We're back!
The Wild Hunt!
It's been a while.
I thought it was proper and reasonable that we should start the year in a strong fashion.
So I'm issuing now a Wild Hunt Challenge.
Before getting into the various missions, the steps, I have two things to say.
First and foremost, I want you all to admire how jacked and juicy Fuzique.
So that's the first message.

Now then, on to the wild hunt challenge.
And the reason for me making this now is that a lot of things going on in the world, of course, many geopolitical happenings at the moment.
We have the situation in Iran.
Perhaps it will be renamed Persia soon.
Who knows?
Who knows?
We have the situation in Greenland, situation in Venezuela.
Many things happening.
Still ongoing war in Ukraine and everything like that.
So it is important that we all keep, you know, keep ourselves updated.
And for me, of course, I do try to comment and bring valuable insights and to push things in our direction.
Of course, in the pro-European direction.
So if you follow me on X, you have all seen that.
So that is important.
We should definitely not just, you know, escape from the world and only focus on ourselves.
That is Lothuma's behavior.
However, we also need to not neglect our own path and journey forward.
So that is why I thought it would be a good thing to start with this wild hunt challenge.
So that is the reason.
So that if you focus too much on the geopolitical and you neglect the personal, it's not good.
Just as it's not good to only focus on yourself.
So there needs to be a balance.
So anyway, we're gonna Aristotle Max this fine January, February.
We're gonna adher to his teaching, which says the following, that excellence is a habit.
So we have a few different steps which I will now talk about.
So first and foremost, of course, training, which is, you know, this wild hunt challenge is nothing super new.
If you've been with me for a few years, you have, you know, probably seen many of these steps before.
But we're looking at training at least four days a week.
If you don't do it, and if you have, you know, a sedentary lifestyle, you sit down a lot.
It's not good for your mind nor body.
So you have to be active.
You have to train.
Otherwise, you will feel bad.
You might get depressed even.
So you need to train.
So four days a week for two months.
That's the first step.
Second step is to do meditation.
And now I will be a bit more specific here.
And we're going to go with Wim Hof breathing.
So you can do either three rounds.
That's the sort of starting position.
You can use certain YouTube Wim Hoff Breathing guided.
And then you will have it there.
And you can also, if you want to level up, you can go with a four round one or even you can find various breathing exercises, same technique, going in even more rounds.
So what I usually do is I set a red light in front of my face and then set it to 20 minutes.
And then I do now, as of late, I've done the four round Wim Hoff one.
I actually reached a record of a three minute breath hold.
I've only done it once.
This was in summer.
But still, it was a PR of sorts.
So I'm happy and proud of that.
So anyway, do try it.
Do try to do it four days a week for these two months of this particular wild hunt challenge.
So there we have two steps already done.
Train four days a week, which I suppose many of you are already doing.
But if you aren't, then definitely do so.
You should absolutely train in the gym or some sort of martial art or some sort of physical activity.
It's very, very necessary.
Wim Hoff breathing also.
If you are already doing some sort of meditation routine, you can continue with that instead.
But if you're new to meditation, I would not go into meditation directly.
I would go first with some breath work.
It's a lot easier to get into it.
So those are the first two steps.
Third step, read two books.
I can, of course, recommend, if you haven't already read it, the greatest book in the world, Demigod Mentality, standing between the two kings of Gondor up on my sacred shelf there.
Now of course for a second book which you should actually read first we have Dauntless.
I suppose most of you have read Dauntless.
If you haven't, you break my heart.
You break my heart if you haven't read Dauntless.
So do it for your own sake and for my sake.
Now of course if we say that you should read two books, it doesn't have to be my books.
Perhaps you've already read them.
Plenty of books to choose from in the world.
So pick two.
Now this isn't only about the information itself.
It's also about training your mind.
So this is especially important if you have been mugged by short format media content.
So we're talking about TikTok, Instagram reels and the like YouTube shorts.
This is a content, there's a type of content I don't like personally myself.
I don't have anything against people pushing a good message in that way, but for you, if you're watching this, you are probably an esteemed disciple of mine, if I may be so bold as to say that I have disciples.
But anyway, for you, I want the best for you, so I don't want you to consume all too many, you know, edits and reels, even though you can have nice schizo reels and everything like that, schizo edits, but it's not good for your mind.
It's better to read a book, so it can be even a fiction book.
The main purpose here is to, you know, get your mind to be more used to reading along, you know, many pages instead of having that constant, you know, visual stimuli directly in your face from this short videos on your phone.
So that is the step right there, reading two books.
Moving on to the next step, which is can be a bit hard.
So, but you have two months to prepare here.
It's a day of fasting.
Now, I know this is not pleasant, it's not particularly nice, but it's good for you.
It's good for your body to do a cleanse.
