[00:00:03] This is a quick and easy meditation and breathing technique, which you can try out if you have trouble getting into the routine of meditating. [00:00:13] So, basically, I'm keeping one hand on my chest and one hand on my stomach. [00:00:17] And you can see that the hand on the stomach is gently rising, going up and down. [00:00:23] So, I try to breathe in through the stomach as opposed to the chest to get a deeper breath. [00:00:30] And it also keeps my mind focused on the breathing itself. [00:00:35] So, super simple to do. [00:00:37] Just lie down somewhere comfortable. [00:00:40] Don't try to think about anything at all. [00:00:42] Just focus on your breath, focus on your hand going up and down. [00:00:46] I'm exaggerating a bit in the movement. [00:00:49] You can make the movement a bit smaller so you get in less breath because you shouldn't overconsume breath, as Patrick McKeon talks about in the oxygen advantage.
