I'm hoping that all this hair that's growing on my face, I can persuade it to illegally immigrate to the top of my head and thicken up my hair.
I can do it.
James wants to know how it's done because he's got the same problem.
But only worse.
But anyway, that's that story in a nutshell.
Okay.
And then James has been out of pocket for the last week.
He's getting back in the saddle now.
We've got a lot of changes going on around here right now.
And we're very much looking forward to Confederate History Month, which is coming up in April.
You know, here we are the first Saturday in March, or maybe the second Saturday, the second one.
But we're already looking forward with eager anticipation to Confederate History Month.
We intend to really do that upright this year.
And we don't want to spoil the surprise, but leave it to say that it's going to be ramped up from what it's been in the past.
And I think everybody that likes Confederate History Month is really going to like this year's version.
Keith, actually, when it was, once we passed Valentine's Day, I started looking up songs and stories about Confederate history that we can play.
I start getting excited about April around Valentine's Day each year because it's always a special month for our program.
You're going to be yeah, Valentine's, yes.
But in Valentine's Day in February is when I start looking forward because I know Confederate History Month's getting close.
So that's what's going on.
So Keith's going to be spearheading our Confederate History Month series this year.
Of course, Eddie the Bombardier Miller will be weighing in, as I will too.
We're going to have some invited guests.
And if you liked it last year, you're going to love it this year.
Always a highlight, and it's getting ever more close to being here.
Later on in the show tonight, Eddie will be back wrapping up his series on the economy, which really ratcheted up last week with his invited guest.
Keith's going to be talking about colonialism.
Why are we going to be talking about that?
We'll find out in the second hour.
But first, this hour, as I mentioned, let's bounce around and hit some news stories that have been sent to me by listeners who wanted our opinion on a number of things.
Number one, a couple of inconsistencies, Keith, I guess, to say the least, in the NFL this week, some double standards cropping up there.
Barry Switzer.
Anyone remember Barry Switzer?
He was the former coach at Oklahoma University, the Sooners, also a Super Bowl-winning coach for the Dallas Cowboys in the mid-90s.
Well, Barry Switzer here in the last few days said on a talk radio show that he would, if he were still coaching in the NFL, he would never start a white quarterback.
He would never start a white quarterback.
And I think that's great that he said that because what it means is, number one, Barry Switzer understands that there are differences between the races, that race is not just a social construct.
Barry Switzer, he is of the opinion, he is of the opinion that blacks are more athletic than whites.
And so he said that he would never start a white quarterback.
He only wants a black quarterback.
And so there you have it.
And of course, there was not a peep of outcry from any of the or protests from any of the talking heads in the media.
It was either met with, oh, how brave of him.
Yes, he finally is speaking truth to power.
Black quarterbacks are better athletes at any position than whites, or it was just, ho-hum, no big deal.
Of course, he believes that.
Well, I'd like to see a coach then on the alternate hand say, you know what, that's fine if Barry wants to start blacks because he believes that they're better athletes.
But, you know, I like a quarterback that has a high IQ.
I like a quarterback who, when he's pressured or when the defenses call an audible, that he can read these defenses and scan the field at a high rate and solve a problem rather than running like a scalded jackrabbit when he's pressured like a lot of these black quarterbacks do.
You know, they get pressured.
You see it with Robert Griffin.
You see it with Michael Vick.
That's why they're always injured because when they get pressured, all they can do is run.
They can't think their way out of the problem.
Yes, I know.
Russell Wilson, starting quarterback of the Seattle Seahawks, is somewhat black, and he won the Super Bowl this year, and more power to him.
I'm not saying that they can't be good quarterbacks.
There are and have been some good black quarterbacks over the year.
But as a whole, you know, have there ever been any on the level of a Tom Brady or a Troy Aikman or a Peyton Manning?
I don't think so.
But let's talk about it.
So there you have it, I guess, Keith.
Switzerland saying race is not just a social construct.
It's real.
