	Looks like meat is packed on the menu, boys!
	Greetings lads, welcome back to Gaines' Fucking Kitchen.
	Today I want to elaborate on a few things.
	First and foremost, I just want to say that I'm not perfect.
	See?
	I totally was gonna work on being more humble.
	My levels of humility are off the charts.
	I truly amazed myself in this progress.
	Voi, hair looking divine today.
	I'm also rocking the Celots Delight, released yesterday, already sold out.
	But don't worry, it will be back in stock eventually.
	Now, I also want to say that I've felt fucking great as of late, so you can be happy for me.
	It's truly amazing.
	So yeah, I'm feeling good, feeling alive, feeling alive inside as well after being dead for a long time.
	So back from the dead, the glorious return can be a title for something epic.
	Moreover, I know, I have it on good authority that the elves of Nagaroth has become a bit jellynite.
	So they're gonna send some assassins to illuminate me because I have decided to renounce temporarily, mind you, renounce my elvendom by saving out the beard of wisdom.
	But you know, you need the extra thumos because the beard gives you 10 plus in thumos for all loyal legionnaires who adheres to my teachings.
	Anyway, meat is back on the menu boys.
	I want to give a special mention to Rob Green in Goodall America and I will honor you by utilizing this seasoning for my meal today.
	And Rob has had his house basically wrecked by the catastrophe in the south of the US.
	But I'm happy that you are safe and sound at least Rob.
	That is the most important part.
	Anyway, a lot of juicy pale orcs ask how can you be a good nationalist?
	How can you revolt against globalism and against the modern world etc.
	The best way you can do this is by supporting your local economy, supporting your local farmers.
	So right here we have in all actuality some ultra-Aryan Swedish meat of testosterone.
	So that is what you can do.
	Buy local, buy from your local farmers.
	That is absolutely the best thing you can do if you want to support your nation as it were.
	Always support the local community.
	Now also speaking of elves, I have some glorious spinach.
