So again, we've covered more ground than we could recall up until this point, but thank God we do have the broadcast archive that are always available to our listening audience at the conclusion of each live show.

That's why I use the word erudite because it refers to you.

Well, I'm actually not in charge of FaithandHeritage.com, but it's a guy named Nathaniel Strickland.
He's a good friend of mine.
And has been on the show.
Yes, Nathan Strickland has been on the show, him and Neil Desperando, another wonderful author at Faith and Heritage.
I am a measly contributing author as well, but it's a wonderful show.
And I know I can imagine if you deal in racial realist movements for a while, you come across a lot of hostility to Christianity and our Christian ancestors.
And I would just like to, I guess, make a plea to the people in the audience who might be listening to the cesspool.
And don't give up the faith of your ancestors.
You know, we're here.
We're racial realists and we have important things to say to the racial community from a Christian perspective.

And that's something that our show has always strived to do, Bill.
And I know that that was the focus of your talk yesterday.
And if you could, and I certainly want to keep our guest on for a few more minutes, basically give us a nutshell encapsulation of the talk you had yesterday, because certainly it coincides with what he had to say from a perspective.
I thought it was excellent, Mr. Rowland's talk.
Well, I mean, I've discussed this on the show before, and it's the unsettling trend to me of people who are racialists and people who are white nationalists and pro-white are drifting away from the faith of our ancestors, which is and was Christianity.
And I simply made the point that, you know, the pagans of the pre-Christian era never built a Gothic cathedral.
They were illiterate for the most part, except for some runes that we don't translate now.
They built no roads, no cities.
And it was actually in the Christian era that these tribes became nation-states that we know today.
And it was these nation-states who kept the Muslims of the sixth century from taking over Europe.
It wasn't tribes.
It was the nation states of Charles Martel and eventually the French, I mean, the Spanish kingdom.
But I think it's very important that we not reject a faith we've had for 2,000 years for a paganism that we really know nothing about and which has no basis in our experience.
And as we always talk about, we've heard the grievances.
Where's the gratitude?
We've heard about slavery.
But what about the gratitude for all of the great scientific and cultural advancements that have been bestowed upon all of humanity by our people?
And certainly those scientific and technological advancements have been bestowed upon humanity by our people under the banner of Christendom.
This is when most of our technology.
I saw a PBS show recently, and it was hosted by, it was BBC, and it was hosted by this British guy, and he had these, I think it was six or seven reasons why the West triumphed over all other cultures.
And he went through the technologies and sciences and Greece and all this.
But the last one surprised me because he actually credited Christianity with the reason that the West triumphed over all of their cultures and civilizations.
And he pointed out the aspects and the qualities of Christianity which did this.
And one thing that he did surprise me, he went to China, and there he discovered that now in China, there are more Christians in China than there are in Europe, practicing church-going Christians.
And he recognizes quite truly as a great advance for our civilization, because in China, the Christian Chinese are recognized as those businessmen who have the most integrity, the workers who have inherited the Protestant work ethic as a result of their Christianization.
And it may very well be true that within not too many years, China will be a Christian country and will be a pagan country.
And I don't think that's right.
But Scott, let me ask you something.
Give us an example of some of the articles that people might see on faith and heritage right now.
Well, at Faith and Heritage, we're very concerned with providing a Christian presuppositions and a Christian outlook on racial realist issues.
Just general white advocacy issues.
Along those ends, our editor, Nathaniel Strickland, has been doing a lot of work on the German word Heimat, which has no real English translation.
Heimat means roughly equivalent to the word habitat, but it's a racial habitat.
It's so much more rich.
So what we're doing is we're taking these concepts from a Christian perspective and we're informing the racialist community, hopefully, to win people to Christ.
You know, we want to advocate Christianity in the white nationalist community.
Look, you can be a Christian and still have common sense political beliefs.
And that's what we are here on the radio show, and that's what so many of our audience are.
And there is a website that advances that in a way that we don't here on the radio show, even though we infuse both into our commentary.

