You don't want to miss it.
Now let's get into the news.
Elon Musk has reportedly declared war on Joe Biden.
And I'll tell you why.
There's a lot of obvious reasons.
Biden sucks.
He's bad for this country.
He's bad for everything.
But I think the core of this is that Elon Musk has done such a tremendous job with Tesla.
Tesla has made him extremely wealthy.
These are electric cars, the best electric cars.
Everyone agrees.
And he gets snubbed every which way.
By these people, by the likes of Joe Biden, because it's not about electric cars.
It's not about climate change.
It's about control and power.
And Elon Musk is not a part of that equation.
So even when Elon is seemingly aligned with these values of electric vehicles, for some reason they're just not interested in hearing what he has to say, because it's a big club and you ain't in it.
Now, some people think that club is all about money.
That ain't it.
It's the power structures, the political elites.
That's why Donald Trump gets the boot.
That's why Elon Musk gets the boot.
He's the richest guy on the planet.
Now, he goes back and forth, but I think he's currently the richest guy on the planet.
Well, according to The Daily Caller, The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, they're all writing about Elon Musk engaging in a campaign to get influential elites to go against Joe Biden.
I'm here for it.
Elon Musk has done such tremendous good over the past several years.
It's quite incredible, actually.
I mean, the SpaceX stuff is great enough.
I think there is no more important endeavor than what Elon is doing with Starship.
Human colonization of other planets, advancement of technology, reusable rockets, some of the most important technology, lowering the cost, making it easier for us to get to space.
Amazing.
I like Tesla vehicles.
They're great, but I got a gas vehicle, too, because you never know, right?
But I'm impressed, and I think he's doing great.
I think buying Axe was a huge move towards a major net positive.
Getting rid of the bots, it actually is quite incredible to see this dude working so hard and doing awesome stuff.
I'm a big fan.
I'm a big fan.
There's no question.
No question.
Let's read the news here from The Daily Caller.
Before we do, head over to casprew.com and buy Ian's Graphene Dream.
That's right, graphene.
It's Ian's dream, and we made a graphene-themed coffee.
It's low acidity.
It's the lowest acidity coffee that Casprew has.
So for those that would like a low acidity coffee, casprew.com.

Let's read the news.
The Daily Caller says billionaires Elon Musk and Nelson Peltz are reportedly involved in an ongoing campaign in powerful networks to persuade influential business executives nationwide not to back President Joe Biden's re-election effort.
Musk, who owns X, is a prominent critic of Biden and has faced many investigations stemming from the current president's administration since perching the company.
which is formerly called Twitter.
Musk and others who share his political views have been organizing meetings
to target Biden, according to individuals familiar with discussions
the Wall Street Journal reported.
Peltz, who founded an investment company called Tryon Partners,
told the Financial Times in March that he plans to support Trump because of
immigration issues and due to fears about Biden's mental condition.
It's wild.
Elon Musk buys Axe, and then all of a sudden he's getting sued, he's getting investigated.
It is corruption.
These people are crackpot evil despots, okay?
Joe Biden and his ilk want to rule by an iron fist.
They want to live in a world where they're like, we will destroy you unless you bend the knee.
But too many various factions have risen up against these corrupt establishment elites.
Donald Trump is far from perfect to tell you what, my friends.
Far, far, far from it.
But he ain't in the club.
As evidenced by the fact that right now, the jury is beginning deliberations.
They're hearing the instructions.
They're going to start their deliberations.
And they may try to put Donald Trump in jail.
You're not going to convince me that the powerful elites conspired to make a fake victim of Donald Trump.
Okay?
They have been trying to destroy this guy's life.
unidentified
Why?
tim pool
It's a big club and you ain't in it.
And as George Carlin said, it's the same club they used to beat you over the head with.
It's a great joke.
Take a look at this tweet from Ed Krasnstein.
He says, Daily for evening?
Okay, maybe that's a bit of an exaggeration, but you get the point.
Joe Biden.
Remove by union workers and Elon would be going over to the White House daily for evening
tea.
Daily for evening?
Okay, maybe that's a bit of an exaggeration, but you get the point.
Joe Biden said the future of electric cars, vehicles will be made in America by union
workers.
Elon Musk says Biden cares a lot more about whether Tesla is unionized than whether Tesla
is saving the environment.
Yup!
Whatever bolsters their power structure, not what actually aligns with any alleged principle.
I will give a shout out to the Krasensteins, however.
I'm willing to bet that in the long run, the Krasensteins end up abandoning Biden because of his targeting of Elon Musk.
Or I should say it this way.
If Joe Biden Were to ramp up and escalate attacks on Elon as a principal focus because of something like this, Krasensteins are with Elon 100% of the way.
Because Elon gives them the ability to speak.
Elon brought them back to the—they got banned on X. I think these guys, the Krasensteins, they're Democrat-Liberal types, but they like Elon Musk.
We'll see where that goes.
Musk, Peltz, and others intend to keep hosting dinners and meetings around the U.S.
with business elites that will focus on Biden's policy failures, one individual told the Wall Street Journal.
Former President Donald Trump and Musk have talked about a potential position for the ex-CEO in the Trump administration if he's reelected, although it is not a certainty, according to the Wall Street Journal.
They've also talked about methods to provide the ex-CEO with the ability to give official advice and have power on the president's policy pertaining to various problems, such as the border and the economy.
You'll love to see it!
I just hope Elon convinces Trump to fund space.
That'd be fantastic.
Moreover, Musk and Peltz told Trump about an initiative they have worked on to fund a data project to counter voter fraud.
Some of the individuals told the Wall Street Journal.
Musk and Trump have been having friendly phone conversations multiple times each month on topics like immigration, technology, and Space Force.
Let's go!
The New York Times in a Friday article criticized Musk for supposedly attempting to influence the outcome of the 2024 election.
Aw, cry more!
Taking issue with the fact that he tends to attack Biden and defend Trump.
Musk has targeted the current president.
I just gotta say this, my friends.
I did an interview with Donald Trump.
I support Donald Trump.
I will be voting for Donald Trump.
I have criticized Donald Trump, but I think he's a net positive.
I've had this conversation with Dave Smith.
Dave Smith's absolutely fantastic.
But I feel that Donald Trump's foreign policy has been one of the first presidential net positives I've seen in my life.
It's not that many presidents, mind you.
I was a baby during Bush Sr., so I don't really remember that.
A child during Clinton, only vaguely remember some of that.
George W. Bush is when I start to see it, and Barack Obama is when I really see it.
So in terms of what I'm looking for, Donald Trump brings it out in spades.
And I didn't vote for him in 2016, because I thought it was all nonsense.
I'm like, it's all the same garbage.
You know, vote for one of these guys and they're going to pull an Obama and blow stuff up.
2020 came around and I said, this guy's actually trying to end these wars.
Here's what we should do.
You will be of two minds, of two minds here right now.
We can be a nation that secures our borders, brings jobs back, deports the criminal aliens who are displacing low-skill wages, low-skill labor.
We can end these free trade agreements like the TPP, which gives power to foreign corporations and governments over us, and work to make this country better.
There's another path, the Hillary Clinton route.
Threaten to blow everyone else on the planet up so they're forced to use the U.S.
dollar and then we can print it like crazy and just take whatever we want from whoever.
I'm not a fan of that.
I'm not a fan of that world.
I'm a fan of apple pie and baseball games, ballpark hot dogs with mustard on top.
I'm a fan of this country, the founding principles that made it strong, and if we want to export influence, we do it through merit, not through force.
How about this?
We secure our borders.
We bolster our job market.
We bring the economy back.
We get rid of these trade agreements.
