Now, let's jump into the first story.
Yesterday, history was made.
The first federal indictment of a former president.
Donald Trump was previously indicted in New York, so it's not the first indictment of a former president.
But Donald Trump was targeted by his main political rival.
It's absolutely fascinating.
Donald Trump was impeached because when he sought to investigate what we now know to be a highly credible accusation of bribery from the Biden family, Joe Biden himself in Ukraine, when Donald Trump sought to investigate that, they impeached him.
They said that he was trying to dig up dirt on his political opponent, despite the fact Joe Biden was not running for political office at the time.
Amazing, isn't it?
We now have Joe Biden using the full force of the federal government to try and imprison his political rival for the rest of his life.
You know, people make the joke often that I say Civil War too much.
If you cannot see the forest, it's because you're in it.
The current president is using, is, not trying to, has literally had his chief political rival arrested.
It's never happened before in the United States.
Okay, fine, fair point.
We may not be in a hot conflict.
So you say, ah, Civil War.
It's not accurate, it's something else.
Okay, I don't know, pre-Civil War?
What do you call it when you have information coming out that Joe Biden And his son took bribes from an executive in Ukraine at a gas company to get a prosecutor fired.
Joe Biden's on camera saying, if you don't fire the prosecutor, you're not getting a billion dollars.
And when Donald Trump said to the president of Ukraine, what's this all about?
I want an investigation.
The FBI knew that there was a credible source, according to the FBI, credible source, I don't know this guy is, saying that, you know, Joe Biden was taking bribes.
Okay, they impeached Donald Trump over this.
Now, this same man, who is very likely just fearing spending his life in prison for all of the corrupt things he's done, uses the Department of Justice, the U.S.
government, to try and imprison the frontrunner for the Republican Party.
We're here, ladies and gentlemen.
It is happening.
There's a lot going on, I gotta tell you.
But take a look at this headline from Deadline.
Headline from Deadline.
Fox News Chiron labels Joe Biden a wannabe dictator as network airs Donald Trump's post-arraignment address.
CNN and MSNBC skip live carriage of speech.
I'm not surprised.
I just find it absolutely hilarious.
How can you claim to be a news outlet and you don't show people the statement from a former president and frontrunner in the upcoming election who had just been federally indicted by his chief political rival's administration?
We are talking well beyond Watergate.
We are talking unprecedented American historical consequence and context.
And CNN says, we're not going to cover that.
That's remarkable.
I don't know where we go from here.
You know, I've been, I was thinking about this last night as Trump speaking.
If they do convict Trump, and I don't see why they wouldn't, do you think that Trump's gonna be acquitted?
I mean, maybe.
It's Miami court.
The Democrats are gonna try and get venue changed or something like that.
We'll see.
The judge who is presiding over this was appointed by Trump himself.
And so, there's questions over bias, but none of that really matters in my opinion.
It doesn't matter whether the judge is or isn't... It doesn't matter whether there is or isn't bias in the sense that they will try and change venue to a jury pool that will convict Trump.
What this is really about is When I say civil war, we're talking about, I think it's fair to say maybe like cold civil war, pre-civil war.
You've got jurisdictions that will unquestionably convict Trump.
You have jurisdictions that absolutely won't.
Miami may be one of those jurisdictions that will not convict Trump.
So the only way this moves forward appropriately for the Democrats, or I shouldn't say appropriately, but strategically, Is if they change venue somehow.
They can probably use the fact that Trump appointed this judge to try and get a venue change or a judge change or something like that, but we will see.
There are still many people in Florida who are Democrats, but when we're talking about this jury pool, it's going to be at least 50-50.
It's probably going to be 60-40 Republican versus Democrat, so I don't see how they actually get this conviction.
But, my friends, the main point here is CNN and MSNBC.
Now, you may be saying, oh, those are shill networks.
They're fake news and whatever.
Fine.
The left says Fox News is fake news.
Fox News is fake news.
Fine.
The point is not whether or not any of these outlets are correct in their assessments.
It's that the divergence exists at all.
The fact that CNN and MSNBC, which used to be very highly rated and prominent news networks in this country, have become Hyper-partisan shill networks shows you exactly where we are at.
Now, I'm not surprised Fox News is doing it.
Fox News has always been considered conservative partisan media.
CNN, of course, similarly, but it was more default liberal, not hyper-partisan far-left extremist, which they've both become.
Here's a story from Deadline, and then we'll give you some more updates on what's currently going on.
CNN and MSNBC decided to skip live carriage of former President Donald Trump's post-arraignment speech Tuesday night, leaving Fox News as the only major cable network to cover it live.
Fox News not only carried the entire speech, but at one point the network went to a split screen of Joe Biden speaking, where the chyron read, "'Wannabe Dictator' Speaks the White House After Having His Political Rival Arrested."
That's what it said.
It's a stupid chyron.
I mean, I agree with it, but they could have made it more tactful.
Wannabe dictator?
They could have put something more, I don't know, powerful like, Joe Biden has main political rival arrested in unprecedented political move.
Something like that.
Or shocking move by Biden administration to arrest his political opponent.
Yeah, this is how dictatorships begin.
This is how civil wars begin.
This is how revolutions begin.
You are in it.
Now, I say civil war.
Maybe it's fair to say I'm wrong because it could be a revolution.
Joe Biden may arrest Trump.
They're saying that Donald Trump's, let me pull up this story, I think we have it, Trump classified documents trial may be delayed more than a year, former federal prosecutors say.
If that's the case, it falls in line with what we're seeing with these other charges in New York.
They're simply trying to make it impossible for him to campaign, make it impossible for him to win.
They are doing everything in their power to stop Trump.
Tucker Carlson put out his third episode, I believe it was his third, the other night, where he said, Trump made enemies of the establishment, the neocon, neolib, deep state, when he, in February of 2016, when he came out and began talking about foreign policy.
It was nothing to do with immigration, nothing to do with the economy, is when he said, no more wars.
I think it's also when he told Jeb Bush that his brother lied to the American people and got us involved in this quagmire in the Middle East, this disaster of foreign policy.
The machine of this country, the foreign policy machine, wants the United States to be a massive empire with military bases all over the world.
The reason that we have troops in South Korea, as many people pointed out on TimCast IRL, is a deterrent.
Not that they actually need troops there to defend them, but that if China makes any moves, it will be an attack on the United States, because we have personnel there.
I can't believe we've come to this.
I mean, I gotta be honest, I can't believe we've come to this point.
Take a look at this tweet from No Lie with Brian Tyler Cohen.
He says an actual banner that just aired on Fox.
This is not a legitimate news organization that should have privileged press credentials.
You don't need to be a quote-unquote legitimate news organization to have press credentials.
This is the craziest thing.
These people are like authoritarian cultists.
The United States has... We have a First Amendment!
What happened to these people that they don't understand the concept of the people have a right to engage in journalistic activities?
Whether you agree with them or not.
It's free speech and freedom of the press combined.
But you know what?
I don't agree with Fox running this.
I think it's crass.
Red-Headed Libertarian says, Oh, shut the flip up, Brian.
And then shows this tweet from Gaze for Trump.
Look at what PBS posted at the bottom of the screen during Trump's speech.
And we highlighted this because we used PBS as our source for the Trump speech last night on TimCast IRL.
Experts warn That inflammatory rhetoric from elected officials or people in power can prompt individual actors to commit acts of violence.
And it says context.
That's so weird.
unidentified

tim pool
Why?
Why would they put that there?
I like this one from Benjamin Dixon.
He says, I'm sure conservatives who want to defund PBS over this headline are just as enraged by Fox News' headline that was clearly written by Tucker's former producer, wannabe dictator.
Why would I be outraged at a private company espousing their views versus PBS, which takes foundation money, congressionally, I think it's the Corporation for Public Broadcasting or something like that.
They apportion federal funds towards NPR and PBS and they get grants.
If you want to talk about PBS as a non-profit organization that's supposed to not be engaging in partisanship and things like that, that I can understand.
If a private company says something, I ain't gonna cry about it.
I will say that when CNN says they're not going to air things, I question them as a news organization.
I will say I think Fox could have done a better chyron than that overt.
It's crude.
It's very crude.
But CNN won't even show a historic speech.
Tapper, we're not carrying his remarks live because frankly, there's a lot of things that are not true and sometimes potentially dangerous.
Yeah, okay, let's play this clip.
jake tapper
We do have now some of the sound, as I told you, we're not, and the audience, we're not carrying his remarks live because, frankly, he says a lot of things that are not true and sometimes potentially dangerous.
tim pool
You know, the reality is, CNN is not a news organization, and they can't carry Trump live.
They'd love to.
You see, Chris Licht, the former CEO, I think it's really hilarious to say former.
I don't know if he's out already, but he's leaving, or maybe he did leave.
He took over the network, tried to save it.
And they had a Trump Town Hall.
Why?
Because Trump is the frontrunner for the Republican Party.
And the backlash was so intense, he's out.
And now they're hosting Ocasio-Cortez, who is a far-left extremist, literally, and saying they won't cover historical statements from the GOP frontrunner.
CNN, if you can't cover the frontrunner for a major political party, you're not a news network.
And you want to come to me and say, but what about Fox News?
Yeah, Fox News has always been heavy opinion.
Their daytime stuff is pretty good.
It's like very straightforward news coverage.
But they're a conservative network they've always been.
Not that they're great.
I would imagine a lot of people don't like them right now.
But there is a difference between CNN saying they're news, but actually being just far-left fringe.
And I'll clarify the statement about AOC being a far-left extremist.
She is, okay?
And I'll explain to you why.
So we had Stephen Marsh on this show, he wrote a book called, I think it was like The Next Civil War, I forgot the name of the book, we have it in here, I don't know.
And he said that the United States, this is a brilliant point, I disagree with him on a lot of things, but he said the United States currently has a multicultural democracy and a constitutional republic within it, trying to, and they're both basically fighting, and you can't have both.
And he's completely right.
The thing is, this country was founded as a constitutional republic, not a multicultural democracy.
And it is the multicultural democracy that is trying to supplant and take over and is extreme by the standards of a constitutional republic, for which I agree with.
