Perhaps a lot of new listeners as well, because I starting now, I will post the first half of every episode publicly.
And then, of course, you can access the full episode on Gumroad, Subscribestar, and some other places as well.
I will announce later on.
But anyway, if you are new to this fine podcast, the format is usually that I talk about some recent events and geopolitics and politics and some training, health updates, everything like that.
And then in the second half or later in the episode, I talk about the main topic of the episode.
So that is at least how usually an episode works.
So we'll get straight into it with a training update.
It's a quite brief training update.
I simply want to say that the Russian Squadron is one hell of a routine.
It's one hell of a schedule.
So yeah, I have continued on.
This is my second cycle of it now.
And yeah, it feels good, but it also takes its toll on the body.
So if you do something like this, you need to, you know, optimize your sleep and recovery and everything like that.
So I haven't really trained much else except the squats.
So focused only on that.
And then I've trained some bench press as well.
My elbow feels all good again.
So I will probably focus a bit on the bench press after I'm done with this cycle of Russian squadrotin.
Now as you've perhaps seen, also I have created a new schedule.
It's based on how I trained back in the day during the Latzbrad days.
So it's six days a week, full steam ahead, and it's a very tough schedule.
So if you want a tough schedule, then definitely you can check that out.
It's available on Gumroad.
And if you're not ready to train really, really hard, then it's not for you because you need to, you know, be able to optimize your sleep and your diet and everything like that.
And you need to be very rigorous and disciplined when following the schedule.
So it's a bit of an investment, but if you do embark on it, if you do follow the schedule, if you do start on it, I can say that you will get some good gains indeed.
So there are plenty of schedules online, plenty of schedules for free as well.
Both the Smallov Junior and the Russian Squadron, they are accessible for free.
Just search for them and you shall find.
So I would say the following: that no matter which plan you follow, no matter which schedule you follow, you have to follow a plan at least.
You can't just go into the gym without having a concrete plan.
So that is the best advice I can give.
And I know that perhaps some of you who are listening right now, you have decided that this is the year when you want to put on some mass and strength in the gym.
So my best recommendation as a natural, i.e. that I don't take any steroids nor have I ever taken any steroids, my best advice is to go into the gym with a plan so you know exactly what you're gonna do when you get there.
So that was the training update.
Moving on to I'm not quite sure what to call it, but some sort of update, a hit piss update perhaps.
So I'm sure you've seen already.
I was the subject of a hit piss by a radical left-wing extremist woman here in Sweden and she had actually tried to access pictures of our children as well, which made the entire thing a lot worse.
So she showed her fake profiles in the actual trailer and then Julia, my wife, she noticed that she had a follow request from that very account.
So a bit dodgy stuff going on for sure.
Anyway, I made a video on it as a response, as a quick response to that, to the claim that I am hateful or harmful.
And I will just restate what I said in the video, that I challenge anyone to actually find when or where I have ever said anything hateful or harmful.
Now, I thought to respond to a question that I didn't talk about in that particular video, and that is the question, the following question.
Why would a Swedish woman, so an ethnically Swedish woman, attack someone who only wants to make life better for Swedish people, in particular Swedish women?
Because as you know, the multicultural health project, mass immigration of men from the third world, it has been an absolute catastrophe for white women, for Swedish women.
So why would she do that?
And the absolutely simplest way to explain it is that she doesn't identify with her in-group, with her own group.
And we talked about this in the cultured thug episode.
So my latest podcast episode, we talked about the liberal or leftist, their preference.
So they identify more with others than with their own group.
They have a negative in-group preference, which is a very strange thing.
It's almost a psychological defect, evolutionary speaking.
So you have any type of sane animal or human, they have a positive in-group preference that they, you know, they care about their family first and foremost.
But these individuals, they actively dislike their own, so therefore she takes the side of the others.
So she doesn't really care that, you know, other Swedish women are being raped or bombs are going off every day in Sweden.
Which, by the way, I'm not exaggerating now.
It's basically what is going on.
