Today is November 7th, 2022, and our first story.
Elon Musk has endorsed the Republican Party and called on independent voters to vote Republican.
Naturally, this has pissed off a lot of people.
But there is something interesting happening in the early hours of the midterm morning.
A full moon.
Blood moon.
Total lunar eclipse.
In our next segment, Elon Musk is purging leftists who are breaking the rules, and they are so angry that the rules now apply to them on Twitter.
is in the date of November 8th, midterm day.
Perhaps signaling a great red wave, or perhaps chaos.
In our next segment, Elon Musk is purging leftists who are breaking the rules, and they are so angry
that the rules now apply to them on Twitter.
In our last story, Carrie Lake's office is shut down after a powdery substance was sent to her.
We don't know what it is, but hopefully everyone's okay.
We'll see what happens.
Fears of a civil war are continuing to grow.
If you like the show, give us a good review, leave us five stars and a good comment, and if you really want to help, share the show with your friends.
It really, really does help.
Now, let's get into that first story.
Tomorrow morning at 12.02 AM.
Pacific Standard Time, When the entirety of the contiguous United States enters November 8th, the day of the midterms, there will be a total lunar eclipse, creating what's called a blood moon lunar eclipse.
It's also the day of the full moon.
Ominous, to put it quite literally.
The red moon, many say, signifies the coming red wave when Republicans will sweep the midterms, taking over a massive portion of Congress and sparking change.
I have no idea what's going to happen.
I think Republicans that are expecting this to be some kind of, that genuinely believe there's going to be a massive red wave, will be terribly surprised when Democrats do better than they realize.
There's some speculation that there are secret Dobbs voters Many Democrats who haven't been polled who likely will come out and vote because of abortion, and so it may not be as good as Republicans think.
I would caution everybody right now.
You best go vote.
You better be prepared because we have no idea what's going to happen.
Now with this blood moon, there will not be another total lunar eclipse until 2025, perhaps signaling a period Of something dark.
I don't know.
But the actual big news, the verifiable big news, is that CEO of Twitter, Elon Musk, has just endorsed the Republican Party, arguing that independent voters should pick GOP congressional candidates, arguing for shared power.
He says the Democrats, they have the executive branch.
Splitting power is actually smart.
And he's right.
But of course, the outrage, it is palpable.
Many leftists are freaking out.
Elon Musk is banning comedy, they claim, falsely.
Elon Musk is banning left-wing accounts, they claim.
Well, technically that's true, but they're breaking the rules.
And now they say there it is.
The CEO of Twitter outright endorsing one political faction.
Overlooking the fact that the previous owners of Twitter did literally that, supporting the Democrats.
The forecast models are in, my friend.
My friends, plural.
And according to the Washington Post, it is apocalyptic for Democrats.
54 Senate seats Republican.
And potentially, I think, I don't know where the Washington Post is, but some are suggesting 255 seats in the House.
Now RealClearPolitics has tempered their expectations quite a bit, going down to 53 seats.
They now say New Hampshire will go Democrat, which should be interesting.
But in the generic ballot, 538 and RealClearPolitics show the Republicans are up.
And when they're up, I mean, it is just very, very bad for Democrats.
Democrats need a five-point polling lead.
They'll still lose at that point.
They need, like, seven points advantage, and then they, you know, make some gains.
So it's looking like they're going to lose, and they're going to lose badly.
538's new forecast model shows 55 scenarios out of 100.
Where Republicans win 51 or more Senate seats.
And I believe the number is now at 83 out of 100 scenarios where the Republicans take the majority in the House.
Naturally, men in the left are in panic mode, suggesting that the end is nigh.

Democracy is on the ballot!

One guy went on MSNBC and actually said that the Republicans are going to arrest and murder your children if they get elected.
That's crazy!
But this is where we are.
And over at The Guardian, they just published an article saying civil war is coming, and the Republicans are going to start arresting Democrats and attacking black churches and synagogues.
These people are insane, and they don't get it.
This is why we are voting out Democrats, because y'all are nuts!
But here it is.
Changes are coming, my friends, and I don't know if the blood moon really does mean anything, but that's it.
That's just really, really crazy, isn't it?
Come on.
Now, look, I get it.
I mean, maybe, you know, they said election day, they know when they could make it, but there are rules put in place as to when the election day would be, and it just so happens it's coinciding with a blood moon, full moon, total lunar eclipse.
What?
Yo, this is crazy.
All right.
Let's read the news.
Before we get started, my friends, check out our newest song.
We need your support on this one.
This week is the most important week.
With the release of our new song, Genocide, Losing My Mind, over the TimCast music channel, we've gotten about half a million views in a couple days.
You can go to LosingMyMind.com, buy the song on iTunes or Bandcamp or wherever you want to buy it, listen to the song on YouTube, put it on your playlists on Spotify, and just blast that music nonstop.
Listen to it if you really do like it.
This week matters because it's the tracking week for Billboard, where they'll see if the song actually does make it.
With your support, listening to the song, sharing the song, and buying it, we could actually pull that off.
Now, the song is a direct rebuke of the establishment and the media lies calling them out for the death and destruction that they've caused, and it is an overt political message.
That's why I'm really eager to get this one shared and promoted and could really use your support, so please consider buying it.
We were number one for two days on iTunes, beating out Taylor Swift.
Now we've dropped down quite a bit, but we're number one on Amazon still, and we're getting tremendous sales on Bandcamp, so I really do appreciate all of your support.
LosingMyMind.com.
Pick up the song on iTunes.
Let's read the news.
Twitter chief Musk urges independent voters pick GOP congressional candidates arguing for shared power.
Reports just the news.
They say, quote, Hardcore Democrats or Republicans never vote for the other side.
So independent voters are the ones who actually decide who's in charge.
Therefore, I recommend voting for a Republican Congress, given that the presidency is Democratic.
Hardcore Democrats or Republicans never vote for the other side.
So independent voters are the ones who actually decide who's in charge," Musk added in a follow-up
tweet.
Musk announced in May that he planned on voting for Republicans in the future because Democrats
have become the party of division and hate.
That one's really interesting, and I can't say that he's wrong.
Of course, we have some responses here.
We have Ian Miles Chong saying, after so many years of Biden nonsense, it'll be good to have a Congress that can keep him in check and maybe repair the damage he did to the economy.
I disagree, Ian.
If the Republicans win, they'll have subpoena power in the House.
They'll be able to pass some bills, but it'll go to the executive branch and they'll be vetoed.
So, they will be able to control budgeting.
They'll be able to ram things through in that regard, which will give them tremendous power.
But they will have investigatory abilities.
And if the Republicans win, it means that Rand Paul will have the ability to launch formal inquiries into Dr. Fauci.
I'd love to see that one.
Alright, let's see where we go.
Actually, let me show you this tweet.
Kanishka Raj Singh says, Hi Elon Musk.
In this tweet in April, you said Twitter should be politically neutral.
How would you, as the head of Twitter, justify recommending which party people should vote for after you advocated for political neutrality on the platform?
You misunderstand, good sir.
From the New York Post, Twitter board members gave tens of thousands to Democratic candidates, April 26, 2022.
It's fascinating.
How many of you have seen the prequel Star Wars trilogy?
How many of you have seen that?
Well, in the prequel trilogy, they said that Anakin Skywalker would bring balance to the Force.
What does that mean?
Well, they assumed it meant that he would bring balance by destroying the Sith.
Turns out he became them.
He became the Sith Lord, and then eliminated almost all of the Jedi, bringing balance to the Force.
You see how that works?
Yoda said that, uh, misinterpreted the prophecy they may have.
Or, I don't know, whatever.
He said something like that.
When Elon Musk said, we're going to be neutral, well, in order to restore neutrality, you would need a period of Republican donation from the top execs at the New York Post, right?
Yes, I am comparing Elon Musk to Darth Vader.
Get over it.
I'm making a point.
He's not being neutral as an individual.
Twitter itself probably will be neutral, so to his point, as he was literally saying the platform should be neutral, it probably will be.
