[00:00:09] I'm checking in with some important insights. [00:00:12] So as you might have seen, if you follow me on Instagram, Jutoname Nutrition and Telegram, just released the Primordial Beasts Treasure, which I thought was an epic name for the product. [00:00:27] And I thought to talk a bit about the concept of the Primordial Beast. [00:00:33] Talk a bit about testosterone, Thumos, and the primordial spirit that lives inside all or well most men. [00:00:47] It should live within most men. [00:00:49] But before I begin to talk about the actual concept, I would just like to talk briefly about the product at hand. [00:03:14] So yeah go ahead and check it out. === Gods of Testosterone (02:14) === [00:03:18] Now, first and foremost, we have something called thumos, and I will paraphrase the late and great French historian, Dominique Venner, when he in an interview I have shared this quote before because it's so epic, so this is the best description of what thumos is, in my view at least. [00:03:44] Some people might disagree, but you know, it's a, it's a Greek word, it's a Greek concept, and the mos, and I quote, is the need for glory that pulls men up to the height of gods. [00:03:58] Originally in French, of course, but that is a good description of what Thumos is: the need for glory that pulls men up to the height of gods. [00:04:12] And of course, you can translate Thumos into other things as well. [00:04:17] You know, an aggressive yearn for recognition and a masculine innate desire to fight or to fight for something. [00:04:28] It doesn't have to be a physical fight, but it is connected. [00:04:33] And it's also, I'm going off on a tangent here. [00:04:36] I am just out in nature talking some philosophy. [00:04:42] I'm not a priest, I am not of that caste. [00:04:46] But if I'm just thinking about it, it's similar to how Thor is in Norse mythology. [00:04:54] You know, you have Tur, which is the god of war. [00:04:58] Thor is not a god of war, but he has martial prowess anyway. [00:05:03] He has something else, he's a protector. [00:05:06] He symbolizes male strength, and also I would say thumos. [00:05:13] So that's an interesting comparison if you have something that isn't quite related to war, but it is there anyway. [00:05:22] And of course, the biological component I would say is testosterone. [00:05:28] So Thor, as I see it, is a god of testosterone. === The Primordial Beast (09:34) === [00:05:32] The primordial beast, I would say, translated into a hormone or something, you know, a material thing would also be testosterone. [00:05:42] And also, of course, another concept which you have stumbled upon if you have read Dauntless is the primordial truth, which is basically the biological reality that underpins everything. [00:05:55] So it's the teachings or the laws of or the laws of Mother Nature herself. [00:06:01] Now, anyway, finally, let's get on to the actual topic of the primordial beast. [00:06:09] Who or what is the primordial beast? [00:06:12] Yes, it is a sensation. [00:06:14] And if you have it within you, that sensation, you of course want to make the presence as strong as possible. [00:06:23] It should be there, but due to the modern world, the primordial beast within us is very dormant. [00:06:33] And I will take one example to explain this in the best possible way. [00:06:37] You know, I always talk about porn because it's such a pervasive thing in our society. [00:06:44] You know, all guys have watched porn, many guys have been addicted, many guys have been addicted for a long time. [00:06:52] And when you have watched a lot of porn and you're then intimate with a woman, it will be harder for you to let the primordial beast take control. [00:07:05] And I do feel a bit awkward here talking about intimate matters on in front of a large audience on YouTube, but it's important, so I need to do it. [00:07:16] I need to overcome the sense of awkwardness. [00:07:19] I need to do it to save your soul. [00:07:23] Okay, not save your soul, but to help you reignite your primordial beast within. [00:07:30] Now, of course, the optimal scenario when being intimate with a woman is to not think, it's to just be, to just act. [00:07:39] That will result in the highest ecstasy of intimacy. [00:07:45] Now, if you have watched a lot of porn, you will probably not be so easily lost in yourself. [00:07:54] And you know, sometimes the right place, right time, it's a good idea to completely lose yourself in the moment. [00:08:03] Intimacy with a woman is such a case. [00:08:07] But if you have watched a lot of porn, you will actively think about it. [00:08:12] You will actively think about what should be done. [00:08:14] Because if you watch a lot of porn, you might have seen, you know, they're going through the motions. [00:08:21] Now they have a position here, now they do this, now they do that. [00:08:27] And instead of thinking, you must just act. [00:08:31] You