You can follow my good friend Dan Erikson on his Telegram channel.
He updates every once in a while, you know, this is what's going on in Sweden today.
This is where bombs have gone off.
This is where a shooting has happened.
So Sweden, at the moment, I am very confident that we can save the situation.
I'm very confident indeed because there's so much talent in Sweden.
So many dedicated men and women that are working hard for the benefit of the Swedish people.
But as it looks right now, it's a gangster's paradise and it's total chaos because the liberal government, which is quote-unquote conservative with the Sweden Democrats in a supporting role, they don't have what it takes because they are still, you know, bound.
Their hands are bound by the shackles of liberalism.
So they can't really do anything.
Now, the solution is, of course, a large-scale re-migration process that will solve the issue.
And until that happens, things like this, bombings, stabbings, shootings, etc., they will unfortunately continue.
So therefore, someone looking at Sweden at the moment, they might, you know, see this Swedish woman attacking me and I'm only trying to make Sweden safe again.
And they ask why on earth would she do that?
And that is the fundamental psychological mechanism is that she doesn't identify with the Swedish group.
She identifies with the others.
So therefore she views me as the main evil in the world.
I'm the very epitome of a white man.
So she's been taught in universities that I am to blame for all the world's evils.
Conveniently enough, ignoring all of the good things white men have brought to the world.
So basically every comfort we have right now is the result of the genius of white men.
Of course being supported by societies as well.
So any one man can't take credit for an invention because, you know, he has been in need of the farmer supplying food for him and the tailor supplying clothes for him, whatever it might be.
So an entire society can be given credit for the invention of one genius.
So anyway, that is the psychology that they simply don't like white people.
She doesn't like her own nation.
She doesn't like her own people.
She doesn't like Swedes.
And then she goes to university and she's being told by her professors that her dislike is completely rational because after all, this is the big devil you're talking about.
And then she sees me exemplifying everything like that.
And she's projecting all of her hatred on me and attacks me.
So that can explain this very, very strange behavior.
But yeah, it is what it is.
So since we are on the topic, I can also respond to a question that comes up every once in a while.
So this is not as serious, but it's still something that is somewhat related.
And that is, I see, every once in a while, people ask, why are so many gingers converting to Islam?
And the reason is quite simple.
It's because there are stupid and evil people in British schools who bully gingers.
So the gingers, they don't feel at home in their own nation.
They feel like outsiders because they have been picked on since they were small.
So therefore, they have a harder time identifying with the majority culture.
So the majority British culture.
So they find a belonging somewhere else in Islam, for example.
And the Prophet Muhammad, he is said to have been a ginger himself.
So being ginger among Muslims, it's a quite popular thing.
So you have those two aspects of it.
And the primary aspect is, of course, that if you have felt like an outsider in your own country, it's quite natural that you seek a belonging in a different group.
So I understand completely if someone would want to convert to Islam if they are in a cosmopolitan, rootless society and then you're being offered a community, it's a perfectly human impulse to go for it.
That is not to say that I condone converting to Islam in any way.
I definitely don't think you should do it.
But it's important for us to understand why people are drawn to it so we can better our own society.
So we know that, yes, our own society is not good enough at the moment.
So therefore, people are drawn to other cultures, other religions.
And I will just say the following: that we're going to talk about religion in this episode.
So I will say the following: that I understand completely that if you have the choice between atheism and whichever religion it might be, I understand completely that you choose whichever religion it might be.
It can be Islam even.
So that is my own take because atheism, it's not something you want to engage in.
It's not something that is healthy for you and it's not something that we can have as a reigning ideology in a society.
We need a religion, preferably European paganism, but anything is better than atheism at least.
So some basic psychology about group belonging, about favoring other groups, about having a vendetta against your own group, feeling like an outsider in your own society.
And this can have, you know, catastrophic consequences, especially when we're talking about bullying.
You can look at someone like Bill Gates.
He was bullied by vicious people when he was small.
And that resulted in him being a bit angry at his own society.