So you understand that?
If someone owns a house, and then someone else comes into that house and says, I live here now.
Okay, that person is the trespasser, the aggressor, the criminal.
Right?
The usurper.
It is not the person who owned the house who's the extremist.
They've been doing what they've always done.
They are the standard.
So when you have...
Say, a traditional liberal, disaffected liberals, classical liberals, conservatives, libertarians, sitting down and discussing the nature of this country, and mostly in agreement but in disagreement on many core issues, well, you have a wide range of views that represent the constitutional republic of this country.
When you then have far-left extremists, people who hold views outside of the norm, such as, you saw even the White House having to condemn These LGBT activists because of their lewd and indecent behavior.
That's extremism.
When even Joe Biden condemns LGBT activists over their lewd actions, you know they're extreme.
When CNN can't even show what the Republican front runner is saying, that is extreme.
That's just the nature of it.
Now, I'm not saying that Republicans haven't become more polarized or political.
Certainly, many of them have.
We're seeing the rise of the Freedom Caucus, which is a much more staunchly small government and libertarian.
But the thing is, with people like AOC, it's interesting to me.
I'll tell you what the extremism is here.
People like AOC advance ideas of a country that doesn't exist here in the United States.
People like Hasan Piker as well.
They're revolutionary.
They admit they're revolutionary.
And that's fine if they are.
You're allowed to be.
But you don't get to say that we're the extremists if you're the ones who are trying to overhaul and completely change the system.
And this is what I don't understand.
There are a lot of people, when it comes to the issue of transgender dating, there are a lot of people on the left who refuse to acknowledge that they are homosexual.
I have no beef and no issue, and I'm not saying this in a disrespectful manner, and trust me, I'm bringing this together, hear me out.
If you are in the LGBT community, and you are a male who is attracted to another male, and that male presents as a woman, that is still same-sex.
I don't understand why they're so hell-bent and terrified of saying that they are gay.
I'm like, aren't you the ones who are like very proud to say you are?
Why not just say you are?
Why are you so embarrassed?
It's weird, right?
The reason I bring that up is it's very similar when it comes to politics.
If you are actively trying to supplant the U.S.
government and you are talking about overt revolution, why are you so afraid of saying that you are the extreme element?
Well, I can only imagine because they're trying to trick you.
And this is a civil war.
Warfare does not necessarily mean fighting physically.
It means trying to gain control of a population or some resources or some territory.
And it's complicated.
You can say that war is the active conflict in which two factions fight for control of something or dominance over each other, right?
How would you break it down?
When I think about war of the past, I think about what was the goal, and it's typically to gain control, to gain resources, to control the population or territory, as I stated, right?
So what's currently happening in the United States?
A new ideological faction With a fascistic moral framework.
And I'll elaborate.
The fascistic moral framework of the left is, quote, there is no truth but power, end quote.
That is a fascistic moral worldview.
I disagree with that.
I believe there is objective truth, although we just struggle sometimes with discovering what that is, and we're constantly trying to refine The science by which we are breaking these things down.
But some things are inherently true.
2 plus 2 equals 4.
The left says 2 plus 2 equals 5.
And they introduce variables outside of the equation to try and make it seem true.
But that's just manipulation.
That's not correct.
There are objective truths in this world.
There is objective reality.
They're trying to change this.
They're trying to supplant it.
They have no moral framework other than they believe power dictates.
So they're trying to take over.
That's why they lie.
So the reason why, you know, a guy who likes another guy won't say he's gay is because he's trying to manipulate and trick regular people.
The reason why they would say something like, I am right-wing or conservative is because they're trying to trick regular people.
I found it truly fascinating, to be completely honest.
I did a skateboarding trick a couple days ago, two days ago.
A one-foot nollie 360.
And it was posted on Instagram by The Barracks, like the preeminent, the biggest skateboarding influencer account.
And there are people in the comments saying like, oh no, yikes, Tim Pool is right-wing, etc.
Why?
They need to lie.
They want to trick people.
They want you to think that they are dominant and that if you want to be on the quote-unquote right side of history, They're the ones you have to follow.
But I'll give you some really good cultural examples.
And, you know, forgive me if it's making it about me, but I think this does make sense considering, look, I got a lot of followers, so of course they're gonna try and do these tactics on me.
Two things.
One, we had a skate event in DC.
They started posting on skate forums that Tim Pool could not do a pop shove-it.
Basically saying, I was terrible at skateboarding, I didn't actually know how to do it, and I was bad.
Now, why would they do that?
Why would they lie?
They don't want someone like me who's challenging their lies to be seen as culturally influential or in any way having some kind of skill or cool factor.
unidentified
Right?
tim pool
And you don't gotta think skateboarding is cool.
A lot of people don't.
My point is...
We here at Timcast work out of a large mansion with two indoor skate parks, an outdoor skate park, for the most part, and a music recording studio, and there are pro skaters and rock stars who work here.
Now that's, that should be cool factor, right?
MTV Cribs style.
In fact, when we put up the video doing a breakdown, a tour, maybe we should do another one.
It got like 600,000 views overnight.
This is something that would inspire people.
A regular person who says, how can I be successful?
How can I live the dream?
So they have to lie about it and say things like it's a cult or a compound.
They have to make sure they control the narrative so that you don't see a path forward, a successful path in the world that we are building.
They want you to think the only way you can survive is by following them off the cliff.
The reality is we're winning culturally.
We're winning politically.
And the moves made by the Biden administration show the pure desperation of a psychotic death cult that will do anything to win.
Even for the first time in U.S.
history, have their political opponent arrested.
Don't get me wrong, Donald Trump said he'd arrest Hillary Clinton over the emails thing.
He didn't do it!
Donald Trump didn't deploy the National Guard or the military with the insurrection, citing the insurrection, invoking the Insurrection Act during the Summer of Love riots.
Maybe he should have.
But he didn't do it!
Because for all of the lying, cheating, and stealing, for everything they claimed about Trump, he is not dictatorial.
He made a lot of big mistakes.
He probably should have done these things.
He didn't do it.
So where are we currently?
Trump's unwillingness to actually use the powers of the government to go after the corruption has resulted in them now wielding that power against him to destroy him.
They can't win.
They can't.
I'm sorry.
The end result of this is obvious.
Maybe it'll be three years.
Maybe it could be 70.
But they'll lose.
The Soviet Union fell after 69 years.
This type of world they tried to build, it doesn't work.
It can't work.
And more importantly, regular people are rising up and saying no.
So they can try to arrest Donald Trump, but you know what I hear more and more?
I hear from more and more regular people that it's terrifying, and it's shocking, and it's making things worse.
These are people who don't like Donald Trump.
You know, when I go hang out in, like, D.C., you know, we go to, like, National Harbor or something, there are urban liberal types there, fairly moderate, they don't pay attention to politics, and they're freaking out!
They're saying things like, I can't believe this is happening, what's going on, what is Joe Biden doing, this is crazy!
When Trump got indicted in New York, they were like, well, it's New York, that's crazy.
Now you have the federal government trying to literally imprison the frontrunner for the Republican Party for the rest of his life.
It's something like 400 years.
And on dubious charges that Trump had records he retained from when he was president, yet the president is the person who determines whether something's classified or not.
Seriously, and there are people citing historical precedent surrounding Bill Clinton and other presidents who are like, this is unheard of!
It's never happened before.
They're trying to claim that Trump mishandled national security documents.
It's just lying.
It's clearly and obviously an attempt to steal the upcoming election by imprisoning the political opponent.
And what do you get?
You get censorship, you get manipulation, you get lying, cheating, stealing across the board.
But I tell you they can't win.
josh hammer
Hey guys, Josh Hammer here, the host of America on Trial with Josh Hammer, a podcast for the First Podcast Network.
Look, there are a lot of shows out there that are explaining the political news cycle, what's happening on the Hill, the this, the that.
There are no other shows that are cutting straight to the point when it comes to the unprecedented lawfare debilitating and affecting the 2024 presidential election.
We do all of that every single day right here on America on Trial with Josh Hammer.

They can't.
You know, you take a look at the Bud Light effect, you take a look at Target,
you take a look at Starbucks last night.
Starbucks is denying that they ordered people to take down pride decorations,
but why are there videos all over the place of people taking down pride decorations?
Well, people complain about it.
Why is the workers' union complaining that the pride decorations are coming down?
Probably because Starbucks wants them down.
But they'll deny it publicly to avoid backlash.
The Bud Light effect shows that regular people have had enough.
They don't care for this stuff.
They don't want it around their kids.
Even the Biden administration, for all of their faults and evil behaviors, were forced.
This is why I tell you they can't win.
For all the evil things the Biden administration is doing and trying to imprison Donald Trump, even they could not maintain the farce and were forced to denounce Trans activists who engaged in lewd and obscene behavior at the White House because they know they're losing public support.
So what we're seeing now from CNN and MSNBC from the Democratic Party, it's called the death throws the death rattle.
You know, that is when someone is dying and they start shaking and convulsing.
And when they start gurgling, that's the death rattle.
It's a horrifying sound.
Right now, I think we are in the drowning phase of the deep state.
The permanent government, the bureaucrats, the American empire, the pure evil and malevolence that existed in this country for some time, is drowning.
It's being suffocated out, and so it's lashing out violently.
In desperation.
That's why they say, when someone's drowning, you don't go and just grab them, they'll claw at you, and then they'll drag you both down.
You approach them from the back, put your arms behind them, you know, get advice properly, but my point is, you know, get proper first aid advice from a lifeguard.
My point is, you're supposed to approach the person from behind them so they don't drag you down and drown you both.
Because they'll claw at you violently.
When people are drowning, they start frantically splashing about.
That's what we're seeing.
The deep state is on its deathbed.
And so it's having a spasm.
And it can hurt you.
And they'll try.
But they've been losing the whole time.
They lost in 2016.
2016 was when the American people rose up, and not just the American people, Donald Trump and the American people, and issued those walk-in papers.
The Deep State and the establishment.
And they began to panic.
And they tried everything to go after Trump.
And it just wasn't working.