So you do autophagy maxing, so your body is sort of eating up old and damaged cells.
So my usual routine when it comes to fasting is that I do a lot of things that aren't necessarily super fun.
I do them on a fasting day.
So a few days ago, I did a 24-hour fast.
So the only thing I consumed in the day was a coffee with three quarters of a tablespoon of coconut oil, some cream in the coffee.
That was the only calories I had throughout the day.
And then the next calories I had same coffee, but the next day.
So 24 hour fast.
Sometimes I do a longer fast, 40 hour fast.
And then I simply start the day with a black coffee.
So you can choose whichever you go with.
If you haven't fasted before and you would like to do it in a bit easier way, this is how I did it back in the day as well.
So you eat maybe a big lunch or a big breakfast and then you don't eat anything until the next day.
So it's a bit easier, but still good for you.
So that is the task that you do a day of fasting.
Now try to do as many things as possible that aren't fun during that day.
So for me personally, I looked at logistics and stock count and everything like that for the greatest clothing company in the world.
Live you, Gloria, of course.
So the more creative and fun stuff is to develop actual products.
So that I do when I feel better, when I have more energy, when I have, you know, eaten properly and everything like that.
But when it comes to things that they need to be done, they're a bit tedious, they don't require full brain power, but they still need to be done.
I usually do those tasks when I am fasting.
It can also be such a thing as, you know, cleaning out a garage or cleaning out old files on your computer or whatever it might be.
Maintenance work.
So meanwhile, your body is autophagy maxing, cleaning out and cleansing your body.
You are cleansing your files on the computer or your garage or whatever it might be.
Then last step, last but not least, and this is especially important for my fellow workaholics.
I have diagnosed myself as a workaholic.
I honestly feel quite bad if I'm not productive.
It's not a super good thing.
It's not a super good mentality to have.
It is good to a certain extent, but if you overwork yourself, then you're going to be less productive later.
So if you want to be as productive as possible, if you want to be the best husband, you can be the best father, you can be the best businessman, entrepreneur, the best metapolitical crusader, then you need to take care of your happiness and joy also.
So this is something I have to force myself to do.
I have to force myself to do some fun things.
So for this particular challenge, and I'm doing this myself as well, I will try to do all of the steps that I encourage you to do.
So this is simply to play two sessions of any type of board game.
And now I will share my own wishes and desires here with you all, my esteemed audience.
So first and foremost, we have look at that nice big box.
I got this when I was like 15, played a bit then, but never really got a good session in.
Now this particular game, you need to be seven guys, seven sensitive young men, and you need like seven hours to play it.
So this is board game legendary mode, especially if you yourself, you have a quite busy schedule.
Your mates, they also have a busy schedule.
So I will try my utmost to get a session of diplomacy these two months within these two months.
Otherwise, if I fail, the West will fall.
So the West will fall if I don't manage to get a diplomacy game in.
I also have the following game, Britannia.
So this is four players and yeah, also like six, seven, maybe eight hours depending on various factors.
So that's also something that I want to try to get in a session of really fun as well.
Played that quite a bit back in the day.
So basically it's about the invasions of Britain.
So from the Roman invasion and then ending with the Norman invasion.
Really good stuff, really good stuff.
I will show if I get to play any of those.
Then also I have made the following promise to myself to start playing some sort of Warhammer game as well.
So now I'm just sharing my own plans here for you.
The step is to get in two sessions of a board game.
So you might ask, gaming, etc.
I don't have anything against video games at all.
I've played my fair share.
You have true masterpieces such as The Witcher 3 or Skyrim.
So it can be good.
But when it comes to board games, there's a different feel and vibe because you're in close physical proximity to your friends.
The sort of dynamics, it's completely different.
So very much to very much preferred board games, actually.
And I feel my Viking ancestors as well.
They say to me two things because they were enjoyers of board games.
So they say to me, you need to play some sort of board game and you need to enact regime change.
So I will do it.
I will do it.
Then, as I said, my own promise to myself is to start playing Warhammer again.
And I will try to get in at least one game a month.
So that's not super much, but it's still something that, you know, I can definitely, I should do.
I need to force myself to do it so I don't only grind max.
So my point here is that if you are in this situation, and I suppose many guys, especially if you are some sort of entrepreneur, husband and a father, you are in this situation where you it doesn't feel good for you, it doesn't feel right for you to do something fun for yourself.
But in the you know, most logical analysis, this is not a sustainable way to treat yourself.
So do something fun.
And if you look at it, one Warhammer game a month or whichever game you would like to play, it's not much in terms of time.
It's definitely something you can do for yourself so that you can be a better man, happier man, because you need to, you know, look at your own happiness.
If you don't, then you might be not a pleasant person to be around.
So important thing for sure.