We put tariffs on this garbage that these companies try to bring their products overseas.
All of these things to strengthen the U.S.
We bring our troops back.
We use our troops for the purpose of defense of our nation.
And then with our tremendous success and cultural influence, other countries will try to emulate.
That's how I think it should be done.
Did I say it was easy?
No.
Did I say it was possible?
No.
It could be very hard.
But these pathetic losers in the uniparty establishment like the Clintons, like Biden, and all of their ilk are just going, but it's too hard!

Doing the right thing is hard and cheating is easy.
You want to be a cheater?
Fine.
Be a cheater.
I think we work hard.
We lead by example.
We win.
I think it'll be very difficult.
I think we're up against China's influence, and they're cheating.
So it's a big challenge.
But you know what?
You can see it in the culture war.
And the question is, do we win here?
Because we aren't cheaters.
We're the ones who thought, you know, if Trump makes his argument, he'll win an election.
And he did.
And then the Democrats, well, they had a shadow campaign, Time Magazine called it.
Time Magazine called it a conspiracy.
They did not try to win by negotiating and offering up a real argument.
No, Joe Biden hid in his basement.
So it is a challenge every day.
But these are the forces of good and evil.
And which side are you on?
You know, I think about it like if good is to be destroyed, then so be it.
Because when you When you as the person fighting for good decide to adopt the tactics of evil, then good has already died.
So the only path is to remain as true to yourself as you can, and accept that the road of righteousness is extremely difficult.
Now many of you, as we are about to jump to the next news story, may be asking, what can I do today?
If you don't know what you can do today, I mean certainly there's registering people to vote, New voters are leaning towards Trump.
Register people to vote.
Make sure you get all your friends and family to go vote when you have to vote.
Know who your local politicians are.
All of these things.
Knowledge is power.
But there is a really simple one.
10 push-ups right now.
For those of you who are in shape and have your routine, keep your routine.
But for many of you who are not taking care of your bodies, that's one thing you can do right now.
Be stronger.
When you start exercising and eating right, and sleeping right, and drinking water, all the things you're supposed to do, your mind becomes clearer, sharper, along with it.
I also recommend video games.
Certain games, puzzle games, strategy games, these things are exercise for the mind as well.
This is a story from the Wall Street Journal, inside Donald Trump and Elon Musk's growing alliance.
You love to see it!
And then we have this, I love it.
New York Times says Elon Musk ramps up anti-Biden posts on X. The billionaire owner of X has increasingly been using his social media platform to criticize President Biden for his health and immigration policies, according to a New York Times analysis.
Yeah.
He says, I cannot see myself voting for Biden this time.
OK, are you surprised?
This is what I love.
People who are like, you know, the lefties who are angry about my interview with Trump and there are people like, why did you push back on him?
Because I support him and I want to know what he's doing that I want done.
If it was like, I don't know, some leftist interviewing Trump, they can scream at him all they want.
Now, to be fair, Just because I want to vote for Trump and I think he's the better option doesn't mean he doesn't deserve some pushback.
But we only had, they told us we had 15 minutes and I stretched it to 17 so, you know, but they were okay with it.
And so, you know, it's a challenge of do we dwell on one subject and I keep pressing saying, yeah, yeah, yeah, but break this down.
And there's another question of Trump may want to do something.
Let's talk about mass deportation.
It says local police are going to do it.
We're going to empower local officers, bring back community.
Interesting answer.
Interesting answer.
I believe that is possible.
It's going to be a lot of work for local cops.
And they're saying there will be deputization.
He talked about Eisenhower.
But the reality is this.
Trump as the president says, I want to do this deportation.
I want to do it with cops.
People say, well, push him more, tell him, how's it going to get done?
Trump's simple answer is, I am going to instruct my team to devise a plan when I'm president.
I don't know how else to tell you.
Like the idea that I've created this comprehensive network plan for mass deportations right now before I actually have access to our current personnel and all this stuff.
No, but this is what we want to do.
I'm saying you vote for me.
These are my intentions.
We will try to get it done.
Trump wanted to build a wall.
What did he got?
Select bollard fencing in key areas.
I'll take it.
This is the thing about Donald Trump that his supporters got and the media didn't.
They said in 2016 that the media took him literally, but not seriously, and his supporters took him seriously, but not literally.
And that's actually quite brilliant.
The media thought he was a joke, and they thought everything he said was verbatim true.
So when he says something like, Hillary Clinton, she acid-washes her server, they're like, wow, Trump thinks she poured acid on her server.
NBC News actually wrote that, can you believe it?
And his supporters know that he's using a turn of phrase.
She used bleach bit.
So I was at the Mar-a-Lago fundraiser and Trump says she used bleach bit, this program to wipe everything off.
But nobody knows what that is.
So I say acid wash to put acid on it.
You know what I mean?
Yeah, because the average person does not.
So they get what Trump is saying.
She purged the machine.
That's where we're at.
Donald Trump could say something like, we're going to build a big beautiful wall, and everyone's like, what do I hear from Trump?
He's saying maximum border security.
Then when Trump gets in, he says, we're not going to do a wall.
We're going to do secure triple layer bollard fencing in the key areas where there are problems.
It's got to be fencing because you need to be able to see through it.
This is why they do the bothered fencing.
Trump hit a bunch of different demos of walls.
And one of them was a big, thick, concrete wall.
But the problem is, you can't see on the other side.
And Border Patrol, CBP, said, we need to be able to see through it so we know who's coming and what they're doing.
And so that's what Trump did.
And guess what?
Trump supporters were like, great!
That's all we ever really expected.
Trump expressed his intention to do something and then worked towards doing it.
That simple.
Here we go.
Last month, Elon Musk posted on AXA that Biden obviously barely knows what's going on.
I'm offended by that.
He barely knows what's going on, Elon.
He has no idea what's going on!
Come on!
I'm just messing around.
He is just a tragic front for a far-left political machine, Mr. Musk wrote.
It was the 29th time this year that he had posted about the president on X, formerly known as Twitter, which Mr. Musk bought in 2022.
Musk steadily ramped up his criticisms of Mr. Biden as the campaign season heats up before the November election, and you know what?
Fine.
Good!
What are you going to do?
Oh, I see, I see.
See, they're upset.
Because in 2020, Mark Zuckerberg was aligned against Trump.
And now Elon Musk is here.
Aligned with Trump.
Oh wait, there's more.
Why Musk is likely the most important business player in U.S.
politics right now.
unidentified
There he is!
tim pool
He's whispering!
Donald Trump!
Why it matters.
They say Elon Musk has three essential ingredients to unrivaled political power among CEOs.
Control of a massive social media platform, astonishing personal wealth, and now former President Trump's open and willing ear.
Please.
Zuckerberg has got his own social media platform, astonishing wealth, and the ear of Joe Biden.
Y'all can go... Well, we'll keep it family friendly.
They say that makes Musk arguably the most important business player in modern American politics.
He has the power to sway or repel voters and stands ready to win or lose big.
We say bigly, given his company's deep ties to government.
Musk and Trump have begun speaking several times a month since privately meeting in March at the home of billionaire Nelson Peltz.
This is the big story.
Musk and Trump's rhetorical alignment has moved beyond mutual distaste for Biden and excesses of the woke left, which Musk cited in 2022, Today, Musk leverages his ownership of X to spread conspiracy theories about Democrats intentionally importing millions of undocumented immigrants to vote in elections.
They're literally importing millions of illegal immigrants and then they count towards the census, which is how we apportion congressional seats, and then Democrats get extra seats because they keep bringing in non-citizens because they are evil.
They're evil.
I just absolutely love this.
