Welcome to the Political Cesspool, known worldwide as the South's foremost populous radio program.
And here to guide you through the murky waters of the Political Cesspool is your host, James Edwards.
All right, everybody, welcome back.
Welcome back.
Welcome back to the Political Cesspool Radio Program.
Second hour now here.
It's Saturday night, broadcast June 16th, Year of Our Lord 2012, AM 1380, WLRM in Memphis, Tennessee.
That's our flagship station.
And here we are once again going out to the AMFM affiliate stations of Polivery News Radio Network and simulcasting online at thepolitical cesspool.org where people like John and England are listening to us and going to download us to his iPod tomorrow as we read during the first hour.
He'll be walking around Piccadilly Circus this week, getting funny looks as he hoops and hollers while listening to the commentary we provide here every week without fail thanks to your generous support.
I'm James Edwards.
He's Keith Alexander.
We had one of the busiest first hours of the year.
I don't think it's very often that we cover that much news in a single hour because we do like to saturate it.
I mean, we're not a show that can just gloss over a story like you see on any other television show like Hannity.
They spend two minutes trying to give you, well, I can't say they give you every side of the story, but their side of the story.
We like to digest it.
We like to chew our food a little bit slower here in the South and we speak a little bit slower and we take our time with what we do.
And we're going to continue to do that this hour.
But nevertheless, a lot of news covered there in the first 60 minutes.
So here we go again, Keith.
A white student is being praised this week.
Now, you're figuring, what's going on here?
A white student being praised by the media?
Well, he has to be slitting his throat, right?
Well, correct.
That's exactly what he's done.
A white student won a scholarship.
The only thing is, this scholarship was earmarked for blacks only.
Yes.
You can have a whites-only anything, but yes, you can have black-only scholarships.
No big deal.
It was being presented by the Martin Luther King Club.
And anyway, the white kid won it because the panel of black judges who were there to look at the scholarships deemed his to be the most worthy.
After he won it, they found out he was white.
There goes the scholarship.
But the kid says, no big deal.
No big deal.
That's what 17-year-old Jeffrey Warren described his decision to return his college scholarship that was meant for black students.
I just thought it was the right thing to do, said Warren, who is white.
A hush followed by some giggles enveloped to the Martin Luther King High School Gym in Riverside, California, when it was announced on Senior Awards Night that Warren was the winner of the scholarship awarded by the Martin Luther King Senior Citizens Club.
The scholarship, one of two awarded annually by the club, is meant for African American students only.
Club members didn't know Warren was white until he rose to receive the award.
And of course, when he applied for the scholarship, Keith, he didn't know it was blacks only.
So he thought, like everything else, that there isn't no such thing as a blacks only or whites only.
Race is a social construct.
Rates doesn't exist.
So therefore, you know, anybody can go after these goodies.
But nevertheless, the blacks appreciated him for returning it without a fight.
They said that Martin Luther King, and so help me God, read the story yourself.
They said Martin Luther King would be proud of this boy for returning the scholarship that was for blacks only.
And they said in the future, the committee is going to make it more obvious that this is a black-only scholarship.
When they found out that a white kid won this, they didn't say, you know what, good for him.
His essay was the best.
He should have won it.
He did win it.
You know, we're going to let him have it because, you know, this is all about racial equality.
Anyway, no, that's not what they said.
What they said was, thank you for giving it back, and we'll make sure nobody makes this mistake again.
This is blacks-only all the way.
So, anyway, can you imagine a whites-only scholarship, first of all?
The manufactured outrage from the media would be deafening.
Secondly, on a federal level, now this is just one school, one scholarship.
On a national level, this is what affirmative action quotas and set-asides are all about.
They call race a social construct, but they're quick to take back a scholarship like this that mistakenly ended up in the hands of a white kid.
Now, here in the political cessbook, Keith, me and you, we believe in equal opportunity for all, special privileges for none.
The establishment does not believe that.
I believe, certainly, if a black student outperforms a white student, they should be entitled to the scholarship.
If a black job applicant is more qualified than a white job applicant, they deserve to get the job.
But so oftentimes, this isn't the case.
And because so oftentimes it's not the case, you have anti-white government mandates like affirmative action to make sure that inferior black candidates get the job over more qualified white candidates.