And don't get me wrong, with COVID and universal mail-in voting, they were able to win in 2020.
A bunch of nefarious tactics, and what I would describe as malevolent manipulations in the election where they, you know, had like voter in the park and ballot harvesting.
All things that are legal, mind you.
The laws were changed.
Policies and procedures were changed.
Anything.
They said to save the election.
The shadow campaign they called it in Time Magazine.
Didn't work.
It's not working.
So now, they're even trying to go after Trump with another indictment in Georgia.
I wonder, what will happen if Trump is convicted?
Honestly, I don't know.
I can't imagine people will just say, okay.
Seriously.
January 6th was crazy.
But we've already seen people quitting the military.
Record low recruitment.
The economy is in shambles.
San Francisco is collapsing.
The Westfield Mall in downtown SF just surrendered their property to their lenders.
Two of the largest hotels surrendered their properties.
The cities are in freefall.
At the very least, The ideology of these far leftists and maybe they want the system to completely collapse so they can come in and scoop it up.
That's how the oligarchs took control of Ukraine.
But I don't see the will of the American people being supplanted so easily.
And if the system does break down, you're going to have to go up against right-wing individuals.
They're not going to sit back and do nothing.
People who believe in the American ideals.
So we'll see, man.
Maybe Joe Biden wants the system to collapse.
Maybe the point of arresting Trump isn't to truly imprison him, but to rip the fabric of this country apart.
Because they're doing it.
The question is, will we be able to rebuild and keep it together?
I'll leave it there.
Next segment's coming up at 1pm on this channel.
Thanks for hanging out, and I'll see you all then.
Last night, Tucker Carlson described the indictment of Donald Trump as the total destruction of the American justice system.
And I like Tucker Carlson, and he's mostly right.
But I don't think he's seeing the big picture.
The destruction of the American justice system has been happening for quite some time, and I would say it's become complete rather some time ago.
The indictment of Donald Trump is just a glaring red flag.
On 5-29-2020, thousands of far-left extremists attacked the White House and St.
John's Church.
And it wasn't just one night.
It was actually several nights.
The attack was so severe, the president and his family were ushered into an emergency bunker.
This is all confirmed.
I'll show you all the receipts.
The far-left extremists set fire to St.
John's Church.
They set fire to a guard post.
They tore down the barricades in front of the White House.
And this persisted for several days.
There has been no grand hearing.
There have been no hunts by the FBI to take these people down and bring them to justice, for the most part.
I'm sure some people have received criminal charges, but it's just not notable.
Most people don't know that 529 even happened.
They don't remember.
They didn't hear about it in the news.
Now, we joke about fiery, but mostly peaceful, says the corporate press.
But the reality is, right now, There are people who walked into the Capitol building on January 6th, on the east side of the building, where there was less violence.
I believe it was the east side.
On one side, there was bad and tremendous violence and rioting.
Those people should be criminally charged, in my opinion.
On another side, there were people who were let in by police, as evidenced by the individuals who have been acquitted of all wrongdoing due to evidence showing they were being waved in by police.
But some of these others have been convicted.
Some people who walked into open doors of a public building not knowing that it was restricted in any way are facing months and even years in prison.
This is evidence and this shows there is no American justice system.
But you see, Tucker, what we're witnessing now with the indictment of Donald Trump is something far worse than just the destruction of the American justice system.
As Tucker does point out, this is the president targeting his political rival.
My friends, we're entering pre-civil war in the literal sense, or quite possibly even the advancement of civil war.
And I know there's a lot of questions around when we are in a civil war, what a civil war will look like, what does it mean?
And we don't know.
We don't.
I looked back at the history and I've read quite a bit about it, especially living in Harper's Ferry in a Civil War area.
There's history all around and there's historical context, there's signs, there's artillery.
And I thought to myself, when did they know it was a Civil War?
Because how would you, right?
How do you know what you're looking at when you first arrive?
I've long thought about the discovery of the Great Lakes.
What it must have been like to be a European settler for the first time making your way to Lake Michigan.
What, would you think it's the ocean?
They probably knew right away because it was fresh water.
It must be a lake.
But they didn't know how big it was.
They didn't really know what they were looking at.
Now, when we look back through history, we call it the discovery of the Great Lakes.
Now, I know Native Americans were already there and they knew all about it.
My point is, for the European settler who did not know this existed, when they first approached it, they didn't know what they were looking at.
So they didn't write down, we've discovered the Great Lakes.
They discovered there's a large body of water here.
I wonder what it is.
A few years later, they said, we've surveyed all around it.
Man, this thing's massive.
For the American Civil War, there was the first Battle of Bull Run, I believe it was.
There was the firing on Fort Sumter, and questions about when the Civil War actually began, and when did they actually start calling it a Civil War?
In fact, most did not call it a Civil War.
Most did not refer to it as a war.
How did they know when they marched towards that first battle of Bull Run that it was a civil war?
In fact, they did not.
They didn't even have the troop levels required for actual full-scale war.
They did not know.
But hold on there a minute.
We say that was the first major battle of the Civil War.
We say the Civil War started with the firing on Fort Sumter.
But why?
Was that because it was the first time there was physical conflict between the factions?
Perhaps.
Well, we've already had that, haven't we?
I mean, we have the federal government locking up people who, many of them, walked into a public building clueless as to what was going on.
We have people who are in prison right now without a trial for years.
It's been years.
Since some of these people have been arrested.
Now don't get me wrong, if you riot, you should be arrested, but come on!
Engaging in a riot outside of a building where you had no idea what was going on?
Bad.
You shouldn't fight cops, you shouldn't try and storm into a building, all of that stuff.
But you do have a right to a speedy trial.
It's been two years.
Some of these people have been in solitary confinement since then.
That is...
The weaponization of government.
So maybe... Fair point.
We're not talking about civil war just yet.
Maybe we're talking about revolution.
But what about all of the violence we've seen so far with the far left political faction engaging in overt terrorism?
Well, fair point.
We don't call bleeding Kansas civil war.
Bolivia and Kansas was a conflict that occurred in Kansas before the Civil War, but it was the precursor to.
It was several years of fighting in Kansas over whether or not it would be a slave state or a free state.
Very famously, John Brown and his family were engaged in conflict there in terroristic and murderous activities.
Though many people do look at John Brown as a hero of some sort, I find it interesting that he just went around basically killing people and engaging in terroristic acts.
Granted, there's questions about when we cross the line as to moral evils like slavery.
I get it, I get it.
But the point is, with everything being done by John Brown, we didn't call that civil war until there were two discernible factions shooting at each other.
But again, my point was, at the time when all this started with the Battle of Fort Sumter, they didn't call it a civil war.
They didn't even call it a war!
Eventually, they called it the War Between States.
In 1862, they started to refer to it as the Civil War.
The Supreme Court called it a Civil War, but that's almost a full year after we view, historically, the war having already begun.
So perhaps, perhaps, my friends, it is not fair to say we are in Civil War, but let's talk about where this goes.
It was about, what are we looking at?
Six years ago.
No joke.
Six years ago.
I tweeted five, and then I pulled up the article, and lo, it was six.
Six years ago, I entertained the possibility of civil war coming to these United States.
And why?
It's because I read an article in the New Yorker that said some people view the likelihood of civil war in this country in the next decade at 95%.
unidentified
And some said 5%.
tim pool
But the consensus of all these different national security experts was 35%.
And I said, is it really possible?
Because you had people fighting in the streets in large numbers.
You had the tearing down of statues.
Cultural revolution.
And I was told by many people, it will never happen.
You're insane, Tim, they told me.
Prominent conservatives in group chat saying, you're nuts.
The security state will never allow a civil war.
Just because wing nuts are fighting in the street does not a civil war make.
And I said, it's not about that.
It's about the fact that this, these politics have been expanding and consuming more and more elements of our government.
It is reaching higher and higher levels.
And I was told I was wrong.
Sure enough, as of yesterday, we see that the culture war, which was silly to some ten years ago, has reached the level, the highest level.
The President of the United States has had his chief political rival arrested!
And of course, leftists and liberals will make every excuse possible as to why it's justified.
But all dictators do.
Do you think Vladimir Putin has no justification for the arrest of Navalny?
Every single dictatorial leader or authoritarian or despot will create some justification, some criminal act for why they must stop their chief political rival.
And you may be arguing, but Tim Trump did it!
Okay, I'm not going to argue with you on that point.
I'm simply going to tell you right now it doesn't matter.
Doesn't matter if you think Trump is right or wrong.
For the purpose of this statement I am making now, what matters is that you have two worlds in this country.
One in which Donald Trump is innocent and being persecuted by an evil cabal of corporate elitists.
corrupt government cronies to stop a man who wants to save this country.
And in another world, you have the rise of a Hitler-esque figure who has a cult behind him, who are bigots, hateful, and evil, and will turn this country into a fascist dystopia.
Of course, I fall on clearly one side of these camps.
I think y'all are nuts if you think the latter.
Donald Trump is certainly not Hitler.
Donald Trump would not even invoke the Insurrection Act to stop the attack on the White House.
He would not invoke the Insurrection Act to stop the riots all over the United States.
He wouldn't do it.
But there are elements of our intelligence agencies who lied about Russia gate, who lied
about Ukraine gate, who withheld evidence that Joe Biden may have been bribed by a Ukraine
executive into firing a prosecutor.
And we know that Joe Biden publicly admitted he went to the president of Ukraine and said,
if you do not fire the prosecutor, Victor Shokin, that he would withhold congressionally
approved loan guarantees.
Now, all of that is fact.
The bribery scandal stuff.
Let's see what the evidence holds.
But the fact remains, these two worlds exist.
And whether or not you agree with me or know the facts, is not material to whether or not we are facing a real civil war or complete social breakdown.
So perhaps.
It is not fair to say that civil war has started because maybe we do need that Fort Sumter moment of actual conflict.
Maybe we're still 10 years away from it.
The period in the United States that led up to the Civil War actually took decades.
In fact, you could argue it started with the formation of this country.
When the Declaration of Independence initially had one line in it arguing against slavery and was removed out of fear that southern states would not join the fight for independence if it was clear that many of the Founding Fathers wanted to end the institution.
