[00:00:21] Today I want to elaborate on how to get fucking massive legs. [00:00:27] And as you know me, I'm not a guy to just talk about it. [00:00:32] I'm also gonna be about it. [00:00:34] So some pictures of my legs and me squatting basically. [00:00:43] So how do you get massive fucking legs? [00:00:47] Now I've become aware of the fact that there are actually guys who are disagreeing with me. [00:00:53] Like I can't imagine why you would disagree with me. [00:00:57] And those who disagree with me are obviously heretics and should know better than to question my superior knowledge, as it were. [00:01:08] So basically, how do you get massive legs? [00:01:10] It's not easy. [00:01:11] It's a hard fucking road. [00:01:13] It's easy to understand the concept, but the road there is very arduous, as it were. [00:01:19] You have to get strong as fuck in the squats. [00:01:22] That's how you get massive legs. [00:01:24] At the gym I trained at the last six months. [00:01:29] All the guys there had really solid legs. [00:01:33] And they were weightlifters and powerlifters. [00:01:35] Now, why did they have massive and solid legs? [00:01:38] Because they did either squats or front squats with a good frequency, like many times a week, with the focus on progressive overload. [00:01:46] So there you go. [00:01:47] That's your key. [00:01:48] That is how you get massive and glorious, like beautiful legs and good kicking power. [00:01:55] So everything is in the squats. [00:01:57] That's the magical key if you want to optimize your glory. [00:02:01] No question about that at all. [00:02:03] So find a good technique. [00:02:04] That's the first key here. [00:02:06] Find a good technique that works for you. [00:02:08] So you get a full range of motion. [00:02:10] At least below depth, like below 90 degrees. [00:02:14] That is what you have to do. [00:02:15] And then figure a way to progressively overload over a long period of time. [00:02:21] So that is the main key. [00:02:22] Like for me to optimize my squat technique has taken years. [00:02:26] Some guys have an easier time. [00:02:28] They do it within a few weeks. [00:02:30] Like get a perfect technique. [00:02:31] That is the first thing you have to do. [00:02:33] And then you have to realize like keep at it for a long period of time. [00:02:37] I've squatted for decades. [00:02:40] Since I'm an elf, I've squatted for not decades, but years at least. [00:02:45] And that's helped me with the motor pattern, the technique, and obviously build the legs. [00:02:51] So squatting at least two times a week will land you massive legs and get a proper technique in as well. [00:02:58] And make sure to stay safe from injuries. [00:03:02] That's also another important thing so you don't injure yourself and you can't train.
