[00:01:26] What is the optimal supplement for your immune system? [00:01:30] It's actually related to Helios. [00:01:33] It's vitamin D. [00:01:34] So I will actually read from this article I found here. [00:01:38] Vitamin D, a possible defense against COVID-19. [00:01:42] And I'm reading here, this was actually not something surprising, but interesting nonetheless. [00:01:48] During the Spanish flu outbreak in 1918, patients who were in an enclosed tent without sunshine fared worse than those who were able to spend regular time outside. [00:02:00] So I can link the article below as well if you want to read, but I can recap it for you as well. [00:02:07] You know, I've said this in a recent video. [00:02:08] I definitely do not agree with the various COVID restrictions we've seen. [00:02:13] You know, tyranny on display. [00:02:15] Not something I endorse in the list. [00:02:17] However, that doesn't mean that COVID isn't real or, you know, not even COVID. [00:02:22] We can talk about any disease. [00:02:23] If you want to optimize your immune system, if you don't have access to sun, supplementing with vitamin D is a great area. [00:02:30] If you don't want to take the supplement itself, you can fat max with a lot of fat fish. [00:02:36] It works as well. [00:02:37] But for me personally, I've taken vitamin D for eight years or so. [00:02:42] Made a tremendous difference in my immune system. [00:02:44] So I take it every day, at least during the periods of the year where you don't feel the blessed caresses of Helios on your skin. [00:02:57] You don't see the sun so much. [00:02:59] So it's mid-February now. [00:03:02] The sun might come back in force in April or something like that. [00:03:08] But then again, during days where you haven't so much sun, you can supplement with it. [00:03:13] If you are inside a lot, you can supplement with vitamin D. [00:03:16] But of course, the best thing for your overall health and well-being is to be out in the sun, go for a walk, especially if you work inside, which I suppose most of you do. [00:03:30] Be sure to get out, get some fresh air, get some sunlight. [00:03:34] These lockdowns, I'm not gonna go into it because I don't wanna get banned. [00:03:39] I might get banned anyway, who knows? [00:03:41] But if they truly were interested in the well-being of people, they wouldn't have people locked up inside their homes. [00:03:50] It's not good for your health in the list. [00:03:52] If you want to be healthy, yes, get out in nature, go to the gym, go out in the sun. [00:03:57] That's how you stay healthy. [00:03:59] that's how you build a healthy immune system. [00:04:01] A healthy immune system is not built by sitting secluded in your home, mistreating your body. [00:04:08] That's also something you need to keep in mind when we talk about going to the gym and posting physique. [00:04:13] It's about being healthy, especially if you sit down a lot. [00:04:17] If you sit down a lot and you don't train, yeah, you're mistreating your body something horrendously. [00:04:22] So anyway, long story short, supplement with vitamin D. to optimize your immune system. [00:04:28] When the sun comes out, be sure to spend a good amount of time. [00:04:32] I'm a sun worshipper of the highest order, so for me it's never been any problem. [00:04:38] I say to all of my mates, I say I have sun autism. [00:04:41] It means I have to be out in the sun when it's out. [00:04:44] For me to be inside when it's sun outside, it's hard for my soul to do. [00:04:51] But anyway, thank you for watching.
