Hello Laddingtons, I'm checking in from half-frozen Scandinavia.
I'm checking in with some important insights.
So as you might have seen, if you follow me on Instagram, Jutoname Nutrition and Telegram, just released the Primordial Beasts Treasure, which I thought was an epic name for the product.
And I thought to talk a bit about the concept of the Primordial Beast.
Talk a bit about testosterone, Thumos, and the primordial spirit that lives inside all or well most men.
It should live within most men.
But before I begin to talk about the actual concept, I would just like to talk briefly about the product at hand.
You know, I have declined quite a few offers of sponsorships as of late, so I at least want to promote my own products.
So basically, the Primordial Beast's treasure is not something you absolutely need.
You know, I talk about it's mandatory to read Dauntless.
It absolutely is, you should read it.

I take it myself before every training.
Now, at least every gym session when I can train a bit earlier in the day.
If I train some grappling or something that's later in the evening, I don't take it.
And also, I don't need to hype myself up as much before a martial arts session.
Then we have Glycine Goblin.
You can take a scoop of glycine before bed, experience, maybe experience some nice dreams or just some deeper sleep.
Again, this is not something you need.
You know, the best sleep comes from taking care of your overall life.
So have solid sleeper chins.
But I've made a video on sleep before.
But glycine can be good to relax the nervous system and help you sleep deeper.
Then of course zinc and vitamin D. Vitamin D I do definitely recommend that you take during this time of year when you can't access so much sun.
And then of course zinc can be used to optimize your immune system and redress a low testosterone.