So much for the colorblind society I keep hearing about.
Anyway, Keith, what do you make of this story?
Well, it's a paradigm for the entire civil rights movement, which started out with the assumption that we were going to end racial discrimination once and for all.
There was going to be no racial discrimination when it came to, for example, giving out the goodies in society.
We found that that was a palpable lie.
As soon as they achieved equality, we tarried there for about 15 minutes, then we went right into race preferences for blacks.
You know, what did I say earlier in the broadcast?
They operate on the principle that what's mine is mine and what's yours is ours.
There is no such thing as a racially exclusive white scholarship anymore, even though most of the scholarship funds set up to help young people go to college, go to medical school, go to law school, were set up by whites for the benefit of whites.
For example, in Memphis, the East Memphis Rotary Club Scholarship Fund, which was set up by the Rotarians of East Memphis, who were almost all white, to help their children and grandchildren get to college and pay for college, has been totally commandeered by a good member of the tribe, son of Israel, Jed Dreyfus, who heads up what's called the Memphis Prep Program,
which is a program that talent scouts black and Hispanic kids in the Memphis school system in the sixth grade and then gives them all sorts of special test prep and advantages.
They send them every summer up to an exclusive prep school like Phillips Exeter where the Bushes went or Rosemary Shot Academy where the Kennedys went.
They get tutoring up there.
Some of them get scholarships to go to those schools.
Then they come back.
They get special test prep to take the PSAT, the SAT, the ACT.
They get all sorts of mentoring and advice.
They set them up for these grandiose careers.
They send them to Ivy League colleges like Harvard and Yale.
And they're doing it with the money that white people in the past set aside for their people.
So it's improper, you would think, based on that little paradigm, to have racially exclusive scholarships.
But no, you're wrong again.
It's fine.
You know, it's heads I win, tails you lose.
Blacks can have racially exclusive scholarships, but whites can't.
In fact, this is just part of the white dispossession scenario that we were discussing earlier in this show.
White people are going to be denied.
You have the power of law.
The elites in America hate white Gentiles.
They're making sure that you are cordoned off from all the goodies in society.
You're not going to be able to go to Harvard or Yale, no matter what your SAT scores are, no matter what your ACT scores are, no matter what your LSAT scores, your MCAT scores.
All of those goodies have been earmarked for non-whites, and the white elites are down with that.
They have suddenly, and you know, I always wondered what it was that made white elites turn into race traders so easily.
And I think it's nothing more than fashion.
I think it's fashionable among white elites to show that they don't have to worry about their kids and they have no sense of race of identity.
Of course, any black elites that did that, they would be toast.
They would be gone before the night falls.
We got to take a break, folks, when we come back.
We want to get that much deeper into the political cesspool, so stay tuned.
You don't want to miss it.

Imagine a school where faith and integrity are at its center, where heritage and responsibility instill character, where educating both hearts and minds brings about academic excellence.
There is a school in American Fork where character and embracing the providence of a living God are fundamental, where students' national test scores average near the 90th percentile.
Based on LDS principles and a love of country, now in our 39th year, American Heritage School is accepting fall enrollment for kindergarten through high school.

And here's the host of the Political Cess Pool, James Edwards.
You know, again, folks, incredible story there about the white kid who willingly gave up the scholarship that he rightfully won in order to, I guess, in his mind, placate the false gods of cultural Marxism and political correctness.
It's pretty amazing, you know, all of that turmoil in the 60s, what was that all about?
Well, wasn't it about giving blacks the right to eat at the same lunch counters as their white neighbors?
I mean, wasn't that what it was all about?
So why isn't a white kid allowed to qualify for the same scholarships that are going out to blacks and is now technically this was a private club giving out the scholarships, but that in actuality, that really was what the so-called civil rights movement was all about.
It was all about the abolition of private property rights and freedom of association in America.
That's what it was all about.
And so if we can't have the right to choose with whom we associate and to whom we give our awards and blessings, you know, why should the minorities, and if the minorities are going to have it, shouldn't we be entitled to have it too?
You name an organization, a club anywhere in the country that gives scholarships to whites only.
It doesn't exist.
But Keith, you had another word to say about this kid, probably a good kid, obviously a smart kid because he won the scholarship.
You had a couple of words to say about him.