And if he can say that, perhaps, well, how long are you going to hold your breath for a white coach to say, well, if there are differences in races in terms of athleticism, there must therefore be differences in mental capacity as well.
What it shows is that over the past 70 years, the world has been turned upside down.
If racial segregation and racial discrimination against blacks was a problem in the past, it pales in comparison to the outright overt discrimination against whites in favor of all non-whites that now passes as mainstream opinion.
This is persecution, and what this is going to do is destroy the West.
In fact, I think it's really a strategy that's been put in place by the left for the express purpose of destroying the rest.
See, that's all that you can say about it.
That's what's, yeah, they're not expressing it.
I guess it's not the express purpose, but it is the secret purpose of the elites to basically put lesser people in charge of governments, businesses, and whatnot in the service of a concept known as globalism.
Globalism thinks that there should be no differences in income throughout the world.
They find it a great offense that white nations tend to be more prosperous than non-white nations, so they want to obliterate borders, flood white nations with non-whites, and bring these nations down to the average of the world.
Let me tell you, that's not in anybody's interest.
White, black, yellow, red in a Western nation, people.
We'll talk more about this and other topics of interest after these words from our sponsors.

Welcome back to the show, everybody.
We were talking in that last hour, Keith Alexander and I were, about Barry Switzer's comments about he would never start a white quarterback.
I got another oddity from the NFL this week.
The NFL Rules Commission, Rules Committee, is leaning towards issuing a 15-yard penalty.
If you say the N-word, I mean, you think I'm joking.
You think I'm about to get a punchline, but I laugh because, I mean, come on.
First of all, who says the N-word in the NFL?
Black people.
There was one white guy, Riley Cooper for the Philadelphia Eagles, who suffered public castration for having said it one time last year.
And Richie Incognito for the Dolphins.
They're getting drummed out of the league and being punished.
I think the guy for the Eagles received a pardon from Michael Vick, so he was absolved of losing his career.
No such luck with incognito.
And I'm not saying, listen, you know, don't use it because it's just, you know, it's impolite.
That's just, you know, all there is to it.
But so here it is.
A 15-yard penalty, when you're talking about a 100-yard field, it's pretty substantial, 15 yards.
But the thing about it is, you know, no white people say the N-word in the NFL.
And you just know that that doesn't happen.
You'd read about it in every newspaper in the country if it occurred.
I guess if a white person did say it, the team would just immediately forfeit the game and the guy would lose his career.
The team would lose its franchise.
Yes, the owner would have to forfeit his franchise.
But no, so this is a penalty, in effect, to ban the N-word from being uttered on the field of play, 15-yard penalty.
But it singles out, obviously, black players since they are the only people that use the colorful language.
Well, like right on cue, Richard Sherman of the Seattle Seahawks said it is racist to implement such a penalty because it prohibits blacks from using language that they like.
You know, they don't care.
Don't kid yourself, folks.
Black people don't mind the N-word.
They just know that if a white person says it, they can shake them down and harass them and get some sort of a guilty pleasure, extort money and all this other stuff.
It doesn't bother them.
If it bothered them, they wouldn't call each other then.
I don't want to hear, well, they can use it in one context and whites can use it in another.
It's either all right or it's all wrong.
But so a 15-yard penalty, first of all, that's absurd.
That's a major penalty for language.
All right.
And the N-word is hardly the worst word they use out on the field of play.
G-D-F, this, F, that.
Have you ever been to a pro basketball game set up close?
I mean, you'll hear the kind of language that you've never heard before.
And so anyway, 15-yard penalty.
The blacks don't like it because they say it's racist to ask them to stop calling each other the N-word.
I mean, this is what's going on.
It is racist to make black people behave, apparently, is what the final message is here.
Now, we've got one word and one word alone in the entire lexicon of the English language that has its own penalty now.
Congratulations.
Political correctness has triumphed in a way that no one could ever have imagined that they would triumph.
