I thought to share my own two New Year's resolutions and it's thought to give you some thoughts into for the coming year.
Now first and foremost, I know that there are a good few guys out there who are feeling a bit black pilled about the situation in Europe and America.
And to you I would just like to say that even if you can't change the situation Overall, you can always change yourself.
So if you're feeling black pilled about the situation in Europe and America, focus more on yourself.
Focus on what you can do to yourself to improve your own life, your own individual, as it were.
And then when you have improved yourself, when you have leveled your game all through the mental, physical, martial, social, etc. you will be in a better position to change other things.
So point being, if you're feeling blackpilled, turn that into a glorious pill.
Embrace the quest of self-improvement.
Get good or get wrecked.
That is my profound wisdom for today.
So keep your head up and embrace life with a smile even though things might look a bit dark.
Now on to my own two promises.
Last year I had one of the promises I had was to finish my book and yeah, it is almost finished.
I just need to read through a bit more and finish up some chapters and then obviously it's a process to release it.
So I aim to have it released in March or April.
So almost there.
The second promise I have to myself and to my daughter is to get to obtain my hunter's license and the reason for this is beautiful in its simplicity.
I obviously want to be able to bring my daughter, my family, the best possible nutrition.
And I can do so in a morally reasonable way and that is to hunt.
Because in Sweden for example where I am at we have a unless we have hunters maintaining the wildlife we will have a surplus population of deer and wild boar and an overpopulation of a certain animal such as deer or boar will lead to detrimental effects upon the environment especially for said deer and boar.
So humans are needed to maintain that since there aren't any other predators do it in certain areas.
So that falls to humans to maintain them and for me personally if I can get a good high quality cheap source of food because you don't make as much financial gains as a political dissident I'm afraid to tell you all.
So if I can do that in a good way that is all the better.
And also this is absolutely not something I will enjoy in the least.
I will not enjoy killing an animal but here's the thing.
I'm not a vegan.
I'm not a vegetarian.
I eat milk and someone somewhere has to kill the animal.
If I don't want to get my hands dirty myself I have no right to eat the milk and this applies to you as well.
Unless you're a vegan, shout out to all vegans for keeping it real.
Unless you are a vegan or vegetarian you have no moral right to condemn others for killing animals because that is the way of nature.
It might seem a bit barbaric in the current year but it is what it is.
A dead animal meal comes from somewhere.
Getting to know that, getting to be responsible for that yourself is something that I think at least more men should feel themselves a certain connection that an animal has given his or her life to feed your family.
Obviously I will say this, I would enjoy killing a human that is hunting an endangered animal.
So keep that in mind.
A difference between you know hunting for the fun of it and hunting animals that should be protected and hunting to maintain a certain population.
So, no worries, I'm still a great friend of the animals, but we also have a responsibility to maintain the wildlife.
So, anyway, two promises: release my book and obtain the hunter's license so I can start hunting good, cheap, high-quality food for my daughter and for coming children.
That is the only reasonable course of action.
And yeah, I wish you all a very happy new year and I hope that you set the pace high.
View this as a unique opportunity to start with new routines, etc.
It might sound a bit cliché with this whole new year, new meal, but if you are, if you know you have things to improve on, you can do it now.
Whether it be your training, your diet, your reading game, whatever.
