Greetings true friends and greetings Mulaturans.
This is a response video to Muslim Magicka's video regarding weighing yourself each and every day.
I suggest you check out the video.
It's quite good video indeed.
However, I have some an opinion to share here regarding weighing yourself every day.
And now Muslim Magica's video was, I think, primarily targeted at people looking to lose weight.
And in that case, I completely agree.
You could weigh yourself every day to, you know, see what adjustments you've done the other day and to learn about the body more.
However, what I suggest for all bulk bras, which I suppose is the majority of my legionary true friends, since I often say like get fucking massive, is that throw the scales out of your homestead.
The reason for me saying that is a lot of guys looking to get massive, they focus on the wrong things.
They go onto the scale each and every day and say like fuck I haven't grown I haven't put on any size and it creates a sort of unhealthy relationship with your own body and with your own weight.
The same thing if you're looking in the mirror each and every day it can be yes for documentation and for knowing your body it can be a good thing but it can also be detrimental.
So the reason I'm saying that a lot of bulk bras like guys looking to get massive should throw out their scales is simply because then you're focusing on the weight that the scale says and less on the weight that it dumbles and the barbells say.
So the only thing that is important is where are you at right now?
We're gonna take an exercise let us take barbell rows.
How strong are you and how much weight will you take the next session?
That is what's important, not how much more you will weigh like body-wise the next day.
So the important thing is getting stronger progressively.
And I'm not saying that you need to be a powerlifter, I'm saying that you should be stronger, that you should progress, that you should perhaps take one extra repetition or an extra set.
There are loads of ways to progress and those are the things you need to look at.
So don't stare yourself blind at the scales because it will create this kind of unhealthy relationship.
I've known plenty of guys, plenty of good friends of mine, have been in that situation and say like, God, I'm eating so much, I don't gain weight.
And whenever a guy asks me this, I say the same thing, like, don't don't look at the scales, don't doesn't fucking matter.
The only thing that matters is that you are progressing in the main lifts over a long period of time.
And then like, how much you weigh isn't really important.
Like, if you're looking at, you know, having An impressive physique or impressive lifts.
I mean, 200k in the deadlifts is still 200k in the deadlift regarding if you weigh 100 kilo or 80 kilo.
And I mean, you can have a really, really sick physique at 80 kilo as well.
So don't look too much at the scales.
And for reference, like I weighed around 100 kilo for a long time, but I still have a better physique now and a lot stronger.
So don't stare yourself blind at the scale.
And this video was aimed at bulk brothers per se.
If you're cutting, yeah, then it might be a good idea.
And I suggest that you look at Muzzle Magica's video.
And now I want to show you how to kill a giant in Skyrim.
I will leave you with that.
And who am I?
I'm the juicy elf of wisdom.
