| Greetings you friends. | |
| This, if anything, is highly glorious. | |
| Admire my fucking guns. | |
| Sickening. | |
| Bubonic plague level sickening even. | |
| So yeah, I want to elaborate a bit on how to get massive guns, primarily biceps, because getting a triceps is for most people a bit more obvious. | |
| You do your close grip bench, your bench press, your overhead press, etc. | |
| Now biceps. | |
| First of all, let us elaborate on the fact that having a strong, a pair of strong fucking arms is always good like, especially if we're talking about precarious situations which might arise in a society which is collapsing. | |
| Like you need that grip strength, you need that pulling strength. | |
| You can use your arms for a lot of things and also it's not for nothing that this is like a sign of masculinity. | |
| When you want to showcase your strength, you go. | |
| This, that's your primary, you know, sign of dominance, and that is because you know the arms are important. | |
| And I feel that arm training has gotten a bad reputation from all the guys who only train arms and only train chests, etc. | |
| But for anyone who's serious about your games and who is not only a powerlifter, like for anyone who's watching this, I suggest that you should not look at powerlifting as something that is complete. | |
| Powerlifting is a part of your training, but you know the arms and a lot of different muscle groups are very important. | |
| So, with that said yes, arms are important. | |
| Now, a misconception is that a lot of people only train bodybuilding style arms, so they only do the curls. | |
| Now what I do for my arms, and I suggest that you also do, is you have your heavy compounds. | |
| So you have weighted chins, which I will demonstrate now. | |
| you also have rows. | |
| Now both of those will target your guns and you will have to get very fucking strong. | |
| The pull-ups I did there was 40 kg in addition to 100 kg body weight, so I'm obviously very strong and I'm not using any straps in order to get the grip strength there as well. | |
| So that is the primary things I'm doing for my biceps, and after that I can do, you know, bicep curls to reinforce the hypertrophy, and that's basically what I always do. | |
| I have heavy compound movements and then afterwards I have lighter bodybuilding movements which I don't really count a progression in, because the progression is being counted in the heavy movement. | |
| So the heavy movements for the Biceps is rows and chins, and then obviously, you get your lats, you get your back muscles, etc. | |
| So, you get everything in one by doing a heavier type of movement, and that is what I suggest you should do as well. | |
| So, if you look at fuck, I'm gonna get some massive strong arms. | |
| Look at these bigger movements. | |
| So, weighted chins or weighted pull-ups, and then rows. | |
| That is your primary exercises to get, you know, massive arms. | |
| And then, afterwards, you can do some hammer curls and some biceps curls with the dumbbells if you want to reinforce the hypertrophy being stimulated by the progression in the heavy lifts. | |
| So, comment below if this was informative at all. | |
| I hope it was. | |
| If it wasn't, I will leave you with this post that is fucking glorious in all actuality. | |
| And who am I? |