You know, when I did make that speech, I think one thing that I tried to emphasize was that if, in fact, Christianity is the cause for the decline of our race, then all the liberals would be flocking into the churches and dropping to their knees when in fact they're not.
They're, for the most part, and liberals will tell you, are either atheists, agnostics, or spiritualists and not Christians.
So I think that puts a lot of the notion of Christianity as destroying the race because liberals ain't going to church.
It was good enough for Robert E. Lee.
It was good enough for any of us in this room tonight.

All right, everybody, welcome back.
We're nearing the home stretch tonight.
Thankfully, we have three segments left to go.
But Bill, how many more hours you got in you tonight?
I don't have to have an hour.
I just need 40 minutes.
I think I can swim that.
With commercials at the end of the day.
With commercials tonight, I could go 2 a.m., 3 a.m. easy.
with all of the energy that's being provided by us.
If we were at home tonight, we would be in the studio and it would be our standard fare.
We would have Keith on at the top of the show for a couple of hours.
And then, you know, who knows what else would happen.
But tonight, all bets are off.
It's all different tonight.
It's a brand new model.
And so for the guests or the listeners who tuned in tonight, thinking that they would hear Keith during his customary first hour, well, I don't know if they're disappointed, but they got something different, something they didn't expect, because we are here.
This is the third time out of a thousand shows, plus, a thousand plus shows, that we have broadcast live from a remote location.
And obviously very exciting.
But Keith has made a couple of passing appearances as he's drifted in and out of the microphone.
Keith's living it up tonight.
I mean, he's the star of the show tonight because as far as I'm concerned, he gave, if not the best speech, certainly one of the best speeches of the entire conference.
Earlier this morning.
And so Keith has been pulled away from his customary hosting duties to gladhand all of the well-wishers.
But he's with us now.
And so Keith, give us your take on the conference and what you've seen, what you've heard, and what you think.
All these conferences are first rate.
You get people that are of the first tier intellectually as our speakers.
You get people the first tier that are the people that are the audience that come to these things.
It's just a great beehive of activity, of good thinking, good talking, good fellowship.
It's a lot of fun.
Believe me, this is what you ought to do to replenish yourself if you're a person that believes in paleoconservatism.
In other words, conservatism as it was in 1950.
Everything that was on the table in the 1950s is still on the table as far as we're concerned.
We don't think that's an extreme position.
We think that's what we stand for.
That's what we need to return to because quite frankly, you were asking me to kind of encapsulate my presentation.
First of all, I talked about why is modern conservatism so feckless, so ineffective.
Of course, that criticism was labeled or leveled at conservatism as far back as the 19th century by none other than Robert Dabney, who was Stonewall Jackson's chaplain and aide-de-camp.
He was a Presbyterian divine.
He was the president of Hampton Sydney College.
And he made the same criticism of modern conservatism back then.
Today in particular, we were pointing to the fact that in the last week with the Supreme Court's disappointing decision first on the Arizona immigration law and secondly on Obamacare, that the left always seems to be able to find a traitor.
In this case, it was Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts.
The traitors, I don't know if they're being black men.
I don't know if they are just succumbing to social pressure, what's going on, but nonetheless, there's always a sellout among the conservatives.
I never see a liberals selling out.
