I don't see how Joe Biden survives this.
It's coming out now that it's Barack Obama himself orchestrating the coup against Joe Biden.
to get access to the uncensored Timcast IRL call in show Monday through Thursday at 10
p.m.
You don't want to miss it.
Now, let's get into the news.
I don't see how Joe Biden survives this.
It's coming out now that it's Barack Obama himself orchestrating the coup against Joe
Biden.
That's right, ladies and gentlemen, it is Barack Obama who has tried to.
George Clooney comes out with an op-ed saying Biden's gotta go.
voters in the Democratic primary by staging a secret shadow campaign behind the scenes
to freeze out Biden's campaign contributions and make sure he steps down.
MSNBC's even reporting this.
George Clooney comes out with an op-ed saying Biden's got to go.
It's getting spicy over here.
But like I was saying, I don't see how Joe Biden survives this.
He's up against a head honcho.
You know, a lot of people thought that Barack Obama was pulling the strings the whole time.
Now, many people believe, I don't know how true this is or how many people, but there's a rumor going around that Michelle Obama will be the nominee.
Could this be the play?
Barack Obama is trying to force Joe Biden out so that they can put Michelle Obama in?
Because I gotta be honest, why would Barack Obama, what's his interest in removing Joe Biden?
Certainly there are many Democrats who want to see Joe Biden step down.
Barack Obama may be one of them.
Leading the charge, however, with many people speculating that Michelle Obama is the only one who can defeat Donald Trump.
You look at the polls.
Some say Hillary Clinton.
No.
Now look, even if Joe Biden steps down, Kamala Harris is still in the way.
But I don't think you need a grand conspiracy in order to get Kamala Harris to step down.
It's simple.
They go to her and say, Kamala, Joe's gonna step down, and then you're gonna go with him.
And she goes, okay.
Now, I don't know to what degree she's willing to just say yes, but it depends on who you're up against.
You're going up against the machine.
A lot of people just bend the knee.
And Kamala Harris, well, let's just say she is a shrinking violet.
She's not going to stand up to this.
She comes out of the convention and says, The will of the people have spoken, and I respect democracy.
And that's it.
Michelle Obama steps out.
Fanfare.
Everyone cheers.
Obama's back, baby.
This time, Michelle Obama.
I don't know that Michelle Obama can win, though.
And so I'm not completely confident this is the scenario.
Maybe this could be why Barack Obama's intervening in the way he is.
But I want to make sure I stress this point going back to 08, 2012, and even 2020.
Barack Obama was the first black president.
And conservatives, independents, really did not care.
That's the truth.
That's why 9 million Barack Obama voters switched to Donald Trump in 2016.
Trump voters, at least 9 million, had no problem voting for Barack Obama twice.
But Hillary Clinton was bad.
So they wanted to see that change.
However, there was something interesting Democrats did with Barack Obama's running mate.
They chose an old white man, Joe Biden.
And at the time, everyone was saying it's because they're concerned racists will not vote for Barack Obama.
But you put an old white man on the ticket, you're good to go.
And I believe that's true.
Middle of the road, younger Americans are progressive and don't really care about all that stuff.
I believe most Republicans don't really care about that stuff either.
Certainly, there are racist Republicans.
Don't get me wrong.
But they weren't going to vote Democrat anyway.
The Democrats were worried that older Democrat voters will not vote for a black man.
And now, with many people on the right saying Michelle Obama's gonna come in, she could win, I'm like, you see, Republicans?
You need to understand, because in your mind, in the mind of Republicans, because they aren't racist, they're willing to vote for a black person, woman, or otherwise.
And so when they say Michelle Obama may be the candidate, Republicans actually get worried.
Donald Trump right now has posted on Truth saying, oh, George Clooney, what a rat.
He's trying to sabotage Biden.
And they're claiming that Trump is worried that if Biden gets swapped out, Trump may lose.
But Michelle Obama is the only person polling above Donald Trump.
All of the replacements are below.
So what does that bring us to?
Donald Trump doesn't think that being a black woman plays a role in whether or not people will vote for Michelle Obama.
So, the argument from the left is there are people who are going... I should say that Trump is worried he will lose voters to Michelle Obama.
Trump is not concerned that Republicans are racist.
He's worried they're not!
That's their argument.
Meanwhile, Democrats, as we know from that Yale study, they present themselves as less competent in interactions with black voters.
Or, I'm sorry, with black people.
And so in this instance, I believe that Republicans don't truly grasp this.
Older Democrats are racist.
Younger Democrats are progressive.
So you go to all the Millennials, and they're going to vote for, you know, whichever DEI candidate or whatever you want to call it.
They'll vote for that.
But the older Democrats, which are the bulk of the voting bloc, they're not.
Michelle Obama is going to need an old white man, and who does she have?
What if?
What if this happens?
Michelle Obama says, Joe Biden should not step down.
She comes out at the convention and says, Joe Biden should not step down.
Joe Biden is a good and decent man, but he needs help.
I will help him complete that vision.
Joe, step in as my vice president, and I will—oh boy, wouldn't that be something?
I can't imagine something like that happening, but I gotta be honest, nothing that we're seeing is precedented.
It is all unprecedented.
So I honestly got no idea.
But it would be funny if Michelle Obama came out like, here's an idea, instead of replacing Biden, Biden, you be my VP, I'll be the candidate, I'll assure everyone that I can lead the charge, and you will be there to fulfill your vision, and the Democrats are going to cheer to the high heavens.
And just like with Barack, the older, more racist Democrats are going to be like, well, Joe's there, so I'll vote for that.
But I'll also stress this.
Guys, Michelle Obama is also a woman.
Oh, I know, cue the conspiracy comments, but it doesn't matter, okay?
Your conspiracies don't matter, you can believe whatever you want to believe.
Michelle Obama, a woman.
Sorry.
I do believe that women are at a massive disadvantage among older voters.
Younger voters may say, like, oh, we want this, progressives, whatever.
But you're going to find a lot of people saying they don't want a female president.
Whether you like it or don't.
Let's read this news, though, my friends.
Obama knew in advance of George Clooney's bombshell call for Biden to drop out.
Well, here's a story from yesterday.
The New York Times.
George Clooney.
I love Joe Biden, but we need a new nominee.
Look at this picture they chose of Joe Biden for the New York Times.
Yo, the media is sabotaging him, okay?
This is what they would do to Donald Trump.
And Barack Obama.
Okay, I gotta do this.
I gotta play this clip.
That's not the clip.
Where's the clip?
Here's the clip.
Let me play this clip for you.
joe scarborough
Let's say one thing that we do have to underline here, just so so viewers can can follow what's
going on behind the scenes is, is the Biden campaign and many Democratic officials do
believe that Barack Obama is is quietly working behind the scenes to orchestrate this.
tim pool
Well, so there it is. The growing criticism of Biden, the Clooney op ed morning, Joe says
Barack Obama's orchestrating all this.
So Barack Obama, who's he working with that they're going to run a photo like this of Joe Biden?
It's all framing.
What if they showed a picture of a strong, smirking Joe Biden, aviator sunglasses, you know, pointing at you, showing strength.
Instead, they show this grimacing, awful photo.
Because they are framing the narrative.
It is intentional.
They will remove Joe Biden.
They don't want a primary.
I mean, man, you know, I have to wonder sometimes what the Deep State guys think when they watch my videos.
Like, you know, I got a couple FBI agents and they're sitting there clicking through.
And I have to wonder if they're going, you know, this Tim guy, he really knows what we're doing.
Or if they're like, this guy's so dumb, he has no idea what's going on.
And I assume it's probably the latter.
They're like, ah, this guy's a moron.
They're all idiots.
But from what I can see, based on the news reporting and where we're at over the past 10 years, the Democrats almost lost to Bernie Sanders twice.
