Greetings, my Stilmud supporters.
This is a quick and easy meditation and breathing technique, which you can try out if you have trouble getting into the routine of meditating.
So, basically, I'm keeping one hand on my chest and one hand on my stomach.
And you can see that the hand on the stomach is gently rising, going up and down.
So, I try to breathe in through the stomach as opposed to the chest to get a deeper breath.
And it also keeps my mind focused on the breathing itself.
So, super simple to do.
Just lie down somewhere comfortable.
Don't try to think about anything at all.
Just focus on your breath, focus on your hand going up and down.
I'm exaggerating a bit in the movement.
You can make the movement a bit smaller so you get in less breath because you shouldn't overconsume breath, as Patrick McKeon talks about in the oxygen advantage.