Is probably the signal achievement of political correctness that they're going to have a penalty in American football that is geared specifically to one politically incorrect term usage.
Now, what are they going to do when all of the malefactors, all the people that run afoul of this rule, are black?
Well, you know what's going to happen.
There's going to be all this cutting and covering, and the next thing you know, they're going to modify the penalty, or they're going to just come out of the closet with differential justice and say it is a penalty only if white people or non-black people use the term.
This is the crazy Orwellian world the liberalism is giving us, cultural Marxism.
You know, you can't make this stuff up, people.
It gets more absurd with each passing hour.
Well, I got another absurdity for you.
Well, not an absurdity.
I guess for it to be absurd, it'd have to be somewhat unusual.
This is just another classic hypocrisy and double standard of the left.
Obama has unveiled this new thing called My Brother's Keeper.
Have you heard about this, Keith?
Brother's Keeper is basically another government program aimed to divert money exclusively to minorities or blacks, and specifically My Brother's Keeper.
First of all, it's ironic that Obama, of all people, would head up a program called My Brother's Keeper when his brother's living in a hut in Kenya.
I mean, you know, you've heard about this.
I mean, that's true.
That's not even, I mean, it's funny to an extent because of the craziness of it getting by on a dollar a month.
And, you know, this guy was trotted out, I think, during the election cycles when Obama was running the first time.
And then for re-election, you hear about him every now and then.
But it's Obama's half-brother, and he lives in a hut.
And Obama acknowledges that this guy's his brother.
It's not a controversy like the birth certificate fiasco, but this is just a matter of fact.
And so it's ironic that Obama institutes this program called Brother's Keeper when he doesn't keep his own blood brother.
But anyway, just another big radical redistribution of wealth pouring into the hands of low-income minorities.
And I saw a CNN commentator, a black CNN commentator, of course, not that a white commentator wouldn't have said the same thing.
And he said that finally Obama is acting like a black president.
Finally, Obama is doing something for his people.
Well, here's this black CNN commentator referring to Obama as black and referring to black people as Obama's people.
Once again, Keith, as we ascertained with Barry Switzer's comments, apparently race is only a social construct when whites try to differentiate between the races.
This guy, the CNN talking head, national television commentator, refers to Obama as a black president.
He is finally acting like a black president, doing something to help exclusively help his people.
Certainly race exists in the eyes of this man too, and it's a good thing.
Political correctness for thee, but not for me, would be what Sam Francis called this.
We are confronted with double standards like this every day.
And unfortunately, it comes to pass that they're not even questioned anymore because the elite that are in charge of the media, in charge of education, in charge of every institution in our society, has decreed that this is okay.
And the sheeple, as Michael Savage calls them, just go right along.
They don't want to find any type of conflict in their life.
They don't want to say or utter anything vaguely conservative because they know that that is a career killer.
So people just live with this absurdity.
You know, the truth is stranger than fiction, Jane.
We've got a caller from Illinois, Dave in Illinois.
Dave, how are you?
Hi there, James.
Good to be on the show.
Great to have you calling in.
What can we do for you tonight?
Well, you were mentioning Barry Switzer, and I'm not sure if a lot of people know that in his autobiography in the late 80s, it was entitled Bootleggers Boy.
But in that book, he basically says that he believes black athletes are superior to white athletes.
Wait, and you know, and I guess I have a problem with that on some extents because there are certainly great white athletes that can compete with anyone, and everybody knows that to be true.
But it's almost as if it's just a token knee-jerk reaction.
Well, of course, blacks are better athletes.
And for him, again, for him to say that, it should at least open up a dialogue both ways.
Not just that there is superiority on one end in terms of athleticism, but that perhaps deficiencies could also exist in blacks, not just in athletics, but in other realms as well.
Oh, exactly.
And, you know, I guess I liken it, too, if a well-known white college football coach had wrote a book and said that he preferred white athletes because they were better students and they had better impulse control, he would have been busted down to Pop Warner.