Grassroots efforts will undermine establishment control, and they can't let that happen.
See, for the longest time, the two-party system basically kept everybody out, but then eventually activists figured out how to game the two-party system.
You end up with Trump and Bernie, the populist uprising in the ranks.
Well, the Republicans couldn't stop Trump.
The Democrats did stop Bernie.
And they stopped him twice.
Second time around, you had all of the Democrat candidates, well, not all, but a handful, drop out of the race at the same time and endorse Joe Biden.
And they're sitting there thinking, like, I can't believe this guy's so close to winning!
We cannot have a primary!
So what happens this time?
RFK Jr.
And they shut him out.
And it's BS.
I don't know.
Joe Biden's the nominee.
Get out of here.
I say good work, RFK Jr.
Good work.
You've exposed them.
Because now, now that we're deep in the race, they're trying to do the desperate Indiana Jones swap out, and it may not work.
unidentified

I think it likely will.
And so it's funny to me when I look at these prediction markets and they're like a 50% chance that Joe Biden will drop out of the race.
tim pool
door.
50%.
Yeah, right.
I'd say that there is a, in my view, a 100% chance.
It's funny because we were talking on TimCast IRL and I said, you know, we're so far ahead of the news cycle, like we are on the pulse.
Finger on the pulse.
I was like, I should invest more.
It's like that story breaks about Nancy Pelosi buying stock in Nvidia and I'm like, look at that.
And then it's like six months later, she made $15 million.
And I was like, why don't I buy stuff?
Like I'm watching the news.
I know what they're doing.
I know what's going to happen.
Jeez.
I'd be a lot wealthier, a lot more wealthy, if I just did that.
The funny thing is, like, the next day, I was like, look, Joe Biden was at like 80% in the prediction markets to be the nominee.
And we said, wow, Joe Biden might step down.
Maybe, you know, we should bet on Kamala.
The next day, Kamala was the frontrunner, up by like 40%.
And I'm like, man, you threw a thousand bucks in there, you made $400.
Overnight!
Yeah, really.
So George Clooney writes this op-ed.
I'm a lifelong Democrat.
I make no apologies for that.
Well, you should.
I'm kidding.
Maybe I'm not, I don't know.
I'm proud of what my party represents and what it stands for.
As part of my participation in the democratic process and in support of my chosen candidate, I have led some of the biggest fundraisers in my party's history.
Barack Obama in 2012, Hillary Clinton in 2016, Joe Biden in 2020.
Last month, I co-hosted the single largest fundraiser supporting any Democratic candidate ever for President Biden's re-election.
I say all of this only to express how much I believe in this process and how profound I think this moment is.
I love Joe Biden.
As a Senator, as a Vice President, and as a President, I consider him a friend.
And I believe in him, believe in his character, believe in his morals.
In the last four years, he's won many of the battles he's faced.
But the one battle he cannot win is the fight against time.
Ah yes, time makes fools of us all.
None of us can.
It's devastating to say, but the Joe Biden I was with three weeks ago at the fundraiser was not the Joe big effing deal Biden of 2010.
He wasn't even the Joe Biden of 2020.
He was the same man we all witnessed at that debate.
Don't you just love where all these things are going?
Knives out for Biden, man.
They want this guy gone.
Now here's what I don't understand.
I shouldn't say I don't understand, but honest question.
Why so hard against Joe Biden?
They don't need to go this hard.
They could have had the debate.
Or maybe they did, maybe they did.
Okay, so let's try some scenarios.
Joe Biden needs to step down.
They want to get someone else in.
Maybe it's Michelle Obama, Hillary Clinton, I have no idea.
Buttigieg?
Probably not.
Newsom?
Hmm, who knows.
Could they not have just had Joe Biden have a medical issue?
That's the cleanest way out.
The cleanest way out, as I've described over and over again.
And, you know, I've done this silly scenario where Newsom runs out, throws his jacket off, and saves Joe Biden.
But no, no, let's just say That Joe Biden is on Air Force One and news report breaks Joe Biden has suffered a medical emergency.
He lands.
He's OK.
Joe Biden goes to Walter Reed or wherever and they say he suffered a cardiac event, but he's OK.
And then Joe says, I'm not a young man anymore.
And I think and then he does this right before the convention, he could say, I'm not a young man anymore and I feel like I'm letting you all down.
But I also know that running this country is the hardest job, and perhaps as much as I would have loved to, I will not be able to complete a second term.
I'm an 81-year-old man.
And for this, I call upon the Democratic Convention, the committee, to hold an open convention.
Should the people of this convention decide I should be the president, then I will humbly accept, but I believe it should only be fair that perhaps it's time for some younger blood.
That would have been the simplest thing to do.
There would have been cheers.
Oh, Joe, you're so magnanimous.
Oh, we love you.
What a hero.
And he'd get praise from the four corners of the earth.
Instead, they're doing this weird coup against him.
It's almost like Joe Biden is refusing to back down.
So I have to wonder if They know they need him out.
He knows he's supposed to drop out, and Jill and Hunter are like, don't you do it!
You've got the seat of power now, don't give it up!
But yo, these people, it's the Goblin King.
Do you know how the Goblin King works?
I love the Goblin King.
To become king of the goblins, you must slay the previous king.
Futurama also has a joke about it where they go to the water planet, and in order to become king, you drink, because they're made of water or whatever, I guess, I don't know, you drink them, It's almost like this is how the Democratic Party operates.
It's like the Sith.
You must destroy the master so the apprentice can ascend and then take on a new apprentice.
The Hollywood A-Lister called Obama in advance, this Clooney, to warn him he was going to make the call in an op-ed published in the New York Times, sources told Politico.
The ex-president didn't encourage Clooney to make the remarks, but didn't try to stop him either.
Why are they reporting this?
How are they reporting this?
Who told them this happened?
Guys, people, please.
I feel like I'm taking crazy pills.
Y'all see it, don't you?
So, George Clooney calls Barack Obama, and what?
The Hamburglar is around the corner, peeking his head out, and he's like, oh, golly!
And then he calls Politico and says, I just heard George Clooney on speakerphone with Barack Obama, and Obama didn't object.
How do you know this?
How do you know about a private phone call George Clooney had with Obama unless someone else was in the room or in the meeting?
And why would they do that?
It's nonsense.
It's framing.
It's a lie.
Okay?
Clooney called Obama.
Obama had the conversation.
Obama then said, send that to Politico.
We want them to know.
Why?
Did Clooney do it?
Someone did it.
Look.
There's literally no world in which my phone calls end up in the New York Post.
None!
I get a phone call with an advertiser, I get a phone call with a distributor, I get a phone call with a tech company, I get a phone call with my mom or my dad, and I do it every day, phone calls.
And there's no reality where it's like the New York Post writes, like, Tim Poole talked to his dog walker about the schedule for, you know, when the dog needs to go outside.
Why?
Unless my dog walker called the New York Post and told them It's all fabricated.
You live in a scripted universe, or at least they try to make it scripted.
Hence, they shadow ban channels like this.
Uh-oh.
Y'all are watching with all of this news.
It's a marionette show.
It's a puppet show.
It's reality TV.
It's fake.
It's scripted.
And there are a few channels, like this one, that are not.
It is funny when the conspiracy theorists think that we're, like, part of some controlled opposition or whatever.
I'm like, I don't know, dude.
I'm just a guy who complains.
I'm looking at a camera right now complaining.
That's all I do.
But I gotta tell you this.
Do you ask yourselves these questions?
I know many of you do.
Some may not, but many of you do.
I assume most Democrats don't ask themselves, how did they know about this phone call?
It's ridiculous.
We also have this.
So this is the story.
What Obama and Pelosi are doing about Biden.