The Open Borders Libertarians have cognitive deficiencies.
The Open Borders Democrats know why they're doing it.
Imagine it this way.
You have a house.
Someone breaks in and is sleeping in your room.
There's less food.
There's less space.
They invite their friends in.
More and more and more.
And then eventually your house is full of people.
And you're like, how am I supposed to live?
Now you're sleeping on the floor.
There's no couches left.
The TV's never on the channel you want it to be on.
Conflicting interests.
That's the game Democrats are playing.
And they're playing it for political power.
Look at this.
They say, with more than 60 posts about Trump and Biden this year, Musk has brought an open ideological tilt to acts that few social media executives would dare replicate.
So what?
He allows the Krasensteins to Krasenstein about.
For those that aren't familiar with who they are, they're like liberal personalities.
Musk has cozied up to right-wing leaders like Javier Mele, Jair Bolsonaro, and Narendra Modi, then secured corporate benefits in the countries they lead.
Yes, that's called running a business.
And with Trump, who has vowed to dismantle Biden's electric vehicle policies and escalate this trade war with China, one of Tesla's top markets, Musk's priority is likely a detente with hostile U.S.
regulators.
Asked last year if he was becoming more political, Musk told the Lex Fridman podcast,
I guess if you consider fighting the woke mind virus, which I consider to be a civilizational
threat to be political, then yes. Musk is one of the world's richest men.
and men. Yet he appears unwilling to spend money, at least so far, in his mission to defeat Biden.
Instead of writing checks, Musk and like-minded moguls plan to galvanize America's business elite
to oppose Biden through dinner parties and salon-style gatherings, according to the journal.
And good for him. I hope it does. Elon Musk did spend money to gain influence. I mean,
he bought X. He bought Twitter, turned it into X. Why?
Because he liked the Babylon Bee.
They made a joke and they got banned for it.
And Elon's like, why?
And thus begins the Great War.
When he decides he's going to buy Twitter and turn it into X. You know what's fascinating?
Somebody said, on X, when it was Twitter, what is the, as of today, the most reasonable means of communication with Mars?
Twitter.
Twitter is, you broadcast a message and then people respond and then you can check it and then you can respond.
So what does that mean?
It means that if you're on Mars and you broadcast a message that takes 10 to 20 minutes to arrive on Earth, it doesn't really matter because it's a general statement of information that's being sent.
It is a text, an outward text network system that works really well for space colonization efforts.
I find that fascinating.
Now, to be fair, I actually think the real way to communicate is through quantum entanglement.
And this is the stuff of sci-fi, but the general idea is you entangle two particles.
When they're entangled, when one is affected, the other instantly is affected as well.
josh hammer
Hey guys, Josh Hammer here, the host of America on Trial with Josh Hammer, a podcast for the First Podcast Network.
Look, there are a lot of shows out there that are explaining the political news cycle, what's happening on the Hill, the this, the that.
There are no other shows that are cutting straight to the point when it comes to the unprecedented lawfare debilitating and affecting the 2024 presidential election.
We do all of that every single day right here on America on Trial with Josh Hammer.

It's America on Trial with Josh Hammer.
So when you flick one side, the other side flicks as well, and that's effectively one theory of entanglement.
To put it simply, when you impact one particle, the entangled particle, they interact identically, as though they were both being affected.
What does that mean?
If you have one particle on Mars and one particle on Earth, you have faster than light communications.
Faster than light.
Isn't that amazing?
The entangled particles.
If you can get them to, like binary, ones and zeros, dots like telegraph, you can transfer large quantities of information faster than light.
Maybe that's what Star Trek called subspace, whatever.
But that's some cool sci-fi stuff.
In the meantime, I'm on board.
Elon Musk is doing a fantastic job.
He's doing some of the most important work in human history.
I'm a big fan.
Donald Trump, I'm also a fan.
Both of these guys, like all humans, are worthy of criticism, okay?
And the left wants you to only ever criticize them.
No, I think they're both major net positive forces for good, and so I respect it.
Let's get back to waiting for those jury deliberations!
Whether or not Donald Trump will go to jail, we will find out.
I'll leave it there.
Thanks for hanging out.
Next segment's coming up at 1pm on this channel, and we'll see you all then.
And now we're back to this claiming that Donald Trump said naughty words once again with no evidence.
But there are many that believe the left will create an AI deepfake and just claim it's real.
And how do you fight that?
Now I've long predicted that with AI, what we are going to see is if there is audio that emerges of Donald Trump or anyone else, The left will claim, it's true, it's real, it's authentic, we verified this, we've run it through our algorithms, it's real.
And the right will just say, no it isn't, this is deep fake audio, we ran it through our algorithms, it's not real, and nobody will know.
There could be real audio of Donald Trump saying something crazy, and he just denies it and says, this is AI, I've never said this.
And the left can just make AI of him and say, here it is, here's the proof.
You know, there was this attempt back when they were running the fake pee tape story.
There was an attempt to actually make some fake pee tape.
It was hilarious.
I mean, the things they've claimed about this guy.
I assure you, while Donald Trump has certainly lived an interesting life, it's not that interesting.
They have this video where it's a lookalike sitting in a chair with knightly women, as we'll call them, on a bed.
And it's fake.
It's absolutely fake.
There was that really funny Huffington Post.
I gotta pull this one up for you.
I didn't pull it up.
Somewhere Trump elevator.
I gotta pull this one up.
It's just so good.
It's just too good, okay?
I gotta pull it up for you.
Huffington Post tweeted in July of 2018, A tape might exist of Trump doing something in an elevator.
Though exactly where that somewhere is and what that something might be no one in media can say.
That's because no one in media seems to have seen the tape or is even confident it exists.
I kid you not.
The Huffington Post in 2018 ran a story that said, Trump may have done something somewhere, but no one knows because it might not be on video.
I got news for all of you.
Trump certainly does things in places.
And if there's nothing else to be said about it, sure, okay, I guess.
You could be like, a tape might exist of Trump buttoning his jacket in an elevator.
Though where?
We don't know because we've never seen it.
What is this?
This is their tactic.
This is what they do.
Now they've got this crackpot story that there's a secret video somewhere, perhaps, of Donald Trump using the N-word.
Heavens me.
Yeah, there's no way, dude.
And the context this producer is claiming he said it makes literally no sense.
Literally, like no one in this context would say it.
Okay, if you're using a racial slur against somebody, you're insulting them, saying, that person is.
Or, it's like in the rapper context, where they're just referring to general people by using the n-word.
Whatever.
But here we go.
Now we are awaiting jury deliberations right now as Donald Trump is facing jail time, prison time, and a conviction.
We don't know exactly how that's going to come out, but in the meantime, we do have this story.
And I do have some updates for you guys.
Let me just say, it's all rigged.
It's all rigged.
Jonathan Turley pointed out.
Let me see if I can make this bigger for you.
standard instructions that the jury can reach inferences based on facts such as
inferring that it rained from seeing people in raincoats.
It is a rather quaint instruction after Merchant allowed the prosecutors to state
as a fact that federal election violations occurred in this case. There is
no such violation." So there is this more serious news. The judge said, and let me
let me see if I can make this bigger for you. Yeah, CNN's website's formatted like
crap.
They said, uh, the jury asked to hear about the metaphor.
Quote, for example, suppose you go to bed one night when it is not raining and when
you wake up in the morning you look out your window, you do not see rain, but you see that
the street and the sidewalk are wet and that people are wearing raincoats and carrying
umbrellas.
Under those circumstances, it may be reasonable to infer, that is conclude, that it rained
There's two.
Now, of course, this is a standard instruction.