So there's a big double standard.
Well, you know, there actually were two coaches like that in the Southeastern Conference in 1971 when the league integrated, or 72, I think it was.
And they both quit that year.
That was John Howard Vaught of Ole Miss, football coach, and Adolph Rupp, basketball coach at Kentucky.
They knew the changes that were going to be wrought by racial integration.
They knew the corruption that would enter into the recruitment process, and they wanted no part of it.
Folks, we've got more on this and other topics of interest after these words from our sponsors.
Cross the land.
You're listening to Liberty News Radio.
The Occidental Quarterly fills a unique niche in bringing together scholarly articles on a wide range of topics that are mired in political correctness elsewhere.
It is edited by Professor Kevin McDonald, who's no stranger to listeners of the political cesspool.
There are quite a few reasons for the precarious state of our civilization and our people, but one of the main ones is that we have lost the intellectual and moral high ground to a cultural elite that is hostile to our people and our culture.
Those of us who are politically aware must understand that the elites dominating culture and the political process in the West are intellectually and morally bankrupt.

Welcome back to the show.
Every news article that we're covering this first hour was sent in to me by you, the listener.
And so we're trying to bounce around here, cover some varied topics in somewhat of a logical order.
I mean, I got one email about the Switzer story, one email about the 15-yard penalty for the N-word in the NFL.
So we're, you know, we're putting those, you know, together because they both have to deal with football.
But got a, all right.
Somebody sent me this.
All right, so I got a couple of pictures about diversity in the Army.
And the first one shows an African American woman soldier.
She's in her uniform, and she's sticking her tongue down the throat of the silhouette of the P-O-W-M-I-A logo.
You know, the guy's kind of sitting there.
It's a silhouette front and center.
And she's, you know, doing something sexual to it.
And of course, captured it on photograph in her uniform.
And then there's another African-American woman who posted something apparently onto Facebook, it looks like, and she says, this is a picture of me laying in my car hiding so I don't have to salute the flag, keep all your that's so disrespectful, how rude, etc. comments to yourself because I don't give a F.
And then you know what F says.
All right, so this is, you know, has the American Army gotten better?
Under multiculturalism.
Under multiculturalism.
I don't know.
Yes, there are undoubtedly white knuckleheads that do things that should be ridiculed.
And I'm sure that they're out there.
But I believe it's probably a little more prevalent among this demographic.
And these are just two instances from whence we drew.
But I agree with Pat Buchanan that World War II was unnecessary.
He wrote the book and actually promoted it on this show, Churchill, Hitler, and the Unnecessary War.
I think Europe should have solved Europe's problems.
I don't think it would have involved America.
I don't think Hitler would have come over to America and liquidated Christianity and put us all in concentration camps.
I just don't think so.
Maybe I'm wrong.
And see, that's the thing about this show.
You can listen to this show and you say, you know what, y'all are wrong about everything.
I don't think we are.
I know a lot of listeners around the world don't think we are.
Yeah, it's not even a possibility, really.
But, okay, well, just say we're wrong, but don't try to dismiss our arguments with a lot of name-calling and nonsense.
But here's the question.
Whether we're right or wrong about this, that, or the other, I agree with Buchanan, shouldn't have been involved in World War II.
You know, those were the death blows of Western civilization, by the way.
You want to know why Western civilization is reeling now, why we are plummeting as our birth rates are plummeting.
Think of how many fathers were just wiped out in the two world wars in Europe and here in America.
Anyway, but these two women, this one that's doing something orally sexual to the MIA guy, the POW guy, and then this one who hides so she didn't have to salute the flag.
How far up Omaha Beach do you think these soldiers would have made it?
You know, going up against the Wehrmacht and going up against those, I don't guess it was really a lot of German troops there in Normandy, but could you imagine them raising the flag at Iwo Jima?
There's rhetorical questions, I guess, but you talk about all these army cutbacks.