Eventually, there was talk of civil war in the early 1800s, and it bubbled up in 1861.
But here we are now.
There's still a whole lot to be said, and so much more data to show you.
Let me start by showing you this quote from Tucker Carlson, and then we'll advance from the past to the present, what's currently happening.
Tucker Carlson says, The Biden administration arrested Donald Trump this afternoon.
They had arraigned him and fingerprinted him in a Miami courthouse.
Like the accused felon he now is.
These are the first steps in a process that is designed to put Donald Trump behind bars for the rest of his life.
Cable News carried every moment of it live.
It's unprecedented, they told us, with what looked like shock.
But they weren't shocked.
They knew this was coming.
Everyone who has paid attention knew it was.
What just happened was always going to happen.
It's been inevitable since February 13th, 2016.
What matters then and now is foreign policy.
The invasions and occupations and proxy wars.
The decisions to determine which global populations will thrive and which will die.
The policies that come with trillion dollar price tags.
The ones that over time have made the counties around DC the richest suburbs in the world.
In Washington, that's what actually matters.
And it's obvious when you look carefully.
When there's a debate about anything else, for example, the debt ceiling, both sides take their assigned positions and they start yelling.
But when Congress decides to start a war, no matter how foolish or counterproductive, or obviously disconnected from America's core interests that war may be, when that happens, the leaders of both parties automatically jump behind it like circus clowns.
Now Tucker Carlson says it's the destruction of the American justice system.
But I think it's way worse than that.
I think this is precursor to civil conflict, revolution, I don't know.
I wonder where this goes and how it begins.
Donald Trump is arrested and charged in New York, now federally in a Miami court, and soon to be Georgia.
Do the Trump supporters in this country who genuinely believe, and there's many of them, 70-some-odd million who voted for the man, I wonder how many of them are fervent?
Probably not that many.
Do they just sit back and say, I guess this is what has become of my country?
Or do we see January 6th-like situations arise?
At what point do we start slowly talking about factions taking control?
At what point do we then refer to it as a civil war?
But you need to understand about what's happening.
It won't be overnight.
And that's my point with the entire opening of this segment.
It will not be overnight.
We'll look back historically and say it may have started here, here, or otherwise.
We may say the Occupy Movement was the beginning of the culture war.
We may say it was Gamergate.
Who knows?
But I'll tell you this.
A fight may break out.
And you'll say it's just a fight.
And then 50 years later, they say that was the start of a civil war.
January 6th, for instance.
They may say that was the start.
We don't know, because we don't know exactly what it is we're looking at.
Ford Fisher has been covering testimony by January 6th defendants and individuals present.
In this one thread I find particularly interesting, John Strand will soon begin a 32-month prison sentence.
He says he was only there as a security for Simone Gold, who herself has served 60 days.
John Strain has put together a short video explaining his prosecution.
He was offered a plea deal.
He rejected it.
He said it was because the government was lying.
Right.
Now we can look at the president being indicted and call that the total destruction of our justice system, but I think when the average individual is denied a fair trial and the jurisdiction itself is tainted and you can't get a fair trial, Well, I think it's fair to say.
Civil War, at least the Civil War period, is here upon us.
Now, we know all about the Civil War with the caning in Congress and the escalating tensions.
None of that was considered the Civil War.
It was pre-Civil War period.
And maybe that's what we're facing right now.
I'd like to take you back in time to where it all began for me.
From the New Yorker.
This is an article that I read that had me questioning whether or not it was really possible.
This was based on what had happened in Charlottesville that began to ask this question.
I'd like to read for you this paragraph.
Well, I should go back so we can get the name.
This is Keith Mines.
Earlier this year, I began a conversation with Keith Mines about America's turmoil.
Mines has spent his career in the U.S.
Army Special Forces, the United Nations, and now the State Department navigating civil wars in countries like Afghanistan, Colombia, El Salvador, Iraq, Somalia, and Sudan.
He returned to Washington after 16 years to find conditions that he'd seen nurture conflict abroad now visible at home.
It haunts him.
In March, Mines was one of several national security experts from foreign policy asked to evaluate the risks of a second civil war with percentages.
Mines concluded that the U.S.
faces a 60% chance of civil war over the next 10 to 15 years.
Other experts' predictions ranged from 5 to 95%.
The sobering consensus was 35%, and that was five months before Charlottesville.
This article was written six years ago.
In 2017, I read it, following what had happened in Charlottesville.
Shortly after that, we got another article.
I shouldn't say shortly, but two years.
Princeton professor.
We are in a cold civil war.
Now, it became a trope.
People would jokingly say, whenever Tim talks about civil war, drink!
And I think it is fair to raise these warning signs.
When I first entertained the prospect of a civil war, many people, as I mentioned earlier, said I was nuts.
People would joke when I would bring it up in video saying, you're crazy.
Okay.
We are now at the phase of societal breakdown and conflict where the sitting president has ordered his DOJ.
I should be careful about how I phrase this.
The sitting president's administration has arrested Their main political rival and the frontrunner for the Republican Party, Donald Trump.
When you know for a fact that you cannot get a fair trial in a certain jurisdiction due to the political leanings, when Donald Trump is indicted in, say, New York, we know how a jury pool in New York will react.
Miami may be different.
Georgia may be different.
But the powers are lining up against the American people long before they came after Trump.
So I'll stress it again.
Cold Civil War.
The prospect of Civil War.
It's all beginning to happen.
Perhaps it ends here.
Perhaps the arrest of Donald Trump is the wake-up call.
But do you know how many times I have made this statement?
You get one major political moment.
A man in Portland, Aaron Danielson, shot twice in the chest by a man bearing a Black Lives Matter tattoo on his neck.
And I said, could this be a shot-heard-round-the-world moment?
A man killed in public?
Maybe not.
And I always preface everything I say with this.
Maybe this is the wake-up call.
Maybe this is the moment people say, enough!
It's gone too far!
The escalation must stop!
And we snap out of it!
And narrowly avert some kind of major civil conflict.
I say that every single time.
And maybe this time it's true, right?
Maybe this is the moment President Trump being indicted federally by the President's administration.
A first for this country.
Maybe this is the moment people say, enough!
It needs to stop!
Sorry if I don't believe it.
I'd love to believe it.
I would love to preface my statements by saying it.
But I believe, considering that I've said it every single time, the likelihood that this is the moment where people stop the escalation is slim to none!
Donald Trump has vowed, when he's elected, he will appoint a special prosecutor.
The seal has been broken, he said, and he's going to go after everyone, and he should.
Look, I have my viewpoints, same as everybody else.
At the macro level, I can say two factions are engaging in escalating conflict.
I happen to be on the side of one of them, same as everybody else.
There is no middle ground.
There is a corrupt element in this country that doesn't care for the destruction they have wrought.
They don't care at all.
Let me see if I can pull up this story to give you an example of where my mentality comes from and then we'll go back to the timeline on civil war.
Task and purpose.
News guard certified 100 out of 100.
Top US official admits lying to Trump on American troop levels in Syria.
That's right.
Quote, we were always playing shell games to not make clear to our leadership how many troops we had there, outgoing diplomat Jim Jeffrey told Defense One reporter Katie Bow Williams in an interview.
America's top envoy to the multinational military coalition to defeat ISIS claimed in a recent interview that he routinely lied to senior government officials about U.S.
troop levels in Syria.
That's treasonous, in my opinion.
I mean, look, convict him in a court of law.
But this is where my mentality comes from.
Donald Trump saying the American people don't want to be involved in foreign wars, and these individuals lying to you, to me, to the President, to make sure U.S.
troops stay on the ground in a foreign country, in a country we did not declare war on.
That is the corruption of this nation.
It's not the only one.
But it gets worse.
Now let's go back to after the Cold Civil War article.
Science says, Half of Americans anticipate a U.S.
Civil War soon.
Survey finds.
The Guardian.
These are the conditions ripe for political violence.
How close is the U.S.
to civil war?
And then, finally, this article from Politico.
The threat of civil breakdown is real.
National security officials are still not prepared for a far-right revolt.
April 21, 2023.
April 21, 2023.
The fear of the conflict.
It's here.
The New York Post says Georgia cops scope out Trump proceedings in Miami ahead of Atlanta
indictment decision.
.
Here we go.
I am asked, what should we do if Trump really did break the law?
And my response on Twitter was that it doesn't matter.
It really doesn't.
Hillary Clinton was not indicted for the destruction of public records.
So now you want to say Trump should be indicted under Espionage Act and national security files and all that stuff?
Why?
Sure, anyone who breaks the law should be convicted.
The Atlantic.
How Team Obama Justifies the Killing of a 16-Year-Old American.
Nothing?
That's it?
Really, the first federal indictment of a president is over mishandling of national security documents?
I mean, that's bad.
If it's true.
But Obama killed an American kid.
Bombing a civilian restaurant in a country we're not at war with.
When Donald Trump first came into office, he ordered a commando raid in Yemen, which allegedly resulted in the death of an eight-year-old American girl, the sister of Abdulrahman Al-Awlaki.
I believe that should be investigated.
We don't know the details 100%, so I can't say with certainty it's true, it's allegations, but they should be investigated, and if true, Donald Trump absolutely should be held accountable for that.
But there's a reason they don't go after Trump or Obama on these charges.
Now, to be fair, Obama did kill an American citizen.
That's confirmed fact.
As for the Trump commando raid, that's not yet been confirmed or investigated, only alleged.
But I will say, straight up, if he did it, charge him.
They won't.
Because the real reason, as Tucker Carlson points out, for the targeting of Donald Trump and you, the American citizen, is that they want war.
They've always wanted war.
They want a liberal world order.
That's what the CFR calls it.
So if it comes down to Trump or Obama killing Americans in their American bloodlust overseas, They're not going to charge anybody for that.
Because that would inhibit their ability to wage more war.
And press for some kind of twisted global dominance.
Now they believe they're the good guys.
They believe they're stabilizing the world.
But all villains do.
Every villain is the hero of their own story.
