Greetings my esteemed subscribers.
I'm checking in from Paradise, aka Sweden in May.
Feels absolutely great, mate.
And as you can see, I'm sun maxing a bit and thus I thought it appropriate to chime into the whole sun maxing your balls discussion.
I saw it's a relevant topic these days.
So I can actually summarize my thoughts in a brief fashion.
So we can say the following.
Does sun maxing your balls magically increase your testosterone by 100%?
Does it cure any disease?
Is it the key to optimum health?
No to all of those questions.
However, if you ask, is it a nice thing to be naked in the sun?
Yes, it is.
It is a nice thing.
Just as it's a nice thing to do some grounding.
So walking around barefoot in nature.
Now, whenever one of these health trends appear, you can view it in the following way.
There is probably a point to it, to a health trend, but if someone makes too much out of it, you can view it with a healthy amount of skepticism.
So sun maxing itself has a whole host of health benefits.
So you can sunmax like I'm doing now.

So if you want the health benefit, as long as you expose yourself to sun, you don't absolutely need to sun max your balls if you don't want to.
If you don't feel comfortable being naked outside, you don't need to do it.
I would encourage you to be out in the sun, especially in the morning sun.
You can of course avoid the midday sun, which is a bit stronger, which can be a bit more hurtful, especially if you haven't built up a good tan.
You should also avoid seed oils.
I could go into the science behind it, but I'm too busy reading esoteric literature.
So I can post book reviews.
But yeah, you can look up some studies, you can look at PubMed.
They usually have some good studies if you would like to see that.
Then of course I must add that not everything needs to have a scientific study.
You can also listen to common sense.
You can also listen to your body in a lot of ways.
So we know for example that people today are a lot unhealthier for whatever reason.
Back in the day when you ate more butter and less seed oils, yeah, people were healthier.
Skin cancer from the sun, I don't know how common it was a thousand years ago.
I know it's quite common now because of certain factors.
Sunscreen as well has been linked to various negative health effects.
So you shouldn't be afraid of the sun, especially if you live on an otherwise healthy lifestyle.
If you have a clean diet, you shouldn't be afraid of the sun.
Of course you can do it in moderation as well.
So try to get the morning sun.
This is morning sun by the way.
It's my favorite, very Apollonian.
To sun max in the morning to load up with some solar energy to fuel your performance for the day.
But anyway, main point that sun maxing is good sun maxing under the wrong circumstances.
So going from completely untanned to going out in the midday sun, especially if you live in a hotter country where the sun is a bit stronger, if you eat a lot of bad stuff, basically, if you eat a lot of seed oils and stuff like that, yeah, it might be harmful for you, but sun maxing in the morning sun, especially here in good old Sweden, if you eat good, if you eat well, then yeah, it's not a problem.
But anyway, back to the main point of the video, sun maxing your balls.
It's nice to be naked in the sun.
Do you absolutely need to to optimize your health?
No, you don't need to.
So it's similar to a gym exercise.
Do you absolutely have to do deadlifts?
No, you don't have to.
It's a nice thing.
It's a good and glorious thing to do, deadlifts.
But you can also do a lot of squats and barbell rows and you will gain the benefits.
So whenever you have one of these health things, you can usually substitute it for something else.
And as you say in Sweden, munga bekersmo, which means many streams, will make a big river.
Which is to say that if you do a lot of small things, it will add up into a big difference in the end.
But usually you can substitute certain things for other things.
Anyway, I hope that made sense.
So do sun max.