Two of the party's most prominent figures have served as sounding boards, people seeking to push the president aside.
Oh boy.
Donald Trump has chimed in.
So now fake movie actor George Clooney, who never came close to making a great movie, is at hold on.
Hey, he was in Batman Forever.
Trump, you take that back.
He's getting into the act.
He's turned on Crooked Joe like the rats they both are.
But what does Clooney know about anything?
He uses the Democrat talking point that Biden, the worst president in the history of the United States, has saved our democracy.
No, Crooked Joe was the one who weaponized law enforcement against his political opponent, who created the most devastating inflation in the history of our country, who embarrassed our nation in Afghanistan, and whose crazy open border policy has allowed millions of people to illegally pour into our country, many from prisons and mental institutions.
Crooked Joe Biden didn't save our democracy.
He brought our democracy to its knees.
Clooney should get out of politics and go back to television.
Movies never really worked out for him.
I gotta be honest.
Ocean's 11.
Pretty good.
The rest of them, I don't know.
The worst thing they ever did, and they've done this multiple times, is when they did, what was it, like, Oceans 12 or whatever?
When they had, um... What's her name?
That's that actress's name.
I don't even remember her name.
But they had the actress in the movie.
Play herself as a... Oh, it's just so cringe.
So George Clooney has a love interest, and I can't remember the lady's name, and then Julia Roberts, is that her name?
And then they're like, doesn't she kind of look like Julia Roberts?
And they're like, no.
And she's like, oh, don't you do it.
And then they have her, as her character, pretend to be Julia Roberts.
That was the cringest writing ever done for a movie ever.
And it's not the first time it's happened, nor will it be the last.
But anyway, I like Ocean's Eleven.
I do.
I thought the end was great.
My favorite scene in the movie is when, at the end, the... It's been so long since I've seen it.
What's the guy's name?
The bad guy who owns the casino.
He's not really... Actually, he's the good guy who owns the casino, and they're the bad guys.
But George Clooney comes out of the room, and then he's like, who took my money?
And then he says, what if I could... He's like, I got no idea what you're talking about.
And I love that scene.
Great acting, by the way.
Shout out George Clooney.
Great acting, by the way.
Not great politics.
Actually, rather vapid and stupid.
But, you know, I give people credit where credit's due.
I'm not gonna look at somebody who, like, chiseled a beautiful ice sculpture, but he's got a Biden bumper sticker and built, like, that's a bad ice sculpture.
It's like, well, actually, it's a pretty good ice sculpture, but I don't like to do it for Biden.
You're allowed to.
You know what I mean?
I wish you didn't.
So here's the latest polling from FiveThirtyEight.
YouGov has Trump up 4 against Harris and 3 against Biden.
If Biden's out and Harris stays, Trump still wins.
But I love this so much.
I love this so much because we don't know this yesterday, but let me just point this out.
Against Harris, according to Redfield and Wilton, Trump is up 7.
Against Biden, he's up 1, and this includes Kennedy.
If they throw in Shapiro, Trump's up 8.
Warren, Trump up 10.
Gore, Trump up 5.
Clinton, Trump up 7.
Sanders, Trump up 6.
Buttigieg, Trump is up 10.
Whitmer, Trump is up 10.
Newsom, Trump is up 8.
Harris, Trump is up 6.
There's nothing they can do!
They got nobody!
Okay, there is this one poll saying Hillary Clinton can beat Trump by 2 points.
Harris beating Trump by 1 point, fine.
Look at this.
July 5th, Morning Consult has Biden above Donald Trump.
Alright?
And... Oh, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry.
That's... I'm wrong.
That's Wisconsin, specifically.
Wisconsin.
So, I thought this was just the president... I should just grab the presidential polls.
My bad, my bad.
Here we go, here we go.
So, alright, here we go.
Ipsos, The Washington Post, ABC, Harris is up two.
Look at that.
With Biden, they say it's even.
Maybe they'll really try it.
Maybe they'll really try it.
Then we have all this polling that I already read.
Where's the Michelle Obama one?
That one's interesting because if Barack Obama... Can I load more polls?
If Barack Obama really is the one orchestrating this... Oh, okay, here we go.
Then, uh... Let's see, where is the Michelle Obama one?
Do they have that one?
Maybe they don't have it.
There we go.
July 1st, Ipsos Reuters.
Michelle Obama up 11 points.
If Barack Obama really is the one orchestrating this, maybe that is why.
So, you heard it here first.
Not that I'm gonna be right about everything, but I did say What, eight months ago, Joe Biden will not be the nominee.
I was just, I was sitting there reading all these stories and I'm like, there's no way.
There's no way they run this guy.

Maybe I'm wrong.
I think I'm going to try to be right.
I don't know.
What do I win a Coke?
We'll find out next segment coming up at 1 p.m. on this channel.
Thanks for hanging out and I'll see you all then.
It's probably not surprising to you that Democrats lie.
They use levers of power for political gain.
Because if you've been paying attention at all in the past 10 years, you've seen it.
Donald Trump being accused of being a Russian spy?
Fake.
Donald Trump-Ukraine scandal?
Fake.
They claimed Joe Biden did not engage in a quid pro quo with the president of Ukraine.
Lies.
He did.
Hunter Biden's laptop scandal.
They said 51 experts, former intelligence officials said this is all the hallmarks of Russian disinformation.
Fake.
The laptop was Hunter's.
They lie.
Rachel Maddow is now being sued, along with others at MSNBC, or they've been in the process of a lawsuit, which is advancing, which we'll get into in a later segment.
It's advancing after they accused a doctor of being the uterus collector, sterilizing immigrant women.
Lies.
So I'm not surprised that when it comes to holding Merrick Garland in inherent contempt for his criminal activities, yes, confirmed, Merrick Garland committed crimes, fact, once again, statement of fact, Democrats said no.
Democrats said, we will not hold our AG in contempt and penalize him for using the levers of power for personal gain.
I'm not surprised.
I'm also not particularly surprised that four Republicans have joined in the effort to burn this country to the ground.
I am particularly angry about this story, but we have developments here.
From the Hill, Luna pushed to fine Garland $10,000 per day over Biden.
Her tapes fails.
Now, last night, we got reporting that the vote failed, but this was inaccurately reported by The Independent.
What was actually happening was an attempt to table the resolution or push it to the Rules Committee, which would effectively kill it.
It failed.
The vote actually happened just a moment ago, as I'm recording this video.
And it failed.
And it failed because four Republicans joined the Democrats to spit in your face They looked you in the eyes, America, and they said to you, with smiles on their faces, your country does not matter.
The rule of law does not matter.
Only the power of the establishment elites matter.
And you?
You're not in the club.
They said to you, with this vote, there is no will of the American people.
There is only the will of the powerful.
And that ain't you.
As they trade stocks to enrich themselves.
As Congress has a very strange disproportionate amount of millionaires in their ranks.
You don't matter, they say.
And we see this with this bill.
Let me break it down for you rather simply, and then we'll go through the news, and I will tell you who these men are who betrayed this country.
In favor of the powerful elites.
Steve Bannon and Peter Navarro, they're in jail.
They're in prison right now.
Why?
Well, contempt of Congress.
You see, contempt of Congress is a criminal action.
And they were held in contempt by Congress, referred to the DOJ for criminal prosecution, to which it decided to engage, and now they're in prison.
Let's start from the beginning.
As with Peter Navarro and Steve Bannon, similar cases, they were instructed to testify, and they did not.
I can get into specifics more easily with Steve Bannon's case, as I've been following this more recently, because he just went to prison.
Navarro's case is a little bit older, but he did go to prison recently in the past few months.
Bannon was instructed to testify in turnover documents.
The executive branch, Donald Trump, said, no, executive privilege.