We don't live in a comic book where Lex Luthor just wants to destroy everything.
Doesn't care about humanity.
No, everyone thinks they're the good guy.
But these people are evil.
And they'll justify why they're good and they'll say, if only you knew.
And I'll respond with, I understand there are other countries that are evil.
But the act that you engage in, the actions you have taken that destroy this country from within, that's evil.
The grooming of children.
Even the Biden administration was forced to ban these trans activists who engaged in lewd and lascivious behavior in public at the White House!
And they defend it all over the world.
So no.
The only thing I see here is evil.
Obama kills an American citizen and they do not charge him.
Why?
As I mentioned, they want the war.
BleachBit.
BleachBit stifles investigation of Hillary Clinton.
Press release from BleachBit.
An open source program that can purge your servers.
And they are effectively gloating that when Hillary Clinton destroyed public records, BleachBit made it so that it couldn't be recovered.
Made it very difficult to prosecute.
But we know she did.
I mean, even Snopes has to admit it.
Did Hillary Clinton smash her phone with a hammer?
Mixture.
One of Hillary Clinton's aides told the FBI that on two occasions he disposed of her unwanted mobile devices by breaking or hammering them.
That's illegal.
That's the destruction of public records.
Hillary Clinton didn't personally do it.
And my favorite, from the 2016 election cycle.
Fact check, says NBC News.
Trump says Clinton acid washed her email server.
She did not.
unidentified
What?
tim pool
Here's the claim.
Trump says Clinton ash and washed her email server.
Nope!
Oh, really?
She didn't?
The truth.
Clinton's team used an app called Bleach Bit.
She did not use a corrosive chemical.
The purpose of this tweet is that people will only see the headline, not the full context.
And the headline is that Trump lied.
Trump was wrong.
Clinton didn't do it.
When Trump said she acid-washed her server, he did not mean she literally poured acid on a computer.
What sane person would think that's what he meant?
She used BleachBit, a software, to purge.
Clinton's team used an app called BleachBit to erase public records.
The private email server that she had housed public records, including top-secret documents.
Fact.
No criminal prosecution.
Because what we're seeing, my friends, is pre-civil war conflict inside our country.
The question becomes, when will militia rise?
When will military break?
There's a viral clip of a comedian.
I guess he used to work for the Chappelle Show.
He's making a joke about the NRA versus the military.
And he's like, so you get a hundred NRA guys and then one military guy who's like, I have a drone?
They're all kind of clustered together.
I guess I'll just press this button.
Did I win?
Many on the left and many urban liberals seem to think that civil war can't happen because Trump supporters can never beat the government.
But these people haven't read a history book.
That's never what happened.
In the American Civil War, the generals on both sides were West Point graduates.
I shouldn't say the generals, I should say prominent military leaders on both sides had graduated West Point, trained in the same place.
And a question arose whether or not they would be loyal to their state, who voted democratically to secede within the state, or they would be loyal to the federal government.
And that was the big challenge.
I present you with a potential scenario.
There is a military base in one jurisdiction that's given orders.
The commander of that jurisdiction is a moderate, slightly right-leaning individual.
I should say the commander.
I don't want to be overtly specific on military rank, but let's say the ranking officer of some faction of military personnel is given an order.
An order that they feel they cannot oblige.
Let's say that there is a state, and in this state, let's say Florida.
Let's entertain a possibility in the indictment of Donald Trump.
The federal government has indicted Donald Trump.
He went to Miami.
Florida is an interesting place for this to happen because it does open the door for a lot of potentialities.
Let's say that Donald Trump is convicted in Florida.
He is in Florida.
They are ordered to remand him to custody.
In Florida, Ron DeSantis, or whoever's in charge at the time, probably DeSantis, says, we will not be involved in this.
We will not.
Now, Ron's already said this.
I believe he could issue a stronger statement of, we will defy you, instead of just leave us out of it.
But let's say the federal government says we need local law enforcement to assist and state law enforcement to assist in the apprehension of Donald Trump, who was just convicted on federal charges.
And they say no.
The federal government will then be tasked with going in to this state.
Can that really happen?
And a lot of people think it can't, but of course it can.
It is absolutely within the realm of physical reality.
Trump could do a backflip.
I doubt it.
He's an old man, but it's physically possible.
I'm not talking about aliens coming and abducting anybody.
I'm talking about the real world where it's entirely possible Trump gets convicted.
And then they say to federal officers, take him into custody.
Local law enforcement then says, we are not doing it.
And then a question comes up.
With everything we've seen with Bud Light, with Target, with Starbucks, and the culture war, we are seeing now defiance as it pertains to the leftist ideology and political faction.
Why?
Well, people are scared.
People are scared.
What happens if a federal law enforcement agent is ordered by their superior officer in DC, go bring in Trump?
This guy shows up and there's a crowd of people saying no.
And the cop says, I can't do it.
I can't do it.
I will not become a social pariah.
I will never be able to live anywhere ever again.
My life will be over if I'm the one who takes Trump in.
And so he says no.
And they say you will be terminated for insubordination.
And this officer says being fired from my job is safer for me than being targeted and threatened in a major national conflict with a former president.
What if?
What if no law enforcement officers will do it?
What if the crowd of Trump supporters guarding him and law enforcement officers saying we won't allow this?
What if the federal government says we are going to go in and get Trump whether you want it or not?
What happens when then there is a ranking military officer who's instructed under the Insurrection Act to stop the insurrection currently taking place to protect a federally indicted criminal at a large scale?
What happens if riots break out, Biden invokes the Insurrection Act, and then you get military saying we will not?
What happens?
Now, many on the left believe the government will always act on these orders.
That it doesn't matter where you are in the military, that if Biden says, so be it, go and arrest Trump, we're using the military this time because local law enforcement and civilian law enforcement won't do it, they think it'll just happen.
I think it's likely it will.
I don't know.
I think it's crazy to think, but it is possible.
You have to understand that when social order breaks down, the question falls to the individual.
What course of action preserves my and my family's lives?
So ask yourself this.
If a ranking officer instructed, let's say first, civilian law enforcement instructs law enforcement to arrest Trump.
Some might.
And it may just happen.
Who knows?
But there of course is a possibility that that cop says, All of my family are Trump-supporting conservatives.
My friends are.
I live in a Trump-supporting neighborhood.
If I do this, my life is over!
I quit!
Wouldn't it be easier just to resign and say, I'm not being involved in this?
And if that happens, what if there are other law enforcement that actually support Trump?
And they do.
And they say, you've gone too far and now we're actually going to stop you.
What happens if those law enforcement join protests saying it has to stop?
Could happen.
Maybe not.
I don't know.
All of these things are potentialities and they're possible, albeit they may be long shots.
But if I were to tell you, six years ago, when reading that article, that within six years, the sitting president would be ARRESTED by the presi- I'm sorry, I'm sorry.
Not the sitting president.
A former president would be arrested by the current president just before an election.
You wouldn't believe me.
If I went to you 10 years ago and said, in 10 years, the former President of the United States and frontrunner in a major, for the presidency, the frontrunner in the Republican Party, would be arrested by the Democratic President, you'd say, shut up, that would never happen.
You'd say, it would never happen!
So when I say now, it is entirely possible law enforcement defects, resigns and refuses to arrest and arraign, indict or otherwise Donald Trump on future charges or otherwise, or facing a conviction they refuse to remand.
Or a judge refuses to go along with the system, the social order begins to break down.
At which point questions begin to come up of how does the federal government enforce laws in a state that they would argue is an active rebellion.
State law enforcement won't comply.
Federal agencies in that state are also refusing to comply because they live there.
If you're an FBI agent stationed in Florida, you live there.
Do you want to be the person surrounded by neighbors who know you are the one who went after the person they like?
Will the federal government then send in the military?
Or will they simply say, Trump's free to go?
I don't know.
But it's possible.
And I fear that's where we're heading.
The question I asked, when did the Civil War begin?
Google.com says, when I asked, when did they know it was a Civil War?
First it says, when did the Civil War technically begin?
At 4.30 a.m.
on April 12, 1861, Confederate troops fired on Fort Sumter in South Carolina's Charleston Harbor.
Just below it.
People also ask, when did they start calling it the Civil War?
In 1862, the U.S.
Supreme Court used the terms the present Civil War between the United States and the so-called Confederate States, and quote, the Civil War such as that now waged between northern and southern states.
At the Battle of Fort Sumter, no one said Civil War.
I guess you can call it that.
I don't know if it was a battle, but the firing on Fort Sumter, I believe only one person died.
Nobody said Civil War.
They didn't know it was beginning!
It's not until after the fact.
But here we are now.
The War of the Rebellion.
Many different names existed for it.
They called it the War Between States.
The most common name, of course, is the Civil War, although it was rarely used during the war.
In fact, they didn't even know it was a war for some time, and that's the point.
I love the History Channel breakdown of how it all began.
The First Battle of Bull Run on July 21st, 1861.
35,000 Confederate soldiers under the command of Thomas Jonathan Stonewall Jackson forced a greater number of Union forces to retreat towards D.C., dashing any hopes of a quick Union victory and leading Lincoln to call for 500,000 more recruits.
In fact, both sides' initial call for troops had to be widened after it became clear that the war would not be a limited or short conflict.
That's right.
They actually thought it would be limited or short.
They did not know that civil war had begun.
And it only got worse.
After Lincoln called for more recruits, I believe it was four more states that then formally seceded because of the call.
The South at the time called it the... I believe they called it the War for Southern Independence.
People in the North called it the Southern Rebellion.
I believe it was Frederick Douglass who called it the slave, the slaver's rebellion.
I want to bring you quickly now to this article from Wikipedia.
George Floyd protests in Washington D.C.
to talk about what could be and is, in my opinion, history in the making.
May 29th.
The White House was on lockdown the night of May 29th in response to protests reaching the gates.
The riots began at 7 p.m.
By 8.30pm, the White House lockdown was lifted as riders began to leave.
At 10pm, the riders returned.
However, by 3.30am Saturday, the riders were more subdued.
At one point, protesters were pepper-sprayed.
They reportedly threw bricks, bottles, rocks, fireworks, and other items.