Maybe it's not such a bad thing, except the only thing is they won't be cutting out these kinds of people.
You know, it's as if someone, the multiculturalists, the liberals, are intentionally trying to sabotage our nation and sabotage our military by putting people like this into the military who not only can't cut the mustard physically, they can't pass through basic training without having a special dispensation that allows them to meet lower standards.
Furthermore, they hate the nation that they're fighting for.
They flout their oath as a soldier, and they are basically trying their best to destroy a sprit de corps within the corps within the Army, the Navy, whatever branch of service they happen to find themselves in.
And rather than being punished, these people are being rewarded.
They're getting admission to Annapolis and West Point on an attenuated lower basis than white candidates.
They are promoted based on fewer achievements.
And they're not kicked out, apparently.
Even when they make postings like this that show that they are basically treasonous, they are still in the armed forces garnering a paycheck, working on a pension, and getting promotions.
You know, again, how did this type of situation ever occur?
And how can we sustain our position of power and dominance in the world when we have a military that is populated with wretches like this person?
If Russia and China ever form an alliance, which is what many people think that they might, and if I was Russia, why not?
Could you imagine them ever worrying about the United States Army?
But the thing about it is, and one of our commenters posted this on our website, thepoliticalspool.org.
The military is becoming nothing more than an affirmative action jobs program for all the officially accredited victim status groups.
But of course, the real fighting is going to be done by high-tech weaponry under the control of straight white guys.
And this is all just window dressing.
But, you know, these two women in these pictures, the one that wouldn't salute the flag or never salutes the flag and the one that's licking the face of the POW, MIA guy, they're women and they're black, so they got two out of the three gold stars by their name already.
If they were just either of them lesbians, they'd be on the fast track to becoming a general in the American Army.
And, you know, if they're bisexual, perhaps that's even better.
If Eddie the Bombardier Miller had been walking down the hall and saw this one woman, you know, Eddie was a combat medic, served two tours, watched people die in his arms, you know, this horror that Eddie had to live through in Vietnam.
And many of the POW guys were Vietnam veterans.
You know, I couldn't imagine a real soldier like Eddie running into one of these women.
And I'm not saying he would have done something foolish.
Obviously, he wouldn't have.
I'm not talking about he would have accosted them or anything like that.
But I'm sure he would let them know in the strongest possible language that he could muster what a disgrace these people are.
And they're doing it in uniform.
It's just, you know, it'd be one thing if you knew they were a soldier and they were just clowning around.
No, but they're doing this in a uniform.
Eddie, of course, if he had rebuked them in any way whatsoever, he'd have been drummed out on a hate crimes charge, I'm sure.
But, you know, this is the Army.
You expect stuff like this in low-level or mid-level government.
You know, they make all these bureaucratic jobs and low-level and mid-level government paper-pushing jobs just for people like this.
But now you're talking about Army people.
Look, when Eddie was serving back in the late 60s and early 70s, somebody like this would have been drummed out of the service with a dishonorable discharge faster than you could shake a lamb's tail.
In today's world, nothing is going to happen to this person.
And that's the best thing that you can say.
Probably they would be promoted for exhibiting this type of disloyal behavior.
That's how crazy our government and our military has become under the influence of political correctness, John.
And just the whole idea of female soldiers, Keith, is, look, I love women.
I think my wife is a hero of mine.
I mean, you know, women do things that we can't do, and we need them, and they need us.
But just like there are differences between the races, different races have different strengths, different cultures have different attributes, and I love it all.
I really do respect diversity.
I have no problem with diversity.
I just don't want, I want to be able to celebrate my culture and have living space for the people who share my ideas and my heroes and my language and my religion and things like that.
But, you know, the thing about it is, you know, my wife wouldn't make a good soldier, just like I wouldn't make a mother.
I couldn't imagine my wife, five feet tall, 100 pounds, going in and playing army like women do and like they are encouraged to do, like these two, I guess, would be supposed to do if they ever got called in.