It's about inference.
as an inference that might be drawn from the proven facts of the case of the water on the
street and sidewalk and people in raincoats and carrying umbrellas. You know what I have,
you know what problem I have with this? There's two. Now of course this is a standard instruction,
it's about inference. Beyond a reasonable doubt, right?
There's certainly evidence where you did not witness a crime, but enough evidence exists beyond a
reasonable doubt that you can conclude.
So, um, a guy is seen on camera walking into a bank with a ski mask on and seen running out of that bank carrying a burlap sack with a dollar bill sign on it and money falling from it, frantically running as people chase after him.
You can reasonably conclude that he was the one who robbed the bank.
Now, of course, you will need actual... and then you have testimony from people saying the bank was robbed and that's the guy who did it.
That's the point.
You didn't see a video of the guy robbing the bank, but you can reasonably infer, right?
The problem I have with this is, you know, obviously based on what Turley said, I just want to point this out.
prosecutor to say election violations already occurred, in which case it's a foregone conclusion.
They must find Trump guilty, right?
He says it may be reasonable to infer that it rained during the night.
I just want to point this out.
If you go to bed and you wake up in the morning and you look out your window and there are
people wearing raincoats and the sidewalk is wet, I personally would probably operate
under the assumption it rained, but I do have reasonable doubts.
That is, it rained during the night, is your claim.
Well, I don't know when it rained.
And I don't know why people would wake up in the morning when it stopped raining and put on raincoats.
You see my point?
It's certainly reasonable to claim it probably rained, but reasonable doubt exists as maybe there was a fire hydrant they sprayed around and people in the neighborhood grabbed their raincoats.
That's possible too, right?
Hey, you want to come to me and talk about reasonable doubt?
I ain't putting a guy in a box if there is a 0.01% chance he's innocent.
That's just me.
That's just me.
But the real issue is not to say that it's not a reasonable person would conclude that it rained.
And this is why innocent people do end up in jail.
The issue is that the judge allowed the prosecutors to state as fact federal election violations happened when they didn't.
And that's not even, it's remarkable because this is not even the case at hand.
But this is the game that they're playing because they intend to lock Trump up.
So let's do this.
We'll jump back to the main story here.
We've got this from Deadline, they say.
A producer of The Apprentice claims that Donald Trump used the N-word on the set of The Apprentice, and that moment was captured on tape.
Bill Pruitt, who worked on the first season of the NBC reality show, writes in a story for Slate that Trump used the word while dismissing the idea that a black contestant, Kwame Jackson, could be an early winner of the series.
There's long been intrigue over the outtakes from the show and the possibility that they contained
Trump using the racist phrase, oh heavens, heavens, heavens me. Tom Arnold claimed to have seen the
tape and even hosted a reality series of his of his own posting a hunt for the footage. Yeah,
unidentified
there's no footage. I would not.
tim pool
Look, I'll say this too.
I agree.
We've got this tweet here.
Not that one.
We've got this one from Sean Davis.
He's actually suggesting if it does come out, they're going to make a deepfake of it.
Yeah, I agree.
I don't see a reality where Donald Trump goes around saying this, especially in the context they've set it in.
Now, I may be biased, but I gotta be honest, when they lie, cheat, and steal 24-7, bro, reasonable doubt is so far gone.
I don't trust a single word you say.
Sorry, thanks, and have a nice day.
I'll read these tweets in a second.
In a second, let's go back to the story.
In this late piece, Pruitt writes that during a discussion with Trump over who should win, Jackson or Bill Rainchick, Trump weighed the choice according to Pruitt.
When informed of some of Jackson's attributes, Trump said, yeah, but I mean, would America buy a, and then he says the n-word, winning?
Pruitt writes that there was surprise among he and other producers, but none of us thinks to walk out the door and never return.
I still wish I had.
Lies.
I don't believe it.
Why would this be recorded in the first place?
After shooting the scene where Ranchik is favored and wrapping up production, Pruitt wrote, there is some discussion about what Trump said in the boardroom about how the damning evidence was caught on tape.
Nothing happens.
Trump's campaign communications director Steven Chung said in a statement, This is a completely fabricated and BS story that was already peddled in 2016.
Nobody took it seriously then and they won't now.
Because it's fake news.
Now that crooked Joe Biden and the Democrats are losing the election, they are bringing up old fake stories from the past because they are desperate.
Especially now when Donald Trump is gaining among black voters, particularly younger black voters.
Trump himself denied claims that he used the racial epithet in 2018 when contested Omarosa Manigault Newman claimed that she heard the n-word tape.
These people are all liars!
It's remarkable.
Trump wrote on Twitter, Mark Burnett called to say that there are no tapes of The Apprentice where I use such a terrible and disgusting word as attributed by the wacky and deranged Omarosa.
I don't have that word in my vocabulary and never have.
She made it up.
And why would they be randomly filming a backstage producer meeting?
It's just such obvious, ridiculous bullcrap.
Pruitt wrote that he was revealing what he saw on the set now because a highly restrictive and punitive non-disclosure agreement expired this year.
Oh, please.
Pruitt also described the impact of the show as a long con, as it was heavily edited to make Trump appear professional and respectable.
He recounted meeting the architect of one of Trump's properties and complimenting him on his work.
Then the architect informed him that he had been stiffed by Trump.
That aspect of the Trump story was not included in the show.
Pruitt wrote that The Apprentice elevated Donald J. Trump from sleazy New York tabloid hustler to respectable household name.
Spare me your lies.
Everybody wanted to be Trump.
Trump is a celebrity.
There's a reason why his name carried weight in the first place.
There's a reason why they put him on TV.
And there's a reason why putting his name on top of a building makes money for the people who own property within that building or own condos, etc.
Pruitt also—he described it as a long con—dude, it's reality TV.
What does anyone—people think it was a documentary?
Pruro the Apprentice elevated Donald J. Trump from slavery.
We get it, we get it.
They say, um, In the show, he appeared to demonstrate impeccable business instincts and unparalleled wealth, even though his businesses had barely survived multiple bankruptcies and faced another when he was cast.
By carefully misleading viewers about Trump, his wealth, his stature, his character, and his intent, the competition's reality show set about an American fraud that would balloon beyond its creator's wildest imaginations.
Trump owned 500 companies.
He had, like, five bankruptcies.
These are the lies they espouse because they think you are stupid.
I remember seeing this, like, sign at a protest, and they were like, Trump's businesses are bankrupt.
I'm like, how many businesses did Trump have?
And they're like, I don't know, but they all went bankrupt.
I'm like, they all.
Like, people really believe this stuff.
It is a cult, and these people are suffering from Trump derangement.
Sean Davis tweets, Deranged Democrats are mad their lawfare against Trump isn't working.
Well, I'm not so convinced not working.
Sean, I think he may get convicted.
So they're launching a new Jussie Smollett-style race hoax.
Biden is such a pants-pooping failure, and their lawfare is such a transparent joke, that they're now resorting to this nonsense to steal the 2024 election.
Sean Davis says, they're 100% going to either hire an impersonator to make a fake recording for them,
or they're going to do an AI deepfake. I know it and you know it and they know it,
and when you call them out on it, they'll lose what's left of their addled little minds.
I think what's likely to happen, excuse me, is that they're putting these stories out
to prime the public. They want the public to have heard the story over and over again.
So when they make an AI deepfake, and what they'll do is, what I expect us to see is going to be not a video, it's going to be audio only.
It'll be audio of Donald Trump saying something, but it'll be recording of audio.