Rocks, urine and alcohol.
Secret Service agents, 60 of them injured, 11 hospitalized and treated for non-life threatening injuries.
As a result of the protests, which they previously called riots, the Secret Service rushed President Donald Trump to shelter in the White House underground bunker, where he remained for almost one hour.
This occurred after some protesters crossed temporary barricades set up near the Treasury Department buildings.
Around that time, the Secret Service alert level was raised to red.
The President's wife and son were also brought to the bunker.
Trump later falsely claimed he'd only gone to the bunker for an inspection.
He also claimed that he was in the bunker for a tiny little short period of time.
Attorney General William Barr later stated that the May 29 protests were so bad that the Secret Service recommended the President go down to the bunker.
Incredible.

John's Church was set aflame in the riots.
Here's the Wikipedia.
Let me see if they have the, uh, so they don't have the, uh, the drop-down menu to just jump, but they do mention the role in the 2020 protests.
According to the church's rector, the Reverend Bob Fisher, during the protest, a fire was lit in the nursery in the basement of the Ashburton house of the church.
Fisher wrote that the fire was small, destroying the nursery room, but leaving the rest of the church untouched except by graffiti.
This is because the National Guard and police were able to clear out the rioters and put the fire out.
But video exists of this.
So when can we say it began?
I don't know.
Maybe it won't.
Maybe this is the point where we say nothing crazy is going to happen.
It's going to calm down here.
It can't get worse than this.
I don't believe that's true.
Sitting President Joe Biden's administration has arrested his main political rival, unprecedented in U.S.
history and signaling only escalation is to come.
Do you think Trump supporters seeing this will begin to trust Democrats and back down?
Do you think Democrats seeing this will realize perhaps they've gone too far?
Of course they won't.
On Twitter right now, Democrats are cheering, saying Trump broke the law.
He must be arrested.
Are you nuts?
We can't let anyone be above the law.
Completely ignoring the fact that Joe Biden openly admitted to illegally Threatening to withhold congressionally approved loan guarantees to Ukraine.
The FBI has evidence that he may have been bribed to do so.
Are they gonna bring that up?
So I'll tell you this.
Obviously, I have my stance and my positions.
But for the purpose of this video, in the history of this country, and in the discussion of where this is all going, I can only say none of it matters.
There are two worlds.
One in which Trump is an evil dictator rising to power.
One in which he is saving America and fighting against the corrupt forces that have taken over this government.
This country.
It doesn't matter which one you believe, because the conflict is escalating, and the actions made by the Biden Justice Department guarantee it will get worse.
But I hope I'm wrong.
I'll leave it there.
Next segment's coming up at 4 p.m.

Thanks for hanging out, and I'll see you all next time.
Recently, a video went viral showing a bunch of kids in a school being forced to watch some kind of pride video where I believe it shows two women kissing.
One of the children says, why are you showing this to kids?
We don't want to watch it.
The teacher then threatens the children who are being unruly with a Saturday school.
I believe that just means like a detention or something.
I don't know.
If the kids don't behave themselves and watch the pride propaganda.
But now we have another story.
My friends, the children are in revolt.
We've already seen a bunch of videos of protests of kids being like, nah, we're not doing this.
And I think this shows just why Joe Biden, Democrats and the left are so scared.
The White House put out a statement saying it's our kids.
They're our kids.
And everyone's freaking out.
They're getting angry.
They're saying they're not your kids, you creepos.
The reason they're saying they're our kids is because they don't have kids of their own.
And they know.
The future's gonna be conservative, or at least more conservative-leaning.
In this story from the post-millennial, my pronouns are USA, Massachusetts Middle School tries to make children wear rainbow clothing for pride, students revolt wear red, white, and blue.
BASED KIDS!
Yo, what up?
Woke teachers were outraged during a recent meeting of the Burlington Select Board after a contentious incident at Marshall Simmons Middle School last week.
Principal Carrie Purchase revealed that some students had organized an independent counter-message to LGBTQ pride festivities.
The school attempted to make the students wear rainbow colors to celebrate pride, but many students revolted.
My pronouns are USA.
The kids chanted.
Students wore red, white, and blue or black attire, including face paint.
Additionally, stickers, banners, and signs were reportedly torn down and discarded in
water fountains.
My pronouns are USA.
The kids chanted.
unidentified
Wow!
tim pool
Hey, the kids are alright, it seems.
Woke faculty members characterized a student's refusal to bend the knee to the Rainbow Mafia as intolerance.
Triggered community members shared their reactions to the incident during the meeting, with one parent, Carl Foss, expressing his disappointment, saying, I thought Burlington was a safer space.
Here's the video from End Wokeness.
School officials are in panic mode over kids revolting against Pride Day.
Let's play the clip!
unidentified
Slaves of intolerance and homophobia are unacceptable.
jake tapper
This type of intolerant rhetoric starts in the home.
unidentified
Parents angry at town hall over intolerance at Marshall Simons Middle School.
Kids were asked to wear rainbow clothes in honor of Pride Spirit Day.
But some organized a counter-protest wearing red, white, and blue or black.
The principal sharing a statement to families that Pride posters were ripped down,
stickers ripped up, some students chanted USA are my pronouns,
and students showing pride were intimidated.
It was an unruly disruption, in fact, that was organized ahead of time.
While some parents were upset, others say it was overblown.
Some of the kids threw the stickers on the ground.
But, you know, I can only speak for my daughter.
She just, she didn't want to wear that to school.
It's not that she wanted to hurt anybody's feelings.
She says her daughter felt coerced to participate in the Pride event and was offended by some of the messages, like this quote from Tennessee Williams.
Human heart cannot be straight.
It is curves and winds.
And my daughter just kind of said, you know, Mom, that's offensive to me, who I am straight.
tim pool
That's actually a really interesting thing.
I want to pull up that quote real quick.
unidentified
That's offensive to me.
tim pool
So here's the quote.
It says, And this student said that's offensive because she's straight.
And saying that a heart can't be straight is basically telling you you can't have a heart.
That would be offensive to some people.
I brought this up with the Massachusetts story where a child wore a shirt that said there are two genders.
They said you can't wear the shirt, it's offensive to people of different gender identity.
Weird.
He didn't say anything about them, he just said there are two.
Well, there's a lawsuit now and the court so far ruled he can't wear the shirt in the meantime.
So I said, why aren't Christians then suing?
Because reciprocity should exist?
Equality under the law?
If the school is putting up pride flags, that is a symbol of God's covenant misappropriated and done poorly and being used to represent sexual behavior or sexual proclivities.
I think that should be offensive to Christians, right?
Christians, why don't you sue and say it's offensive if that's the case?
Back at the Postmillennial, Joanne Froustache, a Burlington resident, complained to a local news outlet that it was an unruly disruption.
Oof, yeah, it's called a protest.
I recognize that discussions and celebrations of individual liberty are complex and impacted by individual values, religions, and cultural norms, the result of which may include expressions of racism, anti-religious hate, ableism, and in this case, homophobia, Superintendent Eric M. Conte wrote in a groveling letter.
But let's read the letter.
So this is what was sent to, I believe, to the parents in response to what happened.
And you can just see, you can see how cult-like all this really is.
Burlington Public Schools.
The letter reads, Dear Burlington Community, One of the core values of the Burlington Public Schools, including Marshall Simmons Middle School, is our respect for human difference.
We are committed to acknowledging and celebrating the diversity that makes up our community, and we strive every day to make our schools a place where anyone can feel safe and welcome.
I'm going to stop there and just say, except for, what, kids who love America and who are straight?
They don't feel safe and welcome, so they protest it.
You see the paradox here, right?
The rise in anti-LGBTQ violence across the country is unacceptable and has no place in our schools.
We recognize that intolerance can manifest in many different ways, and unfortunately our school's community experienced intolerance during the school day on Friday.
Students who participate in the Spectrum Club led a celebration of Natural Pride Month that included posters in support of identity pride and other symbols of LGBTQ identity such as rainbow flags and clothing.
Unfortunately, some of these symbols were damaged on Friday during the school day by some students.
Now, I always say this, don't break property that's not yours, you know?
If you've got an issue with them putting that stuff up, you should file a lawsuit.
I'm not kidding either.
I know the kids can't necessarily do that, so surprise.
Like, I don't know what you expect them to do.
The Spectrum Club is one of many interest-based clubs where students who share similar interests along with allies can gather and support one another.
Like any Spirit Day celebration, at MSMS, participation is optional.
Respectful behavior across the entire student body, however, is non-negotiable.
I recognize that discussions and celebrations of individual identity are complex and impacted by individual values, religions, and cultural norms, the result of which may include expressions of racism.
Okay, we did read that part.
We ask all staff, teachers, and members of the Burlington Public School community to join us in taking a stand against homophobia and identity-based hateful actions.
We also recognize that it is not enough to publicly denounce these incidents as they happen.
As a school system, we have a unique opportunity to educate community on the nature of these events.
The work we do in the Burlington Public Schools and at MSMS is not easy.
It often leads to difficult and uncomfortable conversations.
Nevertheless, we encourage you to discuss differences with your families to try and make sense of how one's actions always impact others.
The Burlington Public School believe in the individual dignity and humanity of each and every person in our community.
We embrace everyone for who they are and for what they bring to our schools and larger community.
Our staff have and will continue to receive resources, materials, and training to help identify and respond to identify bigotry and discrimination.
As these lessons extend beyond the classrooms, we invite all students, parents, and guardians, and other community members to participate in the ongoing dialogue.
A list of resources on how to talk can be found, blah blah blah.
I'd just like to point out.
If you put up a sign saying a heart can't be straight...
And then say, we're about everybody?
You clearly aren't.
People are protesting because you're being exclusionary.
The post-millennial was on to say, principal purchase acknowledged that the counter message
was possibly triggered by the school's failure to recognize Memorial Day.
School officials, school officials issued apologies to students on Monday, considering
the lack of acknowledgement and unintended mistake.
Amazing.
Respect for the observance of Memorial Day and respect for the LGBTQ community are not
mutually exclusive.