But as for Elon Musk, he's doing what the previous leaders did.
So even that is still technically neutral.
Because if the platform only ever supported Democrats and then stopped supporting anybody, it's still left-favored.
So, there you go.
There's the balance to the force.

See you on the tour.
Mayor against Democrat Karen Bass.
The actor believes that the former Republican can reverse the city's gradual decline into pain and utter disarray, saying, I've lived in LA for over 20 years.
It's been great to me.
In that time, I've seen what many residents here have seen.
The city's gradual decline into pain and utter disarray.
If you live here, you know exactly what I'm talking about.
I don't normally support political candidates, but in this election, there's too much to lose.
If you're an L.A.
voter, I urge you to vote for Rick Carusola.
Did I say Caruso?
Carusola.
Is that what they said?
He's a builder.
He knows how to get it done.
He's the guy for our city, Rick Caruso.
Okay, wait, yeah.
Oh, I'm sorry.
Carousel.
It's Rick Caruso L.A.
There you go.
It is Rick Caruso.
At Rick Caruso.
I was like, what?
I don't know who that guy is, you can tell right there.
But the important thing is that we're seeing... We know Chris Pratt's fairly conservative.
So here you go.
The tides, they are a-changin'.
Now for the moment y'all been waitin' for.
Is the Blood Moon Omen true and correct?
Well, we're not gonna actually know that until, like, a week after the election.
The Washington Post.
2022 midterms forecast.
54 Republican seats in the Senate.
246 seats to the Republicans in the House.
Yo, this is crazy!
Don't count your chickens before they hatch, my friends.
I do not know where this is going, but they think New Hampshire is going red.
Well, over at RealClearPolitics with a Senate projection, they have changed their mind.
They say New Hampshire's going blue.
It's huge.
It's hard to know exactly.
You can look at all the polls in the world, but I'll tell you, my friends.
The polls have been historically wrong.
In 2016, wrong.
2018, wrong.
2020, wrong.
They have all underestimated Republican support.
I gotta say, if people like Elon Musk, people like me, people like Joe Rogan are outright saying, vote Republican, you know where this is probably going.
Joe Rogan came out and said, vote Republican, remember that?
It's like, what did you tell people who were upset with the lockdown?
It's like, vote Republican?
I mean, most of them probably already will.
Now we take a look at their governor projection.
31 states turning.
It's five pickups for the Republican Party statewide.
This is huge.
What I'm going to be interested to see is statewide legislatures and state senates.
That's going to be big because you need those for a convention of states, but we'll see.
We'll see.
Heading over to our good friends over at FiveThirtyEight, we can see the Republican, I'm sorry, the congressional generic ballot.
Do voters want Republicans or Democrats?
1.1 lead for Republicans.
And if this is skewed historically, as we've seen, between 7 and 13 points, then you know how bad it really is.
Over at RealClearPolitics with a massive plethora of different polls.
We've got a ton.
The aggregate shows Republicans are up 2.5 points.
Apocalyptic?
That's putting it mildly.
When I pulled up the 538 forecast model earlier today, it said Republicans win 54 in 100 in the Senate and 82 in 100 in the House.
I refreshed it before making this video and it went up.
Let's refresh it again.
It just went up again!
You saw it.
They're in real time, my friends.
Right when I hit refresh, Republicans win 56 out of 100.
They have just added a third scenario.
There's a 1 in 33 chance that Republicans actually get 55 seats in the Senate according to 538.
Yo, that is crazy.
Now, the bell curve is showing it looks like 52 is the majority of outcomes, but there's a strong possibility of a 50-50 Senate.
Over in the House, though, there's actually a scenario.
Let's pull this up.
There is 1 in 100 chance, according to FiveThirtyEight, a 1% chance of Republicans winning 263 seats in the House.
Whoa!
Holy.
That would be bonkers.
I don't know, man.
I don't know where we're going.
I can't predict the future.
But there's a lot of stuff to talk about.
Because as much as people are looking really good when they look at the polls, they're like, man, it looks great for Republicans, don't count out the machine just yet, because I'm sure the shadow campaign to save the election is currently underway.
So we'll see.
We have this post here from Jack Posobiec.
The Fetterman campaign issues a memo warning of a long week, a process that will take several days.
Okay.
Let's read about what the Democrats are saying.
But first, let me actually show you the omen of the Blood Moon.
I love this story.
Look, I am not an atheist.
I am not particularly theistic.
I don't follow any organized religion.
But I gotta tell you, when you see stuff like this, you can't help but believe there is something else out there.
It is not just chaos.
Order exists.
Because this is just crazy.
Now, I know.
Sometimes it rains, but this is winning the lottery.
1.9 billion dollars to be exact.
Have you bought your lottery tickets yet?
That's a reference to the Powerball.
It's the record 1.9 billion.
Take a look at this.
They say the moon will begin to enter the outer part of Earth's shadow at 3.02 a.m.
Eastern.
As the partial eclipse progresses, it will look like a bite is being taken out of it.
The totality will last from 5.17 a.m.
until 6.42 a.m.
Eastern Daylight Time.
During this time, the moon will appear copper red in color.
That is to say, they say weather permitting, Hawaiian Alaska will have the chance to see every stage of the show as it follows.
Unlike solar eclipses, a lunar eclipse can be viewed safely with the naked eye.
Sky watchers can even use binoculars or telescopes.
So I thought about this when I saw this story.
3.02 a.m.
Eastern Time.
I was like, well that's not remarkable.
Then I realized, that's 12 midnight Pacific Time.
The contiguous United States.
Excluding the Pacific Islands, Hawaii.
Excluding Alaska.
But the contiguous United States.
From the West Coast to the East Coast.
As soon as the day begins, the moon will turn blood red.
And it's going to be that way for several hours.
At 3.02 Eastern Time, it will begin to turn red.
By 5.17, it will be blood red, and it will last for an hour and a half!
unidentified
Wow.
tim pool
I will be sure to wake up at this moment and go and take a look at the omen of the blood moon on election day.
When they're predicting a red wave, a red tsunami, or a great red flood.
When there is a thirty... Did I get the math wrong?
It's not a 33% chance.
That's not correct.
I'm sorry.
I'm totally wrong.
It's a 3% chance.
Wait, is it 3%?
That's not correct.
Or no, three, I'm sorry, I'm totally wrong.
It's a 3% chance.
Wait, is it 3%?
Yeah.
Three scenarios out of 100.
A 3% chance that Republicans win.
Oh yeah, no wait, that is 1 in 33.
So it's not 33%, it's 1 in 33.
Okay, I'm wrong about that.
A 1 in 33 chance that the Republicans actually win 55 seats.
What does this moon signify?
Are you a believer?
Again, I'll stress, I'm not... I believe in God.
And it's for things like that.
Not completely, because I understand coincidences happen.
People win the lottery.
I don't think it's always ominous.
But this one just gets me.
Everyone's like, there's going to be a red wave!
And they're like, oh, by the way, you know, we planned the day of the election hundreds of years ago.
But, uh, the moon just so happens to be entering a blood moon, a full blood moon lunar eclipse on that day.
I just think it's crazy.
I know, I know.
Sometimes it rains.
Sometimes there are hurricanes.
Not everything is an omen.
But, you see, you see things like that and it's hard to believe that every single thing happens is just luck.
I don't look at it that way.
Now, of course, something like that alone is not enough to make me believe in any kind of higher power or anything.
I just smile and laugh.
But when you see enough things, when you study enough, you start to question the nature of reality.
Over at the tweet from Jack Posobiec about Fetterman, process could take several days before the results are in.
And this, this is where things get frustrating and creepy.
Over at Just the News, Wisconsin voters sue over mishandled mail-in ballots.
Thomas Moorside said the goal of its request is to verify the ballots are authentic.
Interesting.
The group on Friday asked the Waukesha County Circuit Court to order state election officials to sequester all military absentee or mail-in ballots before the election.
The law firm said, the goal of its request is to verify the ballots are authentic.