Likely what they'll do is they'll use AI, it takes two seconds, to write up something akin to this quote, maybe not identical, Then, they'll press play, and record it on a phone audio, and say someone actually secretly recorded the tape before they were able to destroy it, and it'll make it harder to determine whether or not it's AI because it'll have been recorded, you know, through ambient audio.
If you took the raw audio, you'd probably see artifacting of AI manipulation.
It's still detectable when recorded through a secondary device, a lot harder though.
And that's where we're at.
I asked my good friend, Chad GPT, who is also in AI, I said, show the top five polls, black voters, Trump, Biden.
It said here are the five polls.
Pew Research Center says Trump's got 18% support.
Howard University says Trump has 15.
Sabato's Crystal Ball says Trump has 23.
This is the University of Virginia Center for Politics, 23%.
DNYUZ New York Times has Trump over 20%.
And Pew Research, with an additional poll, says younger black voters show a higher support for Trump at 29%.
Now, it's not definitive.
These polls show that it's not all perfect.
Why would this story need to come out?
Why would they be saying it?
I think it's fairly obvious.
Trump is doing better among black voters, and they are trying to destroy that, not with any real arguments, but by claiming that Trump, for no reason, arbitrarily just called the guy a racial slur.
Just for no reason at all.
On the set of a show, in front of a ton of people, with no disdain, just literally uses a slur.
I don't buy it.
I absolutely do not.
I think what we're seeing is, they are going to pull every dirty tactic in the book.
And I'm just, you know what I'm really, really fed up with?
I'm fed up with the right.
The conservatives.
The libertarians.
And not literally all of them, I'm just saying, guys.
All of these people who have been tweeting that we can never go towards conflict or war or crisis, I'm like, y'all are not paying attention.
Okay, Laura Loomer's got this report out saying that Judge Mershawn's daughter, Lauren, has clients in the room, in the court case!
We know this trial against Trump is bunk.
You've got the E. Jean Carroll case where they changed the statute of limitations so that 30 years later she could bring a lawsuit against him with no proof and no evidence, her story makes no sense, and then Trump gets sued.
They go after Trump's businesses.
When they say, oh, Trump's businesses are a failure, and he was bad, and the apprentice lied, Trump, his lender said, he made us tons of money, we were all very satisfied, and we want to do business with him again.
Absolutely remarkable.
They lie every step of the way.
So they're lying, they're cheating, they're stealing, and they're attempting to put the frontrunner for the 2024 presidential election in jail.
unidentified
Guys, you are in the conflict.
tim pool
Now, the only question is, how do we win?
Well, we have to use every mechanism available to us, and that is, right now, there is a system in play.
The only appropriate action is campaigning, registering your friends and family, getting them to go out and vote on election day, getting them to cast their ballots.
Mike Lindell made a great point yesterday on TimCast IRL, he said, when you get your mail-in ballot with your name on it, keep it, and then on election day when you show up, and if they say you already voted, hold up the mail-in vote and say, no I didn't, my vote is right here.
Now the thing is, what Mike misses is they'll just say, sure, that's interesting, fill out a provisional ballot and we'll see if it counts.
And they'll say it's moot, and they'll get rid of it or something.
There's no guarantee.
But the next step after we register friends and family, tell everybody over and over again, guys, register to vote right now.
Message a few of your friends and ask them if they've registered.
unidentified
After that, lawfare.
tim pool
What we need is for the RNC and anyone who's aligned With, in any way, resisting Joe Biden and the Democrats, their evil crackpot policies, to get ready for major lawsuits.
They should be filing them right now.
They should be challenging every single law on the books.
They should be going after every single attack vector imaginable with legal paperwork saying, I hereby challenge!
Because it'll be too late afterwards.
You wait till the election's over, it's gonna be too late.
Certainly there will be some lawsuits, but we saw what happened in 2020.
They'll say it was hard, we have a deadline.
You better get your lawsuits in quick!
And then the judge will say, we don't have enough time, sorry, I can't do your lawsuit.
And then where do we end up?
You've got these leftists on social media, talked about this the other day, threatening violence and civil war.
Not that I really believe them, because they're the same people who say that they're going to flee the country!
You know, in the event that Trump wins, and they don't, now they're claiming they're gonna fight and get violent.
But I give you this.
I give you this clip.
unidentified
Listen to this from The View.
I know.
Yes.
And I thought about doing it again.
No, no, no.
Writing part two.
He's talking about writing part two.
It's all fiction.
It's all fiction.
Don't get upset.
It's just fiction.
It's made up stories.
The court has never looked this bad.
tim pool
Now, this Lake Boss tweets, WTF, they're literally talking about assassinating a SCOTUS justice and the crowd applauded it.
Well, they're talking about a book.
He wrote a book about two justices getting assassinated and people cheered for the book.
Maybe it's a good book.
I think we can say, he's talking about the book, they're cheering for the book, they kind of, they laugh and then you hear some oh's when he says doing it again.
What you need to understand is this.
When they go, no, no, no, he's talking about fiction, he's talking about fiction.
Why do you need to do that?
Why did The View need to say that?
Let's play that again.
unidentified
again.
tim pool
Why did they need to have that caveat?
Because there actually is a presumption that this man might seriously be talking about
a desire for or wanting.
The targeting of of their political opponents.
Not that he does.
I'm saying the view is concerned that people watching might think, based on where we are politically in this country, some people will conclude he means it.
And they'll get mad about it.
Now, I don't think you'd see the same thing back in the day.
But, uh, back in the day just means, like, the 90s.
Really was a lot better back then, wasn't it?
And it's mostly about polarization.
Back then, Republicans and Democrats mostly agreed on everything.
Kind of wild, isn't it?
We've never had a perfect time.
There's always been some kind of crisis.
It's pretty wild to go back and watch these 80s movies, and it's like, you know, we're in the Cold War back then.
I wasn't alive for it.
I mean, I was alive for a few years of the Cold War, and did when I was a little kid.
Like three or whatever.
But for a lot of these people in the 70s making these movies, At the same time, we have the Cuban Missile Crisis, we have Vietnam, and then we watch this stuff, we listen to this music, and it's like, did people not realize the world was on the brink of destruction?
They did.
They lived through it.
We now have our crisis.
Every generation does.
The question is, will this country be whole when we see it through?
I guess that'll be up to you.
I'll leave it there.
Next segment's coming up at 4 p.m.
on this channel.
Thanks for hanging out, and I will see you all then.
My friends, Biden is the gift that keeps on giving.
No, I don't mean the crippled economy, the escalation towards World War III, the strife that you are facing related to the illegal immigration crisis where these people are taking over community centers and displacing your jobs.
I'm talking about his gaffes.
I'm talking about Joe Biden's hilarious inability to speak properly and to shove his own foot in his mouth.
We've got this video, Biden speaking, where he says that Kamala Harris is a diversity hire.
I'm not exaggerating.
He calls her a diversity hire.
I'll just play the video for you and you can hear it for yourselves, ladies and gentlemen.
joe biden
To me, the values of diversity, equality, inclusion are literally, and that's not kidding, the core strengths of America.
That's why I'm proud to have the most diverse administration history that taps into the full talents of our country and starts at the top with the Vice President.
tim pool
Oh, no!
unidentified
He did it!
He did it!
tim pool
He called her a diversity hire!
Oh, man.
Dude, during the election, Joe Biden outright said that he was going to choose a, you know, female person of color for his VP.
So, that's why he chose Kamala.
She didn't earn a single delegate.
Tulsi Gabbard is also a woman of color.
He could have chosen her.
She got, I think, one delegate.
Kamala has gotten none.
Incumbent candidate Joe Biden admitted on Wednesday what many already knew, that he chose Kamala Harris to be his vice president due to the color of her skin and her female identity.