Now, first and foremost, we have something called thumos, and I will paraphrase the late and great French historian, Dominique Venner, when he in an interview I have shared this quote before because it's so epic, so this is the best description of what thumos is, in my view at least.
Some people might disagree, but you know, it's a, it's a Greek word, it's a Greek concept, and the mos, and I quote, is the need for glory that pulls men up to the height of gods.
Originally in French, of course, but that is a good description of what Thumos is: the need for glory that pulls men up to the height of gods.
And of course, you can translate Thumos into other things as well.
You know, an aggressive yearn for recognition and a masculine innate desire to fight or to fight for something.
It doesn't have to be a physical fight, but it is connected.
And it's also, I'm going off on a tangent here.
I am just out in nature talking some philosophy.
I'm not a priest, I am not of that caste.
But if I'm just thinking about it, it's similar to how Thor is in Norse mythology.
You know, you have Tur, which is the god of war.
Thor is not a god of war, but he has martial prowess anyway.
He has something else, he's a protector.
He symbolizes male strength, and also I would say thumos.
So that's an interesting comparison if you have something that isn't quite related to war, but it is there anyway.
And of course, the biological component I would say is testosterone.
So Thor, as I see it, is a god of testosterone.
The primordial beast, I would say, translated into a hormone or something, you know, a material thing would also be testosterone.
And also, of course, another concept which you have stumbled upon if you have read Dauntless is the primordial truth, which is basically the biological reality that underpins everything.
So it's the teachings or the laws of or the laws of Mother Nature herself.
Now, anyway, finally, let's get on to the actual topic of the primordial beast.
Who or what is the primordial beast?
Yes, it is a sensation.
And if you have it within you, that sensation, you of course want to make the presence as strong as possible.
It should be there, but due to the modern world, the primordial beast within us is very dormant.
And I will take one example to explain this in the best possible way.
You know, I always talk about porn because it's such a pervasive thing in our society.
You know, all guys have watched porn, many guys have been addicted, many guys have been addicted for a long time.
And when you have watched a lot of porn and you're then intimate with a woman, it will be harder for you to let the primordial beast take control.
And I do feel a bit awkward here talking about intimate matters on in front of a large audience on YouTube, but it's important, so I need to do it.
I need to overcome the sense of awkwardness.
I need to do it to save your soul.
Okay, not save your soul, but to help you reignite your primordial beast within.
Now, of course, the optimal scenario when being intimate with a woman is to not think, it's to just be, to just act.
That will result in the highest ecstasy of intimacy.
Now, if you have watched a lot of porn, you will probably not be so easily lost in yourself.
And you know, sometimes the right place, right time, it's a good idea to completely lose yourself in the moment.
Intimacy with a woman is such a case.
But if you have watched a lot of porn, you will actively think about it.
You will actively think about what should be done.
Because if you watch a lot of porn, you might have seen, you know, they're going through the motions.
Now they have a position here, now they do this, now they do that.
And instead of thinking, you must just act.
You must just be.
And I know this sounds a bit, you know, hippie nonsense, etc.
But I'm trying to make a point.
So you have on one end of the spectrum the complete immersion of the moment.
The primordial beast takes control of you, just letting you be in the moment.
You have him or it here.
On the other side, you have your calculating brain, which is very present, which do not allow you to be immersed in the moment.
So you can think of it like this: if you have a porn addiction, it detracts from the ability of the primordial beast to completely take control and thus lowering your pleasure of sex to put it bluntly.
Excuse my crudeness, but I need to talk about it to make the point.
Another point I would like to mention.
I've talked about it before, I'll talk about it again.
I mention it quite often.
I say you must become a force of nature.
It's one of these things, it's hard to describe exactly what it is.
Same thing with the actual topic at hand.
I'm not quite sure how to formulate it.
So this video, I'm just trying to get you to think about it at least.
I can't give you the complete answer, but I can give you a sense of which direction to look in.
So when I say you should become a force of nature, it's a sensation within you which I've had a good few times in my life and it's absolutely amazing to be honest.
It's you know a sensation within you that you're just so full of power, you feel like a volcano ready to explode or something epic at least, some some force of nature, unstoppable.
It's similar to the sensation of the primordial beast as well.
And you can get this when you lift heavy in the gym.
Deadlifts for example.
You know you pull a very heavy weight and it doesn't matter the actual weight it's about it's heavy for you you achieve a new best in the gym that's the that is what counts that you overcome yourself and you feel the rush of accomplishment you feel the The primordial spirit within you,
the primordial beast coming to the fore, helping you, just urging you to get the weight up, urging you to overcome yourself.
And once you have become acquainted with the primordial beast, it will be easier to get that sensation, get that sensation more times.
So, and that's also, I would say, one of the reasons going to the gym is so addicting if you do it the right way.
When you constantly overcome yourself and you have that sensation of raw power within you, that's also the primordial beast.
So, you have in the bed chamber, you can feel its presence taking control.
When you do a deadlift and give everything you have, you can also feel the presence of the primordial beast.
Now, of course, this is you know a spiritual talk, but there is also, of course, some biology that goes into it.
Talking about testosterone if you want to optimize your testosterone and thus also optimizing the chances of your primordial beast to be to be present within you.
You, of course, have to look you have to look at your lifestyle.
Do you sleep enough?
Do you get out in nature enough?
Do you train?
Do you eat well?
Do you eat a lot of fats?
Do you eat a lot of good, wholesome food, or do you not?
Are you a new male who views everything as a joke?
Do not take care of yourself?
Yeah, then the primordial beast will probably not bless you with his presence.
But if you try to live in a way that allows for your primordial beast to have a presence within you, yeah, he will come to the fore more often and it will feel good for you, I promise you, when you have that sensation.
And of course, I say the primordial beast because it sounds epic.
I'm sure a lot of guys know exactly what I'm talking about, but they have another word for it and another concept.
So there's nothing, so there is nothing really new I'm talking about here.
It's nothing no revolutionary new insight.
It's just I'm putting an epic word on an epic fill, an epic sensation.
That is what I'm doing here.
And again, I'm trying to motivate you into living such a lifestyle because it is a good, very rewarding lifestyle.
And when I see guys who are, shall we say, unfit to have a strong primordial beastly presence, it breaks my heart.
You know, when I see someone in his face, I see he's not well.
It breaks my heart because I know that guy could have lived a happier and healthier and freer life.
A life more fulfilling and in touch with our primordial roots.

I don't know if any of it made any sense at all, but there you have it.
If you ask what is or who is the primordial beast, then of course you want to visualize how he might look.
Just picture any high testosterone mythological beast can be a werewolf, a minotaur, anything really.
So, yeah, that is my insights for the day.

I know I always say it, but I have to repeat myself because I know it's still so common.
So, stop watching porn, go to the gym, make sure to sleep, make sure to eat in a good way.