The group filed the case after Wisconsin GOP rep Janelle Brampton reportedly received three military absentee ballots at her home.
Fabricated, nonetheless.
None of the individuals to whom these ballots were addressed reside or have resided at her address.
The situation is particularly egregious as it demonstrates how easily the military absentee mail-in vote can be manipulated due to the commission's lack of compliance with Wisconsin election law.
This is big.
The election has not started.
Hasn't concluded.
It is currently happening.
We don't know the results.
There is standing here.
People in Wisconsin have a right to know if there's bad ballots.
And we now know there are.
But how many?
An individual ordered three fake ballots.
Okay.
Let's hold on there a minute.
How is that possible?
They're not saying get rid of the votes, sequester them.
This could be interesting.
What happens if they get sequestered, they get analyzed by election officials, and determined to be fake?
Alarm bells, to put it simply.
Ah, my friends, my friends.
Why are the Democrats gonna lose?
From Axios.
Top Democrats warn party is seen as extreme.
Because it is.
There's a video of a Democrat woman saying, a drag queen for every school.
What is wrong with you, lady?
Is this what you think Americans are concerned about?
Third way.
A center-left think tank backed by some of the biggest names in Democratic politics sounding the alarm.
Quote, if Democrats manage to hold onto the House and Senate, it will be in spite of the party brand, not because of it.
Despite a roster of GOP candidates who are extreme by any standard, voters see Democrats as just as extreme, as well as far less concerned about the issues that most worry them.
Yeah.
I'm sure there's a bunch of Republicans, moderate voter types, who are just like, I don't like these MAGA guys, but they talking about cheap gas.
Remember that viral video where the two dudes in Florida, they're like, DeSantis brought the gas.
I'm a Democrat, but I'm voting Republican.
That's what matters.
Imagine going to, like, a black church and being like, now I don't know nothing about that cheap gas y'all are asking for, but I'll tell you what, as a Democrat, I will get a drag queen in your school.
They're gonna go, huh?
Nobody asked for that!
Except for some weirdos on Twitter, I guess.
But here we go.
Jennifer Jacobs.
Quoting Wall Street Journal Politics. Republicans are heavily favored by nonpartisan analysts to win
control of the House in Tuesday's elections. Democrats had better odds of keeping the Senate,
but Republican candidates were making late polling gains in New Hampshire, Arizona and PA.
Here we go. Josh Jamerson, Biden's top 2020 pollster, quote, I think that this could be
a paradigm shift election where Republicans are not only making inroads with Latino vote,
but they're now making inroads with the black vote.
Now, this one I find truly incredible.
Truly incredible because, well, the Democrats keep saying the Republicans are white supremacists and, you know, that's why I got to vote against them.
Here's what I want you to remember.
So I pulled up this story.
Audio of daughter welded into her home by Beijing officials pleading to be released after her mother jumped to her death when latest lockdown drove her to despair.
Sparks fury in China.
As it should.
They're calling now for amnesty.
They're saying we should have COVID amnesty.
No amnesty.
Sorry.
They locked you in your home.
So did Donald Trump.
Donald Trump advocated for lockdowns.
Donald Trump didn't advocate for fax mandates.
Give him that much.
They advocated for mandates, lockdowns.
In many countries, they created camps.
In China, they welded people's doors shut.
In the United States, they didn't go that far, but they still destroyed your life, destroyed your job, destroyed your business, and left you homeless.
Many of you.
Do not give them amnesty.
Remember now, every day, as the economy gets worse and life gets harder, who it is who did all of this.
It was the Democrat governors, and it was Joe Biden.
It was many of the Democrats in Congress, and yeah, many Republicans.
Not all of them, though.
Vote in the MAGA Republicans who are going to say no to this.
Now as we are looking to the moon for signs of what may come, with messages from Elon Musk endorsing Republicans saying vote GOP, Politico is warning, if the Democrats do lose, it could maybe be voter fraud.
Excuse me?
Yup, you heard that right.
Politico tweeted, The 2020 presidential election was rife with allegations of voting machine hacks that were later debunked.
Yet there are real risks that hackers could tunnel into voting equipment and other election infrastructure to try to undermine Tuesday's vote.
No, no, this is election denialism.
Nice try, Politico.
2020 was the safest and most secure election on record.
That's what they said, right?
So how are you going to come out now?
From Politico.
Six election security threats to watch for on election day.
Hacking threats and disinformation fears loom large as voters head to the polls.
Okay.
What are the six threats?
Missing disinformation.
Oh, that's a meaningless phrase to me, I suppose.
It just means ideas they don't like.
False claims of hacked voter data, blah blah.
Crashing election office and campaign websites.
Oh, okay, alright.
So when people were talking about infrastructures being hit, machines being hacked, and pipe bursts breaking in bathrooms, that's no big deal.
But now it is.
Because Democrats are expected to lose?
Is that right?
josh hammer
Hey guys, Josh Hammer here, the host of America on Trial with Josh Hammer, a podcast for the First Podcast Network.
Look, there are a lot of shows out there that are explaining the political news cycle, what's happening on the Hill, the this, the that.

All right.
I like Ian Miles Chong's response to this.
You guys want to think about what you wrote here?
No, they want to deny elections.
They say a Russian DDoS campaign recently knocked several state government websites offline.
Oh, okay.
Oh, yeah, yeah.
How about that?
Campaign social media account hijacking.
Hackers could take over candidates' campaign accounts and make inflammatory comments.
Oh, could they?
Uh-huh.
Like when the Democrats had a drag queen.
No, I'm sorry, that was a video of her doing it, so ain't no getting back from that one.
Cyber attacks on voter registration databases.
States have spent years upgrading the security of their voter registration databases, which form the bedrock of a well-functioning election system.
Hackers with access to voter registration could sow chaos by tampering with voter data and by stealing voter data.
Targeted voter harassment.
This relatively novel threat.
Wireless modems enabling hacks of voting machines or vote tallies.
Are you kidding me?
Is this a joke?
Politico?
Here we go.
Republicans are gonna win.
The Democrats are going to justify their loss by saying, It was rigged!
It was... It was Russia!
Russia did it!
Oh, those Russians!
Let's throw in the explanation.
Here we go.
At least seven states and DC use wireless modems to transmit unofficial election night results to their offices.
These modems use telecommunications networks that are vulnerable to hackers.
Really?
All right, oh, well, if Politico says so, I think we're gonna have to go back and take a look at all of those voting machines and modems from 2016, 2018, 2020.
Quote, we now have to worry about anybody getting access to a communication network that is fundamentally open.
Matt Blaze, a Georgetown University computer science and law professor who studies voting systems, told Politico last month.
These attacks are much more difficult and time-consuming.
Yeah, but if you're talking about a state actor who wants to manipulate an election, why wouldn't they do it?
They're coming out now and claiming Russia is interfering again because we know that if Republicans get in, they're going to end financing of the war with Ukraine.
They're gonna stop financing the war with Russia.
I'll put it that way.
Good.
I'm done with it.
It's not worth nuclear war.
Ukraine is not a NATO ally.
It's nothing to do with us.
So why?
I really look forward to Republicans winning.
I hope they do.
I really, really do.
Elon Musk is right.
I hope they win and say, you will no longer fund war in Ukraine.
I hope they come in and say, we are going to restore jobs and infrastructure to this country.
We're going to stop focusing on foreign wars.
And then I hope, as we enter 2023.
Think about that, huh?
We're a month away.
That's crazy.
No, two months, two months.
As we enter 2023, primary season will begin.
They're saying that Donald Trump's gonna announce he's running for president on the 14th.
We'll see, we'll see.
It'll be a very interesting day if he does.
But the primary season is going to be insane.
My friends, I don't know that the blood moon signals a red wave.
It could be something worse.
Blood moons are a sign of maybe war.
People believe a lot of things about what these signs could mean.
I'll throw it back to... Here's the white pill.
The blood moon is just a coincidence, but it is an interesting thing to happen on a day when the Republicans are going to win, and we're going to see justice restored with subpoenas, investigations.