Oh, come on, Post Malone, don't say identity.
Then because her qualifications, it is fair.
Speaking at a campaign stop in Philadelphia, Biden said, to me, the values of diversity, equity, inclusion are literally, and that's not kidding, the core strengths of America.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, we heard him.
Yeah, absolutely incredible.
When he was running for president in 2020, he promised to bring more non-white people into his administration, and that included as his running mate.
When considering vice presidential candidates, he told Joy Reid, I am not committed to naming any of the potential candidates, but the people I've named are among them four black women.
In fact, a letter was given to Biden signed by over 100 black men telling him that failing to select a black woman in 2020 means you will lose the election.
The signers included Sean Diddy Combs, who was under investigation by a grand jury just impaneled in New York, as well as Charlemagne the God, to whom Biden said if black people don't vote for him, then they ain't black!
And activist attorney Ben Crump, who was a prominent face.
Let me see if I can find this comic for you, because it's one of the best comics.
Here we go.
Was it that easy?
I think I found it for you guys.
G Prime 85.
We're all big fans, George.
George Alexopoulos.
Follow at G Prime 85 on Twitter.
And it is a black woman saying, I'll never vote for you.
And Joe Biden says, then I am afraid you ain't black.
He then puts his hand on her face and sucks the pigment out of her skin, leaving her on the ground, a white woman.
Yeah, we love it.
We love it.
That was Joe Biden's claim.
I mean, the dude's horribly racist.
He had this other speech recently where he was talking to one of those historical black colleges, and he said, you gotta work ten times harder to get a job!
And it's just like, wow!
Dude, this dude's so racist.
He's been racist his whole life.
They say the reason behind the selection of a running mate who was first and foremost black and female was to secure loyal Democrat voters and activists and to make sure they turned out in the polls.
But this is exactly why he was chosen as VP, and it's exactly why Donald Trump chose Mike Pence.
This is what they do.
Someone's running for president.
They say, what's your weakest demographic?
Grab someone there.
So you got Joe Biden, old white man.
They say, but how do we get younger voters?
OK, we need a black woman so that we can go the progressive route.
He got this letter.
He went for it.
That being said, I wonder who Donald Trump is going to pick.
A lot of people think he might pick a woman, but I think it's going to be Marco Rubio.
And a lot of people think Rubio then gets him the Latino vote, helps him in Arizona and Florida.
That's the game plan, baby.
Who does Trump not do well with?
Find someone who does.
That's your running mate.
That's how it works.
They say the best way to do that, they figured, was by giving voters a reason that resonated with their identity and not their ideology.
Although perhaps it would be more accurate to say their identity was ideology.
I agree with that.
As Biden emphasized during his Philadelphia speech, during his time in office, he has instituted DEI initiatives throughout every agency in his administration, pending executive orders, and instituting mandates and race-based quotas across everything from agriculture to health directives to education.
After Harris was brought onto the ticket in August 2020, long-time Democrat operative Minyon Moore
said she did not know if Biden will ever know what he did for a group of women who stand in
the shadows of America. He has decided to write us into history. My nieces will see this and
generations to come. Harris secured about 3% of the vote when she ran for president in her own right
and dropped out of the early of the race early due to a lack of support. Yep, that's one way to put it.
But it's a twofer today, my friends.
It's a twofer.
We got another good Biden gaffe story.
Bizarre moment.
Biden 81 insults reporter for asking if he will serve a full second term or hand over power to Kamala Harris, who gets a bigger cheer at campaign rally for black voters.
unidentified
Will you be serving your full four year term or handing over power to Vice President Harris?
Look at that face.
tim pool
Look at Biden's face.
Oh, man.
Look at that.
unidentified
This dude is so out of it.
tim pool
Come on.
We can't go this route, guys.
I can't believe this is actually where we are as a country.
He said, did you fall on your head or something?
Oh, Joe Biden's demented.
In my opinion, I am not a medical expert, so I can't tell you definitively.
I don't know.
I think Joe Biden is suffering from dementia.
I think many of you would agree with me.
Some say that they give ice cream for dementia.
Let me see if that's true.
Ice cream for dementia.
Because it makes people... Oh, what do we got?
We got an AI answer from Google over here, guys.
Ice cream can have positive impact on people with dementia by providing comfort and joy.
It can evoke memories and emotions and help people feel connected to their past.
For example, ice cream can remind people of happier times when they share it with loved ones.
And the creamy texture and familiar flavors can transport them back to their childhood.
Eating ice cream can also improve mood and engagement.
Alzheimer's Association has The Power of Ice Cream.
Yeah.
I think Joe Biden's suffering from dementia.
The reason why you hear him say things like, TRUDENESS, SHABBA DA PRESSURE, BADDACAFT CARE, NEXT NULL RESCIND, AND NOW PACK, ATTALACK, CACK, PACK, CACK, CLACK, or whatever that one was, I try really hard, my friends, to make sure I properly translate Bidenisms, okay?
TRUDENESS, SHABBA DA PRESSURE, okay?
I worked really hard to make sure I was truly hearing what he was saying, and it's tough.
Anyone who's ever tried to learn a non-Romance or Germanic language, you know how tough it can really be.
And even among those languages, it can be tough, right?
I always wondered why it was.
I know people who, their first language is French or Spanish.
And they can't speak.
They can't speak English.
They can speak English, but their accent's very heavy.
And I always wondered, what is it about that?
I had a friend who called me Tim, because she was Spanish.
And I said, it's Tim, it's I, not E. And she did not know how to make the I sound.
She couldn't do it, literally.
I'm not even kidding.
Like, could not do it.
And I'd be like, just go, uh, uh.
And then she would do it, and then I'd be like, no, go, to-um.
And she'd be like, to-eem.
And I'm like, wow!
And that's how I feel when I'm trying to translate Joe Biden's back-ad-alack-ad-alack-ack-act.
It's like, man, you gotta like slow it down and really process it because it's not a word.
And if we're trying to translate it properly, it's very difficult.
But anyway, back to the power of ice cream.
They give him ice cream because it calms him down.
Is ice cream good for a dementia patient?
Yes!
So why is Joe Biden so angry?
Why does he make that scowl face?
You're falling on your head!
Well, there's a couple reasons.
He feels insulted.
Are you going to step down and give power to Kamala Harris?
Basically saying, you are frail and incapable of doing this job.
Yeah, of course he gets pissed.
Now, that's reasonable.
We understand that.
But Joe Biden gets mad a lot.
And this is true of people who are suffering from dementia.
Because they can't think.
And they're trying really hard and it's very frustrating.
Okay?
You ever have a word on the tip of your tongue and you're like, what's the word for that?
Like, why can't I think of it?
That happens to everybody, okay?
Because your brain working is your brain working your body.
Like, sometimes people can't do a physical thing with their body.
They want to run and jump, and they can't jump high enough.
Sometimes you trip and fall.
Sometimes you can't think of the word, and you're like, why can't I think of this word?
And it gets frustrating.
Imagine if that was your everyday.
You're Joe Biden, and you're trying to talk to people, and you can't think.
You're like, why can't I remember?
Why can't I remember anything?
That's what Joe Biden's going through.
He's losing it and he's getting angrier.
And then when someone calls him out and says, are you going to give up power now?
They're basically telling you, we can see you're weak.
We can see your mind doesn't work.
Every frustration you've ever had right here, worn on your sleeve, on your face.
And he gets angry.
So they gotta give Grandpa Joe some ice cream.
Make him feel better.
Mmm, ice cream.
Ooh, milkshake.
Remember when Joe Biden went to the gas station and says, I want a black and white milkshake.