So imagine instead if people had been nice to him and if he now worked for the betterment of European civilization.
I say this as a great fan of Microsoft, but I also know that Bill Gates has been up to some nefarious activities and I understand also that he might carry some trauma from his childhood and that trauma might have influenced him in becoming less friendly towards his fellow humans.
So on a personal note, I have been treated well my entire life, so therefore it's easier for me to be kind to others.
I can't really relate to anyone who's been mistreated for most of their lives.
I can only suppose I can only understand that it creates distrust towards other humans.
So yeah, be kind to others and they will be kind when they grow up like I am.
So, anyway, that all being said, moving on to the next update.
Now, I will, of course, say that since becoming a public figure, since becoming a metapolitical actor, I have, of course, received my fair share of viciousness and the like.
but it's part and parcel of being a public figure.
So it just, yeah, it comes with the territory and the support and love and admiration I've gotten over all of these years.
It's like 99% against 1%.
So the balance is heavily in my favor.
And even my detractors, they've always been quite kind to me.
I will read a little passage here.
So this is some sort of liberal journalist who talks about me and he says, he looks like someone put Brad Pitt's head onto the Hulk's body.
Now I will be a bit humble and say that I am nowhere near as handsome as Brad Pitt, but I take any compliment I can get.
So thank you very much for that.
It warmed my heart, dear liberal journalist.
So yeah, I've gotten quite a bit of this over the years as well.
So that makes it easier for me to be positive and kind and compassionate to others.
So it's sort of a positive feedback loop that I'm kind and positive and then people like me.
So therefore I get even kinder and more positive and I can always have a high energy level.
And on the flip side you can have a resentful, hateful, spiteful individual.
Dostoevsky writes quite well about it in Notes from Underground which is a book I can highly recommend.
It's quite short as well so if you don't want to read, if you don't want to push through crime and punishment, you can start with Notes from Underground and then you will get a good explanation of the psyche of the lower.
So the negative feedback loop you can have in this case would be if someone is negative and spiteful and then you know others pick up on it and they might not treat him or her well because he's an unpleasant individual so therefore he gets even more resentful and hateful and spiteful and it's just a downward spiral of negativity.
Anyway, that all being said, moving on to the next update which is a social media update.
I have created a new YouTube channel.
I thought to give this a go this year.
So essentially I will post videos of me art maxing.
So probably primarily painting Warhammer, the occasional calligraphy and the occasional normal art as well.
So, you know, me painting on a canvas.
Now I'll straight up say that I am not the most talented artist.
I am just a sensitive poet giving it a go.
And the reason for me creating that channel is that I thought since I'm painting already, I might as well make content out of it for cozy maxing.
So if someone likes to watch that to, you know, occupy their minds or just to listen to my voice and see me paint or something like that, it can be a good idea.
Now then someone might ask, why on earth are you in this crucial moment in time?
Why are you focusing on calligraphy or why are you painting Warhammer?
And yes, this is something I've said before.
I'll say it again because it's of utmost importance and this goes out to anyone who's involved in metapolitics or in politics or in any way if you work for the great cause of European civilization, you need to pace yourself.
I've seen this so many times.
So many individuals over all of these years, they go full steam ahead for a year or two or even three and then they are exhausted because they don't know how to replenish their batteries.
So you need something for the majority of individuals, including myself, you need something to find joy in.
You can't only look at the state of European civilization, especially if you are prone to doom-scrolling.
So if you're only ever looking at the latest news, again, if you're only looking at the latest weather forecast, but instead of weather it's about bombs or shootings going off in Sweden, if you only ever look at that, you will be, you know, it's not good for your psyche, to put it mildly.
So you need something else to focus on.
So therefore, I know gaming is quite popular just to get your mind off, you know, to focus on something else.
And in my case, it's painting.
So painting Warhammer, it's sort of like meditation for me.
So I need to do it in order for me to push through in the long run.
And you know, I have my good track record over 10 years time, so I can actually point to it as a formula for success if you want to stay at it for a long time.
