What is the optimal supplement for your immune system?
It's actually related to Helios.
It's vitamin D.
So I will actually read from this article I found here.
Vitamin D, a possible defense against COVID-19.
And I'm reading here, this was actually not something surprising, but interesting nonetheless.
During the Spanish flu outbreak in 1918, patients who were in an enclosed tent without sunshine fared worse than those who were able to spend regular time outside.
So I can link the article below as well if you want to read, but I can recap it for you as well.
You know, I've said this in a recent video.
I definitely do not agree with the various COVID restrictions we've seen.
You know, tyranny on display.
Not something I endorse in the list.
However, that doesn't mean that COVID isn't real or, you know, not even COVID.
We can talk about any disease.
If you want to optimize your immune system, if you don't have access to sun, supplementing with vitamin D is a great area.
If you don't want to take the supplement itself, you can fat max with a lot of fat fish.
It works as well.
But for me personally, I've taken vitamin D for eight years or so.
Made a tremendous difference in my immune system.
So I take it every day, at least during the periods of the year where you don't feel the blessed caresses of Helios on your skin.
You don't see the sun so much.
So it's mid-February now.
The sun might come back in force in April or something like that.
But then again, during days where you haven't so much sun, you can supplement with it.
If you are inside a lot, you can supplement with vitamin D.
But of course, the best thing for your overall health and well-being is to be out in the sun, go for a walk, especially if you work inside, which I suppose most of you do.
Be sure to get out, get some fresh air, get some sunlight.
These lockdowns, I'm not gonna go into it because I don't wanna get banned.
I might get banned anyway, who knows?
But if they truly were interested in the well-being of people, they wouldn't have people locked up inside their homes.
It's not good for your health in the list.
If you want to be healthy, yes, get out in nature, go to the gym, go out in the sun.
That's how you stay healthy.
that's how you build a healthy immune system.
A healthy immune system is not built by sitting secluded in your home, mistreating your body.
That's also something you need to keep in mind when we talk about going to the gym and posting physique.
It's about being healthy, especially if you sit down a lot.
If you sit down a lot and you don't train, yeah, you're mistreating your body something horrendously.
So anyway, long story short, supplement with vitamin D. to optimize your immune system.
When the sun comes out, be sure to spend a good amount of time.
I'm a sun worshipper of the highest order, so for me it's never been any problem.
I say to all of my mates, I say I have sun autism.
It means I have to be out in the sun when it's out.
For me to be inside when it's sun outside, it's hard for my soul to do.