There's another potential sign.
Bulwark wrote this.
Yeah, we don't like the Bulwark guys, but, you know, they made an interesting point.
as the midterm rolls around. We've already got poll watchers.
We've got armed people with guns standing outside these boxes watching. You've got angry far
leftists screaming that if Republicans win, democracy is over. The Bulwark wrote, a potential for
election day.
That there's going to be a swing district, a vital one.
Someone's gonna show up to watch the polls.
They're gonna assume they're seeing fraud.
A fight will break out.
Scuffle will escalate.
Gunshot will ring out.
And then someone will fall down.
A poll worker collapsed, bleeding.
They'll have to shut down the polling station.
One polling station is all it takes for chaos.
Especially if the race is a swing state and it's close.
So this is where things get scary.
That scenario in my mind is very, very possible.
We already saw a circumstance where a man was dropping off ballots illegally for his family.
You're allowed to do it in Arizona.
And a group surrounded him, taking pictures, calling him a mule because he had more than one ballot.
He was dropping it off for his family.
So he says.
I believe he's suing.
It's remarkable when I talk to people and they're like, they're sending people out to collect ballots.
And I was like, uh-huh, yeah, and that's legal in 39 states.
But yeah, but you can't do that.
I'm like, you can in 39 states.
I hope people are aware of it.
You don't like ballot harvesting?
Make it illegal.
39 states allow it.
In fact, I think it's something like, I could be wrong, I think it's 26 states allow it with restrictions, and 13 have no rules at all.
Meaning, in sub-13 states, you can go door-to-door collecting ballots.
unidentified
Legal!
tim pool
Yeah, that's where things get crazy.
When people just see something and they say, I don't know, don't care.
It looks wrong to me and we're gonna stop.
But this is the issue.
There have been things going wrong.
I mean, several years ago we saw crazy stories of like ballots found in the garbage.
Now we've got leftists suing because absentee ballots weren't delivered properly.
We've got right-wing groups suing because people, some woman, she ordered fake ballots!
Now I'm not saying that there's cheating or anything like that.
I don't know.
I don't know.
I'm just saying people are on edge.
I think politics is a dirty game.
I think people are gonna do whatever they can to win.
So maybe that blood moon means something else.
Maybe it means this is the start of a conflict.
We're at the end of the fourth turning.
It's supposed to resolve itself by 2026.
Or 2028, I'm sorry.
2028 is the end.
The last lunar eclipse for three years.
For about three years.
And it's a full moon, it's a blood moon, and a total lunar eclipse.
That's crazy.
What if this signifies dark days?
I don't know.
How about we be a little bit more optimistic than pessimistic and say it signals a cleansing.
That there's going to be a shift.
Republicans are going to come in, they're going to wash away this corruption and this taint, and for the next two years will be a process.
That the omen is not for those of sound mind and good judgment, those of honesty.
The omen is for the Democrats who lied, cheated, and stole their way to power.
Maybe this sign is that they're going to face accountability, and it'll be a cleansing.
Don't know.
Don't look at me.
I'm just some guy on the internet.
I'll leave it there.
Next segment's coming up tonight at 8 p.m.

Now let's get into the segment.
It is a temper tantrum for the ages, my friend.
Numerous celebrities and high-profile individuals began changing their Twitter accounts' images and names to that of Elon Musk, which is explicitly against the rules, especially for verified accounts.
And thus, we have seen many high-profile lefty individuals, actors, banned.
And I believe it's permanent.
I'm not a big fan of the permanent ban, but I will tell you right away, my friends, I will provide no quarter for those who advocated for mass censorship, to put it simply.
If we're living in this community, and a bunch of houses burst into flames, and you stood there laughing, saying, your problem, you deal with it, don't be surprised when your house starts on fire if we say, your problem, you deal with it.
For those who defend the right of comedy and free speech, I will advocate for you to retain your right to engage in comedy and free speech.
However, with these individuals, people like Ethan Klein and Kathy Griffin, as well as this guy Rich Sommer, I don't know about Rich, but these other individuals have advocated for cancel culture before.
They are not on the side of defending free speech, speech that they disagree with.
They're actually on the side of censorship.
So now that they're being censored, you expect me to come out and argue against your own position?
Sorry, no.
Your crocodile tears will not sway me.
But wow!
Are things lighting up on Twitter?
Elon is going... I mean, in some regards, it's getting crazy.
We've now got claims of tortious interference lawsuits from far-left groups that are trying to get advertisers to pull out, that are getting advertisers to pull out.
This means, and I'm not a lawyer, but I'll give you a simple version.
If you and I have a contract and a third party comes to you and puts you under duress to cancel that contract, that is tortious interference.
So, Elon, of course, being the richest guy on the planet, I imagine he's going to start suing some of these organizations which have nowhere near the amount of resources to combat against such lawsuits, but we will see.
We're also now hearing that Twitter employees, and there were rumors about this before, We have potential confirmation from Elon Musk.
Twitter employees would deny legitimate verification requests from high-profile individuals or from corporations, and then privately message, say, hey, if you give me $15,000, I'll verify you.
Now imagine why so many of these celebrities are so angry.
Two big reasons.
The first, imagine you're like some mid-tier Hollywood leftist or journalist.
You couldn't get verified, but you need that checkmark.
You need it for the industry.
What do you do?
You slip a couple of bucks under the table to one of those employees who are blackmailing you, or, you know, I don't know, I think it's corporate fraud, it's called.
Corporate bribery, I think?
And, uh, now you're verified.
Then Elon Musk comes out and says, hey, we're gonna make everything $8.
And then you're like, I spent how much?
Yeah, yeah, yeah, now you're pissed, aren't you?
There's another big reason.
You ever wonder why it is so many of these high-profile celebrity accounts, they, uh, They don't get a lot of engagement, but they have millions of followers.
Because big PR companies get them fake accounts and bots follow them.
It's going to be very embarrassing for these celebrities who come out and they're like, I have 1 million followers!
And then Elon's like, I'm just going to press this bot purge real quick.
And then they have like 3,000.
No joke.
I mean, they'll probably have like 30,000, who knows.
But it's going to be devastating.
Because it's a facade.
We got a lot to go through.
We got Ethan Klein claiming that he followed the rules, he didn't.
He broke the rules and he got banned.
And now they're like, Comedy is dead because I broke the rules.
So there are some interesting points being made here.
And I think Elon Musk is making some mistakes.
To put it simply, dude, Elon, if you change your name, you lose verification.
Verification should be reserved for brands that verify who they are and individuals who verify who they are.
Sorry guys, if you're operating an anonymous account, you should not get a verification.
It makes no sense.
Verification is so that when you put up a John Smith profile and image, we know you're John Smith.
If you want to be anonymous, you don't need verification because we can't verify who you are.
So what's the point of that?
That behind the scenes they do?
Now, this does mean you can operate brands.
And a brand can be semi-anonymous.
So it still is possible.
To put it simply though, if you want to be a parody account, you should not be able to get verified.
unidentified
Why?
tim pool
A verified parody account?
That's ridiculous.
These people are making up nonsense.
Take a look at this.
Actors say they were locked out of their Twitter accounts after impersonating Elon Musk on the platform.
I love how they're liars.
I love it.
I think I have a tweet from Elon somewhere.
This guy Kyle Grantham said... Okay, so hold on.
Elon Musk tweets, Twitter needs to become by far the most accurate source of information about the world.
That's our mission.
Verified Kyle Grantham says, and to do this, I'll let anyone who gives me money appear to be a legitimate source of news, rather than just ensuring all legitimate sources of news are confirmed to be who they say they are.
Elon Musk says, you represent the problem.
Journalists who think they are the only source of legitimate information.
That's the big lie.
I love it.
Kyle Grantham was a journalist at numerous organizations, but he is currently working for the government as a digital media manager.
Hey, look at that overlap.
How about that?
So here's where it gets fun.
Elon Musk is going nuclear on these people, and I love it.