You know, it just, it doesn't make sense.
Women are not equipped to handle the physical rigors of things like that, number one, nor the mental rigors.
You know, and I got a story here, too.
A guy, this was sent in by another listener.
A guy got on a flight and he saw that it was a female pilot.
It was a commercial flight.
And he asked the stewardess if she had gotten her appropriate number of hours of training and, you know, because he was concerned about having a female flight crew.
Honestly, I would too.
And I'll tell you something else.
Political correctness doesn't an affirmative action isn't going to dictate whether or not I feel safe or not.
It's not going to dictate my peace of mind.
Look, I had a pilot's license.
I let it lapse a couple of years ago.
It's expensive to maintain.
You have to get all of these hours in each year to keep your standing.
I never, your certification, I never saw a female pilot.
And all the time I was flying private planes.
When I go into a commercial flight, though, I want to make sure that it's two men and not just two men, but two men that kind of look like me.
I look for that.
I know in the Denzel Washington movie, Flight, he's this ace black pilot.
I've never seen a black pilot in all of my travels.
And Denzel Washington is a fine actor.
In fact, he is one of the best actors as far as I'm concerned, contemporarily speaking.
If you've ever watched a Training Day, I mean, he's just a fine actor, but I wouldn't want to take a flight with him on it.
And so, of course, the guy that asked about the female pilot, he was ridiculed in the national press.
Oh, how sexist, how evil women can do anything men do and better.
You can say it to you blue in the face, but it's just not true, and we can't bear children.
It's just, listen, it's just the truth, folks.
It's just the truth.
We're going to let Keith comment on that when we come back.
We fought. We learned.
We struggled.
We won.
Despite Obama's best efforts, the newspaper of the human resistance survives.
We have lived only to face a new nightmare: the war against the machines.
Read about our struggle in The Sovereign, newspaper of the resistance.
The Sovereign is a 24-page monthly tabloid newspaper about the war between man and machinery.
We've tried reason, we've tried legislation, we've tried every peaceful means imaginable, and all it's gotten us is shut out.
So now we fight the machines.

This is mercy.
It was never our destiny to stop the age of Obama.
It was merely to survive it.

Welcome back.
To get on the show, call us on James's Dime at 1-866-986-6397.
All right, everybody.
I got to take a quick departure from your regularly scheduled programming and get to what is, without question, the worst part of my job.
It's just something I hate to do, but it has to be done.
The first quarter fundraising drive is going on, folks.
I hate to ask.
And I have always been completely transparent and candid with you about the state of the show.
If ever there were a significant benefactor, Well, every one of you are significant.
Don't get me wrong.
Don't think for one minute that I am diminishing the contributors that we have.
I love you.
You have kept us on the air for 10 years.
You have built us into a top 10 rated radio show.
Top 10 rated based off of donations of $25, $100, a couple of hundred dollars.
It's incredible what we've done.
But we have gotten off.
You know, our fundraising drives, we do four of them a year where we go all in to bring enough into the storehouse to keep us going.
We've gotten off to our slowest start for a fundraising drive in four years this month.
We kicked it off on March 1st.
Now, if I told you how much we've brought in in the last eight days, the SPLC would be laughing until the second coming of Christ.
I mean, it's just, it's not a lot, folks, and it's not sustainable.
We have got to have a good month.
You know, yes, our audience is bigger than it's ever been before.
There's no doubt about that.
Top 10 rated show.
And let me tell you this, that's top 10 rated here in America.
Our latest analytic figures for our web traffic suggest that 53% of the people who go to our website each day, each week, are from the United States.
That means that nearly 50% of our audience is from other parts of the world.
It's bigger than it's ever been before, but donations are down.
Less than 1% of our audience contributes to the political cesspool.
That's fine.
You know, I understand.
Times are tight.
We're working class folks.
We're middle class.
I understand how it is.
But we've got something special here that we've built together, ladies and gentlemen.
