Greetings my esteemed Laddingtons.
First and foremost, it is with unbridled joy and excitement I present to you Dauntless.
I have written this book since late 2015 and it is finally out.
I will make a separate video talking about it, but if you want to order it, it is available at the links in the description box below.

So anyway, it is my birthday.
I'm turning 30 and I will also make a separate video on some words of advice but I can give the main gist of that video right now.
It's about the small details.
It's about the small victories every day.
It's not about necessarily the grand decisions or the big mistakes or anything.
It's about what you do every single day.
It's about your habits, your routines.
Aristoteles says it quite well when he says excellence is a habit and that's the best advice I can give to any younger man or older also for that matter.
It's what you do every day.
So my birthday wish from all of you.
It's actually two birthday wishes I have.
First and foremost that you help get the channel to 100,000 subscribers.
So if you know someone who isn't already subscribed or someone who would like the channel give them a heads up and ask them to subscribe.
Then of course the second birthday wish is just as three years ago when I issued the first Wildhunt challenge it was that you should participate in the challenge.
So this is yet again my birthday wish that you partake in the challenge.
Then lastly, for anyone at YouTube or Google, my birthday wish from you.
Do not interfere in the channel, just let it be.
Don't interfere with the subscriber count, don't interfere with the amount of views, just let it be.
You can check through my videos, see that I'm promoting a good message here.
There is no need to try to semi shadow, ban or censor.
So just revisit your decisions, and I would be very happy indeed.
Now anyway, on to the challenge at hand.
Previous challenges has been more about physical prowess, martial prowess and some book gains, etc.
And this is a mind gains challenge, or brain gains challenge, so to speak.
Now, first and foremost, I do suggest that you keep training hard, that you read hard and that you, of course, abstain from any sort of degeneracy, but I don't think anyone still watches porn, for example.
If you do watch porn, you must Immediately stop doing so to participate in this channel as well.
And you must train if you can't train for whatever reason.
You must go on walks.
Try to go for a walk of about 45 to 50 minutes each day.
And it perhaps will not get you juicy and strong, but it will be good for your mental well-being.
And as I said, this challenge is for your mind gains.
So to give the short description of this challenge, it's for a month and it contains meditation and fasting.
So first and foremost, the challenge contains two 24-hour fasts.
I will make inkitchen videos on an example of a day when you do a 24-hour fast.
But to give a brief example of how such a day can look, it's basically you train in the morning, you eat a big meal at lunch and don't eat anything after that.
Then you go to sleep, wake up the next day, wait until lunch to eat again.
So from 12 to 12, basically.
But again, I will make a separate video on that later on.
The second part is perhaps a bit tricky.
I have struggled with it.
I can freely admit that it is hard indeed and that is to meditate.
So it is for a month, 30 days.
Starting whenever you want, is to meditate 15 minutes each day.
Now it might sound like an easy task, but for me personally, I find it quite hard indeed.
I find it quite hard to just let the thoughts not consume my mind, so to speak.
But I will make a separate video on my meditation guide and I will also do, I will also participate in this challenge myself.
So I will meditate 15 minutes each day.
So fasting, really good for the brain, really good for your overall physical and mental well-being.
It is not natural for us to be satiated all the time and it can be good for us to deprive body and brain of nutrients for quite some time.
And if you want to look deeper into the science of fasting and why it's good for the brain, it can basically said that the body gets rid of old cells and replaces them with new.
But I can go into more detail at a later moment.
But long story short, fasting is good for you.
And of course, there are plenty of religious traditions that support fasting.
And of course, meditation, same thing there, you have it in all major religions basically.
Just that it takes its shape in different forms.
And yeah, it's also good for you.
It's good for you to train your focus on something.
And I will go more in depth into that in a coming video.
So to conclude the challenge, first and foremost, you should obviously, as before, you should read hard, train hard, and you should abstain from any sort of detrimental addiction.
So if you're addicted to porn or cigarettes or whatever it might be, cut it out and then commence the challenge.
And then two 24-hour fasts and 15 minutes of meditation each day.