I was shocked and horrified, said Neela Armstrong, noting that she is the parent of an LGBTQ student who goes by he-they pronouns.
Probably female, I'd imagine.
The incident at Marshall Simmons Middle School has highlighted conservative concerns over the indoctrination of children into an extreme LGBTQ agenda.
The kids are alright.
It's not the first time we've seen this.
It's not the first protest.
I would recommend not damaging property that doesn't belong to you.
And I think, you know what I would do?
If I saw them putting up this stuff, I'd put up other stuff.
They want to put a proprietary flag, I'd put up American flags.
And then when they tear down our property, we then say, do not destroy property that doesn't belong to you.
And what's their real argument as to why they're allowed to put up symbols of a particular ideology and not others?
I think you're going to find this.
At these schools, people will celebrate various things.
You may see St.
Patrick's Day in Ireland stuff.
That doesn't mean anyone's mad at you for being British.
Maybe you're from Northern Ireland or something, I don't know.
If it's not intended to insult you, people are going to celebrate a lot of these things.
The question then becomes, is the school not supporting Memorial Day?
Not supporting other people?
But only favoring one group of people?
Then don't be surprised when you see kids protest and say, we do not want to be coerced or forced to participate.
If they're not going to celebrate Memorial Day, don't expect these kids, when you go to them and say wear rainbows and stickers, when they say no, they're not going to do it.
Good parents, however.
But you can see, at the school board meeting, these parents are angry, saying, it's because their parents are bigots!
Y'all are in a cult.
unidentified
Okay?
tim pool
You're a cult.
You're a religion.
And we don't put that stuff in schools.
unidentified
Alright?
tim pool
You get that stuff out of schools, you don't got anything to worry about.
I'll leave it there.
Next segment's coming up at 6pm on this channel.
Thanks for hanging out, and I'll see you all then.
They fired her.
She worked at Starbucks and they fired her for being white!
And she has now won $25 million.
Shannon Phelps won her lawsuit against the coffee giant and got $25.6 million.
Now I guess she was a regional manager.
They fired her because two black men came in.
They weren't customers.
They wanted to use the bathroom.
This lady had nothing to do with it.
The black supervisor of the store told an employee to call the police.
They fired her instead.
She was like, what?
The supervisor, who was black, said, the fact that Starbucks didn't fire him shows there was
racial motivation.
It seems that Starbucks said, to win the PR battle, fire a white woman so people will
stop yelling at us.
The funny thing is, Starbucks then changed their policy to allow anyone to use the bathroom,
which resulted in chaos and catastrophe as syringes and other really awful things
started to turn up in Starbucks bathrooms.
Well, here's a story, ladies and gentlemen.
Get woke, go broke!
What's the breakdown?
The Daily Mail says, a white Starbucks manager who was fired when her staff refused to let two black men use the bathroom at a Philadelphia store has been awarded $25.6 million.
And $600,000 in compensatory damages.
Yo.
I want you to imagine, this lady's like a regional manager.
So I wonder if she's getting paid a couple hundred thousand dollars a year.
Like, not a bad living, you know?
You're paying your bills, you own a house, you got your two-week vacation, you're saving for retirement, you got some investment accounts.
You're doing pretty well at a salary like that.
Regional manager, what do you think she might be making?
Like $200,000?
I don't know, maybe I'm wrong.
No, she got $25.6!
Yo, I hope the first thing she does is she goes on a fabulous cruise vacation.
I hope she and her family enjoy the finest filet mignon Oscar-style, of course, only the best.
They say a federal jury in New Jersey found the company had given her the boot because she was white.

Wow.

The lawsuit finally came to an end this week, five years after the arrest of two black men at the Starbucks in Rittenhouse Square, Philadelphia.
Rashawn Nelson and Dante Robinson had been waiting for a meeting when they were refused access to the toilet and were asked to leave before cops were called.
Their arrests prompted widespread outrage and protest after footage of the incident emerged and Starbucks was accused of racism and boycott threats.
Oh, geez.
Now the news that we have is that They're taking down Pride merchandise, Pride decorations.
Miss Phillips, who oversaw the location, as well as about 100 others, and would have been paid up to $200,000, see that's what I was saying, about $200,000, was quickly fired.
But in 2019, sued the coffee chain claiming it was due to racial bias.
Following her victory on Monday, her lawyer, Laura Carlin-Matiaci, said they were very pleased with the unanimous verdict.
She said that she proved by clear and convincing evidence that punitive damages were warranted under the New Jersey law.
In the lawsuit, Ms.
Phillips, who worked for Starbucks for 13 years, claimed she had nothing to do with the arrests, but was still fired from her job a month later.
Cell phone footage of the arrest went viral after it showed Mr. Nelson and Mr. Robinson being detained inside the store after they sat without ordering anything.
Which is really dumb, by the way.
You see what you do, Starbucks?
Dude, I don't know what the problem was.
These two guys were just sitting there and they wanted to use the bathroom.
Why complain about it?
If you've got people who are, like, overtly bothering people and causing problems, you ask them to leave.
If it's just two dudes, I never understood that, but hey, Starbucks, you eat it, I guess.
The arrest sparked protests and prompted more than 8,000 locations to shut
so the company's 175,000 employees could undergo racial bias training.
Ms.
Phillips said she worked tirelessly to help repair community relations in the wake of the controversy, according to the lawsuit.
In her role as regional manager, Phillips said she oversaw around 100 stores across Philadelphia, New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland.
Interesting.
She claimed Starbucks started punishing white employees who weren't involved weeks later in a bid to publicly prove they were handling the incident.
Ms.
Phillips alleges the firm ordered her to put a white male manager who had worked for the company for 15 years on administrative leave because of a race discrimination allegation against him.
The allegation was based on complaints non-white employees at that manager's store were paid less than white workers.
Ms.
Phillips said she argued the male manager didn't have a say in wages.
The lawsuit also said Ms.
Phillips objected to suspending him because she said the manager wasn't racist and she had never seen him exhibit discriminatory behavior.
She argued in comparison, the black manager of the store where the arrests were carried out did not face any disciplinary action.
Ms.
Phillips said the black manager's subordinate was the one who called 911 after the two men sat down and refused to leave after being told they couldn't use the bathroom without purchasing something.
She claims she was fired soon after, and told the situation is not recoverable.
Starbucks denied the claims in the lawsuit, but has not commented on the outcome.
The two black men ended up reaching a settlement with Starbucks in the aftermath for an undisclosed sum.
Oh, so much money to be made in the race grift!
Separately, they reached a deal with the city for a symbolic $1 each and a promise from officials to set up a $200,000 program for young entrepreneurs.
We thought long and hard about it, and we feel like this is the best way to see the change that we want to see.
These guys should not have been arrested.
Cops should have come in and said, sir, leave.
They should have carried them out of the building, uncuffed them and said, now you go.
Like, when you go in and someone refuses to leave unless you arrest them, you gotta cuff them, then they'll say, okay, fine, then you walk them out of the building, then you uncuff them and say, dude, you can't trespass, man.
The private establishment said you gotta go, that's it.
If you gotta be with them civilly, you take it up with them civilly.
It's not a right now thing, it's a good for now, blah blah blah blah blah blah.
The men said that they were at Starbucks location waiting for a friend with a third man about a potential real estate opportunity.
No charges were ever filed against them following their arrest.
The incident proved a major embarrassment for Starbucks, which has long projected an image as a socially conscious company.
During the uproar, then Starbucks CEO Kevin Johnson went to Philadelphia to apologize to the men.
Just so pathetic.
He also ordered more than 8,000 stores in the U.S.
to close so 175,000 workers could get training in unconscious bias.
Absolutely incredible.
Where can I sign up to get fired?
One comment says.
Benjamin Crump isn't going to like this decision one little bit.
One person says, the men said they were at the Starbucks location waiting for a meeting with a third man about a potential real estate opportunity.
Really?
How could they afford a potential real estate opportunity without affording a couple cups of coffee?
I don't agree with that.
You know, maybe they're like, dude, look, I've gone to a Starbucks before.
And been waiting for friends, and not ordered.
And it's like, I'm meeting my friend to get coffee, I'm gonna wait until they're here to order.
Like, you know, that's like a normal thing to do.
So I think the store handled it very poorly, but I don't think race had anything to do with it.
I don't think the black supervisor at the store said these black men are doing, like, I don't think race had anything to do with it.
I think they're just like, hey man, we don't want people just hanging out and doing nothing.
You've been here too long.
What's going on?
And then they probably had words.
Things like that happen.
Here's what I find fascinating.
25 million dollars.
Heck of a lot of money.
Some might argue this woman is actually lucky, but I wouldn't say that.
I'm sure she would rather just have her job, live her life, and everything be normal, but hey, who's gonna argue with 25 million dollars?
That's a lot of money.
You can do a lot of stuff with that.
Now Starbucks is reeling from another major issue.
We talked about this the other day.
Starbucks says that they did not order Pride merchandise to be taken down.
So I ran a segment where this article comes out saying the union is saying they're being ordered to take down Pride decorations.
Starbucks is denying it.
I don't believe Starbucks.
I believe Starbucks likely is telling people to take down the Pride stuff, and many employees probably just aren't.
And Starbucks corporate is probably denying it because, as you can see here, they will do anything To avoid public controversy.
Talk about a garbage company.
You know, I was praising Starbucks the other day.
I was like, wow, if this is true, this is based, and I'm gonna go buy some Starbucks.
Well, I didn't.
Alright?
I still don't think Starbucks is, like, the worst of the worst, but they're fairly bad.
I always tell people, look, don't boycott things if you can't.
I'm not saying stop watching Netflix or Disney.
I personally don't have Disney+.
They're a thing, you know.
I've cancelled a bunch of these services because of the things they've done and supported.
Disney+, I do not have it.
That one was about the Uyghur Muslims.
But I'm like, we gotta create alternatives.
Right, so I'm not gonna tell you not to buy Starbucks, and I often talk about, when I go out and I want coffee, I want no sugar, I want heavy cream.
Starbucks typically is the only place that has it.
So, I'm not gonna sit here and say, the world is made better by us just abandoning everything.