The argument from Democrats was, he's not president anymore, he doesn't have executive privilege.
He does.
That's insane to argue that the documents of an administration of the executive branch lose privilege the moment they leave office.
That makes no sense.
Those are executive documents.
Donald Trump said no.
Well, now Steve Bannon talks to his lawyers and they're like, look, you can't defy the executive branch and turn over documents that aren't yours.
And so Steve Bannon's been a rock in a hard place.
Executive branch says no.
Legislative branch says yes.
What do I do?
Eventually, Trump relented and said, fine.
Turn over the documents.
Testify.
It's fine.
Bannon said, okay, let's talk.
When can we do this?
And Congress, the J6 committee, said, too late.
We don't care.
And they referred Bannon for criminal prosecution, citing contempt of Congress.
He appealed it.
It's still in appeal.
But in the meantime, he's convicted.
He's going to prison.
Merrick Garland.
Now let's go to where we are today.
Joe Biden had classified documents in his office, multiple offices, and his home.
That's a crime.
A crime for which Donald Trump, under the same statutes, is also being criminally charged.
However, Special Prosecutor Herr said, you know, they had a conversation with Joe Biden, and he's a forgetful old man we would not be able to prosecute.
Now, Biden had these documents for personal gain.
It is stated that he wanted to write a book and he needed them for reference.
His ghostwriter deleted recordings, it's been reported, upon realizing that Biden was admitting to committing crimes.
Special Prosecutor says, we can't prosecute the President.
Not over this.
He's a regretful old man.
You'd never get a conviction.
Well, transcripts were released of that communication.
And the Republicans said, we want to hear the audio tapes.
The DOJ, they said, no, you can't have them.
They said, well, then we'll file a subpoena.
And they did.
Forcing Merrick Garland to turn over the tapes.
Merrick Garland chuckled and said, I don't care about the rule of law.
I'm going to do whatever I want.
And I'm going to defy Congress's subpoena.
Well, Congress then said, if you do not answer the subpoena, you're in contempt.
And so, they filed contempt of Congress against Merrick Garland.
Who chuckled and said, try me and refused to respond.
After they referred him to the DOJ for criminal prosecution for contempt of Congress.
Same as Steve Bannon, who is in prison.
The DOJ laughed and said, we're not going to criminally charge Merrick Garland.
He's allowed to break the law and so is Joe Biden.
It is a fact in the public record that both of these men have broken the law and we're not going to do anything about it.
unidentified
Why?
tim pool
Because Democrats wield power like a sword.
Republicans whinge and whine and cry and lose.
So the DOJ refuses to hold Merrick Garland to charge him criminally for a legitimate crime that we know for a fact he committed.
It is a fact on the record.
He committed a crime.
A crime for which, similarly, Steve Bannon's in prison.
So Rep Luna, my respect, she's tremendous, says, then we will file inherent contempt charges against you, which is asserting the unilateral authority of Congress to enforce our subpoenas and our bills and our authority.
This would have required a vote only in the House.
It need not go to the Senate.
It need not go to the President.
If the House of Representatives with a Republican majority said he's in contempt, Luna wanted a $10,000 per day fine until Garland turned over the Biden-Her tapes.
It failed.
It failed.
We thought it failed last night, but it's the same Republicans who tried to block the bill, who voted against it, Three of these Republicans are in safe red districts and had no reason to defy upholding the rule of law in this country.
And in doing so, they said, the rule of law in this country means nothing to them.
They don't care how you live.
They don't care how the law is upheld.
They care only for their political power.
And that's the game.
These men, and I'm going to go through the story, must be made to feel maximum political pressure and pain.
I've discussed maybe putting up billboards in their districts.
I think the message of, individual does not support law enforcement, is simple enough.
I don't think it'll negatively impact their elections or anything like that.
But it's a statement that people need to understand.
They do not support law enforcement.
They are hypocrites, they are liars, they are evil men.
They should never be allowed in Congress again.
They should lose their elections.
Presents us with a problem.
Are we going to allow these evil scumbags Because we need the political majority?
Well, I present all of you with a serious conundrum, one that I face.
How are you going to convince me that I should care about the victories of the Republican Party when even when they have the majority, they spit in my face?
Democrats march in lockstep.
Don't get me wrong, right now on Joe Biden, they ain't marching in lockstep at all.
But wow, even AOC!
You know, the DSA just disavowed her because she's aligned with Biden and establishment Democrats and is not taking a hard stance against Israel.
So they said we rescind our endorsement of her.
Democrats have no problem following the whip crack.
Republicans, same thing, yeah, but for Democrats.
The Hill reports.
The House on Thursday rejected a resolution to hold Attorney General Merrick Garland in inherent contempt and fine him $10,000 per day.
Rep Ana Paulina Luna spearheaded the effort, forcing a vote on the matter despite the reservations of GOP leadership, who prefer to try to obtain the tapes through other avenues like legal challenges.
The resolution failed on the floor in a 204 to 210 vote.
Four House Republicans joined Democrats in voting against the resolution.
Reps John Duarte of California, David Joyce of Ohio, Tom McClintock of California, Mike Turner of Ohio.
Should these four men have voted with Republicans, it would have been a 208 to 206 victory.
Merrick Garland would be held in contempt.
He wouldn't even go to jail.
He'd be fined money until he turned over public record that Congress requested.
Me?
I don't care about what he did.
I don't care about what Steve Bannon did.
What I care about is that there is a system in place for which I can track.
For which I understand the rules.
I care about knowing.
You tell me how to operate and I will operate as such.
No one wants to be a criminal, right?
When the ATF unilaterally decreed that pistol braces were stocks, and that if you had any, you were in illegal possession of a short-barreled rifle, what did I do?
I detached the pistol braces and separate them, as was the legal interpretation at the time.
Upset and angry, but knowing there is a legal process and we will win.
And guess what?
We did.
We did win.
And that says to me, I know that there is a system we seek to uphold.
The left seeks to destroy it.
They want to burn it down.
They want you to believe there's no rule of law.
And these four Republicans want that, too.
They want you to believe there's no law.
These men, all four of them, must be removed from Congress.
We need to primary them.
And in fact, I say, I'll tell you what, if we can flip four other districts somewhere else, I have no problem losing four seats if these guys lose to Democrats, because they should be forced to retire.
They should feel maximum pain.
Now, I don't know how much these guys actually care about being in Congress, and I don't know how much it matters whether they are or are not in the end.
I say this.
These men should never be able to buy a hot dog in their district again.
Let them join the Democrats!
Switch to the Democratic Party now!
Because anybody who supports Trump and Trump supports Rep.
Luna, anybody who believes that there is law in this country that if you break it, you are held accountable, should deny these men.
They walk into your restaurant and say, you get out.
Because the only thing they will understand is that there are consequences to being evil.
Two test votes the day before indicated the resolution had legs.
A motion to table failed, and it failed an attempt to push it to the Rules Committee.
Interestingly, these four Republicans, according to this report from Independent, had voted to try and kill the bill.
Now, I will say this.
Last night, we reported this story.
Attempts to hold Garland in inherent contempt fail with four Republicans joining Democrats.
That is still true to this day, but they misinterpreted what was going on.
The Independent updated their story.
Right-wing Republicans attempt to force-vote an inherent contempt.
They say that these four Republicans had tried to block the bill.
Mike Turner, David Joyce, John Duarte, and Tom McClintock voted with Democrats to refer to rules, but that failed.
Today they voted to destroy it, to end it, to allow criminal activity so long as it's the Democrats who do it.
I tell you this right now, either Steve Bannon and Navarro walk free over contempt of Congress, or Merrick Garland go to prison.
And you know what happened?
The best Luna could get us is a $10,000 per day fine just to turn over the tapes.
