Massive Legs. How to Acquire Oaks for Quads

Greetings truants.
Today I want to elaborate on how to get fucking massive legs.
And as you know me, I'm not a guy to just talk about it.
I'm also gonna be about it.
So some pictures of my legs and me squatting basically.
So how do you get massive fucking legs?
Now I've become aware of the fact that there are actually guys who are disagreeing with me.
Like I can't imagine why you would disagree with me.
And those who disagree with me are obviously heretics and should know better than to question my superior knowledge, as it were.
So basically, how do you get massive legs?
It's not easy.
It's a hard fucking road.
It's easy to understand the concept, but the road there is very arduous, as it were.
You have to get strong as fuck in the squats.
That's how you get massive legs.
At the gym I trained at the last six months.
All the guys there had really solid legs.
And they were weightlifters and powerlifters.
Now, why did they have massive and solid legs?
Because they did either squats or front squats with a good frequency, like many times a week, with the focus on progressive overload.
So there you go.
That's your key.
That is how you get massive and glorious, like beautiful legs and good kicking power.
So everything is in the squats.
That's the magical key if you want to optimize your glory.
No question about that at all.
So find a good technique.
That's the first key here.
Find a good technique that works for you.
So you get a full range of motion.
At least below depth, like below 90 degrees.
That is what you have to do.
And then figure a way to progressively overload over a long period of time.
So that is the main key.
Like for me to optimize my squat technique has taken years.
Some guys have an easier time.
They do it within a few weeks.
Like get a perfect technique.
That is the first thing you have to do.
And then you have to realize like keep at it for a long period of time.
I've squatted for decades.
Since I'm an elf, I've squatted for not decades, but years at least.
And that's helped me with the motor pattern, the technique, and obviously build the legs.
So squatting at least two times a week will land you massive legs and get a proper technique in as well.
And make sure to stay safe from injuries.
That's also another important thing so you don't injure yourself and you can't train.
Because that wouldn't be appeasing to the old father at all, would it?
So yeah, that's all I have to say about that.
