I tricked you into believing that this would be a video full of esoteric knowledge, but it's actually just a video for you to admire my sick physique.
This is great content, if I may be so bold.
Okay, I will reward your loyalty and patience with sharing some of my limitless knowledge.
So I thought about titling this video Coffee Tactics, but I thought it would be more fun with a semi-clickbait video title.
So anyway, what you can do if you drink coffee and if you want to be extra hype on a certain day, if you have something in particular where you need to perform extra well, or just a day where you need to be extra alert.
So what you can do is, first and foremost, you should have a standard amount of caffeine you consume every day.
So for me, right now it's two cups of coffee.
One in the morning and one after lunch.
Now what I've done as a way to optimize my performance on this particular day because I wanted to be extra productive.
Hence making this video now as well.
What I did was three days ago I omitted the second cup of coffee.
I replaced it with a black tea instead.
I did it the same the day after and the day after that.
So instead of having the second cup of coffee at lunch I had black teas.
And now today I had a coffee instead.
And I can of course immediately feel the difference.
So I'm a bit more hype today than I was yesterday and the day before that.
So the days where you have a black tea instead of a coffee you might feel a bit less energetic in the afternoon because you don't have the same amount of caffeine but you will load up to be to have a larger effect when you go on full the full amount of caffeine again.
So it can be good to plan your caffeine intake in that way if you want to have a day where you yeah you perform optimally either mentally or physically speaking.
So anyway to recap if you have a standard amount of caffeine you can reduce it for a few days and then go back to your original amount and you will notice that you are more alert so to speak.
Then of course you don't need to drink coffee.
If you don't love coffee you might as well not drink it at all.
But I do.
For me the sacred morning cup is a moment of true pleasure.
So yeah, good times, good times.
Of course if you are in good old Europe or Sweden be sure to try out the Jülene Cafe Company at Gourmet Coffee.
Absolutely great mate.
So that was the wisdom for the day.