You need something else to focus on as well.
So you can look at something like this hitbase.
You know, I'm quite hardened by this stage, but even so, not a nice thing at all, not a pleasant thing.
So therefore, it can be a bit stressful and you can have a lot of stress otherwise as well.
It's been non-stop stress for many years now.
So I need to focus my mind actively on something else.
So instead of thinking about all of these negative things, I can think of how I will paint this Lord of the Rings Rohirim soldiers or how I'll paint this high elf lord or I will find an epic quote to write some calligraphy to.
So, you know, you focus on something else.
And then also you have the added benefit when you do any sort of creative work.
So yeah, painting something.
It's nice.
It feels good.
And especially since I am, you know, everything I do is creative from making videos to designing clothes or anything like that.
Everything is creative and all creative endeavors, they sort of give a positive energy to each other.
So it's a bit like training.
You know, you can train your deadlift strength and that will be good for basically any other athletic performance.
So it can translate really well into MMA, especially when it comes to, you know, the wrestling part of it.
Or you can train your hand coordination and that will be good for a lot of things as well.
Funnily enough, hand coordination is good for both boxing and calligraphy and painting Warhammer.
So many of these things, they go into each other.
So anyway, long story short, I've created that channel.
I do paint already, so I might as well make content out of it.
And yeah, it doesn't take time away from the metapolitical content.
I aim to make a lot of videos this year.
Just keep pushing the Overton window.
And again, just restate my main pointer is that I also do need to paint Warhammer or something similar to be able to keep grinding in the long run.
And I would suggest that if you are in this situation as well, if you are politically active and if you are under a lot of pressure, do have something that you can, you know, escape into every once in a while so you can keep going.
So stay tuned for the first video and hopefully many videos to come on that channel.
And you can find it at Golden Lion Art.
And you can find it on Instagram as well.
Now, moving on to a last update before we get into the main topic of the episode.
So I will comment on Trump's first days in power later on when we can actually see some more of the things he has done.
Of course I made a video on his comments about annexing Greenland and my response was simply to say that Francis Fukuyama was wrong.
We have not reached the end of history.
History keeps on marching and Trump shows this with full clarity.
So when he says that he wants to annex the Panama Canal, which is, you know, a completely normal thing for him to do, if you look at how connected the globe is in terms of trade at the moment, the Panama Canal is a gold mine in terms of logistics.
So to use a historical example here, so I'm switching focus a bit, but it will make sense.
So bear with me as we travel back in time and look at the greatest rivalry of all time.
Well, one of the greatest rivalries of all time.
The French-English one is also up there in terms of epic rivalries.
But anyway, Sweden and Denmark fought for many, many centuries.
And if you look at a map of Denmark and southern Sweden, you have Schopenham, Copenhagen on one side, and you have Malmer on the other side.
So back in the day, the Dutch, who had trading interests in the Baltic Sea, they did not want either power to own both sides of the Straits.
Because then they could, of course, impose tolls and customs and stuff like that.
So they actually gave aid to whichever side that enabled the Straits to be not controlled by any single entity.
So it was in Danish hands for many centuries until Sweden conquered all of Scania.
I might return to it in another episode.
I'm quite interested in the Hanseatic League and of course the Middle Ages as we all are.
I can only suppose that all of my gentle listeners are enthusiasts of the Middle Ages.
But anyway, that is just an example to show that it is of paramount importance to control this logistically important locations.
Same thing with the Suez Canal, or in this case, the Panama Canal.
But anyway, history keeps on going and this also leads us into a somewhat related thing.
I'm not gonna disgust you all by talking about OnlyFans too much.
I'm just gonna say that were it up to me, I would immediately ban OnlyFans, I would ban all kinds of pornography.
Now, as you might have seen, if you follow me on X, which I can only suppose that you do, I shared a video from Daily Turkic, and the post says the following.
An OnlyFans creator in Turkey has been arrested after announcing plans to be with 100 men in a single day.
