So, we're gonna get straight into this topic, this topic of utmost enlightenment and splendor.
You will attain a physique of splendor if you adhere to this particular teaching.
So, getting straight into it, we have a black little notebook you can put in your training bag.

They don't really mean anything, but I just want to give an outlet for my artistic urge.
The muses, they demanded it of me.
So, anyway, what you do is you have one of these in your gym bag, then you have a pen with you, of course, so you can note down every session that you do.
So, the main teaching at hand here is something I said before.
I'll say it again.
I will keep saying it because it's of utmost importance.
If you're natural, which means that you don't take steroids, there is only one way for you to put on strength and mass, and that is to get progressively stronger in each exercise, which then of course means that you need to know exactly what to do every time you go into the gym.
So, now in June of this fine year, I will issue a wild hunt challenge, which will entail training every day.
Then, it's especially important for you to write down every session.
On this particular day, I did strict press this amount of sets, this amount of repetitions at this particular weight.
You have those things noted down.
So, the next time you go into the gym, you're doing strict presses again.
You see, aha, okay, cool.
I did this amount, then I need to build that.
So, you continuously have to build your previous session.
Otherwise, if you only go into the gym to say, oh, I trained so hard, it doesn't matter in the list if you think you train hard or not.
The only thing that matters is that your body, it knows that it has to perform better the next time, therefore forcing your body to grow.
So, this is the main teaching of bodybuilding, of natural bodybuilding.
That is, if you take steroids, you can get away with all sorts of stuff.
But if you're natural, you have to keep track exactly what you do, when you do, how you do it.
So, yeah, I could go on elaborating on this for quite some time, but I do believe you get the message.
So, get one of this, put in your gym bag, note down everything you do so you know for your next session what to build.
Then, of course, you can follow our program as well if you want.
I highly recommend doing that.