And then I'm going to give you an example of who scholarships are going to outside of the private clubs that are awarding them.
It's really sad because basically what this kid has done is he has drunk the Kool-Aid.
He's ingested the poison pill.
He has had his cultural and racial immune system disabled.
And as you can see, the cultural, racial, immune system of blacks, Hispanics, Asians, Jews, you name it, is not only alive and well, it is in high gear.
We're the only group that has people who, one, strive to be colorblind, and two, actually, we have another cadre of people who actually hate their own race.
People like Tim Wise, people like Jane Elliott, who have these whiteness studies seminars that are so popular.
They make all this money at the beginning of every year indoctrinating college freshmen to be ashamed if they're white.
Now, see, the civil rights movement was sold to the public on the grounds, the 1964 Civil Rights Act, the 1965 Voting Rights Act, the 1965 Immigration Act were all sold to the public on the grounds that we're going to end racial discrimination.
But they didn't.
They just basically replaced one type of racial discrimination with another.
Franz Fanon, the black Marxist French revolutionary, said it best.
He said the true dream of the slave is not to achieve his freedom, but rather that he and his slave master exchange places.
This is obviously what they have in mind.
This kid is acquiescing to being the victim of discrimination.
He should have thought this.
If he had a normal, natural sense of racial solidarity, he would have.
If he was a black person, I guarantee you, no black person is going to turn down a scholarship that he has won because, let's say, the founders of the East Memphis Rotary Club really intended this to go to a white kid.
That's the last thing they would ever do.
What is wrong?
You know, wake up, people.
If you don't wake up soon, all is lost.
Well, Keith, and to that end, let me tell you about, you know, we're talking about a private club here.
Let's talk about the scholarships that are awarded by the universities themselves, scholarships that go certainly in many cases to less deserving minority students than to white kids who had higher scores.
Now, with that being said, once again, are there blacks that deserve scholarships?
Absolutely.
Are there blacks that contribute to society and are intelligent?
Come on, you know they are.
DeKeith and I have acquaintances that are non-white that we're polite, cordial, and friendly with.
I don't even need to answer the question.
But the facts still remain.
Here's what's going on at Auburn University, Auburn University in Alabama.
There's been another minority massacre on campus.
So just last week, a black gunman shot three people, all black, by the way.
They were in a fight over a woman.
And let me first say this.
You know, they'll say, well, that's because he came from a disadvantaged childhood.
You know, I don't buy into that whatsoever, that environment trumps genetic predisposition when it comes to a lot of this stuff.
In New York City, also last week, near the same time as this shooting in Alabama, two rappers, two multi-millionaire rappers, Chris Brown, who's most famous for beating Rihanna, and Drake, another rapper, they got into a brawl at a very posh New York City nightclub.
So these are two multi-millionaires fighting it out like street thugs in a posh establishment, and innocent bystanders are getting hit with beer bottles and getting busted up and everything else.
Well, you know, money didn't change them.
But here in Alabama, you got a fellow by the name of Desmonte Leonard.
He opened fire last Saturday night at a party near the university.
Auburn police chief Tommy Dawson said, federal marshals and police are searching for the man who faces three counts of capital murder.
He killed three people.
Now, some of the other folks that were involved or at least were there, Ledarius Phillips.
Old family name.
Turquarius Vines.
And then there was Xavier something other, can't even pronounce it, Demario Pitts.
Okay, so it's all black people.
Black on black crime in this case.
But, you know, talking about scholarships, I'm going to play for you right now before this break.
A scholar here, a true scholar.
This is one of the students at Auburn University.
Listen to how he speaks.
How did he get into college?
These are the kind of people whose scholarships are going to because he is on the football team.
He can play sports.
This is raw footage from a news interview taken with this student of Auburn University who was a witness of this shooting.
Listen to what he has to say.
If you can understand him, let's play the clip.
I was standing right there for everything, man.
Explain what happened.
We come outside.
Dude, dude, come outside.
If he would have just stayed in there, everything would have been, you know what I'm saying?
Everything would have been squat.
We walking towards, you know what I'm saying?
We finna get ready to walk towards our car.
Dude called me out.
Like, you know what I'm saying?
He wanted to fight or whatever.
He swung at my mood, and I punched and he fell.
Then his homeboy with the dude with the dread stole on me from the blind.