Why?
Because they're liars!
Take a look at this story from Insider.
Well, Elon Musk said comedy is now legal, following his acquisition of Twitter.
Jokes about the new owner and criticisms over his takeover are getting users blocked and suspended.
Lies!
Let me show you more lies.
Comedian Kathy Griffin suspended from Twitter after mocking CEO Elon Musk.
It wasn't clear whether the suspension was a direct result of her ribbing on the billionaire, but Musk warned that impersonator accounts without a parody label would be banned.
Yo, Kathy Griffin engaged in election meddling and potential fraud.
Like, going online with a verified account pretending to be Elon Musk and then advocating that people go and vote a certain way.
It's bordering on fraud.
Bordering.
Because it might actually be.
But I love it.
What does NBC say?
It wasn't clear why.
And then what do we get from Insider?
It's because they're making fun of Elon Musk.
What Kathy Griffin did?
She changed her image and name to Elon Musk with a verified check and then started telling people to go vote and why.
Yo, that is beyond reproach.
unidentified
And the left is like, they're banning her for making fun of Elon!
tim pool
They're lying, they're always lying.
No quarter, I don't care, ban them all!
You think you're gonna wield my principles against me?
It ain't gonna happen.
If I have a small community of people who argue that arson should be illegal, and you're going around setting fires, get out!
I'm not now gonna be like, we're gonna defend your right to- no.
The point I made earlier, if we're all as a community working together, and you're a literal arsonist, and then you think we're going to dispatch, we're as a community going to come together to help you with your house after you've burned all of ours down, you're insane.
We're going to walk away and be like, this is your problem, you created, you deal with it.
But I love this.
Apparently, it's a huge negative impact for celebrities to not have their Twitter accounts.
So, let me show you.
We have Sarah Silverman.
She's not banned.
What happened was, people who were impersonating Musk got a warning.
Sarah Silverman, I guess she posted that it was like this thing appears and it says, you must change your profile image and you must change your name back.
And they're like, okay, fine.
And then they were back to normal.
They all started just reverting their profiles.
This one's funny.
Summer changed his picture to Elon, said, Summer said in a series of tweets while impersonating Musk.
Summer told Insider he had no intention of anyone believing it was actually Musk, and although he knew he could be banned for it, he wanted to show that anyone could say they were anyone.
And then he got suspended, proving him wrong.
So stupid.
Kathy Griffin starred in several comedy specials.
She's just so awful.
Chris Clue starred in Earthling's Welcome, a former NFL punter.
There is nothing better than waking up and enjoying a fresh steaming cup of my own urine, he tweeted, impersonating Musk.
He said blah blah blah, and he was suspended.
Buh-bye, don't care.
You don't get to come out and be like, it's a private company, they can do what they want.
And now when a private company does what they want, Well, I was just making fun of Elon Musk!
No, you weren't.
You're a verified profile.
Didn't Milo Yiannopoulos get banned for this?
I think they claimed that he was operating multiple accounts, but they took away his blue checkmark because he put BuzzFeed News Reporter or something in his bio.
Yo, I gotta say, Elon, I don't like that these people are getting suspended for this, but it actually is quite simple.
If you change your name, you lose your verification badge.
Better yet, here's a solution for you, Elon.
Anyone who changes their profile to a parody account, you change their blue verification to a jester cap permanently, forever.
You can never undo it.
So, Kathy Griffin, she wants to impersonate Elon Musk.
Okay, you change her verification to a jester cap.
And it says parody next to it.
Or you know how they take... If you're a politician, it'll say like, you know, primary candidate NH1 or whatever.
It'll say that like in their profile.
Like right under their name, actually.
Have it say satirical slash parody account and give them a jester cap.
And here's the best part.
Anybody who's engaging in parody is not gonna care they got a cool little jester cap.
I mean, that's actually pretty cool.
You're verified.
They have said, we recognize you.
You're a parody account.
But for people like Kathy Griffin, she will always just have the jester cap.
She will never get back her little blue checkmark.
But, you know, still, it's a verification, so how about that?
All right, let's take a look at what we got.
Rich Sommer is just permanently gone.
So bad.
Elon Musk says, you know, we're gonna be... Okay, we read that one.
And then Sarah Silverman actually responded to Elon saying we gotta be the most accurate, so she's still here.
If this is actually true and really works, that would be amazing.
It's been a real long time since I've had any baseline truth.
How will it be done?
And Elon Musk says, community notes via Birdwatch.
I believe this is the Sierra Silverman.
I get it.
I don't know.
Whatever.
Maybe.
Elon Musk says, my commitment to free speech extends even to not banning the account following my plane, even though that is a direct personal safety risk.
And I respect it.
That's crazy, it really is.
There's an account that just shows you where Elon Musk is flying to, and that's insane, considering he's the richest dude in the world, and they're outright putting his life at risk, like providing this information, almost effectively doxing him, but...
I'll also mention, too, Elon.
It's a simple solution when you're the richest guy in the world.
Just get a different plane.
So they're tracking his plane.
Now he can get on NetJets and fly on any jet, and they'll always be tracking the wrong thing.
Alright, let's see.
Here we go.
I was gonna see if we have that tweet.
I wanna get to the big scandals that are emerging.
This is crazy.
This one's crazy right here.
WSBets, Wall Street Bets Chairman, tweeted, Twitter employees were selling verification for upwards of $15,000 for certain accounts, mine included.
They would refuse to verify you through the standard application and privately offer to verify you for money behind the scenes.
Investigation needed.
Elon Musk says, yup.
Alright.
Is Elon Musk saying yup to the initial supposition?
Or is he saying yup to investigation needed?
I think Elon knows that employees were doing this, and I think he can see it right away.
Now, there definitely needs to be an investigation because this is, my understanding, it's illegal.
It's illegal because it's obvious.
If I have, say, like, a burger stand, and you come up and say, hey, let me get a burger, and I go, nah, hey, but give me five bucks and I'll give it to you out the back, and then I put the five bucks in my pocket?
Yeah, that's illegal, dude.
And so, here we have it.
Elon Musk saying, yup.
There's a lot more going on too.
Brendan Dilley says, I can confirm this.
I was offered verification in June of 2015 as I was an author and speaker.
The price I was told, $13,000.
Obviously, I couldn't afford it and continued on.
Elon bought a crime scene and now people are finding out just how bad it was.
Oh boy.
And then we got this one.
I wonder if Elon Musk's Twitter has tortious interference claims against the left activist groups, which are causing damaging advertiser boycotts of the platform.
And Elon said, we do.
Now, it's funny because all these leftists are just hooting and hollering, and it's fine.
I really love, what I love about this, is you have Elon Musk coming out and saying, we have these torsion interference claims, and then you have a bunch of leftists coming out and being like, uh, no he doesn't, and they're not even, they're not lawyers, okay?
They're just like random Twitter people laughing and mocking.
But the best part is, people like Ron Perlman being like, Elon Musk bought this platform, I'm leaving!
And then a day later, like, yo, just coming back, because I gotta say, You gotta say.
The reality is, these people, they can't leave.
They're addicted.
Elon Musk knows that he can charge a mate bucks and they ain't gonna do nothing about it.
Now, we do have some changes.
Elon walks back some job cuts and blue checks in second week.
It's actually quite simple.
If you apply for a blue check, Mark, because they've rolled out the Twitter blue thing on iOS, if you apply for this, they're not going to verify you until after the midterms, because the midterms are tomorrow.
And apparently he fired a bunch of people and he's rehiring some of them.
We'll see, guys.
I just want to point something out.
And I wonder if I should dedicate a whole segment to this.
Maybe, maybe I should.
Did you know that the next full moon is tomorrow?
And that at 12 a.m.
Pacific Standard Time, when the day has officially begun for the entire country, there will be a total blood moon eclipse.
Yo.
I'm sayin', man.
If you're a believer, and you believe in ominous signs, so it's 3 a.m.
Eastern, but of course, it will not yet be the 8th in California, a part of this country.