Not even criminal penalty for the crimes he committed.
And there it is.
It's these men.
These men are the weak men who have urinated on your flag and your country.
They have taken a dump on this Constitution.
And they are laughing at you as it goes down!
So let's poll up their districts.
David Joyce, how's your district?
Hey, you won your last election 61.7 to 38.3.
You don't seem to be at risk.
What's the reason you allowed criminal activity at the highest levels to persist?
I don't know.
The same was true for his election in 2020.
Let's see if we can go down.
We've got the 2022 election.
Let's scroll down to 2020.
Hey, 60 to 40.
unidentified
39.9.
tim pool
Doesn't seem to be at great risk.
Let's pull up Ohio's District 14.
That's his district, right?
He reps Ohio 14.
Hey, that's an R plus 9.
He doesn't seem to be at risk at all.
They've voted Republican for the past 24 years.
For what reason did you betray this country and allow a man to defy the law?
Donald Trump is being criminally charged for classified documents.
The same thing Joe Biden did.
And all we asked now was for the tapes to understand why he will not be charged and Trump is.
I want to know.
Merrick Garland said, I don't care.
You're not getting them.
Then all we asked was a fine of $10,000 per day until he gives us the tapes.
And this guy said no.
Now, don't get me wrong.
I can sit here and rag on Democrats all day for this, but I don't expect them to actually care about the rule of law in this country.
They put Navarro and Bannon in prison as it is, with their sham JSICS garbage.
They lie all the time.
This guy should never be able to buy a cup of coffee again!
Walk into your coffee shop, tell them to get the out!
Mike Turner of Ohio.
Here we go.
How's his district?
Let's pull up his district.
What do we got?
Ohio's 10th.
Ohio's 10th district.
Hey, how about that?
61.7 to 38.3.
Doesn't seem to be at great risk.
In his district, it's an R plus 4.
A little bit closer.
In 2008, it voted for Obama, but switched Republican after that.
I don't see a political argument.
You want to make the argument that's what they're going to make?
Well, he's in a swing district.
He's got to be very careful.
Don't care.
I don't care.
I'm not here to play politics.
I'm here to understand why the rule of law is not being upheld equally in this country, and how any of us can expect to understand this system.
You have spit in the face of the American people, and you have desecrated what the Founding Fathers fought so hard for.
This flies in the face of the ethics, the ethos, and the visions of Benjamin Franklin.
That it is better that a hundred guilty persons go free than one innocent person suffer.
The basis of such a claim, rooted in Blackstone's formulation, was that if the American people believe that even if they are good, they will be prosecuted, then there is no incentive to be good.
The American people must know that the rule of law will be upheld, and if they are innocent, they will be protected.
What you have done today, gentlemen, is told loudly and publicly to the American people, there is no law that if you are a Democrat like Garland, you can break the law.
If you are Joe Biden, you can break the law and no one will hold you accountable.
But if you're Steve Bannon, you're getting locked up.
If you're Peter Navarro, you're getting locked up.
If you're Donald Trump, you're getting locked up.
So what message is being sent to the American people?
Now I fear, as I've stated many times, that after this election, or at some time before, who knows, confidence among those in this country who align right-leaning will break, and they will begin to believe there's no government anymore.
And that's what they have just done, in one of the most shockingly egregious actions you can expect.
They have outright said, Joe Biden is free to break the law.
Merrick Garland is free to break the law.
And all I say, all I say is, these men shouldn't be able to buy a cup of coffee.
That's it.
I'm not saying anything else.
That's the only message that will be delivered.
Let's take a look at our friends over in California who also did the same thing.
You've got John Duarte in California's 13th district.
California's 13th congressional district.
Look at that.
Let's see, where's the 2022 election?
He won it 50.2 to 49.8.
He barely won.
And this is why I see him making this action.
Because he's weak.
He is a weak man of weak morals, and he is scared he's going to lose his job.
I hope you do.
I hope that in your district, the Democrat wins.
At least we know who we'll be up against then.
Not some man masquerading as someone who actually cares about this country.
But if you're willing to go vote with Democrats, then you're a Democrat.
And I'd rather have Adam Gray publicly state to my face his intentions, as opposed to you, a lying scumbag.
Now this district is a D plus 4.
California's 13th.
This man's lucky to be in office there.
I look forward to seeing you lose and be run out of politics.
And there is only, only the thinnest line preventing me from actually campaigning for a Democrat.
And that is, Democrats are overt evil.
I can't do that.
But I can certainly hope and wish for your failure because you're evil.
And lastly, we have our California friend in CA5, Tom McClintock.
In 2022, he won 61.3 to 38.7.
Heavens me!
He's in an R plus 9.
In California, an R plus 9.
It's a farming area.
For what reason did these men, in safe districts, decide the rule of law in this country be damned?
This is the evil of Congress.
Every day we learn about members of Congress trading on insider information, getting rich off it.
The only consolation, I suppose, is that with the knowledge of what Nancy Pelosi is doing, you can make the bet that she made.
Or bets.
And then make money off her stock choices as well, along with many other members of Congress.
They should not be allowed to do this.
It's a conflict of interest.
It should be illegal.
But do you think these people are ever going to vote to take away their ability to get rich off of manipulating the system?
Today, I tell you this, my friends.
I fear for this country.
Because Joe Biden is not being criminally charged for the crimes he committed, which are a fact.
Classified documents.
I don't care what your arguments are.
They say, well, he cooperated.
Trump didn't.
Don't care.
Fine.
Don't care.
He's not being charged for having classified documents.
Trump is.
Make your excuses.
That's fine.
And my next statement is, okay, then let's have the tapes from the DOJ, which is public record, so we can understand why.
We'll prove your argument right.
You said Biden did things right.
Trump didn't.
Fantastic.
Let's release the audio tapes to prove you all correct, and then I'll buy you a Coke.
And I'll say, wow, I was wrong about that.
You guys were totally right.
Let's play the tapes.
Because you're right, of course.
And Merrick Garland breaks the law in defying Congress.
And they want to hold him accountable.
He can do whatever he wants.
That's it.
And it's these Republicans' fault.
Now I have a question for all of you.
What makes you think I care to go and vote down ticket or to encourage anyone else to do the same thing if this is what the Republican Party is?
Controlled opposition.
Johnson defying this?
For what reason?
For political reasons?
We want Biden to look foolish over his debate performance.
Don't change the subject.
We want polit— I don't care.
I don't.
I'm not going to play that game.
I want to know that there is rule of law in this country.
And if you are willing to break the rules and allow criminals run free so that you could try and win political power, you are the evil we are trying to stop.
I reject this.
The only thing I can say is this.
I certainly do want Republicans to win.
Not these men.
I hope they lose.
I hope they all lose.
But you know what?
They're in safe Republican districts.
If you live in these districts, maybe you can ask them why they did this.
Why they decided to betray the rule of law.
Why Steve Bannon's in prison.
And I don't care for whatever excuse they have.
They've made no statements on this.
Oh, I should say this.
They've not posted on social media, as far as I can see.
For what reason did they decide, rule of law be damned, every other Republican was on board?
The game they play is this.
I'd imagine that Mike Johnson went to them and said, guys, you're in safe Republican districts.
If you betray the Republican Party, Trump supporters, and Trump himself, you won't lose.
This was a betrayal of Trump himself, who posted in support of Rep Luna's resolution to hold Garland in contempt.
And these men not only betrayed the American people, They betrayed the leader of their own party.
Why?
They're in a safe district.
They're likely not going to face a primary challenge.
They've got two years anyway, and that's forever in politics.
So they're thinking, it's too late.
Primaries are over.
We're not going to lose in November.
No Republican will sacrifice Republican seat over what we do today.
That's why I'm not like these people.