Then I'm saying my little brother DiMario slapped dude with the bottle.
Then he slapped the other dude with the bottle.
Dude, turn around, close their eyes, start shooting.
Yeah, he did.
DiMario get hit.
Then the dude's head gets shot.
It really don't even supposed to be DeMar.
It's supposed to be me and me and D. Lowe the one who gets shot, man.
For real?
Anybody know who the shooters are?
I don't know.
I ain't never seen them a day of my life.
From where everybody signed, it's a female to know.
You know what I'm saying?
But and they started saying like, dude, from Mike Gamer or something.
I don't know where.
I don't even know the cat.
I ain't never seen him a day of my life.
Did they appear to get away, or did the police apprehend them?
They say they got him.
Who knows?
But when it happened last night, they left, correct?
Yeah, they did.
What time did this happen?
Probably about 11 or 12.
11 or 12 Central Time?
Yeah.
And it was just, was there alcohol involved, drugs involved, was it?
NHL was a part of it.
You know what I'm saying?
We took a couple jello sacks.
Wasn't even nothing for real.
Like, you know what I'm saying?
Right there.
Was there some type of argument that started this?
It was about a female, man.
It started from a female.
And they, you know what I'm saying?
They didn't even have anything to do with her for real, for real.
You know what I'm saying?
We're trying to get out.
We're trying to get away from the trouble.
And it ain't already in our face.
All right, folks.
That was raw footage of an interview taken with one of the witnesses of this crime.
This guy is on the football team, meaning what, Keith?
That he not only is a college student, but most likely a scholarship recipient.
The man can't even speak English.
I mean, he has no, not even a fundamental grasp of grammar and syntax.
And this guy is going to college a four-year free ride paid for by your tax dollars.
Did he deserve it?
We're going to talk more about it right after this.
Informing citizens.
Pursuing liberty.
You're listening to Liberty News Radio.
For too long now, those whose ancestors carved from a vast wilderness, an awe-inspiring extension of Western civilization, have been without any semblance of political representation.
Abandoned by the political establishment, we now face the prospect of losing our national identity, culture, and our way of life.
But there is hope.
There is still time to right these wrongs.
And there is a vehicle to organize our people into a force capable of reclaiming America's destiny.
The American Third Position is that vehicle.
It's a political party for our people, led by extraordinary patriots like Bill Johnson, Kevin McDonald, and myself, James Edwards.

All right, at the top of the salary, we were talking about the 17-year-old white student who returned a measly, paltry $1,000 scholarship.
It was $1,000 that was awarded to him.
He gave it back because it was blacks only.
Now, he won it fair and square, but he was the wrong color.
Now, moving forward, we have another shootout in this case, as most crimes are involving blacks.
It's black on black.
94% of them are.
But anyway, guy strolls on to the campus of Auburn.
There's a party.
You know, they're doing their thing.
Argument over a woman, just like it was in the New York City nightclub with these two multi-million dollar multi-millionaire rappers.
Anyway, three people get killed.
Well, you heard a raw interview from a football player there who is undoubtedly, we're talking about a $1,000 scholarship in the first segment, Keith.
This guy is getting a four-year free ride to school.
Now, do you think it was because he was the most qualified academic?
Or what's going on here?
Again, you listen to me speak, and if you've ever listened to many of these urban athletes, let's call them that, or if you've ever heard many of them get interviewed, and even on the professional level, this is about how they sound like.
I mean, this is not uncommon.
But he's going to school and he's going to school for free at a top-flight university in Auburn.
Well, whatever happened to the concept, the old-fashioned concept of being college material, they used to talk about this when I was a kid.
Somebody was or was not college material.
Basically, anybody on the left-hand side of the bell curve is supposed to be not college material.
Among whites, that would be people with 100 or less than 100 IQ.
Of course, the problem is, and it was brought out succinctly by Charles Murray and Richard Herrnstein in the groundbreaking book from the mid-90s, The Bell Curve, there is a 15-point differential in the average IQ of American whites and American blacks.
American whites have a median IQ of 100, American blacks, 85.
And because human intelligence is spread over a bell curve distribution, what that means is that only 16% of American blacks have an IQ of over 100.
Meanwhile, only 16% of whites in America have an IQ under 85.