And then the video itself is some policeman carrying away some sort of woman there.
And I reposted saying the Ottoman Empire may be an ancestral enemy, but they have my respect here.
And of course, I mean that the Ottoman Empire is an ancestral enemy to Europe as a whole.
And don't get me wrong here when I praise Turkey in any conflict with Greece.
I am 100% on the Greek side.
But I also want to give credit where credit is due.
So therefore I say yes, I tip my hat in respect to the Turkish government for stepping in.
Because if you are serious about yourself, if you are a serious player in the game of history, the great game of power, the game of survival, then you can absolutely not accept this kind of degeneracy in a nation.
So a nation that accepts this kind of behavior, a woman sleeping with 100 men in a day or in a lifetime, it's not something that can ever be accepted.
If you do, then you are on the ropes, down for the counting, and your nation probably doesn't have all too long to live.
So it's a sign of a dying nation that you accept this kind of vile behavior.
So on a very personal level you can also, as a man, you can look at something like this, a woman announcing this kind of thing, and if you don't feel a great level of disgust, something is probably wrong with your very essence.
So you might be plagued by nihilism, again atheism, it can be a wide variety of factors, but it's the same thing as a dying animal.
And if some vicious individual goes up to prod the animal and the animal doesn't really respond, it's a sign that the animal is very sick.
And the same thing here, if a man doesn't react with disgust towards something like this, it's a sign that the man is dying spiritually.
And the same thing on a societal level.
If a nation accepts this kind of degeneracy, they are rapidly approaching the end of their life.
And something to keep in mind is that if you look at history, so many cultures, so many nations, they have met their end.
So it's not a given that your own nation will survive.
And I'm especially looking at England now, merry old England, one of the most glorious entities to ever exist in human history, one of the most glorious nations to ever exist.
I always defend the good name of England for a wide variety of reasons.
First and foremost, because everything that is being said against England is usually being said against Sweden as well.
So I'm sort of defending Sweden as well when I defend England.
But then also a lot of different other reasons.
One of many is that I have gained so much joy and inspiration from Tolkien over all of these years.
So I feel a level of loyalty to the culture that gave birth to that particular genius.
And then Warhammer, of course, as well.
But anyway, my main point is that Turkey, they are still serious about being a respectable nation and that they arrest this individual who announced that she would sleep with 100 men in a day.
That is a sign that they are indeed serious about themselves.
They have self-respect, which is something Western nations haven't had for a long time.
And we can only work towards getting it back.
Otherwise, we will, yeah, we will die as a civilization.
It's just how it is.
So we need to keep pushing.
We need to keep working hard to present a beautiful, life-affirming vision for the future.
So a lot more can be said about all of this.
But yeah, we will check back in next month with an update to see what good old Trump has been up to.
So interesting stuff for sure.
And as I've said before, we live in very exciting times.
So a lot to keep our eyes on.
And yeah, take heart, everyone, we should be white-pilled because the world is changing and those who have the most willpower will emerge victorious.
So again, we need to keep pushing.
Now, that all being said, we need to discuss the great holy text, the Bhagavad Gita.
Now, before doing so, I will just ever so briefly explain the biocultural background of it all.
So when I read the Bhagavad Gita, I'm not doing it because I am looking at another culture's holy texts to replace my own.
Instead, I am actually looking at it to gain a deeper understanding of our own religious heritage because the Bhagavad Gita is an Aryan text and this actually becomes quite apparent when you read it.
It feels quite familiar.
Now, I will say the following, that I haven't finished it.
I've read half of it.
But that is enough to at least comment on it.
So it's enough for me to comment on.
And then maybe if I deem it necessary, I will comment on the second half of it in a different podcast episode or a video or a book review or whatever it might be.
But yeah, I also want to say the following that there are many out there who are literal scholars of the Bhagavad Gita who can give you a more in-depth explanation of it.
So this is just my take on it.
These are just my thoughts as a European pagan, primarily a Germanic pagan.