Maybe I'm not like you.
You see, there is great concern that if the Republicans don't take the majority of Congress, Trump would be impeached on day one.
unidentified
Yeah.
tim pool
I don't care.
I literally don't.
These men are evil, and I believe that when evil actions be taken, there must be some resolution to that issue.
I will not tolerate these evil men.
Sitting in the ranks because we want power.
I don't live that way.
That's not who I am.
I don't like the Republican Party.
I don't like the Democratic Party.
I don't like the Libertarian Party.
I like certain individuals within each of the parties.
There's even some Democrats.
Ro Khanna's not a bad guy.
You know, I'm not going to vote for the guy or anything like that, but he's done some pretty good things, especially around free speech.
I can respect that.
But we very much disagree.
But I do like him.
That's not saying much.
There's only maybe like, I don't know, ten Republicans that I actually think are good people.
These guys are not them.
unidentified
They must apologize.
tim pool
They should issue an apology.
I'll tell you what.
They put out a statement on their ex-account saying we were wrong.
We apologize.
We'll never do it again.
I'll accept it.
They must grovel.
I do want to win.
I don't want to see Trump impeached.
But we better see some kind of resolution to this.
I will personally, personally use every, every venue and avenue that I have when I go to the RNC next week.
The only thing I'm going to say to every single person I see is, what are you doing to bring these Republicans to heel?
To make them cry and beg for forgiveness?
I don't care for these games, man.
Everybody can unfollow me.
I am sick of this.
I am sick of the leadership going to the— You know, they could have killed Obamacare back in 20— Was it 2012, I think?
unidentified
And leadership goes, no, no, no, vote to keep it.
tim pool
We need the wedge issue.
That's the game they play.
We learned that from the Freedom Caucus.
That's the game they play.
I'm willing to bet Johnson goes to these guys and says, you're in a safe district.
Vote against it.
No one's going to vote you out.
You have my word.
And they said, you got it, boss.
But me?
I don't play that game.
I am not going to bend the knee to any of these scumbags.
So I tell you this right now.
If Donald Trump loses over this, it's the fault of these men.
If the Democrats end up taking the House in these districts, fine!
Because we cannot live in a system where scumbags like this play political games and allow criminals to walk free.
And for the American people to question whether there is even law in this country.
Can't allow it.
The system is in dire straits.
And these are the men that are burning it down around you.
I already know Democrats are doing it.
We all do.
We will not tolerate this.
So I tell you, what's the solution?
Hey, if we win all of these swing districts, if Biden burns everything down, yeah, look, these guys are going to end up winning.
But I'm going to do whatever I can.
And that's not very much.
But I tell you this, these guys are persona non grata for us.
What does that mean?
Probably not much.
I mean, Timcast IRL has its influence, sure.
But it's not like we're kingmakers or anything like that.
But I will do what I can.
And I'll talk to my lawyer about what billboards I can put up in their districts.
Because these men are trash.
They're not the only ones.
I've had similar rage with other members of Congress, but I am so absolutely livid over this, I can't even... You get it.
You get it.
I am a... block-headed individual, I tell you this.
You know, my... emotionally, I would love to see the Republican ship sink over these men.
So that they can understand, you do not betray us.
See, in the real world, one-on-one, in matters of personal action, I'd be willing to go very, very far if you cross me.
Now, I understand there are a lot of people in this country who are deeply concerned, and these are just local reps in their districts.
The federal reps in their districts.
Here in West Virginia, we've got Riley Moore, who's fantastic.
And we've got Donald Trump.
And I know that I can count on Riley, and we may disagree on things, and I also know that he's going to do the right thing.
Because I've had a lot of conversations with him about him.
I'm really excited that he's moving in, but I hope we never see anything like this from him.
So all I can do is vote for the people that I believe in, and I don't have these guys in my district.
But I hope they lose.
You get the point.
I'll leave it there.
Next segment's coming up at 4 p.m.
on this channel.
Thanks for hanging out, and I'll see you all then.
Donald Trump's Secretary of Retribution has a target list of 350 people he wants arrested, says Raw Story.
Okay, I'm excited for this.
I like it.
I just want to point something out.
Retribution.
What does that mean?
Now, revenge, I'm not a fan of.
But let me give you the retribution definition.
I think that one's more important.
And you can understand what this means and what they're claiming.
Retribution means punishment imposed, as on a convicted criminal, for the purposes of repayment or revenge for the wrong committed.
Why should I be mad about retribution?
Donald Trump said, my retribution will be a successful second term.
What's wrong with seeing people go to prison?
If you commit a crime, you break the law, we uphold the law, and there is penalty, there is penance.
I have no problem with retribution.
In fact, I want and encourage it.
So when they say this, a Secretary of Retribution, uh, let me stress, punishment imposed for the purposes of repayment or revenge for a wrong committed.
You commit a crime, we put you in jail!
No, no, no, hold on.
For me, I am not a retribution guy.
I'm actually a rehabilitation guy.
I think, for the most part, we want to have a functioning system, and logic is more important than feelings.
Feelings are good.
Feelings are what make the human experience.
But in terms of making society function and people be happy, logic plays an outsized role in this.
Which means, when someone is caught committing a crime, what we want to do is we want to make sure they can function, be efficient, and never commit those crimes again.
Retribution doesn't fall into that.
It can.
It can overlap.
But retribution is more emotional.
Now for this, I'm mostly fine with the emotional satisfaction if it serves a logical purpose.
That is to say, if the American people see the penance for the crimes committed, and it can help create confidence in our system, it's a good thing.
Because right now, we ain't got a whole lot of it.
Raw Story Reports.
Retribution is at the center of Donald Trump's third presidential election campaign.
I am your warrior, Trump proclaimed earlier this year.
I am your justice.
And for those of you who have been wronged and betrayed, I am your retribution.
Okay, now I want to point this out.
The way Donald Trump probably said it was, I am your warrior.
I am your justice.
And for those of you who have been wronged and betrayed, I am your retribution.
That's not how I would say it.
I would say, I am your warrior.
I am your justice.
And for those of you who have been wronged and betrayed, I am your retribution.
That's how I'd do it.
Trump is a bit funnier than that.
That's probably why he's a bit more successful.
I don't think anyone would take me seriously.
Trump's loyal surrogates have duly embraced the project, perhaps no one more zealously than Ivan Reiklin.
Retired Army Reserve Lieutenant Colonel and former U.S.
Defense Intelligence Agency employee who bills himself as the former and would-be President's future Secretary of Retribution.
I would just love, like, a good speech.
Like, that would just make me feel really good.
Donald Trump has played it straight.
He said, my retribution will be a successful second term, a better economy, lower gas prices, increased wages, and everyone's like, woo!
And the media's like, he wants to be a dictator!
Heaven help these people if someone like me ever ran for office and won.
Dude, I'm telling you guys.
Here's what I'd do.
10-inch, triple-layered, bulletproof, plexiglass box with a 15-foot concrete foundation block underneath it.
Faraday cage.
And I would sit inside of that thing.
And you could see into it and know exactly what I'm doing at all times.
And all I'd be able to do is, through a wire out to a broadcast on the outside, talk about my plans, policies, and negotiations.
I would be president for only a few weeks.
And I would sign a bunch of executive orders, dismantling federal agencies where I could, stripping them of authority.
Ones that I could not break, I'd order them to go live in the far-off reaches of wherever people wouldn't get offended if I sent them.
Hey, we're gonna build a new city.
Hey, the new FBI building, we have to build it.
Congress approved the funds.
Great!
We're sending it to Wyoming!
And then everyone in Wyoming is like, no, don't, please!
Well, okay, Alaska.
No, Alaska says please don't.
So we gotta put them somewhere.