And they're like, go order it from the kiosk.
unidentified
And he's like, wah, a burger.
tim pool
You know what, man?
I can sympathize, right?
You get older.
It's when you're young, you have friends because you're forced to.
You're in school.
The kids are all around you, you make friends.
As you get older and you go to work, now it's, you have friends, but by convenience.
Everybody's busy, you got family, and you've got the things you're working on.
And so, do you really make time for your friends?
You know what's really crazy is, I remember reading this thing, they said, one day you picked up your child for the last time and didn't realize it.
And it was a funny story where a guy said that he's like 23 and his dad walked up to him, picked him up, and then put him down.
And he was like, Dad, what the hell?
And his dad was like, I just read on the internet, it said one day you picked up your kid for the last time and didn't realize it.
And I said, no, I didn't.
And he went and picked up his son, who's a man.
And it's funny, right?
But I got something else for you.
You and the boys playing Xbox.
You're playing Halo together.
You were eating chips.
You ordered some pizza and you hung out and you were laughing.
Maybe you had some beers.
How long ago was that?
How long ago was it that you did that?
And you didn't realize it, but it was the last time you and the boys got together for a beer and pizza, and you didn't realize it.
It used to be every weekend, or maybe every other weekend, or sometimes on weeknights.
You'd hang out, you'd meet up, and now, now you can't remember the last time you guys got together, huh?
Man, that was probably 10, 15 years ago, wasn't it?
Maybe you should call up the boys and see what they're up to and find an old Xbox at a game store and plug in and do a split-screen multiplayer for the good old days.
You know, that stuff's not so relevant to younger people.
They didn't experience it the way you did.
My point is simply, you don't know when the last moment will be.
And we have last moments every single day.
I remember when I was a teenager, I'd grab my skateboard, walk outside, I'd have to walk over the tracks, because right to the left of my house, one block was like, railroad tracks.
You're not supposed to, but okay, you cross it.
We'd walk, I'd check, you know, you look for the train, you cross, and then I would skate straight down to Tomah, all the way to Archer Avenue, turn right, I'd skate to my buddy's house.
And, uh, he'd be sleeping or whatever, and I'd just walk in the back door, and I'd go up, and I'd start playing GTA or whatever, and he's in bed, and I'm like, oh, whatever, like, I don't know what we're doing.
And then he—I'm like, bro, like, let's go skate, let's wake—he's like, oh, I'm tired, and then he'd wake up at, like, one, and then we'd see who else was around, and then we'd go skate somewhere.
He was the only one with a car, so, you know, that was the way it worked, right?
I don't even remember the last time that I—you know, it's like, when was that last moment?
Where I had this routine as a teenager where I'd go and I'd skate to my buddy's house and then there was a last time I did that.
unidentified
I didn't even realize it.
tim pool
So my point is this.
I sympathize with Joe.
He's 81.
All those things are gone.
And now he's just this corpse being puppeteered by the deep state.
He's a crooked guy.
He's a dirty dude and his brain don't work.
But I empathize.
I sympathize.
He's an angry old man.
He's a curmudgeon.
He's got nothing.
His kids, his kids.
He's a nasty dude.
Don't, you know, I'm not going to sympathize with that.
But I get it.
His brain doesn't work anymore.
Everyone he's known, they're mostly gone.
What's left?
This foreign world.
Sad, sad Joe Biden.
I'll leave it there.
Next segment's coming up at 6 p.m.
on this channel.
Thanks for hanging out and I'll see you all then.
It's time for some white pill moments.
Trump's winning.
Trump's probably going to win.
There's probably a shadow campaign.
But the latest news is Trump leads Biden 54% to 42% among independent voters, according to an NPR-PBS Marist poll.
So here's what we're going to do today for you, my friends.
We're going to consult the smartest entity known to man, and that is the Internet.
And AI!
I'm kidding, by the way.
AI is quite stupid as of right now, but it can at least do a bunch of math really fast.
And so, I am fascinated absolutely by what we consistently see with AI.
So let's pull up our good friend ChetGPT, and we're gonna plug in some math for y'all.
First, let's read the news, and then we'll see how the calculations work out.
A new poll out Thursday has revealed that Donald Trump has a commanding lead over Joe Biden among independent voters nationwide in a head-to-head matchup.
Trump noted the new polling results on Thursday morning outside the courthouse, saying, that's the best we've ever had.
NPR PBS NewsHour Mayor's Poll found that 54% of independent voters say they would cast their ballot for Trump, while 42% said they would vote for Biden.
Despite the lead, however, Trump trailed Biden head-to-head matchup by just two points among registered voters at 50-40%.
The small lead for Biden comes at 92% of the Democrat voters said they would vote for Biden.
90% said they would vote for Trump.
Trump does, however, hold the lead over Biden when third-party candidates are included.
So, uh, let's play the game.
We got this poll.
54% to 42%.
Chet GPT, we are going to have the AI break down for us exactly what this means.
And I gotta be honest, it's a foregone conclusion.
With these numbers among independent voters, I am fairly confident Chet GPT is gonna say, Trump gonna win.
But we don't know what the shadow campaign is, so first let's do this.
Let's say, how many independent voters are there in 2024?
Let's go!
ChadGPT4 says, as of 2024, there are approximately 35.3 million registered voters, independent voters, in the United States.
This group represents about 28.55% of registered voters from the states that report party affiliation data.
Independent voters often play a crucial role in elections due to their significant numbers and potential to swing between parties based on candidate appeal.
Let's do this.
What were the total votes by party for each candidate in 2020?
GOP, Dem, Independent.
Let's see what it says.
It's going to give me a long-winded paragraph, and then I'm going to have to ask it to do a list.
Okay, it's given me a list.
Okay, thank you.
Oh, we got Libertarian Party, too.
They lumped those guys in there.
I don't really care.
I didn't ask that.
You see, thanks, JGBD.
Democratic Party, Joe Biden receives $81,051.25.
Republican Party, Trump received $74.2.
51.25 Republican Party, Trump received 74.2 and Libertarian Party, George
Organson got 1.8. Let's just do how many votes from independent voters in
This is the important number, right?
Because there's a couple ways we can approach this.
We can do the current Gallup polling at the total number of independent voters as of 2024, or just compared to 2020.
Both are valid in speculating.
The 2024 data is speculative.
It is how many we think there currently are, whereas the 2020 data is, here's how many actually hard-voted.
They say, in 2020, about 34% of registered voters identified as independent.
Okay.
Among those voters, how many voted for Trump or Biden?
Let's see.
And this is great because what it does is it'll pull the math and it gets it wrong sometimes.
It gets it wrong.
Independent voters who voted, they say, Independent voters played a crucial role according to Pew
Research and Fulcrum.
26% of the ballots were cast by independents.
Joe Biden received 54% of the votes.
Donald Trump garnered 41%.
You can already see where this is going, okay?
Now, I don't know that this would give Trump a guarantee.
So let's do a few different calculations.
Assuming that Trump got 54% of independent voters and Biden got, what's the number?
It was 42?
Look at that, it's an inversion.
unidentified
42%.
tim pool
What would the total vote outcome be for 2020?
Let's see if you can calculate this math for us.
Let's see if we get it.
Analyzing.
Uh oh.
Did I break its brain?
Come on, you can do it, ChatGPT.
Let's see if we can get different results for 2020 based on the inversion that we're seeing in the polling.
ChatGPT is not having a good go of it.
It is struggling to do this math.
But I do think, this is particularly interesting, this is the revolution of search, okay?
It says, assuming that Donald Trump received 54% of independent voters, wow, take a look at this, and Joe Biden received 42%, the total vote outcome for the 2020 election would be Trump 76.7 million to Joe Biden 77.13 million.