You know it and I know it.
A top 10 show talking about these issues, running on a budget of less than $20,000 a year, a minimum wage budget.
You've built the top 10.
If I told you, here's your task.
You're charged with the task of creating a top 10 rated show and your annual budget is less than a kid working at Chick-fil-A.
You do that.
Under the federal poverty level, and that's your budget for a nationally syndicated show.
Make it top 10.
We've done that together, folks.
We have done that together, by God.
It's a miracle.
It is a miracle.
And we're getting bigger.
We're getting stronger, but the donations are down.
I don't know why.
We need your help.
All right.
We had a little incident last month where we had to, because our web traffic was getting more significant and getting greater, we had to invest a couple thousand dollars, which shouldn't be much for a show like this, but it's a lot for us.
Invest that to increase our web packaging and to increase our bandwidth.
And we did a little emergency fundraiser around Valentine's Day, and that was a little band-aid.
But folks, we're in a little bit of trouble right now.
I'm just going to tell you how it is.
If you're listening to the show, if you love our work and you want to see us continue, help us out.
Without strong support from listeners like you, we're going to be forced to close our doors at a time when America urgently needs our voice and leadership.
I don't think that's going to happen.
We've had slow starts before.
We've rebounded from them time and time again, but not this slow.
So I'm hoping that over the course of the next three weeks, as we're a quarter of the way through the first quarter fundraising drive, we've got three weeks left in March.
We got to get going.
More than anyone else, we provide the news that's essential to exposing and defeating the anti-white agenda.
We provide the facts here on this network that the media ignore or are afraid to report.
And that's why your support of this show is so important.
And with your help, we're going to not only continue what we've always done, but we're going to build upon it and take it to greater heights.
And we're going to continue to soar.
And we've got some great incentives for you.
You know, that's another thing we do that no one else does.
Everybody that donated to the political cesspool in December for the fourth quarter fundraising drive of 13 got a gift from us.
Everybody.
It doesn't matter if it was $1 or $100 or more, you got something from us.
We love our audience and we try to let that show.
You donate $100 or more before the end of March.
You're going to receive a copy of one of my all-time favorite books.
It's called Race in the American Prospect.
It's a collection of essays from Washington, was it Washington Times editor, Samuel Francis, Sam Dixon, Kevin McDonald, Gerald Taylor, and more on the racial realities of our nation and our time.
$100 or more.
It's a beautiful book.
It's a hard copy book, beautifully designed.
It's a coffee table book.
It's a masterpiece.
$100 or more, that's yours as our gift.
$200 or more, you're going to receive that book, as well as the latest edition of the Occidental Quarterly.
Those two books alone are $65 face value.
And that's what we're giving to people who donate at $100 or the $200 level.
Folks, we need your help.
I'm just telling you how it is.
If we had a guy that came down, descended down from the heavens and gave us a grant of $100,000, I'd say, folks, we had a guy that gave us $100,000 yesterday.
We don't have to fundraise.
You don't have to give us another dime for five years.
And I would tell you that.
And I wouldn't take a dime from you.
I donate to the show every month.
I don't ever sleep.
It's a full-time job.
I'm not complaining.
The unexamined life isn't worth living.
That's what Socrates said.
I believe it.
I don't mind being called names.
I don't mind taking the spears, but we need your help to keep the show on the air.
First quarter fundraising drive going on through the end of the month.
Respond to it, please.
Keith, would you like to say a word to that?
And then we got to get to Scoop Stanton, who's been waiting.
Yeah.
Quite frankly, I'm in awe of the program.
Not in all of myself, not in all of James, not in all of anything except the whole package.
We on a shoestring budget, a budget that is less than the federal level of poverty, I think that's $23,000.
We operate this radio program for $20,000 a year, and we're in the top 10 of internet traffic.
How has that happened?
It's happened because we tell a truth that people can't find elsewhere on the radio or on the internet.
We are providing a vital service, people.
Don't let us go silent.