If you have the means, the capability, and the willpower, by all means, boycott bad companies.
For most people, I recognize we're going to still have to maintain some level of convenience.
So what do we do?
We make cast brew coffee!
Look at that.
Bang!
Cast Brew Coffee.
Go to castbrew.com if you want to support us.
The point is, we will build the alternatives to Starbucks.
We are building a coffee shop right now.
We gotta redo a bunch of stuff in the building.
a lot of work being done so it's taking way longer than we thought which really
really does suck but it's got to get done. Important work on the building and
we do need to bring on someone who can do regional management so we can launch
a franchise because I think that's probably the fastest way to get it going.
So you know what we've done is in the Timcast discord if you go to Timcast.com
you become a member there's a discord where we list all of the jobs and help
that we're looking for and we are we're going through it right now and we have
emails that have been sorted because we're looking for people who
want to do work and want to come out here and help us get this get the ball
So I'll only say this, if you've got a problem with Starbucks, castbrew.com.
Ready and available.
And we could use the help to build things up.
I'll leave it there.
Next segment's coming up in a few minutes.
Stick around and I'll see you all shortly.
You've likely seen the story about the trans activists who were banned from the White House for engaging in lewd, gratuitous behavior.
Biden was none too happy with that.
Well, this individual, one of the individuals banned, Rose Montoya, is outraged.
U.S.
brands have gone quiet on LGBTQ influencers in the wake of the Bud Light controversy.
Rose Montoy on Saturday attended Pride at the White House and posed for photos.
That's one way to put it.
On Tuesday, the White House barred her from future events, as well as two other females who bared their chests as well.
They say she told the Guardian in an interview published on Tuesday that she was disappointed that companies were becoming reticent about supporting Pride, in particular, in light of the Bud Light controversy.
I've spoken to a lot of my trans friends and colleagues, and we've all noticed less brands seeking partnerships and smaller budgets for Pride campaigns.
It's disappointing.
We'll just skip past all that there and the photos of these people.
In March, Bud Light parted with Mulvaney and literally everybody knows Daily Mail.
I really hate it when news articles are like, we gotta add words to our articles so we're gonna just repeat the same story 50 times.
I'm disappointed to see brands caving to bullies when it comes to pride.
I need to know if a company is doing good in the world and actually showing up for our community.
I'm very selective with who I work with, and I need to know what a company is doing.
I need to know that a company is doing good in the world, not just profiting off us.
Well, too bad!
For the longest time, people have sat by and just said, yo, whatever, man.
You know, we don't really care.
Do your thing.
And I'm all about that live and let live, baby.
You live your life, you do you.
And then y'all started bringing these weird books and putting them in front of kids.
Y'all started dancing around naked in public in front of children.
Y'all started justifying grooming children.
And then, you get people like Tim Heidecker, the comedian.
Where he comes out and says he wants to normalize this stuff.
Now, I think, in his case, he just doesn't understand.
I am not complaining about people loving each other.
I don't care about that.
In fact, I encourage people to love each other.
Love, not hate.
I got a problem with, like, I don't know, a guy wearing a Bugs Bunny mask jumping around naked in front of children.
Two adult men in West Hollywood performing a sex act on each other in public.
Like, I don't think Tim Heidecker supports that, but he certainly tweets in support of it because I don't think he actually knows what's going on.
And therein lies the big problem.
See, once regular people start waking up to what's going on, they say, whoa!
Why are those two adult men engaging in sex acts in public in front of children?
Yes, this is what we're complaining about.
But when y'all just blindly march in lockstep behind massive multinational corporations like Starbucks and Lockheed Martin, regular people don't realize it.
The massive media conglomerates lie to you about what it is we're actually talking about, and then you believe the garbage.
So please, stop falling for this stuff.
Here we go from TimCast.com.
LGBTQ influencers express disappointment over fewer brands seeking partnerships, smaller budgets for pride campaigns.
Influencers claim the companies are caving to bullies.
To bullies?
Dude, it's not about bullies.
It's about the consumer.
And the consumer doesn't want to buy your product or buy the products of companies that are trying to groom children.
During Pride Month in June, LGBTQ influencers typically see a spike in paid online marketing campaigns to promote various companies.
This year, however, fewer brands are reaching out for bookings, according to The Guardian.
So this does reference what we previously covered, Rose Montoya.
One high school teacher is now facing criticism after video surfaced of her threatening students with Saturday School if they refused to watch an LGBTQ video during what was supposed to be a math class.
Take a look at this video.
Do we have sound?
Oh, there we go.
Let's play it again.
unidentified
Awww.
Stop.
Wow, that's funny.
Wow, Miss Clogue.
Why are you showing this to kids?
Hey, I'll warn you guys now, if you're going to be inappropriate, I will have supervision down and give all of
you a Saturday school for next year. So knock it off.

A Saturday school for next year. I don't know what that means. We had Saturday detention.
I don't know what Saturday school is.
Is that, like, next year you have to go to school on Saturdays or something?
For next year?
I don't know what she's talking about.
But you hear the kids groaning?
Yo, this is why companies are saying no!
Because they're like, dude, we're losing money!
Cost-benefit analysis.
My friends, let me introduce you to capitalism!
You see, the same functions that created this problem are gonna do away with it.
There was a time when Pride stuff was controversial.
And, uh, uh, gay marriage was what, like 2014?
Isn't that crazy?
It wasn't even that long ago.
Wasn't legal nationwide.
Supreme Court issued a ruling.
Well, then we got the emergence of what people call Pride Month.
Which is the s- I'm sorry, it's just the stupidest thing ever.
Okay?
A day?
No problem.
We have Memorial Day, but we have Pride Month?
No, no, no, no, no.
How about we have Veterans Month?
Where for the whole month we talk about those who sacrificed their lives.
No, we do a day.
That's fine.
You want to do a pride day?
In fact, if you did pride week, I'd be like, whatever, I don't care.
But the fact that they're like, this whole month will be nothing but pride.
It's like, come on, chill.
Ain't nobody's telling you you can't love who you love.
What happened is these companies start putting up these flags and nobody cares.
They're like, yeah, cool, whatever, fine, I don't care.
Conservatives probably don't like it.
Now you've got the progress pride flag, which is a cult symbol, and I will not go to your business if you're flying that flag.
Like, no question, because it's like, it's creepy, and you're in a cult.
But anyway, I digress.
Regular people did not care when these brands were doing it.
So the executives of these companies, they sit down and they say, what should we do for this, you know, pride stuff?
And they say, let's put up pride flags.
Then we'll attract many of these liberal people and we'll probably see a bump in sales.
Good marketing.
Most conservatives, most people just did not care.
Then they started going after kids.
Then people started to care.
And we're in a new era now.
In this era, the marketing executive goes into the meeting and they say, why are we putting up pride flags?
And they say, we're hoping to boost our sales to the, you know, gay community or whatever.
There was a, I think it was Grubhub did that bottom friendly menu, which is, I just, I just think should not be, uh, no.
I just say, no.
They're basically saying, In the most shocking of ways, food to make sure you don't defecate on your partner, and they ran a commercial for that.
And it's like, please, no, no, no, no, no, we don't do this, okay?
Because you could, they could run commercials about pineapple, they can be like, you know, are you and your wife gonna have a good time?
Eat bananas and pineapple, we don't do that, we don't.
So it's not okay for one, it's not okay for the other.
These are the kinds of things that have regular people saying, if you do this, I will not shop at your store.
I will not be a customer for your business.
And now, these marketing executives are saying like, what's our cost benefit analysis on pride?
Negative.
And so they're saying, okay, we don't do it.
It's that simple.
It's not complicated.
It's not, hey, it's not bigotry.
It's negative.
It's, it's how much do we spend?
It's going to be four grand per store to put the decorations.
Okay.
How much money will we make?
Actually, we're going to lose 30% of our sales.
unidentified
What?
tim pool
So it's going to cost us money and then we're going to lose money.
Don't do it.
That's ridiculous.
Why do it?
Well, because if we don't, they'll throw bricks through our windows.
unidentified
I get out of here.
tim pool
Just do nothing.
Fly under the radar.
That's the amazing thing about it.
TimCast.com says, As more adult-themed content is being offered to children through marketing campaigns, public backlash has been swift.
Following Bud Light's decision, we get it.
You see, TimCast, everybody knows.
You don't need to write this.
I say this about every outlet, even my own.
The popular retailer Target suffered a similar fate.
According to RILA Global Consulting, which tracks more than 100 million websites, last June there were fewer than 400 posts calling for Pride-related boycotts.
This year, in May, there were more than 1,500.
I'm disappointed to see brands caving to bullies, says Montoya.
They're not bullies.
They're regular families.
Sonya Thompson, a brand coach and strategist said, moments like this really showcase the depth of commitment brands have to inclusive marketing.
The brands that are most afraid of backlash are the ones that were going at pride on a pretty superficial level.
Ian Michael Crum, a New York-based skincare influencer, says he loves the annual June Pride merchandise, but there's a fine line adding, there are times you can just tell it feels like a money grab.
It's always a money grab.
You think Lockheed Martin cares?
You know what?
Let's boycott Lockheed Martin!
How do we boycott Lockheed?
Do we write to our members of Congress and Senate and tell them to stop providing funding to these people?
I guess?
Yes, boycott Lockheed Martin, everybody.
There's a really funny meme.
They're yelling at Elon Musk because Ted Kaczynski died.
And the meme, it's hilarious.
It's death at a claw machine, and the claw is picking up a guy, and he goes, Ted Kaczynski, is Henry Kissinger even in this thing?
Ha ha ha ha, I love it, I love it.
But no, I digress.
War is bad.
Lockheed Martin doesn't care about you.
They're flying pride flags because they're trying to earn favor with people who aren't smart enough to know what it is they do.
And these people stand on street corners waving and smiling as Lockheed Martin goes by and, you know, I just love someone to be like, ooh, ooh, ooh, that's the one that blew up those kids!
Or who makes the weapons to do it.
So look, man.
You go after kids, you lose it all.
And that's what they've done.
I'll leave it there.