must just be. [00:08:32] And I know this sounds a bit, you know, hippie nonsense, etc. [00:08:38] But I'm trying to make a point. [00:08:40] So you have on one end of the spectrum the complete immersion of the moment. [00:08:45] The primordial beast takes control of you, just letting you be in the moment. [00:08:51] You have him or it here. [00:08:54] On the other side, you have your calculating brain, which is very present, which do not allow you to be immersed in the moment. [00:09:05] So you can think of it like this: if you have a porn addiction, it detracts from the ability of the primordial beast to completely take control and thus lowering your pleasure of sex to put it bluntly. [00:09:22] Excuse my crudeness, but I need to talk about it to make the point. [00:09:27] Another point I would like to mention. [00:09:31] I've talked about it before, I'll talk about it again. [00:09:34] I mention it quite often. [00:09:36] I say you must become a force of nature. [00:09:40] It's one of these things, it's hard to describe exactly what it is. [00:09:45] Same thing with the actual topic at hand. [00:09:48] I'm not quite sure how to formulate it. [00:09:51] So this video, I'm just trying to get you to think about it at least. [00:09:56] I can't give you the complete answer, but I can give you a sense of which direction to look in. [00:10:04] So when I say you should become a force of nature, it's a sensation within you which I've had a good few times in my life and it's absolutely amazing to be honest. [00:10:17] It's you know a sensation within you that you're just so full of power, you feel like a volcano ready to explode or something epic at least, some some force of nature, unstoppable. [00:10:36] It's similar to the sensation of the primordial beast as well. [00:10:40] And you can get this when you lift heavy in the gym. [00:10:44] Deadlifts for example. [00:10:47] You know you pull a very heavy weight and it doesn't matter the actual weight it's about it's heavy for you you achieve a new best in the gym that's the that is what counts that you overcome yourself and you feel the rush of accomplishment you feel the The primordial spirit within you, [00:11:08] the primordial beast coming to the fore, helping you, just urging you to get the weight up, urging you to overcome yourself. [00:11:18] And once you have become acquainted with the primordial beast, it will be easier to get that sensation, get that sensation more times. [00:11:30] So, and that's also, I would say, one of the reasons going to the gym is so addicting if you do it the right way. [00:11:37] When you constantly overcome yourself and you have that sensation of raw power within you, that's also the primordial beast. [00:11:45] So, you have in the bed chamber, you can feel its presence taking control. [00:11:51] When you do a deadlift and give everything you have, you can also feel the presence of the primordial beast. [00:11:58] Now, of course, this is you know a spiritual talk, but there is also, of course, some biology that goes into it. [00:12:07] Talking about testosterone if you want to optimize your testosterone and thus also optimizing the chances of your primordial beast to be to be present within you. [00:12:21] You, of course, have to look you have to look at your lifestyle. [00:12:25] Do you sleep enough? [00:12:26] Do you get out in nature enough? [00:12:28] Do you train? [00:12:29] Do you eat well? [00:12:30] Do you eat a lot of fats? [00:12:31] Do you eat a lot of good, wholesome food, or do you not? [00:12:39] Are you a new male who views everything as a joke? [00:12:44] Do not take care of yourself? [00:12:46] Yeah, then the primordial beast will probably not bless you with his presence. [00:12:51] But if you try to live in a way that allows for your primordial beast to have a presence within you, yeah, he will come to the fore more often and it will feel good for you, I promise you, when you have that sensation. [00:13:04] And of course, I say the primordial beast because it sounds epic. [00:13:08] I'm sure a lot of guys know exactly what I'm talking about, but they have another word for it and another concept. [00:13:15] So there's nothing, so there is nothing really new I'm talking about here. [00:13:18] It's nothing no revolutionary new insight. [00:13:22] It's just I'm putting an epic word on an epic fill, an epic sensation. [00:13:28] That is what I'm doing here. [00:13:30] And again, I'm trying to motivate you into living such a lifestyle because it is a good, very rewarding lifestyle. [00:13:38] And when I see guys who are, shall we say, unfit to have a strong primordial beastly presence, it breaks my heart. [00:13:49] You know, when I see someone in his face, I see he's not well. [00:13:54] It breaks my heart because I know that guy could have lived a happier and healthier and freer life. [00:14:00] A life more fulfilling and in touch with our primordial roots.