In fact, it will be around 12.02 a.m.
Pacific Time.
That is when the entire country, I guess technically not Hawaii, but you know, the contiguous continental United States will be in November 8th.
There will be right away a total full moon blood lunar eclipse.
Let me stress that again.
unidentified
Blood.
tim pool
That means the moon turns red.
And the next one won't be until 2025.
So this will be interesting.
As everyone loses their minds!
I'll tell you what my prediction is with all this Twitter stuff.
Because we'll maybe do a segment on that Blood Moon thing.
I'll tell you my prediction here.
Ethan Klein has multiple accounts.
He's got the H3 Podcast and H3H3 Productions.
He turned H3H3 Productions into Elon Musk without labeling it parody.
He claimed that, because it was in the bio, and the header image had a paintbrush thing that scribbled parody, that he was following the rules.
And now they're all lying once again, saying Elon's breaking the rules!
Ignore them.
Let them lie, cheat, and steal.
They've lost center ground with Twitter.
Because I will tell you this.
Advertisers may want to pull off, but the reality is, Twitter is still Digital Town Square.
And ain't nothing you can do about it.
Nothing.
Oh yeah, yeah, Ron Perlman.
Yeah, we're all going on Twitter to hear his delicate musings.
We go on Twitter because that's where the conversation's happening.
And that's why it's been bad that many people have been censored.
When people get, you know, banned from Twitter, they don't cease to exist, they keep working, but they're not in the fray, as it were.
So, well, for the most part, it's not the end of someone's career.
It doesn't end their ability to work or anything like that.
In fact, many people have found great success after being banned from Twitter, that's for sure.
Twitter is a major battleground in the culture war, and they are choosing to excise themselves from it.
This will have a tremendous impact.
This is like center board, right?
In chess.
You can win with pieces not in the center of the board.
It's like, you know, your knight's off in the corner or whatever.
They're doing their thing.
But this is still a major loss for the left.
Now, Elon Musk is still enforcing a bunch of the whack leftist rules.
We'll see what he fixes, but here's the funny part.
They're all losing their minds because now the rules are being enforced against them.
Oh, you didn't see that one coming, did ya?
Ethan Klein is like, I labeled my account parody.
Comedy is dead.
No, actually, batting you is comedy.
Comedy is alive and well, and I'm laughing about it.
Bro, you tweeted, Ethan, you tweeted that cancel culture was a good thing.
That it was.
And now you're getting banned.
Like, okay.
These people on the left have come out and been like, it's a private company, they can do what they want.
Cry about it!
You had every opportunity to stand up and say, do not wield that sword, lest it be wielded against me.
Instead, you laughed as it happened.
And you agreed with it.
So you think I'm going to defend you when these are your principles?
Oh, that would be wrong.
I'll put it this way.
It would be wrong for me to come out and demand that you live in a way that is not up to your own standards.
By your own standards, you agree with the private company, and you agree that you broke the rules, and so be it.
By your standard, I will say, you know what?
You're right.
You know, Kathy and Ethan, this is what you've advocated for in the past, so I am going to begrudgingly agree with your suspensions.
Now, I will add.
Permanent bans, I think, are wrong.
But I think there's a couple different ways to approach this that's not being done.
And I think it's because... I think Elon's panicking, to be honest.
I think when all of these celebrities started changing their names to Elon, he got angry, didn't know what to do, and said, just ban them, I guess.
Just ban them.
They're breaking the rules.
It is in the rules.
You can't do this.
It's always been in the rules.
You can't do this.
What Elon should have done is just locked their accounts for a week.
Like, a permanent ban for this?
A permanent?
Come on, dude.
They were trying to annoy you and they broke the rules, that's fine.
You give them a warning and say, change your profile or else.
Then if they don't, you lock their account for a week.
When they come back, if they don't, you lock it for a month.
Then if they don't and they come back three strikes, then you delete their account.
But you allow them to make a new one.
And you say like, dude, Like, you're not permanently banned from Twitter.
I don't think anyone should ever be permanently banned.
Ian, over on IRL, he makes this point.
Banned accounts, not people.
And I'm like, that's a good point.
Yeah, I don't like the IP ban thing.
If you have an account, you work really hard, you build it up, but you keep breaking the rules, delete it.
You can make a new account and come back on the platform.
You can break the rules again.
Same process.
Strike, strike, deletion.
I was talking to Sargon, Carl Benjamin.
He should be reinstated immediately, by the way, on Twitter.
And he was mentioning the strike system works.
It allows people to understand, like, you get a strike, it expires in, you know, a month or whatever I think it is.
Or I think it might be three months.
I don't know.
But then you know, like, okay, I better, you know, I shouldn't push it.
A permanent ban is not a good solution to this.
The other simple solution, Elon, is just, yo, if you're verified and you change your name, you lose your verification badge.
That's it.
You shouldn't be able to be verified, but then lie about who you are.
So, Count Dankula has made some jokes about this, but I think there's actually an issue here.
So, Count Dankula is verified, and he changed his profile into joke accounts, not imitating it, not impersonating, but he made, like, Justice Dankula.
And it's a picture of his face on, like, a Supreme Court Justice body, but he's verified.
And so, people looked at that, and they genuinely thought he was on the Supreme Court.
I get it.
You're doing parody.
But not with verification.
There should be a Jestercat badge if you make your account comedy.
It's that simple.
Look, I use NewsGuard, right?
We're all big fans of NewsGuard here, aren't we?
I'm being facetious, by the way.
But they give... It's a theater mask icon, laughing, to parody websites.
They're not labeled fake news.
They're not labeled news.
They get a parody symbol.
That's the solution.
So, Dankula.
If you changed your profile to Justice Dankula, I think it's actually fair that you get the jester cap icon.
You're a parody account.
You're making jokes.
You're a comedian.
There you go.
Now everybody knows that you are who you say you like.
You are certified.
This is a gag account.
That's the appropriate way to deal with this.
And then Kathy Griffin could change your profile back, but you'll always just have a little jester cap.
I'll leave it there.
Next segment's coming up at 1 p.m.
There's so much talk about my friends.
1 p.m.
on this channel.
Thanks for hanging out, and I'll see you all then.
It's getting crazy out there.
We have this report from TimCast.com.
FBI investigating suspicious white powder sent to Carey Lake's office.
Officials say no one was injured, but staffer who opened the envelope is under precautionary medical supervision.
Civil War.
How about that?
I don't know everything.
I don't even know a whole lot relative to any expert on the American Civil War.
But I've been saying for some time that I feel like we're on that path, and I still do, but we don't know what it would look like.
We don't know if it'll be a fifth-generational information war.
I've been saying that for some time.
Bill Maher recently came out and said it's going to be like insurgency.
You're going to see attacks like on Paul Pelosi, which is kind of ridiculous considering the fact that the attack on Paul Pelosi doesn't appear to be, based on the information we have now, the story is so broken, I don't think in any way it's political.
They're trying to make it seem like the Paul Pelosi attack was a guy looking for Nancy and he's a QAnon guy.
And then you get into it, and you're like, look, we don't really know exactly what happened, but this does not seem like a political thing.
I mean, it might be in the sense that a crazy guy did a crazy thing, and he thinks political things, but I don't think it has anything to do with anyone of sound mind saying politics is the reason for this.
What I mean is...
With, like, white powder being sent to Carey Lake's office, that's overtly political.
That was a planned-out move.
Someone did this for tactical reasons.
They wanted to terrorize.
Their motivation?
Political.
Why else would you target Carey Lake?
Whereas with, like, the Paul Pelosi thing, it's like, for all we know, crazy guy broke into his house.
Now, to be fair, sure, a crazy person who believes crazy things may have sent a letter, but that is targeted and planned out.
You understand the difference I'm getting at here?
I do think it's possible that we get into, in this nation, a civil war, but I wonder if it actually could be some time from now.
Maybe it'll start sooner rather than later because of the speed at which information travels, but it's also entirely possible that it could take 20 years before it actually breaks off.