I never see Sonia Sotomayor or Elena Kagan having a conservative epiphany and jumping over to the conservative side of the issue on anything.
And the question is, why is conservatism so feckless?
And I think it's feckless because most people do have conservative instincts in America.
It's like Edmund Burke said, conservatism is not an ideology.
It is common sense.
And as a result, I think most Americans, particularly most white Americans, do have common sense.
And as a result, they have the right instinct, but they're kept confused and helpless.
And the group that keeps them confused and helpless most of all is the kept opposite, the keft kept conservatives, the mainstream conservatives.
That was the subject of John Derbyshire's speech today.
Basically, these people are defined by what they won't talk about more than what they will talk about.
And I pointed out in this speech that I gave that when you go before a court of law in the United States, you don't just swear to tell the truth.
You swear to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth.
And the reason you do that, the reason you don't just swear to tell the truth, is that the truth or our partial truth is tantamount to a lie.
And that's what these people do when they refuse to talk about the two biggest taboo topics that are necessary for you to get all the pieces of the puzzle and put it together.
And those are, first, race, secondly, Jewish power and influence.
Now, race is what John Derbyshire got in trouble about.
John Darbyshire wandered into this minefield and his sinecure with the National Review and with the mainstream conservative media went up in a puff of smoke.
Now, Jewish power and influence is likewise a topic that black people are supposed to not recognize, not talk about, but how in the world do you understand, how do you account for the triumph of liberalism in America over the past 50, 60 years without touching upon that subject?
I don't see how you do it.
And as a result, we try to bring that, we try to shine a little bit of light in that dark corner of experience.
Now, there are plenty of good Jewish people.
We have people here that are great conservatives that are Jewish.
I'm looking at one right now and several of them.
But on the other hand, Jewish power and influence is the yeast that makes the dough rise in modern liberalism.
Without that secret ingredient, I don't think the civil rights movement, for example, would have gotten off the ground.
We have a saying back in Tennessee that blacks by themselves can't organize a two-car funeral.
And that's exactly what would have happened with the civil rights movement.
Likewise, radical feminism, homosexual rights, criminal rights, drug culture, the sexual revolution, environmentalism, all of these things are radical egalitarian movements.
None of them were the brainchild of the John Birch Society.
And unfortunately, Jewish people seem to have a larger propensity for liberalism than the general white population.
Also, they're wealthier and they're more likely to put their money where their mouth is and get involved in political activism.
They are the secret weapon.
If we could suddenly wave a magic wand and make Jewish power and influence our ally rather than our enemy, we would absolutely sweep the field as far as a culture war.
And we'd love to do that.
And quite frankly, it's in the best interest of Jewish people to do that.
I think it was Gertrude Hemmelfarb, who is the mother of Bill Crystal.
And Bill Kristol is the head knocker over at the Weekly Standard.
She said that Jews vote.
She said Jews live like Episcopalians but vote like Puerto Ricans.
And why is that?
You know, that's one of the great conundrums.
Why don't they act out their best interest?
Now, I'll get into the other two topics that I covered after we have this break.
I can see my cohorts up here kind of frantically waving at me.
I love to see you, James, in the evening like this.
You've got more hair on your chin.
Normally, normally, as Keith can attest, when he comes to work each Saturday night at the studio, I'm in my pajamas.