So if you're talking about the white bell curve, which is what people used to mean when they talked about being or not being college material, that means that only 16% of blacks are college material.
Now, that's the proof that's in the pudding right there, that interview.
You listen to that guy.
That guy is nobody.
Anybody that tells you that he is college material is lying to themselves and lying to you.
Now, in Memphis, in the Memphis city school system, They had a saying come out.
Their official motto was coined several years ago, and they had billboards all over the city saying, every child every day college bound.
Well, apparently they had this fellow in mind.
That's college material.
That guy has played too much football without a helmet, obviously.
I mean, this tells you what happened to college athletics.
That's why we're so nostalgic for back in the old days of the SEC when Archie Manning and people like that were playing when all the teams were white.
And furthermore, all of the players tended to go out and become good, productive members of society.
They became police chiefs.
They became generals or admirals in the armed forces.
They became lawyers, doctors.
They became architects.
They became city managers.
They had good college people jobs because they were college material.
Now we've got people that are constantly embarrassing the schools they go to by knocking over convenience stores, by becoming bums later in life.
And it's because they insist upon drawing these type of people into college campuses.
And as you can tell by that interview, most of these people have no business on a college campus unless it's at the end of a broom.
You know, I'll be honest with everyone here, as I always am, but I'm going to speak from the heart here.
With regards to stuff like this, you know, as Keith said, the whole civil rights movement wasn't about equality.
It was about special privileges.
If I was going in for a job application, if I was going in and applying for a job, and there was a black guy there, and he was applying for the job too, and I got the job just because I was white, and I knew he was more qualified.
I knew he had a better handle on the trade, or he had better qualifications by any standard of measurement.
If I got the job just because I was white, you know what?
As a man, I would be embarrassed, and I couldn't accept it.
Now, I'm talking about that is different than what we're talking about with that kid earlier.
He won it.
He deserved it and he still gave it back.
If I got the job, though, and I didn't deserve it, I couldn't accept that.
That's just common decency.
But that is the exact opposite of what we're talking about here.
And we're getting emails about it, Keith, and I'll read one of them here very quickly.
A listener from North Carolina writes in this evening, and he says that I appreciate your program.
I've seen almost everything you and your co-host are talking about, and I've lost a job over affirmative action.
I was a qualified white degrees from top schools.
The other person wasn't qualified, and everyone knew it.
But she filed a grievance, and she was a minority.
She won.
I was told by a labor attorney that as a white male over 40, I didn't stand a chance.
I've concluded that it's time for us to stop with this survivor's guilt and fight to take back what's been stolen from us.
Good program, and thank you again.
That comes from John in North Carolina, Keith.
Well, what we are asking for is equality.
Why does everyone else get to have a sense of racial solidarity except for white Gentiles?
Why is everyone else allowed to be the beneficiary of race preferences except for whites?
In fact, if you just had equality, if you just gave the position to the best and the brightest, to the victor goes to spoils, white Gentiles would have nothing to worry about.
We would have plenty of good jobs.
We would win the competition and we would be made men, as they say in the Soprano.
But unfortunately, what this was about was not equality.
That was a ruse.
That was a lie, a palpable lie that was foisted on the American people.
What it is about, as we've said, again at the beginning of this show, was about white dispossession and ultimate white destruction.
They're going to put you at the bottom of the food chain, just like the South African government of today has put whites, just like Zimbabwe has done.
They're going to be breaking into your house eventually.
This is the dream of people like Tim Wise and Jane Elliott and of Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, all these people.
With machetes, they are going to make sure that you don't get your just desserts.
Right now, see, this is what's happened throughout the world.
It's what's happened in Singapore.
It's what happened in Indonesia.
You had market-dominant minorities.
Whites are a market-dominant minority in South Africa, for example.
Chinese were in Indonesia.
When you democratize these areas, these numerous, more numerous minorities that were not market-dominant, they took to the streets.
They killed the Chinese in Indonesia.
They killed the whites in South Africa.
And they know that right now, whites are still the majority in the United States of America.
But everything that liberals have done had the secret agenda of reducing white birth rates, reducing the number of whites so that we became a minority so they could do to us what was done to the Chinese in Indonesia, to the whites in South Africa, even to the Tutsis in Rwanda.
