Russia Collusion Conspiracy BACKFIRING On Democrats??!
Russia Collusion Conspiracy BACKFIRING On Democrats??! The report was submitted by special counsel Robert Mueller and a senior DOJ official said no new indictments will be filed and according to NBC news there are no sealed indictments either. You would think that if President Donald Trump colluded with Russia there would be at least one indictment, certainly other people would be involved. But as Glen Greenwald put it "they didn't even get Carter Page!"Not ONE indictment at all in this investigation having to do with Russian Collusion. From this it seems Democrats and other "resistance" personalities have given Trump and conservatives all the tools they need for his re-election come 2020. In fact many top Democratic candidates are steering clear of mentioned Russian Collusion.Democrats are other far left personalities will likely regret chasing this conspiracy theory so heavily for the past two years.

Special Counsel Robert Mueller has concluded his investigation, submitted his report, and according to a senior Justice Department official, will not be recommending any more indictments.
Now, we don't know what's in the report, and it may never be made public.
But many people, not just conservatives, are saying with no new indictments, the Russia collusion story has fallen on its face.
You'd think that if the president or someone around him was working with a foreign intelligence service to subvert our elections, someone would be getting indicted.
But so far, no one.
Now the bigger concern here is whether or not this investigation has given Trump ammunition for 2020.
And many people are concerned that Trump is going to play up the witch hunt and waste of money to boost himself.
And it's not just this narrative.
There's also the Green New Deal being opposed by labor unions and a new story from Politico saying Trump is on track for a 2020 landslide victory.
Today, let's take a look at what's going on at the special counsel's report, as well as other stories that show Trump may have all the ammunition he needs to win re-election.

From CNBC, Special Counsel Mueller has no sealed indictments as Russia probe ends.
The story says, Special Counsel Robert Mueller has concluded his investigation and will not file any more indictments in connection with his inquiry into Russian interference in the 2016 campaign.
NBC News reported on Friday, citing a senior U.S.
law enforcement official, there are no sealed indictments.
It is possible that leads uncovered during the special counsel's inquiry and handed off could lead to charges brought by state prosecutors or other parts of the Department of Justice.
But Mueller has no more indictments waiting under seal, and he will not recommend any further indictments, multiple outlets reported.
Candelanian tweeted, to be clear, there are no sealed indictments per law enforcement official.
Who knows?
Attorney General William Barr told lawmakers on Friday that he received a report from Mueller and will share its conclusions possibly as soon as this weekend.
Barr said he will consult with Rosenstein and Mueller to determine what other information from the report can be released to Congress and the public consistent with the law.
The White House has said the next steps are up to Barr.
Democratic leadership has pressed for the report to be made available to Congress and the public.
I think we should wait for the full report to be issued before jumping to any conclusions, Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-NY, said at a press conference Friday evening after a reporter asked about reports that there would be no new indictments.
Now, many people will say the Trump sphere still saw many indictments for varying issues, but the important point is that none of them were for Russian collusion.
Glenn Greenwald tweeted, If you consistently went on TV or wrote things to mislead millions into believing Mueller was coming to arrest Trump Jr., Jared, and a whole slew of others for conspiring with the Russians, just admit it.
Save yourselves the embarrassment of all this whitewashing and pretending.
At least CNN and MSNBC had the decency last night to have a funeral tone.
There were no admissions of wrongdoing, and it seemed more pained and coerced than voluntary.
But at least it was the first step in the coping process.
Down that path lies some salvation, at least.
I mean, they didn't even get Carter Page.
When I was urging a full investigation in lieu of media leaks and predicting the likely outcome back in March 2017, even I thought they'd get one low-level person for Russia conspiring.
No.
They got zero.
It is still entirely fair to point out there may be damning information in the report.
It may prove some unethical practices, some questionable practices, and it may lead to local jurisdictions filing some charges.
So it's not over yet.
But the important part is this seems to show Russia collusion is fake news.
For years, people were inundated with this news.
And the bigger question now is, is this going to help Trump going into 2020?
My opinion is going to be a hard yes.
I think Trump is going to weaponize this to his full advantage, claiming witch hunt, wasted money, and it's going to work in his benefit.
But let's talk about just why that's going to be powerful for Trump.
First and most importantly, from Gallup, a Gallup poll, what do you think is the most important problem facing your country today?
As of February 2019, the situation with Russia is listed at around 1%.
1% of people polled think that is the biggest problem facing our country.
If that's true, why so much attention?
Why the investigation?
Why the constant news from CNN and MSNBC and all these other pundits?
And while I'm not one to typically share a video from the Young Turks, Jimmy Dore, who I believe does an incredible job, highlights exactly why this is a problem.
And in my opinion, why it's going to help Trump.
Take a look.
unidentified
You wanna see how bad it's gotten?
Someone put this together from just one episode of her show from last March.
Now, that was the Young Turks citing one video, and I'm citing them, so take it with a grain of salt.
But I think it's fair to point out that MSNBC has played this narrative, they played it to an extreme degree.
So while it may be possible that Trump or his administration are facing smaller, more local indictments pending what's in this report, it's fair to point out that the Russian narrative was overplayed to an extreme degree, And without Russian collusion, what are they going to fall back on?
It's no surprise, then, why we see stories like this from the Columbia Journalism Review.
In terms of hardly any confidence at all in these varying institutions, the press actually beats out Congress.
Congress has the lowest rating of confidence, but the press has the highest rating for people with hardly any confidence at all.
And this is why.
And this means with their credibility shot going to 2020, what are they going to tell the public?
I feel like I've been sitting back, watching the Democrats play the wrong hand over and over again.
And honestly, I do blame the media.