But before we get back to Keith, as he is basically giving us a recap of his talk today, his incredible talk to the Council of Conservative Citizens of the National Conference.

Now, Bellbuckle, Tennessee is way blue.
That was jammed.
What are you talking about?
Now, Belbuckle, Tennessee is where the web school is.
And didn't you tell me that in your juvenile delinquency period of youth, you went to web school for the money?
Now, Tommy, you got kicked out of the private school that I went to.
That is quite true.
On my third day, they found out who I was and said, you better tell your parents to get their money back.
I made it nine years.
I made it four days.
We both went to the same $10,000 a year.
Leanne Toohey.
Wait, This is important, important.
Keep telling a little bit about mine and Bill's high school album.
Well, Leanne Toohey of the Blindside fame, the wife of the immortal Sean Toohey and the couple that have you've ever seen the blindside with Michael Orr, this 350-pound black guy that's six foot five who's, you know, the Tooheys decided out of the beneficence of their heart, had nothing to do with the fact they were gonzo sports fanatics, they adopted him.
Well, what happened was Leanne Toohey, as a child, went to Briar Crest Christian School, or Briarcrest Baptist Academy, which has morphed into Briarcrest Christian Academy.
And James attended there.
So did Bill for a rather brief period of time.
You didn't pay the full tuition.
He was exercised.
But what happened in that thing?
It's a long story.
Leanne Toohey has denounced her father, who sent her to Briarcrest Baptist School as a racist because that was one of these forbidden, one of these horrible old nasty segregation academies back then.
Well, of course, because he did the loving thing and tried to protect his daughter from the real CESPOL, not the political cezbool that the Memphis City schools became when the busing order came down, Plan Z. Bussing order not to be confused with Bella Lagosi's last movie, Plan Z from Outer Space.
But what happened was she denounced her father for sending her to that school.
That's her main proof that he was a racist.
Now, that brings to mind the question, where did she and Sean send Michael Orr when they adopted him?
Well, to none other than Briarcrest Christian Academy.
So her father's a racist and she's a race hero for sending the child to the same school.
Now, you know, there's some convoluted liberal thinking here that I just can't follow.
But, you know, I'll just throw that out there for everybody's benefit.
You know, and this was actually on the, if you go to Wikipedia, and if you read our entry at Wikipedia, you know, it's just glowing with praise.
It's logged, so you can't add any objectivity to it.
But if you once went to the Briarcrest Christian School Wikipedia, it mentioned as notable alumni, none other than James Edwards, which I didn't like.
Along with Leanne.
Yeah, she's on there too.
But so for all my old teachers at Briarcrest, I wish you no ill will for the protest that will come.
I was mentioning you on the show today.
I have to credit Briarcrest with one thing.
They would not allow the name of their school to be used in the movie.
They refused to let the name of the school be used in the movie because of Leanne Toohey's exaggerated personality, as I'll say.
She's a primadonna in the first order.
And her husband is some armpit scratching alpha male.
He actually, you know, Tim McGraw played him in the movie.
Oh, no shucks guy.
He's not all shucks guy at all.
He's an alpha male, and he's basically the type of guy that doesn't like to hear no for an answer.
What happened in the blindside?
Let's just give you the full poop on it now.
Here's what happened.
The TASSA, the Tennessee Secondary School Athletic Association that governs all high school athletics, passed a rule that said that anybody that gets a scholarship or gets their way paid to a private school by someone other than their natural parents or some close relative like an aunt, an uncle, Daddy Warbucks, granddad, or whatever like this, they can go to that school on the scholarship.
They just can't play football or basketball.
This was not some deep dark plan or plot concocted by members of the Council of Conservative Citizens or any other group like that.
It was basically pushed through by the black public school coaches of high school football and basketball in Tennessee that did not want their best players cherry-picked by private schools.
So Sean Tue, like a lot of parents, if you've gone to a private school, you've seen a guy like Sean Toohey.
He's one of these parents that's always hanging on the fence, showing people two things.
One, that he's so wealthy he doesn't have to work for a living.
And two, he's trying to impress or influence the coaches about what they're going to do.
He had been a basketball star at Old Miss back in the early 80s.
And as that, he had an entree and became a volunteer coach.
And as a volunteer coach, his job was, I can bring in all these wonderful black athletes that are absolutely essential to success on the athletic field at any level, you know, from Little League on up.
So that's what he did.
And he had actually recruited two players, Michael Orr, who is now playing for the Baltimore Ravens, and a guy named Greg Hardy, who is another black guy, about six foot five and whatnot, who played at Old Miss as well.
Now, then the TSSA passed that infamous rule that frustrated Toohey's plans.
Well, Toohey's not the type of guy that likes to take no finances.
So he said, I'll show those SOBs.
I'll adopt the kid, and then he'll be my child.
And as my child, I can do for him everything that a gonzo booster wants to do for a star athlete.
I can, for example, buy him a new car, buy him a full wardrobe, set him up in my house, pay him an allowance, and do all these other things.
And I can cloak myself in righteousness.
I'm a civil rights hero because I'm doing this for this guy that just happens to be this star athlete.
So that's what he did.
And his bluff was called by the NCAA, and that's where he basically invented the ballad of Leanne and Sean Toohey, great civil rights heroes and philanthropists, and it took off like a jet plane.
Award-winning movie.
Academy Award.
Award-winning movie.
And, you know, the rest is history, as they say.
He did everything he could to get this kid through.
The kid was absolutely dead last in his class at Briarcrest School.
Until Kathy Bates tutored him.
Yeah, and Kathy Bates was a, the real Kathy Bates was a former Memphis City School teacher.
And what happened was he made almost all F's.
He was so dumb he couldn't get into Ole Miss to play football.
And believe me, you got to be really dumb.
So what happened to him was Sean got in touch with a friendly psychologist.
He found out that there was this program out of Brigham Young University where you can replace those pesky F's and D's with A's and B's by taking a two-week course and then turning in an essay on some topic.
So that's what they did.
But to qualify for that, you had to be declared and diagnosed as ADD.
Well, he found a friendly psychologist to do that, had the Kathy Bates person, the Evil Tongues Report, take the test, send him in.
He therefore improved his grade point average, got into Ole Miss, and the rest of it.
Once they get him in, they're not going to let him plunk out.
Well, and Keith has actually written on the blind side for the political cesspool on our blog.