So yeah, that is my disclaimer before talking about it.
But anyway, a quick biocultural background to it.
You have the Coded Ware culture that I am very fond of talking about because it's the probably the most important culture in human history.
So from the Coded Ware culture, from the wellspring of a Coded Ware culture, came most of the later European cultures that you're all familiar with.
So the Romans, the Germanics, the Celtics, the Slavics and so on.
And not only that, but they expanded eastwards.
They expanded back eastwards because they originally came from the steppe of Ukraine and then they mixed with Old Europe.
So the early European farmers in Europe.
So Germany, Poland, so Central Europe.
And that mix then between the Western steppe herders or Proto-Indo-Europeans and the early European farmers that created the Coded Ware culture.
So this is also important to keep in mind when we're talking about steppe herders and proto-Indo-Europeans and Aryans and everything like that.
Is that the potent mix it's a mix between early European farmers?
So don't think that these early European farmers were some dorks that we shouldn't be proud of.
They were highly advanced, very intelligent.
Many of the first inventions were actually in Europe first, such as the wheel.
So the early European farmers, very potent culture, and they are still part of our blood today, no matter where you are from in Europe.
So we are a mix of this proto-Indo-Europeans or Western stepherders or Aryans or whatever you want to call them and the early European farmers.
And they in turn are a mix of Western hunter-gatherers and Anatolian Neolithic farmers.
So this mix at least resulted in the Coded Ware culture.
And these guys, these high Thumus guys, they expanded eastwards and eventually came to both Iran and India.
And that's why you can see some Iranians, they look quite white indeed.
And their religion, so their pre-Islamic religion is an Aryan religion.
Same thing with Vedic India.
And that brings us to the Bhagavad Gita.
So you can trace the origins of it to Europe, actually.
Then of course I will be completely honest and say that yes, it is heavily influenced by the local Indian religious attitudes.
Of course it is.
All religions develop and you know take on a local flavor.
So that's also why you have the Roman religion and the Germanic religion.
They aren't quite the same.
They weren't the same 2000 years ago.
A good example of this is that the Romans didn't know how to translate Odin.
They translated him into Mercury.
But of course Odin is the king of the gods in the Germanic pantheon and Mercury or Hermes he is a messenger, a powerful god in his own right, but not the king of the gods.
That is Zeus or Jupiter to use the Roman name.
So all of this said, what I want to say, what I really want to say to you all is that when we read the Bhagavad Gita, you have two different influences.
You have the origins, which can be found in Europe.
If we trace back the movements of the Coded Ware-derived cultures, and if you want a deeper dive into this, I can definitely recommend my man Tom, my man Tom's video, Survived the Jives video on the Aryan invasion of India.
So this is proven beyond any doubt now, thanks to genetical studies, that there was indeed an invasion from the north into India and that created the the Vedic culture.
So you can definitely make the case that you should read the Bhagavad Gita to get closer to European spirituality, European religion.
And if you are interested in this topic, it's called comparative mythology.
Now that does not mean that all of the gods are exactly the same.
So Indra and Thor they are not the exact same, but if you look at myths and stories and the like you can see similarities and they can then point to a shared origin of these religions.
So anyway that all being said let's get into the holy text itself and I have read the Bhagavad Gita as it is by his divine grace Swami Prabhupada if I pronounce that somewhat correctly.
So explained in the simplest of terms, you can say that the Bhagavad Gita is a conversation between Arjuna, which is a hero of the Kshatriya class, so the warrior archetype, and Krishna, the supreme personality of Godhead.
So if you are Christian or if you are not following any religion in particular, you can just view Krishna as God.
So the author also uses the terms interchangeably, so Krishna or God.
So I will actually start with a quite epic and beautiful quote describing Krishna, before we get into some of the other passengers in the book.
So we turn to page 431.
In this abode, the Lord is served by hundreds of thousands of goddesses of fortune, and he is called Govinda, the primal lord and the cause of all causes.
The Lord is accustomed to blow his flute.