It may seem a little out of place, but I have to bring up confidence in media.
It's very important.
Many of these Twitterati journalist types, they spin this web, they spin this narrative, and the Democrats get sucked in believing that a tiny fringe minority of progressives represent actual Americans.
They have been spun into this web of utter nonsense, and they're falling victim to it, same as anybody else.
The best example, and I cite it over and over again, is the Green New Deal and the AFL-CIO coming out against it.
From Newsweek, just last month, nearly every declared Democratic 2020 candidate supports Ocasio-Cortez's Green New Deal while Trump mocks the proposal.
At the time, perhaps it seemed like to a lot of people that Trump was out of touch.
The Democrats were the ones who knew what Americans actually wanted because polls show that most people supported the Green New Deal.
But the important factor here is Many of these polls, for one, came out before we actually saw what they were proposing and the weird bumbling gaffes that came out about paying people unwilling to work and them pulling down the facts on their website.
And more importantly, the question posed had nothing to do with their version of a Green New Deal.
The questions in the polls were about government investing in green technology, which yes, many people agree with.
The Green New Deal, as they've proposed it, is outrageous and a lot of people find it to be unrealistic and impossible.
But all the Democrats are supporting this, at least the top 2020 Democrats.
Who are they representing when even labor unions come out against it?
This story from Splinter News.
Now, I've chosen Splinter purposefully because they are a very far left-wing news outlet.
And they say the AFL-CIO has no love for the Green New Deal.
The story says, in a letter dated March 8th and addressed to Markey and Ocasio-Cortez last week, the AFL-CIO Energy Committee ripped apart the Green New Deal, an ambitious plan to both tackle climate change and overhaul and expand the safety net in America.
In the letter they say, we will not accept proposals that could cause immediate harm to millions of our members and their families.
We will not stand by and allow threats to our members' jobs and their families' standard of living go unanswered.
I think this is the best example, and it's why I've brought it up so much in the past week.
If the Democrats are no longer speaking in line with what labor unions want, then who are they representing?
They're not representing the working class.
They're not representing conservatives.
It seems like they're targeting a fringe minority of woke progressives.
They've chased after this Russia narrative so much, and now it's falling apart.
What are they going to push come 2020?
Now it's possible Democrats saw this coming.
They knew the Russia narrative would hurt them and not Trump.
This story from New York Magazine, why a lot of 2020 Democrats are nervous about the Mueller report.
The story essentially goes into detail about how many top 2020 contenders are not talking about Russia at all.
In the story, they say neither Joe Biden nor Bernie Sanders mentions Mueller much at all in public, and the probe is mostly irrelevant to their central messages.
They go on to mention that some of the other candidates don't have to mention it because they feel safe having already been associated with it to a certain degree.
But I think it's fair to point out, as Trump's repeatedly called this a witch hunt and a waste of money and things of that nature, If it turns out there is no Russia collusion, and that seems to be likely considering there's no indictments, Trump will absolutely weaponize this.
Now beyond that and the Green New Deal, we do have some more information that suggests Trump is on track to win.
From Axios just a few days ago, another Trump Facebook election.
The story says, while Democrats' campaign launches have sucked up national attention, President Trump's re-election campaign has quietly spent nearly twice as much as the entire Democratic field combined on Facebook and Google ads, according to data from Facebook and Google's political ad transparency reports aggregated by Bully Pulpit Interactive.
Why it matters?
Political advertising strategists say that this level of ad spend on digital platforms this early in the campaign season is unprecedented.
The data, captured between December 2018 and now, provides a window into the Trump campaign 2020 strategy, which until now has been virtually invisible, aside from a few rallies.
In this chart, we can see that Trump has spent $3.5 million on Facebook, $1 million on Google, We can see that Elizabeth Warren is coming in second place with a tiny fraction of what Trump has actually spent.
But you know what?
Don't take my word for it at all.
Don't listen to my opinion.
Listen to the report from Politico, how Trump is on track for a 2020 landslide.
Economic models point to a Trump blowout in 2020, but a faltering economy or giant scandal could change everything.
The story says if the election were held today, he'd likely ride to a second term in a huge landslide, according to multiple economic models with strong track records of picking presidential winners and losses.
Yale economist Ray Fair says, Even if you have a mediocre but not great economy,
and that's more or less consensus for between now and the election,
that has a Trump victory and by a non-trivial margin.
Winning 54% of the popular vote to 46% for the Democrat, he said.
Fair's model also predicted a Trump win in 2016, though it missed on Trump's share of the popular vote.
The story concludes by saying, prominent Democrats know that while Trump might seem like a loose cannon, faced with the threat of a devastating report from special counsel Robert Mueller, he will likely be a formidable opponent in 2020, especially if the economy remains close to where it is today.
Despite the fact that Trump is a largely incompetent clown, Democrats should not be overly confident or sanguine that they can beat him, said Dan Pfeiffer, a top aide to former President Barack Obama.
He is a slight favorite to win, but he barely won last time, and it took a black swan series of events to make that happen.
All Democrats have to do is flip 100,000 or so votes in three states to win, and that's a very doable thing.
And he's got a point.
Trump won some states by very, very thin margins.
And that surprised many people.
However, with the Mueller report coming out giving more ammo to Donald Trump, and with Democrats seeming to be out of touch as per the Green New Deal, I think Trump has more than enough he needs to secure his re-election.
But again, we're still looking at about two years.
A lot can happen from now till then.
And we don't know what's in the Mueller report.
For now, it looks like Trump is on track for a strong 2020 blowout.
Not my opinion.
That's coming from Politico.
Combined with these other issues, I think it's fair to say.
But we'll see what happens.