I mean, we're looking at this split between the left and the right or whatever you want to call it, but we're only just starting to see the geographical polarization.
So first, let's do this.
Let's talk about the FBI and what this white powder is all about being sent to Carrie Lake's office.
They're scared she's winning.
She's going to win, and when she does, what do you think is going to happen when she starts digging into the paperwork as to what Arizona had been doing only a few years ago?
I think it's possible that some people are really, really scared.
Before we get started, my friends, head over to LosingMyMind.com or go to iTunes and purchase our new song, Genocide.
On Friday, we launched this new song, which directly takes aim at the establishment, the media, the liars, the deceivers.
And we've hit 565,000 views, a little bit more than that because of the public-facing views.
74,000 thumbs up.
And within eight hours, we displaced Taylor Swift on iTunes.
Now, Throughout Friday and Saturday, we were number one on iTunes.
It was amazing.
But, come Sunday, we've dropped down quite a bit.
We are number one on Amazon.
Number one Amazon bestseller in music.
That's amazing!
That's really, really cool.
Seriously, thank you guys so much for supporting our work.
We want to impact culture.
We want to make sure that the journalists, the media have no choice but to recognize they don't control the machine in the narrative anymore.
So our video explicitly mocks the establishment press and they're probably not going to be happy with it.
So if you want to support us and make it undeniable, purchase the song on iTunes or any other platform.
We're already doing really well.
I think this song is going to do better across the board than Only Ever Wanted did.
Our first song actually, I think it did better in terms of views on YouTube.
But with your support, go to losingmymind.com, support the song.
We're going to keep building culture.
And when it comes to this, here's the goal.
We're going to make a bunch of songs.
We're going to keep releasing them until we have a big library of music.
That's just about it.
And then we're going to keep doing more.
We're going to make more shows.
Of course, the songs that I've produced, like the second most successful thing we've done at TimCast.com, but we do have a bunch of other awesome shows that we're expanding and putting together.
So with your support, we will continually impact culture and make more.
The FBI is investigating suspicious white powder sent to Carey Lake's office.
A staffer for Arizona gubernatorial candidate Carey Lake opened an envelope containing white powder, prompting the closure of Lake's office two days before the midterm elections.
You see, that's my point.
That was strategic.
That was of sound mind.
A crazy guy, maybe in his underwear, breaking into someone's home in the middle of the night.
Not strategic.
Nancy wasn't even there.
This guy didn't plan anything.
He's just crazy.
This, this was intentional.
I've seen it reported.
On October 6, Colton Duncan, a Cary Lake spokesman, said two envelopes were confiscated by law enforcement and were sent to the FBI headquarters at Quantico for examination.
Later that evening, Lake told reporters apparently there's a closer lab than Quantico, and that's where they actually sent the substance, so we're going to find out what it was.
I bet it's going to turn out to be like baby powder or something nonsensical.
Or something immaterial.
Officers responded to a found property call in an office building near 40th Street and Camelback Road.
When officers arrived, they learned there were suspicious items located inside the mail.
Additional resources responded to collect the items and secure the area.
There have been no reports of injury.
Phoenix Police and Fire Departments told reporters no one was injured.
The campaign staffer who opened the envelope is under medical supervision as a precaution.
Carrie Lake is running against Katie Hobbs.
You know, there was a... It's just, it's just getting dirty.
We'll put it that way.
This is getting really, really dirty.
The suspicious package arrival comes two weeks after the Phoenix campaign office of Hobbs was burglarized.
Hobbs responded to the news of the suspicious package at Lake's office with a concern and denunciation of the violence.
She tried blaming Carrie Lake for it.
And Carrie Lake brushed it off?
I mean, it's ridiculous.
I am not going to blame Katie Hobbs because a lunatic sent white powder to Carrie Lake.
I'm gonna blame Katie Hobbs for bad policy.
And if she loses, it's her fault.
But come on.
Katie Hobbs, known in mainstream politics... Okay, I take that back.
At the high level in these races, there may be lying, there may be deception, whatever.
But there's not advocacy for violence against the other person.
Like Katie Hobbs, I would not bet any money that she went to someone and told them to do this.
Or in any way, it's not her responsibility.
She's simply running on politics.
Now, I will say, don't lie.
That's something you can avoid doing.
And as we look at the polls, we can see exactly why something like this is happening.
Shut down their campaign office two days before they need to use it.
Before they really need to use it.
Carrie Lake took the lead around October 8th.
So, actually, October 12th.
Sorry.
On the 11th.
Okay.
On the 11th, Carrie Lake took the lead in the 538 aggregate polling.
They're freaking out.
They're absolutely freaking out.
The red wave is coming, my friends.
And I'm going to bring it up again in the next segment, but I have to say, at 12.02 Pacific Time, when the continental United States is all within the time span of November 8th, there will be a full blood moon eclipse.
I'm just going to say it again, because come on, is that not ominous?
Man, that's crazy.
And the next one won't be until 2025.
So I wonder.
Are we going to experience around two years of some kind of very serious conflict?
Is this the opening?
The opening sign?
The dark days are coming and they won't close until 2025.
From The Guardian.
These are conditions ripe for political violence.
How close is the US to civil war?
Yes, this is Barbara F. Walter.
Judges will be assassinated.
Democrats will be jailed on bogus charges.
Black churches and synagogues bombed.
American political scientist and author of How Civil War Starts and How to Stop Them.
It's remarkable.
I mean, that's insane.
None of that's happened.
In fact, what's happened is conservatives have been jailed on bogus charges.
Black churches have been attacked, but it turns out those were hoaxes.
And the judge is currently being targeted right now!
The Supreme Court Justice says it's the far left doing it.
See, that's why you look at someone like Barbara F. Walter.
She's not a moron.
She knows what she's doing.
These people want power.
They're the aristocracy.
They do not like that the rebel has been speaking up and speaking out.
So, they will do whatever they can to rally those blind and stupid enough to follow them with things like this.
It's unfortunate.
It's very unfortunate.
Is it Civil War o'clock, said, uh, what is this, a Trump supporter?
Get ready for an uprising.
Lindsey Graham, a Republican senator from South Carolina, said there would be riots in the streets if Trump was indicted.
Sure.
Sure.
I've been doing a bit more research.
I've been doing a lot of research on the Civil War.
And I will issue a correction.
I was talking, so there's this talking point.
It goes around quite a bit.
That the reason slavery ended was because of technology.
That with industrialization, it became cheaper to maintain machinery than it did to actually pay for slaves.
And then all of a sudden, you had just no desire for it.
And I've done a bit of research, and that's actually not true.
It's a talking point I see quite a bit, actually not from the left.
But from, you know, moderate intellectual types.
And they argue that in Europe and things like that.
It may be true in certain circumstances.
Especially with... Especially maybe well later on after the Civil War.
But with, you know, mechanization and industrialization.
But certainly not by the time of the Civil War.
In fact, I learned an interesting fact.
The cotton gin was seemingly this great technical revolution.
Actually increased the demand for slavery.
So certain new technologies are coming out.
And as they needed more and more raw materials for the machines they were building... Yeah, you didn't have the machines to pick the cotton.
People had to do it.
So this actually increased slavery.
But I brought that up because it was an interesting fact, and I was wrong about it in the past.
And I want to make sure... I mean, I'm a historian, but... Civil War.
Civil War.
What I did learn is that, as I've been reading a bit more and listening to more documentary stuff, it's really interesting.
There's just endless amounts of information about what happened at that time.
It's crazy.
And because it spans, I mean, the entirety from the American Revolution until the point of the Civil War.
They were talking about Civil War for a while.
In the 1820s, there was talk of Civil War.
And it didn't happen until 1861.
Now here's the interesting thing.
I think about something like that and I wonder if... You know, right now we're seeing all this stuff going like, oh boy, there could be a civil war.
And it's true, but it won't be for like a decade or two.
Because you need more geographic polarization.
As cities go nuts and, you know, Democrats lock things down, conservatives flee, we are getting more and more geographic polarization.