His transcendental form is the most attractive in all the worlds.
His eyes are like the lotus petals and the colour of his body like clouds.
He is so attractive that his beauty excels that of a thousand cupids.
He wears saffron cloth, a garland around his neck and a peacock feather in his hair.
In the Gita, Lord Krishna gives only a small hint of his personal abode, which is the supermost planet in the spiritual kingdom.
So quite epic stuff indeed, quite beautifully written.
Always, when I read any esoteric text and a spiritual text, I'm always on the lookout for beautiful and epic quotes like this.
So anyway, Krishna is the cause of all causes.
And then there are many other gods, or demigods, as this author labels them, and they are subservient to Krishna, so they are part of Krishna.
Now I explained this in the following way about a year ago, when I made a video titled Do I believe in God?
And then I said, yes, I believe in God and I also believe in the gods, and I compared it to the world ocean, which is one ocean, so that is God.
And then you have different oceans, so you have the Baltic Sea, and then you have the Mediterranean and the Atlantic, so they Separate, but they are still connected and they are part of the one.
And this is also something that is stressed in the Bhagavad Gita: that Krishna, the supreme personality of Godhead, so God, He is in everything, and everything comes from Him.
This will be familiar to anyone who is a Neoplatonist.
So, you can find these similarities between the discussions on God.
And here, a perennialist would have a good time finding the similarities and pointing to the commonalities between the great religions and pointing to the ultimate truth of God.
Now, of course, this is all very, you know, it's definitely far beyond my understanding to comment on the nature of God.
I'm just a humble, aspiring, enlightened despot who is interested in these things, so I can fuel my own journey.
But yeah, it does make sense that you have a great metaphysical force behind the physical, the material realm.
And this is also how it's described in the Bhagavad Gita here: that Krishna is behind it all, he is above it all, and he exists in it all.
So, I got ahead of myself a bit here.
I was actually supposed to explain what the Bhagavad Gita was at first.
So, you can view it as a discussion between this hero Arjuna and Krishna.
So, Krishna comes down to he assumes a human form and gives advice to his friend Arjuna.
And the main, perhaps the most potent teaching of the Bhagavad Gita is to do your duty.
And this is also why it strikes me as a very Aryan text that Krishna says to Arjuna, that do your duty as a warrior, as Akshatria.
So, Arjuna asks Krishna, I don't want to fight this battle, because they are on a battlefield in the chariot and they have this conversation.
And he says, Arjuna says, I don't want to fight because on the other side there are relatives, people I like, I don't want to fight.
And then Krishna says, You have to fight because you are Akshatria.
So, this is your duty.
And this passage strikes me as a very, very Indo-European thing indeed, that you do your duty no matter what, and you live in accord with your archetype.
So, he is a warrior, that is his calling, and he's only doing his duty, and thereby also he follows Dharma.
So, the right path.
I've talked about this before: Dharma following the Tur run.
If we're talking about rune, the Germanic conception of right and wrong, you follow the Tur rune doing what is right, and here, you know, following Dharma, doing your duty.
So, very familiar stuff indeed.
So, we turn to page 73 and we read the following: The supreme person said, My dear Arjuna, how have these impurities come upon you?
They are not at all befitting a man who knows the progressive values of life.
They do not lead to higher planets, but to infamy.
So, Krishna is admonishing Arjuna because he doesn't want to fight.
And when he says higher planets, it's what you could maybe call the kingdom of heaven if you are a Christian or Valhalla or something like that.
So, we turn to page 75, where the commentator of the Bhagavad Gita says the following: Although Arjuna was a kshatriya, he was deviating from his prescribed duties by declining to fight.
This act of cowardice is described as befitting the non-Aryans.
Such deviation from duty does not help one in the progress of spiritual life, nor does it even give one the opportunity to become famous in this world.
Lord Krishna did not approve of the so-called compassion of Arjuna for his kinsmen.
So, this is a very good way to describe it.
Now, we'll go to a music break and then we'll be right back.