But yeah, if it were me, I'd sit there and I'd be like, I am going to demand an audit of the Federal Reserve.
I am going to demand every possible thing.
And the purpose for the multi-layered bolt-proof plexiglass is because I can't imagine anyone would be happy if I would do something like that.
Oh, I would be firing everybody.
I'd be like, fired, fired, fired, fired.
I would just be like, Executive Order, you're all fired.
Sue me.
Let's roll, baby.
Because I'll just keep signing them.
Boom, boom, boom, boom, boom.
That's my thing, right?
If I got elected, if I ran on a Libertarian ticket, I'd be like, I don't care about open borders or closed borders.
I don't care about taxes or no taxes.
I don't care about literally anything, ANYTHING you guys are campaigning on.
I would only campaign on one issue.
I'm gonna fire everybody, and then I'm gonna resign.
That's it!
That, nothing else.
And they're gonna say, yeah, but if you're in, are you gonna do- I'm gonna fire everybody, and then I'm gonna resign.
But how would you- Fire everybody, then resign.
So, have your debate with your VP candidates, not with me.
Because all I want to do is fire everybody and then resign.
That's it.
You know, I love that story of, uh, was it Cincinnatus?
Was that his name?
Let me make sure I can get that one right.
Uh, how do you spell that?
Was it Cincinnatus?
Lucius Quinctius Cincinnatus?
Is that it?
I think that's the guy, and I should know his name better, because if he is who I think he is, he's a great dude, and it's a good story.
But I'm pretty sure he's the guy who, uh, they, yeah, they made him dictator, and he was like barely dictator.
Oh, let's say he was dictator for a while.
There was one, I think, what are they, they like called him back, oh, okay, right, right, right, yeah, it's two years, not for a while.
They're like, it's an emergency!
You must become dictator!
Like, what you say goes!
And he was like, ugh, I guess.
And then after the crisis was averted, he's like, I'm going home!
And they were like, you don't want to be dictator anymore?
He's like, no, I never did!
I appreciate that.
Modern historians question some particulars of the story.
What is it?
They say that he was the opponent of the rights of plebeians who fell in poverty.
Blah, blah, blah.
He came from... Here we go.
Despite his relatively old age, he worked his own small farm until an invasion prompted his fellow citizens to call for his leadership.
He came from his plow to assume complete control of the state.
But upon achieving a swift victory, in only 16 days, relinquished his power and its prerequisites and returned to his farm.
His success and immediate resignation of his near-absolute authority with the end of the crisis has often been cited as an example of outstanding leadership, service to the greater good, civic virtue, humility, and modesty.
Modern historians question some particulars of the story, but usually accept Cincinnati as a historical figure who served as a Suffolk council in 460 BC, and dictator in 458 BC, and again in 439, when the patricians called on him to suppress the feared uprising of the plebeians, blah blah blah.
After which he is said to have once again ceded power.
Now, whatever they may say, that one's a story for the ages.
And that is inspirational to me.
Were I ever to be called to action over a crisis, I gotta be honest, I wouldn't want to.
You know, I had people saying like, Tim, you have to run.
Because of all the things I say where I'm like, why won't they do this?
Why won't they do this?
Why won't anything get done?
They're like, then you have to do it.
Nah, I get it, I get it.
Maybe one day we'll see, much to the chagrin of my family.
But, We need, we need someone who's going to go in and say, no games.
I don't know if Trump will do it, or this guy Ivan will do it, will do it.
What's a, what's a, uh, do we have the, where do they put his name?
Ivan Raiklin.
Maybe he does it, maybe he doesn't, I don't know.
But I hope for that.
Stone-faced, stoic, and dispassionate.
You go in and you say, I don't know you.
I don't care.
Your story will not sway me.
You're fired.
Get out.
That's it.
And they're gonna try and play every game.
You can sit here and play every game you want.
Okay?
That's all I'm gonna say.
You're fired.
Get out.
File your lawsuits.
Do what you gotta do.
We're getting through this.
It's time to cull the addiction.
The bloat.
The addiction to spending.
Okay?
That's all this country does is spend, spend, spend, and never stops spending.
Cull the addiction to the spending.
And then we can start firing people.
And we can say, look, you may be a good guy.
I'm sure there's a bureaucrat, Trump support, and he works in the EPA or something, and he's like, these rules are crazy, we need Trump, and I will fire you.
And you will say, but please have a family, and I'll say, yeah, sorry, you're fired.
Because I'm not here to be your friend.
I'm not here to protect you or your individual interests.
I'm here to tell you what needs to be said.
There is bloat in this government that is burning and weighing this country down.
And it's an addiction through our emotional weights on our souls.
I get it.
That guy says, if I lose this job, how will I feed my kids?
I say, that's terrifying.
I'm sorry.
But you'll need a strong leader to say, We're going to give you a few months to figure it out, but you are fired because this office must close.
We cannot live in a world where we prop up our economy through bloat and bureaucratic garbage.
So let's bring on the retribution.
Let's bring on someone who's going to hold the criminals to account and who will make the unfortunate statement to those good people who work in the federal government that your time is coming.
You need to start looking for a job now.
You've been warned.
It's not personal.
It's not vindictive.
It's that we want an end to the bloat.
The government is too large.
These employees need to find other jobs.
And that means you, federal employees, all of you.
Were it me ever running, heaven help these people, I would fire everyone.
I would instruct my DOJ to arrest anyone who was indicted by a grand jury.
We would have criminal investigations of all accusations, former presidents, you name it.
There is not a single thing that could be said to me.
The deep state could come to me and say, in a private room, here's a picture of JFK, and I just laugh.
And I'd be like, let's roll, baby!
Let's roll.
They could say to me, but you don't understand.
What we are doing to secure this region will suppress China and Russia, and I'll be like, yeah, I don't care.
Your way has failed.
You've screwed everything up.
There is quite literally nothing you can say to me.
You can say to me, if we take out this piece right here, people will die here.
And if proven true, and logically consistent, that people would die over certain actions, then I say, get those people out of harm's way, because the firing is coming.
We can do this.
I'll leave it there.
Next segment's coming up at 6pm on this channel.
Thanks for hanging out, and I'll see you all then.
Because, uh, that's what they do, right?
This is what leftist, liberal, Democrat media is?
Rachel Maddow lied?
She knew she lied?
That's what the reporting is?
The Free Beacon reports, Rachel Maddow and her co-stars made verifiably false statements about a doctor they called the uterus collector.
Now his $30 million lawsuit is headed for trial.
I am surprised that accountability may be looming for MSNBC, NBC, Rachel Maddow, Chris Hayes, Nicole Wallace.
These people lie.
on women, on women inmates of an immigration facility.
I'm not surprised you're not surprised.
I am surprised that accountability may be looming for MSNBC, NBC, Rachel Maddow, Chris
Hayes, Nicole Wallace.
These people lie.
It's what they do.
The thing is, it's so easy to avoid falling into a defamation trap.
I'm surprised they got caught here, to be honest.
unidentified
Thank you.

The story is quite simple.
They accused a doctor of performing mass hysterectomies, or I should say, They released a statement from someone they knew that was likely to be false, publishing false statements, accusing a doctor of performing mass hysterectomies.
And the question is why?
Why would they engage in such obvious defamation, says this report?
You see how I'm doing that?
Because it's politically advantageous for Democrats to come out and say that there's an immigration doctor sterilizing women.
NBCUniversal is headed for trial after a judge ruled in favor of a Georgia doctor who MSNBC's biggest star is accused of performing mass hysterectomies on women at a Trump-era immigration facility in Georgia.
The judge ruled that Rachel Maddow, Nicole Wallace, Chris Hayes made verifiably false statements about the doctor who is suing NBC for $30 million.
