Greetings servants, today I have an announcement.
So I want you to listen, very carefully.
Masterful surprise flex, if I may be so bold.
So yeah, as the title suggests, I'm actually going dairy-free for a month or two.
I haven't really decided yet.
This is not some sort of political or dietary statement, it's just an experiment, as it were, because I've always relied heavily upon dairy products.
And then when I talk to vegans, I never really understood how they make it without dairy products.
So I'm gonna challenge myself to a little change and see if there are any changes to my performance, to my health, to my skin health, etc.
So I'm mainly making this video to be accountable, so that I know that this is on my channel and I've actually said that I'm going dairy free for a month or two and you know I can report back to you all after that.
So basically, what I'm gonna do is just try to find alternatives to, you know, whey and milk.
And if you look at my, my protein link below, I also have a protein powder there in my suggested items, as it were.
But I'm not going vegan or anything.
It is just that I'm exploring another venue of veganism and I will still eat eggs and occasional meat and occasional fish, etc.
But mainly, as usual, primarily carb heavy, because that's, after all, what drives my performance in the gym.
So yeah, I just wanted to share that with you.
And then, in other news, the t-shirts are are up for pre-orders.
Later this week I will either make a post on my narcissist.se page or I will make a separate video, but I have a limited amount in the first batch, at least in my inventory, as it were.
So yeah, more information about that later on.
I'm very, very happy with the the t-shirt and the the stringers but yeah, I'll make a separate video on that later on in all actuality.