But there's a big difference, a very, very big difference between now and then, as to why I think it may happen faster than anyone realizes.
The issue is information.
It was remarkable, you know, some of the stuff that I was watching, small stories of skirmishes.
I watched a documentary about the, uh, was it the Albemarle?
I think it was, the ironclad man.
Ironclad ships seemingly invincible to the wooden cannon to the cannon fire of the wooden vessels and it would just tear through them.
But anyway, learned a lot of interesting things about how Civil War was bubbling up and many people were concerned it was going to happen.
But the information being the principal issue here was that There's like one guy who had to sail all the way around South America to try and bring artillery to the Western United States because of the war with Mexico.
And by the time he got there, the war was over!
unidentified
It's like, fighting stopped!
tim pool
There were people on the West Coast who didn't even know the U.S.
declared war on Mexico in the Mexican-American War for months!
It's like you're hanging out with a dude from Mexico and he's trading with you and then it's like, oh, did you realize we're at war?
Crap.
Today, we have the rapid instant information transmission.
And that means it's going to move quick.
If, you know, John Brown, when he did what he did at Harper's Ferry, he raided the armory, he was trying to ignite a slave rebellion, and it didn't work.
And the mistake he made was that he allowed a train to leave Harper's Ferry.
They brought word of what happened to the union, to the federal forces, who then came in and shut down the insurrection, as it were.
And this is John Brown's raid.
This is well before the Civil War, I believe.
Decently before.
A few years, I think.
I could be wrong about that.
The interesting thing is, if someone did something like that today, imagine if right now some abortion abolitionist took over an armory in some state in an effort to get people to rise up and stop abortion.
We would all know about it the instant it happened.
Whether or not a trainer, someone in the building would be texting before it happened, they'd be like, there's a crazy guy outside with guns.
And then it happened, they're gonna be like, yo, this is happening.
That's the crazy thing.
Carrie Lake had white powder sent to her office.
That's terrorism.
It's only getting worse.
Wait, that crazy guy sent those fake pipe bombs.
Apparently that guy was a Trump supporter.
It's only getting worse.
Are America's fears overblown?
Barbara F. Walter.
If a second civil war breaks out in the U.S., it will be a guerrilla war fought by multiple small militias spread around the country.
Their targets will be civilians, mainly minority groups, opposition leaders, and federal employees.
Full stop.
Absolutely insane to think that.
Minority groups?
Why?
What does that have to do with anything at issue right now?
Are the Republicans or the principal right faction in any way concerned?
No.
They're actually making grounds, winning voters from the Latino and Black communities.
You see, this is designed to scare you.
To get you into an ideological box.
So you think the only thing you can do is fight for truth and justice and this is it.
Because they're racist.
Judges?
Right now it's the left.
Okay, well hold on.
If she's saying that it's the left that would attack minorities, I'd believe it.
If she's saying that opposition leaders and federal employees, I absolutely believe it.
Judges will be assassinated.
Well, we just saw that one guy try to kill Kavanaugh and his family.
Democrats and moderate Republicans will be jailed on bogus charges.
Okay, well now, I gotta stop.
Democrats and Republicans, because if you're talking about the far left, they're gonna go after everybody.
But what is this?
Black churches, this is insane.
This lady is either insane or very evil.
The goal with this is to make you so terrified of what might happen.
She said, That's strange.
force federal law.
The goal will be to reduce the strength of the federal government and those who support
it.
This lady is either insane or very evil.
The goal with this is to make you so terrified of what might happen.
She said, we know this because far-right groups, such as the Proud Boys, have told us how they
plan to execute a civil war.
That's strange.
The former chair of the Proud Boys was a black guy.
But don't let that get in the way of your narrative.
unidentified
Okay.
tim pool
They call this type of war leaderless resistance and are influenced by a plan from the Turner Diaries.
A fictitious account of a future civil war written by William Pierce, a Nazi.
Mm-hmm, you see where they're going with this.
Blah, blah, blah, blah.
They say the U.S.
is not yet in a civil war.
But a 2012 declassified report by the CIA on insurgencies outlines the signs.
According to the report, a country is experiencing an open insurgency when sustained violence by increasing activist extremists has become the norm.
Oh, Antifa?
Okay.
That's it.
We're in insurgency.
Civil strife.
It's the far left.
I don't see far-right people going around doing anything.
They don't either, but they're so insane they think it is.
Oh, they got their one moment on January 6th when these morons started fighting with cops, don't get me wrong.
But Antifa has been out there violent for a decade plus.
So yeah, we must be here.
In this early stage of civil war, extremists are trying to force the population to choose sides, in part by demonstrating to citizens that the government cannot keep them safe or provide basic necessities.
Is that literally what the left is doing?
The goal is to incite a broader civil war by denigrating the state and growing support for violent measures.
Insurgency experts wondered whether January 6th would be the beginning of such a sustained series of attacks.
No, I thought it was the 529 insurrection, when far leftists tore down the barricades at the White House, set fire to a guard post, set fire to St.
John's Church, forced the president into a bunker, and injured 150 law enforcement officers.
But they don't talk about that one, do they?
The FBI has arrested more than 700, blah blah blah blah blah.
We also know who tends to start civil wars, especially those who fought between different ethnic, religious, and racial groups.
This also does not bode well for the U.S.
The groups that tend to resort to violence are not the poorest groups.
It's the groups that had once been politically dominant but is losing power.
It's the loss of political status.
It's strange.
Let's take a look at the American Civil War.
The group that had been politically dominant and losing power.
No, the South was never politically dominant and did not have that much power.
I mean, they had power, don't get me wrong.
But the North was industrialized and wealthy.
They had, at the Battle of Gettysburg, the North had breech-loading, rifled muskets.
I don't even call them muskets, they're breech-loading rifles.
They had cartridges.
The South, one of the reasons that they lost was that they did not.
They had muzzle-loading, rifled muskets.
It's crazy.
For the North, with the industrial base and wealth, they had substantially more people, substantially more weapons, and they even had international support.
They had a navy.
They blockaded the South.
The South did not have that power.
Now, I suppose they could argue, but it was the white majority that was fighting for, you know, in the South to maintain white supremacy.
The North was mostly white too, and they were extremely racist.
There were more white powerful individuals in the North than there were in the South.
unidentified
That's just it.
tim pool
That's just reality.
Now, don't get me wrong, slavery was dying out.
They were trying to maintain it.
Certain changes bolstered slavery in the 1820s and pushed it into, up to the point of the Civil War.
But in the North, they were wealthy.
So they had these, breach-loading gun means, it's like, you ever see the shotguns that like Elmer Fudd uses?
You know, the front breaks down and you put the rounds in the back?
They had paper cartridges with the bullet in the front, the powder in the back, and what they would do is they would break it open, They would push it in the back, close it, put a percussion cap, and then crank it back and fire so they could load super quick.
unidentified
Bang!
tim pool
Crack, put it in, cap, boom, bang.
The rifled muskets, they had the percussion caps, but they had to put the powder and the wadding and the round in it, stuff it in, and then take aim.
Anyway, I digress.
The North, they had more power.
But this is it.
They say, today, the Republican Party and its base of white Christian voters are losing their dominant position.
Except, the Democrats are the ones gaining white voters.
The Republicans are gaining Latino and black voters.
It's remarkable how they lie, isn't it?
They need this.
They need this.
So that when it comes to a war, you think, as you hear these things, that you're the good guy, fighting the evil Nazis, when in reality, you are the Nazi.
Fighting alongside a growing base of white, upper-class individuals who don't want to lose power, but they know how deeply unpopular that idea is.
So they have to lie.
It's why they push critical race theory, and it's why they're Democrats!
The oldest party in the country, the Democrats.
The party of slavery.
Quite literally, the party today, lying to you.
We'll see how this plays out.
We've got a lot more news to go through.
So I'll leave it there.
I don't want to go off on a tirade about the things I just learned about the Civil War.
Next segment's coming up at youtube.com slash timcast.