Folks, I don't think you will.
I'm hoping you won't.
You can donate online tonight safely and securely.
It takes about two minutes.
I donated earlier today, sending a contribution to the show myself at thepoliticalsspool.org.
Let's go to Peter Scoop Stanton.
Keep the party going.
Now that business is out of the way.
Scoop, what do you got for us tonight, brother?
Good evening, family.
Well, tonight, or this weekend is the weekend of the Conservative Political Action Conference.
Now, it's held in the D.C. area.
It's at the Gaylord National Resort in Prince Georgia County, Maryland, which is just outside of the district.
However, they should call it the Beltway Convention or Beltway Insider Convention because some speakers include Duke Gingrich, Mitch McConnell, Marco Rubio, and Senator Ted Cruz, Chris Christie, who's no friend of the conservative movement, and former NYP Commissioner and atomic Bernard Carrick.
Now, my issue with CPAC is if you're going to call yourself the Conservative Political Action Conference, have some real conservatives, number one.
Number two, for love of God, get some fresh blood in there.
You had Bernard Carrick up there, who was just an absolute scoundrel.
During 9-11, a person who lived near Ground Zero gave the city the use of his apartment.
Mr. Carrick used it as a hot sheet motel with somebody who was not his wife.
Meanwhile, Adam Kokesh, his crime was just bringing a shotgun, unloaded shotgun, pointing around in the chamber, and that man was railroaded.
No mention of him, but we get to hear about Bernard Carrick and his tax problems.
But used to say, there's no Jesse Lee Peterson, no James Edwards.
Our good friend Richard Spencer, he was there, and he's having a conference offline, not part of the conference itself, but he wasn't asked to speak.
But how many times are we going to have Newt Gingrich up there in all these old hacks from 20 years ago?
Yeah, true conservatives at the Conservative Political Action Conference, no doubt.
Newt Gingrich leading the way.
Hey, Scoop, do you know, and I don't mean to put you on the spot, but I know the results were just announced, and I don't know who won, not that it matters, but who won the conservative, the CPAC straw poll.
Did anybody know?
I do.
I do.
Well, hold on to your hats because it's none other than Senator Rand Paul.
Rand Paul.
All right.
Who is he calling?
And Cruz came in close to second it.
Rand Paul's a little bit like Darth Vader.
Yeah, yeah.
Rand Paul, now that he's gone over to the dark side, is going to win that straw poll.
But then, don't be fooled, who's won the straw poll in the past?
Mitt Romney won the Ron Paul won it once or twice, maybe.
Mitt Romney won it twice.
And, you know, who else possibly, you know, I wouldn't be surprised if George W. Bush won it sometime in the past.
This is crazy.
John McCain may have won it, heaven's sakes.
You know, this is crazy.
I know that I think Chris Christie won it one year.
I stand to be corrected on that.
But none of these people are authentic conservatives.
All these people are stalking horses for the left who are intended to misdirect conservative zeal, energy, and resources away from true conservatives like yours truly, James Edwards, Sam Dixon, Richard Spencer, Sam Bushman, all of these, you know, Jared Taylor, Kevin McDonald, and numerous other paleoconservatives.
These people at CPAC, you know, are worthy of our scorn and contempt, particularly when somebody like Mitt Romney, for crying out loud, wins their straw poll.
Shows you just exactly what a, it's just a rubber stamp for the establishment.
And of course, at the CPAC, they had a nice panel on how we can get more non-white voters into the Republican Party, as you would expect.
And it might be a little bit better than the national Republican convention that is held every four years, but not much.
Folks, I want to tell you, coming up in the second hour, you're in for a big, big treat.
Keith has prepared for us a presentation on the pros and cons of colonialism.
So not only do we talk about contemporary issues, we're going to revisit the past.
Because if you don't understand the past, you're doomed to repeat it, right, Keith?
And maybe you need to know about the past and a little truth of it.
And we're going to give you some right after this.