The discovery process of the lawsuit, which has received little attention, has drawn back the curtain on the inner workings of MSNBC, revealing how the liberal cable network works hand in hand with NBC News, which seeks to portray itself as non-partisan.
NBCUniversal's Standards Department reviewed and approved the reporting on The Georgia Doctor before it was published on NBC News and then broadcast on MSNBC programs.
The NBC correspondents Jacob Soboroff and Julia Ainslie worked closely with a Standards executive during the reporting.
Soboroff is also an MSNBC correspondent.
Furthermore, Maddow, who was deposed for the lawsuit, and Hayes were personally involved in the off-camera vetting and editorial conversations around the segment to an extent that can be unusual for on-camera hosts.
Maddow was reportedly paid about $30 million a year by NBCUniversal to host her own show one evening a week and work on longer-range projects.
In a ruling last month, the judge Lisa Godbey-Wood of the Southern District of Georgia found that Maddow, Hayes, and Wallace made 39 verifiably false allegations about Mahendra Amin, a gynecologist who treated detainees at a Georgia Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility.
Now, I'll pause here.
They go on to say, and we'll get into more detail, a nurse filed a whistleblower complaint that was eventually proven to be false based on hearsay.
So why would they run this story?
What's the goal?
Democrats want to run the narrative that Donald Trump had concentration camps and was mass sterilizing people because they are evil.
Instead of arguing on the merits, they want to keep your default lib person in a diluted state of paranoia.
They say Donald Trump is working on Project 2025.
Okay, if Donald Trump's planning all of these things with Project 2025, why didn't he do it the first time he was president?
What did Donald Trump do the first time he was president?
I gotta be honest, not a whole lot.
But I will tell you this, no new wars, oof, they really must have grinded their gears, right?
I mean, that's the bulk of it.
Tell me what Trump did!
Um, USMCA, okay, a new trade agreement, shuttered TPP.
Do these things matter to the American people?
For the most part, no.
Does it actually matter?
Absolutely.
Trans-Pacific Partnership was a disaster of a bill that would have given foreign governments legal rights over American citizens in disputes with their corporate entities.
No, no, no, no.
The American people are sovereign, and if we say no to your business, no to your business.
But this idea is like a free trade agreement between these Pacific countries.
That means that their companies need to have some legal recourse.
Trump says, nope, throws it in the garbage.
Good man.
Trump was not perfect at securing the border, but he put an effort there.
New bollard fencing, new security in key areas.
Makes sense.
They act like Trump built a 30-foot wall from sea to shining sea.
He certainly did not!
Trump did not invoke the Insurrection Act.
Trump did not ban abortion.
Well, you know, he'll take credit for this one.
His Supreme Court justices overturned Roe v. Wade.
But Trump and the Republicans, when they had control in 2016, they didn't do anything.
In fact, Trump was accused of being a Russian spy half the time.
But this is the game they play.
They lie to you.
What are you going to get with a Trump presidency?
I'm telling you it's going to be marginal victories.
Marginal at best.
Trump will likely hire bad people.
You will grumble because Trump is a moderate boomer type.
But anti-establishment.
So we're going to get a lot of bad.
We'll get a little bit of good.
And the good will be a little bit better than the bad.
And I'll take it.
Trump's not going to purge the government, install loyalists.
They're claiming he's gonna never leave office.
Just get out of here.
If that was the case, he wouldn't have left in 2020.
But he tried not to leave in 2020.
Yeah, and then he did, okay?
Like, he couldn't do it, he couldn't pull it off, and you're acting like he will this time.
unidentified
Shut up.

Here's what they say.
In the end, we are left with this.
NBC investigated the whistleblower letter's accusations.
That investigation did not corroborate the accusations and even undermined some.
NBC republished the letter's accusation anyway, Wood wrote in a scathing 108-page ruling on June 26.
She ordered a jury trial to determine if MSNBC engaged in actual malice, the standard to determine defamation.
It sounds like the judge thinks they already did.
That's amazing.
What did they say?
What was the number?
It was 39 verifiably false allegations about this doctor just so that they could put out this lie that Donald Trump was doing these atrocious things.
The discovery process revealed how MSNBC and NBC News journalists and executives acknowledged privately in text messages, emails, and conference calls that they didn't know if the allegations were true, but reported them anyway.
You see, that's called reckless disregard for the truth.
The lawsuit could prove embarrassing to MSNBC, which bills itself the premier destination for news and informed perspectives.
Communications obtained during the discovery process revealed that many executives and top journalists of the network had concerns about the whistleblower, but breathlessly reported her claims anyway.
Quote, We just don't know if any of this is true, Chris Skoll, an NBC News veteran who is NBCUniversal's Deputy Director of Standards, said in a conference call with Hayes on September 16, 2020, according to notes released in a lawsuit.
The evening before, MSNBC had broadcast a story detailing claims from the whistleblower, Don Wooten, a former nurse at the ICE facility.
The guy has a pretty clean record.
Shull said of Amin in the conference call, has no direct knowledge of this, and that Wooten had no direct knowledge of this stuff, and kind of has a beef, though he did not elaborate.
Despite Shull's concerns, Hayes, Maddows, and Wallace aired several segments about Wooten's allegations on their evening MSNBC programs, sparking a Senate investigation into Amin's activities.
On her top-rated MSNBC show, Maddow quoted a detainee as saying,
when I met all these women who had had surgeries, I thought this was like an experimental concentration
camp. The nurse says she and her fellow nurse, quote, questioned among ourselves, like, goodness,
he's taking everyone's stuff out. That's his specialty. He's the uterus collector.
He's taking all their uteruses out, or he's taking their tubes out.
Amin sued MSNBC for defamation in September of 2021, denying that he had performed any
unnecessary medical procedures.
The Senate probe found no evidence the physician had done so, and that contrary to allegations, two hysterectomies he performed were deemed medically necessary by Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
Since its hard left turn in the mid-2000s, MSNBC has sought to portray itself as fully separate from NBC News, which produces iconic programs like Today and Nightly News, blah blah blah.
Anybody paying attention knows that NBC News, they lie.
MSNBC, they're the same thing.
Don't they have the same logo anyway?
All in with Hays.
Woman claiming she received unnecessary hysterectomy at ICE facility in Georgia speaks exclusively to All In.
That guy's evil.
These people are evil!
Here's what I want for you.
I want you to know to the best of your abilities what is most accurate so that you can decide for yourselves how to live your life.
What is the system that will work for all of us so that life gets better?
I am just some dude complaining on the internet.
I don't want power.
I want to be left alone to skateboard and mind my own business.
But what I can't stand, what drives me, what fills me with anger, is the people who lie, cheat, and steal to gain power.
That pisses me off to no end.
And you know, maybe it has a lot to do with my work in these non-profits, fundraising, and when I realized that they were all liars, and that it was a big con, and that really pissed me off.
Maybe I got a chip on my shoulder that I am sick of these people lying.
Your hard-earned money, it's yours.
And we should allow merit to decide what makes the most sense.
Those who have the abilities and the capabilities, they will achieve what needs to be achieved and they will run the systems they need to run.
And if at any point they fail, someone else will step in.
There will come a time when this channel, when my show, will not be nearly as large as it is.
I will get older, I'll become more tired, perhaps with family disinterested.
That happens.
And then someone else will step up and take over, and hopefully they retain those same values.
Values that you, knowing the truth, is the best course for our country and our world and for humanity.
You, knowing to the best of your abilities what is happening, so that you can improve your life, raise better children, train better children, and lead better Americans.
That's what I want to see.
And that's why when I look at MSNBC and NBC News, I am filled with rage.
It's why when I see those two Republicans refuse to hold Merrick Garland accountable, I am filled with rage.
We can't function this way.
We can't live this way.
I'll leave it there.