He's also written a very interesting talking about movies, a very interesting article on the help, which I believe he was sharing with some of our audience members earlier today.
Driving Miss Ditzy, he called it.

But as far as Briarcress goes, there was only one team in the history of Briarcrest basketball.
No, Michael Laura, a football player.
And they went undefeated.
They went 43-0.
It was an eighth grade team of which I was the starting two-guard.
My dad was the coach.

Eddie, what are you up to?
Well, you people may have heard of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
It's a world-famous hospital.
They give absolute cutting-edge care.
They do cutting-edge research into all types of catastrophic diseases that affect children.
Particularly cancer.
That's right.
Cancer is one of the biggies.
And, you know, I've worked with children off and on for years as a registered nurse at various hospitals, Methodist University being one of them, working with cystic fibrosis kids.
And that's the way I got interested in St. Jude.
I've worked with kids down there.
And at the ripe old age of, I'll be almost 66 years old when I'm doing it.
I'm running the St. Jude Marathon.
How many miles is that, Eddie?
26.2.
26 miles?
66 years old.
And how long have you been training?
I've been training almost a year now.
And I'm really starting to, when I get back home, I've got to really kick it up because I've only got about four more months.
And does anyone know how hot it is in Tennessee at this time of year?
106 degrees.
It's without heat index.
That's right.
But he's out there running for the kids.
And I'm trying to raise money.
My goal is to raise $50,000.
I'm not there yet, but I'm going everywhere, twisting arms, begging, pleading.
If you would go in, I would greatly appreciate it.
It's shameless.
Well, I'm not ashamed of it.
I'm going to solicit donations for the kids.
And, you know, at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, they'll treat a kid from any country in the world.
I've seen them from all over.
All you have to do, if you're referred by a physician to St. Jude, you will get care.

They even supply funds, transportation funds.
I just got through working with a kid.
I won't mention his name now.
He's dead.
And ripped my heart out.

I think you will be rewarded in heaven if you do that.

Yes, we're running marathons for children.
But no, in all seriousness, and that was a joke, maybe four days, which I've been accused of before.
But Eddie is doing this, and we promised him the benefit of our audience and our microphones to bring light to the fact that he is doing this, and he's doing this for no praise upon himself.
And this certainly isn't affiliated with the show, although we're proud to claim Eddie and his efforts as part of our team here.
But this is something he decided to do independently, and we're supportive, and we look forward to donating to his heroic efforts there on behalf of St. Jude.
And we hope our audience will as well.