It says the adjustment still results in a victory for Joe Biden, though the margin is narrower than the actual results, but what's not taken into consideration is swing states.
Would this have shifted any states from Biden to Trump?
This is why I determined if the shift look at this is actually so it's analyzing.
unidentified
Wow, take a look at this.
tim pool
Biden won Arizona by 10,000 votes, Georgia by 11,000, Wisconsin by 20, Pennsylvania by 80, Michigan by 150, and Nevada by 33.
Using these adjustments, Biden loses 4 million votes, Trump gains 2.
It says, let's assume the distribution of these votes proportionally across states.
If we apply these shifts proportionally to the total number of votes in each state, we can check the margins in these keys to see if they would have changed.
So it looks like Let's see.
Based on the proportional shifts for Trump-Biden, none of the key battleground states would have flipped from Biden to Trump.
Although the overall margins would have narrowed significantly, the changes were not enough to reverse the outcomes in these states.
Therefore, Biden's victories in these critical states would have remained intact, and the overall results of the 2020 presidential election would not have changed.
So we're building up to it, so you've got to bear with me.
This is where it gets more interesting.
Let's do this.
Show the top, let's do the top 5 polls between Trump and Biden.
unidentified
2024.
tim pool
Top 5 polls.
This one's actually super easy.
Here are the top 5 polls.
We got Morning Consult.
Trump and Biden tied at 43.
You've got Rasmussen.
Trump leads Biden 46 to 45.
You've got Biden 45 to 44 at the Harris Poll.
YouGov has Biden 44 to Trump 43.
Quinnipiac has Biden with 46 and Trump 45.
That's actually really, really interesting.
Let me pull up 538 and see.
So it's using Race to the White House as their source.
I'm going to pull up 538 to compare it to ChatGPT.
See, this is really interesting.
Maybe we have to do the latest polls.
Okay, let's do this.
Use the five latest polls.
Because it looks like that was the, you know, I'm wondering why it's choosing these and we're getting different results.
Alright, based on the latest polls, we've got Harvard-Harris, Trump 47 to Biden 45.
Trump is up 2.
Economist, Trump is up 1.
Reuters, Trump is up 2.
Rasmussen, it is tied.
Wow, that's interesting, Rasmussen isn't tied.
Emerson has it tied as well.
So it looks like, when we use the latest polls, what's the difference between these?
The top 5 polls.
That's not a metric you can actually track.
So, right now Trump is leading.
Based on these polls, and let's say compared to 2020 voter data, and with 54% of independent
voters favoring Trump and 42% for Biden, calculate the total vote count estimate for 2024.
Let's go, baby!
Now, this is a particularly complicated calculation we got for our good friend ChatGPT.
Let's see if it can pull it off.
So what it's going to have to do, it's going to have to pull all the voter data from each state, or it can do it generally nationally.
And, uh, but if it does it by state, this is what we really want to figure out because Trump would have needed to have gained something around, you know, 10, uh, well, not even 10,000.
If, if, if Trump got a six, 5,001 vote swing in some of these states, that means he's up 5,000, Biden's down 5,000.
That means Trump wins those states.
So right now it is analyzing.
I don't know that I can actually pull this off.
I was working while we wait for it to calculate.
I actually had a lot of fun with ChatGPT earlier and I love its ability to calculate.
I asked it to devise a betting system for Blackjack.
This is the true test.
A betting system for Blackjack that beats the odds without counting cards?
It found one.
Ran a bunch of simulations, millions of hands.
There is a betting system that easily works.
It's the Martingale betting system, with a bankroll of $50,000, an initial bet of $5, and a max bet of $640.
The bad news is, it generates you about 10 cents per hand.
About $2 an hour.
hundred forty dollars the bad news is it generates you about ten cents per hand
about two dollars an hour not worth doing
uh... martin gale for those who don't know is every time you lose you double
your bet And the risk with it is, if you're playing with infinite money, you can't lose.
Because you double, and no max bet, you double your bet, you recover your losses as soon as you win.
And then you go back down to the smaller bet.
The issue is, no one has infinite money, and casinos have table maxes.
So considering that, it actually devised a betting system where it actually beats the odds.
And it's not worth doing!
But anyway, so here we go.
Take a look at this.
Based on the average of the latest polls and assuming that 54% of independent voters favor Trump while 42% favor Biden, the estimated total vote count for the 2024 election would be Donald Trump 21 million votes, Joe Biden 17 million votes.
That's independent voters.
These numbers are significantly lower than total votes of the 2020 election.
Re-evaluating the model with the correct approach and using the original total votes in the 2020 election, Trump would end up with 71 million to Joe Biden's 69 million.
These adjusted figures reflect a closer and more realistic scenario based on the latest polling data and the assumed preferences of independent voters in the 2024 election.
They are actually saying Trump could win the popular vote!
Now, my friends, I'm sure there is... Let me break this down for you.
The top five latest polls The latest poll from Marist and independent voters gave us this outcome.
Trump wins.
Okay?
I'm sure there's a convoluted way to make it say whatever you want to say.
So let me just try and make sure we get this one fairly.
And say, uh, let's do this.
Show me the five latest polls among independent voters.
Trump v. Biden.
Let's see what we get.
Alright, searching the web.
Here are the latest polls. Newsweek, Trump leads 50. Whoa, holy crap. Trump leads Biden 52 to 40.
Another poll 51 to 42. Marquette has him 54 to 43. The Hill has Trump up among indies 11.
And Quinnipiac has Trump leading Biden 50 to 44. I think it's fair to say if we were to take
the latest polling numbers. And let's do this.
Average them out.
Let's get the average.
What's the average going to be?
We'll average out these five polls.
Is it going to be able to do it?
Averaging the latest poll results, Trump is 51.6 to Joe Biden's 41.8.
These averages indicate consistent lead for Trump among independent voters.
Using this average, Calculate the 2020 vote total estimate.
Let's see if we can just do with that.
Let's see if we can just do with that.
I think it's fair to say not much changed.
But I want to be fair.
When I say that AI, based on current polls, is calculating a Donald Trump victory, I want to make sure we're being fair and we're plugging it all in.
Uh, this one shows, basically, the numbers reflect the impact.
It's showing relatively the same thing.
And now I can say, uh, uh, infer the total vote count for 2024 based on this calculation.
Now, we can already tell.
It should be the same, because it's comparable.
When we go back to the other number, we got 21 to 17, and this one's giving us 20.7 to 16.9.
Now it's doing some detailed calculations.
Let's see if it'll give us similar numbers.
Considering the numbers all are, you know, are very different.
Remaining vote share.
Trump and Biden support among these voters is derived from their overall polling percentages.
It gives us a total vote count and this gives us Donald Trump with 75 million to Joe Biden 69.9 million.
These figures show Trump lead over Biden when factoring in the average support from independent voters.
There you have it, my friends.
As of right now, we've tested a couple different ways.
ChatGPT is giving us the math that shows, based on the polling as of today, the latest polling, Donald Trump is going to win.
Except for the shadow campaign.
So let's do this.
Now let's have some fun.
Add in the 4 a.m.
vote shift we saw from 2020 to Biden's total.
Let's see.
Here we go.
In the 2020 election, there were significant late-night updates, vote updates in key states, total shift before the shift, new vote totals.
Oh, man.
Doing the same math, even with the 4 a.m.
shift, Trump is still up by about 200 or so thousand votes.
It's a close race between Trump and Biden, with Trump maintaining a narrow lead, so I don't know if that shadow campaign's gonna do it for him.
I'll leave it there.