Even among blacks, there are market-dominant minorities within the black community in some African nations.
And you heard about the Hutus and the Tutsis.
Well, basically, they had this slaughter between black people, and it was against this group that had succeeded.
And like all liberal movements, they pretend to be based upon tolerance, equality, and benevolent impulses towards the so-called minority group or the blacks or the non-white group.
Actually, they're all fueled by envy and resentment.
And that's what has happened.
That's why we're being dispossessed.
People need to wake up.
And if you tolerate it, you're tolerating your own genocide.
You mentioned democracy, Keith.
I actually heard a joke recently.
It said a young black kid asked his mother what democracy was.
And she said, democracy is where white people go to work all day and pay taxes so we can enjoy special benefits.
And he says, well, don't the white people get mad about that, Mama?
She said, well, they do, and we call that racism.
And that's pretty accurate with what's going on in the world today.
You know, we're just warming up in this hour, folks.
We started slow, and we're moving forward with a full head of steam.

We got something coming up this last segment of this hour that's going to make both of those instances look like nothing to it.
But folks, I got to remind you, before we head into that segment and before we wrap up this one, we're in the midst of our second quarter fundraising drive.

Had to go back into the green room of the studio here during that commercial break and get some ice water because we're on fire tonight.
If I do say so myself, I'm telling you, we're covering news that people need to know and people need to be talking about.
It's not rooted in hatred.
It's rooted in what's fair and just.
I mean, fair play.
We are the true advocates for equality here.
We believe in equal opportunity for all and not special privileges in the forms of affirmative actions and black-only scholarships and things of this nature.
Anyway, if you thought that the $1,000 scholarship was outrageous when it was returned, if you thought that guys like Troquarius, who were getting free rides at college to play football even though they can't speak English, and I'm talking about, it's not that he doesn't know English.
He was trying.
I mean, that's just how he understood.
Ridiculous.
What can I say?
This is the story that it's all been leading up to, ladies and gentlemen.
This week, a black worker was awarded $25 million, a $25 million judgment.
Let me say that one more time.
$25 million in a racial lawsuit.
Apparently, being subjected to juvenile name-calling can be big business.
Here's the story as it appeared on Yahoo News.
A black steel worker has been awarded $25 million in damages after a federal jury ruled his former company didn't do enough to stop years of racial slurs and taunting by his co-workers.
According to the Buffalo News, this happened in Buffalo, New York, Elijah Turley testified during the trial that colleagues at the Buffalo area plant called him boy and King Kong.
Okay?
They called him boy and King Kong.
His lawyer said that, quote, it's absolutely shocking that a case like this is in court in 2012.
It should be viewed as atrocious and intolerable in a civilized society.
Again, Keith, he was called boy and King Kong.
The jury unanimously decided that the company and its executives were liable.
This case is about the breakdown of a man, the attorney told the jury.
He wanted to be treated equally, treated equally in a culture that hasn't changed since the 1950s.
Okay, that's the story.
He was called boy.
He was called King Kong.
He now is laughing all the way to the bank $25 million richer.
Now, we live in the era of race hoaxes, plenty of which have been documented by our radio show.
So one should take these so-called facts as they were presented in court with a grain of salt.
But let's just say he was called boy and King Kong, Keith.
Let's suppose that the facts are correct.
He gets $25 million for that.
Now, don't get me wrong, ladies and gentlemen.
I'm not condoning annoying antics.
I'm not condoning name-calling.
And perhaps those involved should have been punished.
But $25 million, are you serious?
You know, the lawyer, yeah, the company is now liable for $25 million playout to this guy because a couple of the employees called him boy and King Kong.
The lawyer for this plaintiff said that the pranks, quote, should be viewed as atrocious and intolerable in a civilized society.
Well, if calling someone boy and King Kong is an example of atrocious and intolerable actions, what about the racially motivated black or white murders like we saw in the Channon Christian and Christopher Newsom case?
I appeared.
That's what's really atrocious is stuff like that when blacks bound and tie and rape and mutilate and set on fire the bodies of two innocent victims.
You know, I was on CNN to talk about that story.
That is something that I would call atrocious and intolerable.
Not someone calling another person boy and King Kong name-calling like out of second grade.
It sounds like someone needs to get their pecking order straight.
And before I turn it over to you, Keith, I will say this.
Has anyone ever been to school?
Has anyone ever had a job?
You know, I've worked as an ambulance on an ambulance crew before.
And you're with a bunch of men.
It's, you know, that kind of ripping takes place all the time.
I mean, everybody picks on one another.
If you're in a group of men, whether it's in school, on a team, at a work, you know, you're just going to have that kind of stuff.
Sometimes it's tongue-in-cheek, sometimes it's a little more serious, but, you know, no one is immune from stuff like this.
No one's immune from it.
And no one has, you know, I don't think any of us can say we haven't dished it out in the past a little bit.
But anyway, he gets called boy.
He's $25 million richer.
Keith, make sense of it for me if you can.
Well, I'm going to make sense of it from a legal perspective because this is very important.
This is what they point to, instances like this, is the need for tort reform.
Now, what causes the need for tort reform?
Runaway juries.
This is supposedly a runaway jury.
Why is it a runaway jury?
Again, like almost every problem that we have in America today, it is a racial problem.
Juries are part of our Anglo-Saxon traditions and inheritance.
We have an Anglo-Saxon judicial system with trial by jury.
But you know what?
When you start getting non-whites on juries, strange things start happening with juries like these runaway verdicts.
Because they see when you put blacks and Hispanics, but particularly blacks, on juries, you find that they see this as an opportunity for payback.
They cannot believe that they've been handed someone else's checkbook with an opportunity to write a check for a fellow homie or brother like this Elijah character.
And they do it.
Now, our elites and the people in the insurance industry try to pretend like this is some systemic problem, but I can tell you with absolute certainty that almost every one of these runaway jury incidents, like the famous McDonald's coffee incident, involves a vastly minority jury taken in a vastly minority populated venue like a particular county.
And when they get these people on the juries, they misbehave.
And it begins to make you think that maybe our ancestors may have been on to something when they limited jury membership to certain racial groups and denied it to others.
You can see that this is what is the problem.
The problem is the racial component in juries.
And when you have minorities on a jury, you're going to have problems.
Now, rather than confronting that directly and saying, what can we do about the propensity of black jurors to show racial favoritism towards black plaintiffs and give them big verdicts improperly and unfairly, the insurance industry wants to pretend like this is a problem across the board.
You know, don't say the J word, don't say the N-word, don't say anything that would suggest that you are racially aware.
So consequently, everyone's rights have to be taken away because of the misbehavior of a few.
For example, I talked to a Mississippi state senator some years ago after the Mississippi legislature had enacted some draconian restrictions on the ability of people injured by medical malpractice to recover in medical malpractice lawsuits in Mississippi.
Now that particular Mississippi senator admitted to me that there were only four or five venues, in other words, counties within the state of Mississippi, where runaway juries were a problem.
And you have well over 50 counties in Mississippi.
Why are the vast majority of Mississippians having their rights taken away to get adequate compensation for medical malpractice because the jurors in a couple of counties, which just happen to be vastly majority black counties in the Delta, why is this being allowed to happen?
Well, he had no answer for it.
They won't answer that.
They basically, they worship at this politically correct shrine that all people are the same to such an extent that what the result is going to be is a constant pairing away of your rights as an American citizen, both through tort reform, through electoral reform, through things like the Patriot Act.
They're taking away all of your rights and they are trying to treat human beings like they're soybeans.
All the races, all the peoples of the world are interchangeable, all have the ability to succeed in America, which is the most competitive environment in the world.
And of course, it's all a palpable lie.
But, you know, there are certain truths that we dare not enter or utter.
And the fact that the jury system breaks down when you have black people judging on behalf of another black person is one of these truths that you'll never hear uttered anywhere except on the political cesspool because it's radioactive to them.
The truth will set you free, as the Bible says, but our masters, our elites, don't want you free.
They want to be able to point to something like this and prevent any meaningful discussion of the problem because they prevent any discussion of race.
Well, Keith, a fine job of breaking it down.
As always, had a few comments from people looking forward to the commentary we're about to provide at the top of the third and final hour tonight.
We're going to be talking, among other things, about the de facto amnesty that was decreed by Barack Obama.
You know, I used to think, Keith, of course, I don't know much, obviously, but I used to think that in order to do something like that, it had to be passed by the House.
